We are Wagon Springs Ranch, the newest wedding and event venue in the heart of the Texas Hill Country! We absolutely love our working farm and ranch, and wanted to share its beauty with others at an affordable price! When we (Carl & Heather Chambers, the owners) got married, we didn't have a lot of money to spend on our wedding! So, we're thrilled that we can offer a beautiful yet inexpensive place to couples to start theirs lives together!!! Wagon Springs Ranch is AMAZING! The property is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The owners and staff are awesome people, they all did everything they could to make our day turn out awesome and flow as we wanted it. The option to book the entire venue with four cabins for the whole weekend was fantastic for us since my husband and I had a lot of family and friends coming from out of town. It also made it easy to decorate and set up the day before the wedding, and finish cleaning up the day after. Overall, I would recommend Wagon Springs Ranch to any couple looking for a venue. Their prices are phenomenal!

Wagon Springs Ranch is AMAZING! The property is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The owners and staff are awesome people, they all did everything they could to make our day turn out awesome and flow as we wanted it. The option to book the entire venue with four cabins for the whole weekend was fantastic for us since my husband and I had a lot of family and friends coming from out of town. It also made it easy to decorate and set up the day before the wedding, and finish cleaning up the day after. Overall, I would recommend Wagon Springs Ranch to any couple looking for a venue. Wow! That’s the best way I can describe our experience. Our wedding was the most memorable experience of our lives. I can’t tell you one single thing that went wrong. The venue is amazingly beautiful and the staff is beyond helpful. The owners of the venue are flexible and willing to help in any way possible. There is a huge bonus for the guys as well. Exotic hunts!! I personally took a trophy Aoudad on the property and it was the best experience of my life….outside of my wedding!! You can’t go wrong with wagon springs. You just won’t find a more beautiful place with amazing southern hospitality like wagon springs. You will regret saying no to this place. I just can’t say enough about it. I’m a guy too, so this review should mean something to you ladies lol. They have decorations to choose from and allow you to just do your thing. Ladies you will love it and guys…talk to Carl. He will make it worth you while. Skeet shooting, exotic hunts, bbq. I mean guys, let the ladies do their thing and enjoy the venue while you get to enjoy yourself as well. Can’t say enough positive things. This is the place for both bride and groom. Don’t think twice, book it!

I'm not exaggerating when I say there is no better place in the world to have a wedding. On top of the beautiful venue and breathtaking scenery, the owners and staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our day absolutely perfect. The venue provided day-of coordinator services, and Bailey was spectacular. She performed every task we assigned to her flawlessly, and was such a welcome, calming presence on what is normally such a hectic and stressful day. Carl, the venue owner, was so responsive anytime we had a question leading up to the day, and was present on the day of to ensure everything ran smoothly. I'm sure they prevented some disasters that we didn't even know about, because I didn't have to worry about a thing the whole night. Bottom line, this is a wonderful venue run by wonderful people, who genuinely care about making your event perfect.

This is the SECOND time that family of mine have chosen to create their special day at Wagon Springs Ranch. The first weddind was my son's weddi g in July of 2020! Yes, you read that correctly....2020. Needless to say we had some different parameters to navigate, but through it all Carl was supportive and made it happen. My sister's wedding was supposed to be 12/4/2021. At 2:30 AM on the day of the wedding her son got very ill and had to go to the hospital. He was admitted and was not released until Sunday afternoon. Needless to say Carl and Heather were both so kind and flexible with our situation. They allowed us to postpone for almost 24 hours and I am not sure how, but we managed to have a beautiful wedding the next afternoon. Thank you so much for your grace and understanding. We were blessed to have Shelby as our wedding coordinator who was super helpful in every way. If you are looking for an affordable, professional, exquisite site with some of the best Texas sunsets you have found it! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Wagon Springs Ranch is such an incredibly beautiful venue, well maintained, with so many cute spots for photos! They venue is very versatile with your choice of an outdoor ceremony area, or the newly built chapel. The staff and management team were amazing in helping our recent event become a true success. From start to finish, they were always available and very responsive with our questions in a professional and timely manner! As a vendor, we love coming to Wagon Springs Ranch and watching our clients celebrate their special day with such ease and perfection. I highly recommend this place!!!!!

The Best wedding venue in the Hill country area, and personally I think out there!! I cannot say enough about this venue! It was the PERFECT place for my daughter's wedding. The venue itself is beautiful. The ceremony spot overlooks an amazing view of the ranch (and they have buffalo). Carl is an amazing host. He was responsive to our questions and did everything he could to make our daughter's day special. I also have to thank Shelby. She helped out as our day of coordinator. She did not hesitate to help however she could. Such a joy to work with a positive, respectful young lady. Our daughter's wedding day was EXTRA special due to the wonderful venue Carl has created.

This was the perfect venue, my wife and I had a lovely wedding here, our guests loved the buffalo and cows, the rolling hills are gorgeous, and the porch was the prettiest place i could have imagined for our ceremony. Carl the owner was very helpful (and fun to talk to), even found us a bar-tender when ours cancelled one week out. If you are trying to do a country theme unique wedding then chose this place

Wagon Springs Ranch was perfect for our wedding! It’s a gorgeous rustic venue that can have both an inside or outside ceremony/reception, but more importantly it has the most beautiful view! There are MANY amenities and decorations that the owners, Carl and Heather, offered us to use for our wedding if we wanted to, which I thought was awesome! We also found it very beneficial that Carl and heather offer a couple of different wedding packages that are VERY affordable and include tables, chairs, linens, cleanup services, an on-site wedding coordinator for the day of, and even table center pieces if you want! Everyone at our wedding was very impressed with the entire venue and had SO much fun! However, one of my favorite parts of this amazing venue was the picture sites down in the Oak Grove that me and my husband took, after our ceremony, for our formal pictures! They have hay bales, a huge oak tree with a swing, and even a dock out on the water. Our pictures turned out AMAZING and the scenery was just phenomenal!! Carl and Heather are super sweet and we’re always there to answer any questions we had and let us come out to view the venue as many times as we wanted to. They are simply AMAZING! Heather and Bree (the coordinator) were there on the day of our wedding, which was Halloween AND Heather’s birthday, to help set up and clean and do whatever we needed in order to make our day perfect! I highly recommend this venue! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Beautiful venue! I shot an event for a couple with M.Deshotel Photography a couple of months ago and the turn out was great. The outdoor space is gorgeous and there were even bison in sight! The outdoor bar was just the cutest . There is a huge windmill that made for amazing photos. I was also able to get a cute silhouette of the couple at the alter as the sun began to to down since the sun sets behind it. I also love that there is indoor and outdoor space to use . It's great for cooling down or warming up. Very cute country venue!

Meet the Wagon Springs Ranch Team
Heather & Carl Chambers (Owner) Carl & Heather Chambers who are both born and raised Texans, have been happily married since 2010. They bought and started Wagon Springs Ranch, along with their four children. In 2019, they decided to open their working ranch and farm to create a venue that was both beautiful and affordable in the Hill Country. They believe that there are so many special moments in life that should be celebrated, but that you shouldn't have to break the bank to make your dream event a reality!
