Angel and the team here have earned a reputation for their attention to detail and dedicated customer service. Their event planning services include coordination, checklists, and custom timeline creation, as well as venue setup and cleanup. There's even an executive chef on hand to customize a menu to fit your unique ideas, including when it comes to cake, dessert, and bartending. Weddings at Walnut Creek Country Club can be held in the 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, which is surrounded by a wraparound veranda. If you've envisioned an outdoor ceremony, you can choose from a selection of sites across the club's championship golf course, with manicured greenery acting as a backdrop. The veranda is also available for ceremonies, which offers similarly beautiful views. Once you've exchanged vows and rings, make your way indoors to the ballroom. Walnut Creek was fantastic! Angel worked with me to create the timeline for the reception and was very helpful when planning. The chef did a tasting for us so we could choose which entree we wanted. All of the staff that worked my reception were great! I am so glad I did not have to worry about anything for the venue or meal, because they took care of it for me.

From the first meeting the staff made the entire process easy. We only had to meet a handful of times and they captured all the information they needed. They even collect all your outside vender information to ensure your day goes off without a hitch. The preferred vender list is a must-use as well. All in all the coordinator Angel did a wonderful job and made sure we had a perfect day! We appreciate how easy they are to work with and make the process feel personal.

I would definitely recommend this venue. Angel is the best! She got us everything that we wanted and made sure that everything ran smoothly. I was even able to include my cake and my DJ in the minimum food and beverage amount which saved us a ton! The food was excellent, I got a lot of compliments on how beautiful everything turned out. She is a great resource for other vendors and ideas.
