Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin and the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve are wedding venues located in the heart of the Walt Disney World Resort. This location is a chance for couples to have an elegant celebration in a place that allows them to reconnect with their childhood. Being just a short distance from the theme parks, the venue space provides amenities for your guests of all ages to have a memorable experience. This romantic estate is nestled between Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and is a short distance away from the magical attractions. Crystal clear water surrounds the resort, which you will be able to see from your ceremony altar or suite window. Any visiting guests can fly in from Orlando International Airport, which is just a 20-minute drive to the resort. Once you’re on the property, the dedicated staff will handle your transportation to and from the venue. From shuttle buses to water taxi cruises, the team will make sure you and your guests are properly cared for. You will have four ceremony and reception locations to choose from. Our newest venue, The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve (opening Summer 2021) will provide breathtaking rooftop views of the area, with opportunities to view the nightly fireworks from the surrounding theme parks. At the Walt Disney World Swan, the secluded West Courtyard features a grand wooden pergola for you to exchange your vows. Flourishing plants, a four-swan fountain, and a private, intimate atmosphere creates a romantic, fairytale setting for you and your partner to enjoy. For more intimate events, the Crescent Terrace is a small, elevated area that sits beside the waterfront, for a nautical backdrop. The Tropical White Sand Beach provides Florida charm, for you to enjoy your first moments as newlyweds under the sunset. For indoor ceremonies of receptions, the Swan Ballroom creates an elegant atmosphere, with uplighting and high-quality sound systems for you to get creative with. You will have access to customizable packages, which include an array of amenities and services. From the talented catering team, to the experienced event coordinators, the team at Swan and Dolphin will work to care for all your nuptial needs.

I was fortunate enough to host my wedding at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort. I am a huge Disney fan, so much so in fact that many of my family members told me that if they opened their invite and did not see a Disney wedding they would not believe it was mine. That being said, my fiancé and I did look at hosting our wedding at the Disney resort, however they could not provide us with an outdoor cocktail space with a close indoor reception space. Plus we really wanted a location where all our friends and family could stay and enjoy all the wedding festivities in one place. We were extremely happy to find that the Swan Resort could accommodate our outdoor cocktail and indoor reception vision. The grounds are absolutely beautiful especially during the holidays, and our guests loved not only the prime Disney location, but the service they received while staying at the hotel. Word of the wise, I will say getting a date at the Swan Resort was difficult. They do prioritize conventions and therefore give them first pick at the dates, so that was difficult to deal with on the onset. However, once you get a date and if you are lucky enough to get to work with Natalie Abrams at the Swan Resort you have hit the jackpot! I cannot say enough about Natalie, she worked closely with my amazing wedding planner Leanna McDonald at JustMarry! and she is top notch. We hosted not only our wedding at the Swan, but also a rehearsal lunch, meet & greet cocktail the night before the wedding, and a farewell breakfast. All our events were absolutely beautiful. We were lucky to have 115 guests at our wedding who flew in from all over the world and each one of them not only loved the hotel but cannot say enough about the food. If you are thinking about a Disney wedding I highly suggest the Walt Disney World Swan resort. Picking a wedding venue can be a difficult decision but I am so glad that the one I picked I get to continue to enjoy, for not only do I hold fond memories of staying at the Swan & Dolphin when I was younger, I now get to continue these memories staying there with my now husband and someday my children. I cannot thank the team at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort enough for my dream wedding!

Our wedding was put together as a package. We got to customize it to our exact specifications which was AWESOME and they had a few different sites to choose from for our ceremony. I really enjoyed having choices and being able to pick from a list or be able to add my own ideas. We did have a few bumps in the road but overall everyone was incredibly nice and our day was beautiful

My Bachelorette Party took place at Disney -Epcot World Showcase, Jellyrolls & Atlantic Dance Hall so it was awesome to stay right there on the Boardwalk. Our room was super expensive for a double for one night, but it was pretty and convenient for us.

If you want to get married in Disneyworld and you don't want to spend an arm and a leg this is the way to go. I did the basic package on the white sand beach. The venue was so beautiful. The wedding planners were so helpful and attentive. I was trying to plan a wedding from Indiana and the wedding planners made everything so easy.

Fantastic, awesome, I can't say enough about our event there. We were about 40 people in their private back room and still had tons of rooms. It allows you a private entrance in and out (for smokers) and they paused service to allow us to go see the nightly fireworks before end of the night coffee service. loved it and would love to think of some reason to have a party there again.

My now husband and I knew we wanted to have a Florida destination wedding but were frustrated by the minimum expenditures and guest count restrictions that accompany and Disney Fairy Tale wedding so we decided to have our wedding at the Swan instead. We still got to have beautiful wedding pictures along the Boardwalk, the use of Disney approved wedding vendors, the close proximity to the parks but with a smaller price tag and none of the hassles. The team at the Swan and Dolphin took great care of our wedding guests. Our wedding was located at the Crescent Terrace which is a beautiful and serene area overlooking the waterway leading to Epcot. It was perfect!

We had a wonderful wedding at this location last month. Their weddings are run through a company called Just Marry and we had a fabulous time! The only issue is there isnt a great walkway for walking down the aisle. Otherwise please check this place out!!

I work in the hotel industry & decided to have my wedding a competitor hotel. The entire planning process was so easy and the staff was so easy to work with. The day of the wedding I put everything into the Catering & Event Team's hands and they exceeded my expectations. They are truly a professional & classy team! They made it a dream day for me and everyone is still talking about the food! Best wedding food ever, is what we've heard from our guests.

The food was fantastic for the wedding. I could not ask for more. The desserts were AMAZING! I highly recommend WDW Swan and Dolphin! All in all, it was a bit overly priced; however most excellent. The wedding planner did work with us on making the menu specific to our needs. I am rather impressed, and I do not say that very often.
