Contemporary Venue with Classic Charm
Warren Place Venue is a wedding venue located in Gardner, KS, just a 35-minute drive outside of Kansas City. The charming property is owned and managed by the grandmother-and-granddaughter team, Connie and Raelee Wright. Together, the pair has spent five years bringing their vision to life. They're delighted to be able to share this special space with to-be-weds starting new chapters together. Warren Place Venue offers an inviting atmosphere where couples can blissfully celebrate their milestone moments with loved ones. At the heart of the venue is the historic chapel. Originally constructed in 1912, the chapel has undergone two renovations to create a welcoming space where to-be-weds can lovingly exchange vows. The bright interior features arched ceilings, wooden pews, and antique-inspired lighting, providing a serene setting for ceremonies. Here, up to 114 guests can watch as the happy couple says "I do". Following the ceremony, newlyweds and their loved ones can enjoy celebratory drinks together in the lounge. Ideal for cocktail hours, this event space features sliding glass doors which connect it to an open-air patio and lawn. The largest of the venue's event spaces, the Warren, offers a chic setting for memorable receptions. Complete with soaring ceilings, sliding glass doors, and clean, classic finishes, it provides a charming yet contemporary ambience for special occasions. In this space, newlywedded couples can share their day with up to 200 guests in The Warren, or 114 in the Chapel. To meet their clients' unique needs, Connie and Raelee have put together a number of rental options for couples to choose from. From start to finish, Raelee will work with you and your partner to turn your wedding-day dream into a dazzling reality. Event essentials such as tables and chairs will be provided for every occasion. For an unforgettable ambience throughout the special day, the three event spaces are fitted with audiovisual equipment and Bluetooth capabilities. Access to the venue's bar and catering kitchen will also be provided.

Stop right there! If you are looking for a classical, beautiful, intimate, and personal feel for a wedding venue space, look no further. Warren place venue made my wedding day dream come true! Not only is this space beautiful and spacious but the staff there is so kind and genuine. My Hubby and I are from the Gardner area and we were wanting to keep our wedding local and we were so lucky to find this place and get it booked. All of our guest complimented the space and were so in awe of the chapel and the reception hall. The cottage is so gorgeous and such a great space to get ready in. Being one of the first weddings there at this newer venue was such an honor and everything went smoothly. Communication was amazing and they were on top of everything. Don’t forget to ask about rentals, if you want it they most likely will have anything you need in a few different colors too! Raelee and her staff were such a joy to work with. Highly recommend this venue space to anyone! Many thanks to you and your team. Can’t wait to return for baby showers or anniversary parties!

Fabulous venue. Their NYE party was spacious, elegant, and vibrant. I especially liked the way they decorated with stylish balloon arrangements and cool vibe lighting. I got to meet one of the owners Rayleigh, and the managers Hannah and Kayla were dreams to work with. Highly recommended!

The Warren Place was an amazing venue to hold our Daughter and Son in Laws wedding. Brittany and the team were the utmost professionals and made sure we had a once in a lifetime event. The Chapel, the Cottage and the Meeting Venue were ideal and all within walking distance. On behalf of our family and friends, thank you for an unforgettable event!

If you are needing a venue for your special occasion, you have found the PERFECT spot. I recently hosted a bridal shower in The Lounge at The Warren Place.The Warren Place is such a gorgeous venue on its own. But with the venue team added, it made hosting the event such a breeze. Every single guest was in awe of the space. It made for a very elegant celebration. We could not be more pleased with every aspect of the day, from planning and coordinating details, to the last goodbye. This was only for a bridal shower, but they treated me with the same standards I would expect for a full wedding event. Communication was phenomenal and they were so organized- down to the tiny details. My pictures just can’t do it justice. (Seriously, go see it for yourself!!). I wish this venue was around when I got married!

Read before you book! Mega yikes messed up the whole live streamRating this one star due to the fact that right after my wife and I got married and just wanted to be alone for a bit to soak in that moment, Brittany ran up to us asking if we hate her. She ended up messing up the whole live stream and the video never got recorded, so all the out of town guests sent a link for the ceremony couldn’t watch it. We never got to even save the video to re watch on our anniversary. They ended up giving us back the price of the live stream which was around 150 I think. But at the same time… you guys jacked up most of the ceremony, the audio for the songs echoed the pastors mic echoed. Everyone in the reception hall watching the ceremony couldn’t hear it. Not to mention everyone out of town watching the link originally was calling my mom since the video turned off. So sure 150 refund back, cool.. but you guys took a moment that we tried to capture away from us and we can never get it back. Not to mention we were the first wedding of the season so all their kinks should have been worked out by now. Not really an excuse for this kind of stuff. My least favorite part was when my wife and I just walked into a room after the ceremony and it was just us for a second, Brittany shows up and starts asking us if we hate her and talking to us, I just wanted to be with my wife so that was annoying. Not to mention from what my wife told me, another person at the venue who works there named emerald is super snobby and rude. I was told people were walking up to our parents complaining about how rude emerald was. She never directed any of her focus towards my wife in the walk throughs before the ceremony, she only directed her attention towards our parents. So it was a pretty wedding! But these people aren’t the best at what they do, which is sad because the venue is beautiful! I get it people make mistakes, but messing up the audio and the pastors microphone and the livestream during the ceremony is a pretty big one.
