We've hosted nearly 300 weddings and share our expertise through prompt, professional & personal communication along with resources for simple wedding planning. Our wedding at Warrenwood was literally a dream! From the very beginning of our engagement we had regular scheduled meetings with Emily, who was always so patient with us and very informative, and all of her suggestions along the way. Although the weather wasn’t exactly on our side the day of, from the very beginning of planning we had already talked about a backup rain plan. This made the day so much less stressful having to move everything inside of the barn. The Warrenwood property itself is absolutely beautiful, from the house, to the yard, to the barn. You won’t regret picking this venue for any event!

Warrenwood Manor was my dream venue and I can’t imagine getting married anywhere else. Since before we got engaged, I knew I wanted to get married there, so it was the only venue we toured. I fell in love with the house, the landscape and the barn. I am from Latin America and my husband is from Kentucky, so all my family and friends traveled for our wedding. Everyone was in love with the venue and my family keeps saying that our wedding was like a fairytale. The staff at Warrenwood is extremely helpful and nice. Emily replied to all my emails so fast and she was so easy to talk to aside from being really knowledgeable and kind. Every single corner at this venue is PERFECT for pictures. My photographer was so happy with all the beautiful shots she was able to get and we of course loved our pictures. The barn is a dream and the house is even prettier. I can’t recommend enough this venue. If I could get married again, I would do it a Warrenwood Manor without doubt.

After our initial visit, we literally cancelled the rest, because it was everything we had been looking for - picturesque country side, historical feel, stunning landscape, and a perfect party spot. What really sold us though was the welcoming, warm, professional manner of Emily and the rest of the staff. We worked with Emily mostly during the planning stages, and she was dependable, thorough and very communicative. She has a passion for what she does, and its evident in the way she treats her couples' events as if they were her own, with a detail-oriented eye and a mind that's always thinking two steps ahead. The staff as well were insanely helpful especially on the day of the wedding. Tasks we had on our checklist were magically taken care of with the utmost care. The venue is exactly what we wanted. It was not only beautiful, but incredibly comfortable, accommodating, clean, roomy, everything a bride could want and have on her big day. The staff went above and beyond every step of the way, and we are so thankful to consider these wonderful ladies, true friends for life. Emily connected with me and my husband like we'd been old friends and knew exactly what we needed. Every direction you look is a photo-worthy shot because it is unbelievably breathtaking. Warrenwood had limitless options of what we could do and they delivered everything we had imagined. Our day was absolutely perfect because we went with Warrenwood Manor. Even though we aren't from Danville, it was well worth the drive from Lexington. If you don't go with them, you're sorely missing out!Thank you, thank you, thank you Warrenwood Manor!

They were LGBTQ friendly and we never felt uncomfortable. We were worried and skeptical of any venue we visited, or thought of visiting, due to being a lesbian couple but they were always understanding and sensitive to our situation. Emily was great and easy to communicate with-all of our questions and concerns were always addressed quickly. Overall, we had a magical experience and it was a perfect day that we will cherish forever!

Both Amber and Emily were incredibly professional and organized throughout the whole process, from the first time I viewed the property, planning my wedding, and on the wedding day. Both of them worked so hard the day before and the day of my wedding to ensure a stress-free day. I cannot recommend Warrenwood Manor enough! Everything about it is gorgeous!! LOVED working with Warrenwood for my wedding on 10-17-2020. The girls are all so sweet and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process and day of. They are always happy to answer questions and very responsive - even in the midst of a pandemic when no one knows whats going on! The venue is gorgeous and very well maintained, and the fall colors looked beautiful across the rolling hills. At my final walk through I made a comment about not being mad if the cows were in the background of pictures because I'm obsessed with cows and y'all.... they had the cows right there! Literally the cherry on top of our big day. Over and above all expectations, thank you Warrenwood for an amazingly beautiful wedding day <3

Brittney and her staff went above and beyond our expectations to give our daughter a storybook wedding. Every detail was handled with precision and thoughtfulness. The grounds are well landscaped and pastoral -complete with a pond! The barn area is phenomenal with a large rustic barn complete with 3 chandeliers and edison lighting and adjoining it , a modern bathroom and also catering prep areas with airconditioning!The only thing that outshines the property is Brittney, host extraordinaire! She anticipates your needs and has the answers before you even ask. She and her staff were on top of everything not only during the entire planning process but the day of. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Warrenwood Manor!

When my parents took me to look at Warrenwood Manor as a possible venue for our wedding I was about to give up the venue search. I was convinced we’d never find a venue that would line up with our vision as well as house the number of guests we planned to invite. I was downtrodden and ready to elope on an island somewhere when I met Brittney and saw Warrenwood. Everything changed from that first walk-through at this gorgeous venue. From the second I met Brittney, she read my energy and seemed to know exactly what I needed as a bride-to-be. From that first day forward she saw my vision, took my jumbled thoughts and made it a reality (I think my initial messages to her described our wedding theme as Brandi Carlile meets LL Bean meets Kate Spade meets Keeneland and she was somehow able to decipher that!). We also had the pleasure of working with Amber who also has exceptional taste and organizational skills. Someone commented that our wedding felt like a large, hopping party and an intimate gathering all at once - which was our ultimate vision - one that I don’t think would have happened without Warrenwood and these ladies. Warrenwood hosted both our 180 guest wedding and 55 guest rehearsal dinner in November 2017. And we could not have asked for more. The venue is the stuff of dreams. Every guest commented on the beauty of the house as well as the surrounding grounds. I could go on and on about the perfection that is Warrenwood but I’ll stop and encourage you to stop looking at other venues and go ahead and book! I can assure you, you will have no regrets. Warrenwood, Brittney, and Amber are truly the dream team. When I first drove up to Warrenwood Manor over a year before my wedding day, I knew it was where I wanted to get married! Brittany was amazing to work with and was always able to accommodate my busy schedule. When we had to make big changes on the day of the ceremony because of the weather she supported me 100% in every way. Her and her sister and everyone else that helped on the day of the wedding made it so there wasn't one thing I would have changed. When I first drove up to Warrenwood Manor over a year before my wedding day, I knew it was where I wanted to get married! Brittany was amazing to work with and was always able to accommodate my busy schedule. When we had to make big changes on the day of the ceremony because of the weather she supported me 100% in every way. Her and her sister and everyone else that helped on the day of the wedding made it so there wasn't one thing I would have changed. I didn't realize it was possible to have an absolutely stress free wedding day but Brittany and Warrenwood Manor made it so! You won't find a better venue or people!

Brittney, who owns the venue, is so beyond helpful and makes sure every last detail is thought through to make for a stress-free day. The venue was the most important aspect of our wedding and Warrenwood went above and beyond. Brittney Adams was also amazing and she was there for me every step of the way. Being an event and wedding planner myself, I think my expectations may have been a little higher than most but Brittney and Warrenwood far exceeded them. It may sound funny to some but we are really going to miss Warrenwood and the staff there! We could not have asked for a better start to our marriage. We thank Brittney and Warrenwood for everything!

Brittney was my venue coordinator and her and her sister went above and beyond both before and the day of my wedding to make sure that the day went perfectly. It is absolutely stunning, and I instantly knew that was where I wanted to get married at. My favorite thing while working with Brittney was when I presented the risky idea of hanging our cake from the barn rafters on a chandelier, she was 110% on board and did whatever she could to help bring my vision to life! (And it was so worth it!) Brittney also shared her expertise and advice when asked, and since neither my husband or I grew up around Danville, she was a life saver! So many people told us it was the nicest or most beautiful wedding they have been to, and having our wedding at Warrenwood definitely played a critical role in that being the case. My girls and I had a blast getting ready in the house all day! Everything about working with Brittney and Warrenwood was not only stress free, but fun. I highly encourage everyone to check it out! I promise, you won't regret it!

We had such an amazing weekend at Warrenwood! Brittney was amazing from the time we met her about 6 months ago to now. She made everything very easy for an out-of-town couple to plan remotely - from suggesting vendors to answering many questions. She was always so cheerful and calm. We had 80 people traveling from all over the US and the world and everyone really loved it. The space is so big and diverse - we had events inside the house, just outside (patio/porch), in the side yard, ceremony in front of the small building, magic/comedy shows in the carport and the evening dinner/dancing in the barn. Everyone was so surprised that the spaces kept growing! It was a perfect place to have a multi-day event so the guests could see different areas and not get too bored. The price was also great and worth every penny. We couldn't have asked for any better!!

Every little detail at the venue from recent restroom addition at the barn to all of the time and effort put in to restoring the house makes this place special. We chose this location for our early April brunch wedding because it the most beautiful wedding venue in the state. The owner Brittney Adams and her sister Amber Mills were the most professional, knowledgeable, and supportive team we could have asked for. Our wedding day was literally perfect and we have Warrenwood to thank for that!

The location is close to many local hotels, food options, and stores for last-minute decorating or other items. The facility is well-maintained and comfortable. My son and daughter-in-law's wedding was gorgeous, in part to the setting, and the day was low stress thanks to our choice of venue, caterer, photographer and DJ. Because of convenience, price, and setting, we also chose to use Warrenwood for our rehearsal dinner and Sunday-after-the-wedding brunch.

Absolutely awful management. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Yes this venue is pretty, historic, and it would create the most beautiful pictures for a wedding. I have had my heart sit on WM for over a year. I contacted Brittany, the owner and manager, on Sept 20th about having a wedding there. We picked a date to view the venue, Oct 10th. where I showed up 10 minutes early, but she never did. I called 3 times no answer. It wasn't until I emailed her that she called back claiming she had the wrong date. Although she was the one who had decided on the date and time. They had blacktopped/sealed the drive way, so she knew that particular date was no good. I decided to give her another chance. Things happen and people make mistakes. No one is perfect. I emailed her back and we agreed on a date and time. She was very apologetic about missing our meeting. The first thing she asked me on the tour was what made me want to have my wedding at WM. I explained. She then said rattled off a date that was open, which was not my wedding date. I specified that that was not my wedding date and she acted very annoyed that I wouldn't change my wedding date to the next week for her. She continued to make comments that it was a shame I was unwilling to compromise my date. She knew before any of the meetings my wedding date. But failed to let me know that date was unavailable. I left very mad. I had wasted 2 days of my time, took off work 2 separate times, and had asked a family member to drive over an hour away to view this venue. She was not considerate of my time. Later that night I received another \"apologetic\" email stating it was a shame that my date was booked. But another bride had booked it Oct 4th, before my tour date.A good, ethical manager and owner would have emailed and stated that this date was booked and listed what was available. But she was more worried about filling her calendar than worrying about a potential customers needs. I warn any bride of this venue. Not only is management awful, but the house is in terrible condition. Water damage and leaks (even stated by the owner), wallpaper coming off the wall in sheets. It's a very empty house, that has a fowl, rotten smell. The road noise is terrible. We could barely have a conversation as cars and semi's drove by.Furthermore this venue is over priced. $3,500 for a house that is crumbling and a manager who is rude. I recommend looking elsewhere if you have your heart sit on an outdoor wedding.

Warrenwood Manor is very beautiful! We received so many compliments about our venue I couldn't keep track of them all. It was the perfect spot for our big day! On our wedding day, we rented 3 days: Friday- Sunday with access to the complete grounds, which included the house, yard, carport area and the barn. We had our wedding in the barn at 6pm on a Saturday, which is beautifully decorated with lights and chandeliers already and beautiful cloth up front where you would stand by the barn doors. We did not decorate any further than added tree stumps Warrenwood provided.The house is absolutely stunning with bridal and groom suites upstairs! Warrenwood provided chairs and tables for the reception inside and outside the house. The day of the wedding and the day before, Brittany and her sister were very helpful setting up, helping us arrange, getting things for us (there at the venue), and answering any questions we had. They were great!The only thing I'd suggest is get in your contract the hours you are allowed to be at the venue to set up before your wedding- even if you book Friday, you don't get it literally all day, as we expected.Otherwise, we loved every second of our experience of Warrenwood Manor. Thank you for making our day Beautiful, Amazing, Easy, and Wonderful!

Warrenwood Manor is very beautiful! We received so many compliments about our venue I couldn't keep track of them all. It was the perfect spot for our big day! I am SO glad that we chose Warrenwood Manor as our wedding venue. The farm scenery is gorgeous, without being dirty. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the barn is like a rustic dream, and the farmhouse just blew us away. As if the venue wasn't enough, the manager was a joy to work with. She supported us throughout the planning process and was on staff the whole day to fill any need. If I had to get married a thousand times, I'd choose Warrenwood Manor a thousand and one.

My husband and I fell in love with Warrenwood Manor the moment we saw the mansion the first time. The manor is set on a gorgeous farm, surrounded by rolling Kentucky hills, and the inside is nothing short of magical. I wanted my small wedding to feel intimate and romantic, and the mansion's beautiful interior delivered it perfectly. My favorite thing about the mansion itself is the charm and character the wood, high ceiling, fireplaces, wallpaper and cozy feeling of being in an actual home. The details of the house itself gave my entire wedding the perfect intimate and idyllic environment that I wanted. It seemed to transport my entire event to a different time, without big conference style reception areas that I see so often at weddings. \rNot only did I immediately fall in love with the house and the surrounding rolling hills, the owner, Brittney, made the entire process basically seamless. She is professional and sweet, helpful and charming, and she made me feel so comfortable in the mansion. She answered all of my questions, gave me great recommendations (especially for my coordinator at LexEffect), and I genuinely felt welcomed into her space. She even brought a knife and cutting board from home for me to use the day before while we were prepping food. She made my day so special, and easy, and I feel very lucky that I found Warrenwood Manor with such a sweet and awesome owner.

I was THRILLED to find Warrenwood Manor in Danville, KY for our ceremony and reception venue. Pros: ceremony and reception venue in one spot, covered and outdoor options, bridal suite is gorgeous for pictures, CHIVALRI CHAIRS INCLUDED, tables too, flexible staff willing to pitch in... I could go on. The barn with the chandeliers and hanging curtains are stunning. I wanted something other than a traditional caterer and we were allowed to bring in food trucks which was not only a personal and fun element to our reception, it really made things simpler logistically and easier on the budget. Having the flexibility to bring in your own vendors for food is a HUGE cost savings and another perk of Warrenwood. We were able to use the onsite kitchen which was also helpful. I couldn't be more pleased with our decision to use Warrenwood for our wedding. Dress it up or dress it down, it is whatever you want it to be.

I had my rehearsal dinner inside, ceremony in the backyard, followed by the reception in the Manor and backyard (8/15/15), and I cannot tell you how perfect it was. Brittney was there from day one, offering advice on set up, flow and decor, and was always available when I had questions. She was instrumental the weekend of the wedding, helping with any last-minute needs. I can truly say that she was a very welcome guest at the wedding...even though she kind of had to be there. From rehearsal to cleaning up on Sunday, Warrenwood was the perfect place. I don't know how many other words I can use to express that. Did I mention it is absolutely beautiful? Both the grounds and the house and the barn?

I really cannot say enough great things about Warrenwood Manor: the venue itself is gorgeous offering acres upon acres of idyllic farmland and the sweetest old mansion. Brittney Adams, the owner, was up for anything- helping us to make our ideas come to fruition without all of the restrictions, add on fees, and complications many of the other venues had. I'm not one of those women who has been planning my wedding since I was a little girl, but luckily Brittney helped me avoid a meltdown and picked up some of the slack on the planning of logistics and ceremony. Not only was she helpful throughout the planning process, she worked tirelessly during our wedding day and remained accessible to answer questions and set up visiting times to plan out the space. The house couldn't have been more perfect- we had a ladies and a men's dressing area, gorgeous spaces to relax and prepare for the wedding. The windows cast prisms on us during the ceremony which was absolutely magical (I can't wait to see the pictures!!). Our caterer was pleased with the kitchen and pull around driveway access. Most importantly, the space was conducive to creating an elegant atmosphere that wasn't stuffy. Warrenwood was way more than I expected- definitely worth looking into! Olivia

Last February my daughter fell in love with Warrenwood Manor and decided that was where she wanted to get married. I had a few reservations. The venue was gorgeous but the owner was new and I just wasn't sure about my daughter getting married in a barn-in July! I am so happy that my daughter had her heart set on it because I cannot imagine a more lovely, convenient, picturesque place for our daughter's wedding. The bridal party suites alone made it perfect. The grooms area is amazing but seeing my daughter getting ready in the bridal suite was just priceless! Having an area where she didn't feel rushed or have to hear any of the final details coming together was very helpful. Brittany (the owner) goes above and beyond to help make sure every detail is considered and then handled. She has great suggestions for venders, if you need, but also encouraged us to use who we wanted! She is very knowledgable and offers sound advice. She and her sister seemed like part of the family by the end If the wedding. I want to tell every bride about this venue. The hardest part about having a wedding at Warrenwood Manor is leaving after its all over! You'll fall in love with the place. I'm so glad we chose Warrenwood Manor! Last February my daughter fell in love with Warrenwood Manor and decided that was where she wanted to get married. I had a few reservations. The venue was gorgeous but the owner was new and I just wasn't sure about my daughter getting married in a barn-in July! Brittney has worked very diligently and quickly to get this beautiful venue ready. Warrenwood has it all to create your perfect event. We had my daughters wedding festivities here. Planning was easy as she was flexible to meet us and our vendors during the preparation phase, and very prompt returning any information we requested. The event turned into a flurry of activities for the weekend. We held rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, a Bridal breakfast, the wedding and reception all on Warrenwood's grounds. And it was FANTASTIC! Warrenwood Manor was a beautiful venue and the perfect place to host a bridal shower. All the guests commented on how beautiful it was. Brittney was a huge help through out all the planning. She gave me advice on the best setup for the size of our party, and even had all the tables and chairs setup when we arrived. Overall it was a great experience, and I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Warrenwood Manor was a beautiful venue and the perfect place to host a bridal shower. All the guests commented on how beautiful it was. Brittney was a huge help through out all the planning. She gave me advice on the best setup for the size of our party, and even had all the tables and chairs setup when we arrived. Overall it was a great experience, and I would recommend this venue to anyone!
