Could not have asked for a better venue! Nancy worked with us every step of the way and her attitude was very \"yes, and!\" she made our day perfect, responded to emails quickly, made everything work seamlessly so on the day of we didn't have to sweat any of the details. The whole team was absolutely phenomenal and after the wedding we had so many quests saying how wonderful the staff was at the country club. The little details like having an appetizer plate in the brides dressing room along with some drinks to make sure we actually got to taste the cocktail hour apps was so thoughtful. It made a big difference that they took care of food, tables, linens, dance floor, bar, apps, etc so that we didn't have to have vendors for all of those as well; AND it was all top quality. I would 100% recommend WCC to any couple. Reviewed on 20-11-2023

I can’t begin to tell you how happy we were with our wedding at Warwick Country Club. First of all it is an absolutely stunning setting right along the water. It has beautiful views, and without the crazy Newport pricing (including Newport hotel pricing for your guests!). The sunsets are also outrageous. On top of that, the day of wedding coordinator, Nancy is just outstanding. Over the months leading up to our wedding, Nancy went out of her way to answer any question we had (and QUICKLY), even if it was something as small as an opinion on colors/decor. Day of, Nancy is even better (if possible) - she is calm, cool & collected throughout ALL the stress and craziness, and really knows what she is doing. She is the queen of pivoting (if necessary!), and I trusted her inherently - and boy did she execute/deliver. On top of that, the waitstaff / bartenders are truly amazing as well - Marty, Dante, Mason, Brian, Jo… all of them are so great and professional. And just love watching the couple have a great time!! If you’re lucky with a nice day, it’s so awesome to have the deck be available for a reprieve from dancing for your guests. I would also like to highly recommend renting a dance floor (through WCC) - yes it does add an additional cost but it does open up the room A TON!!!! Not required though. You cannot go wrong with WCC!!! Reviewed on 16-10-2023

I don't know where to start because everything was amazing! We held our wedding here on 9.3.23 and it was everything we could have dreamed of. We haven't stopped talking about it and we've heard from MANY guests about the quality of the food, the scenery, and overall quality of the wedding. Some have even said it's the best wedding they ever attended (I swear!)! When we first saw the WCC, we knew it was perfect for us. I wanted a venue that guests could really enjoy and experience. On our wedding day, we were so happy to see people out on the deck, walking around the lawn, and taking pictures. Once sunset rolled around, everyone took more pictures because the sunset was stunning! Everything looked wonderful inside as well. Nancy, the wedding coordinator, is a seasoned professional. She was responsive to emails and helped us to see our vision through. She gave great insights if we had questions on things and was just a pleasure to work with! On the day-of, she helped to keep everything on track. I am so happy we had our wedding here... it was an amazing experience! Reviewed on 15-09-2023

Danielle Detri(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-11-2022 Warwick Country Club was absolutely amazing! We had our wedding on 11/12/2022. When you arrive to the club you find this hidden gems perfectly manicured grounds and it’s stunning Narragansett bay ocean views, that literally will take your breath away. You can even see the Newport and Jamestown bridge! . When you walk into the reception room you will see a panoramic view of the grounds over looking the ocean, which makes for a great backdrop and contingency plan if your ceremony has to be indoors which is extremely hard to find in a venue. There is also a room called the “Blue Room” that is to place all of your detailed decor for all your guests to see which Nancy and her staff did a wonderful job. There’s a large deck with fire heaters and fire pit for all of your guest to go out and enjoy and take in the views of the bay. Nancy did an amazing job with everything. She was constantly in contact leading up to our date making sure everything was planned perfectly. The day before our wedding was a tropical storm and Nancy was adamant that the storm would clear before our 2:30pm ceremony and that we would have our Ceremony out side and we sure did. The sun came out at 11am and it shined with 71 degree weather in November! Nancy and her staff made the day flow so nicely, The food tasted amazing and was great sized portions, everything was perfect. There is a ton of options at this venue and all of our guests could not stop talking about how amazing this venue is. It is truly a hidden gem in Warwick Rhode Island. Reviewed on 12-01-2023

She is a true professional. She is far beyond my expectations. She cares about us as a couple, not just as clients. Our wedding was seamless in every way. She was flexible and accommodating to our changes including the weather! She was there for me the most leading into the last few weeks when my stress was high with guests canceling and changing tables. She helped my vision come to life and also gave me wonderful input. All of my silly requests, she made sure happened. She worked with XO the girls for the table linens and Quality Rentals for specific tables. She worked day of coordinating timing with Cherry Hill Flowers, Conte Sound Productions, and our champagne wall vendor.Marty and Lauren were fabulous in the setup. Every detail was perfectly in place and even better than my original setup idea. Marty took care of every operational thing including some pesky family members changing tables that day.Mason had a late night with an event the night before and he made sure everything was in place for us for our big day! As someone working in the industry, I felt pressured to ensure everything was amazing for my guests. Many raved about the incredible, flavorful, and well-displayed/plated food and I concur - Joe had a home run with our wedding. The raw bar was exquisite. Our bride and groom appetizer plate were perfect because I was too nervous to eat before introductions. Dinner service was so quick which we appreciated as we wanted quality dance time. The service was top-notch. The staff was friendly from coat check, to passing apps, to serving dinner, and even serving drinks and handling our crazy group! I always tell staff - to act like a duck. Gliding on the surface but pedaling fast underneath where no one can see. I am sure that was the case but we only saw the gliding. I will always recommend WCC because of how amazing every part of our day was. We felt like the Queen & King with how well we were treated.Thank you, thank you, thank you ♥️♥️ Reviewed on 06-01-2023

Victoria Miller(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-10-2019 Having our wedding at Warwick Country Club was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. Warwick Country Club is a hidden gem along the Narragansett Bay that has breathtaking views from inside the ballroom to the outdoor ceremony location on the lawn. It had the perfect mix of elegance and nautical themes, with plenty of room for our guests throughout the rooms (entry room, bar, dance floor) while remaining intimate. From the walk through, everyone we worked with at Warwick Country Club was always professional and patient with all of our questions and concerns with suggestions and advice to make our day as best as possible. When our coordinator switched a few months before our day, I was a tad nervous but was instantly put at ease after meeting Nancy. Nancy went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were being answered and visions coming to life throughout the wedding planning process. During the wedding, Nancy and her team again did everything they could to make my bridal party and I at ease and insure the day went off smoothly. Nancy was highly organized and took the time to get to understand our vision for the wedding to make sure it came to fruition on the day with every detail I laid out for her perfectly executed. One of the best parts of the wedding day was our bridal attendant, Erica. Erica was always there for me, my husband, and our bridal party to answer questions, assist with little tasks, and provide us with any refreshments or supplies we needed before the ceremony started. Both Nancy and Erica were highly attentive throughout the day and made sure all of our needs were being met throughout the entire wedding. Everyone at our wedding could not stop raving about the food at the wedding (especially the fish and chip appetizers!!) at the brunch the next morning and the ice cream sundae bar was a huge hit as well with our guests! Warwick Country Club had an expansive dinner selections and allowed us to personalize our choices to make our wedding feel more unique and match our personality. He is very professional and a joy to work with. The food served and the waitstaff were amazing. Erica deserves a mention, she was a server in the bridal suite, out on the lawn during photos and also during dinner, always pleasant with a smile on her face. Mason, also was beyond pleasant and was more than happy to help with even the smallest requests. We had a guest who is handicapped, he was treated with utmost respect and was made a priority both during rehearsal and the actual wedding. Jamie Briere(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-07-2019 We deliberated for MONTHS over a venue and I am so happy that we chose Warwick Country Club for our wedding! Starting out, things were a little bit rocky, as two wedding coordinators left back to back, but once Greg took over, our experience turned around completely. Greg was incredible to work with leading up to the wedding and he was so thorough in planning to make sure everything went exactly as we wanted it to. Aside from the unbelievable views, one of the major factors that helped us decide on WCC for our wedding was that they weren't like all of the other \"wedding factories\" that we visited. WCC wanted us to be happy with our day and were very lenient with the timeline of the day, the food choices, and things we wanted to include in the wedding. It was so refreshing that everything was basically up to us instead of predetermined. One thing that was a disappointment was that the bridal suite was not renovated like I was told it would have been by my wedding date. The bridal suite as it stands is basically a closet with mismatched furniture-definitely not somewhere I wanted to have any pictures taken, but we got ready at the hotel instead and hardly used the bridal suite anyways. The other thing we found disappointing was the braised short rib. The majority of our guests ordered that and it sounded so amazing but it was very tough. Unfortunately we didn't try that at the wedding tasting and just trusted it would be good but it wasn't. All of the other food was absolutely OUTSTANDING though. The hors d'oeuvres, especially the scallops wrapped in bacon and the tomato soup shooters were delicious!! Overall, we would highly recommend Warwick Country Club. We had the time of our lives and our guests were so blown away by the amazing scenery. Thank you so much to Greg, Mason, and all of the other staff that worked so hard on the hottest day of the summer to make our wedding our best day ever! Reviewed on 14-08-2019

Cara Hayward(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 27-10-2018 I am so glad I found the WCC for my wedding. My husband and I really wanted a picturesque wedding on the water. We searched up and down the New England coast and looked at a ton of venues in Newport. Originally WCC wasn't even on our list but after a very disappointing trip in Newport my Mom and I were talking to a young woman as we were picking up a bottle of wine to commiserate and she told us she got married at WCC and to check it out. We decided to see if we could just pop our head in the next day without an appointment just to see it. It was pouring rain but I remember instantly thinking it was the most beautiful venue I had seen thus far and falling in love. Brooke was kind enough to provide us with a little information and a packet to take home despite not having an appointment (brides, I don't recommend not making an appt but I wanted to point it out to show how even from the beginning Brooke has been extremely accommodating). We decided shortly after that WCC was our venue. What I appreciate about WCC is that I felt like I got an amazing value without having to compromise on anything. A lot of the Newport venues charged crazy prices just to say you got married there which I think is ridiculous. WCC charges you for what you actually consume and allows you to customize your food and beverage however you like. Also, the food is AMAZING. All our guests are STILL raving about the quality and quantity of the food and how it was perfectly prepared. The service is also impeccable. The waiters and bartenders were one point and all our guests were super impressed by that. I also want to point out that Brooke was also amazing. She was super accommodating and flexible when we wanted to rent a dance floor to put in the middle of the room, rent the Ross Room for an earlier cultural ceremony, rent a heated tent for outside in case it was cold, etc. etc. She helped us arrange it all. May I also mention that my husband and I live in Texas and Brooke made the planning extremely easy despite us not being able to really go in and meet often. Unfortunately, there was a huge Nor'Easter on our wedding day so we weren't able to have our ceremony outside as planned. Brooke worked tirelessly (despite less than 24 hour notice) to move the ceremony inside without a hitch and still make it look beautiful and comfortable for guests. Marco and Mason were also amazing to work with. Marco made sure everyone had drinks, food, and that all the guests were happy. He made Vinh and I feel taken care of so we could focus on our guests. Mason helped us at the end of the night to make sure all our belongings were collected and even brought out to go boxes to let us take home the desserts we had left over. I could go on and on forever but I highly recommend this venue if you want a wedding on the water without feeling like you've had the wool pulled over your eyes in terms of cost. The value is exceptional and we had the most amazing wedding I could ever imagine. Thank you WCC team! Reviewed on 19-11-2018
Abbey Coble(maid of honor)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 27-04-2019 Brooke B. our representative and all of Warwick Country Club and its' employees provided the most professional and beautiful accommodations that we could have hoped for from our Bridal Shower. The pictures on their website are accurate to the reality of the grounds and it is gorgeous. We used the Ross Room which holds up to 50 people. We had a very large Bridal Shower with about 42 people attending, we were also granted access to a portion of the outside deck where they ended up setting up a cash bar and also some outdoor seating (this was not expected but accommodated our party size so well). We got lucky with great weather and the deck and water view made the day even more magical! One critique that was mentioned by our guests was placing a sign outside the front door of the main building with the event name and an arrow pointing towards the event room, it was only 2 hallways away but for someone who has never been there before this was an understandable concern. Most of the communication took place between Brooke and I, we only had one face-to-face meeting that took place just 2 days before the shower. I live in New York and she made the experience very organized and relaxed. Planning a Bridal Shower from another state was intimidating but out of all the venues I called and inquired about Brooke was the most inviting and helpful in terms of gathering the information we needed; this is why we chose Warwick Country Club. We communicated mostly by email and one face time meeting so I could view the room. The food options were endless, we ended up doing a buffet style lunch which all of our guests appeared very happy with. The food came out in a timely manner and the event stayed on track with our projected schedule. The staff made meaningful gestures when there was any sense of concern from the bridal party, like wrapping a plate for the groom, bringing extra dressing options for the salad (which was not originally included) and they checked in throughout the event to see if there was anything we needed. The wait staff was prompted once to pick up dirty/empty appetizer dishes; they corrected this very quickly and maintained clean silverware and full waters throughout the entire event. The bartender was very friendly and had more drink options than we anticipated; this allowed more people to enjoy this feature. The overall event was very fairly priced and a breakdown was provided. We were able to arrive 2 hours early to setup, the tables already had our linens on them and were being set when we arrived. By the time our guests started arriving the room was sparkling and everything was in place. Brooke B. and her staff come highly recommended by our bridal party! Thank you Warwick Country Club! Katelyn DeBlois(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-10-2018 I would get married here all over again if I could. It was an absolutely perfect night. We got married in early October and the weather was still great. Greg our wedding coordinator, is an absolute all-star. He is the most organized, knowledgable, calm and all around great person. I had total confidence he had everything under control. Our original coordinator left the club after we started planning so we were nervous, and it was possibly the best thing that happened. We were in such good hands. Marco, the bridal attendant, is of the highest caliber. He is one of the nicest and hardest working people I have every met. He always had food coming and our drinks were always full. He took such good care of us and our families. Our florist brought the incorrect mothers' bouquets and Marco took leftover flowers and made the most gorgeous bouquets. This was all 20 minutes before the ceremony mind you. Him and Greg are the definition of a dream team. They took care of everything and made it a very smooth day.People raved about the food and about the views. I brought Del's in, which they were super accommodating with. Warwick Country Club is the best not so secret, secret. Want Newport Views for not Newport prices, go to Warwick Country Club. We felt the prices were fair. The drive in alone, is absolutely beautiful. They do one wedding a day so you are the main focus, the views are amazing and the lawns are impeccable. Our one downfall with the night was with the banquet manager, Mason. He is the one left to close out the night, which makes total sense. It just didn't really seem like he cared and he actually called my husband the wrong name most of the night. This does not at all impact our view of the club, the wait staff, Greg, Marco or our wedding night. I would still do it all again, I loved it so much. I just caution anyone who works with him as a banquet manager that someone is on top of him making sure he is doing what he supposed to. No bride should be left to packing things into a car with the groom and parents when he is no where to be found and he agreed to gathering things during the last part of the reception so it was a smooth process to get things out as quickly as possible since we could not go back the next morning. We didn't work directly with Brooke, the other event coordinator, but we have also heard amazing things about her! You really cannot go wrong with having your wedding here. All of the staff were very friendly as well. As any father would, my dad had very high expectations, and he ended up reaching out to the Manager of the club raving about how amazing the night was. Warwick Country Club will not disappoint! WCC was our first appointment and we knew the moment we pulled up to the panoramic view of the water and the beautiful clubhouse that this venue was perfect for us. We had 150 guests with half of our guests traveling from New York, and everyone is still raving about the food, service, and venue. Having the catering, tables, linens, flatware, etc. all included made the wedding planning process easy. Brooke was so great to work with and she took care of our every last need, met with us on multiple occasions and was always timely responding to emails. When Brooke showed me the room on the day of our wedding it took my breath away - she listened to my vision and brought it to life. Marco was also an absolute gem and made sure our wedding party always had drinks and food while we took our wedding photos. Finally, the price structure that Warwick uses is amazing - because you pay by consumption, we only had to order what we wanted, and it made it really easy to have the wedding we wanted and still stay in budget. All and all, an amazing wedding venue - would recommend to other couples! Reviewed on 18-09-2018

This venue is beyond perfection. The views are incredible, the food is delicious, and the staff is beyond excellent. Greg was the point person for the wedding planning and he went above and beyond making it a fun and stress free process, he provided expertise every step of the way making the decisions making process that much easier. While the venue it’s self is worth five stars, it is the staff that truly makes the experience. Our bridal attendant Marco provided exceptional service for my entire bridal party, he even held our drinks while we were taking pictures and would bring them to us in between shots, he was personable and funny and made the wedding go even more seamlessly. When you’re planning your wedding it’s going to be stressful so I recommend picking the Warwick Country Club because they take out so much of that stress so you can actually truly enjoy your wedding day. Ying Chan(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-06-2018 Once we saw the gorgeous view of the Narragansett Bay at Warwick Country Club and the nautical themed venue, we knew that the WCC was the perfect venue for us. We got married on a Friday in June 2018, and had about 75 guests. We were lucky to have Brooke as the venue coordinator. She was very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic during the whole process. She promptly answered all our emailed questions, and had several meetings with us to go over the details, and was able to accommodate last minute changes. We didn't end up hiring a wedding or day-of-coordinator since the venue coordinator, banquet manager, and vendors were able to communicate well. Though Brooke wasn't there on the wedding day, she was with us during the rehearsal & to wish us good luck, and made sure all the details were conveyed to the banquet manager. On the day of the wedding, we were blown away by how beautiful the table settings and decorations looked. The staff were so kind and friendly. And Marco was great. My husband asked if Marco could look after my elderly dad, who needed more attention before the wedding (instead of serving the bride/groom/bridal party), and Marco kept my dad company, got him tea, and took him on a golf cart for a tour of the country club.Guests kept telling us how much loved the food, the hors d'oeuvres, the drinks, and view, and that they wished the dancing lasted longer in the night! We formed a lot of great memories that night and had so much fun! Reviewed on 02-09-2018

Greg was so easy to work with leading up to the wedding, making a stressful event a little less stressful. He didn't try to pressure us into getting any extras, in fact even advised us on some good ways to cut costs. Of course the venue is absolutely stunning so our guests were awestruck at the beauty. We lucked out with a perfect sunny day that was a little cooler than average for July so our guests were comfortable during the 5:00 reception.I really cant say enough about the staff on the day of the wedding. They went WAY above and beyond. Marco took care of everyone in the wedding party from the moment we arrived. As soon as a drink started to get low, Marco was right there, seemingly out of nowhere, with a new drink. It was downright impressive. He got to know everyone in the wedding party by name and we even started chanting his name during one of the songs on the dance floor later that evening. The food was amazing too. The passed apps were a huge hit and the prime rib was a healthy serving. Servers were polite, courteous and prompt. In all I'd 100% recommend this venue to anyone considering it. I'm serious, best venue in RI in this price range. Reviewed on 19-08-2018

From the time we booked to the date of our wedding, our coordinators did switch once from Aimee to Brooke, but Brooke stepped in seamlessly and carried out our plans and our vision perfectly. She was great to work with. The venue is truly amazing and absolutely beautiful. So many of our guests said it was the best they had ever been to. Polina Angelova(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 29-07-2017 Our wedding was on July 29, 2017.. Our family and friends could not stop raving about the views. Our pictures & memories are amazing and we are so happy with how our wedding turned out. Now, not everything was amazing at WCC. Our coordinator-Aimee definitely took us on a rollercoaster of emotions. When my husband and I went to visit WCC, we immediately knew that that was our venue. When we sat down with Aimee-the coordinator, she seemed rather short. They had a date in the summer and we jumped right on it. After our initial meeting, I started corresponding with Aimee via email and asking to receive an estimate of how much our wedding would cost. I made our picks and asked Aimee to draft us an estimate. Aimee was not willing to provide that for us. I couldn’t justify booking a venue that could not provide us an estimate and I walked away. I could tell that Aimee and I could not work together. My mother in law reached out to Aimee and her boss-Lisa at which point, I was told that Lisa will be our point person go forward and we put a deposit that day. . We had one big meeting towards the end and Aimee was great. She had great advice and listened to all of our ideas and wants. The week of the wedding, the weather started to become a problem. I will say Aimee was amazing during this process. She gave us all of our options, told us the pros and cons of each and followed up with any pending questions I might have had. I was a nervous wreck-Aimee helped us make the right call and the weather pulled through for us. For that, Aimee thank you! Day of the wedding-things were amazing! My husband and I did a first look which we had talked about with Aimee. We did all of our formal pictures outside. As we were wrapping up-I noticed that our guests began arriving and were instructed by Aimee to come down to where my husband and I were taking pictures. Now I don’t know about other brides, but I wanted my entrance to be special and for my guest to see me for the first time when I walk down the aisle. That did not happen. After a few guests saw me, my photographer rushed me upstairs until all guests were seated. As I was looking outside the window, I noticed the center piece of our wedding – A large frame with our date and family name on it was placed way up front in the entrance of the venue vs where Aimee and I had spoken about it being placed right next to the chairs for our ceremony. I lost my cool. I went over to find Aimee and she was sitting in her office. I tried to be calm but once I told Aimee the frame was in the wrong place, I was met with “Calm down”…probably not the best response to say to a bride right before she walks down the aisle. She was not phased at all by how upset I was. She couldn’t care less. It was my vision for my wedding, I planned it and now I was seeing it not be executed correctly by someone that couldn’t care less. It threw me over the edge. I was not pleased. There was a shining star at WCC and his name was Marco! He was absolutely amazing and catered to every need we had. Our bridal party loved him and raved about his post our wedding! He was there with champagne before I could even ask for it. He packed all of us and organized it all. He was incredible and deserve the credit! I believe WCC is a great venue for a wedding. However I do believe Aimee could have been more accommodating and more understanding of what this wedding meant to me and been a little more compassionate towards the situation. The food was delicious and the staff was excellent, especially Marco, who was the bridal party's own wait staff. He was on top of everything and made sure the bridal party was set for the night. The details were all planned out with Aimee prior to the day to ensure the wedding ran smoothly and then on the day of we had a different coordinator that assisted in the play by play. Danielle MacInnis(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 23-06-2017 I don't even know where to begin - I want to relive my wedding day over and over! I got married a week ago and am still convinced that Aimee and Lauren are superheroes in disguise. Everything was perfect. From the time we first walked into Warwick Country Club, I knew it was THE venue. I didn't have this experience with any other aspect of my wedding but those chills that they talk during wedding planning when you just know - I got that feeling every time we drove down Narragansett Bay Ave and saw our venue emerge. The ocean views are unparalleled. A wedding in Newport costs 5x as much and the views are equal at best to what Warwick Country Club offers. Not only is the venue breathtaking, but the coordinators were unbelievable. I was a bride with anxiety and didn't have to worry about one thing going wrong at the venue. Aimee handled everything without having to call or ask additional questions. On the day of the wedding, Lauren was on top of everything. She made sure everything went smoothly, everyone was where they needed to be and having a good time, and most importantly that my husband and I were happy and relaxed. I truly believe that I wouldn't have had the wedding of my dreams if it hadn't been for these 2 ladies - they worked seamlessly together and made the day better than I imagined. Actually, I walked into the Blue Room (the room where all the guests go before entering the reception to get placecards, leave cards, etc.) and was blown away because I hadn't told them how I wanted it set up - but I know I could never have thought of anything as good as what they did. The decorations and lights were placed perfectly and even I was impressed and it was my own wedding! Another aspect I was SO impressed with was the attentiveness of the servers. Everyone says you won't eat on your wedding day and I was prepared for that because there was a lot of mingling to do, but even as we took formal photos during cocktail hour, I was stuffing my face in between shots with fish and chips that were brought to us by the staff. Erik and I talked after and agreed that there were several people asking us if we needed anything throughout the entire night. Of course, we didn't because everything was flawless but it was nice to be catered to and made to feel so important. The staff was all smiles from the moment I arrived as well, which was so important because the butterflies in my tummy were UNREAL and I was immediately brought wine or champagne, I don't even remember because they must have known by the look on my face that I needed it. There are so many other things - like the firepit that was a big hit with our guests or the venue's flexibility in letting us bring cornhole and toasting smores outside. At my rehearsal dinner we designed our own menu and had sliders, pizza, wings, etc. which were amazing. They had 3 weddings last weekend, mine was on Friday, my rehearsal dinner was on Thursday so all weekend they had about 6 events (including the other rehearsals) within 4 days and you would have never known. It felt like they focused on my wedding alone for months. My guests are still sending me messages saying what an amazing time they had. I think we were all blown away. The food was fabulous. There were people in their 70s telling me it was their favorite wedding which meant a lot because they had been to so many. So please consider this venue. I wish someone I know would get married there so I could go back as a guest! 5 stars is not enough! Reviewed on 15-06-2017

Lauren McCormick(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 14-08-2016 Let me start this review with this: The food was amazing, and everyone raved about how this was the best wedding food they'd ever had. The view was great, and the serving staff worked extremely hard. Now, the bad:It frequently took the coordinators over a week to get back to us, and usually after a second email. We went through three coordinators from August 13th, 2015 to August 14, 2016.After our cocktail hour, they ran out of CO2. As in, they could no longer serve beer on tap. We paid for an outdoor bar, but they deemed it too hot to do that. When I asked if they could roll the outdoor bar inside so they could serve tap beer, we were told there was no CO2 in the building whatsoever. SO, even if it hadn't been too hot, we wouldn't have gotten the outdoor bar.The lack of tap beer lead to people buying mostly mixed drinks, which lead to us going several hundred dollars over our consumption limit of $5000 (for 130 people..), with tip and tax. At this point we should have been notified and it should have been switched to cash bar. We were never notified we hit our limit, and the bill was brought back down to the $5000 we set. Our wedding coordinator was unable to make our wedding, and reasons for this ranged from \"she's not feeling well\" to \"she is in sales and does not ever attend weddings.\" We had seen her the previous day, and she said she would be there. We were never notified she was sick, never formally introduced to the new person, and the new person in charge stated to my husband, \"I have an injured knee and I am not sure how much I am going to be able to do.\" She was frequently not available, to the point where I actually asked the DJ to \"page\" her - because there were no plates for our desserts. The desserts weren't really arranged the way we had planned for them to be arranged, which was largely the bakery's fault I guess (they didn't bring extra serving trays as discussed) - but there was a \"gluten and nut free\" sign on desserts that were neither gluten nor nut free. At one point I ended up running across the room and grabbing a cupcake out of my friend's hand because I realized the error. I admit the dessert thing was probably made more complicated than it should have been... but plates for the desserts seems like a reasonable request. The next day, when we went back to collect our decorations, etc., we met with the other sales coordinator and the club manager. Both assured me that our coordinator would call us the next day. It has been six days, and we haven't heard from her.Overall, our wedding was beautiful, the food was great, and probably nobody noticed (other than the beer..) some of the mishaps that occurred. But if you are already a stressed out bride, you'll probably want to go elsewhere. If I could differentiate stars for different things:5 stars for food (seriously, the food was amazing)5 stars for venue itself (view, groundskeeping)5 stars for waitstaff 1 star for back office, planning, and responsiveness Reviewed on 20-08-2016
