The Watermill
The Watermill is a wedding reception venue located in Smithtown, NY. This beautifully bucolic and intimate event space would be ideal for all manner of big-day celebrations. Surrounded by eye-catching sights, inside and out, couples and guests are sure to appreciate all it has to offer. We could not have been happier to have our wedding reception at Watermill! It was absolutely incredible! For our December wedding, it was so beautifully decorated for Christmas it created such an inviting and festive atmosphere. There are also so many spots to take pictures on the grounds that you don’t have to find another location between or before your ceremony and reception. In the few short weeks since our wedding, we have received so many compliments about Watermill! Our guests were blown away by the extensive cocktail hour selection and we were told “it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had.” The 9 dinner options were not only so amazing and tasty, but truly accommodated all dietary needs. The staff was AMAZING- huge shout out to Rob, Sean, Jessica and Erika! No need for a DOC here- they set up everything that we brought to Watermill without any issues. Even placing a personalized ornament at each place setting — for 280 people. Our bridal attendants and Sean kept drinks in our hand all night long and ensured that everything ran smoothly. We are hoping that someone in our lives decides to get married at Watermill in the future so we can go back and enjoy it as guests! He flawlessly executed every detail, ensuring that our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. It felt as if we had known Rob for years. Rob's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly set him apart. He anticipated our needs and handled every request with grace and efficiency. (Trust me when I say he was there for the many requests and second guesses) It felt like he could read our minds!And let's talk about the food! The Watermill Caterers exceeded all expectations. From the delectable cocktail hour food ( to have Haitian and Caribbean food taste like home is no small feat) to the mouthwatering main course, every bite was a culinary delight. The flavors were exquisite, leaving our guests raving about the food whenever they get a chance. So let me begin by saying how great of an experience I had at the Watermill! I got married last Monday, October 9th. And honestly, I can’t stop raving about how amazing my wedding was. But it all started with one phone call, I spoke with Brian, who is one of the nicest people ever. I told him that my finance and I were searching for a venue, but we were on a budget. He chuckled and said he completely understood and would love to meet us. So, we made an appointment to meet with him. At the moment that I was walking in, a bride was walking out and stopped me in my tracks to tell me how great her wedding was and how much I would love it if I had my wedding there. We continued with our appointment and was walked around by Brian through the beautiful cocktail hour room and then he showed us outside where people can get married. It was breath taking, the watermill, the gazebo, the grounds really are beautiful. Then we went back inside with Brian who showed us the menu options for the reception and the cocktail hour menu. He offered us a great deal and said, “now go on and think about it.” He truly treated us like family because he wanted us to decide together calmly, not just in the heat of the moment. Obviously, we said YES! We went through all the steps and planned our wedding with Brian who also got us our DJ. Who was fantastic as well! Amanda from in the mood DJ was such a sweetheart and so supportive of all of our wishes for our wedding. I couldn’t be more thankful for Brian introducing us, they worked together to make our special day one that we can remember for the rest of our lives. When our day came, we had Bella as a bridal attendant and Sean as a Matre’d. Bella met me at the door of the watermill to take me into my room. She was so sweet, she literally became my best friend that day, she walked us around all day before and after the ceremony. And Sean was probably the most “on point” person I’ve ever met. Sean has worked at the watermill for 26 years and literally could run my wedding in his sleep. He was beyond professional and gave our wedding his full attention all day. He even made it his job to make sure our parents had everything they needed the entire night. He was so sweet and made us feel like we had nothing to worry about all day. He made sure my finance was calm and ready to get his wife before the ceremony and truly became our friend in no time. I could keep going, but lastly, as a professional chef, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how amazing the food was. Every family member we spoke to couldn’t stop bragging about how great cocktail hour was. I even told Brian, “Aren’t 9 menu items a lot for a reception menu” and he said, “trust me”. That’s all we needed to hear. We trusted each other and couldn’t be happier. Every menu item was cooked excellently. We loved it. Today, Thursday, I had to go and get everything that we dropped off for the wedding; Brian met us at the door with Sean and gave us a big hug and hello and helped us fill up our car and continued to thank us and tell us how much they loved working with us. So, this is my thank you to them. Brian, Sean, Bella, all the staff at the Watermill and In the Mood DJ; thank you for our day a day that exceeded our expectations and dreams of what our wedding could have been! We love you all!

My husband and I booked The Watermill for our wedding for August 2023. We met with Brian who made the decision so easy for us that it was the first and only venue we saw and we knew it right away. In May, while my now husband was on his bachelor trip I stopped into the Watermill unannounced to book the bourbon bar for cocktail hour- which would be a surprise to my husband on the day of. I was greeted right away by Rob and worked with him for that station, the wraps for the cigars and then the final details with my wedding. My parents also went down unannounced to see the floor plan, Rob was there and helped them with what the room would look like, where they would be sitting, where the photo booth would go, etc. Rob was extremely professional from the moment I met him, he was kind, patient and you could see the passion he had for his job. I truly felt like I was his family member. The day of our wedding Rob told my husband, our parents and myself that he will be attending another wedding that he was a guest at, can you believe that he stayed later at work to say hello and congratulations to us?! We were completely blown away! We also made a special request for Nick and Christina who are the definition of the \"Dynamic Duo\". There was NEVER a moment our drinks were empty, my dress got bustled right when I needed it to be, my vail was taken out without destroying my updo (I had my hair up in a bun), they brought us cocktail hour food so we had a chance to breathe, they were such a huge help and made everything perfect. When you book with The Watermill it is so much more than a wedding venue, it's a whole experience that I wish we could re-do all over again. Thank you so much to Rob, Brian, Christina, Nick and the whole rest of the staff for making our wedding night the best night of our lives!

We had the BEST experience with the watermill! The whole day went so smooth and everybody we worked with (Johnny, Bella, and Vlad) were absolutely incredible. They made sure we knew exactly what was going to happen during the day and made sure we were always taken care of. The property looked incredible and the food was delicious! I would recommend the watermill to anyone for events. We can’t thank Johnny and Bella enough, truly the best of the best. Both were beyond kind and helpful all night long, keeping my husband and I so happy. They basically felt like family by the end of the night. Thank you Watermill!!!

Booking the Watermill for our wedding was the BEST decision I made for our perfect wedding day. From the first visit (pre-booking) ALL of the Watermill staff was warm, welcoming and willing to make our dream day a reality. After we booked, the same followed. They were always receptive and answered our questions right away.We worked with Nick for our wedding and I'm SO glad we did. He worked with us on our pre-wedding appointments, drop offs, walk throughs and was our Maitre D' the night of. REQUEST NICK AS YOUR MAITRE D'!!!! He perfectly executed the entire night, was SO attentive to myself and my husband, always made sure our drinks were never empty and made sure the night went without a hitch. If there were any problems that night, we have no idea because he handled them with grace and without worrying us. The cocktail hour, dinner, drinks, decor, gardens, atmosphere and environment were so perfect. I really have nothing bad to say. The captain, bridal attendant (Jessica), wait staff, valet, bartenders, and everyone in between were truly incredible. We had the time of our lives Thanks to the incredible staff at the Watermill!! I would have our wedding at the Watermill 10x over if I could!

What can be said about the Watermill that countless other couples haven’t said?! They’re a well oil wedding machine!!! We were just married this past weekend and it was perfect.We were assigned The A-Team!!! Erika, Rich, and Vladimir were absolute rockstars. They were always there making sure things were moving the way they should and always making sure that my husband and I had everything we needed. We worked with Robert from the beginning and he made the decision of booking with the Watermill an easy one. Our guests are still raving about our wedding, from the food to the music to the atmosphere. If only we could relive this day over and over 🥰

We were just married this past weekend and it was perfect.We were assigned The A-Team!!! Erika, Rich, and Vladimir were absolute rockstars. They were always there making sure things were moving the way they should and always making sure that my husband and I had everything we needed. We worked with Robert from the beginning and he made the decision of booking with the Watermill an easy one. Our guests are still raving about our wedding, from the food to the music to the atmosphere. If only we could relive this day over and over 🥰

Pros: The Watermill Grounds: The outside grounds were beautiful and our guests were impressed by the ceremony area. They loved that we had it outside in such a beautiful space (Thankfully it didn’t rain). This was one of the main reasons we booked with the Watermill and we are so happy that the weather was on our side and we were able to use the outdoor chapel. The outside bar was open once our guests started coming in and they all were happy to be in the space. Cocktail Hour: We heard nothing but great things about our cocktail hour (unfortunately because of how busy it was, we were not able to enjoy the cocktail hour). The Bacon Bar and Sushi Station was a hit! Our guests apparently demolished the sushi station (it was a little disappointing that the station wasn’t refilled so all the guests could enjoy sushi though). Reception: Food was wonderful and whatever my husband I did not finish, we received all the food the following day to take home. We heard good things about the bartenders as well from our guests. For our exit station, we had White Castle and it was a hit, everyone loved it especially since a few of them had too much to drink. Service, etc: Based off what we saw and heard the service was wonderful and they took care of everything. The staff moved our stuff like the guest book around appropriately. Bella: ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! My mom asked her for several things throughout the night and she delivered with a smile on her face. My mom wanted to take her home with us lol! I was also having trouble with my train and she was able to bustle the dress even more where I was able to do my choreographed first dance, a concern I had had for months. Had I known I was going to have Bella, I wouldn’t have stressed about it as much as I did. Cons: Maitre D: There were times when we felt that Nick wasn’t fully committed to our needs. For example, when my husband and I wanted to practice our first dance (this was discussed before the wedding day and was agreed upon) before the reception during cocktail hour, he seemed bothered by it. He never was explicitly rude to us, but he didn’t seem enthusiastic to be part of our day. Overall he did a good job and the day went smoothly, but it felt like we were asking for too much. Cocktail Hour: Again we wish that the food was consistently replenished so all of our guests were able to enjoy all the stations.

Cannot recommend this venue enough. The staff was absolutely amazing. Their communication was fantastic. The cocktail hour was unreal. To start, we are SO happy that we booked our wedding with the Watermill. I was hesitant to inquire originally since I had my high school prom there but I am so glad that I did... We initially worked with Tom and then Brian. They were so great to work with and they helped answer lots of rounds of questions ranging from the menu, to possible signature drinks, to sizes of decor tables and easels, and more. We had open communication with the venue throughout our engagement and they were available pretty much whenever had we had a single question for them. We also don't live on Long Island and they were very flexible with our visits for times that required us to be in person. The week leading up to the wedding we met and worked with our Maître d, Nick. He answered each individual question that I had and there were a lot. Any concern we mentioned he said that he had everything covered and he was not kidding. He is amazing at what he does. On the wedding day he was super helpful and attentive and made sure that we had anything we needed. Each little detail that he knew I cared about from previous conversations he made a priority. For example, I had a vision for the way the decor tables were set up and he ensured that they were set up exactly that way. Any little issue that was potentially coming up (e.g., a potential missing boutonniere) he had a resolution and worked to do whatever we wanted to resolve it. He also ensured that we were kept on time as he knew the things that were important to us (e.g., being able to practice our first dance in the ballroom before cocktail hour ended and our guests entered). Christina, our bridal attendant, was also so amazing at her job. She helped me with any little detail from bustling my dress to helping me change into my dancing shoes. Unfortunately, it was raining on our wedding day but she helped me hold my dress and umbrella as I walked out to my husband for our first look. Also, when walking back from pictures, guests began to arrive and although they were told to turn around and not look at me, they didn't all listen so Christina held up my bouquet in front of my face and walked in front of me to make sure that no one was able to see me before I walked down the aisle which I am really grateful for. I also asked both her and Nick to ensure that I kept drinking water throughout the night and they did that as well. Seriously, no ask was too small for anyone we asked. The captain, Dom, was super nice and helpful. My husband said that Dom ensured that he had a corona in his hand at all times. He made sure he was available at any point that he was needed. Dom, Christina, and Nick made the wedding go so smoothly. We truly don't have the words to express how grateful we are for them and how flawlessly everything was executed on the day of. They were the dream team!As far as the venue goes, as others have said, our guests continue to tell us weeks later about how beautiful the venue was, how friendly the staff were, and how awesome the food was. Hopefully this detailed review helped explain their attention to detail and convince someone also book with the Watermill. We could not be happier with our decision to get married there.

Absolutely amazing! My husband and I had our wedding here in March 2023 with over 200 Guests and two grooms. It could not have gone any better. It was perfect. The venue itself is beautiful, even in the winter we got some great photos outside. The staff was attentive and polite. My drink was never empty and they made sure we both took time to eat in the middle of all of the chaos. The attendants and captain were on another level. All of our guests and family complemented the staff for days after the wedding. (Especially the bar and table staff). The food was hot and tasted great. The cocktail hour was unreal. They have everything and it was all fresh. I don't know how they did it.Communication was a breeze. I never waited more than an hour or two for a response from The Watermill, especially Robert. Anything we needed he got it done. The Watermill delivered everything they promised and then some. Planning a wedding can be stressful but the management at The Watermill made it so easy for us to have the perfect wedding. We can't thank them enough!

This review is long overdue, but still upsetting. We got married at the Watermill on June 24, 2021. In our contract with our florist the agreement stated that the vases used are to be returned within 1-2 days following the event. A $300 security deposit was charged to us with the understanding that this would be reversed once the vases were returned. In our contract it stated that each broken/missing vase would cost $45 dollars each. We had a total of 14 vases which would amount to $630.The night of our wedding we stayed at a nearby hotel and were told that we could come back the following day to collect the arch we left. We were not coming back to Watermill to collect vases as they were to be loaded up in the designated vehicle the night of our wedding. We were shocked once we got back to Queens (where we live); prepared to return the vases and realized that they were not with the other items. After calling Watermill we were informed by Nick that they were thrown away. Why anyone would throw away perfectly good vases is beyond us. We were then fed multiple lies such as the florist telling Watermill to throw them away according to Nick and also that Watermill tried to contact the owner about collecting the vases and they refused to collect according to Brian. We were left in the deficit concerning these vases. We understood our contract and agreement and we were being consulted concerning every minute detail the day of the wedding. We are really disappointed that something as major as 14 glass vases being thrown away was not something we would be asked about. After spending over $25k here, to be refused compensation of $300 for a mistake they made is dumbfounding.

Do you want to have the most beautiful wedding ever featuring a gorgeous venue, delicious food and attentive staff!? Book the Watermill! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we first stepped into the venue for a tour to the moment we left. Special shout out to Tom, Bryan, Loraine, Johnny, Dom, Jeanine & everyone else that made our day so special! (Btw, Jeanine fluffed the train on my dress in such a way that it made it look like I was floating down the aisle. It was definitely one of the highlights that enhanced the day. Thank you!) Everyone made us feel like family, answered all of our questions and kept the day flowing and on time. We did certain things a little differently and they were very respectful of our decisions. If we could go back and choose again, we’d still choose the Watermill! If we ever need to plan another large event, we would definitely consider the Watermill again. Best Wedding Day Ever!

From the moment we first stepped into the venue for a tour to the moment we left. Special shout out to Tom, Bryan, Loraine, Johnny, Dom, Jeanine & everyone else that made our day so special! (Btw, Jeanine fluffed the train on my dress in such a way that it made it look like I was floating down the aisle. It was definitely one of the highlights that enhanced the day. Thank you!) Everyone made us feel like family, answered all of our questions and kept the day flowing and on time. We did certain things a little differently and they were very respectful of our decisions. THE MOST AMAZING VENUE. Everyone always says how great their food was and I am not going to lie - I was nervous about them hosting two events at the same time in the same building. For context, I used to work at another wedding venue so I originally was turned off at the idea of having a wedding venue wedding. However after walking in here and speaking with Brian, I completely changed my mind. We were stuck between choosing them and another venue and we can confidently say we made the right choice! First off, cocktail hour was flawless. I am still hearing from guests about how great it was - especially the bacon bar. Since our wedding was on a Friday during lent, the staff did a great job at reassuring those who couldn’t eat meat we had non meat options at other stations for guests. Dinner was amazing as well - a lot do guest saying it’s the best they’ve had! Nick was our maitre d… very accommodating, personable and attentive from day one. I accidentally messed up the table cards for my wedding and didn’t notice until my father came up to me and asked about it. He stood in the hallway with my husband for a minute or two and had it figured out in no time. He also was very direct and upfront about how the day would go and made sure my husband and I had some time alone in the bridal suite towards the end of cocktail hour as well as some time in the ballroom prior to everyone coming in. Christina (I believe?) was my bridal attendant. She was great at doing my bustle, making sure I had drinks and holding my train for me in between photos at the Watermill when we were moving. I think my guests were shocked at how perfectly and smoothly everything went. Highly, highly recommend Watermill!

I was a Covid bride, which isn't ideal for anyone so I do want to preface that I'm aware everyone is under an incredible amount of stress and overworked in 2021. I feel for them, I really do, but unfortunately, what makes a good vendor isn't what they're able to do for you when things go entirely as planned, but how they treat you when it doesn't.They were so incredibly rude to us throughout the entire process. (Management and Maitre d's alike.) They were incredibly pushy and unprofessional about tips. Cut our menu options down without warning. Swapped our Maitre D twice without telling us (which is fine, except my allergy info was apparently never passed on to the newest guy or the bridal attendant). By the end of the process we felt like used napkins nobody wanted to deal with or even throw out. They made us feel like they didn't even want to be there the day of - as if our wedding was a chore. Honestly, the cocktail hour was great as expected. The waitstaff was great. The bartenders were top notch. We got there 45 minutes early and they let us in anyway, which I appreciate, but also a kind of low bar for service when you're dropping over 25k on a venue.The Maitre D was kind of an asshole. The bridal attendant was really sweet, but acted as more of a server than a bridal attendant and I couldn't find her for the majority of the night. I'm not calling them out by their names because I just met these people that night and spent 2 hours with them at most. I see other reviews where both of them were spectacular, but I just didn't have that same experience for whatever reason. Maybe it was an off night. I hope our wedding wasn't just dropped on the Maitre D last minute because well, yeah, I guess I'd be annoyed too. Either way, it was less than ideal. They pride themselves in being on top of their allergy info and they served me the wrong cake at the end of the night and I couldn't find anyone to switch it out (luckily I noticed because I would have had a pretty severe reaction). Granted, even for the cake cutting I had to fake it because I didn't want to be a bother. The bridal attendant brought us food from the cocktail hour and dessert but it was all overlapping and because of my allergy I couldn't eat any of it, but couldn't find her to tell her. It's fine. I didn't starve, but I'm writing it for other couples to know so no one gets carted off in an ambulance on their wedding day lol.If they're going to be hit or miss there are plenty of other venues on this island for around the same price and if I could do it again I would definitely book elsewhere.

With a Wedding like so many others that has so many moving parts, the Watermill made everything seem effortless and done with perfection. Tom helped us so much from booking the venue, to helping us along the way, to being with us on the day and the day after!! He really helped make the planning process as simple as possible and made us feel at ease! Nick helped everything run so smoothly, from the ceremony to cocktail hour to reception and Jessica helped me with all of my bridal needs and always made sure Eric had a a drink in his hand haha ! Such a modern, elegant feel to the venue! We worked with Tom Wright and he made communication so easy- answered my millions of questions, especially last minute questions the week of the wedding. The day of we had Sean as our Maitre’D, Kaitlyn and Nicole as our bridal attendants and Anthoni as our bridal captain. Let me tell you- Sean and Kaitlyn were absolutely amazing. Sean helped everything run so smoothly. We arrived to the Watermill earlier than expected and they greeted us and the bridal party off the bus with open arms. We headed to the bridal suite and then took pictures- they had drinks flowing immediately and platters of food for our parents and those waiting for pictures. My husband and I had the request of making it to cocktail hour and Sean made sure of it, at 6pm made sure we took a break from pictures & headed to the most amazing cocktail hour. From the mac & mash bar, to the bacon bar, to our LOVE ice sculpture all of our guests are still raving about it. Kaitlyn was always one step ahead of me- holding my drink/straw when family photos got a little stressful, bustled my dress, knew when to take my veil off, carried my bouquet, took care of the immediate family and bridal party. She is the best! Reception was perfect. 11 choices for dinner, and a dessert trio platter- delicious! Sean made cake cutting run smoothly and even helped keep the surprise of the FDNY Pipes & Drums band play for my husband. They added a pretzel exit station at the last minute for us because we were under count- a big hit in addition to our cannolis- sweet & savory! Truly a professional staff whom helps makes your wedding day a dream come true!Advice- Go to the showcases! That’s where you will get the real feel of possible vendors, the feel of cocktail hour & see the beauty the venue has to offer. They usually offer showcases about every 6 months. Also leave detailed notes at your drop-off with your decor. They listen to every detail and everything was in the right place! I can not say enough good things about the Watermill! From the first meeting with Tom L. he made us feel like family and made the entire process stress free. The day of our wedding everything went perfectly! Kaitlyn was our bridal attendant and she was AMAZING! She knew what I needed even before I knew I needed it. Our parents and bridal party were raving about her all night. I am forever grateful for how easy she made the night. Our Maitre'D was Sean and he was fantastic. We loved talking to him, and he was always checking in to make sure we were ok at the perfect times. The food is phenomenal and the service can't be topped. All our guests could not stop complimenting everything about the Watermill. A huge thank you to everyone at the Watermill for making our wedding everything we could have wished for!

Jessica was my bridal attendant and she was just phenomenal. She not only tended to me, but to our parents and family as well. Johnny and Jessica worked perfectly together to make Our night amazing! The food was so delicious, that’s all everyone kept talking about. Every option was amazing. We had a misshap with the church and the watermill even took us in a half hour earlier than expected. They were just wonderful, and the price was amazing for what they give in return. Nothing bad to say whatsoever. They were 100/10.

Watermill was the best decision we ever made. My husband and I knew we wanted to get married here from the moment we looked at it. We wanted a modern venue with options for both an indoor and outdoor ceremony, that had a beautiful outdoor area for a fall wedding. Watermill checked every box. Brian Fingerman was our consultant. He was thorough, so accessible and wonderful to work with. The staff the day of was impeccable. Katelyn was my bridal attendant, Nick was our maitre'd, and Trevor was our captain. They made sure the entire night went seamlessly. They were so attentive to everything we needed. The entire day was absolutely perfect. Thank you, Watermill!

Watermill was the first venue we saw and after visiting several we knew it was the right pick for us. My cousin got married there 12 years ago and I always remembered what a great time I had at their wedding... the renovations they did are just gorgeous! The new outdoor ceremony space made for a ceremony out of a DREAM!! We loved that they had an indoor chapel in case of bad weather (thankfully we didn't need it). The gardens are beautiful and the indoor/ outdoor cocktail hour space is great! The staff had everything on point! Tom Wright our banquet manager was excellent!! So responsive and helpful with all my questions and emails. He made choosing the Watermill as our venue easy! Our Maitre D, Nick, was also excellent. We felt like there wasn't enough flowers in the ceremony space so they grabbed from the indoor space right away at our request and really made sure the night ran smoothly. I also gave a relatively detailed set up list and everything was set up perfectly. The coktail hour was spectacular and all our guests are still raving about the food. Bridal attendant (Jessica) and Captain (Vinny D)made sure we were taken care of the entire night. We couldn't be happier with our choice and if Watermill is your future venue know that you are in great hands.

We had our wedding at the Watermill on 9/14. It was stunning, the food was amazing and the Watermill took care of us from start to finish. Our guests are still raving and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how impressive the food was. Cocktail hour blew us away! Tom L, Sean, Kaitlyn and their team couldn’t have been more helpful or nice. We had a beautiful day! Definitely recommend!

Once we stepped into the Watermill we knew it was the venue for us. If you're looking for a beautiful, elegant, welcoming venue - this is the place. They were so happy to assist us and truly made our dream wedding come to life. We had heard their food was amazing which is what drew us there in the first place - and it was. Tom Wright was our go to at Watermill and he was excellent, he came down to our wedding to spend some time with us too! The meetings went very smoothly and they took all our requests to heart. The cocktail hour was GORGEOUS! You could tell our guests were eating well and having fun in the beautiful room. Our Maitre'D was Sean and he was FANTASTIC. We loved talking to him, and he was very friendly. Kaitlyn was our bridal attendant and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in her job. She was unbelievable. Every 5 minutes giving us fresh drinks and making sure we were happy. Antonio was our Captain and he made sure every moving part was working correctly - and if it wasn't, we had no idea! The service was incredible, I had many family and friends also telling me that. The Vanderbilt ballroom is flawless and our guests loved it as much as we did. I HIGHLY recommend Watermill for any and every party!

The bridal attendant Jessica was so attentive as were the captain and Maitre'D. We didn't need to ask for a thing, they were on top of it all! My manager was Tom Wright who was amazing and so helpful, while he was out I worked with the other Tom and Brian who also went above and beyond to make my wedding a dream come true. The outdoor area here is something out of a wedding magazine, there are definitely not enough pictures of it online, you'll just have to see for yourself. We were worried we would hear traffic noise during the ceremony outside but not one car was heard! We used the upstairs Astor room which worked out amazing, the flow from the inside ballroom to the outside deck and lounge area made it feel like an outdoor backyard wedding, string lights and all. It was a dream come true!!

I loved our wedding venue! My wedding was on Sunday June 30th 2019 , our guest count was 200. The Watermill was amazing I want to thank Tom L. who helped plan my day! He's amazing he made me feel so at ease and I'm so grateful for his detailed and hard work in making my day so special. The service at the Watermill is one of the kind. My wedding was at 5:30PM, and we had a crazy thunderstorm that passed through 2 hrs before my ceremony that was at 5:30 PM. The storm didn't change anything from my out door ceremony, I was prepared to have an inside ceremony. The staff at the watermill cleared the outside space and dried the chairs in perfect timing that I could have my dream outdoor ceremony. It was perfect and my guest raved about how amazing the cocktail hour and dinner selections. If you a bride that wants a variety of food choices the Watermill is the place to get married at. We had 7 choices on our wedding dinner reception. My Matri'D was Nick-Amazing, he made sure everything ran smoothly through the who ceremony and reception. Kaitlyn my bridal attendant was such a sweet and amazing and always attending my husband & I, Vinny was amazing Captain and was Awesome! Everyone was spectacular, and what I loved most about my wedding was that the Watermill followed my instructions, I'm a planner and very detailed and they did everything exactly how I planned. I wish I could relive this day again because it truly was the best day ever! And I'm so blessed that the Watermill and their Phenomenal Team made My Husband & I's dreams come true!

I've watched shows like Platinum Weddings, Disney Weddings and My Fair Wedding throughout my life. I never could have imagined actually living it. My Banquet Manager Brian Fingerman was literally my fairy god father making all of my dreams come true. Throughout the planning process he helped make my vision come to life. The food was exquisite. The cocktail hour ( Which I made sure to eat at, was comparable to Epcot Center's Wine and Food festival, we had a taste of Italy, China, NY ( Carnegie Deli station) Japan and so on! JUST MAGICAL. The Watermill's new Executive Chef's dinner presentation was just as beautiful as any Michelin Star Rated restaurant. My Bridal Attendant, Caitlin catered to my every need and was there for my family too! The new outdoor space was so beautiful, it was a perfect mix of rustic and elegant. Exactly what I was going for. My vendors were unbelievable talented from Studio 27 DJ Entertainment ( I literally danced on a cloud) to our amazing Photographer Vinnie from Patken. Thank you Watermill Caterers for everything!

We just celebrated my brother's wedding here Friday night August 9, 2019. From the first time we saw this place at a showcase back in January, we were in love. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and the food was amazing. The outdoor ceremony was perfect. But the best part of this whole place is the staff. All of the decorations were set up perfectly. From the minute the bridal party stepped out of the limo, we had several staff around us for whatever we needed. Need a drink? Hungry? They had us. The groomsmen said they were served food the minute they arrived. From tacos to sliders to strombolis to lambchops, the food was nonstop. The staff came around to the groom and groomsmen taking drink orders. Unfortunately the bridesmaids and bride didnt get to enjoy that part, only because the guys ran late which set back the limo getting the girls. By the time we arrived, the wedding needed to start right away. When we got to the bridal suite, there was a tray of cold meat wraps for a quick snack before the wedding started (which was perfect because the bride didnt eat much all day). The staff got us all lined up and ready to walk down. After the ceremony the bridal party stayed to take pictures then we actually got to go to the cocktail hour along with the bride and groom for a short time. The food was amazing and plentiful. When we went back to the bridal suite, there was another tray of food for all of us. Then came our entrance into the wedding. We were all so pumped up in the hallway screaming and dancing. We all made our entrance and there was a staff member telling us where to stand. The bride and groom entered under the arch of our hands. Once we were seated, our table waitress greeted us. I only remember her name because it matched her personality. Grace. She took our drink order one time. Thats all that was needed apparently because every time we got up to dance, we came back to refilled drinks at our table. I didnt need to go to the bar once. Grace came back several times to see if we needed anything. Then dinner was served. I ordered filet mignon and shrimp, and my boyfriend ordered chicken and shrimp. We each cut our meat in half and traded. everything was so juicy and flavorful. My brother said that he and his bride got to eat 3 different things off the menu and everything was wonderful. We danced all night to the music from the amazing dj. When the wedding was over, we called Grace over to thank her for everything. She gave us hugs and we headed out the door. Staff were there waiting to give us our bouquets and to make sure we had everything. It truly was a magical night and we couldnt have asked for anything more.

Staff were there waiting to give us our bouquets and to make sure we had everything. It truly was a magical night and we couldnt have asked for anything more.

My husband and I got married at the Watermill in July and had the best day of our lives! The Watermill definitely exceeded our expectations and our guests are still complimenting the venue and the food! We worked with Tom Lauterborn throughout the wedding planning process and he was always quick to answer all emails and any questions that we had. The entire staff at the Watermill was so easy to work with. Sean was our maitre d and he was so accommodating and had us laughing all night. He really made sure our night was perfect down to every detail. Kaitlyn was my bridal attendant and I have never met someone so patient and kind. She went above and beyond for the entire bridal party with a smile on her face the whole time. I cannot thank the entire staff at the Watermill enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

Our bridal attendant was amazing and made sure we had food and drinks and anything we needed. She also helped fix my dress after a drink spill. Our guests keep saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to. From the cocktail hour through dessert we got compliment after compliment on the food. One of our guests said he had been to 8 weddings this year and this was by far the best venue he had been to. Also, have to point out that for almost 200 people, the dinners came out so quickly. No table was sitting waiting for food while another table was already finished. We would do it all again in a second and pick the watermill over and over. THANK YOU WATERMILL!!!!

Majority of our guests have told us that it was the best cocktail hour they've ever been to and that the food was the best wedding food they've ever had. The scenery is beautiful, the staff was SO accommodating. We loved working with them. Whatever, and I mean whatever, we needed was done or thought of by her before we could ask. She constantly had drinks for us and even bustled my dress for me. She made it so easy to let go and have a great night. Nick was the matrie-d. He was outstanding too. Any question we had was answered. He made all of the guest feel taken care of. Whatever needed to be done nick knew and got us to where we needed to be. Even the captain we had was so great. He wanted to make sure we never needed anything. The food was OUTSTANDING. you get so much for the cocktail hour and then the dinner was a big selection. The dessert was amazing too. It was from our local bakery, dortonis, who the watermill uses for their cakes. Our cake was amazing and so pretty. We had so many add ons and each one made the night that much better. We had churros and pretzels to exit the wedding. I just can’t say enough good things about the night or them.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the Watermill! I am so happy that my husband and I chose this venue. It is so gorgeous, and so worth the money - especially with all the food! Cocktail hour here is unlike any other thing I have seen at a wedding. All of our guests loved the food, and still talk about how amazing the place is. Our day was so perfect - especially thanks to Sean and Kaitlyn , who were so attentive the entire night. My wedding was on 4.7.19 We felt rushed from the beginning, I was never told by the banquet manager I could go for a cake tasting, never was offered a food tasting and the day of my wedding I felt like staff was rushing the entire event, telling our DJ to lower the music the day of the event but there was one person that was very helpful bringing food to our room and making sure me and my husband were fine, unfortunately I do not remember her name....at the end of the night she put our stuff in the car, she was very helpful I wish I could remember her name and wish the review was directly about her. I think the tip we gave the maitre d was well earned by her...but I guess it was never shared with her.

Having our wedding at the Watermill was absolutely incredible. We planned our wedding in less than six months - the Watermill and their staff made everything so easy, accessible, and fun! Our guests are still raving about the food, the decor, and the overall flow of the night. We had a Christmas wedding and the Watermill was decorated so beautifully that we barely had to do anything to add to the magic of the night. My bridal assistant Katelyn needs a solo shout out because she absolutely went above and beyond. When I tell you she knew what I needed before I even knew I needed it I am being serious - she was an absolute godsend. We worked with Samantha for our invitations and also she helped guide us with other details - she was really an amazing resource as well. I can’t recommended the Watermill highly enough - you will have the wedding of your dreams!

WAS WATERMILL SOLD.? It seemed so different.My mother is Italian and my father from China but came over 50 years ago. Believe it or not I was brought up with Italian culture and very little chinese. When I walked into the Watermill I saw decorations that projected a new middle eastern theme and decor. It made my parents(yes both of them) uneasy. Unnecessary draping and gourdy mix of flowers that was NOT CLASSY at all. Are they catering to an middle eastern following.The food seemed different also. It used to have an Italian American feel now it was cold and felt like a middle eastern restaurant. I was turned off immediately I spoke to a few other brides and grooms and they cut their visit short. They also had heard it may be sold as everything has turned asian and looked very cold in decor. The vendors showed a middle eastern preference also with chairs and drape that was not not suppossed to be watermill. So GOURDY and mpore over UGLY.

We had our wedding in December. Not only can my wife and I not say enough about the wedding , neither can our guests. Everything from the food to the staff was impeccable. He was not pushy and was honest the entire time. After stepping into the watermill we knew this was our venue. 2 years of planning flew and the day went with ZERO issues! Kaitlyn was our bridal attendant (highly recommend!, she was absolutely amazing), Sean was our Maitre d and Danielle our captain. They all went above and beyond. Our guests are still calling from our December 1 wedding ranting and raving about the food and service. One thing that is consistent that we keep hearing is how amazing the bacon bar was, it was so different and delicious! All the staff went above and beyond for us and our guests. Thank you all for making our wedding one we will never forget. Those who are thinking about booking, this should be a new brainer for you because you don’t have to worry your entire night and enjoy your wedding. My husband and I cannot say enough amazing things about The Watermill! On a recommendation from a friend who also got married there, we visited and immediately fell in love. We were captured by Watermill’s modern, yet still classic and timeless, design and atmosphere. No other venue we had seen even came close to comparing! We booked with Tom, who made us feel so welcome and always greeted us (and every little question we had) with a smile. My husband and I had our wedding reception in the Vanderbilt room this past July 2018, and the entire day was a dream come true. Almost three months later, we are still getting compliments about the fantastic food and cocktail hour! We love the Watermill for the variety of food they offer, as well as the exceptional quality. Our guests cannot stop raving about how delicious everything was, how beautiful the venue is, and what a great time they had. Our bridal attendant, Jessica, was absolutely phenomenal. Every time I turned around, she was never far behind for anything I might need – from so quickly bustling my dress before our entrance (and re-bustling after some dancing!), to getting down on her hands and knees to help me bandage my slightly sore toe so I could keep dancing! Jessica would gracefully and effortlessly sweep in before *I* even knew I needed anything – for example, when my husband and I were introduced and entered the room, she swiftly reached out and took my bouquet so my hands would be free for our first dance (avoiding the often-awkward look around from the bride as if to say “Where can I put these?!”). She was extremely professional, friendly, and there to help with anything my husband, our families, and I needed to make sure we enjoyed our wedding day. Jessica was such a joy, and has a true gift for the hospitality industry. I wouldn’t be surprised if she is running her own place someday! Our maitre’d, Rich B, helped the evening run so smoothly. He was waiting right at our limo door when we arrived at the Watermill to introduce himself, show us to the bridal suite, and make sure we were taken care of from start to finish. He ensured that my husband and I were walked through the cocktail hour and reception room before the guests (a request by my husband and me, so we could enjoy and appreciate every detail of the room). Rich kept us aware of everything going on, made sure our glasses were never empty, and coordinated with our great captain (Anthoni) to make sure the entire evening ran smoothly, and make sure we did not have to worry about anything. Our guests all had such wonderful praise to share for the immense courtesy, attentiveness, and accommodating natures of the wait staff during the reception.Everyone we worked with at the Watermill throughout wedding planning was a pleasure! Samantha is a wonderful and knowledgeable resource, and was so helpful in helping us choose our invitations and in taking care of all the small details. Every staff member made us feel at home when we visited for wedding appointments throughout our planning period. My husband and I are now hoping to be guests at a Watermill wedding in the future, so we can enjoy the incredible venue again! We cannot express strongly enough how much we would recommend the Watermill. For a wedding, or any event, the Watermill team’s level of service, attention to detail, professionalism, compassion, and care is above and beyond.

Jessica was such a joy, and has a true gift for the hospitality industry. I wouldn’t be surprised if she is running her own place someday! Our maitre’d, Rich B, helped the evening run so smoothly. He was waiting right at our limo door when we arrived at the Watermill to introduce himself, show us to the bridal suite, and make sure we were taken care of from start to finish. He ensured that my husband and I were walked through the cocktail hour and reception room before the guests (a request by my husband and me, so we could enjoy and appreciate every detail of the room). Rich kept us aware of everything going on, made sure our glasses were never empty, and coordinated with our great captain (Anthoni) to make sure the entire evening ran smoothly, and make sure we did not have to worry about anything. Our guests all had such wonderful praise to share for the immense courtesy, attentiveness, and accommodating natures of the wait staff during the reception.Everyone we worked with at the Watermill throughout wedding planning was a pleasure! Samantha is a wonderful and knowledgeable resource, and was so helpful in helping us choose our invitations and in taking care of all the small details. Every staff member made us feel at home when we visited for wedding appointments throughout our planning period. My husband and I are now hoping to be guests at a Watermill wedding in the future, so we can enjoy the incredible venue again! We cannot express strongly enough how much we would recommend the Watermill. For a wedding, or any event, the Watermill team’s level of service, attention to detail, professionalism, compassion, and care is above and beyond.

The Watermill Caterers was the only venue my daughter wanted to look at for her wedding on October 7th. We visited with them over 2 years ago, fell in love with location and booked it! Her wedding day was perfect!! From the minute we arrived on her wedding day we had the best experience. The bridal attendant, Devon, and the Maitre d, Sean, met us at the door and were with us for the entire event! They took care of every detail and were so attentive. The food and service were superb! Watermill was actually the very first venue my now husband and I went to look at last October. We went to visit venues soon after we got engaged because we both knew we wanted a fall of 2018 wedding and places were probably booking up. After getting the tour and sitting with Tom Lauterborn my fiancé and I fell in love with the venue. We were shocked with all of the cocktail hour and dinner food choices. We also loved the fact that if our outside plan of a ceremony were to fall through because of weather the inside chapel room was still pretty perfect. We had learned looking at other venues that most will pull down a curtain in the reception room and we loved how the Watermill had a separate room. We were given a few fall dates to work with so we were so happy all the pieces were coming together. My husband and I decided to take a few days and look at some other venues but ultimately we knew the Watermill was the place for us. The planning process went pretty well over the next year. Whenever I had a question or concern I would email Tom and would very quickly get a response back. The actual day of the wedding went amazing. My husband, me ,our immediate family and bridal party were first greeted by the matre d Sean and bridal attendant Kaitlin both who were amazing. Sean was fabulous and attended to every need and kept such great order. I can not say enough about Kaitlin. Immediately once I arrived after a few hours of pictures at another site of course I had to use the bathroom. She helped me in and out of the dress then and all night. I felt awful having her have to help me but all night she did and offered so much through the night .She had wine when I needed it, my lipgloss, held my very heavy bouquet, and just anything myself or anyone else needed was right on top of it. I cannot even begin to say enough about her. So much so I went back the next morning to tip her more. I couldn’t have had a better day and I know that if it wasn’t all planned at the Watermill I don’t think my day would have went as smooth!

Our wedding day was a dream come true thanks to Watermill! We had our wedding on August 23 and the day could not have been more perfect. The staff was incredible! Our maitre’d Sean was awesome and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our captain Johnny was great and was on top of everything during the reception. Devon my bridal attendant was amazing!! She truly took care of both of us from the moment we stepped into the Watermill until the very end of the night. Everyone in our bridal party loved her! The entire staff worked together like a well-oiled machine – we can’t thank them enough!As for the venue itself the renovations are absolutely gorgeous and fit our style completely- we knew it was the perfect place for us! Everything feels so modern and romantic and classy. The gardens are beautiful and we thankfully had perfect weather to have the ceremony outside (they do have an indoor chapel as well in case of bad weather, which is also gorgeous). The food is outstanding and that is really hard to come by. The cocktail hour options are all delicious and our guests were provided a menu that had 10 options to choose from for dinner. We had so many guests coming up to us saying they were blown away by all the food and how delicious everything was!We were not only incredibly happy with how Watermill treated us, our bridal party, and our guests but also how well they worked with ALL of our vendors to make the amazing night come together. The staff was such a pleasure to work with on all levels and if we had to go through the process again we would pick Watermill every time. We highly recommend using Watermill - and if you are on the fence about making the choice, trying the food at one of their showcases should put you over.

The Watermill was the perfect venue for our wedding. We loved the outdoor garden, but liked that they had a dedicated indoor chapel incase it rained (thankfully it didn't). There was a great amount of food and all of our guests raved about how delicious it was - something that doesn't always happen when cooking for a large amount of people. The new ballroom is stunning and we barely needed any directions. And most of all, the staff were very helpful and helped make our day perfect! If you're looking for a beautiful Long Island venue, I highly recommend the Watermill!

We booked the Watermill for our daughter's wedding last Saturday evening. It was absolutely incredible.First I have to complement the Catering Manager, Brian Fingerman, a consummate pro, who truly knows how to make a party! It's clear that his fingerprints and attention to detail are all over the Watermill.The gardens are breathtaking, and we were fortunate that after a week of rain, we were able to have the ceremony outside. It's absolutely beautiful.Guests were welcomed with a champagne tree, and following the amazing ceremony, they were treated to an unbelievable cocktail hour. The food, stations and presentation were all fantastic. Several people came up to compliment us on it, and said they \"couldn't possibly eat all this wonderful food.\" I realized they didn't know there was a sit down dinner following, and I suggested that they pace themselves. The dinner was incredible. Five entree choices - all wonderful.The Watermill offers a passing dessert presentation - the waitstaff just keeps bringing out breathtaking desserts! We also had a cappuccino/cordial bar. Everything was superb, and a big hit. As guests were leaving, there was a donut wall with some really amazing donuts. There were toppings on these donuts you won't see at Dunkin or Krispy Kreme!A word about the staff: from the maitre D to the banquet captain, to all of the servers, and especially Kaitlyn, who was my daughter's bridal attendant - and who doubled as our waitress - they were all so accommodating, polite, profession and anticipated our every need. I felt that with Kaitlyn at our table, I had a personal concierge the whole evening.I can't recommend Brian Fingerman and the Watermill highly enough. A friend of mine whose family is in the wedding business called a couple of days afterward to say that she was blown away by the affair: she said everything was flawless. And it was.

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Watermill. My husband and I had our wedding there on April 28th, 2018 and what a beautiful event it was. They made us feel special from beginning to end. Everyone is still raving about the food!! We dealt mostly with Tom Latimore as our banquet manager and we can just tell he was so genuinely excited for us to take this new step. He always had a smile on his face and never made us feel like we were asking silly questions or too many questions. His door was always open and phone line never busy for us. I believe he makes all his brides and grooms feel this way. Our Maitre D was Nick and he was great. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, we didn't even know it. My bridal attendant was Jessica and she was phenomenal!! This girl was on her hands and knees to fix my bustle that broke, she was even on her hands and knees to help change me out of my heels to my sneakers because I could not bend down in my dress! She took care of our families and they loved her! Jessica made sure my little ring boy with terrible food allergies, was taken care of. Everything was made special for him and she made sure to tell him what on the table he could or could not eat. She was truly a rockstar and we loved her. Our entire event was absolutely wonderful and it's thanks to the staff at Watermill Caterers. If we could do it all again, we wouldn't hesitate to choose them. All brides, I promise you're in amazing hands with them!!

The Watermill was the perfect choice for us! having recently renovated rooms, we loved the beautiful spaces that have all been updated and all have such an inviting feel! From our first steps into the venue we knew it was the perfect space for us! Everything just got better from there, everyone we worked with were so professional and so caring of what we wanted. They made anything we had to take care of so easy to get done and so organized. They also let us add personal touches throughout the entire reception! Coming from big Italian families, food was very important to us, and there are only positive things to be said! From the creative cocktail hour selections, to the long list of dinner choices and the beautiful Viennese hour, people are still telling us how amazing everything was! The night of the reception, we were so lucky to have the amazing bridal attendant, maitre'd, captain and servers all making the night seamless and special for everyone there!

From the creative cocktail hour selections, to the long list of dinner choices and the beautiful Viennese hour, people are still telling us how amazing everything was! The night of the reception, we were so lucky to have the amazing bridal attendant, maitre'd, captain and servers all making the night seamless and special for everyone there!

If I could give more than a five star review I absolutely would! My husband and I got married on September 2nd and had the most perfect wedding ever! The entire staff was professional, courteous, and friendly. They made it so that the entire day was stress free for the both of us. Kaitlyn, my bridal attendant was phenomenal. She made sure I was never thirsty or hungry and even helped me change out of my heels when my feet were starting to hurt! The bustle on my dress broke at one point and she was ready to fix it with white safety pins! Sean, our maitre'd was great! He made sure the entire day went off without a hitch, and kept everything running so smoothly. All of the food was amazing, and it just kept coming. Some of the guests thought that the cocktail hour was the main dinner since there was so much food and so many options. The bacon bar was a huge hit! Dinner was great and Antonio, the captain made sure everyone was taken care of. The best decision we made while wedding planning was choosing the Watermill. I wish we could do it all over again and we really hope some of our friends get married here so we can come back!

We are so happy that we had our wedding at the Watermill! Tom was very helpful from day one; he explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. On the day of the wedding (10/7/17), we were very well cared for by Jessica, Mike and Nick. Our ceremony and reception went seamlessly. And after, we received many compliments from our guests about the venue, food, and the service. We can't thank the Watermill team for making our dream wedding a reality. Rich, our maitre d, was absolutely amazing! he was so sweet, very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly!!!. Our Bridal attendant went above and beyond as well!!! The staff at the Watermill ( especially Lorraine, our Matre D and the bridal assistant Jessie ) went above and beyond to make sure our day was nothing less than perfect. We had taken our pictures and then hung out in the bridal suite during the cocktail hour where we were served large platters of the cocktail food, drinks and were able to relax. During the wedding, we were catered to like a Queen and King. The food was outstanding. The room was gorgeous. The venue was very nice, and the food was excellent. With the new renovations, the outdoor area and garden was nicely done, and beautiful for photos. The staff the day of were lovely, and helpful. I knocked it down to 4 stars because up until the day, i found it very difficult and stressful to coordinate and plan with the senior business \"sales\" staff. Unfortunately, i felt like i was buying a car and they constantly tried to upsale me.

They are a well oiled team. Anything I asked for they'd either seen before or were very willing to figure out. Even when I was acting like a nervous bride, calling and emailing, they answered all my questions and put me at ease. That said, the venue itself is BEAUTIFUL. It even rained on my day and there were plenty of gorgeous areas to take shots that weren't in their gardens. Got TONS of praise on the great food and drink (which it really is - major props to the bacon bar). As the bride, while I got to sample things I was running around so much I didn't get to go too crazy during the cocktail hour (if possible I would suggest going to one of the Watermill's quarterly Showcases where you can try all the cocktail hour food).2 weeks later everything is STILL talking about this great food and venue. Wow, what can we say about Watermill Caterers aka The Watermill. Their professionalism and attention to detail is unparalleled. Some people don't want a venue like The Watermill because they claim that they're a \"wedding factory\". Well to us, we would argue that their extensive wedding experience is one of their greatest strengths. Let's face the facts, we won't be the first or the last people getting married so why not go with a place with people that are well experienced in putting on a wedding. Our first meeting with a representative of The Watermill was with Tom, one of the sales managers. His tour coupled with his candor and helpfulness in answering our questions helped seal the deal in choosing our wedding venue. They offer reasonable quarterly payments up until the final payment due shortly before the wedding day. Their professionalism was highly appreciated throughout the whole process.While The Watermill doesn’t allow tastings of the food specific to your wedding, they do offer complimentary tickets to their wedding showcases (usually one per quarter) where you can try their food. I was never able to go but one of the most frequent comments from our guests on our wedding day was how amazing the food was. We also dealt with Brian, director of sales, as our wedding got closer. Brian helped us finalize the details and was extremely communicative and interactive to our many last minute unforeseen needs. And finally, the day of. Our Maitre’d was Sean, with Caitlin assisting as bridal attendant and unfortunately I must apologize for forgetting the name of our wonderful captain. The entire staff at the Watermill was so accommodating to our every need. From Caitlin offering us glasses of water as we were taking pictures, to constantly helping with my wife’s dress, the staff really did think of everything we could possibly need. As with most other couples, we did not have a chance to eat that much during cocktail hour but Sean and his staff ensured that there was a smorgasbord of food waiting for us in the bridal suite once we were done with pictures. Sean was also very accommodating to our day-of timeline which was very specific. I would not hesitate in recommending Watermill Caterers to any couples looking for a venue to celebrate their wedding day. Their price is reasonable, their service impeccable, and their food delicious. I am a very discerning customer and can be quite picky with where I spend my money. I can confidently say that Watermill Caterers met all of my expectations and more! Thanks to Brian, Tom, Sean, Caitlin and everyone else who helped plan and execute our special day.
