We offer a choice of 3 ceremony locations: Osceola Arbor - Osceola Arbor is an idyllic, dreamy ceremony venue, with a large open field lined with birch trees and an elegant arbor overlooking Corcoran Pond; all surrounded by sweeping views of the White Mountain Range. Town Square Gazebo - Say "I do" on the shores of Corcoran Pond, overlooking soaring mountain peaks. Ceremonies at Town Square Gazebo take place in our elegant, colonial-style village center. Old-school New England charm is palpable here, especially in the backdrop of stunning natural beauty. Mountain-Top - Ceremonies on the Summit of Mount Tecumseh will amaze your friends and family. Beginning with a scenic chairlift ride up to the top of the mountain, your guests will be treated to an enchanting ceremony with panoramic views in the backdrop. Celebrate your union in one of our three reception locations: Garden Terrace Tent - Start the reception with your cocktail hour in the charming Speakeasy lounge and deck with mountain views; then stroll outside to the tent in the Garden Terrace where you will dance and dine under the stars. Valley Room - Celebrate your union in this classic, romantic ballroom. Kick off the night in your own private Speakeasy - an art-deco style Bar Lounge where you and your guests can enjoy Cocktail Hour. Then hit the dance floor and party the night away. The Freestyle Lounge - Located right at the base of the ski mountain, the Freestyle Lounge offers breathtaking views with classic ski slope charm. Bright and airy, the Freestyle Lounge boasts stunning views of the ski slopes through floor-to-ceiling windows. This intimate venue is complete with a large bar area, private Sky Box Suite, an outdoor firepit, open-concept seating, and more. The maximum amount of guests is 250. During our peak season (mid-May to mid-October), our guest minimum is 110. During the off-season, our guest minimum is 80.

I wanted to give Waterville a 5 stars as dealing with Erica Sullivan was amazing, she answered all of our questions via email for almost 2 years! She was absolutely fabulous to work with and WV is very lucky to have someone as lovely as her. The only reason I chose to give it a 4 stars was to make other brides aware of some things we dealt with. First thing was most of their staff quit right before our wedding which is a huge bummer for the resort. Some of my bridesmaids had to help decorate and thank goodness I had one of my friends there for set up otherwise it seems as though we would have been doomed as there wasn't many people around to help set up our decor. Second is the staff at our welcome bonfire showed up an hour late which means we had to supply and start our own fire / there was no lights turned on until they arrived at 9pm and it was over at 10pm. Sadly, it was sprinkling at our ceremony I'm not sure what happened but there was not enough seats for all of our guests to sit so a good chunk of them were standing and we had our groomsmen helping wipe all the seats as there was no staff around. I definitely wish I knew there wouldn't be a staff to help set up. Other than these few hiccups we would have chose WV again if we could do it all over, it truly is a wonderful venue and we did have a great night.

I highly recommend Waterville Valley Resort for your wedding - specifically, Erica Sullivan, who is the Wedding Sales Manager/Day of Coordinator! She was absolutely incredible to work with. We had an amazing summer wedding at Waterville Valley - the location was perfect and allowed us to plan a weekend full of activities with ample accommodation options so guests could stay on site and walk to everything. Erica and the staff were super helpful and patient with all of our questions leading up to the wedding and the ceremony and reception flowed seamlessly. Also great that they're dog friendly so our pup could be part of the ceremony!

This was the first and last venue we toured and immediately knew it was the place we wanted to get married. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could for the reasons below, but overall this venue gives you the most bang for your buck and has great day of coordination!Pros: *Everything you need is on site and guests can walk back from the reception *Plenty of activities in the area for guests (and a Freedom Pass was given to each person staying on site!)*Beautiful scenery*Bridal refresh suite was a beautiful spot to get ready in*Quality food (the corn bread and Mac and cheese were amazing)*The Dining Room is a perfect reception space, *You’re allowed open-lit candles for decor (this was important to me)*Day of coordination was great. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the morning of my wedding. The ceremony and reception all ran smoothly. The team made our day wonderfully easy!Cons: *Four of our guests dealt with serious plumbing issues at the Silver Fox Inn. One couple had to be relocated to the Black Bear Lodge*We paid extra to use the Osceola Arbor but because of flooding we chose to not use that space. It was a significant amount of money we didn’t get back (which we understand, but for other couples considering this venue you should know the Arbor space can flood easily)*Halfway through our planning process we were assigned a different coordinator. The communication was at times lacking and response times longer than we would have preferred since we had a lot of questions during certain phases of planning. This improved when we were two weeks out and responses were timely and helpful!

We could not say enough good things about Waterville. Our biggest concern with planning our wedding celebration was coordinating everything from afar (we are living in Colorado). We knew we had to choose a venue and team that we could trust to put all the puzzle pieces together without constantly needing our input. The Waterville team made everything unbelievably easy and we were able to send “representatives” to the tasting, which also helped. We looked at a lot of venues before Waterville and can say that from the moment we did the tour of the resort, we were blown away by the value. The fact that you can have all your guests on site, don’t need to find outside catering, and can seamlessly add in various events to the wedding weekend… we hadn’t seen anything like it! Of course on your special day it’s about the bride and groom but imagine also trusting that your guests will have memories that last a lifetime too. We also have to say that the climate in Waterville is hard to beat! Especially for those getting married in the summer, this location is often less scorching hot than places around it. The mountain air is truly magical. Lastly, the food was SO good. We went for a vegetarian-forward buffet and we felt great knowing that our guests were well fed. Various guests shared that they felt like they were on vacation and even weeks later were saying that they were still riding high from the whole amazing weekend; people have continually mentioned to us since then just how excellent the food was! From the welcome bonfire, to the morning yoga at the Arbor, to the ceremony / celebration (of course!), and the send off brunch, it was a weekend to cherish and remember.

My husband and I are avid skiers and happened to look into Waterville to see if they did weddings, and they sure did! After getting an amazing tour from Erica, and getting every detail and piece of information we could of wanted, we said yes! We committed to Waterville a little over a year before our date and can say every step of the planning process was so easy and stress free thanks to Erica. She was able to answer any question we had through out the planning process even through the week of our wedding. When we arrived for our big wedding extravaganza we were welcomed with open arms from all of the Waterville staff, from the tasting, the rehearsal dinner, the bonfire (which was SO fun, our guests are still raving about it), to the moment we said i do,the reception, and the after party. Everyone was so nice and everything went PERFECTLY! Our vendors also enjoyed their time at Waterville and had an effort less time with the set up and break down. The food at our reception was absolutely delicious, and the options were abundant! Waterville provides are and our guests had a blast from the time they arrived until they left. The views are absolutely stunning, and the little town of Waterville is so cozy like something out of a magazine. We also included our dog in our wedding who was welcomed throughout the town! If you’re considering a ski or mountain wedding, Waterville Valley Resort should be a top pick! Erica and the staff think of everything from start to finish and you will not be disappointed!

We picked Waterville Valley because we could have everything right there in town. Once our guests arrived they need not get back into their vehicle until it was time to head home. The bonfire was a great way to get everyone together to start the weekend, followed by a cocktail hour in the speakeasy and a beautiful tented reception outside of the conference center. Everything went smoothly, and despite having the classic last minute things to think about and take care of, Erica made everything so easy for us. She was an absolute legend when it came to handling our questions and requests for more information on ideas we had. The venue itself just had a recent facelift as well, which helped make the whole thing feel like a better value. That being said, Erica's help alone made Waterville Valley feel like a great value!! We also had room blocks at the Golden Eagle and Snowy Owl - they were awesome places to have guests (rehearsal dinner at the Snowy Owl which was delicious). We had guests stay at the Black Bear and Silver Fox as well, and they enjoyed those also.

I grew up here, and getting married here was just wonderful. The staff through the resort was great. The wedding planning was much easier than I thought. I felt like everyone worked hard to be behind the scenes but have the wedding be seamless. I think every guest had a great time, and we had fun!!

Waterville Valley was the perfect wedding venue. Our guests absolutely raved about everything being so conveniently located. We had a blast having a fire to welcome our guests the night before the wedding, the restaurants were easy to work with for rehearsal dinner and the staff was amazing. Erica made everything go so flawlessly so we could enjoy our day from start to finish. The tent was set up so beautifully and our pictures show how amazing the whole day was.

We had a blast having a fire to welcome our guests the night before the wedding, the restaurants were easy to work with for rehearsal dinner and the staff was amazing. Erica made everything go so flawlessly so we could enjoy our day from start to finish. The tent was set up so beautifully and our pictures show how amazing the whole day was.

Waterville Valley was the best venue for our wedding! We had perfect foliage for the weekend! The views from our ceremony at Osceola Arbor were beautiful! It was a great location in the mountains for all of our friends and family to gather and celebrate for the weekend. Erica and her team made sure everything ran so smoothly the day of and I didn’t have to handle a thing! Everyone raved about the food and the dinner service was so fast and efficient. I would recommend Waterville Valley to anyone that wants a mountain wedding

We had the BEST time at our wedding on 10/22! Waterville Valley outdid themselves from the beginning. Erica was so great to work with and answered all of our questions throughout the whole planning process. The weekend went so perfectly. The tent was absolutely beautiful and Osceola Arbor was so beautiful!! We would 100% recommended Waterville Valley to anyone!

First off, Erica (their day-of coordinator) is super-human. She was responsive, kept track of everything we discussed, kept us on track the day of the wedding, and went above and beyond to help us prepare for our wedding day. My married bridesmaids were impressed with her, too. Waterville is lucky to have her! The kitchen staff was also better than we ever could have hoped for. We requested that the petite filets, for 100+ guests, be cooked medium rare. They delivered. Our guests liked the food, which was a big plus.This was a destination wedding for us, so we loved that everyone was able to stay on the property. Figuring out the room blocks got a bit tricky at times but it all worked out in the end. The highlight of our wedding weekend was seeing our guests out and about, enjoying the property - hiking, paddle boating, riding the lift up for the views and waterfalls. Now for the not so great. The reception tent is advertised as being \"heated.\" It was horrible. The propane heaters kept malfunctioning / weren't sufficient. The staff was actively working to try and get them running properly but it was awful even once they were. We could see our breath in early October. How they host weddings in there through mid-October is beyond me. Several of our older and medically fragile guests had to leave the reception early because it was so cold. Given that everyone traveled to get there, it was beyond unfortunate that they couldn't fully enjoy the event. Guests leaving early due to the cold also meant that I didn't have a chance to thank everyone for coming or talk to relatives who I rarely get to see. I spent a good chunk of my time checking in with staff on the heating, and apologizing to guests for how cold it was. Our friends who were drinking and dancing managed (many of the ladies borrowed jackets from the guys) but anyone who was sitting still was uncomfortably cold. If I'd known the temperature would be an issue, I would've looked into additional heating options.

Guests leaving early due to the cold also meant that I didn't have a chance to thank everyone for coming or talk to relatives who I rarely get to see. I spent a good chunk of my time checking in with staff on the heating, and apologizing to guests for how cold it was. Our friends who were drinking and dancing managed (many of the ladies borrowed jackets from the guys) but anyone who was sitting still was uncomfortably cold. If I'd known the temperature would be an issue, I would've looked into additional heating options.

Waterville Valley made our weekend \"destination\" wedding dreams come true! We wanted a venue with onsite accommodations so that all our guests from Massachusetts could spend the weekend with us. WV checked all our boxes: tons of hotel options, after-party options at local pubs, a casual but classy vibe, good bathroom availability (not porter potties, important to keep in mind for a tent wedding) and budget-friendly. The welcome campfire on Friday night and the after-party on Saturday night were really nice touches & allowed us to spend quality time with our guests. The newly updated bridal suite for getting ready in is beautiful and we got mimosas & food all morning/afternoon. The Osceola Arbor is breathtaking with the mountains and pond as a backdrop, and the Garden Tent (which they just added string lights & drapery to) is gorgeous and complete with lawn space with lawn games, a fire pit, and plenty of privacy. All of our guests were raving about how beautiful it was up there, how good the food was (and the drinks), and how we could walk everywhere! Erica, our onsite coordinator, was an absolute pleasure to work with and answered all my (many, many) questions in the year leading up to our day. She was so helpful and sweet and I always felt at ease knowing she was putting it all together. Our wedding weekend in the mountains was absolutely perfect and I couldn't imagine having had our wedding anywhere else! We can't wait to come back.

On September 11, 2021 Erika, Abby, Taylor and the whole crew put together the most perfect day for us. Our ceremony was at My. Tecumseh summit and our reception was at the Freestyle Lounge. I wish that I could post picture reviews because words are not enough to describe the perfection of our day. We were able to have a welcome campfire after our rehearsal dinner by Corcoran Pond and we had a farewell brunch at the Freestyle Lounge the day after. There were some staff turnovers in the month before our wedding that initially really stressed us out. We were worried that all the details and planning we had already sorted out would need to be reviewed or that things would get forgotten but that couldn’t be further from the truth. We met the staff the week of our wedding and by the end I felt like they were family. Erica really organized everything she was so detail oriented and really eased our minds. Abby and Taylor really went so far above and beyond the entire weekend. The chairlift staff were incredibly cool and respectful of our guests. They even made my 96 year old grandmother feel very safe and secure. If I had to give you our top 3 favorite moments they would be:1. The Food - at the tasting in April the food was fine, it was just the standard wedding food no good not bad just standard. BUT at our wedding everyone was raving about the food and it was soooooo good!!! You always hear about how the bride and groom don’t eat, I ate my entire plate of ratatouille and I wanted more. Get the ratatouille- trust me!2. The transformation of the Freestyle Lounge. Just everything was so perfect and exactly as I’d envisioned.3. The ceremony at the top - we got married in heaven it was like we were sitting at the top of the world.If you are looking for the perfect place to marry your best friend surrounded by all the people you love then this is the place. Park your car and get lost in the mountains. Can’t thank everyone at WV enough for making our dreams come true. Erica, Abby and Taylor are the dream team!!!!P.S. When Erica took over as our wedding coordinator we could not have been happier. She was great at getting back quickly to answer any questions even during a crazy time with the pandemic. She also did a perfect job of staying involved the day of while still giving us (my wife) full creative control. We had a lot of rain on our wedding day and she did a great job of working with us to set up a backup plan that turned out just as good as our original setup. Could not recommend Waterville Valley any higher. Two things that all of our guests loved that were semi-unique to Waterville were:1. The amount of options for lodging close by so that everyone could walk to every important destination and enjoy some of the cool amenities.2. The afterparty option at La Hacienda. They were also great to work with and provided an awesome spot to keep the party going and prevent the day from flying by too fast.

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding day. Like many couples, we had to postpone our original August 2020 wedding to August 20, 2021. It is crazy to think before COVID-19 was even a thing, we had toured on May 11, 2019 (and this was the only wedding venue we toured in person). We just knew this was the venue for us! Erica is AMAZING to work with; extremely supportive, very flexible, kind, trustworthy, I could go on! The ceremony site is absolutely breathtaking with the mountains at the Osceola Arbor, and our tented reception was more beautiful than we could've imagined. The BBQ Buffet was absolutely delicious; not only did our guests have an amazing time in general, but they also raved about how delicious the food was. We could never thank Erica and the staff at Waterville Valley Resort for everything they did for us. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for not just a beautiful spot for a ceremony / pictures, but also an affordable venue! Thank you again!!!!

Our wedding could have gone in so many different directions... we were originally booked for October, 2020. Then the pandemic hit, and while Waterville Valley was still hosting weddings with some restrictions, they were agreeable to rescheduling our wedding to October, 2021 without penalty. The staffing here, like most places, changed a lot during this time. However, someone was always quick to respond to our questions or attend to our needs. They even connected me with a hair dresser and makeup artist, since I wasn't from the area -- and mind you my hair and makeup were amazing! Erica Sullivan and her team did the most amazing set-up with the decorations we brought. They helped us trouble shoot some things and gave some advice when some of our ideas for decorations weren't fully realized... The best compliments we got is also, I think the best compliment that they SHOULD have gotten, but may not have... \"That was the best wedding! It was so YOU... so authentic, and genuine.\" They were able to set everything up to match who we are. Job very well done!

Waterville Valley is very near and dear to our hearts. We already knew this was the venue even before we got engaged. We booked our wedding prior to Covid and two years out. We did not have to reschedule, but the WV team was always very transparent about the restrictions and guidelines. Luckily, our day went off with a bang! We did happen to go through a few coordinators and sales people. However, I am so happy we did because Erica was absolutely amazing. She took the time to really understand our ideas and to calm me down when needed. From scheduling and planning to scooping ice cream at the ice cream bar to helping bustle my dress. I cannot express enough how amazing Erica truly is. She is extremely professional and carries herself very well in any situation. She even helped with the fireworks, which were more than what we could have ever imagined. The scenery and foliage for our October wedding made the day that much better. The reception tent is very spacious and Erica and her team did a fantastic job setting up our decorations. They will go above and beyond for you. I also highly recommend the newly renovated bridal suite. It is absolutely breath taking and makes for perfect getting ready pictures. I wish we could relive this day over and over again. We cannot thank WV enough for making our day so special.

We could not have imagined a more perfect venue for our wedding day. As hikers and general lovers of the White Mountains, the scenery alone drew us in. It was the perfect setting for us to celebrate our wedding! Everyone we worked with went above and beyond to help us create the wedding day we had always dreamed of. Most impressively we have to say though was Erica, who took over just a couple weeks before our wedding but it felt like we had worked with her all along. She made us feel so comfortable and was so thorough. She made sure everything went perfectly and we are eternally grateful! We could not have imagined a more perfect venue for our wedding day. As hikers and general lovers of the White Mountains, the scenery alone drew us in. It was the perfect setting for us to celebrate our wedding! What was even better was how communicative and thoughtful the Waterville Valley staff was during the planning process and on our wedding day. Waterville Valley is a perfect wedding venue! We were looking for a venue with mountain views and a place where all of our guests could stay on site. Waterville was exactly that! Christyna and Conrad could not have been anymore helpful! From our many questions before the wedding, to our prewedding meeting when we were up there, to the set up of our center pieces we cannot be more thankful for Christyna and Conrad! We had our ceremony at Osceola Arbor and it could not have been a more beautiful setting with the pond and mountains in the background. From the wedding coordinators, to the food, the covid restrictions which kept us all safe, rainy weather (which turned to sunshine after the wedding), their staff's ideas/suggestions/recommendations/flexibility were perfect! The bonfire the night before the wedding was supervised by WV staff, which left us enjoying the fire, the smores, and our first evening with family/friends outdoors. The accommodations and lodging were fantastic! The outdoor activities at WV Resort were enjoyed by all during our down time! You made it a wedding weekend to remember and for that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

From our Friday night Town Square Beach welcome party, to our gorgeous ceremony and reception, to the late night pizza party at Legends- every step of our wedding weekend was fantastic. We had our wedding at Waterville Valley this July and it was a perfect location! We knew we wanted a destination wedding in the mountains, a relaxed atmosphere, and lodging for guests and Waterville had all of the above. It was reasonably priced and there are tons of activities for guests of all ages. We made a weekend out of it and had our rehearsal dinner at the Coyote Grill which was amazing and followed that up with a fun welcome bonfire on the beach. Friday was our wedding and we chose to have our ceremony outside at Osceola Arbor which has beautiful views and the reception in the Garden Terrace Tent. The tent is very large and beautifully decorated with lights and lit birch trees. The food was better than what we were expecting and we received so many compliments from our guests saying overall it was one of the best weddings they have been too. We ended the night with pizza and more dancing at Legends and a lot of our guests stayed with us through Saturday to enjoy the Valley and go hiking, kayaking, golfing, etc. Everyone in the town was so accommodating and welcoming. Our coordinator, Jackie, was amazing! Very friendly and always responded quickly to our many questions. She worked so hard to make our day perfect and we could not have done it without her! The entire weekend was laid back and everything went smoothly. We could not have asked for anything better and we are so happy with our decision to get married at Waterville!

It's been almost 5 months since our wedding and our guests are still talking about it. Decision making when planning a wedding is an extremely stressful, difficult, important process because everyone wants nothing more than to have an amazing venue, DJ, photographer, florist, food, drink, weather, and overall experience. We looked at countless wedding venues, but no venue gave us the “butterflies” like Waterville Valley did. Your guests will park their cars and will not need/want to move them at all, because of all that Waterville Valley has to offer. Guests have the option of making a weekend out of their stay, with a full array of activities for both adults and kids. You can get your adventure fill by hiking, biking, golfing, or kayaking, your leisure fill by hanging by the pool, beach, or in the town square. Food options include a simple convenient store that will provide just about anything you will need, to pizza, ice cream, and multiple restaurants that provide good eats, and make it easy to keep everything in one location to prevent people from having to get in their cars and drive around looking for places to go. . Lodging can accommodate those who want to stay for the night (standard hotel rooms), or those who want to make a weekend out of it (condos with full kitchens). From the moment our guest parked their car there was something for them to do (organized & unorganized by us). We organizing a fire on the beach the night before the wedding, which was a great way to greet everyone who may have been off doing their own thing during the day. We also organizing late night pizza the night of the wedding at Legends to keep the party going. Legends had a DJ working so the dancing never stopped!!! All of these truly outstanding experiences are provided without losing the small town secluded white mountains feel, the town really does feel like its completely yours for the weekend.At Waterville, you are not only getting an amazing location, but an amazing wedding coordinator! Jackie Adams is the wedding coordinator for Waterville Valley, Obviously, as I am sure you are well aware, Jackie's job is that of making sure people thoroughly enjoy what is arguably the biggest day in their lives. Jackie fulfilled every aspect of what we expected from her. From the beginning, Jackie was outstanding! We knew immediately that Waterville Valley would be our wedding location because Jackie blew us away with her knowledge of the area, response time to our questions (and we had MANY), and her professionalism in making recommendations/being knowledgeable in her craft. Her experience working with many brides obviously has her prepped for every situation that may arise. On our wedding day we felt a sense of relief to know that we only had to worry about standing at the arbor, as we knew Jackie would handle the rest. I am sure her days are long, tiresome, and stressful but you can't tell with the way she presents herself. Our wedding guests were blown away by the appearance, atmosphere, and friendliness of Jackie, staff, and the town of Waterville. As we said to Jackie many times “We couldn't have done it without her”. For us, Waterville Valley is no longer just a wedding venue, it feels a bit like home and we’re looking forward to making more memories there for all the years to come.

Jackie Adams is the wedding coordinator for Waterville Valley, Obviously, as I am sure you are well aware, Jackie's job is that of making sure people thoroughly enjoy what is arguably the biggest day in their lives. Jackie fulfilled every aspect of what we expected from her. From the beginning, Jackie was outstanding! We knew immediately that Waterville Valley would be our wedding location because Jackie blew us away with her knowledge of the area, response time to our questions (and we had MANY), and her professionalism in making recommendations/being knowledgeable in her craft. Her experience working with many brides obviously has her prepped for every situation that may arise. On our wedding day we felt a sense of relief to know that we only had to worry about standing at the arbor, as we knew Jackie would handle the rest. I am sure her days are long, tiresome, and stressful but you can't tell with the way she presents herself. Our wedding guests were blown away by the appearance, atmosphere, and friendliness of Jackie, staff, and the town of Waterville. As we said to Jackie many times “We couldn't have done it without her”. For us, Waterville Valley is no longer just a wedding venue, it feels a bit like home and we’re looking forward to making more memories there for all the years to come.

YES! If you're looking for gorgeous views, a fun town and an amazing wedding coordinator, look no further. We got married at the Osceola Arbor which had incredible views. Our reception was in the tent and it was honestly the biggest, prettiest tent we have ever seen. The town is very small but very accommodating. Everywhere we went in the town, our names were posted along with a congratulations and all of the hotels and restaurants knew about our wedding. We went to Legend's Sports Bar after our reception and they had about a dozen pizzas waiting for us, it was perfect! The event coordinator, Jackie Adams, was amazing. She worked extremely hard to make sure our day was perfect and she took so much pressure off of me and my husband. We HIGHLY recommend Waterville!

She was organized, responsive, and accommodating. She even responded to emails during her vacation to ensure we had a great customer service experience. We took advantage of everything the venue had to offer. Guests came up early and hung out in Town Square the night before. We had a golf tournament before the wedding which was free with the Freedom Pass. People who didn't golf enjoyed ice skating, a chairlift ride, or kayaking - which again was all free with their overnight stay. For our photos, we used the trolly and also took a chairlift ride up Snow's Mountain. These little touches made our wedding so unique, and our guests are still talking about it. Being able to break away from the cookie-cutter country club style wedding with a great weekend getaway that many people used as an excuse for a long weekend, it was just magical. Having everything in one spot enabled everyone to walk, so no drunk drivers on the road. All the vendors that Waterville recommended were also great to work with, it really took all the stress away from planning. Thank you Watverville for an amazing weekend, we cannot wait to come back for some skiing this winter with our season pass!

We recently got married this past weekend and it was AMAZING!!!!!! Everyone told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We are from MA so all of our guest traveled to NH for the event. We made a weekend out of it. Friday afternoon all the guys enjoyed a round of golf with their freedom passes and the staff were amazing!! Friday we had a private rehearsal dinner at the Valley Pub located on second floor of Town square and it was amazing!! Jason was amazing and accommodated everything perfectly. The food was great and the staff were so friendly. Our guest stayed at the Golden Eagle Resort and everyone RAVED about the rooms and how huge they were. The town square condos were all looking over the town and were amazing! Saturday everyone enjoyed their Freedom passes that were given to them by the hotels where they could enjoy a bike ride, canoe, kayak, golfing,Chair lifts etc. all for free! It was great everyone could just park their car Friday and walk everywhere and not return to it until Sunday. Saturday afternoon was our wedding and it was amazing! Jackie was our wedding coordinator and planned our whole weekend out down to detail!! She is your girl she saw everything thru and had a great eye for detail. She made the weekend a dream. The tent was so beautiful and she made everything go smooth it literally was PERFECT. We ended the night with fireworks in the town share where everyone got transported to all by buses and then had beers given out for the show. All planned by the amazing JACKIE! We ended the night at Legends where Mike hosted a pizza bar. He is awesome and so accommodating the bartenders are so friendly EVERYONE IN WATERVILLE IS! We ended the weekend on Sunday at The Valley Pub again where they hosted a private brunch which was soooooo good! The whole weekend was great and everyone just raved about how it was the best weekend and wedding that thy have been to and had . Jackie is to thank for all of this! Thank you Jackie you literally made my dream wedding come true!

There were many reasons why we chose this venue, but one of the biggest reasons for me personally was the fact that no one had to go anywhere. Once you got there, Everything was walking distance. It made it easy for family/friends/bridal party to get around. On top of that, there are tons of activities to do at the resort, no matter what time of year. The vibe is very laid back and carefree. My kind of atmosphere! We got married this fall, and the colors were out of this world! Waterville provides a wedding coordinator to help out with timelines etc. which was definitely an added bonus. She was very organized from the very start and provided a guideline and time frame to work from which was very helpful. Overall, I was very pleased with this venue, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Our wedding at Waterville Valley was nothing short of perfect! We had our ceremony at the gorgeous Osceola Arbor which is in a secluded tree covered area, overlooking the water, and surrounded by a breath taking view of the mountains. Our formal pictures were outstanding because of the scenery at this location but also because of the variety of locations to photograph. Our photographer brought us to 5 different locations, all were beautiful and offered something a little different. We had cocktail hour in the Speakeasy Lounge, which our guests said they loved! Followed by an amazing reception in the Garden Terrace Tent, which comes with lit birch trees around center poles and perimeter lighting, which was beautiful and exactly what we had pictured, but did not cost anything extra! \rWaterville Valley was so great in accommodating our guests for the whole weekend, with tons of activities, kindness and much more! It was like we owned the town for the weekend, which made the entire celebration that much better! \rWhitney Meister is the absolute best wedding coordinator anyone could ask for! She is young, helpful, knowledgeable, excited and happy to help with every detail of your wedding! She answers/responds to every e-mail, text or phone call and is always easy and pleasant to deal with. She had weddings every weekend from July till November, sometimes more than 1, but my husband and I would have never known! She treated our wedding like it was her one and only priority, and made sure we were happy with every detail, nothing was too much to ask from her! She has great taste and is in touch with her bride's style, I gave her decorations with thoughts of what to do but encouraged her to do what she thought was best, and everything was better then what I could think of! She is amazing and we owe a large part of our flawless day to her! \rIf you are looking for a perfect day, and a great experience with your location and vendors I would recommend Waterville Valley above all other options!

We had our ceremony and reception at Waterville Valley Resort. It was absolutely perfect! There is nothing I would have changed about my wedding day. It was gorgeous, the venue was awesome, and the coordinator, Whitney, was incredibly responsive and professional. \r\rOur ceremony was at the Osceola Arbor, which was beautiful. It had a beautiful lake in the background and the mountains as a backdrop--I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting! I was nervous because the opposite side of the lake is open to visitors, but you couldn't see or hear them because there were trees hiding the shore and they were fairly far away. Our reception was at the Brookside Bistro, which was perfect. There was an outdoor patio which was great for those who didn't want to dance, and the space fit our 75-person party perfectly. \r\rThe food was amazing. People still rave about the beef tips and chicken :) The booking process was also ultra-easy. I always thought that a wedding was very difficult to plan, but Whitney made the process easy and about as stress-free as it could get. She was patient, very nice, and had a ton of great ideas. She also helped us with some day-before glitches! \r\rOverall, I loved Waterville Valley. We chose it because we wanted a getaway wedding, which is exactly what we got. Most of our guests stayed the weekend and celebrated with us, but there was enough to do that we could hang out by ourselves if we wanted to or had to get some last-minute things done and our families weren't on top of us the whole time. I have a friend who wants to have the exact same wedding at the same place because she loved it so much!!

We lucked out with the weather and the setting was just gorgeous with the White Mountains in the background. We had our reception at the Waterville ballroom. There was plenty of room for our 150 guests without feeling overwhelmed by too big of a space. Whitney and her staff decorated the space exactly how we wanted. \r\rIt was also fun riding around the town in the open air trolleys. Waterville made us feel very special. All of the stores in town had little signs welcoming everyone for our wedding, not to mention the large billboard type sign with our names and wedding date. Overall I highly recommend this venue.

I could go and on about why Waterville Valley, NH is the perfect place to get married. It has it all; beautiful scenery and plenty of activities for your guests. The thing you may not know is that when you decided to have your wedding you there you get to work with Whitney. If it is not already on your venue selection checklist to have a personable and professional coordinator it should be. It was on mine after my sister had an awful experience with hers and my sister is probably one of the most easy going people you'll ever meet. Anyway, my point it is having someone to work with through the whole process like Whitney will make a world of difference. I sent Whitney countless emails and questions from the time we went on our tour up until the day we arrived for our wedding. She always got back to me promptly. There really are no words to describe how helpful through the planning phase. As for our Wedding weekend itself, I do not even know where to begin. At one point during the wedding I had asked a question out loud about some random detail and my dad turned to me and said, do not worry about it, Whitney will take care of it. He was so right and the fact that people around me saw how on point she was was amazing. At the end of the day, I could not have imagined getting married anywhere else and not having Whitney on our team. You definitely need to check Waterville Valley out if you are looking to have a mountain side wedding.

We got married on July 28, 2012 - a very rainy weekend with scattered thunderstorms. Normally, this would have put a damper on a destination weekend in the mountains with over 200 people having traveled hours for a good time. But - because of all there is to do and the flexibility of the staff, WV was actually the perfect place to have a blast and fully enjoy every day despite the weather. Everyone arrived Thursday where we had a beautiful and delicious rehearsal dinner and after party at the Brookside Bistro. The next morning (Friday), the WV hosted us for a golf scramble and later on that night, we had a \"beach\" welcome party at Corcoran's Pond. The Saturday reception was at the Conference Center which I was concerned a little bit about at first given that it is - a Conference Center. But Whitney did an AMAZING job taking our vision and turning it into the most beautiful wedding tent! I wish I could upload some photos to this review because I couldn't believe how magical it looked once our guests entered the tent after the cocktail hour in the Speakeasy. The waitstaff and bartenders are great at what they do and made sure everything was well taken care of. The only mishap was a switchup in table numbers that left the wedding party sitting in a table in the back but if that is the worst thing that went wrong then we did alright! Though the reception ended a little early at 10, the resort had a great afterhours spot called Legends that allowed the night to go on. After that we could bounce from room to room like the college days. The next morning (Sunday), we used Packard's Field for a bride's team vs. groom's team soccer game and after showers, everyone left all partied themselves out for 4 days straight. I'm sure you could go about this a more relaxing way, but having so many options to pick from in one resort setting that could accommodate all of our guests truly made this an experience that was unique to my husband and me. And Whitney's care and attention to detail (I would guess she is a perfectionist) made sure that that experience went smoothly and better than expected.

We had our wedding at Waterville Valley this past August. We chose it because we had lots of out of state guests, and the resort has tons for them to do while we did wedding set-up stuff. It was great that we didn't have to entertain when we had so much to do! We also loved that it was in nature, with mountains and water. \rNot living in NH, planning a wedding 2 states away was stressful, but Whitney took care of everything. Any time we had a question (and we had TONS) she took care of things right away and was super easy to get a hold of, even in the heat of wedding season. \rThe days before our wedding we had total access to whatever was needed. If we needed anything extra, a quick call to Whitney was all it took!\rWe had our ceremony in the Town Square Gazebo, which was lovely. It overlooked the water, which was a priority of mine. \rWe had our reception at the Brookside Bistro, just a short walk from the Town Square Gazebo. It was great, next to a brook, with a patio that we had open the entire night. Our wedding was incredibly small with no wedding party, so it was a perfect size for us.\rThe food was all delicious. The resort staff broke down all our decorations after the wedding and we just had to pick them up the next morning. SO easy! \rThe resort even arranged a room for my family to get ready on very short notice and without billing us extra, and when we didn't have a place for rehearsal dinner until the day before, one of the resort restaurant easily fit us in (they also had the other wedding there, but they made room for both of us to have our own space).\rEverything fit in our budget, and we got everything that we wanted for our low-key relaxed wedding!\rI would recommend Waterville Valley resort to anyone for their wedding!

We had our wedding at Waterville Valley this past August. We chose it because we had lots of out of state guests, and the resort has tons for them to do while we did wedding set-up stuff. It was great that we didn't have to entertain when we had so much to do! We also loved that it was in nature, with mountains and water. \rNot living in NH, planning a wedding 2 states away was stressful, but Whitney took care of everything. Waterville Valley was a wonderful place to get married for many reasons. There are several beautiful choices for your ceremony and reception, on site reasonably priced hotels for guests, and a very organized wedding sales manager, Whitney! Whitney was great about quickly responding to questions from my husband and I throughout the year that we were engaged and wedding planning. The reception room was excatly as I had planned for it to look and everything flowed smoothly. My family, my husband's family, and my guests were all pleased. I would reccommend considering Waterville for your wedding!!

My wedding at Waterville Valley, NH was perfect! We had our ceremony outside at the Ocseola Arbor and our reception at the Waterville Valley Conference Center. Our day was gorgeous-we had beautiful weather. Whitney our wedding coordinator was so helpful. She is easy to work with and took care of so many details for our special day. Whitney was very organized and available when ever I needed her. Everything from the ceremony to the reception went seamlessly. I received many complements from our guests about how beautiful they thought everything was. Our day was everything we wanted and more. Mark and I cannot thank the staff at Waterville Valley enough for all their help. They truly made our day a success!

I chose Waterville Valley as the site of my wedding because of a long connection with the resort. We chose the Oscela Arbor site, which was beautiful. \rI spoke many times via phone and email with the wedding coordinator for the Valley, and she was very helpful in answering questions. She helped us to secure the trolley for transporting guests and the wedding party, even after hours. \rBe warned: Have a good rain plan in place, as there are really very limited options that can be secured if its too rainy outside. \rMy biggest gripe with the resort was that they scheduled their annual Chocolate and Jazz festival for the SAME DAY as the wedding. I had put a deposit on the site long before the date of the Chocolate and Jazz festival was announced. The resort was unwilling to work with me, and I had to hold my wedding earlier in the day so that the ceremony would not be overpowered by the Jazz Band. \rOverall, it was a positive experience, but you have to be vigilant. Dont expect them to take care of all the details.
