Watts Manor is a wedding and event venue located in Fresno, TX. Nestled on five acres of lush land, this venue features flourishing forest surrounding for couples to use as their romantic backdrop. The carefully landscaped outdoor spaces and cozy indoor setting will act as a blank canvas for your dream celebration. Family-owned and operated, Watts Manor was built with events in mind and now strives to give visitors a comfortable, down-to-earth space to enjoy themselves. Guests will be greeted upon arrival by an open space secluded from the outside world by thickets of dense woodland. The onsite lake invites attendees to pull up a chair and relax on its tranquil shores beneath the shade of a tree. As night draws in, the party can gather around the fire pit areas with a glass of champagne in hand. A versatile property, its El Salon offers a cozy banquet hall-style space to celebrate love. The onsite home also features several cozy guest rooms for you and your loved ones to enjoy a relaxing overnight stay. The venue is also located near downtown Houston and George Bush International Airport for your and your guests' convenience. The Watts Manor team will be ready to connect you with their list of trusted vendors to help you bring your vision to life. They can also provide event furniture rentals, valet parking, and other in-house services to ensure a seamless, joyful celebration. The new owner Chizo made our experience very stressful and does not give ANY customer service at all. We had to use rectangle tablecloths on round tables because she said the round ones had not been cleaned in time for our event. If I could give them zero stars in my review I would. She made the whole event very stressful with threats and very limited replies. Additionally now that the event is over she refuses to refund my full deposit even though we cleaned up the property and ZERO damages! Thank god I took video of how we left everything. I asked for proof of what we damaged(pictures) which she never provided. This has been the worst experience for our graduation party I have ever had. Although the grounds are beautiful I would not recommend you rent this place due to the service issues.

The venue is beautiful, even in cold and windy winter weather! We're grateful we were able to have the venue for the weekend, it made setting up and taking down so much easier. Our guests had a really good time!

La Finca was such a beautiful and memorable location for our September wedding. It’s about 30 minutes away from downtown Houston. From the moment we first met with Mrs. Ana, we knew we wanted this place for our wedding and reception.The venue is so clean, large, and spacious. You can’t really appreciate the pictures until you’ve seen the property with your own eyes. The house also is really beautiful.Mrs. Ana was a pleasure to work with. From the very beginning, she was so accommodating with our concerns and requests. She made sure we were updated every step. She’s very quick and prompt to reply to phone calls and texts, and was always willing to meet up with us when needed.If you’re looking for a wedding venue that provides many amenities, either an outdoor and/or indoor ceremony, and a beautiful landscape, La Finca is the place!

We had our wedding at La finca 10.8.21 The venue is completely beautiful, the outdoor area was amazing at night, we had a White Castle where all guest had amazing time. Ana was so helpful and accommodating with our request. If you are looking for an amazing venue, La Finca is definitely the venue.

We had our wedding here in March and it was amazing. Ana and Ivan went above and beyond for us to make our day everything we hoped for. Ana is quick to respond and even went as far to take a lot of pictures and help iron linens. Ivan worked all day the day before to have the grounds immaculate for us. We are part of the LGBTQ community and I couldn’t have felt more welcomed than I did at La Finca. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding spot or even just a family reunion.

A month ago we got married in La Finca TX. We were slated for a 400+ person wedding reception when the pandemic changed our plans. We searched for a place where I could stay with my family and hold a reception for 60 people outdoors. I found La Finca on Airbnb, later finding out through The Knot it is also an event space. This checked two boxes on my wish list. Being out of state, my then-fiance met with Ana and toured the grounds. He spoke highly of the meeting and the property. Since La Finca is a home and event space we think it is only fair to break up our review into multiple parts.The Home (aka La Casa): I stayed here for a whole week with my parents and brother. The house is beautiful and spacious. If you are looking for peace and privacy before the big day, then La Finca is the place. Take a stroll around the lake, sit on the swing while sipping tea, or use the fire pit to roast s’mores and just relax. The Fort Bend Tollway is behind the lake, however, it didn’t bother us at all. The house has a spacious, main bedroom that was used for my bridesmaids and me to get ready (the large mirror in the room came in very handy). The hall next to the house was used for all the bridesmaids, moms, and myself to get our hair and makeup done. It also doubled as a breakfast area for the family and bridal party. For any brides or grooms looking to host a private and intimate wedding, I would highly recommend staying at the house a few days before your event. Event Space: There is so much room - Five Stars! We were able to have a socially-distanced rehearsal dinner in the hall and on the patio, as well as utilize the patio the following day for our reception cocktail hour. We parked a vendor’s camper bar in the backyard and held our reception further back using the fountain in the lake as our backdrop. The large yard was great for our peace of mind since we didn’t have to worry about being cramped in an enclosed space. Our guests loved the space and kept asking how we found La Finca. Also, all of our vendors raved about the ease of working with Ana and how the space was great for parties. The Owners: The home and land are huge selling points but Ana and Ivan were what made our experience amazing! On a scale of 1-10, Ana and Ivan are an 11! Ana took the time to get to know us. She had my favorite dessert and flowers on my arrival and reached out to ask how she could help in the wedding process. One evening we needed someone to be at the hall to receive a delivery and she dropped her dinner plans to be there for us on short notice! We wanted our reception near the lake but their wifi didn’t work that far from the home. Comcast doesn’t service that area but Ana negotiated with a few internet providers and was able to get wifi for us near the lake so we could live-stream our reception! She and Ivan always responded quickly to our texts. One night they came by to help solve a minor lighting issue (we couldn’t find a switch which was right by another door, haha). She wasn’t just the owner of La Finca to us but more like a family member. We even requested her and Ivan attend our reception and celebrate with us. Overall, we couldn’t have been more thrilled to have found La Finca and met Ana and Ivan. The home was immaculate, the hall and land fulfilled all of our needs, and the owners went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We highly recommend La Finca for anyone looking for a private, outdoor, and hassle-free event!!!

I just had my wedding at La Finca TX. One word::AMAZING!The property is amazing and beautifully landscape! The rental house on the property is beautifully decorated and super functional for the madness of getting prepared for a wedding! Large bathrooms and plenty beds! Huge and super comfortable king bed! (If you cant tell, we stayed on the property all weekend!!!!!!)The venue comes with tables and chairs and sound system! Beautiful windows looking on to the lake on the property (and the lake has a beautiful fountain!) Great space for all types of intimate gatherings- brunches, showers, birthdays, and celebrations!!!!!!!The owners are even more amazing! Worked with an extremely stressed bride who had to change everything about her wedding 4 weeks before the date! Ana is amazing and took care of every question and concern immediately. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LA FINCA TX AND ANA.We are already looking to book again for our next celebration!

Worked with an extremely stressed bride who had to change everything about her wedding 4 weeks before the date! Ana is amazing and took care of every question and concern immediately. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LA FINCA TX AND ANA.We are already looking to book again for our next celebration!

I was La Finca’s first official bride and I am so glad I found it! The venue is absolutely beautiful! Perfect for outdoor weddings! Ana and her husband definitely went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! They were so sweet! We are so grateful! They added so many special little touches to ensure the place looked perfect for our wedding day. She helped with everything that she could help with. She is super responsive. I would recommend you book the house as well for the entire time if you can. The house is so comfortable and beautiful! Ana allowed me to use the master bedroom as a bridal suite and the restroom is to die for! Great for photography. If you are looking for a place, look no more! Please book La Finca you will not be disappointed at all.
