The Cliffs at Glassy Chapel One of the country’s most breathtaking Ceremony spaces, the glass-enclosed Chapel allows guests to bask in the splendor of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains while you exchange your vows. Our Chapel can seat up to 216 guests and features 65 parking spaces. Wedding Ceremony Packages Glassy Mountain Package The Glassy Mountain Package includes a three-hour time block on the day of your wedding, which includes your set up & break down time. Time blocks are listed below: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (10:30 am Ceremony Start Time) 12:00 – 3:00 pm (1:30 pm Ceremony Start Time) 3:00 – 6:00 pm (4:30 pm Ceremony Start Time) 6:00 – 9:00 pm (7:00 pm Ceremony Start Time) The Glassy Mountain Package also includes a complimentary, two-hour scheduled time at The Chapel for Engagement Photos and/or Bridal Portraits. Blue Ridge Elopement Package (20 guests or less) The Blue Ridge Elopement Package includes a two-hour time block on the day of your wedding which will include your set up & break down time. Time blocks are listed below: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm (11:00 am Ceremony Start Time) 4:00 – 6:00 pm (5:00 pm Ceremony Start Time) The day of your ceremony we will have a Cliffs Chapel attendant on-site to take care of venue needs. You are welcome to bring in your own officiant and any other Wedding Vendors. Wedding Directors & Planners are encouraged but not required. The Chapel also features a private bridal suite. **The Cliffs at Glassy Chapel is reserved for Ceremonies only. No Food or Beverage is permitted at The Chapel. Rehearsals are scheduled upon request.

Weddings at The Cliffs Reviews
Whatever pictures you have seen online about this place do not do it justice! It is beyond breathtaking! For anyone thinking about the practical details, there are bathrooms in the chapel. They also have a bridal suite to get dressed in. At some point, we fit about 6 people in the suite pretty easily but any more may get a bit crowded. Also, they are very strict on time, so plan accordingly. Either way, it was the perfect wedding venue for us!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the new Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards Lakehouse which was just re-built and opened this past summer, and it was absolutely perfect. We loved the wooden outdoor structure and location right on the lake! The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards event staff (led by Cheryl Romano when we got married) did a fabulous job, they were so communicative and accommodating throughout the process and made great adjustments based on COVID-19 to account for everyone’s health and safety. I wouldn’t have wanted to get married anywhere else!

I was a Bridesmaid in a wedding that was the Chapel. The Chapel is breath taking, inside and out, the planning process was easy, and each person we spoke to with the Cliffs was very helpful, kind, and quick replies. They offered a discount when we book out reception and ceremony with them. They kept in touch through out the Brides planning process and even helped on the day of.

We had our wedding reception at the Cliffs Valley Clubhouse. The ballroom was amazing, the food was incredible, and the wait staff were great and friendly.\rHowever, there is a $10,000 minimum for the food & drink, in addition to tips, and it must be catered by the Cliffs.\rThe coordinator, Kim Campbell, was sweet in person, but very difficult to get in touch with via phone and e-mail. There was a lot of miscommunication about the Banquet Event Order and what we wanted or didn't want at the reception. Luckily, we our wedding planner, Mandy Powell, knows her well and was able to get many things straightened out before the big day. Just be aware that clear communication with Kim is a challenge, and it is a pricey endeavor. However, having it all inclusive had many perks.
