Weddings at Woodside is a charming wedding and special event venue just outside of Honesdale, PA. This space is in Woodside Mission House, a beautifully refurbished building complete with polished wooden floors, Roman porches, and high ceilings for a delightful atmosphere. Couples are cordially invited to hold their most splendid ceremony and reception on the grounds, where they will find solace in nature by the gardens and within the house's interior. The venue has everything you need to keep your celebrations in one place, so you can raise a glass to your unique love story and enjoy the magical atmosphere with your nearest and dearest. Woodside features both indoor and outdoor spaces for you to tie the knot and cut your wedding cake in style. The chapel-style gazebo is perfect for a heartwarming ceremony and provides comfortable seating for up to 100 guests. The house is wheelchair accessible, where you'll find an industrial kitchen, a bright dining room, a living room with a cozy fireplace, and various bedroom suites for overnight accommodation. At night, you can gather around the outdoor firepit or twirl under the dazzling garden lights in the dining room. You can also have a tented reception outside. Dance the night away under the romantic ambiance of Woodside, where you can build your dream wedding from scratch. The venue is available for pre-wedding celebrations such as wedding showers and parties, and can also be used for your ceremony, reception, or both. The team can kindly provide you with tables, chairs, a 40x40 tent, propane heaters, and a portable bar. Setup, cleanup, and exclusive use of the house and ceremony site are also included in their wedding package, allowing you a full-service venue experience. My husband and I loved everything about woodside. The house and property are just beautiful. Every time we went there we got more and more excited for our big day. They were so easy to communicate with. They answered every question, helped with every detail they could. They were so accommodating.

From start to finish our experience at The Woodside was amazing! The staff was so helpful with the planning process, through decorating and setup, and finally through the execution of the event. This space is so versatile and can be rearranged to fit your needs. The decor is so simply beautiful that extra decorations are really not needed. There is so much natural light that makes the photos so perfect! Also, anything and everything you could need for an event is on site, so purchasing was minimal. The kitchen space is open for use and is a full commercial kitchen. Cleanliness is super important to me, and it was spotless! There was a staff member on site sweeping after we set up so it would look perfect for our guests. My friend, the bride, was so super impressed and happy with the entire event. All thanks to The Woodside!!

Woodside is the most beautiful spot for a wedding or bridal shower. I couldn’t have imagined our big day being anywhere else. The staff was great to work with. They made every vision we had come to life. Such a special place!

I love being able to help you envision your special day and see every detail through! I have worked many weddings in different capacities, from serving food, to setup and cleanup. I can't wait to work with you! I love, love! Being able to work with a couple and help them get excited about planning their wedding is my favorite.
