Erika and the Due Amici team were truly the foundation of our wedding day. We could never have planned and executed such a perfect day without them! Erika’s organization and responsiveness with planning was unlike anything I could have expected. She is the reason I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day, because I had so much trust in her to have everything looking amazing and running smoothly. Erin and the due amici’s helped us tremendously. We were two months till the date, our cater was closing it doors. We found due amici’s, when we walked right in it felt like we were in the right place. All that wedding stress you have just lifted right off. Words cannot express how lucky we are to have found these wonderful people. Besides the food being absolutely incredible, Their team was what won us over during our initial meeting/tour. We had the pleasure of having Erika basically coordinate our whole wedding, from the beginning of our journey TWO years ago, until the end of our wedding night. They provided all the linens, tableware, and flatware, set up of all of our decor, packed up all of our decor and packed our cars at the end of the night, coordinated with all our vendors (literally we just gave them their contact information, and they coordinated everything from there), they ensured that everything ran smoothly, and if there were any hiccups, we had no idea! They made this entire process so smooth and stress free, and did I mention their food was amazing? They offer a complimentary food tasting after you tour with them at one of their venues and when I say go hungry, GO HUNGRY... it's a feast! Their packages are also super affordable. We got so lucky!

If you're planning a wedding in South Jersey, Due Amici is THE place to use!!!! We got married at the end of September at Valenzano Winery in Shamong, NJ. From the our initial planning meeting until days after our wedding, Due Amici surpassed our expectations. From our first tasting (and second) we knew that people would be raving about the food well after our wedding - and that was all true! They offer a wide variety of packages that fit our budget perfectly for the size of our wedding (240 people) without sacrificing quality at all. We had more than enough food available the day of our wedding and everything tasted and looked phenomenal. Not only was the food amazing, but the team at Due Amici is what we really fell in love with. Our coordinator, Erika Stearns, was so meticulous and detail oriented with making sure that our vision came alive for our wedding. During the planning process she was very responsive and easily able to accommodate any of our requests. On the day of, Erika took all of our lists, decor, and somehow made it all come together and look absolutely stunning. We had a few snags the day of the wedding and Erika just completely approached each situation with respect and grace like it was no big deal at all. We highly recommend the team (especially Erika) at Due Amici to make your wedding day the best it can be! If we could do it all again, they would be our first choice again!

Erika, my day-of-coordinator, had everything down to a science and was so organized. I had essentially a DIY wedding with 6 different vendors at a state park and they brought everything together effortlessly. The service at the wedding was so prompt and professional. Erik, another wedding coordinator, made sure the entire wedding party was personally taken care of the entire time. In addition, I got countless compliments on the quality of the food served. Dan , Everything was perfect ( and the few things that weren’t Erika handled so it was like those bumps in the road didn’t even happen). Honestly one of the things I realized was that Amanda and Tom needed to know nothing other than to enjoy their day. Any questions or issues that came up, Erika came to me or Amanda’s sister, which is how it should be. Dan , Everything was perfect ( and the few things that weren’t Erika handled so it was like those bumps in the road didn’t even happen). Honestly one of the things I realized was that Amanda and Tom needed to know nothing other than to enjoy their day. Any questions or issues that came up, Erika came to me or Amanda’s sister, which is how it should be. We just had our wedding last night which was rescheduled from June due to the coronavirus. Dan and Erika were absolutely amazing. Erika was our day of coordinator and go-to person for all of our planning and catering. She was fantastic - not only was she efficient, professional, and organized, but also personable and so easy to work with - we had a lot of fun at all of our tastings and meetings! Day/week of, we had a last minute rain switch and Erika handled any crisis or issue with ease. Due Amici should be the ONLY choice when you are looking to start your wedding planning process. They exceeded ALL of our expectations. They organized our wedding on October 12, 2019 at Valenzano WInery and we couldn't have asked for a better team. From the day we did the walk through back in 2017, the team at Due Amici were amazing. They responded to all emails/calls immediately and helped calm this bride's wedding stress! Dan and Nicole and the rest of the team made sure the entire day went smoothly. From start to finish, this truly was the best day of our lives thanks in part to Due Amici. We are still getting calls and messages saying this was by far the best wedding many of our guests have been to and that the food was to die for. Dan even threw in some extras that we didn't plan for! We just received a thank you card from them with two beautiful pictures of my husband and I on our wedding day. Absolutely everything went to plan, they were friendly and helpful every step of the way, and everything was perfect the day of. You really feel like they care just as much as you do. WOW! What more can I say from Due Amici, the staff, and Erika! I think we're all nervous about booking with a vendor, how will they be the day, it's alot of money, etc. To anyone reading this, BOOK WITH THEM! From start to finish, they answer all your questions you will have and guide you along if you dont know the questions to ask. They are VERY detailed and you always get updates. They have no issues changing things on the fly . Due Amici's food was on POINT as we did not receive a complaint from anyone at the wedding, they loved it! It really was an easy time setting up with them for our wedding at Valenzano Winery(the best!). We want to give a personal shout out to Erika. Not only is she there during your wedding day managing everything, she is a backup seamstres. My wife had an issue with her dress where the hooks for the bustle were not put on during final alteration. She was getting so upset and frustrated that she was missing cocktail hour and would not be able to dance. Erika was able to fix it for us that night and put in a quick temporary bustle that allowed her to enjoy the rest of the night. Just cannot say enough about them. Everyone still talks about what an amazing time they had. Thank you Due Amici!

Erika and Due Amici were the glue that held our wedding together. And not like glue stick. Like super glue on a toddler's fingers. Planning the ceremony, all the in's and out's, last minute and late night emails, fire in the kitchen at the venue on day of, closing and packing cars? Yep yep yep yep yep. Yes I said fire in the kitchen. At the venue. ON THE DAY OF. Dishwasher went up in flames. Erika? Calm as a cucumber, helped direct the fire department. Had the smoke out and the wedding party back into hair and makeup within 30 minutes.Erika's a champion of the wedding game. She helped us each step along the way and helped us plan a fantastic ceremony then ran it down to the minute. She made the day easy. When we needed a few minutes alone? No problem. Add 10 minutes to cocktail hour on the day of? No problem. Climbing a ladder to help take down lighting at the end of the night? No problem. Erika does and does and does.Due Amici? Just as good. If you plan a Chinese/Jewish wedding, Italian is the way to go. ;) Food was absolutely fantastic. Cocktails were great. Appetizers? Bacon wrapped shrimp, meatballs (Yes, meatballs! They were so good, the guests raved about them!), bacon wrap all of the things because it's excellent. Dinner, salads, and entrees were loved by all.So what should you do? Use them for your birthday, your wedding, your funeral if you like to plan way in advance. Any party they throw? Absolutely fantastic and easy as cake. Speaking of cake? Their deserts are also absolutely fantastic. 11/10, 12/10 if the scale is arbitrary and non-linear. You cannot go wrong with Due Amici and Erika.

I’m going to start with the good first, the food was amazing and most of the guests left saying it was one of the best weddings they ever attended. The staff met with us several times at the venue to do our walk thru and ceremony rehearsal. They were friendly and professional thought the journey. The week leading up to the wedding is where it started to get a little wacky. Because our wedding was over 4th of July weekend, the staff was off between Monday before our wedding and the Friday before our wedding. Some last minute details started to get missed, including our day of ceremony plan which included an outdoor ceremony on a day with scattered showers. Despite us discussing exactly what was to take place and purchasing 100 umbrellas for our guests, practicing the ceremony outside with Due Amici during the rehearsal, we were informed the day of that the venue would not allow us to have chairs for the ceremony outside only 4 HOURS before the ceremony was to take place. (Which means they never communicated our intentions with the venue prior to the day of) When informed them that this was unacceptable, they did go back to the venue and advocate on our behalf. They managed to arrange for some chairs to be available for the ceremony but a large portion of our guests had to stand which was extremely embarrassing and frustrating for us. This really effected my wife’s experience at the wedding, and about a week later it was still bothering her so she arranged a call with the staff. Honestly, if they had just said “I’m Sorry” and acknowledged some missteps I wouldn’t even be writing this review, but instead the call ended leaving my wife even more furious with them. Due Amici’s food is amazing! The staff is nice and accommodating. They market themselves as “wedding coordinator that will make your wedding planning seamless” and they failed to deliver in that regard! The sold my wife “The Dream” and failed to deliver. They weren’t bad, just simply a 4 out of 5 on this particular day.

Words can't describe how integral Erika and the Due Amici team were in making our wedding day perfect. Erika was so responsive to my (absurdly numerous) questions - she answered every email almost immediately. We felt so prepared and comfortable on our big day because she had thought of everything, and helped us make it a reality. The Due Amici team was involved in setup, breakdown, and the entire day. They set everything up perfectly for us, we had no stress! The food was delicious, as well! But it says a lot about this vendor when the food, which was seriously amazing, is still not as important as the service; the service and attention we received was just above and beyond. On the wedding day, Erika worked seamlessly with our vendors and handled last-minute changes with ease. We are SO GRATEFUL for Erika and Due Amici for their role in making our wedding amazing and perfect!

My fiance and I met with a few different caterers before meeting with Due Amici and we wish we would have booked with them first. At their INITIAL meeting, you get to taste their incredible food! Dan and Erika are running a tight ship over there and thank God because it works! Our entire process and wedding night ran so smoothly and felt effortless because of the organization and attention that Due Amici pays to it's customers! It's primarily a restaurant so their service and food speak for itself! I love that we can go to Due Amici every November and have our \"wedding meal\" for our anniversary! How many people can say that?? Dan and Erika essentially become your wedding planners and take 90% of your stressors away -- what more could you possibly ask?? They are so on the ball, one night at 10:30pm I emailed Erika 15 questions, numbered.. random questions/thoughts I had been having and she responded with every number, a detailed answer response for each question at 10:55pm that same night--- who does that?! I am beyond grateful for the time and effort Dan and Erika put into their jobs because they made our day about us and we didn't have to worry about on thing! As an added bonus-- they will setup/take down any decor AND they pack up your cars at the end of the night so YOU don't have to! Also the food-- our guests RAVED about the food! So delicious!! I do not have the words to describe how awesome this company is. I don't believe I ever heard the word \"no\" from them. From the initial meeting, everything was smooth sailing. They simply could not do enough for you. They did check-ins and answering emails back with impressive speed even after hours on weekends! They are extremely accommodating. This was the first and only caterers we checked out. As soon as I met Erika, we instantly clicked and I knew she would be the one to help bring my wedding dream to life. I am an extremely high-strung, OCD, control freak and I had 100 percent faith in Erika and the entire staff and Due Amici and they came through tremendously. When I first started planning my wedding, I was so overwhelmed by the amount of tiny details- placement of decoration, color choices, food allergies, etc.. , and she took control and brought me back down to earth. Any time a minor hiccup occurred in my planning process, (even if it wasn't related to the caterers) Erika was there to help me. It became a joke actually that my family would say “go ask Erika” any time I needed advice or assistance! She even drove an hour away to my sister's home for the rehearsal since my husband and I were unable to get off work to be at the venue in time. They have a plan for EVERYTHING. They handle everything from food, tenting, linens, cutlery, tables & chairs, any wacky idea you want to include on your day, as well as day-of-coordination, and anxiety relief techniques (lol). I never felt they were just in this for the money. On the contrary, they do whatever they can to stay in budget but still give you want you want. The food. My husband and I are avid foodies. This was the most important this to us when planning our wedding. Due Amici's food is PHENOMENAL. From the apps, to the carving stations, to the desserts. We were not disappointed in a single thing. We decided we will be taking the hour hike up to their restaurant every year for our anniversary for dinner, that's how good it is. Put your faith in this company. Put your faith in this team. My wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without them. You will not be disappointed!!

Finding a caterer for our wedding venue, Collingswood Ballroom, started with a vendor list given from their staff with a dozen or so names. We first went to Due Amici and were WOWed immediately. For perspective we tried one other (who shall not be named) that were incredibly disappointing. Before our wedding, we had a few meetings at Due Amici.Meeting Dan and the team- It was here we were introduced to Dan; caterer, coordinator, planner, detail oriented and thorough - an expert in his industry that we had a lot of fun planning our wedding with. We immediately got along and appreciated how enthusiastic he is.Tasting 1- We sampled from each course with many menu items, must try the seafood cartucci and “crack pasta”.Tasting 2- Menu choosing was extensive so come hungry, we had 3 family members join us who each raved about the selections. We even had leftovers!Final Meeting 3- Dan went through every step of the night with us and explained everything clearly. We were confident that our wedding would be nothing short of amazing.We loved the food so much that we had our pre-anniversary (LOL) dinner at the restaurant too. Also we stayed for lunch after our final meeting! We just couldn’t wait for our reception food in the coming weeks.A few shout outs we’d like to share is that Dan and the team assure you that even if things go wrong during your wedding night that you’d never know. We had a flawless wedding in no small part to Due Amici’s service. When we had concerns about our venue not helping decorate for our outside ceremony, Dan jumped in and said “guys don’t worry about it, I got it”. That is what you can expect from this vendor. They catalogued and organized with all of our vendors from cake to DJ to photographers, etc. All email and phone concerns were responded to right away.On the night of our wedding, we found Dan, clearing plates himself, working around the room with a smile, and constantly checking on us. As he said to us, it is his show from the ceremony on. At one point, when we were being pulled in 10 directions by our guests, my (groom’s) kid brother couldn’t get a drink from the bar and Dan stopped everything to help him right away before we had to move on to our first dance.Another call out we’d like to make is to Nicole, at our reception, gathered a buffet for us at our sweetheart table during dinner. She also kept us covered with drinks and all. She asked me (bride) if the food was the right temperature for us and if not would get us all new food right away. She did an excellent job.As for our guests experience, we’ve heard tons about food galore, cocktail hour with servers all over the room and generous stations. Dinner with seafood, pasta, fajita, carving, and mashed potato filet mignon martini stations and more. After cake cutting we had butlered desserts, cake stations, and an ice cream bar.End of night send off with wrapped cheesesteaks, soft pretzels, and water bottles for our guests as they left our wedding.We couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the food, service, and expertise from Due Amici, and could not recommend anyone else for your wedding, celebration, or any event you plan. Due Amici should be your only choice when choosing a caterer for your wedding. OR any event. My venue, Valenzano Winery, named 3 caterers I could choose from. Knowing nothing about them, I called all 3 and Due Amici gave me the quickest appointment. We did a tasting of a ridiculous amount of food at the restaurant, all of which was so so good. So we cancelled our other appointments and I thank God we did. We chose the diamond package including butlered apps, cold app table, triple pasta station, salads, and we chose buffet style with choices of chicken, seafood, carving station, eggplant parm, veggies, potatoes, and i ditched the lettuce wrap station for an ice cream bar to make it more personal. All for $80pp. Plus we got 8 huge kitchen containers of leftovers at the end of the night which was perfect for our luncheon the next day at my mommas. There are so many add ons or \"changes\" you can make to make it EXACTLY what you want. I wanted cookie dough chunks? No problem. My now hubby and I created a signature drink that we specifically wanted WAWA iced tea... answer was yes with a smile. I did not realize when we chose Due Amici that I was not only getting a caterer, but a wedding planner included. Dan and Erica made all of our dreams come true. We seriously had the perfect wedding. Its surreal. We primarily worked with the manager Erika. Poor woman got so many calls and emails from me. Im new to the whole bride thing, obviously, so I didn't know what I was doing and I had a lot of questions. Erika was so quick to answer and always put me at ease. I knew I was in good hands during our first meeting when I saw her computer screen - it was color coded and this intense excel worksheet. From one self proclaimed OCD to another, I felt so comfortable. She knew how to prepare every small detail. She coordinated all of my vendors so I didn't even have to touch my phone on my wedding day. I did a lot of DIY for my wedding. We dropped all of our decor during the rehearsal. We had emailed directions and pictures to Erika, and when I arrived in my wedding gown, everything was PERFECT. I had to do nothing except sip mimosas and enjoy the moments. Then during the reception, Bill and I were catered to like we were the dang King and Queen. We were handed new drinks, our food was brought to us, when I was getting my dress bustled (by Erika since my mom couldn't figure it out), Dan brought me a plate of the tortellini because he remembered how much I loved it at out tasting NINE MONTHS PRIOR. When the ice cream bar opened, Erika had made me this huge sundae and hand delivered it to me laughing because she knows my ridiculous love for ice cream. I want to cry happy tears. It was so perfect and that is all because of Due Amici. But Im not done. At the end of the night, we left 2 SUVs parked close and the staff packed up EVERYTHING for us. Locked our cars and I thought we got our keys back. I was a bit distracted being newly married and all, and we forgot our keys to my Jeep. Erika had emailed me overnight, but then Dan called us at 0830 the next morning and drove to our hotel to hand us our keys. Im telling you its ridiculous how much they cared and how well the succeeded in making the bride and groom insanely happy. I guarantee they will be catering my next event. Due Amici should be your only choice when choosing a caterer for your wedding. OR any event. My venue, Valenzano Winery, named 3 caterers I could choose from. Knowing nothing about them, I called all 3 and Due Amici gave me the quickest appointment. We did a tasting of a ridiculous amount of food at the restaurant, all of which was so so good. So we cancelled our other appointments and I thank God we did. We chose the diamond package including butlered apps, cold app table, triple pasta station, salads, and we chose buffet style with choices of chicken, seafood, carving station, eggplant parm, veggies, potatoes, and i ditched the lettuce wrap station for an ice cream bar to make it more personal. All for $80pp. Plus we got 8 huge kitchen containers of leftovers at the end of the night which was perfect for our luncheon the next day at my mommas. There are so many add ons or \"changes\" you can make to make it EXACTLY what you want. I wanted cookie dough chunks? No problem. My now hubby and I created a signature drink that we specifically wanted WAWA iced tea... answer was yes with a smile. I did not realize when we chose Due Amici that I was not only getting a caterer, but a wedding planner included. Dan and Erica made all of our dreams come true. We seriously had the perfect wedding. Its surreal. We primarily worked with the manager Erika. Poor woman got so many calls and emails from me. Im new to the whole bride thing, obviously, so I didn't know what I was doing and I had a lot of questions. Erika was so quick to answer and always put me at ease. I knew I was in good hands during our first meeting when I saw her computer screen - it was color coded and this intense excel worksheet. From one self proclaimed OCD to another, I felt so comfortable. She knew how to prepare every small detail. She coordinated all of my vendors so I didn't even have to touch my phone on my wedding day. I did a lot of DIY for my wedding. We dropped all of our decor during the rehearsal. We had emailed directions and pictures to Erika, and when I arrived in my wedding gown, everything was PERFECT. I had to do nothing except sip mimosas and enjoy the moments. When my fiancé, family & I sat down for our initial tasting at Due Amici, I already had my heart more than halfway set on another restaurant a bit closer to home, but at the time figured it wouldn't hurt to just do the tasting at Due Amici to \"rule them out\" essentially. Within the first 10 minutes of meeting Dan & the team, I started to realize that we NEEDED them to be a part of our wedding day. Dan is the most dedicated, passionate business owner & caterer that I've ever encountered. He goes out of his way to become more than just your caterer, essentially becoming your wedding planner, event coordinator, & friend along the way. He coordinates every detail with the bride & groom, compiles a list of each & every one of your vendors & communicates directly with them to facilitate smooth sailing on what can be one of the most stressful days of your lives. He made it clear from day 1 that he would ALWAYS be available via email to answer questions, confront \"problems\" (which he always said were not really problems at all), & ease jitters. He even said I could email him just to chat! At our second tasting, Dan helped us to finalize the menu/floor plans/day-of itinerary & sent us off that night saying that we had nothing more to worry about! The day of the wedding, Dan was in contact with all of our vendors so that we didn't have to be. He came & checked in on me in the bridal suite & asked how I was feeling. After the ceremony & during our photos, he overheard me saying that I was getting hungry & arranged to have a tray of hors d'oeuvres & drinks brought out to my husband and I in the field where we were having our portraits taken. It was such a special moment to get to have a moment essentially alone with my husband to laugh & have drinks & food before the reception. And when it came time to bustle my dress, Erica stepped right in & figured it out!! Everything about the day was seamless. Whether there were any problems that day, we never would have known. THE BEST WEDDING EVER! ...these are the remarks from our wedding guests!! :-)From our first meeting with Dan - John & I were instantly impressed and knew Due Amici and their team would be the BEST choice for us! Erika took amazing care in everything that she did, and made our day a huge success! She genuinely cared about us, and what we wanted. And even though she handles countless weddings she seemed so happy for US!The food was amazing! Our guests raved about how delicious everything was (I work for a large restaurant company with a few VPs attending - they too, were impressed!!) And the next day when we reheated the leftovers they were STILL so delicious! And the SERVICE!... Top Notch! Our guests commented that the servers at their tables were so friendly, and accommodating. The decorations they laid out were just great, they didn't miss a beat! The fact that they unloaded our cars, decorated, then packed it all up at the end was A HUGE DEAL! And at the end when it was time to go there were two lovely ladies asking ME what they could bring out to our cars. (I'm sure there were several more staff members helping others in our bridal party as well.) PRICELESS!!!We are lucky enough to live just 20 minutes from Due Amici and we will visit time, and time again. The food and service at their restaurant will be just as spectacular (if not better) on on your wedding day! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Due Amici knows what they're doing! Don't bother hiring an outside wedding coordinator or friend who doesn't know your venue. These guys have so much practice and are willing to do all the boring stuff (built our wedding itinerary, carried my dress through the grass, you name it! ). Erika is a sweetheart, and Dan is a firecracker/perfectionist, which means he's going to make sure every detail is executed as planned. :) The staff who worked our event were also wonderful. I believe it was Nicole who stayed by my side throughout the whole wedding to make sure I had enough to eat/drink, stayed on schedule, and had fun. Thank you Due Amici for taking so much off my plate and for being such a big part of our day! You were reasonably priced, professional, and the food was delicious. We'll miss working with you!

Erika & Dan were so great to work with. I was a very anxious and CD bride. They made my feel so calm and it ultimately helped me enjoy our wedding. Not only is the team wonderful, but their food is to die for. When we first met with Erika she had a small tasting for us. The food and what they promised to deliver in service won us over. We knew we had to go with Due Amici if we wanted our perfect wedding day. They were there with me from start to finish of the whole process. Erika answered my emails so promptly, which made me feel very special. They have a restaurant and lots of weddings but always made me feel like i was their top priority. Two weeks before our wedding we had our final run through. My main concern that day was relaxing and eating. Dan had a great idea to take us away to a private room for 30 minutes to have dinner alone. We were so happy we did. We got to eat, breathe and take in the day. The tasting showed that the food would be spectacular (the pasta bar is not to be missed) but we were impressed with the professionalism and preparedness that Erika demonstrated. It seems like a lot of caterers will give you a nice meal and talk a big game, but Due Amici gives you a great meal and they show you exactly what they are going to do to make your wedding as stress free and wonderful as possible. Erika had a laptop with various Office programs open, as well as picture slide shows ready of our venue to help us visualize our wedding day with the hard logistics and the personal customization that they can enable. Planning a wedding is very sentimental but it also is driven by skilled planning and coordination, and Due Amici made it a breeze.On our wedding day, Due Amici staff were there early in the day, getting the venue ready and making sure every single detail was put into place. The excellent bartenders and servers enabled a wonderful meal. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They made the guests feel truly like guests and not mouths they had to feed. As the bride and groom, we took pictures during our cocktail hour but servers came to us to provide appetizers and drinks so we could enjoy them in between photos. The dinner was top notch. Every guest seemed to be thrilled with their meal, exclaiming about the quality after the wedding. The bartenders made excellent quality drinks, they did not spare any effort in crafting perfect cocktails. Erika was there making sure we, the bride and groom, always had a full drink and made sure we sat down to eat. She helped guide us along the day. Even though it was a very busy day, she ensured it went perfectly. I cannot recommend Due Amici enough. The food, service, friendliness, and value cannot be beat.

Dan and his team were absolutely incredible! They were on top of every detail and made the whole process very easy for my wife and I. We can't thank them enough for everything they did!! Not to mention all the guests at our wedding complimented us on how good the food and Hors d'oeuvre were!

I have no words to explain how perfect our wedding was and how amazing Dan and his team are. From day one they went above and beyond for us. Starting with a complimentary tasting before even booking to making our day flawless. I had SEVERAL guests come up to me at the wedding and tell me our wedding made them decide they are going to use Valenzano and Due Amici for their own wedding! Every guest I spoke with was blown away by the food and how kind the serving staff was. I forgot to tell them I changed my mind on how I wanted the napkins folded and Dan and his team immediately ran around and fixed EVERY ONE (over 140) no questions asked! I felt so bad asking them to change it since it was my mistake but they never showed a sign of irritation- they just wanted me to be happy! Dan, Erika, and the entire team are AMAZING and I wish I could book them over and over again. Thanks guys- we love you!

My husband and I cannot say enough about Dan, Erika, and the entire staff at Due Amici! From the time we first contacted Dan about catering our wedding we knew that he was our guy! He put all of our worries at ease and made things seem so easy, and to be honest it really was. Dan told us everything up front and there were no surprises ever. Throughout the planning process we had periodic meetings with Dan and Erika to ensure that we were on track with the planning process. Erika would also send emails to make sure we had everything done when it needed to be done. They took all of the worry out of planning! The night before the wedding, we dropped everything off at the venue and Dan and the staff just knew what to do with everything. I didn't even give any instructions, and the next day everything had come together as I had dreamed. I was completely blown away! The day of the wedding Dan, Erika, and all of the staff were so attentive. They made sure that anything that my husband or I needed was taken care of. They even made sure that I had the chance to eat. One of the staff took notice that I was trying to make my was to the food stations but kept getting stopped by eager guests. She stopped me, asked me what I wanted and told me when I was ready my food would be sitting at my table for me. It seems so simple, but I was so grateful! Nothing went unnoticed by this staff. My family and friends complimented so many times on what an amazing job Dan, Erika, and the staff did the entire night. They could not say enough about how kind, attentive, and hard working everyone was. At the end of the night the staff packed up my aunts car with all of the left over decorations, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I was able to enjoy my wedding until the very last minute without worrying about cleaning up or making sure we got everything. My husband and I highly highly recommend Due Amici Catering! Although we will not be getting married again, if we have any needs for catering or events in the future, we will not hesitate to call Dan at Due Amici. Their food is also amazing and we now enjoy dining at Due Amici whenever we get the opportunity. Recommend x 1000! Thank you Due Amici for making my wedding day perfect!

Dan went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. He even met with me at my venue so I could practice walking down the aisle to my song and time it perfectly. Simply stated, I cannot imagine a better caterer/coordinator than Due Amici.My wife and I were won over by Dan's enthusiasm, charm, and the way he spoke about doing weddings. It was clear that he loves it and brings that with him every step of planning and executing a wedding along the way. Wedding planning is a long and frequently tiring experience, but Dan and Erika were invaluable sources of knowledge, advice, and brilliant ideas that made our wedding absolutely perfect. Dan gave us the idea of taking advantage of the patio area at Valenzano to have a cigar and whiskey bar that turned out to be a smash hit with the guests, worked with us and the DJ to ensure our friend's band could play during our cocktail hour in the awesome barrel room at Valenzano, and countless other times proved himself to be a tireless worker with an incredible staff. This was not a wedding where a spattering of people were dancing and everyone else was sitting at their assigned table. Everyone was up, making the most of the space and enjoying themselves, due in large part to the brilliant way Dan and Erika utilize the venue. Dan, Erika, and their staff also hosted a memorable and incredibly fun rehearsal dinner for us at the newly renovated Due Amici restaurant, where they won over our friends and family with their hospitality and delicious food. Speaking of food, our guests could not stop raving about everything. From the cold appetizers, to hot hors d'oeuvres, bread (with garlic knots, a personal favorite), main dishes, pasta station, desserts, everything was not only presented beautifully but was delicious. This is the restaurant quality food that you wish all your friends had at their weddings. We had a few vegans and food allergies to worry about and they were taken care of masterfully. Leading up to the wedding, I put together a admittedly lengthy cocktail list that I wanted to offer for guests and the Due Amici staff executed on every one of them without hesitation. We also never once had a line of people waiting for a drink at the bar and it was certainly not for a lack of imbibing! All of the decorations that my wife and I made and brought to the venue were arranged perfectly, better than we'd initially imagined even. Dan and Erika are experts at making the most of the venues they work in and it shows. Our wedding would not have been the same without Due Amici. The consistently exceeded our every expectation, repeatedly outdid themselves, and my wife and I could not be more grateful for the incredible work they did. We now hold them in the highest of esteems, both professionally and personally. Do yourself a favor, and let Due Amici make your wedding the best day of your lives.

I walked into the Moorestown House and it was totally transformed with beautiful decorations and a friendly staff just waiting to assist. As a constantly worried bride, my faith in Erika to make sure all the i's were dotted and the t's crossed was the only thing that kept me sane throughout the wedding planning process as it got closer and closer to the big day! After our first meeting I knew that Due Amici was the caterers for us, they are extremely organized and happy to help you with whatever you may need. And then on our wedding day everything turned out beautifully at Smithville where my husband and I were married, Erika and the rest of the Due Amici staff set up all of our decorations just like I imagined them and took them down at the end of the night, we did not have to lift a finger. Getting married is stressful enough, but Due Amici and Erika did everything in their power to keep our stress levels down and ensure that everything went smoothly. My wedding day was perfect and Due Amici was a huge reason why.

BEST DAY EVER!!! 6/3/17If you are still looking for a caterer and the most amazing wedding planner in the Garden State, maybe the country, stop looking now. The staff at Due Amici exceeded our very high expectations! From the very beginning of the process Erika made us feel comfortable, like we were old friends, and was patient and flexible with all of our planning. She pictured our dream and made it a reality down to the smallest detail. Erika was always available for us with any of our changes or requests and responded to a phone call or email, any hour of the day. She took care of all of the planning and delivery with the vendors the day of and they even packed our car with everything that was leaving the venue with us that night!!! Our only job was to enjoy our wedding day. She handled the rest. Everything turned out perfect and it was all because of Due Amici, they even made sure we had a perfect day weather wise!! Now... lets talk about the food. We had a cocktail style reception with 5 stations and the staff made sure the food was hot and fresh at all times. Everything was amazing, make sure you try all they have to offer! The butlered hors d'oeuvres were abundant and their selection was expansive, all delicious. There was always a server passing them within site and they didn't stop until the guests started moving to their seats for introductions.The staff was great, I didn't see a dirty plate or empty glass all night. Due Amici was absolutely excellent at our wedding in Princeton, NJ at Mountain Lakes House. Erika, was vital to keeping us on time and organized. Thank you so, so much for the incredible service and thoroughness. The servers extremely attentive and courteous to all our guests and provided fantastic service. We are getting so many compliments both last night and today about how good the food was and my dad and mom raved about how helpful everyone was getting supplies/ gifts into the cars at the end of the night. AND, on top of it all, their team was so helpful in getting the boxes set up for people to take home succulents at the end of the night, which was a big hit. We made such a good decision hiring Due Amici and we couldn't have asked for a better day. They were vital in making it the best night ever. We will definitely be putting a review on the knot. Best Caterer Ever! My husband and I had a great feeling from the moment Dan with Due Amici emailed us with their package information and invited us to a complimentary tasting. Upon actually sitting down with Dan for our tasting, we knew immediately that Due Amici was the fit for us. Dan was so awesome, he was thorough, explained everything perfectly and we felt like we were important and they had our best interest at heart. We toured venues and fell in love with Valenzano Winery and officially booked with Due Amici confident that they would give us the perfect celebration. Every step of the way, Dan and Erika were there to answer any emails/questions, provide us with details, even give us advice on personal touches. They made planning feel easy. The day of our wedding I didn't have to worry, they handled EVERYTHING. Dan's staff was incredible and made sure every guest got excellent service. My guests are still raving about them. Due Amici was more than I could have ever hoped for! Every step of the way, they were warm, friendly, and had absolutely everything under control! We worked mostly with Erika leading up to the wedding, and she made everything so easy and enjoyable. She and Dan were also incredible the day of the wedding! I honestly can't imagine the wedding even happening without them. Pretty much everything that could go wrong did, including an incorrectly colored bridesmaid dress, guests' confusion over the wedding start time, and somewhat unruly relatives, but Erika was AMAZING. She kept me so calm and never came to be about a problem without a solution. Each time I was ready to freak out, she made everything right. I don't think I could ever thank her enough for all that she did to give us such a beautiful day! The rest of the staff was amazing too. One thing people always tell you is that you don't even eat at your own wedding. They made sure this was not true. As soon as the ceremony ended, cocktail hour snacks were brought straight to us so I got to shove delicious potato puffs into my face between pictures! That was amazing. There was also someone ready with a glass of my favorite wine and drinks for the rest of the bridal party as well. They let my husband and I have a moment to ourselves in the bridal suite just before the reception began. That brought lots of water and snacks too. During the reception, this amazing service continued, and the staff ensured that I ate, had a constantly full glass of water, and checked frequently to see if I needed anything. I can't say I have ever recommended anyone so high. Literally every aspect of the planning, the day of, and packing up at the end was handled beautifully. I am so thankful that I had this incredible team by my side on one of the most important days of my life. Due Amici is so much more than fantastic food. They kind, genuine people who really want to make your big day as perfect as it can possibly be! I am so sad that I won't be meeting with Erika every so often to do more planning. I will truly miss getting to spend time with her. She really became a part of the family!

If forced to describe how Due Amici handled our wedding in only one word, without any hesitation I would say “perfect.” Dan’s first rule, which he told us the first time we met him, was that there were no rules. He wasn’t kidding! My wife and I are a bit more offbeat and somewhat more particular than others. Dan nailed every bit of our vision and made sure that the wedding we had was our wedding, not just some cookie cutter affair. Start to finish. Dan and Erika weren’t simply catering their delicious food for our wedding. They stepped in to help plan the details of the wedding, from the broad brush strokes to the fine points. Dan and Erika worried about things so my wife and I didn’t have to and did so with enthusiasm that matched our own. Moreover, Dan and Erika acted as ringleaders to coordinate all of our vendors to make sure on the big day everything acted in harmony. As a practicing attorney, I can assure you that it would be some kind of crime to leave Due Amici’s fantastic food out of this review! Our dream wedding wasn’t a sit down affair, but a non-stop action celebration. We were married at the ever excellent Valenzano Winery and we had the entire winery to ourselves for the evening. In addition to a fantastic cocktail hour, with a plethora of different delightful foods butlered to our guests, stations were set up throughout the winery for dinner. We had a pasta station, fajita/taco station, carving station and a crepe station. The dessert table at the end was filled with delights, while the butlered s’mores with shooters of milk provide a sweet ending. I also note for the record that Due Amici also accommodated our two vegan guests so that everyone got something they enjoyed. Everybody left the party full and with smiles on their faces.As an aside, one of the nicest touches was the fact that right after our ceremony, my wife and I were whisked way for a private, candlelit dinner. Not only did this give me the wonderful opportunity to bask in the joy of being newly married to my wife alone, but made sure we weren’t that couple that would later lament that they didn’t get to enjoy eating at their own wedding. There’s so much more I could write, but I think the word “perfect” still continues to sum everything up best. If you want your wedding to be an unforgettable, incomparable occasion that reflects you as a couple and leaves your guests showering praise for times to come, put your trust in Due Amici. In terms of quality and value-- Due Amici is second to none. Not mention, consistent 5 star reviews all across the board. Our guests are still raving about the amazing food and excellent service. ALL of the items on our menu were cooked to perfection and several guests mentioned how the servers were so friendly and accommodating. Leading up to the wedding, Dan and Erika wrangled all our vendors together, even the difficult ones, and in the end pulled off an amazing day. I emailed Dan detailed instructions for a few decorations -- and his team executed everything perfectly.On the actual wedding day Dan kept everyone calm, smiling, and stress-free. Our January wedding was perfect, and such a big part of the day's success was due to Dan and Erika of Due Amici. These guys excel at every single aspect of catering and wedding planning. Not only was the day of our wedding made wonderful by Due Amici ... the entire process of planning and organizing was made easier with their involvement. Here are some of the best parts about hiring Due Amici:1) They let you come in and taste the food BEFORE choosing them as your caterer, which makes a lot of sense. They even let us bring our parents along. Many other caterers require you to sign a contract before your initial tasting, which seems to defy logic. This was a big deciding factor for us!2) The food is delicious, and what you taste in the restaurant is equal in quality to what you'll get at the wedding. We received compliments about the food for weeks afterwards.3) They double as a wedding planner. They took every idea we had and made it happen. They gave us great suggestions when we had no idea what we were doing. At our final meeting a few weeks before the wedding, they took all of the other vendors' information and coordinated arrival times and locations for us. It took a lot of pressure off of us as we got closer to the big day.4.) On the day of, neither of us had to worry about a thing. We had a maitre d' that brought us drinks as soon as ours were empty. The rest of the staff was friendly and lively. The timing of everything went down perfectly. They really had a handle on everything. Even without all of the other reasons, we would hire them again based on how well the wedding itself was run!5.) The price was right. For catering alone, their price was extremely competitive. However, the fact that you receive excellent planning services in addition to delicious food makes them worth every penny.We can't imagine having hired anyone else to cater our wedding. If you're getting married in the area, you'd be crazy to hire anyone other than Due Amici.

I don't know how this wedding could of happened without the help of Dan. He's basically an extended member of our family now. When you hire Due Amici as a caterer, you get so much more than just food. Dan handled everything from problems with our other vendors, to anything we could of dreamed of wanting at our wedding he can make it happen. If you are looking for someone to take charge and get s*%t done, look no further, Dan is your guy. As an event coordinator and a heavy DIYer, I knew executing my crazy wedding ideas would be hard but it felt like a breeze with Due Amici. Erika and Dan made everything seem seamless and non-problematic, even when our officiant decided to come 5 minutes late! They are by far the best catering company for weddings for several reasons: they make awesome food, they accommodate almost any decor idea and they ease your stress. I don't know how many phone calls I made worried that they wouldn't be able to handle the workload I gave them from my decor ideas only to have them assure me that they have done it before. In the end, the day of the wedding went by without a hitch! I basically gave them a bucket of flowers and over a hundred bottles and they mastered my centerpiece design. I was never without a drink in my hand and they were there to make sure everything was going well for us the whole time. Thank you so much Due Amici for helping make my wedding day perfect :D :D :D

We had the wedding of our dreams because of Due Amici!! Dan and Erika were simply amazing! We had our wedding at the Collingswood Grand Ballroom and they made it spectacular! It was such a pleasure to work with Dan and Erika!! My husband and I were able to taste test all of the food and designed a great menu for our guests. We had guests that had food restrictions and Dan went above and beyond to accommodate them. Our guests were so grateful that we offered vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Dan and Erika are experts at organizing the order of events and ensuring that the other vendors such as the florist, photo booth and band were set up and correct. They took all of the worry away from us and handled everything for us! Our guests raved about the cocktail hour, the dinner and the amazing dessert table! Dan and Erika were awesome at packing our car up at the end of the evening with wedding gifts and leftover food. Due Amici exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend them and I am forever grateful to Due Amici for giving me a wonderful wedding!!

We first met Dan and Erika when we took a tour of Valenzano Winery accompanied by a tasting. From the very beginning they showed their expertise and enthusiasm about the wedding industry and made the promise that they would exceed our expectations, and that they did! We worked closely with Dan and Erika over the course of a year and a half before our wedding. They were very personable and easily accessible with answers to any questions we had. Most importantly, they asked us what our vision was and made it happen. Their packages are easily customizable as well is the wedding itinerary and floor plan. Dan and Erika made the wedding process very easy as they contacted and collaborated with all of our vendors, set up the venue, and even packed the buses with our decorations and left over food… yes left over food! It was a hit at the after party. Even when there was a large percent chance of rain for our big day, Dan and Erika worked with us on the tenting and other contingency plan details. Our guests continually compliment us on the friendliness of the servers, the flow and organization of the day, and of course the delicious food. The crab balls, bacon wrapped scallops, will never forget the “crack pasta” (tortellini in a gorgonzola sauce), and the to-go pretzels and cheesesteaks were a hit, just to name a few. We could not imagine our day going any more perfectly! Thank you Dan and Erika!

I am taking the time to write my first review EVER, so that alone should be testament enough to how impressed my groom and I were with the job Due Amici did at our wedding.When we were looking to choose a caterer, we wanted great food with a broad appeal at an affordable price. Our initial communication with them was a great experience; they were prompt, thorough, and answered all of our questions. We were especially impressed with Erika Stearns. She was FABULOUS from the beginning and made us feel very comfortable during the entire wedding planning process. My groom's biggest request was that the food would be delicious and not your typical \"wedding\" food. The food during the tasting was superb and we LOVED everything. We were able to narrow down our favorites for our menu. For our wedding, we decided to go with the Cocktail reception package. This allowed for our guests to eat as much as they wanted whenever they wanted for two whole hours! This also allowed the party to get started right away! Our guests were very impressed with this version of dinner. On the day of our wedding, we continued to be impressed by Due Amici. Everyone raved about the food and there was PLENTY! I wish I could of eaten more! I knew the food would be great, but the service is what really impressed me. The staff was attentive, helpful, polite, and gracious. At the end of the night they had packed everything up for us, including leftover food! Due Amici surpassed our expectations and made our day that much more perfect! Dan and Erika were perfect. There were many opportunities for things to get out of hand (raining when it was supposed to be an outdoor wedding, guests showing up who had never RSVP'd, etc). But if you didn't know ahead of time that we wanted the ceremony outside, if you didn't know the guests had never responded, you would never have been able to tell. Dan and Erika managed everything so efficiently that these hiccups meshed seamlessly into the planned itinerary, and the end result was fantastic. Leading up to the day of they also kept us on track and made sure the planning was moving along smoothly, minimizing the amount of last minute preparations and stress that have become synonymous with getting married. Looking back on the decision making process and realizing we were actually considering another caterer makes my wife and I cringe in hindsight; if we hadn't chosen Dan and Erika we wouldn't have been happy with the end result.
