West Hills was absolutely amazing. I was fully prepared for there to be hiccups and was prepping myself to not let them bother me. NOT A SINGLE ISSUE. The day went absolutely perfectly. We did have one little issue with the boutonnières and a staff member literally left and went to a store to get crazy glue to fix it. (I also didn’t know this happened until the next day) they all went absolutely above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

West Hills Country Club gave me and my husband the wedding of our dreams. To start off the team you meet with first to help discuss all wedding details is absolutely amazing. They are the most friendliest people you'll ever meet. Everything we discussed was exactly what we wanted and they delivered! My bridal attendant on our wedding day was Ramonda (I hope I spelt her name right). She is absolutely the best! She always checked on me and my bridal party to make sure we had everything and anything we wanted the day off. It was hot as hell for a September wedding and they made sure we were fed and hydrated. Our maitre'd was Shawell (sorry I mispronounced your name the whole night!) and he was absolutely the best. We always had a drink in our hand whether it was our signature drink or water. He helped us in the day off with the ceremony and seeing the wedding party out. Such a great person to work with through it all. I highly recommend West Hills Country Club to anyone who's looking to have any events and wedding here. They are top tier service always making sure you're well taken care of. Ramonda always made sure I was fed and if I couldn't eat, she packed my husband and I food to take home with us. You hear all the time the bride and groom never get to eat, well that was never the case for us. You also hear that sometimes you don't get to enjoy your cocktail hour or reception and guess what because of Ramonda and Shawtelle along with our other vendors we got all the time to be with our guests and enjoy our wedding. Our guests can't stop raving about how amazing the food was and it really was so delicious. We're glad we didn't miss out! Shout out to the team on the day of 09.07.23 for making our wedding the most magical and memorable day ever. We love you all and can't thank you enough for everything.

We recently got married here and let me tell you. This vendor is amazing. The menu and quality of the food was out of this world. Roxy and Trish were amazing as well. Trish spent the entire night taking care of my wife and making sure she had everything we needed. Roxy did such an amazing job enhancing our center pieces and decoration. Those two go above and beyond for the bride and groom.

We could not have been happier with our wedding experience at west hills. From planning with Michelle through to the execution with Carina, Sho, Roxy And Ramunda, we felt so supported and taken care of. West hills has everything in house (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, a beautiful bridal suite and free valet) to ensure that our guests and bridal party could conveniently celebrate and party together in one location. The food was incredible and the tented ballroom lended itself to the most perfect indoor/outdoor event. Sho worked behind the scenes to make sure the venue was setup perfectly and we did not have to worry about anything being out of place. We thought that the stars of the evening were Ramunda and Roxy. They were so on top of keeping the day in order and even regularly brought us food, water and signature drinks throughout the day. West hills also had attendants for the important members of our families to ensure they could enjoy the party. I will never forget Ramunda helping me get ready to walk down the aisle. Her calming presence completely put me at ease even when the sky was threatening to downpour on our ceremony. She asked me questions about my job and hobbies to distract me from getting too overwhelmed and I was so grateful for her. Throughout the night she brought us all the food to make sure we were able to try everything and even at the end of the night she boxed up more food for us to take home. Everyone raved about Ramunda and how much her organization and overall attentiveness added to the experience. Overall it was such an amazing wedding venue and we will be highly recommending it to anyone looking for a beautiful hudson valley wedding.

I have nothing but incredible things to say about West Hills. Michelle and the rest of the planning team were very attentive, detail oriented, and followed up with us to ensure everything was running smoothly before the day of the wedding. They were helpful with suggestions, but never pushy when it came to any of the add on options. From the moment we got on property the day of the wedding, there was nothing overlooked. Patricia, the bridal attendant was a superstar. She anticipated our every need. Drink was running low: she had a new one. Looking for food: she had a plate just for you. Roxy, the maitre d, and her team, were absolutely incredible. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful to all of our guests. Months later guests are still telling us how great the food was--every aspect of it from the hors d'oeuvres, action stations, dinner, and desserts. We opted to do the viennese hour, which is a selection from all their dessert options. I assumed that picking that would lead to a sampling of all of the options, but boy was I wrong. All the dessert stations were massive, with any sweet you could ever want there. Our guests could not stop talking about it. West Hills really did everything to make our day perfect. I just hope someone we know gets married here in the future so we get to go back to the venue as guests and do it all again.

We got married on 9/29 and had the most amazing experience from start to finish. Michelle was always so kind, welcoming and accommodating. She worked with us as we vocalized questions and concerns and answered them in a timely fashion and with such grace. I felt so calm the day of my wedding knowing we were in outstanding hands. Roxie and Reimonda were absolutely amazing the day of the wedding. Drinks were constantly in our hands, they bustled my dress in a matter of seconds and made my husband and I feel like we were on top of the world. They made sure that we were well fed and enjoyed our special evening! The waitstaff and bartenders were outstanding. We got so many complements from our guests all evening about how attentive they were and how fun they were throughout the evening! We are still getting complements left and right. We cannot recommend West Hills, Michelle, Roxie, Reimonda, the waitstaff, and bartenders enough. It was so much more than we could have every imagined!

I have to write this review due to the lack of caring on upper managements end. I got married on Sunday and unfortunately the west hills staff didn’t come through for me or make me a priority for most of the day. The morning of my wedding, a staff member came to check in on me and my girls at 10am, she told me she would be leaving by 11am and her boss Jimmy would be checking in on us throughout the day if we needed anything. I was told water, orange juice, champagne and soft drinks would be provided. Around 10:30 we noticed the TV was not working we asked for someone to help us with it. Olivia told us Jimmy would come; he never did. We waited for Jimmy so he can fix the tv and provide soft drinks etc., nothing. I don’t drink much other than soft drinks that’s why I made sure to ask Michelle if it was provided and she said yes. No one came to check on me and my girls for 31/2 hours and the only reason someone came at that time was because my bridesmaids were starting to freak out due to the lack of caring by the staff and ran around the country club to find someone. I did see Jimmy during this time giving tours (I guess that was more important). Once my sister finally found a staff member, she seemed annoyed that she was bothering her but brought me what I asked for. By 4:00 some of my guests started to arrive (earlier than expected) and my setup was not finished. Roxie really tried her best but clearly management didn’t give her enough staff to execute my wedding properly. Ariana was such a great addition to the team and made me feel like it was all about me (that’s how I should’ve felt all day). I was told the schedule was that way due to a party the night before. Once I approached Jimmy the next day, he was passive aggressive and insisted that I only get what was promised if I pay for a package of food that I can’t eat (due to an autoimmune disease I have). It’s actually rather sad that I was promised these things, but they went back on their word. I have the emails from Michelle of her telling me it’s provided while me and my girls are getting ready. I requested a meeting with the team because of how disappointed I was, and it didn’t go anywhere. Jimmy kept insisting I should’ve paid them even more to get the service that was promised to me, mind you I paid them over 20k alone for just catering and service fees. He also gave me the excuse they’re short staffed - again, not my problem. My florist said she has never seen a bride get treated the way I did. She was completely shocked and mentioned it to Roxie. Hair and makeup also had a lot to say about the lack of staff, dirty door in the bridal suite and the early 2000 iPod dock that can’t connect to a modern-day phone. They need to do better. They forgot my seating chart as well. Most people were already in the ceremony area once someone ran up the steps with it. This caused confusion with my guests. About 48 of my favors weren’t put out and thank God I noticed and notified the staff. Also, the beer they said would be provided was not, the menu was different which I thought was strange because a week prior I contacted them because I was doing the bar menu. I truly pray no one feels the way I feel on their wedding day. I reflected on it the day after, and I get emotional thinking about how I was treated. I’ve never been treated like I was disposable after paying so much money in my life.

It hasn’t even been 2 weeks since our wedding and I could not wait to write our review of West Hills. Everything was perfect and we were so pleased with every little detail and aspect of our wedding. The attention and service from our very first tour to the very end of our wedding night was so well done. We fell in love with the venue from the very first trip, even thought it was a cold winter day and the tent was not even set up. Just hearing about how they run the day, the attention to everything we asked for, and the service we loved it. The next visit for the food tasting was amazing and we could really see our wedding day coming to life under the tent and with all the beautiful gardens and delicious food. Michelle answered my endless questions and it was great to be able to sit down a week before the wedding and talk about final details and drop off everything needed for the wedding. Definitely such a nice, relaxing addition to our overall wedding week. West hills impressed us every step of the wedding planning process but the day of service blew us away. The bridal party was well taken care of with food and drinks as we got hair and makeup done. The bridal suite is such a beautiful place for getting ready pictures but especially for having access to all night to freshen up and leave items inside. Our Bridal attendant Briley took care of everything. Taking us around the venue for pictures, carrying anything and everything and not letting us lift a finger. Our glasses were never empty and she made sure to set food aside and get us time to eat. Our Maitre D Roxi kept everything running so smoothly and helpful with our large family pictures and brought food and drinks to our wedding party as we took pictures. My husband’s family is Ecuadorian and having bilingual waiters and staff made the wedding even more enjoyable for his family. All weddings have minor hiccups or slight issues but West Hills handled everything so I never even knew. The day of the wedding our DJ’s truck broke down on the way and West Hills took over playing music for the cocktail hour and I never knew and the DJ was all set up in time for the start of the reception. I can’t recommend a place more than West Hills. They truly gave me the wedding of my dreams and family and friends have continuously told us how perfect the day was!

My husband and I had our wedding at West Hills Country Club on June 30th 2023, and from the moment we booked with them back in 2021, they have been nothing short of amazing! From the start of booking, we mainly corresponded with Michelle, who was wonderful, helpful, and clarified anything we weren’t sure about. She willingly and happily communicated as well with my parents as they had questions of their own. Fast forward to the wedding day….. a fairytale. Every single aspect of our wedding was perfect in our eyes. From the beautiful space itself to the staff, the food, the landscape, the incredible photo opportunities, and so much more, it was our dream wedding. Our bridal attendant Briley was unbelievably amazing, attentive, kind, sweet and was there for our every need. She drove us all around the golf course with our photographers and videographers to take so many beautiful photos on the property. She even helped me change my shoes mid-reception! Our Maitre D Roxi was also incredible making sure everything ran smoothly. We had so many guests come up to us and compliment the entire wedding, the food, the service, and many even said it was the best they’ve been to in a very long time! We wish we could relive the day over and over but unfortunately it really flies by. I could not recommend West Hills any higher!

We have no words other than our day was like a true blue fairytale. That is a cliche thing to say- however, when its true..it needs to be said. The West Hills team and Michelle went above and beyond our expectations. Every email and every question was answered immediately for all of our requests to make our day beautiful- we never felt neglected and we enjoyed the whole planning process, because of the amazing support from this team. The actual day was beyond anything you could imagine- we had incredible service, food stations, decor just the way we wanted and more than that, positive energy from everyone involved in our wedding and so much more. We spent the whole day filled with love and smiling about every single moment. We will never forget our wedding day at the West Hills Country Club. Thank you so much! We had our wedding here June 2022 and are still receiving compliments about the amazing staff, the food, and all around how unique the venue is! We fell in love with the tent and how everything was so thoroughly thought through just in case of weather issues (because you never know here in the Northeast). We ended up having the most perfect weather and were able to keep everything open the entire night and with the well kept grounds, it made for such a beautiful backdrop! My large Greek family also loved the big dance floor where we spent a majority of the night. Erica was so great to work with leading up to the big day even helping with my whole seating and guest count changes up until day of! She was so helpful with choosing everything with us for the day (menu, linens, etc) and was always quick to respond. On the day of, Roxi and Reimonda were absolutely amazing. They both were super attentive to not only us but to our entire guests, making sure we had a drink in hand and were fed! It was so nice to have had them lay out all the cocktail hour food for us in our private suite where we were able to take a breather together and eat (which everyone says they never get a chance to do at their own weddings which is so sad). Everything about West Hills was perfect and would not hesitate to book them again!

We fell in love with West Hills Country Club from the minute we saw it. It was the perfect match for our wedding vision, having a outdoor feel but also a classic elegance. What really sold us was what they give you for your money. It's no secret that weddings are very expensive these days. We wanted to be able to have a big wedding without going over our ideal budget and West Hills made that dream come true! Not to mention the grounds are just unbelievable. We had the most beautiful October wedding there. Michelle was great to work with leading up to the big day. She was always available to answer our questions and gave us advice when needed. On the day of, Roxi and Celine were absolutely amazing. They both did a superb job and were super attentive to my husband and I. Also, our guests are still raving about our cocktail hour food and dinner. Everything was absolutely perfection! Our day was everything we could have dreamed it to be!

Upon initial meetings we were super excited to have the wedding here, the staff was great with working with us in preparing our perfect day - As we approached the wedding day we had some issues with communication and almost felt like we had to beg for answers however we made it work. The wedding came in August and all in all the wedding came out beautiful, very romantic and dreamy which was exactly what we had wanted. Although the wedding was beautiful we do have some feedback for the staff and other couples,A lot of things that were \"promised\" to us in the beginning did not happen the day of. There were a lot of differences including where we can take pictures, what we were allowed to do with decorations, sparkler exits etc. We were told that the venue is ours for the day however we were not allowed to go take pictures in a lot of locations due to golfers.The wedding felt very disorganized, we almost felt as if this was their first event. Although we worked a schedule with the office staff we had everyone asking us (the couple & our parents) what to do next, and what the schedule was. I was displeased with that as I would have expected (for the price we paid) that we were a little more put together in terms of organization. For the money that the venue costs I think they should have been a little more flexible with some requests such as picture location at 7pm when there are no other events going on. As mentioned the wedding all in all was great, I wish the logistics side of it was smoother but it's over and I would hope that in the future other couples receive a more smoother experience. The venue is recommended but would definitely discuss vision with them before booking.

My husband and I can not say enough great things about West Hills, we truly had the best day of our lives! All the staff are outstanding and they made sure our day ran smoothly! We are especially happy with our wedding attendant, Selena. Selena gave us pep talks throughout the day, made sure my train always looked perfect, anything we asked for she made sure we had; she is amazing!! Our family and friends have been telling us that it was one of the best weddings they've been too, that the food was phenomenal and the staff was so great! West Hills definitely gave us our fairy tale wedding!

So I'm finally getting around to completing our vendor reviews three months after our wedding. That being said, guests are still telling us what a fantastic time they had! They are raving not only about the setting and food, but also the staff. We had a couple of people with dietary restrictions, and their waiter was vigilant about making sure they got everything they needed. The team there also took excellent care of me and my husband the entire day. Everything ran so smoothly, and we couldn't be happier that we chose West Hills as our venue!

I didn’t think money could buy perfection but somehow we found it with West Hills Country Club. Every part of the wedding was set up and taken care of in record time. There wasn’t a single thing out of place and every transition was seamless. Every individual that serviced the wedding was courteous and friendly (including one man who danced while he worked!). The attendants assigned to take of us took care of every single need. We felt exceptionally cared for by every member of the staff. There were so many working parts to our wedding and somehow the venue created a beautiful harmony out of the chaos. We couldn’t imagine a better venue for our event. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for making such an important event the incredible success that it was. Special thank you to Erica, Avery, and Patricia for helping us with everything we asked of them.

When looking for a wedding venue, we had a list of must-haves and West Hills checked every single box. We quickly fell in love with this venue and working with their staff was such a pleasure during our planning process. After our wedding day, the comment that we received the most from our guests was how lovely their servers and the staff were the entire evening. Everyone was attended to and made very comfortable and happy during the entire event. The food was also delicious and plentiful; nobody went hungry or was dissatisfied during our wedding.

If you are considering West Hills, look no further! Choosing West Hills for our wedding was the best decision we ever made. Not only are the grounds stunning, but the staff is amazing and everyone there makes you feel like family. Every time I spoke to a vendor and told them I was getting married at West Hills, they had spectacular things to say about the venue and now I know why! Throughout the planning process everyone was helpful, thoughtful, and respectful about our wishes and wedding vision. Margaret was extremely supportive and helpful with all of the changes and uncertainty that COVID brought. She reached out frequently and always kept us informed. Our coordinator Chelsea, was the absolute best! We didn't want our time with her to end! She made the planning process so smooth and fun. On the day of our wedding, everyone made us feel loved and prioritized. We had the BEST bridal attendant Briley, who made sure we had everything we needed at all times. She also made us laugh and is the *best* golf cart driver. Sho and Jimmy were also phenomenal! There was SO MUCH food and it was all delicious! The bartenders, servers, attendants, EVERYONE was amazing! Our guests are still talking about how great the service was. We are eternally grateful for the team at West Hills. Thank you for making our day so special!

We had our wedding here on 9/26/2021 and it blew all of our expectations out of the water! We had originally booked our wedding back in 2019 and then postponed due to COVID and WH couldn't have made the process any easier. They were so friendly, professional and helpful during the crazy months of 2020 and eventually 2021, and I truly couldn't have gone through this process without the help of everyone there. The venue is stunning - the outdoor ballroom is absolutely gorgeous. So many of our guests are telling us how impressed they were with the setting and how much they loved the ballroom. The service was phenomenal - my bridal attendant and the matre de were beyond amazing! We were given food, drink and anything we needed at all times during the wedding. Our guests loved the service and noted how smooth everything went throughout the night. The food was EXCELLENT. SO many reviews on everything from the cocktail hour through dessert. I really can't tell you how amazing West Hills was and you will be in the best of hands here!

My husband and I are so happy we chose West Hills. The venue and grounds are breath taking, and the food and staff are phenomenal. Taylor, Erica, and Michelle were so helpful and communicative. We never felt out of touch or that we were asking too many questions. The day of the wedding was seamless. My bridal attendant and coordinator were angels. They both made sure I was on schedule, well fed, and always made sure I was calm, relaxed, and enjoying each moment. They even cleaned my dress after taking pictures in the rain and even cleaned my dad’s white suit from my makeup. Everyone working there was incredibly kind and patient. Even when my outdoor ceremony was rained out, they did not pressure me at all to move the ceremony indoors. They let me wait until the last second to make my decision and when I finally changed my mind, they shifted the outdoor ceremony in, within minutes, and put so much care in making in just as beautiful as my original outdoor design. They were also courteous of my guests and kindly accommodated any of their needs to help them feel safe and at ease. In addition, we highly recommend doing the suggested string lighting. It added a romantic and warm touch, and was more beautiful in person than anything in the pictures. It was truly the best night and all our guests were blown away by the beauty, the service, and especially the food. My husband and I are so incredibly happy that we chose West Hills for this special day.

Absolutely stunning venue! Service was incredible from beginning to end. If you are looking for an outdoor ballroom that is simple yet elegant - this is your place! We booked our venue in 2019 before Covid. We were afraid our June 2021 wedding was going to be postponed or cancelled but West Hills Country Club made us feel like we were in good hands. Every time I reached out asking for updates, I received very prompt and reassuring responses. Food was amazing and grounds are gorgeous. Our guest still reach out to complement us on the venue!

Our wedding was an absolute dream. We booked our May 7, 2021 wedding in February of 2020. Although this year was brutal, they handled my anxiety about the unknown with such kindness and updated me every chance they could. Erica R. was my saving grace and really walked me through the entire planning process, and really made me feel as if I was working with my friend! We planned from out of state, and had multiple visits to see the property after booking so we could see the tent in its glory and for our AMAZING tasting. My wedding day was nothing short of breathtaking. We had the lunch package catered for my girls which made sure we were fed and mimosaed all day long! Our dogs were also in the wedding, and they were fantastic about letting them be a part of our day. Nicole and Krystal were the absolute best ladies to be by my side all day. I did not want for a single thing, and they handled any issue that might have happened without me even knowing!(We have photos of the signs with BOTH Balloons blown up!) The staff they have hired there truly show how much they care, and it shows very very clearly. We did have our ceremony on site, and also done absolutely beautifully. Everyone is still raving about the cocktail hour. We had the champagne wall that they alternated with our signature cocktail. The food was absolutely unbelievable. We chose the Southern BBQ station, the Taco Station and the Italian station. We were able to choose 8 passed appetizers and they had a large cheese and vegetable station. Although it was hard for us to eat, they sent us with everything to make sure we could eat it the next day! We did the duet course with burrata, and chose Filet Mignon, French Breast of Chicken, Roasted Halibut & Mushroom Ragout as the choices for our guests. My halibut was buttery and perfect and I can still taste it! We danced the night away, and every time I turned around someone had a glass of champagne or a coke for me! We also had the diner food as a take away snack that was the best end to the night! All of this being said, we had the perfect wedding at the perfect venue and Gary and I are so thankfull! Thank you to Shawell for always being there for us, Erica, Nicole, Krystal, Angela, Tristan, Reimonda, Michaela, Darian, Collins, Akeily, Amanda, Trenten, Elhonna, Estefan, Brianna, Talayah, Thomas, & Eric! You are truly part of our family forever!

We just had our wedding 5.27.21 and we cannot get over how perfectly West Hills hosted it. From planning to execution, everyone was always on the same page. It never felt like something was missing or that someone was going to forget something. We had plenty of private meetings ahead of time and the week before the wedding we knew everything was planned and ready to be executed. Day of staff was phenomenal. Roxie Sho and Briley were exactly the kind of professionals you want by your side. I didn't turn my head without one of them handing me what I needed. Everything ran smoothly, looked amazing, and left our guests speechless. Everyone loved the food, which we never doubted based on all previous reviews. Our parents tables were catered too amazingly as well. From set up to clean up, the staff was on it. We are so grateful to have had our wedding here, we 100% recommend West Hills.

We fell in love with West Hills at our first visit and knew it was our wedding venue! The tent is soo beautiful and elegant, you don’t feel like you’re in a tent! For a while, guest count, restrictions, etc were up in the air due to COVID and west hills was able to navigate everything for us very easily! Our guests were blown away by the food (the best food that they ever had at a wedding!) and wait staff! My Maitre D’ Roxy and my bridal attendant Patricia were fantastic and helped calmed by nerves especially with the impending rain and need to move our ceremony under the tent! We were in excellent hands! You won’t regret having your wedding at West Hills Country Club !

My husband & I got married at WHCC in October 2020. When we were touring venues, WHCC was the first venue we toured. We walked into the ballroom and I immediately had goosebumps running up and down my arms. The views were breathtaking, it was peaceful, serene, just all around beautiful. We were so excited. We went back and forth a few times, having to tour other venues to make sure this was the spot (even though my gut knew it was)! We ended up signing our contract and a few months later COVID hit. We were sure we weren't going to be effected, but sure enough we were. However Janelle and the staff at West Hills came up with a plan for us because we still wanted to keep our date. We had a micro wedding, on one of the most beautiful days in October. We are so thankful for Janelle, Roxy, Erica and all of the staff at WHCC for making our wedding day magical! We can't thank West Hills enough for everything they did for us that day.

We absolutely loved our wedding reception at West Hills Country Club! At our first visit and tour we loved the outdoor ballroom—it was like having the best of both worlds, the beautiful outdoors without any worries and a gorgeous ballroom that felt traditional and classic—with the ability to really make it your own through decor, flowers, and lighting. We really enjoyed both food tastings we attended, it was a great way to try different menu options and we even spoke directly with the chef, who was completely approachable, knowledgable and wonderful. Our guests loved the food at our station-style reception, it was such a great way to have lots of tasty options and kept the flow of the party going all night. As the newlyweds we loved having a beautiful sampling set up for us at our table so we could enjoy eating while guests helped themselves.The golf course was a great backdrop for our photos—we love how they turned out and it was so convenient to take photos at our reception venue, a big plus. The wedding suite was really fantastic and the guys had a great time getting ready there in the morning, as well as enjoyed a spread from WHCC. It was such a nice space to spend cocktail hour with our bridal party. During the planning process, any time we had a question Taylor and Janelle were prompt in answering and made everything so easy for us. They were very accommodating to our requests, made our signature cocktail happen, and had such a positive and excited energy along with a completely professional approach that made the entire experience really wonderful. We felt comfortable and knew that on our wedding day we wouldn't have to worry about a thing!We also want to thank the wonderful and professional staff overall—from our Maître D', Captain, Head Server, servers, bartenders—everyone who helped make our day absolutely perfect. From the moment we saw West Hills, my fiancé and I knew this was the place that we wanted to get married. Janelle was incredibly helpful and kind from the moment we started talking. She answered every single question that I had (and I had A LOT), no matter what it was or how many times I had asked the same question. She made us feel totally at ease about everything wedding related. Even at the menu tasting in the middle of a January snowstorm, she came over to our table and chatted with us like friends instead of just another bride and groom. Unfortunately, in the wake of what’s going on in the world right now, my fiancé and I made the decision to reschedule our dream wedding to next year. Despite the stress and sadness that this decision brought us, Janelle (and the rest of the team at West Hills) has been incredible. The minute we reached out and said we were considering this move, we were provided with all of the available dates for 2021. We chose our new date, and the entire process of switching everything over was a breeze. Again, Janelle responded with kindness to every email I sent her before and after we made the decision. We received our new contract in no time and signed off ready to go for our new date. Even though the decision was hard, my fiancé and I are so glad that we chose West Hills for our wedding and we can’t wait to FINALLY get married at our dream venue. So, thanks to everyone (especially Janelle) at West Hills for all that you’re doing for the brides and grooms who have to make the difficult choice to postpone their wedding – at least we can all be certain that you’ll be there for us no matter what happens!

From the very first day, West Hills and all the staff, especially Taylor have just been an absolute dream to work with. And even that feels like an understatement. Taylor and Janelle have really made themselves so available via calls and emails to my fiancé and I from the start till now, when we needed them the most because of the uncertain times. We finally decided to push our party a year out to ensure the safety of our guests and as well as myself, being an asthmatic. Knowing we can still have a small ceremony on our original date and then party a year later makes it okay because we still get to have it at the venue of our dreams. Future Brides-- you'd really be doing yourself and your spouse a favor by booking at West Hills. They are 5 stars plus in every single category there is. I have to especially shout out my girl Taylor C., She is amazing to work with and so trustworthy with all of our details regarding our party. My stress level is soo minimal rescheduling and I have West Hills to thank.

West Hills is a fantastic venue to host a wedding! We fell in love with the grounds and their beautifully kept outdoor white tent ballroom. Taylor and the team were helpful, responsive and professional throughout the whole process making it an absolute pleasure to work with them. On the day of our wedding in November, Shawell and Chavon were amazing! Both were attentive and anticipating our needs the whole day ensuring everything flowed smoothly. Chavon was amazing when my dress got muddied after photos. We got it all cleaned up right in time for the ceremony! It was also 37 degrees that day so we greatly appreciate Chavon bearing with us during photos and our very short but sweet ceremony. The entire team truly made our day beautiful - from the planning process, the set up and decor exactly as I pictured it, to the execution of the event. It was perfect, leaving my husband and I able to sit back and enjoy the day (that really does fly by) without any worries! For a beautiful venue and organized, expert and professional team, I would highly recommend West Hills!

WHCC was the BEST decision we made for our wedding day. We loved that this venue provided the ambiance for a non-traditional bohemian wedding, while still providing the most high-end, reliable service. Their outdoor ballroom is what wedding dreams are made of. The grounds have ENDLESS photo ops, including a suspension bridge, willow trees, gardens, fountains & beautiful foliage if you're there in the fall. The food was so delicious, both for cocktail hour & dinner. They have so many fun add-ons to choose from, including an exit station which we decided to do cider & donuts which our guests loved. We got married on-site at their beautiful gazebo. We planned our wedding from over 2 hours away & that was never an issue. Not only is the venue itself breath-taking, but the staff is AMAZING. We worked with Taylor from day 1 & she was like a wedding fairy god-mother! She was so helpful answering millions of e-mails & giving us advice when we needed. The day of was so perfect. Our head server Chavon was by my side literally the entire evening, from cleaning my train after photos in the dirt, to making sure my drink was NEVER empty. Every staff member was delightful & helpful & wonderful. I could go on for another 10 pages with how amazing this venue was! Highly recommend, go book a tour & see this gem for yourself!

My husband and I could not have been more satisfied with our choice of West Hills as our wedding venue! Taylor and Allie were so helpful throughout the wedding planning process and always answered my emails right away. We live in NYC so they were also very accommodating and flexible with our schedules, based on when we were able to get up to Middletown for our visits and meetings leading up to our wedding. The day of the wedding could not have been smoother- we got endless compliments about how amazing the food was, how much there was at the cocktail hour, how quickly the meal was served and we were able to dance the night away, how great the desserts and warm cookies to go were, how beautiful the venue was with the doors open to the outside, and how it was the best wedding they’d ever been to! My bridal attendant Patricia was AMAZING- anything I needed was within my grasp in a matter of minutes, I even spilled espresso all over my white dress before our entrances and she was able to quickly clean all the tool layers with a toothbrush! She and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. West Hills was an absolutely perfect wedding venue and we can’t thank everyone enough who was involved in our picture perfect wedding day!

West Hills surpassed all expectations we had for our big day. The moment we drove up and saw the grounds we were blown away -- and that was even before touring the tent! We first met with Taylor who was so knowledgable, bubbly, and understood our vision immediately. We were set on a station style dinner, and West Hills not only provides this option, but excels in its execution. When we finally saw the tent for the tasting, it was so grand and elegant. The bronze chandeliers set such a romantic and warm mood, And the food, just wow! We were over the moon excited after indulging in all the options during the tasting, and the day of the wedding we kept getting feedback from our guests about how delicious everything was - so thrilled we stuck to our guns and went with station style! The day was nothing short of perfection despite it being the coldest day of the fall. The scenery was gorgeous so you're guaranteed amazing photos. The staff were so attentive and on top of every detail. I cannot say enough good things about them. You're in the best hands. Trying to come up with the words to explain how amazing the team at West Hills Country Club is nearly impossible. First off the grounds are GORGEOUS no matter what time of year, rain or shine. But their staff, OH MY GOD THEIR STAFF!! They took care of everything and even more than I had thought they would. People can't stop talking about our wedding. The food was amazing, and yes we got to eat on our wedding day because someone always made sure food was on our plate and drinks were in our hand and if we didn't sit to eat, they found us and made us eat lol. I just can't say enough good things about this place. Our wedding was seamless and if there was any hiccups we had no idea! Taylor was so amazing and worked with us every step of the way and (I'm so sorry if I spell this wrong) but Chantelle and Joell were so sweet and my favorite people to be with all night! Thank you West Hills for making out wedding day one we will never forget!!!

I am not sure where to begin on our review for West Hills Country Club. From the moment we stepped foot onto their property we were treated with the upmost respect. From that moment on Taylor, Janelle and Ali were nothing short of INCREDIBLE! Every. Single. Email was answered within minutes of sending them. They always had an answer for me, and sometimes it was even before I knew what I was asking. They helped with every detail from planning the decor to our rehearsal dinner recommendations. They always smiled and went above and beyond for us. They made the entire process stress free. Taylor was even there the morning after her friends’ wedding for us to facilitate our rehearsal.The day itself? A dream. The food was incredible- our guests are STILL raving about it days later. People came up to us during and after the wedding to tell us how it is the best wedding they have ever attended. The venue is stunning. I thought I didn’t have enough decor within the week leading up to it but I was so wrong. The venue is so classy that you truly do not need much. Not to mention it was SO COLD the day of our wedding and they allowed us to still be married outdoors like I wanted and once inside you did not even realize it was cold out. They were so attentive and even moved our corn hole inside for the guests to play! We had a station style reception and trust me when I say you cannot find a better amount of food and drinks for the price, and I had even secured a date with another venue before seeing West Hills. Our maitre’d, Shawell, made sure we had everything we needed and wanted that night. He even would not move our card box without us— talk about WOW! Our head server, Chavon, raised the bar in service for us. She followed me to make sure I looked beautiful for every photo, she cleaned my dress with club soda after shooting some outdoor photos, she ensured I had a million Chicken Parm Sliders to go home with because I told her that was my favorite. She straightened my veil and wrap, made sure I was okay with everything, prepared an entire tray of appetizers for us since we were a few minutes late to cocktail hour. She even cleaned my face after getting the cake smashed in it. She truly treats you like a Queen. I wish I could describe the day in a word other than “dream” because they deserve so much more than that simple word but I cannot think of another way to describe it. Taylor- I truly can’t thank you enough for everything you did for us. I always felt so welcomed by you (even when we were super late to our decor drop off) and I genuinely felt as if we were hanging out with a friend every time we saw you. You never made us feel like we were bothering you. You re the most patient and kind soul we have ever encountered and for that I will be forever grateful. The West Hills staff and attention are incredible and the service is outstanding. Please do yourself a favor and book the tour. You won’t even need someone to talk you into booking the venue once you’ve gone there. You’ll know right away, trust me. Thank you for everything West HIlls.. can we do it again next weekend? :)

I don't know where to start. From the moment my husband and I stepped out of the car for our tour of West Hills we knew right away that this was the place we were going to get married. I have never dreamt about my wedding day, but being in this beautiful venue made me dream bigger than I ever thought I would. From the moment I met Taylor, she was a world of knowledge and patience. I had many questions for her basically every single day but she was always so kind to me and my husband. She quickly became a friend to me, and someone who I knew I could really count on throughout our wedding process. Sadly she was unable to be there with us on our wedding day, but she was there for everything else inbetween and that meant more to me than I can ever explain. Janelle who is also apart of sales and catering was there for us on our wedding day and made sure our bridal parties and families were all organized before the ceremony. The venue itself is beautiful, the accommodations of the staff, and the rave reviews from our guests are enough for us to believe that our whole bridal party, friends and family had an amazing time. Our Maitre'd was Shawell, and from the moment I met him I knew we were in good hands. Chavon, was our head server and she helped my husband and I throughout every single step of our day from the moment I got out of the car. The passion of this venue is so visible. From the workers who put so much into what they do everyday to make a bride and groom's wedding dreams come, we thank you for making our special day something we will never be able to forget.

I am a local photographer and I have done 7 weddings this season at West Hills. It is truthfully one of my all time FAVORITE venues.Everything there is absolutely stunning. Such a great variety of places to take photos. The staff - I don’t even know where to begin. Each and every single person I have talked to and worked with here is absolutely incredible. They radiate kindness and professionalism. Taylor is so sweet and welcoming. Sho - he keeps the day running so smooth, I am always so grateful to see him and work with him! I have most often worked with Chavon and let me tell you - this lady will keep your gown in perfect condition as we wander through the course. She brings such a calmness and light everywhere she goes - paying attention to every detail from where and how your dress lays for your photos and where we need to be from minute to minute.I truthfully cannot described how wonderful this venue is. It is one of my favorite places to work and I am so grateful to the staff that surrounds me there. Thank you so much for such a wonderful season, I cannot wait to see you all again next year! We could not have been more pleased with how our wedding at West Hills on 10/19/19 turned out. A number of our guests made it a point to tell us it was THE best wedding they had ever been to-- they raved about how good the food was (and how much food there was!), how friendly and attentive the staff was, and how beautiful the grounds were. Taylor helped us plan and stay on track and truly made the wedding planning process a breeze! Bri and Father John were amazing and so welcoming, and Chavon...I cannot thank her enough. She was there for me throughout the entire day: she was so kind and reassuring and made sure my veil and dress were always on point, if it wasn't for her I don't know what I would've done. My husband and I got married at West Hills on July 20, 2019. As soon as I saw the ceremony space and the outdoor ballroom, I was sold. The grounds are gorgeous, the outdoor ballroom is gorgeous, the bridal suite is so spacious, and every employee we came in contact with was so nice and helpful! We still have guests telling us how beautiful the space was and how fantastic the food was. Taylor was with us from our tour of the venue in July 2018 to end of our reception. She is superwoman. I don’t know how she does it. Any question through the entire year, whether it was a call or email was answered fully and quickly. When a problem arose with our band’s sound system 48 hour prior to the wedding...she was all over it. Patricia was with me throughout the entire night. She was AMAZING. She hustled all night. Any thing we needed was sought to flawlessly and quickly. At the end of the night she wouldn’t let anyone take our card box without my direct say-so. As we left that night my husband and I hunted down Patricia to personally thank her and hug her. She was FABULOUS. The flow of the pre-wedding pictures to the ceremony to the reception was flawless. The professionalism of the staff was outstanding. The food was DELICIOUS. If we were able to relive our wedding day over and over again, we’d choose West Hills every time. THANK YOU, WEST HILLS!

The moment I walked into West Hills Country Club, I was captivated by the grounds, spacious and beautiful ballroom and overall aura it gave. I also met Taylor who I instantly trusted was going to help bring our wedding vision to life. The entire year leading up to the wedding was a breeze working with Taylor and her team at West Hills. Whenever I had a question, big, small or crazy, I got an immediate answer! On the day of, I had little to worry about as the staff helped with every detail. They even monitored the weather for me knowing there was rain lurking close by! My husband and I were fed throughout the crazy night and we always had a full drink in our hands. Our guests are still talking about the stations dinner we had from the customized taco bar to the chicken and waffles. I recommend West Hills to anyone. The second we pulled up to a wedding at WHCC over 2 years ago, Anthony and I both, in our own heads thought “wow this place is beautiful, I could totally get married here”! As the wedding went on and drinks were flowing and food was being served, we continued to be more and more amazed.Two years later Anthony popped the question 💍!!! It was so perfect! From the first day we went to see the venue we knew we had to have it here. We are from Connecticut and made everyone travel but wouldn't have it any other way. Taylor was so sweet, responsive and accommodating the year leading up to the wedding. I got ready with my girls in the bridal cottage so I was there all day. That cottage is the best because it's right next to the tent so you can go in and out all day. Cassie was our Maitre D and she was amazing! I didn't have to worry about one thing the whole day. She kept everyone on schedule and am so thankful to have had her. There was a hiccup on one of the stations but I told Cassie and she fixed it right away. Patricia was our attendant and she was perfect! Before the ceremony she saw my dress had a mark on the train and got down to scrub it out. She brought my husband and I a tray of all the horderves so we didn't miss any. I said the fried mac&cheese balls(DELICIOUS) were my favorite and the next tray she brought to us had fifteen of them. Every time I finished my drink I would look up and see her standing there with a refill. When I told my husband he said the same exact thing. How she was able to be there for both of us was so great. All of the staff were very nice and attentive. ALL of the food was delicious and never ending. I couldn't believe the amount of food there was. Numerous guests came up to us during and after to rave about the food. We got the diner package for a late night snack and it was a huge hit. The grounds are beautiful, with so many picture perfect spots. Random but... the bathrooms are SO nice. This venue is honestly the perfect venue and I would travel even farther to have it here!

Our experience working with the West Hills as our wedding ceremony and reception venue was outstanding from the very first meeting. Not only was Taylor a wealth of information on all aspects of the wedding planning process, but she was also more than happy to offer help, advice or solutions no matter what problems came up during that past year. In the year leading up to our wedding, Taylor gave us reminders to make important appointments and touched base with us periodically in case we had any questions or concerns. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Janelle was another amazing help to our planning. She kept us up to date on our final outstanding balance and reassured us that we would be refunded for canceled RSVPs up to 24 hours before the event! Janelle’s attention to detail while planning for the order of events during the ceremony and reception was very impressive and super appreciated. Now, for the Big Day itself. I truly don’t have the words to completely convey how amazing and wonderful our ENTIRE wedding was. First, the bridal suite was beautifully set up for myself and my bridal party to start photographs. Taylor even came by to wish me a happy day and make sure all was well. Patricia, my bridal attendant, was also outstanding! She was so professional yet also laid back, and literally there every time I needed something, but never seemed to be hovering at all. Patricia made sure my train and veil were on point during First Look photos and helped calm my nerves right before the ceremony. Showell, our maitre’d, was also the perfect picture of professionalism! He kept us up to date on the events happening outside of the bridal suite, and seemed to really keep the whole day moving efficiently. Showell and Patricia made sure my husband and I had a sampling of food from the cocktail hour for us to enjoy privately before the reception. Those kinds of personal touches are what made our wedding such a special and truly perfect day for us! Our guests are still reaching out to us to rave about West Hills a month later. I highly recommend West Hills Country Club for any couple looking to have a gorgeous, romantic and impeccable wedding!

I remember a year ago when we were just starting our venue search, we were reading all of the raving reviews for West Hills and thinking it was hard to believe a wedding venue could not have any unsatisfied customers. I'm here to tell you today, one month after our wedding at West Hills, that I now believe it. This was the most incredible wedding venue you could ever chose. WHCC was the very first venue we looked at, and we signed a contract with them that same day. It is such a unique, stunning, and memorable venue, and all of the comments in other reviews about the service being remarkable are true. From day 1, I felt so taken care of as a bride. Taylor now feels more like a friend (Hey Taylor!!!) that I wish she would help me plan all things in my life. Our guests raved about the services from the WHCC staff, and our Maître' D's were instantly our best friends the day of, making sure we were fed (I'm so thankful otherwise I wouldn't have gotten to try any of our delicious cocktail hour food) and had a drink in our hands the entire night. Everyone as WHCC were so warm and welcoming that I am STILL smiling from our wedding day. Taylor even made an appearance on our wedding day which was so great to see a friendly face in the midst of the craziness of the day. I would have my wedding here a million times over. I promise it's a venue you or your guests will not forget!

I've been finding it really difficult to accurately describe our wedding experience at West Hills Country Club, hence why I'm writing this review over a month post wedded bliss. It wasn't just May 26th, 2019. It wasn't just the service to myself, the bride, and my husband, the groom (even though I don't think there are enough words to explain how professional and attentive both Patricia and Sho were to us). It was everything, starting with our first visit meeting Krista. It was the tasting. It was feeling like no matter how many questions I had, I wasn't a pest. After working with Krista and booking our date, she unexpectedly had to move to another Bonura location. I can't lie, we were a bit nervous since she was great to start our year and a half long process with. Alas, Taylor walked into our lives. She was a blessing throughout the entire planning journey. Endless emails with silly questions; Taylor never batted an eyelash. She literally always made me feel like I was the only bride that she was dealing with, and that right there, is impressive. Not to mention she was answering me after hours, which was not at all expected, but absolutely appreciated! I also just have to mention how comfortable she made me feel. I actually felt like I was just talking to a friend the entire time and it took so much pressure off (and I secretly wanted her to stay for my reception, so... there's that). When we went in for our final visit, we had some questions regarding the menu. West Hills was so unbelievably flexible - Taylor even brought the head chef into our meeting (shout out also, for that to-die-for veggie risotto) and we had a foodie mastermind session about things we were looking for and how he could bring them to life. Fast forward to the big day - the food, the drink, the atmosphere, the vibe... PERFECT. There's no other way to put it. There was rain in the forecast, but everyone involved did a great job of making it no-big-deal, which in turn, helped me to feel the same. Countless guests made a point to tell me how unbelievable the food and service was, and still are. So truly, hats off to everyone in that breathtaking establishment. Thank you for making our lovely day even more lovely by being a part of it, and for being so amazing. And I feel like I need to honorable mention, just one last time, Miss Taylor, Chef Marcos, Patricia, Sho, and every other employee who was there and delivered such exceptional service. You all went above and beyond, and we could not be more grateful. Please do yourself a favor and book West Hills. You will NOT be disappointed. Now, can we do it again!?

We couldn’t have picked a more beautiful venue with staff that emulates EXCELLENCE throughout their standard. At WHCC your wedding is the only one held on the grounds that day. That meant we didn’t have to share our day with anyone else. We worked with a few people leading up to our special day that helped bring the pieces together during the planning process: Ryan Connelly, Taylor Checcia, Janelle Menendez, Jilian Pearson, Shawell Thomas and Marcos Castro. Each and everyone of the staff members on the day of the wedding were helpful and kind. Our guests raved about the beautifully maintained grounds, the promptness of the staff and how delicious the food was! We are so grateful for their expertise and ability to remind us that everyone had gathered to celebrate our love story!

From the moment we booked our date, West Hills was great! We booked about 1.5 years out from our wedding date, so when the day finally came around, it was a long time coming! Though even before we had booked, we wanted to taste the food. The wedding coordinator at the time was able to set up a private tasting for us during a wedding on a Sunday night. We sat in the club restaurant as they brought us rounds and rounds of food, before we even committed! From that point on, we knew we we're in good hands. We were lucky enough to have the best day weather wise (May 31st) so the tent walls we’re up and our ceremony was outside, as planned. Everyone kept saying how stunning and unique our venue was, and they couldn’t believe they were in a tent! They also raved about the service and food. We missed our cocktail hour, but only heard great things.The bridal suite/house was so helpful as we my bridesmaids and I we’re able to get ready on-site. As the vendors arrived I was able to step into the tent and check up on things. It was also one less thing I had to worry about! The suite is also beautiful - everyone loves how it looked like you we’re in a house, and not a generic hotel room. Out Maitre D’ (I’m sorry I forgot his name, it started with a “S”) was phenomenal, and Patricia, our Wedding Attendant went above and beyond. Right before our reception my bridesmaids we’re having a lot of trouble with my bustle, and Patricia stepped right in to assist. She was there all night asking if we needed anything. The grounds are beautiful too, and our pictures show that. There is a beautiful view from the top of the golf course, which I didn't even realize existed. It’s one of my favorite pictures, so be sure to get up there!And GO for the late night treat - your guests will not be disappointed. Our guests kept raving about the BEC sandwiches and cookies as they left the reception. Taylor and Janelle we're so great at communicating and making the entire process from beginning to end so easy - I loved working with them! Thank you to West Hills team for truly making it the best day of our lives!

If I had to describe my wedding at West Hills in one word, I would say unforgettable. From the impeccable service, to the delectable food, to how smoothly everything went - it was all AMAZING. Taylor and Alli were wonderful to work with from the beginning, and they answered each and every question I had. I had complete trust in them, the Maitre’D, Head Server, and the entire team of hardworking individuals to take care of my special day. My guests still talk about how delicious the food was and how many options there were, especially at Cocktail Hour. My husband and I chose to not attend our own Cocktail Hour, and we were still brought samples of every item out there into the Bridal Suite. Every detail went off without a hitch. To end the night, the staff ensured that our sparkler send-off was perfect. What an amazing way to exit (I highly recommend doing a sparkler send-off if you can!) I can’t praise West Hills enough for all that they did. I am so grateful that this wonderful venue truly delivered my vision!

We worked with several different staff members there throughout our wedding planning process and never had a problem! Everyone was always willing to answer our questions and provide advice as necessary. In our last meeting before the big day, we met Ryan our Maitre'D. He made us feel so confident that everything would go smoothly and it did. Our wedding day was beyond perfect from the attentive staff, to the food, to West Hills coordinating all of our vendors, and more. We had the best experience at West Hills and could not be more happy with our choice.

We were married a month ago at WHCC. I wish I had written this review the day after our wedding because it was such an insane high after an amazing day, but we were too busy getting ready for our honeymoon! We had the best experience on our wedding day at WHCC. I worked with Taylor for about a year, plenty of emails, calls, visits- we had tons of questions and requests and she was ALWAYS professional - which I am sure is very hard to do! Taylor worked really hard to meet our (high) expectations and we had such a great day because of all the effort put forth by the WHCC staff. Marcos and his staff did an amazing job preparing an impressive cocktail hour and dinner. Marcos and Taylor worked with us to customize our menu to our wants/needs and I wouldn't have changed a thing day of! We received plenty of compliments on the food from friends and family. Patricia and Ryan were with us the day of our wedding and they were both so sweet. Patricia has a really calming personality which was so helpful during our photo session in the middle of a nor' easter. She also followed us around during cocktail hour with a huge tray of food to make sure we had a chance to eat. The tent helped create such a nice atmosphere for our celebration. When you are planning such a big day you want everything to be perfect and I definitely worried about any detail there was to worry about and everything turned out so great. I would definitely recommend WHCC to other couples, they are true professionals. Bonus points for the welcome cocktails and champagne they gave our guests before our ceremony!

post is written by my wife, but I share her opinion:West Hills Country Club already offers something that's unique for the North East, which is the ability to have a reception in a tented space. Meaning, if the weather cooperates then the tent can be open, which is as close as you could get to having a whole wedding outdoors (in that area).Another unique thing about WHCC, is they actually specialize in hosting weddings there, and not do it as a side or occasional thing as opposed to other country clubs I've either visited or read about.The team there is absolutely fantastic, we originally were assigned to Krista who is simply magnificent. The thing that sold my husband on the venue is her ability to answer every single question he threw at her easily. At some point Taylor took over, and while we were a bit weary at first, she proved herself to be beyond our wildest expectations. In addition to being so on top of everything and extremely responsive, she also helped coordinate our rehearsal. Her personality is the right combination of sweet and making-sure-things get-done, which made the rehearsal go smoothly.We committed to WHCC prior to doing a food tasting, but based on reviews we felt safe in doing so. The food at the food tasting was great, and due to smart planning we even got to eat it on the wedding day ourselves. WHCC are everything you can dream about in a venue: They offer several different packages (we had a buffet dinner as that's something we wanted as opposed to a sit down), they are flexible and extremely accommodating, they are on top of it (and by it, I mean anything), they are very responsive and make sure things are done, the food is fantastic and their staff is out of this world.

Hands down, the BEST venue! We were blown away by West Hills from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, flexible and accommodating. We worked with Krista, Ryan, Taylor and Margaret in the office- whoever picked up the phone, dropped everything they were doing to help us at that exact moment. Every time we thought we may have had an obstacle, they were there with a solution within moments. Not to mention, they were all genuinely excited about our big day, which was so sweet.On the day of, they came into the bridal suite and made sure we were well taken care of. Our bridal attendant, Patricia was incredible! She went above and beyond! She even passed out toothpicks to our bridal party before photos and checked to make sure nothing was in their teeth! The waitstaff was amazing as well and everyone raved about the food! Our guest are still talking about out wedding. We can not thank West Hills enough for making our day the most memorable of our lives!

The day of our wedding they took care of everything and then some! Everyone raved about the venue, food, decor and exceptional staff. They were so helpful and accommodating making sure we felt like we were a top priority even as they had so many other couples to take care of. The day of the wedding Ryan and Patricia were amazing! The West Hills team was absolutely fantastic in helping to bring our wedding vision to life. Mallory/Taylor worked with us to keep us organized and stayed in contact leading up to our food tastings and our final walk through and were extremely fast with e-mail responses regarding questions we had. On our wedding day, the entire West Hills team was amazing, getting all of our ceremony and reception decor into the right places according to our vision. Everyone from our head server Patricia who had drinks in our hands before we even finished our last to every menu option of food waiting in front of us to eat, to our maitre-d Ryan who kept everyone organized and running smoothly with a smile on his face, to the operations manager, and to all of the servers and operations team, everyone had a role in making the day go off without even the slightest hitch. We were so impressed by how smoothly everything ran, and how on time and how well everything was organized. We had the most beautiful and fantastic day, weather, and celebration and we can't thank West Hills enough for helping us create memories that would last a lifetime. Thank you!!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with WHCC, our wedding was absolutely perfect. The venue was the first and only venue we visited - it's so beautiful and different from a lot of other places out there, we fell in love with it right away. Planning was made so easy and enjoyable thanks to Taylor and her team - she was quick to answer all of my questions, was super insightful, and so friendly and fun; I can't thank her enough! The day of the wedding went so smoothly thanks to the incredible staff there. Ryan and Patricia were AMAZING. From the start of the day to the very end, Patricia was there for everything we needed - keeping us on schedule, making sure we had food, and especially that our drinks were always full. Ryan was so positive and helpful throughout the entire day/night - he kept us on track so perfectly and was so enjoyable to be around and work with. My husband and I raved about the two of them all night. And finally, the food!!! The food was SO GOOD, even better than we remembered from the tasting. Everyone is still raving about how amazing the food was at our wedding. I've gone to a ton of weddings, and I have to say the food at WHCC tops the chart, and so many of our guests said the same! HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a flawless wedding venue!

Amazing, simply amazing. We can’t say enough great things about WHCC. From start to finish, they made this whole process so enjoyable. Taylor and Alli were always available to answer all of our questions, and put our minds at ease. Marcos, the head chef, was so accommodating and took great care in getting all specifics on guests food allergies. And the food was absolutely fabulous. Our guests are still raving about it. Ryan, our maitre d’, was fantastic. He is such a sweetheart, and made sure we were completely satisfied with anything and everything, all day/night long. As for Patricia (Trish), our head server and bridal attendant, I could go on and on. If we needed anything, anything at all, she was right there with it before we had time to blink. Whether it was bringing us a new drink, before we even knew ours were empty, making sure we stopped to eat, checking our teeth before pictures, or simply calming our nerves, she was beyond incredible. A true gem. The grounds are beautiful, the service is impeccable, and we loved everything about WHCC. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding day.

Having our wedding at West Hills was one of the absolute best decisions we have ever made!!!!! From day one we were well taken care of and all of our wedding requests were accommodated. Taylor is a pleasure to work with and was available 24/7 (literally, I called about a million times and she was ALWAYS there to help). She is genuinely excited to help you make your dreams a reality and actually cares about your vision. The wedding planning process with West Hills was so smooth and not at all stressful, but the real icing on the cake was the service day-of. All I can say is WOW. Patricia, our head server, went leaps and bounds above and beyond what I ever imagined and was there every step of the way to make sure my husband and I were happy. She cleaned my dress when there was a stain, made sure we were eating plenty and even checked our teeth before we were introduced! She is a truly amazing asset at West Hills and I would recommend asking for her specifically if you get married there. Ryan, the day of coordinator, was AMAZING!! He was so positive and made sure that we were enjoying every minute of our day. People raved about how excellent the service was all around, not just the incredible Ryan and Patricia. And the COCKTAIL HOUR!!! My goodness, people are still talking about it! The taco bar and slider station were out of this world. The main courses were also fabulous; we came with high expectations and were not disappointed. The day went by so quickly, but the wonderful people at West Hills made it the most memorable day of our lives.

I had my wedding here 8/26 and I loved it! It’s so pretty you really don’t even need a lot of decorations. I found WWCC early in my search but delayed seeing the venue for some strange reason. I looked at 8 places before finally going to WWCC and right when I saw it I knew I had to have my wedding there. I loved the outdoor tent, chandeliers with fans and AC! Plus the waterfalls and just everything about this place! They’re really good with emailing you back. Taylor, Ryan and Patricia are the sh*t! Loved them. Taylor is so sweet and helped me with whatever I need leading up the wedding, Ryan was so fun and was there during my wedding for me to bother him with all my requests and Patricia omg! That lady never let me have an empty drink! We had some out of control guests at our wedding and WWCC never let our other nice normal guests know about it so that was a really big plus! The pictures are glorious but in real life it’s so freakin nice! My friends/family were shocked I picked such a gorgeous venue. Oh and the food is good! I wish my friends would get married here so I could go back. P.s the older crowd really liked that they can actually have conversations at the tables because they didn’t have to worry about huge speakers blasting in their ears cause WWCC has surround sound speakers!

My husband and I will never be able to thank the West Hills staff enough for our perfect day. From start to finish, every aspect of the day was flawless. Our coordinator Talyor's quick and thorough email responses during the planning stages were critical for us and our maitre d' Ryan made sure the wedding day ran smoothly from start to finishOur guests were raving about the unmatched service. I had anticipated that the service would be good based on venue reviews, but the servers exceeded all expectations. We have had at least one guest from EVERY table who has told us they have never been to a wedding with that kind of professional and personalized service (and also spoke of all of their servers by name). The servers knew what our guests wanted before they knew themselves. To match the top notch service, the food was phenomenal. Our guests were amazed by the quality and consistency of the food.Last but not least, our day would not have been the same without our head server Patricia. She was FANTASTIC. We can not stop thinking about how she went above and beyond for us. She truly is a gem.Anyone looking for a beautiful venue, excellent food and incomparable service should look no further. Our wedding was everything we had imagined and more.

Where to begin? I get emotional thinking about how perfect our day was. From the second we inquired until our actual wedding day, the staff at West Hills was amazing. They were so attentive to each of our requests and made sure that our day was exactly what we had dreamed of. Victor and Patricia never left my side the whole night. So much fun and nostalgia that everyone felt like a kid again. Loved having the food stations and we got a lot of great feedback about that. The outdoor ballroom was magnificent! Just beautiful. Everyone loved cocktail hour and the open feel of the indoor outdoor area was peefect. The bridal suite was beautiful and we really felt pampered all day long! I am a bride that loves to eat and was afraid I may miss out on it with pictures etc at cocktail hour— not here!! Our head server took care of us all day/night long! Even when my husbands drink looked a little watered down from talking to friends, there was someone there to replace the drink! Unheard of! They even sent us off with some extra desserts and food which we happily ate for breakfast the next day. If I could give this venue a million stars I would. Wish we could do it all over again. Best day of my life!

We got married at West Hills Country Club on June 10, 2018. The outdoor tent ballroom is stunning - you will not find another tent venue in the Tri-state area more elegant than West Hills. From the initial inquiry until our wedding day, Taylor C. and everyone at WH were so warm and helpful. All of our questions were answered promptly and clearly. On our wedding day, my husband and I were able to enjoy the day as it was happening. We were not once distracted or worried about something going wrong because of how well prepared & knowledgeable the staff proved to be. These people know what they are doing. They do not do anything haphazardly. Our day was PERFECT thanks to Victor (maitre’D) and Patricia (our head server), of course, Taylor (who even dropped off a card and gift late in the night after the wedding had ended) and every single staff member of WH. Much of our guests commented on the impeccable service, delicious food and drinks, and gorgeous venue. Even the pavement in the outdoor ceremony space is perfectly symmetrical, that a runner is not needed. There is also plenty of seating during cocktail hour.. and the beautiful greens, tent, etc., provide a variety of amazing photo ops for you and your guests. I recommend WHCC to every bride looking for quality, elegance and a caring support staff.

Perfect! The day ran so smoothly. There was even a rip made somehow on my framed tree thumb print sign for guest the morning of the wedding. They had contacted an Etsy retailer, got a pdf of the tree, reprinted and framed it. Even ran to a local craft store to purchase the red ink that my husband and I used for our prints. Then they told me about the incident so that I didn’t worry about it until it was already fixed. Couldn’t even tell it wasnt the original. Seriously amazing! Would have my wedding again here in a second. The service was impeccable and definitely worth every cent of what we paid. These guys know what they are doing. Every guest ranted about their tables servers. My father in law went to the bar and asked for a Corona, he was told unfortunately they didn’t have them...no big deal. The maitre d overheard and told the bartender that this was the father of the groom and to go grab a 6pack which they used for him all night. Amazing people amazing facility AMAZING WEDDING!

I am super late writing this review, but its better late than never right? My wedding day and all of the preparation leading up to the day was absolutely incredible! I got married on July 2, 2017, and Mallory Mayer along with the rest of the staff were very personable, friendly and extremely accommodating. My Maitre'D made sure that she never missed a beat. She was actually more attentive than many of my bridesmaids. The scenery near venue is absolutely breathtaking and the food is delicious! I would recommend this venue to any person that wants to have a fairy tale wedding. Another plus with this venue is that they only allow one wedding a day, therefore, you have the staff's undivided attention on your wedding day, which every bride wants!

This is an amazing venue with the best staff my wife & I could have asked for. We used West Hills Country Club for our wedding in 2016 (apologies for the late review) and still have wonderful comments on how great the place was for their appearance, staff, & food. Janelle & Mallory helped us every step of the way in setting up live music for the ceremony to a surprise dessert station for my wife (though I should have not done that, it just made it a bit confusing for my guests which I do regret a little but it was 100% my fault). My wife & I wish we could do it all over again here. Music (great speakers/placement), food, dance floor, & overall location is fantastic. Best of luck to them & you!

Our Wedding on 9/24/17 was AMAZING! We LOVED West Hills from the second we saw it! Our ceremony was held outdoors and our wedding was in the tent. We booked about a year and a half before our wedding and began the process working with Janelle, who left West Hills before our Wedding, and ended our process working with Krista. At first I was nervous about this transition, but Krista handled everything seamlessly! Such timely communication throughout the entire process!! Everyone at West Hills worked incredibly hard at making our day perfect wedding day go off without a Hitch (which is very hard when you have a late September \"fall\" wedding that turns into a 90 degree+ day!) We are SOOO glad we made the decision to have our wedding at West Hills, and can't possibly recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough great things about West Hills for our October 13 wedding. I worked with Mallory throughout the whole process and she was so great. She was so responsive whenever I had questions even if I was asking them months out from the wedding date! They really know how to put on a great party as the whole night went so smoothly and was exactly what I had pictured it to be. I had also brought a decent amount of decorations myself and they were so perfectly placed to exactly how I envisioned the set up to be. We did the station style wedding and got so many compliments on how great the food was and all the different options they had to choose from. Everyone was also raving about how gorgeous and different the venue was (chandeliers inside the tent!) and how gorgeous the grounds were! We could not have been happier to work with them for the past year+ and totally recommend them to anyone!

Our first experience at West Hills Country Club was 4 years ago, when our good friends were one of the first couples to get married there shortly after it opened. My husband Keith and I have been to many weddings since then and West Hills always stood out. When our time came to choose a venue, we knew that West Hills was going to be our place. Keith and I married a month ago, and the staff at West Hills surpassed our already high expectations! The level of service, attention to detail, and quality of the food was amazing. Our guests are still raving about our cocktail hour and the very attentive and accommodating staff. Our wedding coordinator, Krista was wonderful to work with. She was very flexible, always available, and able to answer all our questions. Our Maitre'D Showell was a perfectionist, which I saw when I walked into the tent and saw how he meticulously organized our escort cards. We also had the privilege of having Maria as our head waiter. I can't imagine our wedding day without Maria by our side! Aside from ensuring that my husband and I always had a fresh drink in our hands, she helped manage our families, ensured we were always where we were supposed to be, and saved my wedding dress after stepping in some wet grass. There is absolutely nothing that we would change about our wedding day, and that is not something that many people can say. From the very first introduction to Mallory, the event coordinator, and seeing the venue itself, to our final meeting with the chef, Maitre d’, Michael, the owner, and management staff, the almost yearlong process was seamless. They took care of our every need, keeping all of us calm and confident. Aside from the beauty of the grounds, the elegant tent with chandeliers, the staff was professional and enjoyed what they were doing and it showed. I would recommend WHCC to anyone who asks. What can I say... WHCC was the first venue I looked at on my search and was immediately in love (despite the tent not even being up in January). My husband and I met with Mallory Mayer and I knew that I didn't want anyone else helping me on my big day. Everything was seamless and Mallory answered every question I had quickly and honestly. The day of went by so fast but the staff there was amazing. Everything I asked they did... Roxy and Melanie were angels as well as the banquet manager. The food was amazing, the grounds were stunning, and the drinks were flowing. I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the best day of my life. You will not be let down!

My husband and I got married at the ceremony site and had the reception in the tent at West Hills CC. I cannot put into words how amazing the entire night was. From the minute we booked the venue to the last second of the night, Krista, Maria, and the entire staff was absolutely amazing. They paid attention to every detail and made sure my husband and I had everything we needed the entire night. We had full use of the grounds to take amazing pictures. They provide golf carts for the bridal party, and I would definitely recommend taking pictures on the suspension bridge. It lends itself to beautiful backdrop! Our guests are still talking about not only how delicious the food was, but also about how much food there was! Not one person left hungry that's for sure! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

My husband and I had our reception at West Hills CC last weekend. We couldn't have dreamed up a better reception! From the day we first toured the grounds, all the way through to coming to get our decorations the morning after the wedding, the staff (especially Mallory) was an absolute pleasure to work with. They are beyond professional, and take care of EVERY detail for your special day! It was pouring rain throughout our wedding day, and yet thanks to West Hills CC, everything still felt perfect. We were greeted by the Maitre D the second we got out of our limo. Our bridal attendant and the rest of the staff constantly made sure everything was running smoothly. Guests were blown away by the delicious foods. Their grounds are so gorgeous that even in pouring rain, I know our pictures will be terrific. I can't praise every detail of West Hills CC enough! In fact, my parents decided to become members of the club because we had such an amazing experience. We couldn't give West Hills CC a higher recommendation!

The service we, specifically, received during our reception was more that I could have asked for and their kindness to both out guests and family, who continued to utilize the bridal suite throughout. Our wedding at West Hills Country Club was PERFECT! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous - beautiful grounds on a golf course and a stunning, white structured tent with chandeliers and neutral colors all around.Mallory, one of the wedding coordinators, was fabulous to work with. I had question after question about anything and everything and she was quick to respond with the info I needed. I would email Mallory at any time of day/night and I was sure to have an email from her within the next day. Whatever I wanted, Mallory made it happen.Upon arriving at WHCC after our church ceremony, my husband, Tony, and I were immediately greeted with our maitre d and personal attendants of the evening; Roxi, Kayla, Janelle, and Shawell. This was a team of absolute all-stars! They led us and our bridal party to the bridal suite where a cheese and fruit platter and champagne were ready for us. They then led Tony and I to our golf cart to bring us to the most scenic views and areas of the golf course for photos. Kayla and Janelle were there every step, holding my bouquet, holding my champagne glass, carrying my gown, whatever I needed they were right there. Shawell drove us around in the golf cart and was so friendly. Throughout our photographs and pre-cocktail hour Kayla and Janelle always made sure our glasses were never empty (VERY important to us) and helped us with whatever we needed. Roxi made sure everything was running on time and smoothly around us as guests started to arrive. Throughout the entire party Roxi, Kayla, Janelle were always available to Tony and I. Roxi really ensured the entire night went according to plan and took care of everything so that I didn't even have a clue. Not only were Tony and I paid careful attention to the entire night, but our parents were as well. This really was an amazing team to run an event!!While our glasses were always full so were our stomachs - with incredible food!! To be honest, after our tasting at WHCC I wasn't overly thrilled with the food, but things were light years different at our wedding. The cocktail hour was amazing! The stations were presented beautifully and the passed hd's just kept coming and coming. While the raw bar (Hamptons Station) is an upcharge, it is worth it if you and your party like shellfish. I still have guests telling me these shrimp were the biggest they have ever seen. And the best part was when my father noticed the oysters getting very low and soon after an attendant was there replenishing it. It was great to know (and see) that it wasn't a one and done thing. WHCC made sure that as long as guests were eating, they kept coming out with it during the hour. I still have guests raving about the food at the cocktail hour! The seated dinner was also delicious - the pasta was so good and everyone's entree seemed to be perfectly cooked to their liking!I never thought I would have my wedding in a tent because I am always terrified of poor weather - and, don't you know, it poured on our wedding day. About half way through the cocktail hour it came down hard and the staff of WHCC had our tent walls down within seconds, making sure everything and everyone stayed dry. One of my bridesmaids even left her shoes outside and one of the staff members went out in the torrential downpour to get them, without even being asked! The tent is very large so even having all 150 guests inside the cocktail area there was plenty of room and space for everyone to walk, mingle, and enjoy.

Wow!! I don't even know where to begin! West Hills was the first venue that I looked at and I fell in love instantly. Not only is the West Hills property GORGEOUS, but I knew I had wanted to get married in an open air tent. Then I met with Mallory, and I knew right then that I needed to book my wedding there. Mallory is AMAZING at what she does and an INCREDIBLE asset to the WHCC. She is knowledgeable, honest, and personable. She made the entire planning process carefree, which is hard to do when you're planning a NY wedding from CT. A week before our wedding, I drove up to NY to have my final meeting with Mallory. I was overwhelmed and had a ton of questions about last minute details. Mallory answered every single one and assured me that I shouldn't worry about anything on the day of the wedding and that their staff would take care of it all. That's one of the things I ABSOLUTELY LOVED about WHCC. They take care of EVERYTHING! From setting up your decorations and centerpieces, to providing champagne while you and your girls get ready in their bridal suite, they don't want you to worry about anything besides getting married! :) On the day of the wedding, my bridesmaids and I got ready in their bridal suite and WHCC provided us with champagne, cheese and crackers, and fruit to munch on throughout the morning. When it was time for pictures, I met Kayla, the head server assigned to my husband and I. She is THE BEST! She held my flowers for me, held my dress up, and even sewed my dress when it ripped during pictures!! Kayla was our go - to girl throughout the entire night. Since we didn't get to enjoy any food during cocktail hour, Kayla had a spread waiting for my husband and I in the bridal suite. She had a cocktail waiting for us at the end of the aisle after our ceremony and replenished our drinks for us the entire night without us even asking. I cannot say enough about all of the things that Kayla did for us that night...she is definitely on top f her game! Roxy, the maître d, was huge in making sure that everything behind the scenes went smoothly. Guests raved about how beautiful the grounds were and how delicious the food was. One guest said that this is the only wedding that he has been to where the servers take drink orders at your table. We are so grateful for all of the staff at West Hills for making our day FLAWLESS! I feel so lucky to have been able to have my wedding at such a 5 - star venue.

Our wedding was a dream come true at West Hills Country Club. From the very first visit I knew it was perfect with its incredible landscape filled with waterfalls, flowers, and green grass for miles! The staff was so easy to work with and made the day stress free. I never once worried that things wouldn't go as scheduled. The staff was so attentive to our needs. From planning with Janelle, Krista, and Mallory to the day of with coordinator Roxy. Roxy and her staff were incredible and my guests had nothing but amazing things to say about them and the food. The food was delicious! Our server made sure that we always took a few bites because it was so busy at times we almost forgot to eat. Roxy was so helpful, her experience made me feel at ease all day. My husband repeatedly said to me, \"they treat us like royalty - this is incredible.\" I think our guests also felt the love as they didn't even need to leave the table or ask for a new drink. We also had a tree nut allergy in the wedding party and they were very accommodating. He is 7 and gets very unsure if food is safe but he had no issues and enjoyed his meal just like everyone else. I cannot say enough great things about West Hills. The atmosphere, food, service, and experience were more than we ever could have imagined. My husband wants to do it all again just because he enjoyed it so much! Thank you Krista, Roxy, and the rest of the staff at West Hills!

We were married October 20th of last year. I waited so long to write our review because we wanted to have the dust settle. Now that we have our album and video, I can tell you how phenomenal West Hills is! We went to West Hills as one of our first venues for our October wedding. Let me tell you, worst decision ever! Every venue we went to after failed in comparison to West Hills. We went on our tour and I knew on the inside this was the place my ceremony and reception would be, but I had to entertain my then fiance's notion that we see more places. After our tour, our lifesaver/consultant/enforcer, Jenelle stayed in constant contact to see where we were at. Choosing West Hills was the best decision, ever! The day of I felt like I was waited on hand and foot. The day was beautiful, our bridal suite was amazing and everything was set up impeccably! When I met Roxy, our maitre'd, she put my mind at ease. Her and her staff were fantastic! We were married 8 months ago and we are still hearing about the food, the service and the location! BEST. DAY. EVER! If you want to feel like your new husband, friends and family are the only people on the planet having great food and flawless service, West Hills is where you want to get married! I wish we could give West Hills a million stars. They were AMAZING. From day one, Mallory was simply incredible. We must have exchanged a few hundred emails over two years. She remembered every detail and conversation. I told her from day one, I could not plan this wedding with out her and boy am I glad I didn't have to. She was incredibly helpful when we had some major issues and literally brought me to tears (of relief!) We can not thank her enough. Kayla and Roxy, our bridal attendant and Maitre D were awesome! Kayla literally waited on me hand and foot. Roxy and her staff - the best I have ever seen at a wedding. SO many compliments from guests about the service. My mom said she was treated like a queen. West Hills really knows and understands service. We got many compliments on the food. I only wish I wasn't so anxious so I could've eaten more. Now we wish someone we know would get married there so we can come back as guests! We love West Hills and will recommend them to any one and every one we know. They are worth every penny. You will not find another venue with the scenery, food and impeccable service offered at West Hills!

Where do I even begin. From the moment we stepped on the property of The West Hills County Club, it just felt like the one. My husband and I had visited probably 20 venues in 3 weeks and West Hills was the last one. The saying \"save the best for last\" rang true. Janelle was amazing from the moment we met her. She answered every question, made every effort to make accommodations for us, and did it all with the most genuine heart. I must have emailed her a billion times and she always got back to the me the same day. She even made room at a tasting for my husband and I, along with both of our parents, that was already sold out. The day of our wedding, it poured. But you never would have known. Every detail was taken care of. Our Maitre D, Roxy, was on top of everything and our own personal person was there with everything I needed. I got ready in the bridal suite at the venue and it was out of a fairy tale. Our ceremony had to be moved inside due to the weather and it was a seamless process from the that, to the cocktail hour, to the reception. I never had to ask were I was going or what was next because everyone was there taking care of me. The food was phenomenal, the drinks was amazing (I gave Janelle my personal recipe for peach sangria and she made it into our signature drink), and the service was impeccable. I wish I could relive my wedding day over and over. And I don't believe we would have had the amazing day that we did at any other venue. Thank you so much to Janelle, Roxy, and everyone else who made that day the best day of our lives. I highly recommend it.

When we first saw the outdoor ballroom at West Hills, we knew that we didn't want to look anywhere else. What we didn't know at that time was how wonderful the entire staff at West Hills Country Club is. The events manager, Mallory, is not only unbelievable at her job but is also so kind, friendly and easy to work with. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Mallory was patient, accommodating, informative, and organized, answering any and every question we had (and there were quite a few!), and fulfilling every request we made. The night of our wedding, our Maitre'd, Roxi and the bridal assistant, Kayla, were both wonderful. Roxi and Kayla were so helpful and attentive for the entire night, making sure we had everything that we could possibly want or need and doing everything to make sure that the night ran smoothly. Every bit of food, from the cocktail hour to dessert, was delicious, and the entire waitstaff was amazing. So many of our guests continue to compliment the food and waitstaff and say how blown away they were about both. Although I am biased, our wedding was fantastic, and everyone at West Hills helped make it happen. The day following our wedding, as everyone chatted about everything, my parents expressed that their only regret was that they had no other children who could also get married at West Hills Country Club!

We are so grateful and happy we chose West Hills as our wedding venue. They truly made our wedding day a memory we will never forget. From the moment we met with Mallory we knew that we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. Literally! She put our minds at ease and was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered every Question (multiple times) and assured us that our wedding day would be flawless . From the moment we stepped on the property at West Hills they treated us like royalty! Nina and Roxy were the absolute best! They worked so hard to make sure that everything was how we envisioned it and were very attentive to us. We got married on 11.6.16 at West Hills. This was probably one of the top ten best decisions in my ENTIRE life. Every single wedding guest raved about the customer service at West Hills. The food, drinks, table side service , the tent and overall appearance of West Hills was exactly what we wanted on our wedding day. Mallory, Roxy and Kayla were the absolute best. Kayla was our personal server and she kept making sure I ate. She and Roxy bustled my dress (combo of American and French bustle) and even sewed it when someone stepped on it and ripped it. I literally had nothing to worry about because West Hills handled everything. They even found a lantern for our Unity Candle when the one we purchased proved to be too small for the candle. West Hills is TOP NOTCH. I would give 100 stars if I could. Thanks so much Mallory, Roxy, Kayla and the entire WHCC Team!!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at West Hills CC last month and couldn't have been happier. West Hills CC was the first venue we looked at and knew we didn't have to look much further...we found our dream spot. The day was perfect from the venue to the weather and the fall color on the trees. Mallory and Janelle made the entire planning process super easy and with minimum stress. They were able to accommodate all our requests and addressed all our concerns. All the items we bought to decorate for the wedding day were set up perfectly. Roxy and Kayla were fabulous and were on top of everything as well as the rest of the staff that day. We had food brought to us in the bridal suite during cocktail hour so we were able to relax before we were introduced. We were also started with our signature cocktail immediately upon arrival to the venue after our ceremony. Kayla knew exactly where to take us for photos on the gold course and took care of every little detail from holding my dress and bouquet, bustling my train, and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was above an beyond what we could have wanted and our guests are still talking about it. Our guests couldn't get over the cocktail hour and were even more impressed with dinner. The chef went above and beyond accommodating our guests allergy and food restriction needs. The wait staff was attentive to every guests and were always one step ahead to keep them happy. West Hills offers so much to a couple and their guests from amazing first class service to a phenomenal backdrop for almost any season. The entire day ran as smooth as possible from the first welcome cocktail, to the sparklers, to the late night munchies going home. West Hills was truly above and beyond what my husband and I had dreamed of. Thank for for the wedding of a lifetime! XOXOXOXOXOXO

Everything at West Hills is beautiful from the grounds to outdoor ballroom. Working with Mallory was painless and she was there to answer every question and take care of our last minute changes. She made our wedding planning process the least stressful as possible. Chef Patrick and his staff were amazing. Our guests are still raving about the food. West Hills has the total package. They truely made our wedding day a dream come true.
