got married at WBM on friday and it was amazing. from the beginning the WBM team was amazing. Ian, Mary and Sandra were amazing and quick to reply. Gary the florist was amazing and helped me have my dream wedding with his amazing and knowledgeable suggestions. Drop off was timely and perfectly arranged. Phil was our maitre di. let me just saying absolutely amazing human being. his attention to detail helped the night run flawlessly. Evelyn was my bridal attendant and there isn’t a way to describe how great she was. my glass was never empty. she reminds me of Mary Poppins and her bag lol. no matter what we needed she pulled it out of her pockets. I love how attentive the staff at WBM is. we’ve had family parties there in the past and will continue to have them. WBM makes everyone feel like family. THEY ARE AMAZING! also food was delicious, drinks were perfectly mixed! we’re still getting texts and phone calls about how amazing westbury manor was! from the elegance of the venue to the delicious food westbury manor is 100000+ out of 10.

Westbury Manor was a joy to work with from start to finish. After our first meeting with Michael we immediately knew this was where we wanted our wedding to be. The staff here was so helpful through the planning process (Michael answered emails within an hour- even on his days off!). I did a lot of decorations on my own and was worried about things not being set up the way I wanted but when the day came everything was PERFECT. We had Phil as our maitre’d and Claudia as our bridal attendant and they were both incredible. Phil made sure the night ran as smooth as possible while Claudia made sure we ate, drank, and had the best time. Phil and Claudia made it the wedding of our dreams and more. We literally could not have asked for a more perfect day.

We had an amazing experience with Westbury Manor! Our wedding this September was smooth thanks to the team. They were professional, organized, and made the process very simple. The day of the wedding Phil the maitre d was fantastic as well as the bridal assistant Claudia, we cannot say enough about the two of them. Westbury Manor made our wedding day a dream come true! Special shout out to Phil Luca the maitre d and bridal assistant Claudia who were the absolute BEST! We toyed around with the idea of a day of planner and I’m really glad we didn’t because with Phil & Claudia, we did not need that! 10/10 would recommend!!!

My husband and I just got married here a few weeks ago, and we would do it all over again. WM is the PERFECT venue. The staff was out of this world. Our maitre'd was the best and was there to help us out as soon as we turned our head. The food was incredible and my guests are still raving about it. The grounds??? Gorgeous! Photos will be beautiful. You can't go wrong with WM!!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Westbury Manor in April and it was truly a dream process and dream day from start to finish. The combination of the venue's charm, reliable hospitality and quality catering really made this the perfect place for us. Also, the dance floor is as big as it looks - you will have plenty of space for dancing, which was super important to us. Everyone we worked with at Westbury Manor, including Mary and Sandra to plan out our special day was very professional and attentive. On the day of, we had Phil as our maî·tre d' and Teresa as my bridal attendant. Both of them were FANTASTIC! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, fed and hydrated the entire night. Phil even helped my mom and sister bustle my dress properly! He was great. Our guests had the most amazing time and couldn't stop telling us how good the food was and how beautiful the room and property was (hint: get the seafood boat and gelato cart as part of your package, you won't regret it). Highly recommend looking at Westbury Manor, it's definitely not your typical \"catering hall\" wedding - it's leaps and bounds beyond that!

There’s one word that comes to mind when I think about our whole experience working with Westbury Manor…Phenomenal!!! To Ian and Sandra, thank you both so much! You both were super helpful, informative, and had great communication. To Phil our Maitre D’, you were beyond helpful and I appreciate you for trying to keep us on schedule. Your knowledge and patience were greatly appreciated. To Evelyn my bridal attendant, you were so on top of your game the whole night. From making sure I was zipped and buttoned up, to ensuring that I ate whenever I had a moment. Whatever I needed you were right there for me. I can’t thank you and Phil enough. What a team! Thank you to all those involved with the food and drinks! Everything was so good that our guests are still talking about it!! Thank you to Gary who did such a beautiful job with the floral arrangements!!! A true gem who was able to guide us in the right direction when it came to which flowers were best, as well as the centerpieces. This is probably the easiest review I’ve ever written. If you’re still searching for a venue, look no further than Westbury Manor!

We held our son's wedding at the WM yesterday and it exceeded all our expectations. It was an amazing day in every way. The gardens were blooming, the peacock was fully feathered, the food was delicious, the staff (Ian, Teresa (Bridal attendant) George, Rodolfo (flowers!) were amazing - professional, warm and accommodating. Everything went off without a hitch and looked beautiful. Could not recommend more highly!

A true gem. Do not pass up on the opportunity to have your wedding at the Westbury Manor. From the first meeting, I knew it was the place for us. The owner is very professional and honest. This is important when picking a venue as you want to work with people who care about the couple and not just the money. The staff obviously values their couples and their job. It is a warm and welcoming atmosphere with staff who have been there years, which is a good sign! I will next start with my experience visiting venues. I searched all over Jersey, Brooklyn, and Long Island. Other venues offered little, the food I could tell would not be quality, the places were cookie cutter looking, and overpriced. The WBM offers what they do not. It's all about the money with most places. When we got to the WBM, I initially was drawn by their professionalism, honesty, and the beauty of the venue. Two men dressed in butler style attire opened the doors for us. There was a live piano player at the bar to the left. The venue is a Victorian Mansion with wood and decoration and paintings. There are old school phone booths to the right. The waiters are also dressed elegantly. I truly stepped back in time! I love the Victorian era. You are not in a typical catering hall here. This might seem minor, but at other places, the bathrooms look like you're at the airport. Not here. The bathrooms were very elegant too. Your guests will be impressed with the fine quality of everything they see as soon as they enter. The manager took us into the garden. It was spectacular. Fountains, greenery, flowers, little ponds, rocks with waterfalls, peacocks, quaint bridges. You just have to see it for yourself. Now, another thing I noticed at other places was if it is raining, there is no beautiful place for cocktail hour. This is important. The WBM has a gorgeous indoor library and also a sunroom with antique, stained glass windows. So do not worry about bad weather, because the cocktail hour will be gorgeous, not in some corner room like I've seen at other weddings with everyone cramped together. One of the most important things about a wedding is the food. The guests said the food was excellent. The recipes are passed down through generations, so it isn't commercial food. Just eat at the restaurant on a day when it is open, and you'll see how excellent the food is. There was so much good food at the cocktail hour, my guests were blown away. They offer many options and stations which is hard to find now. Our wedding was outside in the garden area on a nice, warm day, which made it stunning as well. The experience was out of a movie. My niece thought she was in the Secret Garden and playing. As for the party, it was a lot of fun, the food was raved about, the service was quality, and there were many options for dinner, not just three. That is also a huge plus. Much is included. The cordial bar was fantastic; guests can get cappuccino and other drinks, not just regular coffee like at most places, and the drinks were good too. You can get different desserts. My Maitre'D Phil, and Bridal Attendant, Claudia, were professional and helped us a lot. He helped decorate the cake with my aunt and make the place look beautiful. I would not pass this place up as the quality is hard to find. Also Sandra worked with us towards the end and is the most patient, kind and helpful person. Everyone was great. Thanks Westbury Manor and Jerry for having us!

First off, the second we walked into this venue after touring 5 different venues I knew this was going to be my venue. From the beautiful gardens, to the rustic feel of the venue was one of the many reasons we chose this venue. Everything was immaculate start to finish on our wedding day. We worked along side of Mary and Sandra who both were amazing and so response every step of the way. Anything we needed to make our special day the was we wanted they made sure it happened. The day of our wedding we had Phil as our maître d' and Kelly as my bridal attendant both are exceptional at what they do for a living. They made our wedding run so smoothly, I cannot rave enough about them! DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER TOUR THIS VENUE!!!

Westbury Manor brought our fairytale wedding to life! Got married 3/23/23 and we had such an amazing day. Phil (Maitre D), Evelyn (bridal attendant), and all the staff provided top notch service all night long. They truly will work to ensure your event is everything you dreamed of and more. Many of our guests were surprised at how much food was offered and are still raving about it all - from cocktail hour to dessert. My only regret is that I didn't have time to eat more but everything was delicious. During my venue search, I worried about having to sacrifice my dream wedding just because we were keeping it small. Most traditional venues had 100+ guest minimum but from our initial meeting with Mary, Westbury Manor offered everything a couple could dream of for their special day. We had a smaller event with 60 guests in the upstairs Hill room and could not be happier with how it turned out. The manor has such a warmth and elegance to it that is beyond compare. The rain stopped just in time for us to get our photos throughout the beautiful gardens. Phil went above and beyond to bring my DIY vision to life and handled things with such care and professionalism. No matter what happened, he never missed a beat and put me at ease so that I could actually enjoy the day. Evelyn always kept a drink in my hand, made sure I was okay, helped with my dress, flowers, etc. I am still over the moon and can't wait to go back for future events. Thank you so much to all the hands and hearts that went into making our special day one to remember!

Westbury manor was the first venue we visited and we really liked it from the get go. We visited a few more after that but ultimately decided that WBM was the right price and location for us. We worked with Ian over the course of about a year and a half and he was always very helpful and quick to respond. As our wedding approached we worked with Sandra to finalize the details and really enjoyed working with her as well. I requested Phil to be our Maitre D’ but I’ve heard that everyone is great to work with. Phil and my bridal attendant, Claudia, went above and beyond. Making sure John and I ate, always had a drink, were in the right places at the right times, etc. The manor itself was beautiful. The standard decor they do for the winter was perfect for our wedding. We took some pictures outside in the cold but it was so worth it for the gardens.

We honestly had the most perfect wedding ever this past weekend, 12-10-22. It was everything I ever dreamed of and More! I know a lot of reviews say, no need to worry, you’re in good hands, but at Westbury Manor it is the ultimate truth. We were treated with such care and felt like true royalty since the moment we booked with them. We met with both Ian and Sandra for the planning process and they were helpful and diligent every step of the way. On our wedding day, we arrived early for our reception for pictures and we were instantly greeted by our maitre d and bridal attendant (Phil and Claudia). They assisted with us taking pictures, from carrying my dress to getting us drinks to enjoy ourselves and everything in between. They made sure our bridal party was also taken care of with food and drinks inside. They both went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. I cannot say enough nice things about them both and the venue. There is nothing I would change from our big day.

don’t even know where to start. I had my wedding on 11/27/22. It was really a fairytale. The night was magical. It was incredible from start to finish. As soon as I arrived I felt like royalty. I had the honor of having the most AMAZING maitre d, Phil and my attendant Teresa. They were a dynamic duo. Freaking impeccable team!!!! Where ever I turned they were there. They completely understood the assignment. I never had to lift a finger or ask a question. They just knew what to do and it’s like they were psychic and read my mind the whole duration of my wedding. Wow. Literally blown away by the 5 star service. It was elegant and Hollywood just how I wanted!!! Execution was perfect. Everything was unbelievable. A total dream. I thank Westbury Manor for giving me the wedding of my dreams!!!!! Everyone had a blast. My husband and I are beyond pleased, the whole process was just the best. Thank you guys sooooooooooooooooo much!!!!!!!

We had our wedding at Westbury Manor earlier this fall, and we couldn’t be more grateful that we found such a wonderful venue. From the facilities to the staff, we really couldn’t have asked for better. The venue was absolutely breathtaking, with its interior design and outdoor waterfalls, bridges, and gazebos. The cuisine and services provided were top-notch. Our guests had a spectacular time at our wedding! Several of them raved to us about the quality and quantity of the food!Our banquet managers Mike and Sandra were incredibly responsive, kind, and thorough. Our wedding was stressful, but they helped to smooth out the process from beginning to end. Since the staff worked together for decades, their team was very efficient and detail-oriented. They dealt with any requests that we had with ease and understanding, which we greatly and sincerely appreciated. We can’t rave enough about Phil and Claudia, who were our Maitre D’ and Bridal Attendant respectively. Phil was so on top of everything on the wedding day, from finding our family for photos to making sure our ceremony and reception were on time. His leadership and coordination saved us so much time and stress. Claudia was a godsend; she was with us the entire time, making sure we had drinks and food, as well as handling any and all needs we had. Their presence calmed us at a time when everything was hectic and we are forever grateful to them for being with us on that day. If you’re reading this, thank you both so much!We highly, HIGHLY recommend them for any wedding or event. They are the very best in the industry!

If you want your wedding to be the most talked about event in your friends' and families lives, Westbury Manor is your venue! We got married three weeks ago and both my parents and in laws have friends who are STILL raving! Everything was exceptional: food, service, the grounds and the Manor itself! Our Maitre'd was Phil and bridal attendant was Evelyn (also my daughter's name so I felt the stars really aligned!). Phil and Evelyn were amazingly attentive. They are the epitome of professional. I was seconds from walking down the aisle realizing, how are the strings going to know how to change the song? How will I know if Evelyn is done fluffing my dress? They were like, don't worry, we got it under control! Westbury Manor goes above and beyond, more than any other venue we toured or heard about from others. They literally take care of everything and will not steer you wrong! I'm not someone who likes being the center of attention but Westbury Manor makes me want to do it all again!

We were married at Westbury Manor on 10/29/22 and the entire experience was out of a dream. I have nothing negative to say. George and Claudia took care of us like we were family. Leading up to the day, Sandra was always ready and available to help me with any questions I might have. You can tell the staff really wants to make your day perfect. The gardens provide a beautiful ceremony spot and tons of photo opportunities - my guests have been posting photos nonstop ever since. And the food was spectacular! After over a year of wedding planning and dealing with tons of stress, the entire staff made sure we were able to just relax the day of. I wish I could relive the entire day over again. Booking Westbury Manor is a no brainer - you are in amazing hands!

The beautiful Westbury Manor gave me the wedding of my dreams!! Since the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. The whole team made us feel so important and right at home. The gardens and lavish decor made us fall in love right away as we booked with them as fast as we could. Mike Jannotte was our coordinator and he was so sweet, professional, easy to talk to and the literal BEST person to help me plan my wedding!! We can't thank him enough :). The food is absolutely AMAZING!! We even dine in the Polo Lounge on the regular and have the best service at the restaurant! Now fast forward to September 18 and we literally had the most INCREDIBLE and MAGICAL wedding of our lives :). Sandra and Theresa were so wonderful in making the day go smoothly and our guests RAVED about the decor, gorgeous gardens and beautiful flowers put together by Gary the Florist. EVERYONE LOVED the food and desserts, and especially the beautiful cocktail hour :). I'm just sooooon happy with how everything went! A stunning, elegant venue (inside & out) and a staff that makes things run so effortlessly on one of the most special days of your life! They offer 7 main entree dishes for your guests to choose from and offer one hell of a cocktail hour! If you are lucky enough to get Phil as your maitre d and Kelly as your bridal attendant, I can guarantee you will have a great day! Kelly was extremely helpful, sweet, and was always there when I needed a drink or a tissue. Phil is a marvel at his job and pays attention to every little detail you have prepared for this day! As your wedding day is typically filled with enough anxiety as it is, we could breathe a little more knowing Phil had our backs to walk us through the entire day and keep our 20 person bridal party (and moms) focused & happy. We were treated like royalty and saw nothing else but a smile from him the second we met! I cannot thank Phil & Kelly enough for making this day amazing, as well as the in-house florist Gary for giving our bridal party & guests some amazing bouquets and table arrangements. The Westbury Manor is the crown jewel of the Long Island wedding scene but also one of the best venues out there! My wife and I were married on May 7, 2022 at this beautiful establishment. From the moment our wedding guests entered, it was like they were transported into a dream. Everything from the food; the ambience; and the wonderful staff has been all anyone can talk about since our wedding a few months ago. Sandra was our maître d and the VIP our our show. She worked hand-in-hand with our wedding coordinator and I cannot see how our wedding would've ran any smoother without her much needed help! Everything at the manor was breathtaking and I'm glad we went with them for our big day!

What can I really say about this venue but in short - AMAZING. We had our wedding here on July 8th and the staff at Westbury Manor was so wonderful to us. The gardens and inside of the manor house are gorgeous, the service is impeccable, and the food was delicious. We did have to pay a $250 fee to do our first look/bridal party photos onsite before the church, but it was totally worth it. From the moment we arrived, we felt taken care of. Phil, the maitre’d made sure we were comfortable and fed, and checked in on us constantly to make sure we were happy. Theresa, my bridal attendant was the sweetest, helping to carry my cathedral length veil, made sure we had drinks and food, and did both my bustles (I had 2 dresses) in a flash. Our guests couldn’t have been happier with the food and atmosphere and communication was so simple. When I asked for pigs in a blanket for cocktail hour, it was no problem. When I wanted to bring in Haitian rum for one of our signature drinks, also no problem. They worked with my planner seamlessly to make sure everything went exactly as we wanted. We really hope someone we know gets married here soon so we can attend as guests!! I’m proud to say that I did have food at my own wedding but not nearly as much as I wanted due to running around lol. We did have delicious leftovers packed for us at the end!! They even allowed us to take our time leaving, despite our party ending at midnight, we didn’t hustle out till at least 12:30pm. We really felt like family, which we loved.

Westbury manor is a beautiful place for a wedding. Mary was amazing and helpful in planning my daughters special day! The atmosphere food and staff were friendly and professional! We ran into a problem with guests getting Covid the week of wedding and 13 people had to cancel! We reached out to jerry Scotto via email and phone call! My husband spoke to him and he said he couldn’t do anything to make up for canceled guests! Instead he included the photographer and photo both people who are usually complementary in our count of guests! They usually eat for free if they are part of Westbury Manor. They also included two 2year olds in the count! I think they could of given us an extra exit station or something else to make up for the quests which had to cancel at last minute due to Covid! The wedding was beautiful and everyone did have a great time. Just think Jerry could of given a little extra for amount of people that had to cancel!

Philip Lucatoro was the banquet manager and on behalf of my whole family we don’t have enough nice things to say. Philip and his team were there for us and by the end of the night he felt like family. And shout out to the bridal assistant Teresa for taking care of me. The venue was stunning as you know if you booked there in particular outside, they even opened cocktail hour early for us as our guests had arrived early. We also booked with Michael and he was great to work with throughout the months leading up and was there to answer all of our questions.

We got married on April 7th, 2022 and it was the absolute best day of our entire lives! We got so many compliments from our guests for the food, atmosphere, absolutely every last detail! Special thanks to our maitre d Phil and Bridal Attendant Susan. Phil went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful. My husband’s button fell off his tux 5 minutes before the ceremony and Phil came to the rescue and sewed it back on in no time! He was so wonderful coordinating our day and we were so grateful to have him. Also special thanks to our Bridal Attendant Susan. An absolute sweetheart, she was there whenever we needed her, from placing my bustle, getting us food from cocktail hour, making sure I wasn’t cold when we were taking pictures, keeping our glasses full! She was always there and we are so grateful for all her help she was truly amazing! We absolutely loved both Phil and Susan they made our day picture perfect! We love the Westbury Manor. My parents got married here 32 years ago and we were told everything was as beautiful then as now. We would recommend this venue to everyone ten times over. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the best day of our lives!!!

We loved Westbury Manor so much we had two receptions in a year! We had a small dinner party in March of 2021, it was small, intimate and perfect! We recently had our big wedding (2/20/22) and it was just as perfect! PHIL was our Maitre’d and he went above and beyond for us! Anything we needed or wanted he got for us right away. Most of the time we didn’t even have to ask! KELLY and ANGIE were our bridal attendants. They were so helpful and always there for anything and everything. The entire staff was amazing. The food was amazing and everyone said how great everything was. My French fry bar exceeded my expectations! My only regret of the night was not spending the entire cocktail hour eating French fries! Thankfully PHIL, KELLY, and ANGIE made a sample platter for us to enjoy so we could still talk to all our guests while enjoying everything cocktail hour had to offer. Everything about this place is perfect! The inside is beautiful, the outside grounds are beautiful all year round, and the staff goes above and beyond for you from the second you walk in the door! From booking the wedding with IAN, and all our appointments with SANDRA leading up to the wedding. We had the best time and made such great memories we will keep with us forever. I can’t say enough good things about Westbury Manor! I just had my daughter’s bridal shower there and it was wonderful. Everyone that works there are a pleasure to deal with! Planning the event was so easy with Lana. They are so amenable. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff had everything set up as I asked and there was A LOT of stuff. Philip the Maitre d was beyond. He was so easy going, but completely on top of everything. By the end of day we were “family”. I have hosted many events over the years and I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had with a venue. They are so nice and you get quality food and top notch service! We had our wedding reception at the Westbury Manor on March 11, 2022. We had originally planned on the wedding reception to take place on March 28, 2020 but due to COVID we had to postpone two times! The staff at the Manor worked with us over the past three years (Mary and Ian were remarkably helpful in our rescheduling process). The manor was easy to work with to cater the room to fit our needs and desires. Our Maitre D' Phil was the best. He was always by our side guiding us through the night's festivities and treating us like royalty. Our Bridal attendant, Susan, made our bride feel comfortable and was extremely professional. We highly recommend the Westbury Manor for your wedding because of the amazing staff and the beautiful grounds.

I didn’t have my wedding here but have attended/planned many of my family celebrations and events. Recently, I assisted in planning my cousins graduation party and the service was beyond unimaginable from beginning to end. First, we coordinated planning with Ian who was great at helping us plan menus and offering the best deals!! On the day of, Phil was the maitre’d and was very attentive throughout the whole celebration, making sure we had all our requests met. He had the sharpest eye for detail and helped make the entire event spectacular! He helped finesse our DIY centerpieces and decorated the cake and placecard table! He was funny, professional, and personable making sure the party flowed smoothly. He made sure I never had an empty drink on hand. The waitstaff was also very attentive and nice!! More importantly, the food never fails at Westbury Manor. The crab cake hor d’ourves were DELICIOUS!! My husband and I split the filet mignon and stuffed shrimp which was AMAZING!!! Westbury manor also never fails with the endless photo ops with the most gorgeous gardens and elegant landscapes. You will not be disappointed (or hungry) if you have a party at westbury manor! Their service, food and ambiance compares to no other venue out there.

We were finally married at Westbury Manor on 1/30/22 in the afternoon. This was our 4th wedding date. Due to the pandemic and a blizzard, we went from 6/6/20 to 1/30/21 to 1/29/22 and finally landed on 1/30/22. Westbury was incredible to work with. They helped us seamlessly move the dates and were always there to answer any questions or concerns we had along the way. Ian was hugely helpful from the start of our journey with Westbury and was a big part of our decision to work with this amazing venue from the very start. After finally getting through multiple postponements throughout the pandemic to celebrate our Wedding day, a major Nor'easter was forecasted for the day of our Wedding on 1/29/22. We received a phone call from Jerry Scotto, strongly advising us to postpone again. Our hearts sank. We quickly inquired if there was any availability on Sunday 1/30/22 to which Jerry stated there was an afternoon spot available. With one day's notice, Jerry's candid honesty helped us through a very difficult and challenging situation and decision, especially after what we had been through. Westbury shifted our entire Wedding Day, the day we had been waiting so long to celebrate and it was more perfect, and more beautiful, than we could have ever possibly dreamed of! We had been working with Sandra in the weeks leading up to the Wedding and she was there with us on our Wedding Day throughout the entirety of the party. Her genuine compassion, kindness and true whole-hearted hospitality and care guided us through a seamless day. Susan was our bridal attendant. Susan's kindness, patience, attentiveness and dedication allowed us to have such a wonderful experience at Westbury Manor from start to finish. Susan graciously helped me with my dress when I needed to head up the stairs, or into the restroom, and bustled my dress up so beautifully and quickly. Susan made sure we enjoyed all of the delicious food throughout our Wedding, and we truly did. The variety, quality and amount of food served at our Wedding was unbelievable. From start to finish, from cocktail hour to dessert, even the chocolate fountain was amazing! Our guests were well fed, taken care of, happy, comfortable and never wanted for anything. The service was impeccable. The Manor made our signature drinks to perfection! We can attest to an absolutely beautiful canvas for a true Winter wonderland Wedding. Throughout the party, the room's lighting was consistently adjusted, which actually made it feel like evening time. We felt so lucky as it felt like we had the best of both worlds, a beautiful day time afternoon party, combined with the evening feeling! It was amazing! Each room in the Manor is more captivating than the next. When we entered the Manor Room before our reception began, I couldn't believe my eyes. The staff at Westbury Manor decorated the space, personalized for us with the items we brought! We worked with Gary for flowers at the Westbury Manor, and his talent for creating the most beautiful floral arrangements for every one of our tables, and for our bouquets and boutonnieres was absolutely incredible. The flowers on our Wedding cake were also so perfect and beautiful! Gary drove out in the snow the next morning, and hand delivered all of our flowers! The professionalism of this venue and every possible aspect of it is unmatched. We will never forget this day for the rest of our lives. We are so grateful to Westbury Manor! Thank you SO much for everything!

After postponing our wedding reception 3 times due to COVID, we finally had our wedding reception at Westbury Manor on January 22, 2022! After working with Ian and the staff at Westbury Manor since July 2019, we can easily say that they truly do take care of their clients and the couples that book weddings with them. They got hit hard with COVID but they handled working with us with grace and understanding. On the big day, we had Sandra as our Maitre D. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took care of everything and made the night flow so smoothly. Sandra was so friendly and thoughtful. She eased my stress (and my mother’s too!). My Bridal Attendant was Kelly and she had an Assistant with her, also named Kelly. Both ladies were two steps ahead of me.. thinking of things that I would need before I knew I needed it! They were all so sweet, accommodating and thoughtful. They are true professionals!The cocktail hour and the reception main courses blew our guests away! When we talk to our guests, they ALL mention how great the food was. They couldn’t believe MORE food was being served. From all of the cocktail hour stations, 7 main course selections, Ice Cream Bar, to the Hot Pretzel and Zeppole To Go Station, our guests were being very well taken care of! The room size fit perfectly with the amount of people that came on that night. The 2 bars inside the main room were so helpful. There never was a line and no one had to leave the room to get a drink! It definitely helped keep everyone inside the room and dancing too!We took beautiful “wintery” pictures outside on the grounds. It looked like a magical winter wonderland and our pictures outside came out beautifully. My husband and I will always be so thankful that we chose Westbury Manor for our wedding reception. The staff worked tirelessly to make our night perfect. To anyone looking to book with Westbury Manor.. You will not regret your decision!

I just had my wedding at Westbury Manor last Friday and it was seriously the most perfect day. I always thought it was corny when people say their wedding was the best day of their life but it really was. Phil was our Maitre'D and Evelyn was our bridal assistant and they both were AMAZING. I wanted to take both of them home with me. They were so kind and helped SOOO much--I didn't have a day of coordinator and you certainly don't need one with a dream team like Phil and Evelyn. My grandma is still talking about Phil and how much she loves him LOL. Evelyn was so helpful to me, getting me drinks without me even asking and helping me go to the bathroom multiple times during the night! But the venue itself--wow. It was more beautiful than I could have imagined. So many guests told us how amazing the food was. I admittedly didn't eat dinner because of all the adrenaline but Phil and Evelyn wrapped up our dinners for us and when we had it the next day, the filet mignon was still soooooo tender and cooked perfectly. My parents also had their wedding here so it was extra special for us but I am so blown away and will never forget this day. Thank you WBM!!

On January 8th, we held my daughter’s baby shower at the Westbury Manor. It was absolutely perfect. From the initial booking stage with MARY, through the execution day of, Westbury Manor was available to help and advise through every aspect and detail of the planning process. Emails were answered promptly, phone calls were addressed immediately, and JERRY SCOTTO made it a point to include his input and influence over the course of time. He also made it a point to come into the room prior to the start of the event to make sure we were happy and everything was as promised. Of course the actual day of could not have gone off as flawlessly without the expertise of our Maitre d’, PHIL who was such an integral part of our affair. He was hands on from start to finish and was a complete joy to work with. His professionalism, outgoing personality, and addressing of working staff set the tone for a stress free, fun filled day for all who attended. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and replenished quickly. Executive CHEF TONY, you are AMAZING! A very heartfelt thank you to the other Senior Managers, GEORGE and JOAQUIM who not only stopped by to make sure set-up and break down went smoothly, but who also assisted in helping our guests carry in gifts and helped us bring everything to our cars on exit. Another thank you as well to the Corporate Director, LANA who worked with me by telephone and email as we are from out of town. Her expertise made the paperwork and drop-off a breeze. In closing, the ENTIRE staff (receptionists, hostesses, coat check, waiters/waitresses, and bartender) at The Manor was welcoming and helpful from start to finish and our guests could not stop raving about the service. Of course once again, none of this would be possible without the direct supervision and overseeing of the Westbury Manor owner, JERRY SCOTTO, who has in the past, and continues to this day, to set the bar for catering standards in the industry. My sincere thanks to ALL of you!

I got married on 11/23/2021. It was a great experience! Mike is great, very patient. I did not like working with Sandra, she acted judgmental and rude and times and it made the process a very unhappy one for me. Evelyn made my wedding vision come true! But I was disappointed that she did not put out the paper games I asked her to, and she also did not encourage people to take part in signing the guest books so not everyone signed them. Other than that, the food is amazing!!! The venue is beautiful, and it was a day i will never forget.

Westbury Manor helped make our wedding into a phenomenal event! Like many others, we postponed our wedding in 2020 to 2021. Despite the setback, the switch to the new date was mostly seamless. Phil and Evelyn were incredibly accommodating on the day of the event - they helped guide us and our family for the ceremony and many photoshoots as well as made sure we never had an empty glass. They helped coordinate the many vendors that were onsite that day. The food was phenomenal and everyone walked away happy and full. I can't recommend Westbury Manor enough for your next event!

Westbury Manor was a beautiful venue for my daughters wedding. The cocktail hour was so nice. I was nervous about hearing the highway traffic, but you really don’t hear anything when the gardens are full with people and the fountains are on and music is playing. The staff was very nice and accommodating through the whole process. My only negative is how they advertise “only one wedding at a time”. There may only be one wedding, but that is not to say there is only one event. The evening of my daughters wedding the venue hosted a Greek style christening upstairs, which went to 11-11:30 pm. This event was next to the bridal suite. At one point I went up to the bridal suite and underage girls from the christening were tasting the champagne left for us in the suite. The bridal party had their phones, wallets, etc up there. After I complained they locked the bridal suite so we couldn’t even get to it unless we found a bridal attendant. We also thought that the bathroom connected to the suite was for our use. Unfortunately it was for the use of the upstairs party. It was a small bathroom as it is, so if the girls went up to use the bathroom and touch up makeup they couldn’t use the bathroom since there were always others using it. I would still recommend Westbury Manor, but I would get some kind of assurance that there would be no upstairs party going on at the same time.

Thankfully we were one of the lucky couples that didn't have to postpone our day due to COVID, but we still had concerns as our day drew closer and everyone at Westbury were more than helpful alleviating our concerns. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our day went off without a hitch. My bridal attendants Susan and Johana were absolute angels! They made sure my bridal party and I were well taken care of and they anticipated everything we needed and had it ready before we even had to ask! I would never have made it through the day without them. Our maitre d was George and he was the most incredible sweetheart! He was cool, calm, collected, and charismatic; the absolute definition of the the ultimate professional. George made sure everything was taken care of, was always asking if there was anything he could do to take things off our plate, and kept the whole day running smoothly like a well oiled machine. Every single one of our guests went out of their way to make sure they told us what a wonderful time they had. Everyone raved about the unbelievable cocktail hour, the delicious food at the reception, and the absolutely stunning grounds where the ceremony took place. My husband and I truly felt like family at Westbury Manor and cannot wait to go back to enjoy a dinner at the Polo Lounge or even attend a wedding as a guest! If you have any hesitation in having your special day here, please go ahead and make sure you do! It will be the best decision you ever make.

As soon as we walked into the Westbury Manor we knew it was the venue for us. The mansion is stunning, the garden is flawless, and the food is incredible. We had the pleasure of having Phil as our maître d and he literally was so attentive, our glasses were never empty and he made sure we had everything we needed from beginning to end. I literally cannot say enough good things about him. Evelyn was our other attendant and she made sure my hair, dress, and veil were on point the whole day. They both were so amazing we really cannot be more grateful. They both deserve 100 stars. The entire night was absolutely perfect in every way we could have imagined. Our ceremony was meant to be outside and was fully set up but it started to rain - Phil, Evelyn worked super quick to move the ceremony inside and despite us feeling uneasy about it as we had our hearts set on outside it was INSANELY BEAUTIFUL inside and we at the end of the day were happier with the inside setup. It truly was the best night of our lives.

We got married at Westbury Manor on 9/19/21 and the whole experience was perfect. We booked back in early 2019 with Ian, but like everyone else, we decided to postpone our 2020 wedding to 2021. The thought of postponing was so stressful, but Ian and Westbury Manor made it so easy and I had all our vendors shifted to our new date all in one day and the stress was gone. Ian, Sandra, and Lana were all there to answer any questions I had along the way. As for the day of the wedding, I couldn’t ask for a more perfect day. Phil was our maitre D and Kelly was our bridal attendant and they are both AMAZING. They made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so at ease. Plus, we actually got to eat during our cocktail hour. All of the food food is amazing including the cake from Francesco’s. I’m still dreaming about the take home zeppoles and hot chocolate I had on the ride home. Everyone and everything at Westbury Manor is amazing. Definitely book here!

My husband and I got married here on 8/13/21, and everything was perfect. We had to postpone our original date in 2020 due to covid, and while the situation was very disappointing and not ideal, Westbury Manor worked with us and reassured everything would go as planned. The staff went above and beyond to make our day special, and while they obviously host events and weddings all the time, while you are there, they make you feel like YOUR day is the most special. I have never had such amazing service, I felt like a queen! Phil, our maitre de, and Kelly my bridal attendant, waited on me and my husband hand and foot. If we needed anything at all, we just asked and they fulfilled. They made sure that we mingled during cocktail hour, but also made sure that we got to try the delicious food from our spread! They prepared us plates with EVERYTHING imaginable from cocktail hour, and made sure we sat down to eat, which gave my husband and I a minute to ourselves, which I truly appreciated. The food from cocktail hour and dinner was amazing. Drinks were constantly flowing. The day went absolutely seamlessly. I cannot wait to be back there, whether it's to eat at the Polo Lounge or for another celebration. Thank you to the entire Westbury Manor staff for providing the structure for the best wedding ever.

Should you get married anywhere- GET MARRIED HERE. I have had every event so for my now, husband and I, LOVED IT. We dealt with Ian to start off with, he is amazing and wants to make sure that your vision works. We worked with Lana and Sandra- both incredibly responsive and amazing. Everyone wants you to walk out of there happy. The fact we were planning all of this throughout COVID needless to say, they made things so easy and so so seamless. For our flowers, we used the flowers at the Westbury Manor and Gary is also not short of AMAZING. He knew exactly what I wanted, with the very few words that I was using. I am not a flowers girl but he nailed it and I loved everyone's flowers. I could not have been happier to see our final look from the cocktail hour to reception. Day of we had the BEST bridal attendant, Kelly, and Maître D' was Phil. BLOWN AWAY. They kept us happy and moving the whole whole time. They were so attentive, so easy to work with, and whatever we needed they were there. If anyone is able to help you with your needs- they are the BEST DUO to have! REQUEST THEM!! You will not even know if anything even goes wrong that night. They stayed with us from the moment we arrived until my very late night meltdown to make sure that we were happy. You will not be wrong choosing the venue. The food, decor, all staff- AMAZING. All staff is wearing a mask and all staff more than attentive. I fell head over heels for Westbury manor from the beginning, this was the only venue we looked at because we didn’t need to look anywhere else. Their team was amazing coaching us through every obstacle and was there for us every step of the way. Evelyn and Susan, thank you for being the BEST and most attentive. They made our wedding so amazing, helping us coordinate through the day and being there for ANYTHING we needed. As for the rest of team thank you, our wedding was amazing thanks to you. What a magical and majestic place to have a wedding!

TL;DR: Food is incredible; Dance floor is gorgeous; get the Viennese Hour - you won't regret it; Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Yes to mac and cheese barEverything about our wedding day was incredible, and that's a huge part on the venue. The grounds are breathtaking - we were able to have our cocktail hour and viennese hour on the patio outside - guests absolutely loved the food! I did as well - had the duck for dinner. The staff is always super helpful and pleasant, especially on the big day! My bridal attendant was amazing- she helped me out when I wasn't feeling great from the heat - we were taking photos outside, with my heavy dress, in 93+ degree temps!

We had our wedding 8/12/21 and I give Westbury Manor a 10/10! From the day we booked our venue in 2018 they have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. Like many brides I was supposed to get married in 2020. Ian put my mind at ease answering my many questions for an entire year! As my day got closer we had so many last minute changes but everyone I spoke with was there to help. Our Maître D was Joaquin, he was the best! He was so attentive from the moment we got there. We got married in the hottest day of the year and he was right by our sides to make sure we had enough water and were comfortable. An hour before our ceremony was supposed to start it began to rain, I was beside myself but Joaquin pulled us aside and told us once it stopped he’s going to have the crew dry off the seats with a leaf blower. Thankfully the rain stopped and it looked like nothing ever happened, I was so impressed by his professionalism. Madelyn was my bridal attendant and she was such a sweetheart. She helped me with my dress the entire night making sure it looked perfect and made sure I was comfortable throughout the day. During cocktail hour she set up a small private table for me and my husband to enjoy the food. During every meal she gave me multiple napkins on my dress to ensure I didn’t spill anything. We had our three month old with us and Joaquin and Madelyn took great care of him and his babysitter. I thought he’d be in the bridal suite for the night but they set them up in the library room for them. People are still raving about the food, the only thing my guests had to say was ‘the food was amazing’I don’t think I could thank everyone at Westbury Manor enough for everything they’ve done, not just for my wedding day but for an entire year of uncertainty. I will recommend this as a wedding venue to anyone who asks. My wedding day was perfect and it was a huge thanks to them!

We had our wedding at Westbury Manor last night, 09/04/2021. Our wedding was originally booked for 09/2020, and of course we had to reschedule. Ian and Jerry were very accommodating during the very stressful experience of having to postpone a wedding by an entire year and they worked with us to ensure that we would be satisfied with our reschedule.The night of the wedding was truly magical. Westbury Manor is a gorgeous venue. Our guests were all in awe of the beauty of a cocktail hour in the gorgeous gardens, and they were amazed at the large and delicious selection of food to graze on during cocktail hour. The whole set up was perfect. We had the ceremony under the smaller metal gazebo, and it was everything I had hoped for. There was plenty of light which was very important considering our ceremony was after sunset. The floral arrangements that Westbury Manor provided for the gazebo topper and aisle runners were absolutely beautiful. Our reception itself was in the Manor Room, which fit our 110 guests, photo booth, and flower wall photography section very well. The portions at the reception were very generous and the food was great. Westbury Manor also was very accommodating and procured Glatt Kosher meals for several guests, which I was assured by those guests was also delicious. Finally, we decided to do the Grand Viennese Tables (these are SO WORTH IT). They filled the entire Conservatory with table upon table heaped with scrumptious desserts! Overall, the ambiance and the food was amazing and all of our guests were extremely impressed.Phil was our Maître D' and he was truly an angel. He made sure the whole event ran smoothly and helped us to coordinate everything. He was there every step of the way to alleviate our concerns and stress and to help calm us down and reassure us. Thanks to Phil, the whole evening went off without a hitch, and he was truly a pleasure to work with.Kelly was the bridal attendant, and she was very attentive and helpful. She helped me with not one, but two wardrobe malfunctions. She was able to sew up a tear in the tulle of my dress which I had snagged during photos and before the party started. She also helped save the day when one of my arm straps ripped off the front of my dress after some vigorous dancing. She's very experienced and was a big help in calming us both down, making sure we had a chance to eat and drink, and just overall taking care of us and making sure we could focus on having a good time without having to worry about anything.In short, our wedding at Westbury Manor was absolutely magical. It was like something straight out of a fairy tale. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff that made our big day extra special for us! - The New Mr. and Mrs. Yankov

We had originally booked the Westbury Manor for February 14th, 2021, but due to the pandemic we had to reschedule for August 21st, 2021. Since, the beginning, we worked with Ian and he was very kind and flexible in meeting our needs for our wedding. Through out the pandemic, Ian would check-in with us, keeping us updated on all the COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions, and always giving us hope that we would still be able to have the wedding that we wanted. When we reached out to Ian in regards to our concerns about not being able to meet the minimum guest requirements due to COVID, he was able to lower our minimum guest requirement not once, but twice!!!! Ian, you truly are amazing and we are so glad we met with you when we first toured the WM back in 2019. Towards the date of the wedding, we worked closely with Sandra. Sandra was amazing in helping us finalize the small details of our wedding and giving us a run down of how the wedding day would flow. She even got back to me after I left voicemails when we had last minuets to make for our wedding. She was patient and it was a pleasure working with her!We worked with Gary, the Manor florist. He did an AMAZING job with out centerpieces! Everything came out exactly as was planned, including our wedding cake because we had wanted flowers on it as well. Now we arrive to our wedding day. Our wedding was on August 21st, 2021. Hurricane Henri was expected to touch down on Long Island that day. Naturally, I was anxiously hoping that it would not rain, as we wanted our ceremony to be outside. Thankfully we were able to take pictures outside and the weather held up....until our ceremony. It began to rain as soon as I got up unto the altar!!! Thankfully, our matire'd Phil, and Bridal Attendant Kelly were there to the rescue! They brought out umbrellas for myself and some guests that were getting wet outside, and even though our ceremony was cut short due to the hurricane, Phil and Kelly were able to manage the change smoothly, and it was smooth sailing for our wedding. As soon as I arrived to the WM, I was greeted by Phil, who brought me up to the bridal suite and gave us champagne as we got prepped. Our bridal party was definitely taken care of! Phil and Kelly were always by our sides to make sure that we had everything that we needed, from drinks, to fixing up my bustle, to helping me change into flip flops after my feet were hurting (thank you Kelly!). Phil was a true MVP! When he found out the bar didn't have limoncello, he went and found me limoncello from the restaurant! Kelly was also an MVP as she helped me in the bathroom and getting out of my dress for that purpose. Honestly, Phil and Kelly, we are glad we had you to help us during our wedding, you guys rock! If you can ask for them, I most definitely would!The WM staff at the end of it all felt like family to us! We would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married. They have amazing customer service and AMAZING food!!!. And they were able to host our wedding during a HURRICANE!!! I can't say that other venues would have done that. Thank you WM for making our wedding an incredible and unforgettable night! We had booked the Westbury Manor for 2020, due to COVID we had to reschedule for 2021. Throughout the pandemic, our Banquet Manager, Ian was very flexible and accommodating. During the process of rescheduling and reviewing our final numbers, Ian went above and beyond to accommodate us in any way he could. The bridal attendant, Sandra, was AMAZING, she was very attentive during the entire event to our every need. Our Maitre d’, was George. George was super personable and was very helpful. However, there were many times throughout the event that we were looking for him and he was nowhere to be found. He made sure to come around in the end to collect his tip. The food was good, it was not great. The food should have tasted as wonderful as it did when we initially had went for the tasting. Many people had let us know that the steak entree was not cooked to their liking, many were cooked to incorrect temperatures. We would have liked screens/guards over the food outside as there were bees swarming by the sushi bar. There was not a server behind the sushi bar, and the cooked shrimp were placed in a regular vessel and not in the ice clam shell as discussed when we initially went to review the contract. Westbury Manor had the nerve to hand out tip envelopes and wrote what the Maitre' D and Bridal attendant should get as a suggested tip. Who deserves a tip and how much is up to the customer, not up to the venue. Our florist, Gary, made some beautiful flower arrangements! Our guests were raving about the colors and the arrangements. The grounds looked well-kept and the space itself was nicely decorated with flowers. We would have liked a more detailed breakdown of pricing at the beginning when we first met instead of finding out closer to the event about prices that were never discussed. Gary charged us for 3 boutineers and 3 corsage flowers and a bouquet of flowers for as the same price as two tables worth of flowers. He did this because he initially had priced it for 16 tables and we ended up with 14 tables in the end. We found this out way too late to search for another vendor it was not worth it at all to go with the personal flowers. Gary was also in charge of placing the flowers for our cake. Although the flowers looked beautiful it was not what was discussed at our first meeting it was supposed to be a spread of different flowers around the cake not 4 roses, one on each layer, what a disappointment. The guests were already arriving and it was too late to request the additional flowers/adjustments. When the reception was over Gary came out in jeans, and a tee shirt walking the floor seeing how everything look, he started picking food off of our plates with his hands on the sweetheart table. I saw him myself as well as guests also told me that they saw him doing this. This was uncalled for and disrespectful, this is the hospitality industry everyone should act professional. If a health inspector walked in the establishment and saw an employee doing this the establishment would be fined. Overall it was a good event, some employees were great and went above and beyond and others need work. COVID is not an excuse for staff and having them know what should be done.

From the initial planning two years ago, to easily rescheduling due to the pandemic, to the night of, Westbury Manor was an amazing vendor to work with. Ian was super personable and quick to get in touch with us. The planning team leading up to the night was great, especially the week before the wedding when I was at my most stressed. The night of, I have never felt so attended to. Phil was an incredible Maitre'D, making sure we had everything we needed, leading the rehearsal, keeping us fed and repeatedly fixing my broke bustle. Kelly, the bridal attendant, was so attentive and present that I felt very taken care of. My guests had an incredible time and raved about the food from cocktail hour to dessert. Thank you all so much for making our (second) wedding so memorable!

We got married at the Westbury Manor on August 1 of this year and we literally could not say enough amazing things about the venue. From the very first time we saw the venue with Mary, through to the very end of the night on our wedding day with Phil and Madelyn, we felt so taken care of. They treat the guests and clients like family. We had a multi-cultural wedding and the entire staff bent over backwards for us to have exactly what we dreamed of. And they helped us plan out special touches like a place for guests to pray and ordering halal meat. And then, on our wedding day, there was literally nothing that we had to worry about. From the moment we stepped on the venue, we were greeted immediately by Madelyn, Phil, Ian, and Mary. Everyone knew exactly what our timeline was and perfectly orchestrated every last detail. Words cannot describe how incredible the day was. Phil (maitre d') and Madelyn (bridal attendant) were beyond EXCELLENT. We cannot thank them enough and our entire wedding party was blown away by the hospitality and organization. The entire night was absolutely perfect- we wouldn't change one thing. And we both still have guests texting us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to and fawning over how gorgeous the property was. We couldn't agree more. We are thrilled that we chose Westbury Manor and would choose it again and again in a heartbeat. And I wish that we could relive the night over and over again. Thank you to the entire staff- Phil, Madelyn, Ian, Mary, Sandra, Lana and Jerry (and everyone else because literally EVERYONE was so sweet) for taking such fabulous care of us. Our day was perfect and we seriously cannot thank you all enough. If you're looking for somewhere to get married, look no further. This is the best of the best.

Our wedding at The Westbury Manor on July 10th, 2021 was truly a magical and perfect day! We had the time of our lives and it was a dream come true. Everything from the beauty and ambiance of the Westbury Manor itself to the food as well as the incredible staff made our wedding absolutely AMAZING! The outdoor cocktail hour was beautiful and spacious with a variety of food options. The reception was elegant and unforgettable. The food, the flow of the night, the organization, the service, and all of the little touches did not go unnoticed as we received endless compliments from our guests. I cannot write this review without raving about our Maitre D, Phil, and bridal attendant, Evelyn! Not only are they wonderful people who I truly enjoyed getting to know and spending time with, they are excellent at what they do. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about these two! Westbury Manor was AMAZING and the perfect wedding venue for us. We were married on July 8th 2021. We are so grateful for how accommodating they had been during these past two years. Between a postponement and then a tropical storm that came through the day of, we could not have asked for a better venue to get married. We are truly in awe of how flawlessly the manor operates. The day of set-up inside was beautiful and the staff was wonderful! The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing and everything in between. Joaquin (our maitre d') and Kelly (our bridal attendant) were incredible; they made the day stress free and perfect. Guests can't stop talking about the wedding and how much fun they had.The day was absolutely perfect; so thank you from the bottom of our hearts.THANK YOU so much for everything!

I was a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding last night and I’ve been a bridesmaid MANY times before - I have never been as impressed with the Maitre d than I was with Phil from Westbury Manor. I have seen (and experienced as a bride myself) just how much a Maitre d can make or break your wedding day experience and Phil went above and beyond for my friend and her groom. He was organized, attentive, and made sure we all stayed on schedule without being pushy. Not only did he take care of my friend but he made sure us as bridesmaids were just as comfortable and taken care of. I’m a nursing mom and he made sure I had everything I needed so I could sneak away and pump without missing a beat. Anything we asked for, he made sure we got it. Long Island has so many gorgeous venues - and Westbury Manor is clearly one of the elite - but if you’re a bride searching for a venue I would highly recommend this venue as Phil and his staff set it apart from all the rest.

We got married on June 26, 2021 at the Beautiful Westbury Manor! This was our very first venue we saw together and we fell in love, nothing could compare! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the staff is wonderful! We worked with Ian through out planning. He answered all our questions and concerns, and guided us in the right direction! The day of our wedding, everything was PERFECT! I would not change anything! We are SO happy with how everything turned out- amazing food and drinks! Phil was our maitre d’ and Evelyn was our bridal attendant. Everything we needed they were right there to help us! Evelyn was amazing!! Once we finished our drinks, there was Evelyn bringing us new ones! So sweet and kind to me and my husband. Phil was able to go above and beyond for all of our needs and concerns! Our bridal party and parents are still talking about how amazing Phil was! Our cake came undecorated and we asked Phil if he can jazz up our cake , He turned it into a work of art! AMAZING AMAZING! We want to thank Ian, Phil, and Evelyn for making our day truly special!

We selected westbury manor based on how friendly the initial contact Mary, who was warm and welcoming. Another upside was the astonishing grounds and romantic ambiance of the outdoor space , which cuts out needing to stop at other areas for photographs! Our wedding was postponed twice due to covid, and I must say Ian was super helpful in keeping us updated - a difficult situation to be tasked with during New York State/City floating schedule and ever-changing regulations. Still, the process went smoothly. What we did NOT set any expectations on , were the assigned Maitre d’ & bridal attendant. Phil & Madelyn went above and beyond for us. Besides how friendly, welcoming and understanding they were it seemed as if they knew exactly what I was thinking or what we needed at each moment of the evening. Phill greeted us ON the party bus we arrived in and carried all of our belongings into the venue. Close by (down the steps of the vehicle) was Madelyn, who kept an eye on everything & let us know where things would be if we might need them. Both stuck by our side while still being attentive to our bridal party & guests the entire time. We were rushed in for photos , but Phil and Madelyn were sure to keep us plates of everything available during cocktail- and our cups were always full. Need to charge your phone? I got it. Need some water? I got it. Another cocktail? I got it. Ready to change into your slides? Here they are. No worries! I’ll carry your train for you while you’re relocating for photos! — and those were just SOME of the things they ran around for without us even having to suggest. There are no words to express how delightful, helpful and impressive both were. They really brought their A-Game & their helping hands were a great relief on such a hectic day!!

I got married last month at Westbury Manor on 5.24.21. It was the best wedding ever! My husband and I are really pleased with the way everything turned out. My maitre’d was Joaquim and my bridal attendant was Delicia. They both went above and beyond for us. They both were attentive, professional, and very helpful to me and my guests as well. The cocktail hour was magnificent and the reception was perfect. The food and drinks were amazing! To this day, my guests are still raving about the wonderful time that they had at our wedding. So, I would like to thank Mary-the manager, Joaquim, Delicia, Lana, and the other staff at Westbury Manor for making our wedding day truly special!

Getting married on Long Island? Look no further! From our initial tour, my wife and I fell in love with Westbury Manor’s beautiful grounds, and its pleasant and accommodating staff. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was not easy, but the team of Ian, George, Lana and Sondra made sure we were informed and comfortable throughout the year leading up to our wedding. We keep saying the day could not have gone better — the food was delicious, the drink flowed, and everything was well organized and gorgeously decorated. Raves from all of our guests! We recommend Gary’s in house floral arrangements, he was so helpful in the process and everything came out perfect. And I can’t go on writing this without a huge shout out to our amazing maitre d Phil and bridal attendant Kelly — they were on their absolute A-game for the entire day. We hope we can attend another wedding here soon just to see them! Thank you Westbury Manor for taking the pain, anxiety and uncertainty out of wedding planning. Highly recommended!

I had my wedding reception here last week and it was one of the best days of my life. It's one thing when your reception is in such a beautiful venue. But what made it even better was the excellent staff. From the beginning, Mary made sure all questions were answered and was thorough with what was needed to make the actual day go smoothly. On the wedding day, I had quite a chaotic start at the church ceremony. But upon arrival at the manor, I was taken cared of and not once did I feel anxious anymore. I was greeted by the maitre'd Sandra and my bridal attendant Kelly immediately from the limo and the whole night they made sure that everyone was comfortable. They were very attentive to my needs and to my bridal party as well. We were all extremely impressed with such service. Thank you to the whole Westbury staff for making my wedding day unforgettable and making me the happiest bride!

Westbury Manor is THE BEST!! My husband and I recently got married at Westbury Manor. Everything was perfect from start to finish! We booked with Ian and he was always our point of contact, he was extremely helpful and responsive through the entire planning process! Our Maitre D, Phil, was absolutely wonderful and took care of everything, there was not one moment where something went wrong he was awesome!! Madelin was my bridal attendant and she was also amazing, she took care of all of my needs the entire night as well as my husband's! My bustle even ripped at one point and both Phil and Madelin saved the day. Overall, our experience at the Westbury Manor was a 10/10, our family and friends are still raving about the place, and my husband and I could not be happier. The service, food and drinks were outstanding! Ian, Phil, Madelin and the rest of the Westbury Manor team- thank you for making our dreams come true with the most perfect wedding!!!

My husband is a school counselor for special needs students and I am a nurse at a hospital in Queens, NY. We were supposed to get married at Westbury Manor on June 28th, 2020. At the end of March 2020, working as a nurse through this pandemic, I had to put aside planning our final wedding details and focus on serving my community. With the help of my closest family, my husband and I were married in my mother’s backyard with less than 20 people in attendance, while adhering to the strict COVID-19 guidelines. We debated whether or not to reschedule the wedding reception or to cancel at Westbury Manor. Each time we contacted Westbury Manor or they contacted us during the pandemic, we asked about cancelling our event, but we were told that wasn’t an option each time. We would lose all of the money we deposited (about $13,500 altogether). In fact, upon rescheduling during the pandemic, they asked for an additional $3000 deposit, which was eventually waived. Therefore, we rescheduled our event for June 13th 2021. However, since the beginning of the year, it was clear that about half of our guests would not be able to make it as they live in other countries, where vaccines are less available and travel policies are still changing constantly. Many of our local guests are elderly, as well. We did not feel safe or comfortable holding our rescheduled event. Many details were still uncertain, such as: number of guests allowed, precautions needed, safety procedures, and whether or not dancing would be permitted. In March, Westbury Manor told us that we would not be getting a refund because they could not book another event during our date on such short notice. After several exchanges, and reminding them that we have been asking about cancellations since the beginning of the pandemic, they offered us an “exception” of giving a $3500 refund.Unfortunately for us, we didn’t realize that there is no Acts of God clause or Force Majeure provision in the contract. To anyone who is getting married in the future and currently reading this, please look for this clause in your contracts! We are NOT lawyers and certainly not offering legal advice, but from what we can tell, it covers things outside of our control, such as natural disasters like the pandemic. As of right now, we’re not really sure where we stand. As of last week, our banquet manager was on vacation. We think the event has been cancelled, but who knows? As individuals, we will not be able to reclaim any of our lost deposits. As far as I know, small claims courts in Long Island will award only up to $5000 in damages. Hiring a lawyer to pursue further action may cost as much money as we’ve lost in total, and require a lot of time, as well. We understand that they are a business that has undoubtedly been affected by the pandemic, but we have been hurt, too. To date, we have not received any money back from Westbury Manor. At this point, with all of the issues listed above, I don’t think a full refund should be out of the question.To those of you looking to get married at Westbury Manor, please be safe, and consider the information I shared above when planning ahead with our uncertain future. Please read your contracts and think twice about scheduling a venue, like Westbury Manor.

Our maitre d was George and our bridal attendant was Madelyn. Both were phenomenal and just amazing, kind people. The grounds are just beautiful. My husband and I got married here two weeks ago and it was absolutely amazing! The grounds are beautiful and we had the best cocktail hour imaginable. The food and service were top-notch. Our guests said the night was magical from start to finish and they're still raving about it. But the best part about our day was the maitre d and bridal attendant, Phil & Evelyn. From the moment we arrived at WM, they took care of everything. They were so attentive and patient with not only us but with our entire bridal party. I honestly wouldn't have changed a thing about that day. Beautiful venue, great food, and an amazing staff. If you're on the fence, book it!

How do I even begin? We were a covid couple who had to reschedule their wedding and push it a year, and then change venues. We picked Westbury house for our new wedding vendor with two months to go to our big day. They were so accommodating with everything we asked! We finally got married this past weekend and my wedding was above what I ever thought it would be. I can’t rave enough about Phil and Kelly, who helped with everything the day of. They always made sure my husband and I were taken care of and made sure everything ran on time. Phil and Kelly went above and beyond and really puts this venue above the rest. They have a great team there. We couldn’t be happier with how our wedding turned out! Love Westbury manor and would recommend to everyone. Also, you can’t beat the food!! If I could give this venue more stars I would!

We didn’t have to worry about anything. From the moment we came to the venue the day of our wedding, Phil and Kelly were there to help us with everything. We could not have had a better maitre de and bridal attendant. They were so kind, professional, considerate, and funny! Such a calming influence for what could have been a stressful day! Words cannot begin to describe my picture perfect reception at the Wesbury Manor. Mary was lovely and helped us every step of the way through the planning process. When we arrived to the WM for pictures, they had set up what my bridal party called a \"mini cocktail hour\" for all of us to relax and regroup before pictures. Phil (our maitre d) and Evelyn (our bridal attendant) were incredible. They knew what we needed, even before we needed it. They made sure the entire day ran smoothly and that we were taken care of. Evelyn came to the rescue too! Two different people had stepped on and ripped my bustle on the dance floor. Evelyn fixed it perfectly both times. My up do had started to fall from all the dancing and Evelyn fixed it with ease. Phil helped us through the entire night, making sure everything was exactly as we wanted it and that we knew exactly what was happening. It was better than we had even dreamed of!

I cannot believe it's taken me a month to write this review! Westbury Manor was such a wonderful venue to work with. There were a couple of communication hiccups at the beginning that we were nervous about, but honestly everyone at the Manor put our minds at ease with their professionalism and kindness. I was nervous as we were DIY-ing quite a bit (and honestly I wish *I* were more organized!), but even with my somewhat vague instructions, our maî·tre Phil and team did an incredible job bringing our vision to life. I cannot tell you how happy I was to walk into the Manor on the day of my wedding and see what a beautiful job they'd done. My husband and I were both blown away by the incredible service, and all of our guests are still raving about the food. Again, I have to give a huge shout-out to Phil who somehow managed to be everywhere simultaneously and also made us, the bride and groom, feel so cared for. The staff even packed up all of the extra food for us and included an extremely sweet note on one of the boxes-- I'll never forget it. Thank you, WM team, we are so happy we booked with you!

My husband and I got married at Westbury Manor on 8/02/2019 and were blown away by absolutely everything! We can't thank the staff there enough for providing and creating our dream wedding. Phil, our Maitre'd and my bridal attendant Evelyn were both absolutely AMAZING! They didn't miss a beat... There wasn't a want or need for anything throughout the course of the night, we couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Westbury manor not only met but exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be more pleased that we chose this venue for our Wedding day. Where do we begin???? August 30th, 2019 could not have been a more perfect day at Westbury Manor. As soon as we walked into Westbury Manor we knew it was going to be our venue. All staff especially, Ian & George were so helpful, friendly and made sure our special day was perfect. Words cannot describe how attentive our Maitre’d, Joaquin and Bridal Attendant, Evelyn were; anytime we needed anything they were always a step ahead and ready to help us. Almost a month later and our guest are still saying how great everything was. They loved the cocktail outside and all the endless stations as well as the seven amazing choices for dinner. We have never seen so much of a variety of food in our lives, there was something there for everyone. We wish we had more friends who are getting married to recommend Westbury Manor to them. WOW! WOW! WOW! I never thought I would be the girl to say my wedding was the best day of my life and a dream come true, but here I am, saying it loud and proud on the internet. But the world needs to know about it. My wedding was 9.14.19 and the whole thing was a fairytale, I felt like royalty with the staff at Westbury Manor. From start to finish the day was absolutely flawless. They were 100 steps ahead of everything, its like they were reading my mind the whole day. Not one thing went wrong, it was stress free and beyond enjoyable. I cannot thank Phil, our maitre'd for his organization, professionalism, amazing personality and eye for every little detail. The set up was everything I wanted and I barely told him what to do, from the moment I met him I felt like I already knew him for years, I trusted that he would make my wedding fabulous, and boy did he! I felt like I was his sister and he was taking care of me the whole night making sure it was perfect. And let's not forget about Evelyn, this woman is an angel from the heavens above disguised as a bridal attendant. She was fanning me, holding my dress while I peed (and I peed A LOT), helping me fix my makeup, putting my shoes on, complimenting me, making sure I had a drink in hand at all times and I was where I needed to be. She made me feel like a goddess the entire night. The guests are still raving about the amazing venue, food and drinks. I have gotten more texts and phone calls in the last 48 than I have in the last 5 years. It was truly the most magical day of our lives and we are forever grateful to Westbury Manor for their incredible service and attention to every detail. We cannot wait to be back in the future. Westbury Manor is the perfect wedding venue, and we couldn't be happier that we chose it! Our wedding was a little over a month ago and our family and friends are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was (and how MUCH! food there was). We loved working with Ian, who was with us every step of the way, and answered all of our questions and concerns throughout. Gary is a genius with flowers, and our bouquets, tables, our outdoor ceremony and the entire ballroom looked flawless. Gary was also a great calming voice right before we walked down the aisle! Sandra, our matre'd and Jackie, our bridal attendant were so helpful for me, my husband, and our families throughout the entire wedding - from 4:30pm to 2am! Everyone we encountered from all the waiters to bartenders and beyond were just all so friendly! We will never forget how amazing our wedding was, and of course how integral a role Westbury Manor played in that! THANK YOU!!

They run everything like a well-oiled machine. George who was running the show knew exactly where everyone needed to be and when. Also, he's good at making the bride and groom feel comfortable and taking the edge off nerves. Kelly, our bridal attendant, was the sweetest. From the moment we walked through the entrance, it was love. We are very traditional and loved the decor and how well preserved the estate is. The service was exceptional, from the parking valet to our maitre d'. I never walked out of here without a smile. There were many things we loved about the Westbury Manor but the two that sealed the deal was the food and our Sales Manager, Mary Bonsignore. Such a wonderful and relaxed experience. On our wedding day I never worried about a thing.

Our wedding was on 7.25.19. Our team consisted of Ian Azouz (booking manager), Sandra (my maitre d), and Evelyn (my bridal attendant). We could not have gotten through the day without them. They took care of our needs and were two steps ahead of all operations all night. The ambiance was amazing, the grounds was as gorgeous as ever, the peacock made its debut, the food was great (we've been getting nothing but compliments!), It was truly a magical moment! We made the perfect choice. If we had to do it again, we'd make the same decision! Sincerest thank you to the Manor for making my wedding day a day to remember.

My husband and I got married on July 6th at the Westbury Manor and people are still raving about how amazing everything was. If you are considering Westbury Manor, you should look no further. It is worth every penny. First of all, the staff is incredible. Mary from the very beginning was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions. Evelyn, my bridal attendant, was so amazing and helpful throughout the night. Everyone was so kind and everything was beautiful. Now the food... I could go on and on about how outstandingly delicious the food was. People still cannot stop talking about how wonderful the food was. My husband and I keep talking about how everything was truly perfect and how we really couldn’t have been happier. The Westbury Manor made our dreams come to life.

Everything was amazing - from the food, to the atmosphere, to the service. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and attentive. Ian, our banquet manager, was hospitable throughout the entire process leading up to the wedding. Our Maitre D, Phil, and bridal attendant, Kelly, were there for our every need, and were always asking what they could do for us. We felt completely taken care of and did not have to spend our day stressing over the schedule or everyone's needs. My only complaint was the slow service provided by one particular bartender, but we did have an open bar. Aside from that, everyone was very well fed. Cocktail hour consisted of a large variety of quality foods. We were impressed by the seven different entree options, all delicious, and our guests raved about the dessert. This place is a well-oiled machine. Not to mention, the beautiful grounds and elegant atmosphere in the mansion. If you are seeking affordability and the style of this venue is up your alley, look no further. You will be in great hands!

I cannot say enough amazing things about the Westbury Manor. My wedding was just last night and everything was fantastic! The food, the wait staff, the decor, everything was amazing. HUGE shout out to Phil my maitre d! He literally made my entire night! I cannot say enough great things about him. I really don’t know what I would have done without him, he is just a genuinely nice person and made sure I had no issues throughout the night, I greatly appreciate everything he did for us. And another HUGE shout out to my bridal attendant Evelyn! She literally was on point! She made my dress look amazing she helped me out with everything she was so much fun, the two of them were just a blast to be with. Seriously Thank you for making my dreams come true!

Our wedding was 5/12/2019. We couldn’t be happier to have found and chosen this place. The staff here is superb and the premises here are beautiful!!! Unfortunately, our banquet manager left before our actual wedding, however the Westbury Manor staff didn’t let our wedding fall through the cracks. The rest of the staff took over answered all our questions and made sure our day went without any issues. We met the owner on several occasions, Jerry and he is a great person. Thank you so much! We went with the in-house florist; Gary and we highly recommend him. Our flowers were beautiful and matched our Spring theme and the manor. Our guests keep raving about the food and venue! EVERYONE LOVED THE FOOD!!!! Delicious cocktail hour and delicious dinner, so much food. Our Maître’ D Sandra was amazing. Anyone who has her is lucky. She was calm and collective, helped with everything and made sure everything went smooth despite some hiccups, she didn’t bail or give up. My bridal attendant Kelly is the BEST!!! She is hands down the BEST shadow any Bride could have. Anytime we needed anything, she was there ready and willing to make it happen. Special thanks to these ladies who made our day a lot better by making sure we ate, drank and enjoyed everything. My mom was amazed with them as was my bridal party. Thank you so much!!!

This place is absolutely amazing. Everyone from the people you sign a contract with, to the people filling your glass of water, are there to make your special day as perfect and stress free as possible. The day of, Kelly was my bridal attendant (she is amazing, Kelly if you see this you helped make my day so incredibly perfect), and Phil made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day (Phil you are lovely and amazing, I felt confident you would make sure everything was okay). The food was amazing, and this is not the kind of place where as the bride and groom you don't get a chance to eat. We absolutely ate, and the food was phenomenal! They really take care of you here like you are family, and everything is so beautiful and well done. It's worth every penny, and I cannot recommend this venue enough. Thank you Jerry :)!!!

Westbury Manor is simply Perfect!! We could have not ask for a better venue for our wedding. The outstanding job the whole team did hosting our wedding reception had us all amazed. A month later, and our friends and family are still talking about how beautiful and elegant Westbury Manor is. Everything was PERFECT!!!, we truly couldn't have imagined a more beautiful reception. The Maitre'D was incredibly nice, professional and outstanding at his job! We were running very late in arriving and were very worried things wouldn't go smoothly, but he quickly adapted to the situation and got everything done in a way that didn't feel rushed putting us immediately at ease, for that we cannot thank him enough. My bridal attendant was also above and beyond stellar! She was very noninvasive, but whenever she was needed, she appeared like magic to take care of my every need. Everything else from the wait staff to the food was beyond superb, BIG compliments to the chefs!! Thank you again Westbury Manor for helping us to create all of these beautiful memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Jerry Scotto (President)

Jerry has spent his whole life in the service industry starting at age 6 going to work with his parents at the first family restaurant.He worked his way up to assistant manager by the age of 18 and began managing weddings by 19. He married in 1989, having his reception at the Westbury Manor.In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports, exercising, reading, and spending time with family and friends. His favorite moments are those spent around the table enjoying a good meal with his wife and two children
