Amelia Edwards(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-09-2022 If you’re looking for a Venue that feels like all of your fairytale dreams will come true… this is the place. Not only is Westcroft truly and naturally beautiful, the staff was easy to work with and so reliable! Communication was incredibly easy, everyone was always on the same page. The venue also worked with us around our schedules and accommodated us in every way they could! Every inch of the property is well maintained and we had absolutely zero issues with the venue! Everyone I know who has gotten engaged since we booked with Westcroft has heard me speak most highly of this venue and I cannot recommend it enough to you. My husband and I look forward to going back for a visit next year! Reviewed on 20-12-2022

Mikayla Conley(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 03-09-2022 Hands down Westcroft Gardens and Farm was the most beautiful venue for our wedding day that we could have ever dreamed of. Clayton was an absolute blast to work with! He is incredibly knowledgeable and organized while also feeling like a best friend you can joke around with, creating a stress free planning experience! The farm was amazing aesthetically; we had our ceremony in the gardens and reception in the azalea house and our guests were blown away with how beautiful our wedding turned out. I truly felt like I was living in a fairytale the entire day. If you’re looking for an outdoor location thats sure to impress, definitely check out Westcroft! Reviewed on 12-09-2022
Ashley Runions(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-08-2022 First off, I just want to say that this place is absolutely spectacular! Clayton was such a big help and made our special day run so smoothly. One of our biggest compliments from our guests were that they were in love with this venue and a lot of them toured the gardens during the partying. If you live in the downriver/metro Detroit area, and want a beautiful outdoor wedding, that also isn’t outrageously expensive, then this place is a must for your venue! Reviewed on 15-08-2022
Jean Woo(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-06-2022 My husband and I had our wedding at Westcroft Gardens & Farm.... yesterday! and we had such a wonderful time there that I wanted to make it a priority to leave a glowing review of how accommodating and helpful Clayton was throughout the whole process. My husband and I were hoping to have a small, intimate wedding with a lot of greenery. We looked at several other venues before Westcroft Gardens & Farm, but none of them quite fit the bill like Westcroft did. Due to it being on Grosse ile, as soon as you get on the island the you are surrounded by water and trees galore. Westcroft itself is hidden away in its own clearing and it was magical. You couldn't hear or see traffic, only birds chirping. Despite this, there was ample parking space for all of our guests. We had our ceremony out in the garden and our reception in the greenhouse. Thankfully, the weather was perfect for our wedding, but I don't think I would have been upset even if it rained because the greenhouse itself is so beautiful. There is a room on the 2nd floor of the farmhouse for brides to get ready in (which had air conditioning!) and it was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The bathrooms were newly renovated and beautiful too. You could really tell that Clayton loved the place and took very good care of it and his enthusiasm and genuine love for Westcroft and its history made the venue all the more special and personable. I don't think I would have had the same feeling if I had chosen a golf course or country club. On the day of our wedding, I was already asking my husband if we could come back for one of our anniversaries. Reviewed on 05-06-2022
Andrea Kaufmann(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 27-06-2020 My husband and I had our wedding and reception at Westcroft on June 27th 2020. It was very difficult trying to follow through with our wedding plans in the midst of COVID-19, but the staff at Westcroft worked with us to make things happen and we had a small, yet beautiful wedding. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! We had our wedding reception in their greenhouse space which was amazing aesthetically, but unfortunately very hot at the end of June, but we knew that was a risk when we picked that day. Westcroft is very affordable and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. All in all I think Westcroft is a wonderful place to have an outdoor wedding. It's affordable, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, and again, it's gorgeous! Reviewed on 29-07-2020
Hannah Maier(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 17-08-2018 My husband and I had our ceremony & our reception at Westcroft Gardens on August 17, 2018. We selected the location in August 2017 and we never, ever regretted it. They were fantastically kind & helpful and the location was everything we wanted. A quiet, wooded space, with garden walks, gorgeous flora & trees. There's a barn and aisles of flowers to take photographs at. All of my guests loved the location, despite the weather going from mild, to heavy rain, to beautifully sunny with some serious humidity. There was plenty of parking for the size of our wedding (~50 + vendors), but you could easily have a larger group. The ceremony was lovely & personal amongst ferns & trees. At the reception we were allowed to have some garden games for people's enjoyment, any question we had or request was answered in a timely manner, very polite, and I truly felt that we were cared about when setting up our wedding here. Thank you Westcroft Gardens, I'll always remember our wedding day at the gardens fondly. Reviewed on 30-12-2019
V Muir(parent)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-09-2019 Westcroft Gardens was exactly what my son and daughter-in-law were looking for to have their wedding ceremony - - peaceful, wooded, and quaint surroundings. It was perfect for their early September wedding with beautiful, lush green all around including unique trees, ferns, an old farmhouse and other buildings that provided for beautiful backgrounds for wedding pictures. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone who attended love the place! It is definitely a place to consider for your event! Reviewed on 09-09-2019
Adam Hamet(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 15-03-2014 This is completely a DIY spot for cheap but with so much potential.. I can see it being overlooked if you visit the site, especially in the dead of winter. But there is a big open space to park, adjacent large open space for a tent and then a walk across the gravel path to get into the botanical garden. We had a vision of a bohemian outdoor wedding under a sailcloth tent in a quiet area that was located in a beautiful green garden…this was the only place in Metro Detroit that could be the blank canvas for our dream wedding.
