Katie Hauver(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-10-2018 My husband and I got married at the Westford Regency 10/6/2018. It was the perfect day. The reason we fell in love with the Regency was because it was a one stop shop for everything for our wedding. We wanted things to be very easy for our guests given a number of them (almost all) were traveling. The fact that our guests didn't have to leave the premise was amazing. If they did leave, there was plenty to do in the area to keep them busy during the perfect fall weekend. Another factor in choosing the Regency was the customer service. From the front desk, to the staff - everyone was always kind and willing to help in any way shape or form. I could not say ENOUGH about our wedding planner, Samantha McCalvey. When we originally booked, we had a different planner and when notified she was leaving - like any normal bride - I had a panic attack. Samantha stepped in like she was in the role for ten years and did everything she could do to help make our day perfect. We had multiple meetings prior to the day and the fact that she operated in a \"YES\" capacity was amazing. As an event planner, I personally know a lot of venues try to nickel and dime everything you want and this was NOT the case with Samantha. She was always flexible and made sure to not shoot down our ideas - it was always a \"let's see if we can make this happen\" attitude. Her calm manner put me at ease in every way. Day of:The ladies got ready in the presidential suite which wasn't renovated at the time but ended up being PERFECT in pictures. The colors and lighting allowed for everything to look amazing. The space was incredible. The guys got ready/stayed in the farmhouse on premise - and we could not have been more pleased with it. It was the perfect space for them to stay and we also used it as a headquarters for the whole weekend. We had people meet there before the rehearsal dinner and were able to go back there afterwards to hang out. It was a beautiful space and the pictures of the guys getting ready there were incredible. We did pictures of everyone in the back of the venue. The trees/scenery in October were perfect and it allowed us time to spend during the day to get ready and not to have to travel. We did our first look and all other pictures there and it was great. We got married in the ballrooms (we had 210 guests) and then did our cocktail hour in the foyer. It was perfect - great amount of space. We had my fathers band play jazz in the corner and set up tables around the perimeter for guestbook/table tents/pictures. Lastly, we had our wedding reception in the tent. We got perimeter lighting from a vendor which made the place sparkle. The dance floor was great - it was full at every moment! And afterwards, we did our after party in the bar on site. It was great to have food set up ahead of time for all of our party people. Samantha was amazing throughout the whole day. She was calm and made sure we kept on time with everything. She even sat down with me after the reception to take a few minutes to breathe and take in what had just happened. She neatly packed all of our stuff for us so it was a super low lift the next day. I feel sad that I don't have weekly conversations with her anymore and that it's all over but at the end of the day - it was the perfect wedding at the perfect venue. Reviewed on 02-03-2019
Caitlin Chiang(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 29-07-2017 We had a wonderful wedding at the Regency! The food was delicious and it was so convenient for all of our out of town guests to stay at the venue. The flowers and cake were included and both vendors worked with us to have beautiful, unique centerpieces and cake, which we loved. The Regency is super organized and everything was done days before the wedding so we were able to relax and enjoy our guests. We highly recommend the Regency for a wedding venue:) Reviewed on 07-02-2019
Jessie Alexander(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 14-10-2017 We had a beautiful wedding in the tent at the Regency in October. Erika started out as our planner and left halfway through. Obviously I was a little nervous, but Rachel did a terrific job! She knew just what I was looking for, was very easy to work with and super accommodating! The staff was amazing, the venue was beautiful (and very affordable!) I would definitely recommend the Regency! Reviewed on 22-12-2017
Catherine Geary(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-06-2016 The Westford Regency did a great job with our wedding! Although our initial coordinator went on maternity leave the month before the day, her replacement, Erika, stepped right in and made us feel very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and accessible, especially during the last week of our wedding. The day of went smoothly and the whole reception was beautiful - the food was delicious and everyone had an amazing time! Reviewed on 18-07-2016
Kristy Quirion(bride)2 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-10-2014 I had spent over a year planning my wedding reception at the Westford Regency. We just had our reception there this weekend, and are very disappointed. We do not recommend this venue. Here is the list of our complaints:\r1) We had worked with an individual from the sales department who had confirmed that one of our meal options would be pasta primavera with no cheese or dairy. We, and many of out guests, are vegan. On our wedding day, the pasta primavera was served with cheese.\r2) Many of our guests complained that the servers were rude and unfriendly.\r3) Right around the time I was being introduced with my husband, the coordinator pulled me aside to tell me that there was someone at the wedding that was not supposed to be there. I spent the first 10 minutes of our wedding worrying about the extra person at table 8. Once I had time to go the table, I realized that there was not an extra person at table 8, and that the hotel got our numbers wrong.\r4) Our suite smelled musty.\r5) During the wedding, my family went to the front desk to ask them to clean our suite. The front desk said it was clean, my family went up to decorate it, and the suite was not clean. After repeating this interaction several times with the front desk, my family went up and cleaned it themselves.\r6) I spent the Monday after our wedding attempting to voice my concerns over the phone to an individual in the sales department. That individual was rude, and caused me to cry more than I had already. \r\rI have married the man of my dreams, and at the end of the day that is all that matters. I am voicing my complaints on this website as a warning to people who are considering having their wedding at the Westford Regency. Reviewed on 13-10-2014
Bobbie Jo Long(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-09-2013 I had an amazing wedding! Food was great, Mary Ellen did an amazing job working all the details. However I was left a little confused about the $1000.00 deposit, I was told (email which I have saved)that it could NOT be applied to the final bill after about a month waiting to be charged the final bill they took the deposit and charged my account. We worked it out but I wasn't sure about way it happened. Also the front desk staff needs a lot of work. They gave some of my family members someone else's wedding gift bags. Reviewed on 30-10-2013

Kerry Jenkins(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-08-2012 The Westford Regency has a package for everyone and their prices are very affordable. I had my wedding in the tent which holds up to 350 (we had 240) people. The food was great and they set up everything just like I had wanted it. Their wedding coordinator Rhi is great. They have a great team over there and are very accomodating. I wish the floor in the tent was a little more up to par but that would be my only complaint. Reviewed on 25-09-2012
Leanne DeSisto(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-06-2012 I couldn't be more happy with my reception! Not only did they have a great package which included the cake, center pieces, DJ, pianist during my social hour and an ice carving to name a few but the food was excellent. Hillary was my contact and she was great to work with! The only gripe I had was that they didn't pull my wedding cake into the center of the room while we cut it, it was in a back corner where most people couldnt see. Other than that I would highly recommand them. Reviewed on 29-06-2012
Kris Silva(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 27-05-2012 Although my wedding was ALL that I'd hoped for, it certainly wasn't due to the efforts put forth by the Regency staff and sales department. They were very much \"this is how we do this and this is how we do that.\" While I understand they do this every day, I DON'T and would have appreciated a bit more consideration in the regard. \r\rAfter choosing the tent and planning all along to hang lanterns, as this was part of the original conversation--three months prior to the wedding I was coldly told they could no longer do hang the lanterns for me. I spent a lot of time, effort, and additional MONEY up until the week before to make this happen--with no help from them.\r\rAt the end of the day, I ended up hiring someone for the day of because I just didn't believe they cared enough or would execute on all the details that were so important to me. \r\rWhats done is done and I have wonderful memories, but none of which have to do with the personal touch or efforts from the team there. Jamie DeCiero(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 31-12-2011 I had my wedding on New Years Eve. Everything was perfect! I was a little nervous in the morning about how things were going to go with my wedding and their party, when I called to the wedding planner, she assured me everything would be how I wanted it, which it was. All of their party details were removed and out of the way by the time I got back from church. During the planning time, they were very responsive to my wants and needs. The service was great from all the staff, the ballroom was nice. During the reception, I wanted the food to be served quicker and they made that happen. Overall, great place and it was a New Years always to remember! Reviewed on 04-02-2012
