Highly recommend this venue! From the first meeting with Tosha and viewing the property, I knew this was the venue I wanted my wedding to be at. Ashley was our event manager and helped us a great deal through the process and extremely helpful making our wedding day perfect. The food was amazing, and our guests are still talking about it. All of our guests stayed the night or weekend of our event. They were impressed by the cleanliness, good food and the friendly staff. We are looking forward to returning to the Westin Cape Coral for our first anniversary! I can't thank the staff at the Westin Cape Coral enough for making my dream of a perfect day come true! Happy Bride :) Reviewed on 19-12-2023
Bonie Montalvo(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-12-2018 The Westin was a great venue for our two-day wedding. The first day we had a beautify ceremony at their lawn overlooking the Marina and had a reception for 180 guests. On the second day, their ballroom was large enough to accommodate 400-guests and they allowed us to bring a for our baraat (traditional Pakistani entrance on horse and carriage). Tosha was hands down, the VERY BEST at coordinating EVERYTHING! She was always available to us, extremely responsive and very accommodating. Tosha reached out to every single one of our vendors prior to our wedding day and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Weddings are crazy, and ours was not different. Tosha did a great job at handling everything with such grace and experience that she would often solve issues before they became a problem. Both our weddings were AMAZING, the venue was GORGEOUS, the food was DELICIOUS, and everything was PERFECT because we had Tosha to help us with it all! Thank you so much- Bonie & Sameer. Kirstin Himlie(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-02-2018 We cannot say enough great things about the Westin Cape Coral! Tosha was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! Tosha is so nice, organized, and made the wedding planning fun and exciting. She worked so hard to make sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted and more! She made sure everything was stress free on our end while she took care of everything else! Tosha got back to our phone calls and emails in a timely fashion and helped coordinate everything such as tastings, vendors, ceremony/rehearsal/reception details. Tosha went above and beyond trying to help us find a vehicle to take pictures in when Enterprise Exotic collection let us down. She did everything she could to help make our wedding weekend as stress free as possible! We had our wedding ceremony, dinner, and reception outdoors and unexpectedly we had rain showers! She helped coordinate with our DJ and the Westin staff to bring our wedding group indoors to continue the party! All while doing this, Tosha made sure our decor, wedding cake, and everyone’s items made it indoors all while getting rained on herself! My husband and I absolutely adore Tosha and appreciate everything she did for us! The entire Westin staff and Tosha made our wedding better than we have ever imagined! We HIGHLY suggest the Westin Cape Coral and Tosha for your wedding day! Reviewed on 04-03-2018
Zabrina Barazani(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 30-09-2017 After my original wedding venue cancelled my destination event because of Hurricane Irma two weeks before my wedding, Tosha at the Westin Cape Coral was one of the first to reach out within an hour or two after I cast a VERY wide net trying to find a new location for the same dates. Tosha was wonderful to work with and made a very difficult and stressful time incredibly easy. The menu choices were fantastic and very plentiful. I had several vegan/gluten free guests and she was able to craft delicious menu options to keep everyone happy! The photos of the locations had us excited. When we came down for our wedding weekend, Tosha met us at the door, got us checked in, and even took my dress up to our Mariners Suite so I didn't have to carry it. The suite was huge and had the best natural light and most amazing view - two master suites (one with a tub), another half bath, full kitchen, living room, separate dining room, giant screened in patio (every hotel should have their patios screened in!). Walking through the ceremony and reception space, we felt so at ease and felt that everything had fallen into place. We planned a welcome dinner the night before the wedding; food choices were great, drinks were flowing, and the private room in Marker 92 was the perfect size for our group. The NY Strip and S'mores Croissant Donut are to die for. The servers and staff were all incredibly attentive. The ceremony and cocktail hour were held on the event lawn with the harbor in the background. We had a specialty drink with our open bar that everyone loved! The harbor in the background made for great photos. The reception was held in one of the ballrooms with our own bathrooms and was a great size for our group of 50 with 5 tables, a sweetheart table, bar, DJ, and open photobooth. We did a buffet style dinner and the food was just delicious! Lots of choices to keep everyone happy. We had lots of candles, but with the lights dimmed, we didn't even need uplighting. The servers were, again, incredibly attentive. We were thrilled at how everything turned out.Outside of the wedding - The front desk attendants remembered our names and were quick to help or answer any questions; room service was fast and hot, the food delicious (recommend the spinach egg white omelette for breakfast); The Nauti Mermaid food and drink were delicious and it's a great location to hang out and watch the sunset while having many cocktails. Marker 92 is a great spot for lunch or dinner. We rented a pool cabana the day after our wedding and spent the entire day at the pool. Some friends brought paddleboards and they were able to keep them at the marina. I have been telling everyone I can: stay at this hotel, it's amazing. You will have an incredibly relaxing time with fantastic rooms and service. It was completely meant to be that we had our wedding here. All of our guests have said they loved their stay and some have even talked about coming here for weekend stays in the future. If you are having an event, I can't recommend Tosha enough - she will make it perfect for you. They went above and beyond to ensure our special weekend was absolutely PERFECT. It was honestly the most organized and stress-free experience of my LIFE.
