The LaSalle Ballroom comfortably accommodates 225 loved ones for a wedding reception with an abstract ceiling, wall lighting, and smooth carpet floors. If you desire a large celebration, the Grand Ballroom is available for you and up to 600 guests with a tall 23' ceiling height and private pre-function space that also features windows. The Westin O'Hare offers a variety of packages for your rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception. The wedding team at The Westin O'Hare was wonderful to work with from the start of our planning process until the big day! Jessica P. made the booking process seamless and was so helpful in working out the details of our event contract. Lasandra B. was an incredible asset to us along the way and ensured that our vision came to life! She put so much time and effort into making our day special and we are forever grateful. The Grand Ballroom was a stunning backdrop for all of our friends and family to gather and celebrate with us. During our reception, the service was exceptional and everything came together just as we imagined.

Every member of the Westin staff was wonderful to work with while planning our wedding.When it came to our wedding weekend, the Westin staff ensured our wedding went off without any issues. They made sure we were taken care of all day from 6:30am until well into the New Year. The food was absolutely wonderful! We received so many compliments from everyone who attended.We can’t be any happier that we chose the Westin O’Hare as our wedding reception venue. Not only was it beautiful, but every team member was kind and helpful making us feel like family.

Having our wedding at the Westin O'Hare was our dream wedding. The process from planning to the actual wedding was amazing. It all started with Jessica. From the very beginning, Jessica was so responsive to our questions. She stayed later than her usual work time to give us a tour of the Grand Ballroom and Guest Rooms She was a big part of us choosing Westin O'Hare in the first place. No matter what questions we asked, she was able to find us an answer.Since we had to postpone our wedding one full year due to the pandemic, Westin O'Hare reassured us and help eased our minds. They honored everything we had on the prior contract. This was great because we heard of things not going to plan on other weddings we attended.On the actual wedding day, everything was perfect. Jessica and the staff made sure everything was perfect. Jessica especially would check on us and gave us the time to take it all in and enjoy.We truly appreciate everything Jessica and the Westin O'Hare staff did for us and recommend them to everyone!

If you want a wedding that has it all, then you have to choose The Westin O'hare for your venue!From the moment we entered the grand ballroom, seeing the elegant chandelier to the beautiful spacious hall itself we knew the Westin was for us! The process of booking and planning was so easy thanks to our event manager Jessica who was extremely helpful and guided us through the whole process. The staff at the Westin were also really friendly! They did a phenomenal job and made sure our program went smoothly. My out-of-town guests were so happy with their stay at the hotel. They found it so convenient that they provided a shuttle to o'hare. The Westin really had it all, and to this day we get compliments about our wedding!

Having our reception at the Westin was the best decision of our wedding. I have nothing but praise for all the work everyone at this hotel did to make our reception perfect. Jessica P was who we worked with for the majority of the planning and BOY was she great! So responsive and detailed and not to mention so pleasant to work with. She was so nice. I know for a lot of brides responsiveness is important so we don't freak out for too long or working with someone nice so you don't have bad energy. I had none of those worries while working with Jessica. We also had a special request for an ice cream sundae bar and they executed it perfectly. Jessica made sure we got the green mint chocolate chip we requested which I thought was very nice. The food was great also! All our guests said they enjoyed their meals. The whole team on the wedding were so accommodating. Also this holel just recently renovated their rooms so everything in this hotel is very clean and pretty and modern! One of the main reasons we chose this venue was because the grand ballroom was very elegant and formal with tall ceilings. The renovated hotel was an added bonus! 100% recommend!

The staff at the Westin O'hare was wonderful to work with! Detailed, friendly, experienced - they made the entire wedding easy for me. They really were such a pleasure to get to know and help with all the little details of the day! The only thing negative that happened was that the door to the ceremony was locked so it didn't start on time because the wedding party couldn't get in! All in all, it worked out fine. :)

The Westin was the perfect venue for our weddding. We had the ceremony and reception in the grandball room. It was perfect. Working with them was very easy and we were able to get everything we needed. The staff is professional and courteous. The food is probably the best food I have ever had at a wedding. Setting is absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend this place to anyone!
