Weston Red Barn Farm is a wedding venue based in Weston, MO. Open since 1990, this family-owned farm works to provide a secluded, peaceful environment for everyone to enjoy. The onsite team will work closely with you to make sure each element of your big day exceeds your expectations. Ideal for couples seeking a rustic, pastoral setting to exchange their vows, Weston Red Barn Farm offers lush, private acres of land to enjoy. Couples are free to use the grounds to host many outdoor events, from intimate rehearsal dinners to 250-person receptions. Your altar will have lush fields and greenery as a natural panoramic backdrop during your ceremony. Bonfire areas, romantic walkways, and other elements are present for you to enjoy romantic photo sessions or meet-ups with your wedding party. Their main indoor event spaces are two grand barns, both of which feature exposed wooden beams, delicate lighting, and large windows for a bright, airy atmosphere. The Red Barn can comfortably seat up to 250 guests underneath the string lights and elegant chandelier. It’s located right beside the onsite apple orchard, which also makes for a stunning location for outdoor ceremonies. Up to 200 guests can enjoy the charming Timber Barn that sits atop one of the property’s various rolling hills. As a fully climate-controlled setting, you will be free to host your big day during any season. The onsite team at Weston Red Barn Farm will go above and beyond to make your nuptial vision a reality. Chairs and tables will be provided and arranged into any formation you prefer. While you are welcome to select any vendors you want, the onsite team is happy to connect you with their most recommended service providers. From your moments spent getting ready until your grand exit, they will work to give you and your loved ones an unforgettable celebration.

I can't say enough great things about this venue. All of the staff here were incredible and attentive throughout the whole planning process and made us feel welcomed. We got married in the Timber Barn and it is a stunning venue, I just genuinely cannot express enough how much we loved this place. Our guests absolutely loved it as well. I highly recommend Red Barn Farm if you're looking for a barn venue, it's rustic but classy and elegant and was exactly what we wanted. We could not have asked for a better experience.

The venue is beautiful and there isn't much need for decoration. The staff is friendly, but communication is not their strong suite. When I couldn't get a hold of the event coordinator and ended up talking with the owner, he was incredibly helpful. A few things we told the event coordinator we wanted didn't happen, which wasn't a huge deal but goes back to communication weaknesses. They worked really well with our other vendors. We also really appreciated the fact we were able to bring in our own alcohol and come up with our own speciality drinks.

We had our wedding reception at Timber Barn and I could not have dreamed of a more perfect venue! Carol and Steve at Weston Red Barn Farm are so nice. They genuinely cared about making our wedding reception perfect. The staff was also fantastic! They did a great job making sure all of our guests were having a nice time. They helped clear dirty plates, kept on an eye on trash, moved tables as needed. The whole reception went so smoothly. I cannot recommend Weston Red Barn Farm enough!

We had our wedding out here this May and truly what a wonderful experience! Carol and Steve were so great to work with and made everything run so smoothly during our day and leading up to it. It was a beautiful venue, we used the Timber Barn and it was perfect for our guests and wedding party. The event staff were so helpful during the ceremony and reception, and it was amazing to have chairs and tables included (and set up!) for us when we went to decorate the day before. When we took couples portraits it was awesome to be able to drive around the beautiful property and get to take a wide variety of shots with our photographer. I highly recommend this location to any couple!

We had our wedding out here this May and truly what a wonderful experience! Carol and Steve were so great to work with and made everything run so smoothly during our day and leading up to it. It was a beautiful venue, we used the Timber Barn and it was perfect for our guests and wedding party. The event staff were so helpful during the ceremony and reception, and it was amazing to have chairs and tables included (and set up!) for us when we went to decorate the day before. When we took couples portraits it was awesome to be able to drive around the beautiful property and get to take a wide variety of shots with our photographer. I highly recommend this location to any couple!

Carol was wonderful - from the first day we toured the venue until the day of, she was very helpful and extremely responsive, even through the busiest of wedding seasons. The venue is gorgeous, no matter the season, and doesn’t need decoration (though they encourage expression).

It ended up raining and we changed from having our wedding ceremony outside to inside and had so much help doing a last minute change to our plans. Carol was amazing! I fell in love with the Timber Barn venue from day one. It is stunning and was everything I had wanted. It was cheaper than other KC venues and you could supply your own alcohol which was exactly what we were looking for. The reason I gave three stars was the communication problems and clarity on contract things between the staff, the contract, and me. I was told multiple different things from different people throughout our entire experience. These things included when money was due, capacity of the venue, and times we could get into/needed to be out of venues. This was more of an inconvenience on my part having to clarify multiple times. The thing that bothered me the most was that I was told I needed to have all my things/vendors/etc out of the venue by midnight. Around 10:30/11pm their workers came in and start blowing out candles, throwing drinks with Koozies on them away, picking up centerpieces/table cloths/table runners and throwing them away. These were 1) not only my items I paid for and my guests' drinks/koozies but 2) I had the facility rented until midnight. Nowhere did it say I had the facility rented until midnight but they would clean up at 10:30 while my guests and I were still there. I felt rushed during my own reception which is something I did not want to feel. The venue was beautiful and was cheaper, but ended up coming with the cost of added stress, lack of communication and feeling rushed to get out at my own reception.

Our daughter was married on 10/10/2020 at the Weston Red Barn Farm and we had the reception in the Timber Barn. Everything about this venue is absolutely AMAZING including Donovan and his father. To this day our guest still talk about how beautiful this venue is. Donovan was very accommodating and especially helpful in a time of the unknow during COVID. I wish I was able to add pictures to this review to show just how beautiful this place is. I promise you that you cannot go wrong with venue.

We were married outside at the ceremony area and celebrated with a reception in the Timber Barn at West Red Barn Farm! The timber barn is absolutely breathtaking! The perfect open space for any layout and guest count! Our guests still can't stop talking about how beautiful this barn was!Donovan was AMAZING! He is a breath of calm and helpfulness in every situation! He went out of his way to make every part of our day exactly the way we dreamed! Our day was effected by COVID 19, we were to be married in May and had less than 3 weeks when the states began to shut down. My fiancé and I are from out of state and Donovan was the first vendor to reach out to us and assure us we would be ok. While changes were happening in each state Donovan kept us updated, answered our calls and texts immediately and supported us through either canceling, changing dates, or moving forward with a small gathering. He never once pressured us into a decision! Once we did decide to move our day to one of his remaining available Friday dates in 2020 he worked with us on new pricing and even offered to let us do an elopement at the venue on our original date if we wished! He did everything to make us feel comfortable and at ease with our choices though this pandemic! I am incredibly thankful he was there for us when so much was unknown! I know he works with so many brides but, I never once felt like we weren't the most important couple he had. He and his entire team treat everyone with so much respect!

I just got married at Weston Red Barn Farm on 10/2/20 and this venue is seriously top notch! We rented the Timber Barn and it was absolutely beautiful!! Our guests loved the beautiful scenery that this venue provides, the scenery is breathtaking and this farm is such a beautiful place to get married. Aside from having our dream outdoor wedding ceremony in a such beautiful place, we could not have been more pleased with the amazing customer service that Donovan and his father Steve provided from the very first day that my then fiancé and I toured the venue all the way up until the wedding day. Donovan went above and beyond! Our questions were always answered very quickly and Donovan was always available very readily for anything that was needed. The owner Steve even dropped by on the day of the wedding to make sure that everything was going okay after we finished taking our pictures and we thought that was very nice. These guys truly care about what they do and it definitely shows! I wouldn’t even hesitate or think twice about booking your wedding at this venue. We feel truly blessed that we were able to have our wedding during these crazy times of COVID-19 and even more lucky that we were able to have our wedding at such a beautiful location. Huge thank you to Donovan and Steve for your amazing customer service!

I had my wedding at the Red Barn dark on 10/12/19 and it was absolutely perfect. The venue was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Any questions we had the staff helped out with a smile on their face. All staff members went above and beyond to help. We were worried about grandmas having to walk so far to the ceremony and without hesitation staff offered rides on their cubota. We were worried about heating the venue the day of and a staff member called a company and did all the work to get us some heaters to rent. This venue has a couple year wait, but it was totally worth it. I really had an amazing experience.

Donovan is an expert at weddings and receptions and helped us so much, from the table set up to all of my little questions, he was responsive and kind throughout the whole process. Our wedding was a dream and I can't imagine having it somewhere else than the Timber Barn!

Our wedding was in early June, so everything was bloomed and the landscape was stunning alongside the beautiful timber barn! I would definitely pick this place again if I had to redo things and I would absolutely recommend my friends and family to check it out as well.

In a scramble to find another venue, they were very successful when they found the beautiful venue not far away at Eighteen Ninety. Lesson learned - get everything in writing and check and double check. I would not use this venue because they did not return the deposit and it was the venue's mistake they would not own up to.

He worked with us to accommodate our final guest count of 250+ and offered great suggestions on how to maximize the space. On our wedding day, the venue was set up as promised and literally everything was PERFECT! We had an outdoor ceremony overlooking the rolling hills. We utilized the brick area outside the barn for our cocktail hour and seated guests under the covered patio and inside the barn for our reception. We received endless compliments from our guests on the venue, cleanliness of the facilities and the stunning views! We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to get married, and only have the best things to say about our entire experience. Do not hesitate to book this extraordinary venue!I grew up going to Weston Red Barn Farm during the annual Applefest. It is the first place I thought of when I got engaged. My fiancé (now husband ) fell in love with the Timber Barn immediately, just like I hoped he would. It was designed with thought from every angle, barely needs any embellishment & is so versatile, not to mention to AMAZING views no matter what direction you face!We planned this wedding long distance (from Los Angeles) over two years. Selecting Weston Red Barn Farm as the venue for both our wedding and reception was perhaps the best vendor choice we made, though all of our vendors were amazing. Donovan is great to work with throughout the whole process, as was the rest of the Weston Red Barn Farm team the day of the wedding. Leading up to the wedding, Donovan was extremely patient with all of my questions and many visits as I worked to plan the setup. He shared photos and tips to help me brainstorm the setup I wanted for the reception, offered advice on other vendors, and was just overall so super friendly. He makes a point to know you as a person instead of just as a customer. We were married in the Red Barn on May 12th, 2018 and received so many compliments on the location. The views are gorgeous, photo opportunities are endless, and the facilities/grounds the venue offers are comfortable and clean. It really is a well-run ship and a place we've since enjoyed visiting during store hours for apple-picking and visiting the farm animals. I should note that when we visited again after our wedding, Donovan made a point to come over and say hello to us. If you're looking for a venue that offers a beautiful outdoor setting for your ceremony with a comfortable plan B option in the barn with the crazy Midwest weather, then Weston Red Barn is the place for you. We wanted more of a laid back, fun, natural vibe, and that is what we got. The red barn was so open and spacious! We did our ceremony there also in the orchard near the red barn. The morning of our wedding the apple trees started blooming, so it could not have been more perfect. This was probably one of the most easiest decisions my husband and I made during our whole planning process. Donovan and everyone we came into contact with at the barn were always so friendly and helpful. Donovan was super awesome with communicating and really down to earth, which made me feel really comfortable. I was able to ask him any question and he was always more than happy to answer. I was all about the barn and the spectacular views, but if price is more important, they are very affordable! You will not be disappointed if you book your special day at the Weston Red Barn Farm!

Amazing beyond words. We got married at the Timber Barn in April 2018 and LOVED everything about it.In looking for a venue, we had mostly looked at spaces in downtown KC. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of beautiful downtown venues, but we just hadn't found exactly what we were looking for and couldn't quite pinpoint what was missing. We went up to Weston on a whim after reading a lot of positive reviews of Weston Red Barn Farm. The minute we pulled into the property, I think we both knew we wanted to get married there. There is simply not another venue like it in the metro area. The hilltop barn is stunning inside and out. The views of rolling hills are unparalleled, even from inside the barn thanks to many windows and huge barn doors that can make you feel like you're outdoors while being under a roof. The lighting is magical.On top of the sheer beauty of the property, I think what struck us most on our initial visit and throughout the entire wedding process was the venue owners. Donovan and Steve were so welcoming and real. They took time to show us around and took an interest not just in our wedding date, but in us as people. Donovan was responsive and easily accessible via email and phone throughout wedding planning. He answered our many questions promptly, and referred us to some wonderful vendors. We ended up having some unseasonably cold weather for our wedding (think surprise mid-April blizzard) and Donovan was so helpful in making contingency plans the weeks leading up to the wedding.On our wedding day everything was set up just as promised. Donovan and Steve checked in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. We spent all day at the barn- there is plenty of room to get ready inside, and we took all of our pictures on the venue property (in the orchard, on the hilltop, etc.). We had an outdoor ceremony in the drizzly rain, and there was plenty of space in the barn and on the covered patio for cocktail hour and the reception. We got endless compliments from guests on the venue. Essentially, we couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to get married, and have only the best things to say about Donovan and Steve.

We went up to Weston on a whim after reading a lot of positive reviews of Weston Red Barn Farm. The minute we pulled into the property, I think we both knew we wanted to get married there. There is simply not another venue like it in the metro area. The hilltop barn is stunning inside and out. The views of rolling hills are unparalleled, even from inside the barn thanks to many windows and huge barn doors that can make you feel like you're outdoors while being under a roof. The lighting is magical.On top of the sheer beauty of the property, I think what struck us most on our initial visit and throughout the entire wedding process was the venue owners. Donovan and Steve were so welcoming and real. They took time to show us around and took an interest not just in our wedding date, but in us as people. Donovan was responsive and easily accessible via email and phone throughout wedding planning. He answered our many questions promptly, and referred us to some wonderful vendors. We ended up having some unseasonably cold weather for our wedding (think surprise mid-April blizzard) and Donovan was so helpful in making contingency plans the weeks leading up to the wedding.On our wedding day everything was set up just as promised. Donovan and Steve checked in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. We spent all day at the barn- there is plenty of room to get ready inside, and we took all of our pictures on the venue property (in the orchard, on the hilltop, etc.). We had an outdoor ceremony in the drizzly rain, and there was plenty of space in the barn and on the covered patio for cocktail hour and the reception. We got endless compliments from guests on the venue. Essentially, we couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to get married, and have only the best things to say about Donovan and Steve.

The Red Barn Farm is a place I grew up visiting, when I was younger I was fortunate enough to work for this family and see behind the scenes the magic of the weddings that take place here. It was just a few years ago that they built the new Timber Barn on top of the hill. It's now one of my favorite places on earth. It's rustic, elegant and just beautiful. It was my dream to get married here and it couldn't have been more perfect. Donovan was there since day one answering any and all questions I threw his way. They look out for the safety and well being of everyone that steps foot inside and that made my family so comfortable with them. They do all the hard work and made the day as easy as they can for the families. I've seen MANY happy newlyweds come and go from The Red Barn Farm, and we are blessed to be one of them.

I cannot say enough good things about Donovon and his staff. From the first time I viewed the venue, Donovon was so helpful (especially with a two month engagement). He was a big reason on why we picked the venue. He was very quick to suggest ideas to help with the short amount of time I had to plan. He was in constant contact and made wedding planning less stressful. On the day of the wedding, we arrived and everything was set up just as we discussed. Donovon made sure everything was perfect. We had a little issue during the wedding and Donovon solved it in 15 minutes. The venue was beautiful and I got so many compliments on how beautiful it was. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!!! I got married at the Timber Barn at Weston Red Barn Farm in October of 2017. I had a lot of logistical issues with the size of my wedding and Donvovan made it happen! I would text Donovan at all hours of the day with concerns and he replied very promptly and put me at ease! I had a vision and he knew how important my special day was. The staff was so accommodating on the day of. I would recommend this venue 100x over! My guests could not get over the beautiful scenery and the amount of stars in the sky that night. It was magical! Thank you so much!

This barn and farm were absolutely amazing, all of our guests commented on how beautiful and relaxed it was and the owners were just fantastic. They can do six weddings and weekend yet still treated us like we were the only customers they had. They made everything so easy, answered all our questions and let us come check out the venue multiple times. It doesn't get better than this place!

Where do I start? We got married at the unbelievably beautiful timber barn. From the very first visit, we knew it was going to be our choice. We started comparing other venues to this one and it was standing out more and more as we searched. Yes, the place is absolutely gorgeous, but they are incredibly easy to work with. The owner is super gracious and is willing to help you have the best day possible. Choosing this venue put our minds at ease and now we will be remembering how perfect it was for the rest of our lives. Some practical reasons why we loved it: it is very close to the airport for friends and family that are traveling, they clean up all the trash and set up all the chairs/tables, the prep kitchen made it very easy to prepare the food and for servers to have an area to work, almost everywhere is a great spot for pictures, and it was easy to get ready and change for pictures and such. The only thing that was a bit challenging was having all the guys changing in the men's restroom. The bridal suite room was perfect for the girls. All in all, if your looking for a place that is absolutely beautiful, highly functional for many different wedding sizes, and that everyone will remember, you found it.

We went to other venues (after the Timber barn) and my wife had her heart set on the Weston Red Barn Farm to be the place where we got married. I couldn't disagree with her either. The Staff who cleaned up and helped were so great too. We can not say a negative thing about this place. Donovan is the man. I owe my happiness/ my wife happiness to him.

I loved that the venue could be made into whatever you wanted it to be. If you wanted a more rustic feel, you can absolutely make it that. If you were looking for a bit more elegant feel, you could do it! The huge wraparound porch was incredible. It was beautiful fall weather the day we got married so folks were mingling indoors and out, which was perfect since we had nearly 300 people. It’s well cared for and a space that is easy to transform! We had so many out of town guests comment that they couldn’t even believe they were in Missouri because of the views and surroundings. There simply isn’t someplace like it in downtown Kansas City and it’s absolutely worth the drive! Next, the team. Donovan, from day one, was wonderful. He was friendly, patient, accessible, incredibly helpful, encouraging and so knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us make the day perfect. From drawing up a table layout, to answering emails with loads of questions, to venue walkthroughs, to even helping set up the bars and get things ready the day of, we knew we were in great hands! He made my husband and I feel so confident and relaxed throughout the process. He knows his stuff and offers awesome suggestions and ideas that were super valuable. Thanks Donovan, for everything!

We first visited the Red Barn Farm in the spring 2015 when the Timber Barn was just a skeleton and a drawing plan, even then we fell in love with the venue and knew it was the perfect match for us. Our wedding was in October 2016 and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day or setting. The view is amazing for pictures, as is the whole venue, and Donovan and Steve who run the farm were great to work with. We first visited the Red Barn Farm in the spring 2015 when the Timber Barn was just a skeleton and a drawing plan, even then we fell in love with the venue and knew it was the perfect match for us. Our wedding was in October 2016 and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day or setting. The view is amazing for pictures, as is the whole venue, and Donovan and Steve who run the farm were great to work with. It was the perfect mix of classy and country for us, and the barn is so great on its own I didn't fee like I had to do a ton of decorating. Highly recommend this venue!!! Though my wife and I planned on an outdoor sunset wedding overlooking the rolling hills of Weston, we got thunderstorm with a tornado warning... Plan A turned to plan B under the covered patio, and then quickly changed to plan C as we battened down the hatches threatened by wind-whipped-rain and sirens. The exposed wood and rustic decor made for a beautiful venue that easily accommodated our guests. Personally, the best part of the venue was the proprietor. Donovan was extremely helpful and courteous from the day we set foot on the property. He was very attentive and responsive throughout both the planning and execution phases of our wedding. I grew up in California, so getting married on a farm had never really crossed my mind, but the the Red Barn Farm has a very warm feeling, like home. That sold it for me, and on such an important day and it delivered.

This venue is absolutely stunning and has eclectic, elegance on it's own. My husband and I booked this venue a year and half before our big day and going into it we were made aware that the weekend we chose was a very busy weekend for the farm as it was apple fest. We didnt' mind the idea of wedding crashers so we proceeded to book the original Red barn. Leading up to our wedding day I noticed in the venue outline that weddings in September and October were not to start prior to 5 pm which posed a problem since we had booked the barn for a Sunday morning brunch wedding. I reached out to Donovan and he immediately informed me that they would make it work! They hired an event coordinator to be on site for us that morning since they knew they would not be as accessible to us. They allowed us to get into the venue earlier then they normally allow and they were helpful and hospitable throughout our entire day.We never even knew that apple fest was going on because they kept their other guests from coming behind the barn and disrupting our reception. Then at the very end of our reception once everything was cleaned up, they offered to take us on a tractor ride around the farm and through the pumpkin patch. Steve and Donovan thank you for helping us to create our perfect wedding day!

We got married in the Timber Barn (the new one) on 8/27/16 and it was fantastic. Despite the weather (mid 80s) it was comfortable in the barn with the doors open. This venue was everything we could have hoped for and our pictures are great. Donovan sold us on the Timber barn when it was little more than a concrete slab and our faith was rewarded. This place is a great place to have a wedding and Donovan and his team are truly great to work with. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

The amazing staff made the day even better by tending to anything that needed to be done, with an awesome sense of professionalism. I would get married here all over again! I was able to watch the new event barn transform, and could not have imagined a more beautiful venue to be married on November 21, 2015. It was a very cold evening, so we had to do our \"back up plan\" to have the ceremony inside with the doors open. It was beyond beautiful and our guests were able to have the warmth from the insulated barn but still have the outdoor view! We had to seat for right at 200, so we had the guests seated at their tables for the ceremony and just ended up moving a couple of the tables to the side for an even bigger dance floor with the bar, apps, etc having to be indoors as well.. The ONLY thing we noticed could be a problem, with the cold and not utilizing the back patio to line up our precessional and the many flower girls/groomsmen, the bathrooms were taken over with people before \"go time\". If your guests are flexible like ours- then you won't have any issues :) Loved working with Donovan, and the photos only did little justice to how beautiful the evening was!

Our guest list started out at around 150 but quickly grew to around 275. There were more instances than I can count where i was having to adjust sitting arrangements to accommodate the tables and chairs needed. Donovan was quick to respond and went so far as including little diagrams that he drafted to help me move things around in the room.\rThe venue itself is absolutely gorgeous! We used the chandeliers and twinkle lights provided and they really set the tone for the classy/organic tone that we were going for. We dressed the barn up by adding a few personal touches with antique mirrors and old china and Donovan and Steve were there to help us set up everything without any hesitation. We had the ceremony outside overlooking the gorgeous views of Weston and the rolling hills. Throughout the entire wedding, guests were coming up to us telling us that they had never seen a more beautiful wedding venue and wished that they had been married here too. The pictures were exquisite! Make sure to have your photographer take photos at sunset because they really will come out beautifully. I can't say enough about how attentive Steve and Donovan were or with how happy we are that we chose to get married here. Book this venue, I promise you, it's the most beautiful place in the mid west!

At the end of the day, our wedding was everything that we hoped it would be, We had quite a few set backs. However, the one perfect element of our wonderful event was Weston Red Barn Farm. We could tell that they care about customer service and do their best to treat everyone as family. Not everyone wants to get married on a farm I suppose. Sherry always dreamed of getting married in a rose garden! But, at the end of the day, we found the perfect spot to celebrate our love with all of our friends and family. The views of the rolling hillside are so beautiful and the barn was so intimate and special. Our first dance was epic. And I would do it again tomorrow at Weston Red Barn Farm without a doubt. I would recommend that you certainly consider this venue as one of your finalists. Be sure to take the time to head out there and meet Donovan and his crew. They will take care of you. Also, we really liked the fact that Weston is nearby. Our families enjoyed the cool town and staying at a bed and breakfast.

I expected to have a long day preparing for the big event and I got there and it was all just perfectly setup already, and everything else I wanted, they helped me out with quickly, and perfectly. I recommend them to anyone. Breathtaking location, great staff, just wonderful!

Loved having my ceremony and reception at the Red Barn Farm. I used the new barn, and it's absolutely gorgeous. Donovan, his parents, and all the staff are excellent, easy to work with, extremely professional, and just overall wonderful people. We got married here on Sept 7th, which coincided with Labor day as well as the first day the red barn farm was open for fall activities. Even with all of this going on, the staff made our wedding a priority. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. Several opportunities for awesome photos and is the perfect spot to have a rustic wedding. All of our vendors were familiar with the venue and only had the best things to say about it. There are also several options on how to set up the wedding and reception giving you a lot of flexibility. \r\rBut the one thing that sold the Weston Red Barn for us, was dealing with Donovan and everyone else that works at the farm. It is a family business and they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. They truly made us feel like we were part of the family and were incredibly accommodating. They are truly some of the most kind people you will ever meet and they really set this wedding venue apart from the others. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Weston Red Barn Farm! I would highly recommend the venue to any of my friends and family. It is truly a one of a kind place ran by some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

This venue was amazing! My husband and I got married here July 2015, and we couldn't ask for a better place! I went and checked it out with my sister and booked it without even showing my Fiance, that's how beautiful, welcoming, and perfect this place was! After they showed my the venue we walked around the rest of the farm and just talked and hung out. They were the nicest, chillest people! The staff was amazing and so helpful, and they were so good at responding back to any question via text/emails. It was so nice not having to worry about the venue, plus it's so beautiful i barley had to do any decorating! Love this place and the family that runs it! Such a great family and farm!

We were lucky enough to stumble upon the Weston Red Barn Farm about a year ago and could not have found a better venue for our wedding. Donovan was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process - he actually helped my fiancé plan our engagement (which happened on the Farm). :) And he helped us plan our engagement pictures so that we'd get them during the week the apple trees bloom. We were one of the first few weddings in the new barn and were a little nervous to choose a venue we couldn't actually see... but Donovan was so hands on and engaged, we knew it was the right choice. The barn is absolutely gorgeous. The setting is amazing (breathtaking views on all sides), and the land around the barn made for a perfect backdrop for all of our wedding photos. Donovan's attention to detail in the barn is also very evident - from the lighting on the inside walls, to the reclaimed barn wood, to the old doors in the bathrooms to the chandelier. We could not have imagined a more beautiful place to celebrate our marriage and know that the Weston Red Barn Farm will be a special part of our lives forever!

We got married in the Timer Frame Barn and it was breathtaking. We planned our wedding from Boston and had very little time in KC to plan. Donovan and Steve showed us a pile of dirt and blue prints back in December, and we took a leap of faith. BOY, did that pay off! The new barn is stunning, I had not seen the finished barn until the morning of the wedding, and I was speechless! The venue is exactly what we wanted with a rustic feel, complete with reclaimed wood from local barns and a unique stockpile of agri-junk. Beyond the place, the people are wonderful! Donovan was so helpful--he actually hooked us up with a lot of vendors, which made planning from Boston so much easier. This is the most beautiful barn I have EVER seen, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning to get married in the KC area. Great venue and great people---what could top that?

We recently celebrated our wedding at the Red Barn Farm on a Sunday night in early May. Steve, Donovan and their team were flexible, responsive, and easygoing hosts, which was a great fit for our party. We loved spending the day there, from 8am setup to the 11pm bonfire after dancing. Guests enjoyed the many spaces for enjoying the natural beauty of their land: the orchard (ceremony location), the barn (dinner and dancing), the hillside, and animal corrals/areas. Some guests stayed close by at hotels near KCI, but most did not mind the drive to/from KC metro. We feel so fortunate to have been able to celebrate here! We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and memorable setting.

Love, love, LOVE!\rI knew the second I visited the barn this was the space for us. I was planning our wedding from Charlotte, NC and got a brief time to visit. I had a list of 10 places to try and see before I headed back home. This was our fourth stop on the map and quite frankly it was our last! I had checked out of venue hunting and checked in to wedding planning, immediately looking at the infinite number of options at this barn. It was so cozy and not to mention GORGEOUS. Our style is less is more, letting simple design elements make big statements. When you have a tobacco barn with twinkle lights and chandeliers it speaks for itself! Steve and his staff were so great making us feel right at home which was a huge turn on for us. I can't get enough of people who have a passion for what they do and Steve is the epitome of just that! He was there to pick the phone any time I had a question...which was extremely helpful when planning from out of state (and moving twice in the process) They are so accommodating I implore you to visit Weston Red Barn Farm and fall in love the way we did :)
