Let your story begin at Whispering Pines of Carlisle. Located just five miles outside of Carlisle, The Pines is nestled in a very private setting with peaceful, yet breathtaking views. We offer both beautiful landscaping outside and a french country decor inside. Say your I do's outside at our beautiful ceremony site, followed by appetizers and lawn games on the West lawn. Enjoy dinner and dance the evening away in our spacious heated/ air conditioned ballroom which holds up to 250 guests. Booking for 2021, call for details and save your date!

My wife and I don’t even know where to begin with Whispering Springs in Carlisle, PA. After our venue had to cancel our wedding 3 days prior to our scheduled date, we contacted Whispering Springs. From the moment of that first phone call until the wedding’s conclusion and cleanup, Deb and Tracy were absolutely amazing! Not only did they save our wedding, Deb and Tracy played a huge role in making the once in a lifetime event into something that we could not even have imagined. Their support in planning, decorating, detailing, and any other preparatory measures was impeccable! The grounds themselves were well manicured and breathtaking providing a beautiful backdrop contributing to a perfect day. We felt loved, supported and treated like family throughout this day and the entire process. Without a doubt, we recommend this venue for planning your wedding day. There are not enough words to say thank you for making our dreams come true on 8/20/2022.

Whispering Pines of Carlisle was the absolute BEST place we could have chosen to get married. Tracy and Deb were amazing to work with. They did so much more than just provide a venue for the wedding and reception--they also coordinated the entire day from when we arrived to when we left. They are incredible to work with and provide so much for their very reasonable price than most of the other venues. In addition, the outdoor ceremony location is absolutely stunning. They keep the grounds beautifully manicured with tons of spots for pictures and the lavender fields are beautiful in summer. Inside, the reception space is large, air conditioned, and beautifully decorated with chandeliers. Deb and Tracy worked with us to decorate it they way we wanted. They provide a lot of decorations and accessories that other venues charge for. On the day of our wedding, when we had rain and had to make decisions about indoor vs. out door, they expertly guided us through the day to enable us to have the wedding outdoors. They also guided us to our caterer and florist and then worked with all of our vendors to create a perfect wedding day. I also liked that they provided an alternative to the barn wedding venues which were pretty much the only option at our price point in central PA--Whispering Pines was extremely classy and beautiful.

Working with Tracy and Amanda was great. I primarily worked with Tracy over the course of my wedding planning, but both helped to coordinate the wedding day. The venue itself is beautiful, from the grounds outside to the indoor layout. We got so many comments from guests of how pretty the place was. I highly recommend others to choose Whispering Pines for their weddings.

Whispering Pines went above and beyond the call for a venue on our wedding day. Between changing our wedding date 3 times due to COVID-19, to planning with a 5-6 hour time difference from Hawaii, to helping serve food on our wedding day, to fixing errors from our cater the day of, to shoveling unexpected snow, our wedding day could not have happened without Tracy and Deb. We will never be able to thank them enough!

Whispering Pines Of Carlisle is such a gorgeous venue; from the outdoor ceremony space, the gorgeous/spacious ballroom, the multitude of photo opportunities outdoors, and all of the little details in between! I could not be more happy with choosing them for my September 5th Wedding. The venue is extremely affordable (especially in comparison to other local options) and Tracey was wonderful. She was there before any of the bridal party arrived and she was the last person to leave! She was such a huge help with setting up and tearing down! She helped ensure that everything moved smoothly! If you have your wedding here you will not regret it!

Where do I even begin with Whispering Pines of Carlisle? At a time when everything in the world was a mess and so much uncertainty this venue and the ladies whom run it came through like a shining light for my husband and I. Our first venue that we had our heart set on was not working with us to hold our wedding in 2020. Our florist referred us quickly to these ladies three months before our scheduled wedding. They were super responsive immediately and got us in for a tour and to our luck had our date still open! The place is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The convenience of tables, chairs, linens and chinaware included in the price was a huge plus. The newly renovated Grooms and Brides rooms are super pretty. Tracy was always so quick to answer all of my many questions through text and telephone conversations along the way. Deb was there the night before at rehearsal helping set up and putting little touches to our décor we brought along, that she had. The day of the event the ladies were always checking in with us to make sure everything was running smoothly and if we needed anything. I am so happy we went with Whispering Pines of Carlisle and would have definitely started with them from the beginning had I did a bit more research on locations in this area. We are already talking about having our 10-year wedding vowel renewal there! Thank you, Tracy and Deb, – you both were our saviors!

Tracy and Deb were amazing from WPOC! They are they nicest people ever! They were great with communication before the wedding and we had two meetings before our big day! The price for the venue is very reasonable for what you get! Outside ceremony area was absolutely gorgeous and made our day even more beautiful! Everyone loved the ceremony outside! The reception space is large and roomy to fit plenty of people! The dessert bar, the bar, the dance floor are all perfect ! Having a bridal and groom suite was a nice added bonus! So many picture opportunities on their well kept property! The outside area is also very nice for guests to hangout at! Totally recommend Whispering Pines! Such a beautiful place for your special day!

I couldn't even begin to say how AMAZING Deb and Tracy were during my planning process and even during the wedding day!!! They made all of my planning so easy, and they were always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how big or small they seemed. Deb made the set-up and rehearsal flow so smoothly and had so many great ideas for decorating. Deb also made sure that I was able to enjoy my wedding day without any stress, taking care of any concerns that came up!! I wish I could give these amazing ladies more than 5 stars, because they truly deserve it! The venue itself is GORGEOUS and tucked back in Carlisle, but still close enough to main roads that no one had trouble finding it. If you're looking for a venue that has it all and the owners truly are invested in making sure their clients are taken care of and have the best wedding day ever, check this place out!!

Where to begin?! Tracy and Deb were exceptional to work with and made the entire wedding planning process less overwhelming. They provided us with a lot of great ideas for our reception based on our style, guest count, etc. and gave knowledgeable suggestions for local vendors. The grounds are gorgeous, both outdoors and indoors! It poured rain during our entire reception, so we did not get to take advantage of the stunning outdoor landscape for our posed photos like we had planned, but the stone fireplace inside made a beautiful back-up backdrop. The small barn was even set up for us to take some outdoor pictures without us getting soaked. Tracy was on-site for the entire reception and worked with our other vendors to keep everything running smoothly despite the raging weather. My husband and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. We had a great experience and a beautiful wedding day!

These two ladies are amazing! When my son's venue had to suddenly close, only months before his wedding date, Deb and Tracy went above and beyond to accommodate him and his wife. And what a wonderful day it was!! You absolutely cannot go wrong with Whispering Pines.
