White Crest Farm is a country wedding venue situated in Carrollton, GA. This gorgeous 20-acre farm features a variety of indoor and outdoor event spaces for couples to celebrate their big occasion. Surrounded by rolling hills and peaceful meadows, this property is ideal for those seeking to wed away from the bustling big city. Couples at White Crest Farm can kickstart their celebrations with an outdoor ceremony adjacent to the barn. This quaint area is complete with pecan trees, luscious green lawns, botanical blooms, and an open-air stone fireplace. Here, you can exchange vows at the foot of the fireplace overlooking loved ones and the farmâs grounds. Once youâve tied the knot, this area can be transformed into a cozy cocktail party setting. You can sip on beverages, mingle with guests, and watch as the sun elegantly sets over the horizon. Alternatively, the nearby White Barn can host memorable cocktail hours and banquets under shelter. Complete with wooden beams and traditional barn doors, this quaint area is great for smaller gatherings. A night of dancing and laughter can then commence in the siteâs Gathering Hall. This spacious room can comfortably host celebrations of up to 250 people, including a dance floor and live entertainment. The hall welcomes guests through its five white French doors and features chandeliers, string lighting, lanterns, and spotlights. Opposite the Gathering Hall, you and your guests can take a rest from dancing in one of two verandas. Additional facilities include get-ready suites where you can relax and get changed before the big moment arrives. Upon booking your big day at White Crest Farm, the siteâs owner will be on-hand to ensure that your celebrations run smoothly. We are honored to have run this venue for over two decades.

I genuinely hate to leave this review because when I booked this venue in March of 2022, it was under the management of a wonderful woman named Carol who took pride in making sure her couples and their guests had the best day possible and this is seriously the most gorgeous venue and I absolutely love all of the hard work and love that was put into it over the years. Fast forward to August 2023 when I found out that my venue had been sold and that was Carol not going to be my coordinator, Misty was. Misty was very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful to me and my now husband but then....BAM...a week later, I find out from Misty on FB that she was fired. I had to check to see who my new coordinator was and was told it was Emily and she then tells me that she would have been my coordinator anyways which I was never told. There was a lot of miscommunication happening on their end with the changes so we had to constantly say things over again. Fast forward to our rehearsal on 10/6 where we arrive at the rental home on the property that we had to pay an additional cost of $500 for a 2 night stay. Upon arriving to the house, our friend perched on the side of the master bed and the wood underneath collapsed. Emily came up and reset the slats and footing but said the previous wedding party \"broke a bunch of things\" so they knew about this issue beforehand and no one bothered to fix it before we arrived. The night of our rehearsal, my partner and I were sleeping in the bed that was \"fixed\" and it crashed down in the middle of the night causing me to hurt my back pretty bad. (I wound up having to wear a tens unit the day of my wedding and take medication just to enjoy myself.) After the bed was \"fixed\" and our guests started to arrive and use the house (we had 7 people staying in the house), we found a pedestal sink in another bathroom not even attached to the wall, the toilet paper holder in another bathroom came out of the wall when someone simply tried to wipe, the master bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned, the trashcan under the counter was still full from a previous party, the shower handle in one of the bathrooms fell to the floor as one of our friends tried to turn the shower off, the sofa was visibly broken, the porch was basically falling apart when you touched any of the railings and I could go on. Basically, the house was \"staged\" to look nice but it seems that everything we touched, broke. If this house wasn't up to standards, it should not have been rented out. Alternatively, if it was going to be rented out so soon, it should have been at a highly discounted rate. Aside from Emily being rude and dismissive, she shoved one of my friends who was trying to talk to our photographer and then grabbed my husband and I to \"pose\" us for our cake cutting photos when our professional photographer was standing there to direct us. Additionally, when we were rehearsing for the wedding, my 7 year old niece who is on the spectrum wasn't cooperating so I said we should move on but the staff continued to disregard what I was saying so my niece got upset. Overall, there is some serious training that needs to happen with the staff of this venue to be more empathetic, professional and organized so that no one else who books here has to endure what we went through. We also never met or spoke to the new owners which is I am leaving my feedback here, hoping they see this and respond.

Ms. Carol and the rest of the White Crest team made our day simply perfect. The venue is just breathtaking, and guests could not stop talking about how beautiful it is. Carol had everything under total control. She thought of everything. For example, I was concerned since some guests would need some assistance. But members of her team quickly spotted those guests went to them with the golf cart to transport them. Family members I talked with after the wedding told me how they appreciated having a member of Carolâs team ready with the golf cart to take them from their car to the wedding area and back to their cars when they were getting ready to leave. Just priceless. The bridal suite is simple stunning. It allowed me to take beautiful one-on-one pictures with family members, especially my aunt, my momâs sister. My mom is no longer with us, so having the time with my aunt was exactly what I needed that day. I also had a malfunction with my hair, but a member of Carolâs team pulled out some hair pins and help fix my hair! She rescued my hairdo. Our wedding day was simply perfect. Ms. Carol and her team decorated the venue just beautifully and someone on her team was always available when needed. We loved having the whole venue to ourselves for the whole day. I highly recommend White Crest Farms. Again, Ms. Carol and her team was just wonderful!

This is an absolute gorgeous and affordable venue. Everything we were wanting. But where do I begin. Carol is good to work with until the day of the ceremony. She is very punctual, so be early. We were originally told she only has one event a weekend. Everything was planned so smooth. And it did not go that way. Drinks were not prepared at all, the groom and her family had to truck all the drinks to the bar. The whole wedding party was not able to enjoy cocktail hour and enjoy the pics and decor we had set up. Carol did not help in directing our photographer for pics when sheâs been doing this for decades. She knows where ppl are supposed to be.

The staff that works with this venue is phenomenal as well! My wedding day felt absolutely so smooth flowing and peaceful. If you want a venue thatâs very open spaced, humble but astonishing, owners willing to accommodate all your wedding day dreams, and make you feel as if you are one of their own then this is definitely the one!

White Crest is such an amazing venue!! For starters, they have so many things that you can use on your wedding day to decorate at your disposal! They make you feel amazing, and special. On my wedding morning, we had 3 different mimosas in the bridal suite (which is stunning by the way!). Carol makes sure everything is seamless. We didnât have to worry about anything all day long. White Crest is such an amazing venue!! For starters, they have so many things that you can use on your wedding day to decorate at your disposal! They make you feel amazing, and special. On my wedding morning, we had 3 different mimosas in the bridal suite (which is stunning by the way!). Carol makes sure everything is seamless. We didnât have to worry about anything all day long. With her being the venue owner and your day of coordinator, you know things will be handled right! 10/10 recommend đ

Cannot recommend White Crest Farm enough!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. If you are fortunate enough to have found White Crest Farm, BOOK NOW. I was married earlier this year, and everything was a DREAM - the staff, the property, the logistics, the gathering hall, the white barn, the bridal suite - all a 10/10! Carol, Dennis and the rest of the team are fantastic! They took care of EVERY detail and went the extra mile to make sure our wedding was everything we hoped and dreamed!

White Crest Farms is THE venue to go to in Georgia! Itâs the most affordable for a larger scale wedding (250-300 people) and includes a plethora of options for decor. Carol Fulton will becomes your best friend through your wedding journey. She focuses on what you picture, but offers advice when you get stuck. I got married a month ago and had my reception there, and it was perfect! Everything flowed smoothly, she had plenty of affordable 5-star vendor options who worked there before, and her team called all vendors the week of so I didnât have to worry about a thing! Parking was nothing, they planned the exit down to a second it felt like. But there was flexibility to keep things running longer or cut things short if needed. I had my reception in the summertime and the heat wasnât a thing because of the options you have available to keep the reception hall cold. The space for bridesmaids allows you to pamper your girls wonderfully! And there were so many sweet surprises the white crest team throws in. I wonât spoil it for you, just have your wedding and/or reception there to find out! The barn is great for appetizers, the reception hall grand for dinner, and dancing under the lights outside is a dream! If you want a stress-free, fun, affordable, glamorous, one-of-a-kind wedding, have it at White Crest Farm! Love, love, love!

My overall experience with Carol, Bri, Dennis, and the rest of the staff was WONDERFUL!! They did more than enough to make sure our day and the entire weekend was one we would never forget. After our first meeting my daughter decided it would be the perfect place to get married. Carol and her staff were so helpful and accommodating. She went above an beyond to make this day special for my daughter and our families! Her husband is just as helpful moving and setting up whatever we needed! They gave us plenty of time to make sure we had everything ready to go! On the day of the wedding she made sure I was not doing a ton of things and enjoying mysel. She made sure my handicapped parents were taken care of before the ceremony and after! Anything I needed she was at my beck and call! Thank you to Carol, Dennis and the whole White Crest Family for making my daughter's wedding, \"The Best Day Ever\"! You are all amazing!

While the venue is breath-taking the staff is Rude! Rude! Rude! Carol has the worst attitude I have ever experienced in a vendor hostess. As a guest I witnessed her attitude with one of the vendors that was totally uncalled for, and was beyond unprofessional. Do your research I am not the first one to complain.

The venue is breath taking, and provides picturesque views at every turn. Dancing under the twinkling lights was romantic and everything that I have dreamed of. The bridal suite is top notch and was the perfect place to get ready and relax before walking down the aisle. While White Creast Farms is the ideal location, what really makes it special are the people that run it. Carol is with you every step of the way, from final walk throughs to decor advice, she is very supportive. She truly is there to make sure your day is exactly what you've always dreamed of. Her husband Dennis is equally as helpful and supportive. Great people, Great venue!! They made it the best day ever.:)
