White Eagle was an easy choice, and we're so glad we picked them for our reception venue. We had a specific menu in mind (brunch buffet plus omelet and meat carving stations), and White Eagle was able to take care of everything. They've seen it all, and we knew we were in god hands. We loved working with Gabi, who was super responsive and made sure that we got everything we wanted!

Our holiday party was a complete hit! They decorated the halls making for great pictures with friends, and the Vivian Room was set beautifully with holiday napkins to match. The food was outstanding! Everyone left with full bellies and I’m good spirits. We have already talked about planning our next event with Zaneta and can not wait!

I attended an event this weekend at The White Eagle and I have to say it was wonderful from start to finish! there was well over 500 people there with me and I was still taken care of as an individual. That was so important to me! I applaud the staff and everyone who made the event run smoothly. I will definitely be back!

We went to a wedding at White Eagle last weekend and it could not have been better. Now that I am engaged and watching every last detail of any event I go to, I have been raving about the food and service there. My fiance' ordered the steak and it was cooked perfectly, which I think is hard to do for large groups. I had the chicken served with a fancy potato presentation that made me want to lick my plate! Our server was so nice and kept our glasses filled without asking. I can't say enough great things!

I am headed in to sign my reception contract this week and am giving White Eagle FIVE STARS already! We shopped around for weeks and the whole process was intimidating until we sat down with our sales manager at White Eagle. She broke down our budget line-for-line so that we could really examine what we were paying for. They even tweaked the packages a little for us so that we were able to fit within our desired price. I am so relieved that we are going to have our special day at a place that took the time to really understand our needs and worked with us to create an affordable package.

Meet the White Eagle Events & Convention Center Team
Monika Grzegorczyk (Manager) Monica has been an event coordinator at White Eagle Events since 2000. She held her wedding reception at the White Eagle in June 2004 and is happily married to her husband, Ted. They have a 5-year-old son, Joey. Monica enjoys working with all the lovely couples to make their dream weddings come true. Aside from weddings, she also helps plan engagement parties, showers, baptisms, graduations, corporate events and many more.
