Hidden in the hillside, White Hallow Acres is a farmstead wedding venue located in Wellsburg, NY. It overlooks beautiful native oak trees and country-style gardens that couples and their loved ones can enjoy as a comfortable retreat away from busy modern life. This location combines the ambiance of the valley with its spectacular views to create a one-of-a-kind idyllic setting for any wedding. The owners, Natalie and Daniel Pipher are there to help soon-to-be newlyweds with event planning and day-of coordination as the special day unfolds. Whether a couple desires a cozy gathering or a large celebration, this venue’s event spaces can accommodate up to 200 people. White Hallow Acres offers picturesque scenery with its lush lawns and gardens, ponds, and rustic barn, making it a perfect backdrop for photos. This venue can host wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as engagement parties and bridal showers. The starting site fee includes planning, setup, and cleanup for every event. White Hallow Acres allows couples to bring outside vendors such as officiants, caterers, bartenders, and live musicians. Tables and chairs, along with all linens, drapery, flatware, and glassware are provided by the venue, as they enhance the bucolic atmosphere of the venue. There is an on-site bridal suite for couples to get ready in, and plenty of complimentary parking for guests. With high-quality sound and lighting systems, guests are sure to dance the night away. The venue also welcomes pets so all family members can enjoy the festivities.

We got married 9/1/2023 and it truly was the best day I could have imagined. This venue is absolutely breathtaking and Natalie was truly a blessing. She is professional but still so personal and caring. She is just as excited about your wedding as you are! She and her husband made sure the day ran smoothly, and made it picture perfect. She was always available and responsive. My friends and family loved this venue as much as we did! The getting ready rooms and beautiful scenery for pictures are also wonderful and made the day even more perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing!Thank you WHA!

Natalie and Dan are amazing people to work with! They are so nice and helpful! Natalie set up everything for my wedding and made it look absolutely beautiful. They go above and beyond what is needed. All the guests at my wedding were talking about what a gorgeous venue it was. We brought Natalie fruits, cheese and crackers for her to make a charcuterie table and it looked amazing! The guests were also commenting about that too! My wedding day was perfect and I could not have picked a better venue!

Everything from the first meeting, the location, the communication throughout the last 2 years, the fact that they set up and tear down for you on the day of… literally just everything about renting this venue was perfect. I am incredibly grateful that we found White Hollow Acres. Natalie was involved and beyond accommodating during the entire planning process. Booking with Natalie does not just get you a venue to host your event; but access to her entire inventory of signs, centerpieces, linens and more. Natalie is an invaluable resource leading up to the wedding and ensures everything runs smoothly during rehearsal and on the day of. The property has everything you could ask for right on site; from the bride & groom suite, pavilion ceremony space, and spacious reception barn with a patio to allow for an indoor/outdoor event. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Natalie & Dan. Typically, throwing a party for 150 family members and friends would come with its fair share of headaches, but the entire process was stress free thanks largely in part to the Piphers! If you are trying to decide on a wedding venue, your search can stop here. Choosing White Hollow Acres was the best decision we could have made, and it will be yours too!

This venue is by far the best venue in the finger lakes region. Not only is Natalie the nicest person you will ever meet but she also does literally everything for you. You show her your pinterest board and she makes your dreams come true. Everything about this venue is gorgeous! The view is breathtaking!! We looked at maybe 4 other venues after hers and couldn't stop thinking about how much we loved White Hollow Acres. We had family from out of state come to our big day and they even commented how beautiful upstate NY was just by being at her venue. A few things that stood out to me about Natalie were how much she cared and how she was always wanting to make me (the bride) happy. When figuring out our centerpieces she miscounted how many candle votives she had in the color that I wanted so she stayed up all night the night before spray painting some others she had to make sure everything matched and was perfect. We also ran out of beer during our reception so she got in her car to get more at the store without me even knowing anything was going on. Our wedding day was absolutely the best day of our lives and everything went so smoothly. Thank you Natalie!!!

Natalie has the biggest heart and is one of the most genuine people i know. she made the wedding process so easy, she answered any questions i had at anytime and at the rehearsal she made sure everyone knew exactly what to do! The day of natalie had a family emergency but we had no doubt in the world that we’d be in good hands with her husband Dan. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place and on time. their hard work and passion they put into this venue doesn’t go unnoticed, our wedding day was the most perfect day thanks to them both!! every guest loved the view and loved everything about this venue. we are forever thankful and now have made 2 amazing friends!! ♥️♥️

From the first moment we met Natalie I knew that WHA was exactly where I wanted to get married, not only because the venue was everything I ever dreamed of but because of the heart and care her and Dan put into each wedding they host at their venue. I don’t know how they do what they do, from bringing everything you need for the day of to rehearsal so you don’t have to worry about it, having our bridal room, groom room AND the whole venue completely decorated upon your 8AM morning arrival the day of, it was beyond my wildest dreams. She is more than an owner and host, she is your wedding planner, your decorator, your rentals, and much more. She’s EVERYTHING you need to make your day absolutely PERFECT without you and your family having to worry or lift a finger! We put complete trust in Natalie and Dan to take the reins and make our day special and it was nothing short of the happiest day of our lives ❤️

Choosing White Hollow Acres for our wedding venue was by far the best decision we made regarding our planning! We could not have found a better venue than White Hollow Acres! From the very beginning Natalie was there with recommendations of vendors/ ideas and guidance that we asked for and she did not let us down! Its like when you pick WHA you are singing up for a wedding planner/coordinator (if you need help like we did). She was extremely flexible and helped with all emails and meetings she eased our anxiety. She made sure we had our appetizers/ dinner and cake! Honesty she was like an extra bridesmaid that was always there for us. AND THE VENUE! simply amazing. I didn't have to worry about a thing! She set up everything and I swear it was like she was in my head/ as if she studied my Pinterest page... really guys it was THAT perfect. The barn is simply beautiful and the large amount of options for decoration that she already has there made everything so easy. From the large beautiful doors to the bridal area there were countless options for indoor photo opportunities. If you were looking for a beautiful scenery LOOK NO FURTHER!! The rolling hills as far as you can see are so unbelievably amazing and they made the perfect backdrop to our ceremony and for our photos. I can not wait to see the drone over those hills.Coordination - White hollow Acres has an amazing outreach of vendors that they work amazing with and I can imagine that they work perfectly with everyone! - The deliveries were all placed exactly where they needed to be with the guidance of Natalie. The flowers/ the cake. She coordinated everyone and made sure that everything was just perfect. So many behind the scene things that I can not even begin to thank her for because I was too busy getting pretty and drinking champagne with my girls! I am not kidding when I say I did not have to worry about a single thing. I walked in on the day of our wedding and was just amazed at the venue. It was so perfect. The little things - Natalie made sure my bridal party champagne was on ice and ready! She helped us with everything that we needed. Our grandparents got their ride down in the cart past the chairs to the front row to sit. My parents were taken care of and my whole wedding party!The barn- so spacious and has a beautiful look to it that you can truly make your own. The doors can be open or shut allowing a celebration for any type of weather we started with them closed and then once the dancing started they opened right up! The heaters outside kept my friends that wanted to enjoy the October air warm. When you walk it you can just tell it is going to be a beautiful place with the intimate front setting with a photo area, antique dressers and the perfect place for family mementos/ tradition. The bar and kitchen area make everything so easy when it comes to catering and drinking all throughout your celebration! Vendor set ups- DJ front and center with perfect access to the dance floor and the photo booth area. Everything fits so perfectly like it was meant to be!- Food set up was perfect on the outdoor covered porch and also there Is still room inside even with 18+ tables. -There was even the ability to switch up the tables for late night pizza which everyone loved!Parking - plenty of enough room for the maximum amount of guests to park, handicap parking and easy access for everyone. Natalies dancing 10/10. So happy to be able to do the cupid shuffle and break it down on the dance floor.We can not say enough about this amazing venue and our guests all loved it!

I recently attended a wedding at White Hollow Acres for one of my very close friends. The owner of the venue not only hung around the entirety of the event sort of hovering which I have never seen at a venue, but also had a restriction on the volume of the reception!! Now, I can understand the owner being there in the beginning to make sure the caterers find their space and help to get things going for the couple but then I would expect her to leave the newlyweds to enjoy their night after dinner. However they were there the entire time. Once the DJ started playing she kept making him turn down the music even though the guests were having a fantastic time along with the newlyweds. Supposedly they were worried of noise complaints from neighbors (if that’s the case why build a venue where loud receptions will undoubtedly be held.) The poor DJ didn’t know what to do because if he turned it down to the level requested you couldn’t really hear the music over all the guests dancing and singing and having a great time together! The owners got pretty nasty about it and even went as far to close the garage door ON GUESTS who were mingling on both sides of it because it was going slightly over their 90 sound level limit! They also got the bride and groom involved which on their day is not what they need to be worried about. Unnecessary added stress!!! The bride was in tears because they were being so rude about it. So if you are looking to have a party like reception this is not the place for you to book your wedding! On top of this the owners had a wedding booked the Friday Saturday and Sunday of this weekend, which could definitely leave a couple not feeling like the focus and a priority of a venue. They had to have their rehearsal on a Thursday so people traveling from far away who were to be in the wedding either had to miss rehearsal or had to come an extra day. They then had to store decorations to come back to get them on a separate occasion instead of the day after. Overall, having been a bride myself a very short time ago this venue would not be one I recommend to those planning.

I recently attended a wedding at White Hollow Acres for one of my very close friends. White Hollow Acres is not just a stunning venue with beautiful views, but the assistance, guidance and encouragement that Natalie provides as the owner is priceless. She had recommendations for vendors, suggestions on how the day should go, and helped us navigate planning a wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic. The day of the wedding was an absolute dream as the bride. I knew everything was being taken care of and all I had to do was get ready in the spacious, well-stocked bridal suite that is conveniently located on site. There are not many venues that will do set-up and clean-up but White Hollow Acres took care of everything. When you choose this venue, you are essentially getting a wedding coordinator. Natalie is dedicated to making sure that every couples' day is seamless and that all of the guests have a good time. This venue is priced very fairly but the peace of mind you get is worth so much more.

This was hands down thre best day of my life. White Hollow Acres was absolutely beautiful!!! 1 year later and people still talk about how beautiful my wedding was. Natalie was perfect she helped out with so much made me feel so relaxed. She truly does gives 100% of everything she has to making sure our day was perfect. All I can say is thank God we found her and her beautiful venue. Please if anyone is looking for an amazing, beautiful venue White Hollow Acres is definitely it. I promise you will never regret.

The business of getting married is a serious one; there are a million decisions that need to be made, and there is an odd pressure for originality and perfection. Selecting the right venue for you and your mate is one of biggest decisions you can make, as it is not only a reflection of you and your partner, it sets the stage for how the day is going to be. If I am being completely honest, my fiancé and I did not particularly see ourselves in a \"barn wedding\" at first... bookish, indoor kids that we are, we did not initially see how the barn reflected us. We had seen pictures of the space and saw immediately how lovely it was, but it wasn't until we met with Natalie at the venue that it became clear that this was where we would commit to each other for the rest of our lives. For Natalie, this is not just a business, it is a passion project. She has great vision, exceptional attention to detail, and really has developed a stunning venue. Natalie was accommodating and supportive throughout the process, checking in frequently in the months leading up to the day, offering affirmation and feedback as decisions were being made, and providing all hands on deck on the big day! She is a phenomenon! Additionally, Natalie was not just a joy for us to work with, it was clear all of our vendors enjoyed working with her too, helping to promote their businesses as well as her own! As for the space itself... Let it be said, it is stunning. It feels open and bright, and if you have the opportunity, look up -- the knotty pine ceiling is spectacular! The space accommodates 200 people-- we had just under 150 guest, making the cavernous 40'x80' space feel intimate and cozy. The site has tables, chairs, and some decor on hand, but Natalie is exceptionally flexible with allowing the space to be personalized (thank you again, Natalie, for letting us come in with a bucket truck to install over 100 paper lanterns!). At the time that we booked, the side porch, kitchen, and bathrooms had yet to be built -- by the time we were married, true to her word, all three projects were complete, and the covered porch ended up being quite the wedding guest hang-out spot! The massive barn doors open up to an uncovered patio with a gorgeous view of endless rolling hills. I am beyond pleased with the day that White Hollow Acres helped us create, and am forever thankful to Natalie for all of her help, support, and insight. While I got many compliments on the food, my dress, the lanterns, my groom's dance moves, and our vows, it is the space that people are still calling me to rave about. If you are looking for a wedding venue, I recommended White Hollow Acres wholeheartedly. If you are a wedding vendor, reach out to Natalie as soon as possible... White Hollow Acres is going to be the wedding hot spot for the Southern Tier for years to come. Hitch your wagon to this star.
