The white house mansion went above & beyond for our wedding day! Our original venue caught on fire the day before our big day and we had less than 24 hours to find something. Our wedding was September 2019 at the White House Mansion, and it was absolutely wonderful. Julia took care of us throughout the experience of personalizing the experience just for us, and patiently answering all of my questions. She made sure everything went smoothly the day of, from coordinating the ceremony to the catering. Our day went by without a hiccup, and I can't thank her enough. The venue itself is beautiful, and rich with history. It's close enough to the city that it's not a long drive, but tucked just enough into a wooded area to give your ceremony privacy. We even had some deer on the grounds in the background of our newly wed photos at sunset! All of our guests said it was a beautiful event.

The White House Mansion was the ideal place for a 100th birthday celebration. Family and friends came from all over the U.S. and were very pleased with the location and the space within the mansion. Julia provided her experience in setting up our décor and food service. Her staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. All party attendees were happy and had a fantastic time. Our goal was to create a lasting memory and I believe we accomplished it!

We looked around for venues and decided to pick this one since it is extremely unique. The venue was perfect for our 100 year birthday party. We had approximately 50 family members of all ages and we had a fabulous time. It felt as though we were at someone’s home and not a hall. Samantha was there for all our needs and the owner was so accommodating. Great place for a wedding where you can have a great time without worrying.

While I was able to rent the tablecloths from the venue, and secure serving items through them, I was also able to choose my own caterer, which was a welcome difference from so many other venues I'd contacted.Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would heartily recommend looking at this site for a variety of events!

I loved White House Mansion! Julia was very accommodating and excited for me to get married! She helped me through every step and I didn’t even need a wedding planner. The day was perfect in a huge White House covered in white decorations with all of the people I loved. And after the fact Julia was able to meet with me to go over my big day and make sure I was satisfied with every detail. She was super understanding and wonderful to work with. I recommend her venue to anyone looking for an elegant wedding in the Tulsa area!

We got married here 2 months ago. We checked out 4 venues, and this one was by far our favorite. Favorite setting, amenities, staff, and ambiance. Some other nice places had space limitations, but not the White House Mansion. It has plenty of land outside for a great outside wedding, and the inside is spacious and beautiful, decorated in antique and vintage decor. We immediately felt at home walking in and were greeted with a hug by Julia. We knew that our friends and family would perceive the same vibe that we felt. Julia was very gracious with her time, explaining everything and listening to all of our concerns and questions. Karen-the wedding coordinator-also took the time to show us around at the end of a long day coordinating another wedding. We instantly fell in love with her and appreciated her attention to detail. She went over and above our expectations that first visit as well as throughout the process of planning and on our special day. We highly recommend you to hire her as your coordinator. There are bride and groom suites upstairs , and plenty of space indoors for the reception. Our ceremony took place outside in the heat and the reception was inside. Initially we were worried about how hot it might be inside , but they kept it cool for our 110 guests. There is a reason this place gets so many awards!

We held a company Christmas party at the facility on the 8th of December. It was such a great time. The facility has so much character and history and it was decorated beautifully. I loved how the space is open yet there was distinction in separate places. Julia was amazing and made sure everything went perfectly. We will have another party there for sure.

After receiving a tour confirmation from the venue, they forgot and left us waiting 30+ minutes without answering calls or texts from the grounds keeper, who was kind enough to let us in to explore out of the heat. Apart from that, the outside of the house needs repairs (like new siding and a coat of paint), the clearance for the stairs is extremely low (I'm 5'7\" and in flats the top of my head could graze the ceiling, so in heels with my hair up and veil on I'd have to duck to clear it), the bridal and groom's rooms were both upstairs (so lots of chances to conk your head). The piano was for display only (unfortunate since my fiance plays piano). And last but not least it's right across from a local airport so if you're considering an outdoor wedding you might need to think about that. If you can see past that, the outside was well kept, the outdoor area for the ceremony was paved (so no worries if it rains the day before) but there is no shade, the reception hall was beautiful and spacious with lots of natural lighting.

The White House Mansion's owner Julia and Karen, day of planner, helped make my daughter and new son-in-law's wedding day absolutely perfect. The White House mansion setting is just lovely, and on May 21 we were able to have a comfortable evening ceremony outdoors, though if the weather had turned iffy, it would have been a quick transition to a beautiful indoor space. We used nearly all vendors recommended by White House Mansion, and they didn't disappoint. Our bride and groom wanted a small wedding of mainly family members, keeping the total number just under 50. The White House was a cozy, comfortable venue for our casual group including several babies and toddlers. Once we arrived with the bride and some of the reception decorations, Julia, Karen, and staff took over and--having listened carefully to the bride & groom's design ideas--set everything up perfectly. It was like magical elves took over! As mother of the bride, I thought I'd be stressed over the details, but that was not the case. Even I was able to relax and truly enjoy the celebration, and I'm personally so very thankful for that. All spaces inside and outside were aesthetically pleasing and also quite practical. We could have had 5-6 times as many guests, and the venue would have accommodated that size group well, too. The flowers were by Flowergirls of Tulsa, photography by Epic, music and sound system by DJ Connections. Bartender and servers were provided as part of the White House staff. Andolini's on Cherry Street catered pizza, pasta, and salad, while Merritt's delivered the cakes. Equipment rentals (china, crystal, flatware, linens) were mainly from ABCO Rentals, though Flowergirls provided table runners and reception chair decorative ties. The wedding colors were pink and peach with navy accents, all of which worked well for the setting and the month of May. Because we had some grandparents and others with mobility issues, we were happy to find a venue with parking close at hand that would accommodate both the wedding ceremony and the reception. Several guests mentioned appreciating the accessibility afforded by a ramp entrance. Our photographs remind us again and again how happy the wedding day was and how glad we are to have booked at the White House mansion. It gave us everything we wanted and more, including an outdoor ceremony, an indoor reception with dancing and an open bar, a lovely and comfortable dressing suite, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house itself photographs very well, and the way it is lighted at night makes it even more stunning. We considered several Tulsa area venues, but we know the White House Mansion was just right for our family. The bride and groom thanked us (bride's parents) for making their wedding day perfect. It doesn't get better than that!

Julia and staff are so helpful. They run a super tight ship so that your day runs flawlessly. She kept in touch with me all year and our day turned out wonderfully. We didn't even need many decorations because the venue is so naturally beautiful.

I had my daughter's wedding at there. It was wonderful, Julia was so helpful. I found out later that that another wedding had been booked for the following day. I never would have know by the way we where treated. The whole facility was devoted to making my daughters wedding the best wedding ever.

We had our wedding at White House Mansion in September this year and I couldn't have imagined it being any more perfect. Julia is so sweet, and also so knowledgeable when it comes to wedding planning. Our big day ran so smoothly thanks to Julia and the staff at White House Mansion. The venue is so beautiful. Our guests all had a great time and many complimented on what a great venue we picked. I am so happy with our choice to use White House Mansion and I would recommend this venue to everyone else planning their wedding too!

We had my daughter's bridal shower here in Aug 2015. Julia and all of her staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. She even stayed late the night before and helped us tie bows on chairs. Couldn't have asked for a better location, customer service or price. I would recommend the White House Mansion in a heartbeat.

My husband and I were married this summer and the White House Mansion was our ceremony and reception venue. The entire property was stunning for an August wedding- the lawn was well groomed and the natural landscape made for amazing wedding photos. It's tucked away just enough to feel totally private without having to travel too far out of town. \rInside the mansion was like a dream- the white interior made our wedding colors pop and enabled our natural light photographer to perfectly capture our day! Our guests couldn't stop telling us how much they adored the venue, the bar, and the outdoors. \rThe gazebo and outdoor seating worked perfectly for our ceremony, and I cannot thank the White House Mansion staff enough for ensuring everything went smoothly. They were prepared for anything- I even needed to write a letter to my groom and Julia, the venue owner, had a pen and paper for me almost immediately. \rI highly recommend hosting your event at the White House Mansion!

My husband and I had our wedding here in the fall. It really is an absolutely stunning location with an old southern charm, which is what I was looking for. The acreage is beautiful with groves of trees and white fencing. The ceremony location was what appeared to be a bricked-in pool, which seemed a bit odd and was slightly uneven but overall our wedding looked very nice. Julia and her assistant were both very nice as well. If I had to change anything, I wish more attention would have been paid to us and our wedding beforehand. While we were setting up for our wedding, another couple was there looking around at the property which wasn't ideal... I would still recommend this location, though. It really is a beautiful place.

The White House Mansion is absolutely beautiful and Julia and her staff were wonderful to work with. Julia took the time to go through everything with us for the wedding and helped us find a great caterer and florist. There is plenty of room for the wedding, reception dinner and dancing the night away! They worked wonderful together with our caterer, florist and dj so everything went smoothly! I would definitely recommend White House Mansion!

The White House Mansion is absolutely beautiful and Julia and her staff were wonderful to work with. Julia took the time to go through everything with us for the wedding and helped us find a great caterer and florist. There is plenty of room for the wedding, reception dinner and dancing the night away! They worked wonderful together with our caterer, florist and dj so everything went smoothly! My husband and I had our wedding here two weeks and loved everything about this venue! It was the first venue we looked at and the others we looked at it just couldn't compare. It is beautiful and we loved everything about it. Julia and her assistant are amazing! They did so much to make our wedding beautiful and stress-free. Everything went by so smoothly and our guests thought that the venue was beautiful. Our ceremony in the sun room was stunning and Julia and her staff transitioned from the ceremony to the reception seamlessly. They made sure I didn't have to worry about anything, from always making sure my groom and I had drinks, to making sure we had a plate ready for us after our grand entrance. Thank you White House Mansion for the most beautiful and wonderful evening. :)

My husband and I had our wedding here two weeks and loved everything about this venue! It was the first venue we looked at and the others we looked at it just couldn't compare. It is beautiful and we loved everything about it. Julia and her assistant are amazing! They did so much to make our wedding beautiful and stress-free. I love this antique style and gazebo. We had a blast and we were able to do everything we wanted . We didnt have to pay a catering fee which was great! The dance floor is antique bowling alley, how cool is that?

White house mansion is a calming and quiet venue for a retreat/meeting. Julia and staff were very accomodating and a pleasure to work with. It's a great out of the way location while being a short drive from most anywhere in the tulsa area.

PARTY HOST....I had the pleasure of utilizingThe White House Mansion as a venue for hosting a PhD graduation party. HOSTING required that I have food, spirits, music, flowers, and guests! I arranged to meet Julia in order to have numerous questions answered and direction for managing the party. She was so fun to work with as she had several ideas to bring my vision to fruition! The house was clean, neat and ready for our decorations when we arrived for set up. Julia attended the evening, assisting with plate retrieval, directions, and questions; she was a delight! Food and visiting occurred in the east room with the west location saved for music and dancing. Fun, family, and friends...one terrific evening! Thank you, White House Mansion, for beautiful memories!

Our son was married this morning at the White House Mansion it was a very unique charging home with hints of the past all scattered throughout the large floorplan. They had a great staff helping us. My daughter celebrated her super sweet 16 birthday at the White House mansion. Julia and her staff were amazing! \r\rEverything went so well that I have decided to have a vow renewal at this location. The grounds, parking, and the private location is perfect for a wedding.

The day was perfect. Ac. Worked amazing. Julia helped with things that other people would probably say its not part of their job description to do. The home was so gorgeous I felt so beautiful getting Married there. I love the options we had to select our own Vendors. Cost was fair and economical. Venue was superb! I prefer the staff here to any other.

I chose the White House Mansion because of the number of people it could accommodate. We has around 250 guests and it wasn't too crowded either outside or inside. There were beautiful grounds, and you get 8 hours of use included on your cost. The venue was unique and had a great communication with us!

I am so thankful that we chose The White House Mansion for our venue. The weather was perfect for having the ceremony outside at the gazebo. The reception was in the ballroom. And the reception was so much fun, even the staff was pulled onto the dance floor. Julia and Mike were so involved and helpful that many of the guests thought they were part of guest list. Julia and her staff helped make our wedding a very memorable one. Thank you so much Julia!

Booked September 2013 for my wedding in May 2014. Visited many venues, this one was overall the best value for our money. The table set up was correct. No changes needed to be made. Expected to need 5 hours for set up and getting ready. Turned out only needed 3 hours. Was nice to not feel rushed on an already stressful day! The accommodations WHM provided were great. Ability to have plenty of room for all of our 80 guests. Would not change anything. Julia and her staff did an excellent job. Only negative was one of the staff accidentally dropped our toasting glasses. She was so apologetic, luckily I could care less about them. Still gave her a tip for assisting with bussing tables. The staff really went above and beyond for our day to be perfect. They were even accommodating when my husband and his friends wanted to rev their motorcycles half the night. Having several blocks of wilderness is great. No need to worry about neighbors. I will take a broken glass over complete chaos anyday.

I loved every second of my wedding and had such a great experience with White House Mansion. Julia and Meggan are amazing to work with. We had 150 people at our wedding and lots were from out of town. Everyone loved the venue and thought it was just beautiful!

White House Mansion- First, let me start with saying the location is nice and remote, tucked away in a secluded area in Jenks, Oklahoma. The property itself is very elegant and classic. When having our wedding there we most enjoyed the timelessness of the venue and how it could be dressed up or dressed down and still be classy. We had other venues in mind however after meeting the property’s owner Julia we could no longer look anywhere else. Julia went out of her way to make this one of the happiest days of our lives. During the ceremony Julia worked tirelessly to make sure things were working correctly and done in an orderly manner. Before the ceremony she kept in touch to let us know how things for our special night were progressing. The location is great, the staff is helpful, Julia is wonderful and the cost is flexible. I highly recommend having your event with White House Mansion.

Everything went smooth until 3 days before the wedding , we liked the venue because they seemed very helpful and worried about your big day. The day that we were supposed to be meeting to finalize details about setting up , the owner was talking to other people that were just trying to make a deal to rent the venue. We were waiting there for like 20 minutes for her attention , we finally got to talk to her and gave her the details about the table set up etc... At the end I realized she didn't pay much attention to what we said to her. \rThe day of our wedding our families went there to finalize the decorations etc ( things that weren't included with the rental. What the white mansion offered was setting up the chairs for the ceremony and the tables for the reception, our ceremony was at 5:30pm , and to not drag the story , our family and friends had to do all the work for them; there were two workers hired by the white mansion that didn't do much or help at all . At the end we were talking to Julia and missed the two last hours of our wedding, yeah it was ridiculous. It took us 2 hours to actually having her make a deal and apologize with us for all happened...\rSo I strongly recommend if you like this venue for your Wedding or any event :\r1. Be sure she is giving you 100% of attention the whole time you talk to her \r2. Ask her to set up the tables and whatever you need for your reception and or ceremony the night before the event and go check everything is right \r3. Make sure her workers are doing their work. \r\rI understand they are practically new making this kind of events but they definitely need more organization and a lot to be a great venue...
