Jordan and her staff were amazing. With the pre-planning and setting expectations to the night of - everything was (attempted) to be kept on schedule. We were a little behind just because of some transportation delays leaving the church, but obviously that isn't anyone's fault (but the groomsmen who forgot their alcohol for the transportation). The food was 100000/100 and even my friends who are regular cooks / former chefs were RAVING about it all.

Jordan was so easy to work with! White Oak truly made my dream January wedding reception happen. The food was DELICIOUS!! Since I had a winter wedding, they had all the fireplaces outside lit, which was super warm and gave a great ambiance. Don't hesitate to book your wedding here!!

I loved our wedding at White Oak. It ended up raining, but Jordan was there with options to keep everyone dry! Working with Jordan was great! The only thing I was unhappy with was the size of our to-go boxes. They don't let you bring any food home except for to-go boxes they make. I wish with the amount of food we had left over, we could have brought some more home.

I highly recommend White Oak to anyone getting married. We got married on a very rainy day during a very rainy week, so we moved the ceremony to the pavilion. Once I saw everything set up there, I liked it even better than the front lawn. It was beautiful! Jordan and the staff at White Oak were so easy to work with. They made our wedding feel like the only wedding they were planning. Our guests loved the food. The mac and cheese and the late night French fries were my personal favorites! The whole evening went so smoothly and everything worked out perfectly. Ms. Penny was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed all night. White Oak Estate & Gardens has perfected the entire wedding and reception experience!

We had Jordan and Kaleigh as our wedding day coordinators and they did a great job coordinating everything and making sure everyone is where they needed to be. Special shout out to waitress Penny who ensured us and our parents never had to wait in line for anything.

We fell in love with White Oak Estate and Gardens before we even saw it in person. Once we pulled up to the gates and saw the ponds, white columns, flowers, and everything - there was no other place we wanted to be married at! It is a perfect all-in-one property. Beautifully picture perfect! Everything is all included so you don't have to worry about other vendors for tables, chairs, linens, place settings, etc. (Of course you need to provide your own wedding cakes, florist, and audio people. But, they have a recommended vendor list which we definitely used and made our event even more stress-free!) The food is so incredibly delicious and the drinks are wonderful! Our guests raved about both all night! We even added the Beignet Shooters last minute because we had them at the Spring Bridal show. The wedding coordinators are extremely helpful and made our night flawless. Even in the face of looming rain, they provided me confidence and assurance that everything would be ok. I also want to give a big shoutout to our attendant, Ms. Penny! She is a GEM and such a wonderful and kind woman! She was always on the ball to make sure my husband, my parents, and myself were taken care of! She made our night super special! Working Jordan to book our event was easy, even with COVID date changes! She was very kind & helpful! She is a great face for the property! If you are looking for a romantic but spacious venue for your guests that isn't a hotel ballroom or a little escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, then this is the venue for you! We said YES to White Oak -and we highly recommend that you do too!

We could never say enough great things about White Oak. Due to the current pandemic, we had to change wedding venues less than a month before our wedding date. White oak was luckily available & willing to help. The best decision we ever made! The catered to our every need & made sure everything happened for us after all the crazy changes & disappointments due to Covid. The whole team went above & beyond for us. We had a lot to do in a short time, but they made it happen. The night turned out better than we could have imagined, not to mention how beautiful it was. Jordan worked so hard to make sure everything I envisioned came to life. She made phone calls to figure out all the last minute vendors we needed just to take some tasks off of our hands. The food is amazing. The staff is unlike any other. (The make sure the bride, groom, and parents are taken care of all night- an awesome bonus) The grounds are beautiful. We are so so pleased with White Oak & would recommend them to everyone!

Working with Jordan and the team at White Oak was wonderfully simple! All of our guests were so impressed with how beautiful the estate and gardens were, and were thrilled with the food! Jordan was extremely knowledgable about everything regarding weddings there, and even when Covid-19 hit, she came up with several contingency plans for our wedding. Everything from the decor to the food to the staff at White Oak was perfect! I would recommend White Oak Estate and Gardens to anyone looking to plan an event or a wedding- they were wonderful!

Jordan and all of the people at White Oak are such a pleasure to work with! The food is amazing and the place is always gorgeous! Everyone will do whatever they can to make your wedding exactly what you want it to be!My only negative comment is because they are so popular, they are not always able to be flexible with timing and they don’t always get back to you right away. Would recommend them every time!!

Jordan and her crew at White Oak made this anxious bride feel so much more at ease! We were able to walk through everything multiple times. They run a tight ship, so the vendors all know what to do and when to do it! There were a few day of snags that could've been avoided had we met our day of coordinator before our rehearsal, but overall everything was wonderful! Let them know who the parents are, so they know who to take care of. My only piece of advice... Pay for the extra hour! You really do need it! The food was amazing! Our friends and family are still talking about how beautiful everything was.

Before the wedding we were constantly told there was the biggest off site event of the year the same day as our wedding. They made it a point to tell us every time we met. After knowing everything we were supposed to have, and everything we had to constantly remind the few people that were even working to do, my parents didn’t feel like we got what we paid for. We feel as if white oak was more worried about the off site event rather than the event they were having there. There was not near enough chairs for guests at the ceremony, the fire places were not lit, and the heaters that were suppose to be out were not. The families of the bride and groom, plus the bride and groom were suppose to have a personal waitor and none of us did. It is not like my mom to complain one bit but as soon as I got home from the honeymoon she told me how disappointed she was. Overall we had a great wedding. White oak plantation is still beautiful, and we had a great time with all of our friends and family and other vendors but we do not feel as if white oak did their job and we did not get what we paid for. Everyone else that has gotten married here will tell you that it is the best thing ever and everyone was so helpful but we just did not get that help & I do feel like they shouldn’t of booked two big events if they couldn’t handle it.

Jordan at White Oak was very responsive to all questions that I had throughout the process; you can tell she is very experienced. Madison, our day of coordinator, and her assistant were equally fabulous and helped make the night run very smoothly. One of the MANY perks of this vendor is having your own attendant. We had Penny and she was awesome! Always made sure our drinks were full and so friendly! My wedding at White Oak was absolutely perfect with 0 issues.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at White Oak Plantation. They had such a variety of affordable catering packages which helped us out so much, and Jordan made pre-planning a breeze while Mary-Claire made the day-of go so smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend White Oak Plantation as a wedding venue to anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable place to get married. Not only was our outdoor ceremony just what we wanted, but the indoor space was gorgeous as well. We absolutely loved the covered patio area and so did our guests!

I couldn't be more happy with my choice to get married at White Oak. I think this was the most reasonably priced venue I looked at, and your options for food and drinks are vast. Jordan (event manager), Madison (our day of coordinator), and Ms. Penny (day of service attendant) were all wonderful to work with. Even though we only met Madison the week of, it was like she was there the whole time. And Ms. Penny I met right before ceremony started, she was so sweet and always made sure my cup was full. She will also get drinks and food for your's and your spouse's parents. The weather wasn't great for our day (it was muggy and it rained during the ceremony), but that was okay because I wanted to get married under the covered pavilion outside with the fireplace lit. It was definitely a beautiful backdrop! The ballroom is very beautiful too, and I had a great time on the dance floor with friends and family... so much so that my bustle came undone a couple of times. Not to worry, Madison came to my rescue to redo the bustle. At the end of the night, White Oak gifted us with a John Folse cookbook (he owns the property) and sent us and both of our sets of parents home with leftover food. The only things I didn't like were that I couldn't arrive until an hour before the wedding, and at that point it felt rushed because I had to get dressed there, take pictures of getting ready, do first look pictures, and by that time it was already time to line up the procession. I wish they would let brides arrive at least 2 hours beforehand so things don't feel as rushed. The second complaint is that the bridal suite was very hot, I don't think the thermostat worked. However, despite these complaints, I would do it here all over again because it was still perfect. Thanks so much to Jordan, Madison, and Penny for making the day perfect.Edit 11/1/18: I heard from numerous guests that their drinks from the bar did not have a lot of alcohol. However myself, husband and our parents, our drinks were made perfectly (probably because we had a separate attendant making our drinks). I was really disappointed to hear that my guests' drinks were weak since I paid for an open bar, so I am docking one star. Hopefully the bartender is more considerate to future brides.

White Oak Plantation made my dream wedding into a reality! Everyone commented how amazing the food was and that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they'd ever been to. I originally wanted the ceremony to take place on the front lawn, but due to the rain, it was under the pavilion. It couldn't have turned out more beautiful! The intimacy and beauty of the garden area was perfect. Our attendant was amazing all night, and the entire planning process was made super easy with the help of Jordan and Mary Claire, our wedding day coordinator. Highly highly recommend White Oak as your wedding venue!

Excellent experience! From day 1 of wedding planning, Jordan was available to us and extremely helpful and patient. She did everything possible to make our day perfect. She was with us through all the planning and the actual wedding and reception, helping us with many details that otherwise would have been missed. The staff at White Oak were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. The venue was set up perfectly for the wedding and reception, just as we had asked for. Five stars, would do it again with them!!!

White Oak truly made my wedding beautiful within 30 minutes. I had originally planned to have my wedding on the front lawn, but a last minute rain storm flooded the front lawn and unfortunately our Plan B, the covered pavilion was flooded as well. They originally wanted to put it in the house. But because we had 200 guests and I really wanted it moved to the ballroom, they changed it all within 30 minutes. It was absolutely beautiful and they truly do take care of everything that could possibly go wrong on your wedding day. Mrs. Penny took care of us the entire day of the wedding and Jordyn took time to answer every possible question that I could have leading up to our big day.The only negative comment that I have about White Oak Plantation is that they only allow their brides to arrive 1 hour before the scheduled event. Many other venues allow you to have access to the property the entire day of the event or at least more than 1 hour before the event. Had we been able to get there even 3 hours before our event we could have avoided some of the confusion that led up to our rainy wedding. But overall White Oak truly is a great place to get married.

March 23, 2018 was the best night ever! We held our ceremony and reception at White Oak Plantation and could not have picked a more perfect venue to host all the love and celebration in our wedding. From the first meeting with Jordan, up until the day of with our coordinator, Mary Claire, the entire process was smooth and fun! I and my husband had our wedding ceremony and reception at WOP. We had guests traveling from all over the world and everyone was impressed with WOP. I honestly do not know where to begin with this review... I am absolutely, madly in love with this place and the people that work there. Our wedding was PERFECT from start to finish without a single glitch. And believe me, I am a crazy perfectionist. Jordan was wonderful and very accommodating in each one of our requests, and helped make sure every detail was taken care of, from guests' allergies to the location of the cake in case of rain. Madison was our wedding coordinator on the day of the rehearsal and the wedding. She was hyper-efficient in the most amazing way and even I (crazy super nervous bride obsessed with perfection) was relaxed and could enjoy my and my husband's day without a single worry. Our kids were welcome at WOP and had a blast with everyone. We had a couple server that made us plates of food before we would even seat at our table. The food was outstanding. Everything was cooked to perfection, and even my Italian family loved the food of WOP. The high on the hog was a super hit. Every guest commented on how delicious the meat was, among everything else. Finally, this venue is a dream. The atmosphere is homey but classy and chic. The new veranda located out of the ballroom is the perfect location for your outdoor event. For the WOP staff: We would love to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the PERFECT day we had. You made us feel at home, cuddled and spoiled on a day that we will never forget. Thank you!! Picking white oak for our wedding ceremony and reception location was a obvious choice! The location is beautiful and Chef Folse is not only amazing at preparing wonderful food but he's also one of the nicest and down to earth people I have ever met. The whole staff at white oak stayed on top of everything and made sure everything was taken care of leaving me completely stress free for my wedding. They gave me the wedding I always dreamed of!

I can't say enough great things about White Oak! I think the best part is how organized and on top of it they are. They thought of everything even the small things I never would have remembered. The staff is amazing and so helpful. The house and grounds are kept immaculate and are so beautiful. On top of all that the food was to die for! SO yummy, so beautiful, best night ever! My husband and I had our wedding reception in June at White Oak, and it was incredible! Not only is White Oak gorgeous (especially with their renovated back patio), and the food delicious, but the staff are awesome!Jordan is the best in the business - she made planning in the early stages to the day of the wedding super easy. We immediately felt comfortable with her and trusted her completely and she out-did herself! She was patient, kind, and helpful every step of the way.We had Penny as our private waitress who was awesome! She never let our drinks get cold and was so sweet!I honestly can't say enough good things about White Oak! Highly recommend!

I was truly lucky to have White Oak to guide me through my wedding planning experience. They listened to our dream scenario; worked with us on pricing, menu, and logistics; executed everything in an efficient and tasty manner; and were experienced and confident enough to kindly steer me towards what would actually work best for us and our guests, even when I thought I knew better! My guests let us know they loved everything about our Louisiana wedding, from the grounds to the the food to the seamless coordination and execution of the event. My new husband and I even got to enjoy the wedding and ceremony as well because everything was so clearly in good hands on our wedding day that we were able to relax and really enjoy it, which is apparently a rarity among brides and grooms! We were also planning the wedding from the East Coast, so they did a fantastic job to communicating with me and making it all happen through email and phone calls, with my only having to physically be there to go over things when it was convenient for me. I truly appreciated their calmness and professionalism given my detail-frazzled mind, especially as the events drew closer. I was very happy with my experience, and would fully recommend White Oak to other brides and grooms!

White Oak Plantation was a fantastic experience the whole way through. The grounds and house are beautiful! Jordan was always a phone call or email away to answer my many questions quickly. This was a huge plus for an out of state bride like me! They were so helpful in planning every detail of our wedding day and provided some great recommendations for the timing, layout, etc. It rained on our wedding day, but our day of coordinator, Madison, was on top of it and went over all of our options. We ended up having our ceremony under their new covered area outside. They are so professional and made sure everything ran smoothly. Ms. Penny, our attendant, was so polite and helpful the entire evening. The food was amazing, the staff fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Best wedding venue in Baton Rouge! Just got married and held my reception there 3 weeks ago! They were a pleasure to work with before the wedding and the day of! Madison, my day of coordinator provided by White Oak, did a great job the day of rehearsal and day of wedding. Everything went smoothly and I had nothing to worry about on my wedding day. The food was amazing and the new covered patio was great! Seriously love this place!! Would recommend White Oak Plantation to anyone thinking of getting married in Baton Rouge!

Having our wedding at White Oak Plantation was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process. White Oak is a beautiful venue, the food is amazing, and the staff makes everything a breeze! Jordan was fantastic, as was Madison (our day of coordinator, courtesy of white Oak!). The girls were on top of everything. No one asked me any questions the day of our wedding - everyone knew where to be and when to be there. One of the other ladies on staff was checking on Jon and me regularly, offering us water or whatever other drinks we wanted. They took such great care of us, and made our wedding day the best it could be. We are so thankful!

I got married at White Oak plantation in March of 2017 and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful location with no stress. Everything is taken care of for you at White Oak – the place is so beautiful you can go as lavish or conservative as you would like with décor and it will still look great. The parking is great, backup/rain plans are awesome (we lucked out with perfect weather but I had peace of mind knowing my indoor plan was still lovely, if needed), the staff is so nice, and the pricing is on par with other caliber venues. Jordan was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions leading up to the big day! Penny, our “personal attendant”, was absolutely amazing throughout our wedding night. She took care of my family and me by making us feel at ease, replenishing our beverages, and assisting with anything we needed. My husband and I were the first to get married under the oak trees outside and it was gorgeous. The new awning was beautiful and made the perfect place for our band and dance floor. Thank you everyone at White Oak for rolling out the red carpet for us!

White Oak absolutely lives up to its hype! Naturally, the grounds and ballroom are beautiful sites for your wedding or reception, but the service is really what sets them apart. I loved working with Jordan and crew to put together the best wedding a bride could ask for. Great variety in the food packages - my guests were very impressed with the poboy/slider station and the grits station. They contact and coordinate with all of your vendors for you which is a huge burden off your back. Thank you again, White Oak!

I recently got married on January 7, 2017 at White Oak. Obviously, the house and the grounds are gorgeous. They are reason enough to book here. But what you don't know is Jordan and the staff at White Oak are wonderful. They have so much experience with making weddings happen and knew answers to my questions before I even knew I had questions. Jordan was super helpful with helping me select every little detail. Madison, my day-of coordinator was such a joy. We were met with very unfavorable weather that day, and Madison made sure that I was happy with the set-up we came up with. I had the best experience here and could not have imagined my wedding anywhere else!

White Oak Plantation was everything we could have ask for. Jordan and Miriam were amazing to work with and are both very professional. The wedding and reception went off smoothly even with the threat of rain. Jordan makes things happen. She worked with us on all our requests even the last minute ones. We were able to enjoy the entire evening without any worries. The food of course is extraordinary! We got numerous compliments on the food and how beautiful everything was. The staff at White Oak were unbelievable. They were all friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was wonderful. I would recommend this venue in a heartbeat!

I live out of town, so had to take care of a lot when I would go to Baton Rouge. Jordan was perfection throughout! She always responded to my emails promptly and made sure we had everything we needed leading up to the wedding. Miriam was the BEST coordinator the day of the wedding. She was so helpful to me and really just made sure everything went off without a hitch. I raved about her for days and when people ask about the venue I always mention her. She really was simply fantastic! The venue was beautiful, staff was incredibly kind, food was tasty; overall just a perfect wedding venue!

Wonderful!! White Oak and the amazing staff exceeded my wildest dreams! Everything was picture perfect and like a fairytale. Jordan made the planning of the wedding feel seamless; she took her time answering all of my questions from the the time I booked the venue in February all the way to last minute details days before my wedding in September. Madison was my wedding coordintor and she was fabulous! She ensured we stayed on our timeline and made my wedding day as stress free as possible. Mrs. Penny was prefect, she made sure my eyes were dry and that I was calm before leaving the bridal suite to walk down the aisle and attended to me and my family the entire night and was as sweet as can be! The food was delicious and the atmosphere is so romantic. Read the reviews, stop by for a tour, and attend the bridal show to sample the food. White Oak Plantation is truly second to none; I encourage everyone to consider White Oak!!

I had an excellent experience at White Oak. I went into my wedding day stress free because I knew everything was well taken care of. Everything turned out to be absolutely perfect. Jordan and the other girls were so helpful and organized which made the event run perfectly smooth. My personal attendant was soo sweet, caring, and totally took care of all my needs. I'm convinced this is the best wedding venue in Baton Rouge! Not only is the plantation absolutely gorgeous, but the staff is just downright incredible. One word: PERFECT! The food was phenomenal and the grounds are so gorgeous, but what really set White Oak apart was the staff. Jordan was readily available through the entire planning process for any questions. As an extremely organized bride, it was a little hard to let go of my lists and timelines. But the minute I handed them over to Madison at rehearsal, she had everything more than under control, and I actually had the time of my life at my wedding! Mrs. Penny was assigned to be our attendant and made sure us and our families were taken care of all night. There is no way the night could have been any more perfect, and that is all thanks to the White Oak staff!

We got married here in January 2015. White Oak really is beautiful. We had an evening wedding and the house looks wonderful all lit up. I loved that my husband and I got to enjoy a private moment between the ceremony and reception to sit and eat. It was such an awesome idea because everyone tells you how you never have time to eat. The staff made sure we got to sample all of the wonderful food and have time to relax before the craziness of the reception began. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue. I would definitely recommend White Oak to others choosing their venue. The only issue I had was my husband really wanted to get married in the parlor room (which is beautiful). We had the maximum number of guests and chairs that they recommended and I could barely walk down the isle. Make sure to keep that in mind. Overall I would not change a single thing!

A few years ago I had the opportunity to attend a wedding at White Oak Plantation and immediately fell in love with the gorgeous grounds. It was an easy decision to choose the incredibly beautiful setting of White Oak as my own wedding venue. What was more than a pleasant surprise to me though was how AMAZING the staff\rwas to work with! \rJordan provided all of the assistance and guidance that I needed throughout my year's worth of planning. They were awesome! So accommodating with planning, and preparation the day of. We held our ceremony and reception at White Oak Plantation. Jordan helped set up all the details, and Deborah made everything go smoothly the day of our wedding - torrential downpour and all. The food was excellent, and the staff was very attentive and efficient (especially when having to move our outdoor ceremony inside at the last minute). I received nothing but compliments from all of our guests. Deborah made sure my husband and I were taken care of all night with food and drinks. They truly made the night drama and hectic free, so we could enjoy our wedding day and celebrate the love!

I cannot say \"Thank You\" enough to Jordan, Deborah and the entire staff at White Oak Plantation. From my very first meeting with you, you made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to have our ceremony and reception here. I cannot tell you how many \"Wow's\" I got from all of my guests...the food, bar, wait staff, everything was so wonderful and made our day one we will never forget. To any bride considering WOP, just know that the value for money is incredible. We could have chosen a slightly cheaper venue, but I know we would not have received the same level of personal service and organization which, which was worth its weight in gold. There was no such thing as a silly question, and Jordan always responded to my frantic e-mails or calls right away. I loved every minute of our wedding and never had to stress because Deborah, our day of coordinator, was on top of everything. Thank you for helping create the day of my dreams!

I chose White Oak as soon as I got engaged and I'm so excited with that decision. From beginning to end Ms. Jordan helped me bring my vision to life. By the time my wedding day was here my coordinator, Ms. Haley, was no disappointment. She made sure not only me but also my guest felt very welcome and taken care of. My guest are still talking about our wedding which means all the hard work between the staff of White Oak Plantation and I was well worth it.

White Oak was an absolutely magical place to have our evening wedding reception. The place is beautiful at night. I received so many compliments on the food from my guests. Jordan and her staff were very easy to work with and they really took care of all of the hard stuff. The best part of our experience was that we had a sweet attendant, Ms. Penny. She kept us fed and with a drink in our hands whenever we wanted. She also took care of our parents all evening. At the end of the night we were sent home with to-go bags of food and cake. I couldn't dream of a better wedding reception experience. It was well worth the price!

From the moment I set foot on the grounds for our initial tour I knew White Oak Plantation was the perfect venue for my wedding! Througout the duration of my 13 month engagement, Jordan was readily available to assist me with any and all questions. They provided me with a list of reputable vendors allowing me to choose without concern. Though, due to rain, I was unable to have my dream outdoor wedding ... Haley and Jordan created a stunning indoor wedding at moments notice and not a single one of my guest even knew that this was not the original plan. My now husband and I feel like White Oak Plantation's staff is apart of our family!

this truly is a beautiful place to get married! The food was excellent and we received many compliments from the guests. The staff were AMAZING. You just can't top them! From sales to coordinator to wait staff, I was not just pleased but impressed. My coordinator was firm about staying on time but still friendly! Which is a feat! My personal waitress for myself and my groom made sure we were always taken care of even anticipating what we needed before we could even ask. Thanks penny!! I had a gorgeous outdoor wedding in front of the plantation on a beautiful sunny day. My only complaints: optimal lighting for bridal pictures were during hours that white oak wasn't open or ran into closing time which would have been an issue so we chose a different location even though it was included in the cost. The flourist is only allotted 1 hour and a half to decorate which is difficult for such a large venue. But I was able to overcome both of those complaints. Thanks white oak!

White Oak plantation is an incredibly beautiful place with a large front lawn, great garden/courtyard, and an exceptional indoor chandelier ballroom. I preferred having my ceremony and reception in the same place, and White Oak was perfect for that. I wanted the ceremony outside, but due to the rain on my wedding week making the lawn too wet, we had it in the courtyard and it was even more beautiful. White Oak has several back up plans in the case of rain, so you wont have to worry about that. \rWhen booking with White Oak you also are booking John Folse catering, which was amazing! The staff also takes care of all the set up and take down of the tables and such, making the wedding day very easy on you and family. I just had to ask a few friends to help put out my decorations, and the wedding day coordinator Haley took care of the rest! Haley made the events of the wedding day run smoothly and so stress-free! We only had to meet with the wedding planner Jordan 3 times in person, and my other questions in between were quickly answered via email. \rI am more than satisfied with my wedding and reception at White Oak Plantation, and would absolutely recommend this for your wedding!

We were just married here. Jordan was great, the food was delicious, and they had a back up plan for rain. They also gave us a room to enjoy our first meal together between the ceremony and reception to make sure we ate, and a server to follow us around all night. They even made us to go boxes for when we left, and sent the leftovers home with our parents. My only complaint is that the reception portion felt rushed. It felt like every time we turned around the coordinators were there telling us to go do something else. We danced maybe two dances outside of the first dance, parents, and money dance.

We are still receiving complements from our guests on how beautiful our wedding was and how great the food was. Jordan and the staff truly give their hearts to making your big day special. Brides, if you are not from the Baton Rouge area, don't leave this one off of your list. I am from Bossier (about 4 1/2 hours north of Baton Rouge) and everything went incredibly smoothly. White Oak went above and beyond what I expected. Jordan is key. She takes care of everything. The plantation was decorated for Christmas and it was lovely. We did not do any extra decorations, which made it easier on me. This is the venue to go to if you are watching a budget and want a perfect wedding.

White Oak is such a beautiful place. I've always wanted my wedding on a plantation style venue, and White Oak made it truly memorable. From my first visit to the time we pulled away the night of our wedding was wonderful. The staff are just as amazing as the venue itself. Food was amazing. Everything was so well put together. They definitely know what they are doing and they take pride in it. The excitement they have to help you make your day so special, made me feel like this was their first time. That's an amazing feeling to know they are just as excited, regardless of the fact they just did 4 weddings the weekend before. They are very professional, and prompt to any questions or concerns you have. I highly recommend this venue. Especially if you're looking for a very \"homey\" place to be able to sit back, relax and enjoy your day.

All staff and venue were excellent. Extremely well-organized. Both the pre-event staff and the day of staff were top notch. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jordan and her team! The day of coordinator made sure everyone had what they needed and knew exactly what to do and where to go. Completely exceeded my expectations!

White Oak Plantation was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! The staff was great to work with, the food was amazing, & the property is gorgeous! We loved that the venue is broken up into different areas so everyone doesn't have to be crammed into one reception hall. Guests have the choice to mingle outside in a covered tent area with lots of available seating. Highly recommend if you're looking for a wedding and/or reception venue in Baton Rouge!

Jordan was amazing! She walked us through everything step by step to make sure we got everything we wanted for our special day. She made sure on our day we didn't have to worry about anything, that everything went smoothly. The food was to die for! Everything was perfect! We would definately recomment White Oak for anyone who love vintage weddings. (White Oak reminds me of Tara from Gone With The Wind) \rWe are very thankful for Jordan and the White Oak staff for our wedding day we will never forget!

My husband and I got married here last night (6/13/14) and it was absolutely perfect!!! It rained in the morning so the lawn was a little flooded, but we decided to move the ceremony in the courtyard and I think it was even better than the front lawn! The staff was amazing! We had Penny as our own personal cocktail waitress, she was fantastic! Our whole wedding party always had a drink! If our drink was warm she would be there to give us a new one! She was so sweet and on top of things. The food was sooooo good! They even gave us doggy bags for us later. The staff made it so easy for the groom and I to relax and enjoy our wedding day! Our wedding coordinators were amazing as well! We had Haley and Virgina! All of our guests thought is was a beautiful wedding and had a wonderful time. We are still blown away by how perfect our wedding was! Thank y'all so much for making our special day even better than we could ever imagine!

Jordan was extremely helpful through every step of the way. The staff was super friendly and took excellent care of our guests. This was more than I could have ever asked for! We had approximately 215 guests and everyone had a blast!

Everyone loved the food. Servers and bartenders were very professional and nice. The only thing we had a problem with was the wedding coordinators at the wedding. She forgot to put our personal belongings in our getaway vehicle so we arrived to the hotel without cell phones, room keys, wallets, and ID's. Also, it rained about 45 mins before the ceremony started and instead of having the chairs wiped off, she handed my guests napkins so they could wipe off their own chairs---VERY unprofessional and not the type of service I paid for. They also bombarded me, the bride, with questions and problems beginning two hours before the ceremony up until 45 mins before the ceremony was to start which highly upset me (my bridal party and mom finally told them to leave me alone).

I cannot say enough good things about White Oak Plantation. Jordan, the wedding specialist was there to help me through the entire planning process and worked with us to keep the reception in our budget. The staff, food, and atmosphere on the day of the wedding was all incredible! Janine, the day-of coordinator worked with us to keep the reception on track and to make sure everything was perfect. Great experience!

My wedding at White Oak in September of 2013 was like a fairy tale! We were married outside facing the house. I arrived in a horse-drawn carriage. What I found to make White Oak unique was that it has a plantation feel, but is located inside Baton Rouge. Having the extra parlor area is a huge benefit in the event that your wedding is moved inside or if you want to have a special moment, such as a band playing on the balcony for your cake cutting. We really enjoyed our special day and received lots of compliments on our choice of venue. Wonderful day!

We were so very pleased with White Oak Plantation. While we were planning the wedding any questions or concerns I had I would call and Jordan would be more than happy to talk with us and answer any questions which made planning a lot less stressful. The wedding rehearsal was organized and straight to the point. The day of the wedding was perfect. Jeanenne the wedding consultant was absolutely wonderful. She was always right there if I needed anything. I highly recommend White Oak Plantation. I have absolutely no complaints!!

Jordan Panepinto (Manager)

A graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in marketing, Jordan began her career in special events planning as a wedding coordinator at White Oak Plantation. After owning and operating a wedding coordination business servicing clients throughout the Greater Baton Rouge area, she returns to White Oak Estate and Gardens as Sales Manager. Having orchestrated the extensive details of hundreds of weddings, she looks forward to creating the wedding of your dreams!
