White Stone Events is a 20-acre estate and wedding venue located on the edge of Sugar Grove, IL. Surrounded by acres of rolling farm fields, this beautiful venue offers all the peace of the countryside while situated conveniently close to town. It's just 40 minutes west of downtown Chicago, with interstate access close by. White Stone Events boasts 3 separate venue spaces! Many couples choose to utilize two buildings; one for Cocktail Hour and one for Dinner and Dancing! Alpha | Seats 250. This is the Modern Farmstead. Bravo | Seats 120. This is the Traditional Barn. Charlie | Seats 150. This has a Modern Industrial feel and is nicknamed "The Party Barn". White Stone Events can accommodate up to 250 guests, making it ideal for weddings of all sizes, and offers both indoor and outdoor space. Upon arrival at the venue, your guests will admire the beautifully manicured grounds, which make the perfect location for a romantic outdoor ceremony. You may also opt for an indoor ceremony. The Alpha building, a 6,300-square-foot space featuring 18-foot ceilings, huge sliding barn doors, 30 foot Airplane Hanger Door and Indoor Restrooms. A chic blend of rustic and modern style, this building can hold up to 250 guests for ceremonies and receptions. Smaller gatherings of up to 120 guests can be held in the Bravo building, a 3,600-square-foot dairy barn built in the 1940s. This welcoming space boasts four sliding barn doors, beautiful chandeliers, original woodwork, Indoor Restrooms and an open-beam ceiling for an authentic countryside feel. There's also a large patio complete with three fire pits, allowing your guests to step outside and admire the sunset. The Charlie building, which can hold up to 150 guests, features a unique art installation, a large corner bar, cement flooring, Indoor Restrooms, exposed beams, a large patio, romantic patio lighting and two built in fire pits. Each of the venue's three indoor spaces have their own distinct style and character, letting you choose the one (or two) that best suits your event. When we stopped by to tour White Stone Events in July of 2022, we walked into an unfinished wedding venue and somehow it felt like HOME! White Stone is a new venue which is going to be such an asset to Sugar Grove, IL For years to come.Kari, Lisa, Debbie and the entire team at White Stones makes you feel like family the moment you step onto the property. We watched their vision for their Alpha barn come to life for over a year and the day of our wedding, they did not let us down! The barn is so rustic and beautiful and the perfect setting if you are looking for a barn wedding. Their property is themed to go along with the local Sugar Grove airport with call signs as the name of their barns (Alpha, Bravo, Charile). The grounds are well cared for and photograph beautifully. The bridal and groomsmen suite are such a nice touch for photos and space for the bridal party to congregate before the big day begins. There are multiple spaces on the property for different sized events and their outdoor spaces with firepits and string lights are such a nice touch. The barn is located back into corn fields so you really feel like you have the entire property to yourself! This is more of an a la carte wedding venue so you are free to bring on and choose from your own vendors.The White Stone Team made our day so easy and carefree. Everything was set up perfectly and they are beyond wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend using White Stone Events for any event you are looking to host- but especially for your wedding day!

Absolutely the best place to have your wedding. Kindness, professionalism and beauty are what the White Stone family gave us. The fields surrounding venue are drop dead gorgeous and the barns are beautiful. A family run business, made my daughter’s wedding day perfect. We would highly recommend this venue.

My best friend got married here over the weekend! This place is AMAZING! I loved that it was all one family that owns and operates the business. The White Stone Ladies knew what we needed before we knew to ask. 20/10 recommend this venue to anyone looking. The wedding was perfect!

Wow!! This venue has it all! My daughter and son-in-law got married here July 8th. From our first visit to the beautiful property, we knew this was THE place! Kari, Lisa and Debbie handled details leading up to the wedding with ease.The day of the wedding brought nothing but continual attention to and care for my girl! They stepped up and took care of every.single.detail!!! From lending a hand to the florist, checking in with the photographer, DJ, and caterer, our day was in very capable hands! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping make this special day for our daughter more than we could have ever hoped for!!

We just had our wedding at White Stone Events. Kari, Lisa and Deb, and the team are absolutely fantastic at what they do and we have nothing but good things to say.We are grateful that we clicked with them and they welcomed us as family the first day we checked out the venue. Their creativity, the attention to detail, the professionalism - they have it all. Even with all of the moving parts of our wedding day, they were a hundred percent supportive from end to end of the event. If it also helps anything, they have beautiful views from the fields to the various looks of the barn (which they put a lot of work into!) Bottom line, this is THE place to hold your events. This is the team you want to work with. Don’t bother to consider other options!! Nothing but love for their entire team!

I attended a wedding at this venue last weekend. The owners of this venue have thought of it all! The Bride and Groom were treated like royalty. The property was drop dead gorgeous. The fire pits made a perfect addition to the night. We spent the evening on the patio stargazing. It was an A+ night!!!

We toured many venues before we found White Stone Events. The ladies who run the venue are BEYOND sweet and really took their time with us. I had a ton of questions since I have never planned a wedding before. They answered every single one of them, many before I even thought to ask. If you are looking for a fun, new place that really cares about their brides... this is it!
