The Whitehall campus encompasses four distinct venues. All venues can be booked separately, however, if you choose all of Whitehall's venues for your event, you will receive Whitehall's full package pricing, which is just $5500 This includes The Bride's Stateroom, Groom's Stateroom, Lawn Ceremony Space, Chapel Ceremony Space, Whitehall Gathering Space, and Event Planner for a Saturday or Sunday Ceremony and Gathering. Knowing that every last detail counts, Whitehall will work to make your event customized to your unique needs. Whitehall is a full service venue; we handle set up to clean up and everything in between. At Whitehall, our event planner comes complementary with every booking! WHITEHALL | Making its home in the heart of Columbia Station, Whitehall combines elegance and modern conveniences with the historic charm of a 1938 school building. Bringing âold schoolâ back, Whitehallâs focus is on customer service and satisfaction, with your personal concierge attending to every last detail. THE CHAPEL AT WHITEHALL | Whitehallâs 2000 square foot Chapel offers a rustic charm that can only be produced in a 1920âs era building. With 12-foot ceilings and commanding chandeliers, the Chapel gives off a stunning, intimate feel. Located on the same property as Whitehall Columbia, the Chapel offers you the convenience of having your ceremony and reception in two unique, elegant, historic buildings. THE LAWN AT WHITEHALL | Whitehallâs lawn, surrounded by a 7ft cedar fence for privacy, offers a spectacular outside space highlighted by a 100-year-old Oak Tree as its centerpiece. THE BRIDAL STUDIO AT WHITEHALL | Want a special place to gather with your bridal party to prepare for your big moment? The classically decorated Bridal Studio provides a place for doing hair and make-up, getting dressed, and enjoying some special time together before your event.

Whitehall made out wedding planning a breeze! Julia was absolutely amazing with her communication leading up to the wedding day and her execution the day of. Caterer, DJ and Venue all work together and communicate so that everything is seamless. We were able to get ready, do all of our photos, have the ceremony and reception all in one place which was so important to me. We have gotten so many complements on how unique and beautiful the venue was. There is absolutely nothing that I would change about our day. Thank you Whitehall for making all of our wedding dreams come true.

Whitehall made out wedding planning a breeze! Julia was absolutely amazing with her communication leading up to the wedding day and her execution the day of. My now husband and I loved this venue from the day we toured it. Whitehall was the first venue we toured and we knew from the moment we got in the car to head home that Whitehall was where we were having our wedding. The building is absolutely stunning! I felt no need to add a ton of decorations to my wedding because the entire venue is beautiful as it stands.Julia was our coordinator through the venue. I can honestly say without Julia I would have had multiple mental breakdowns throughout the planning process. She goes above and beyond and takes care of literally everything you need. Through every issue that arose to my forgetfulness, Julia was on top of it all and truly made my wedding day even more amazing than I pictured it would be. Whitehall was the PERFECT venue! I can vouch that they are worth every penny spent and more! They treat you like family in the best way. I have and will continue to recommend Whitehall to anyone that asks!

We had Whitehall as our ceremony venue for our wedding in October 2023. It was absolutely the perfect choice. Julia (and the rest of the Whitehall staff) made the process, planning, and day of so smooth and hassle free! Julia had everything organized and made sure every question, concern, and detail was taken care of without hesitation. The spaces they offer are also so beautiful and accommodating to all! Whitehall (& Julia) were the absolute BEST decision we made for our wedding. They truly do it all, from the planning help leading up to the wedding, setting up our decor more beautifully than I could have even imagined and packing it all up for us to pick up the following week. The services Whitehall offers save so much time & stress - they are worth every penny. While it was the bridal suites that initially won me over, Julia stole the show in the long run. She was so helpful throughout the entire process and played the role of venue coordinator and day of coordinator. Not to mention, she sewed my bustle back up mid reception when it kept breaking so I could get back on the dance floor. Book Whitehall, I promise you won't regret it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND having your wedding at Whitehall if you want to be a HAPPY, stress free bride!!! I could not say enough great things about our experience with Julia and her whole team. We planned our wedding out of state and the communication and understanding with the whole staff was outstanding, made it much easier for me and my husband! As for the week leading up the the wedding, things were so organized and Julia made sure every single question was answered. And the wedding dayâŠ. I have a million positive things to say. But to make it short and sweet, the venue was beautiful, the staff was so helpful, and all of the recommended vendors were absolutely amazing. Our wedding was the best day of our life so far and it is a huge thanks to the staff at Whitehall and how beautiful this venue is.

Whitehall was the perfect wedding venue for us. The service was outstanding. They paid very careful attention to every detail and worked to make our day perfect. We had the very best reception held at Whitehall!I seriously could not have asked for a better venue to have our reception at. Harold and Julia in particular were spectacular in helping us with the planning and decorating of the space and totally helped our vision come to life! I feel so grateful for how much they eased the stress of wedding planning and I could not recommend this venue more. It is amazing, from the staff to the vendors, Whitehall is the best!

This is the absolute best wedding venue! Julia, the event coordinator, is beyond amazing. She was very responsive, answered all our questions, ran a great rehearsal, and was truly amazing the day of the wedding! You can tell she really wanted to make sure that the day went perfectly! The venue itself is great! Both the ceremony space and reception hall were perfect for our wedding! We also used the new bridal suite which was a great place to get ready and hang out with our wedding party to start the day! We could not have asked for a better experience!

This is the absolute best wedding venue! Julia, the event coordinator, is beyond amazing. There is no better wedding venue! Whitehall Columbia is the perfect setup, with beautiful white interiors, large âgetting readyâ suites for both the bride and groom, an indoor chappel area, and outdoor lawn space for on-site ceremonies. We were looking for a venue that allowed us the flexibility to choose where we wanted our ceremony, and Whitehall Columbia provided us with the outdoor ceremony option we wanted, but with the ability to move it indoors to the chapel in the event of rain. They truly have set themselves up for success by becoming a full-service wedding venue. We were beyond impressed with their setup, staff, vendors, and amenities. With an on-site event planner and a NEW bridal studio upstairs available for hair and makeup, this venue is setting the bar high as a new industry standard for providing brides with a stress-free and complete wedding experience.Harold and Julia were responsive, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. Their work speaks for itself and they did a great job of listening to what our vision was and going above and beyond to make every little detail perfect. The communication from beginning to end was timely and incredibly professional and they set and took down everything so that we did not have to lift a finger.Our wedding day was absolute perfection and it was in large part in choosing Whitehall Columbia as our venue. Whitehall was our first venue tour and we were sold immediately after. The team is super friendly and helpful. We were looking for a venue that would make our wedding as stress-free as possible. We worked with a venue-provided coordinator to plan our ceremony and reception. It was smooth sailing and allowed me to fully experience the day (rather than stress out about logistics). Initially we were concerned that the venue required specific food and DJ vendors, but these were top notch. We were also able to sample the food and chat with DJ before making our deposit to Whitehall, which was helpful. I can't stress enough how accommodating Whitehall was, and how much I enjoyed working with them. I couldn't imagine having our wedding at any other venue.

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing Whitehall was! We knew within 5 minutes of touring Whitehall that we loved it and wanted it to be our wedding venue. Harold had such a warm personality that really made us feel like he truly cared about our wedding day rather than just running a business. During the planning process, the venue was great about answering questions and following up with me. They set everything up and took everything down so that we did not have to lift a finger. I also canât say enough great things about the day of coordinator, Julia. She is truly the sweetest person. She made sure everything was where it was supposed to be when it was supposed to be there. She made sure the entire day went perfect. We got so many compliments from guests about the venue and how much they loved it. Especially the stadium type seating! We truly believe that our wedding day would not have been as perfect as it was if we did it somewhere else and we are so unbelievably happy that we chose Whitehall as our venue because it really was our dream wedding. Harold and Julia made the entire thing happen and we are forever grateful! We would recommend this venue over and over again!

The whole process with getting things set up was wonderful after that. I loved the fact that they were clear about their costs up front. No \"mystery math\" and charges after the wedding for this or that. They are very uplifting and joyful it just brings so much good energy. I brought my own decor. As an event planner myself, itâs hard to let go, but the moment I walked through the doors I had fun faith and trust that our wedding would truly be the best day ever. The team at Whitehall was so accommodating as we had to reschedule our wedding multiple times for COVID but once June 2021 rolled around they didnât miss a beat and pulled off the most glamorous wedding of our dreams! They said wedding blues are real once itâs over and itâs true! Working with the Whitehall Columbia team, Driftwood Catering, Melindaâs Precious Petals, and Selective Sound was truly a joy and pleasure. Additionally, the value you receive for the price and only being 20 minutes form downtown is truly unbelievable! I can only hope I will be invited back as a guest in the future to relive it all over again, haha!

Working with the Whitehall Columbia team, Driftwood Catering, Melindaâs Precious Petals, and Selective Sound was truly a joy and pleasure. Additionally, the value you receive for the price and only being 20 minutes form downtown is truly unbelievable! I can only hope I will be invited back as a guest in the future to relive it all over again, haha!

After seeing this venue and the amenities it provides including set up and tear down we couldn't even think about having our wedding anywhere else. We had a beautiful ceremony on their lawn followed by a great reception. Whitehall worked with us when we had to postpone our wedding date due to COVID-19 and was very understanding. Julia was fabulous to work with by answering any questions we had leading up to the day and was very easy to communicate with. On the day of the wedding Julia ensured that everything went smoothly and helped organize the bridal party throughout the ceremony and reception. We are so thankful that Whitehall gave us a stress free wedding day and made it perfect for us!!

Thanks to Harold my wedding was perfect! First, let me start off by saying that I am/was a Covid Bride. I had to move my wedding from a different venue because they were becoming so hard to work with due to Covid that I could no longer get married there. Harold made the switch so easy and effortless. He was so easy going and easy to work with. Anytime I ever had any anxieties about anything or questions, he was so calming and reassuring and helpful. We planned to have the ceremony outside but the week before my wedding the weather was pretty miserable. We were really unsure what the weather was going to do and not sure how to proceed on whether or not to have it inside or out. He let me make a DAY OF decision so I could wait to see what happened with the weather. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. The weather ended up being perfect and beautiful and I just can't thank him enough for being so accommodating and understanding. The venue itself is gorgeous. I got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. The food from Driftwood was amazing. It all was just so perfect. Thank you so much to Whitehall and Harold for making my wedding a dream!

I'm only sorry I couldn't give Whitehall more stars, 5 is not sufficient for the phenomenal service they provide. I was coordinating with them for over a year planning my wedding and actually booked with them before I got engaged because I fell in love after the first visit and they book so far in advance! Yes my boyfriend at the time, now my husband, was in agreement ;) I must have emailed them over 100 times for different things, and every time they responded promptly and were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I was one of those Type A control-freak brides and made multiple site visits to see how things would work, and they not only made my vision come to life, but went above and beyond and made it even better! Charles and Harold are amazing coordinators; they made me feel super comfortable and assured me that all my little details would be taken care of and they absolutely were. They really care about their clients and aren't just concerned with running a business. When COVID-19 happened they did everything they could to keep us informed, to accommodate where they could, and to advise us how to move forward when we were unsure. They're so friendly and kind you feel like you're talking to an old friend when you go for a visit. I'm so thrilled we took the risk and kept our original date because it worked out perfectly! Even with social distancing restrictions it was still the perfect day I had envisioned and it made it even more special the people that were there. Their venue is absolutely stunning and there are charming rustic chic details everywhere that set it above other venues I've seen. Everyone said what a beautiful wedding it was, and everything went so smooth that I wasn't aware of any issues at either the ceremony or reception. They are more expensive, but it is so worth it to have their all-inclusive service to take the stress off of you when wedding time actually comes. I could go on and on. Just book them, you won't be sorry!

Beautiful, unique, and elegant reception venue! Guests continually mentioned how beautiful it was. Harold and other wait staff were extremely perceptive, attentive, and kind. I would recommend this venue to family and friends 110%. And the white venue makes any color combination for your wedding possible. Their package includes an assigned DJ group, catering company and (optional) florist, so they all commincate well and make planning a whole lot easier! Love love love Whitehall!

Beautiful, unique, and elegant reception venue! Guests continually mentioned how beautiful it was. Harold and other wait staff were extremely perceptive, attentive, and kind. I would recommend this venue to family and friends 110%. And the white venue makes any color combination for your wedding possible. Their package includes an assigned DJ group, catering company and (optional) florist, so they all commincate well and make planning a whole lot easier! Love love love Whitehall!

I have not stopped getting compliments on this wedding venue. It is SERIOUSLY so gorgeous. It's all marble and white and dark woods and so elegant. You really don't need to provide a lot of decor. Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous, Harold & Charles are amazing event managers. They made everything so easy. Harold set up all of my decor on the day of and helped me run my rehearsal. Then Saturday afternoon he was there the entire time we were at the venue and kept checking in on us - up until he got me down the aisle! He was amazing. Then Charles took over and closed our event. He was very helpful in packing up all of our decor and leftover items, and then helped my husband pick them up a week later when we got back from our honeymoon. I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about this venue...if you're looking for a memorable place to have your wedding, choose Whitehall.

Harold and Charles were wonderful to work with and they really deliver and help out above and beyond. They were a pleasure. I also loved that they allowed us to do ceiling decor since that was important to me. The venue itself is so beautiful that not much else is needed unless you want to put a personal touch on it. I highly recommend this venue as you will not be disappointed. So beautiful and the staff is just amazing. Also Melinda the florist is right inside as well and she does such beautiful work. Book this venue before it gets booked up because I know it will! All our guests are still talking about how beautiful the reception was. Thank you Whitehall and Melinda for helping make our wedding AMAZING. We couldn't be happier.

Whitehall Columbia is the perfect wedding venue - we had planned for an outdoor ceremony by their 200 year old oak tree, but the rain decided otherwise and Harold got the indoor chapel all ready that same day. Harold is wonderful and makes sure that everything is running smoothly for your big day. Harold takes his job seriously and has great calming and reassuring qualities, which is great when wedding planning. Charles runs the place for the reception and he did a fantastic job keeping track of all the gifts/cards, the catering service, and guest accommodations. There are great rooms for indoor pictures and places for both bridal parties to get ready. I loved using Whitehall Columbia as my venue and would recommend it to anyone in the area!

Harold & Charles were so great to work with, gave great advice throughout the planning process and were accommodating all the way through the end of the event. We booked the outdoor space for our ceremony because of the gorgeous oak tree, but the rain forced us inside on our wedding day. That didn't even matter because the chapel is just as beautiful. The staff at Whitehall will even set up everything for you! It was a huge stress reliever to just drop off our centerpieces and decorations and feel confident that the staff would set it all up beautifully (which they did). I wouldn't change anything about the day and would recommend Whitehall to anyone!!

I could seriously write a novel about how wonderful this venue was. It's hard to put into a paragraph all of the great things about this venue and the owner, Harold. For starters, Harold is very quick to respond to emails, phone calls, and is very flexible in scheduling appointments. The venue is a 1930s era elementary school that Harold renovated into a stunning and elegant venue. They kept the charm of the old school (such as keeping some original doors) but made it very modern at the same time. The venue is kept in pristine condition all of the time. My husband and I got married in the fenced in outdoor space on the venue property underneath a beautiful 100 year old oak tree and the space looked amazing. Harold takes care of almost all of the set up and is really invested in making sure the bride and groom are completely satisfied with everything aspect of the day. We rented the space on a Saturday, but were able to set up on Thursday because there was no event scheduled for Friday prior to the wedding. This made the week go very smoothly and eliminated a lot of stress. Harold also was able to basically run the rehearsal and had great suggestions for improving the flow of the ceremony. I seriously can not say enough good things about Harold and the venue. It is so beautiful and the customer service is absolutely outstanding!

This elegant venue is breathtaking. The best part is the owner. He works hand and hand with you the entire way. When I booked, the venue wasn't completely finished but I knew what look the owner was going for... Simply elegant. I had my own bridal suite to get ready and relax in. The groomsmen relaxed in the stateroom. I had a perfect wedding because of this venue!!! Worth every penny!

This elegant venue is breathtaking. The best part is the owner. He works hand and hand with you the entire way. Our Concierge service is included in our price, from set up to clean up, Whitehall couples don't have to lift a finger. An onsite coordinator is included with any ceremony reservation and rehearsal is always free.On average our couples spend about 15-20 minutes pre-event at Whitehall.
