Established in 2016, and located in downtown Reno beside the historic Reno Arch, this independent luxury boutique hotel is dedicated to making your wedding a relaxing, lavish, and utterly seamless experience for you and your wedding guests. Facilities & Capacity Whitney Peak Hotel features multiple unique venues that can be transformed for use in an elopement, wedding ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, or day-after brunch. With a maximum capacity of 250 people, Whitney Peak Hotel can accommodate intimate gatherings as well as lavish parties. The hotel is also happy to provide room blocks for your wedding party and guests. Whitney Peak Hotel offers over 300 pet-friendly guest rooms that overlook the Sierra Mountains, and feature complimentary access to BaseCamp, the hotel’s 7,000 square foot climbing gym, and Cargo, the hotel’s live music room. Services Offered Every Whitney Peak Hotel wedding package includes the cost of chairs, tables, linens and napkins, glassware, silverware, coordination, and setup and breakdown service. A complimentary suite is also provided for the couple on their wedding night. All packages can be customized for any special requests or wedding needs. Cuisine Whitney Peak Hotel offers a wide selection of fine dining menu possibilities, and all options can be further personalized to meet your preferences and the needs of your particular wedding. A full service in-house bar is also available for the enjoyment of you and your guests. Outside cake vendors are welcome, and any vendor referrals can be provided upon request.

We are so beyond happy that we decided to book our wedding with Whitney Peak Hotel. Allie was absolutely amazing to work with and we felt like we received personal service throughout the entire process. For a professional venue who does ton of weddings, we are so happy that we did not feel like we were just another event but that we could make our vision into a reality. Whitney Peak handled our venue, some of our rentals, our catering, and our hotel rooms—at an amazing price for the quality received. Our wedding went flawlessly and we are so grateful to the service we received at Whitney Peak. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great venue, with great service, tasty food, and very competitive prices. I cannot believe how stunning everything turned out, thank you!

Whitney Peak Hotel is not only a gorgeous venue. Has a classy, modern, elite feeling and look. After falling in love with the venue Andy Bomberger the Director of sales just knocked it out of the park in my crazy \"planning\" eyes. He is friendly, superb customer service skills. Prompt! Always responded quickly (even reached out a second time because he knows my brain is mush and I thought what my response was. However it never ACTUALLY happened in reality). He's helpful and funny. Goes 110% every time. I can't imagine something not working out the way I would like...I feel like its almost gonna be even more then I pictured it to be. You would be crazy to not choose this place as your venue....not just a wedding...any special event. Great venue, Great prices, Great Staff, Great event happens.

Allie and team at Whitney Peak were beyond amazing. Always quick to respond to any question I had leading up to our wedding. The day of was flawless. All of our guests loved the venue and the food was amazing. Highly recommended!!
