Roger Swonger was so incredible to work with - such a kind and thoughtful professional in every way from planning the event to the execution. He even stepped in to bustle my wedding dress when we had a hard time doing so! The Wiedemann Hill Mansion is gorgeous - there is no other venue like it in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Roger, you created a seamless and beautiful evening for us, and we had the best experience working with you. Thank you so much for all that you did to give us a wedding we'll never forget. The mansion is so lovely and is really the perfect location for a wedding. It felt like we were having a wedding in a home! Roger provides EXCELLENT service and made the whole event run like clockwork. Every guest commented on the lovely mansion, and the incredible service they received. We had a last minute change in our ceremony plans in June due to COVID (and I mean last minute- 2 weeks before our scheduled date) and reached out to Wiedemann Hill in the off chance they may have some availability. Donna was so amazing at getting us out right away to tour the venue and made our quick planning a breeze! The mansion is absolutely stunning and ended up being 10x better than our original plans! The grounds were beautiful and every aspect of the venue is photo worthy. I couldn’t be more grateful to them for accommodating us last minute and being so helpful in the process!

We were married October 12, 2019. We held the ceremony and reception at Weidemann Hill Mansion.It was PERFECT for our small group! We took advantage of the spectacular view and held the ceremony outside - the mansion, wide veranda and view are fabulous! But what made it perfect was Donna Weddle and her team. They took care of every detail - even giving the children cordial glasses with sparkling apple cider so they could participate in the wedding toasts! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Wiedemann Hill Mansion is absolutely gorgeous: inside, outside , plus it has a fantastic view of the Cincinnati skyline. Donna was thorough and very helpful throughout the planning process. We had our ceremony and reception here--the perfect size for a small, intimate, family-only wedding (45 guests)...we felt like we were at a family member's home! We appreciated all the provided items that were first class: fabulous linens; lovely serving trays; plates, silverware and chargers that were far from the standard boring white stuff you get at a huge reception hall. Wiedemann Hill is so beautiful, we didn't have to decorate or buy extra flowers or centerpieces.

My husband and I just had our ceremony here. We chose it because of how beautiful it is, inside and out. I really wanted a ceremony with a view and I definitely got that! Katherine, the coordinator, is a very lovely woman with a lot of energy and she really wanted to make this an amazing day for us. I'm only giving this place 4 stars because of the 60 person maximum which includes your bridal party. I had to have a great majority of our guest be reception only. I know the house has limited space but I had just a couple people over and they were very firm so I had to make some sacrifices there. Overall, it's still a beautiful place and I recommend it for small weddings or even a rehearsal dinner venue!

Wiedemann Hill Mansion was absolutely wonderful. First of all, the mansion is gorgeous, inside and out. The view of the city is amazing, and your ceremony is guaranteed to be beautiful. Even if you had to move it indoors, you will have it in front of a gigantic, beautiful stained glass window. Donna, Roger, and Katharine are FANTASTIC to work with. Their philosophy is very much \"we do it for you\" and they are truly customer oriented. They were so helpful, willing to meet almost any time day or night, and accommodate almost any request. The mansion is also so beautiful, that it will save you tons of money on flowers and décor. I chose to make a lot of my centerpieces and other décor, and Donna and Katharine made sure everything was used and placed just as I wanted it. But honestly, you don't have to do ANY décor or flowers if you don't want to; the mansion is beautiful just as it is. You won't need a DJ either, they take care of the music. Truly the best value in a wedding venue to be found in Cincinnati, you get a beautiful venue, talented coordinators who run everything for you, décor, DJ, all in one!! I simply can't say enough good things about this wonderful place and these wonderful people. If you want a beautiful, small (the space does have a strict limit of 60 people), intimate wedding, this is THE place to do it in Cincinnati.

The view is unmatched by any other spot in NKY. We loved it so much it was the only place we looked at when deciding on where to hold our wedding. We had a wonderful experience working with Katherine and Donna to plan our wedding. They were so attentive to our needs and willing to accommodate any idea we came up with. Neither my husband nor I grew up in the Cincinnati area, so all of our family travel for our wedding and for many of them it was their first visit to the area. The Wiedemann was so welcoming and left a great impression on our out of town visitors. Many of them saying this was the best wedding and the most beautiful venue they had ever been to. I would highly recommend the Wiedemann for any event. Looking forward to hosting an anniversary party there in a few years!!

My husband and I got married here on July 11, 2015 and WOW! We fell in love with the place the first time we walked in. It is absolutely gorgeous! Donna, Katherine and the rest of the team did a wonderful job. They made us feel welcome through the entire process and took care of drop off appointments for all of our vendors. They let me drop off all wedding things (my dress, guest book, decorations, etc.) during the rehearsal. When I got there on the big day, everything was already set up and ready to go, from the centerpieces to the guest book. They even helped cue our ceremony musicians too. They were very professional. \r\rThis place is truly perfect for a small wedding. They do top at 60 people, so keep that in mind. We had to trim some numbers off our guest list, but it was worth it. We would wholeheartedly recommend the Wiedemann!

Donna, Katherine and the rest of the team at Wiedemann will absolutely make your wedding perfect in every way. From the first visit to Wiedemann we knew this was the place for us. The view is spectacular, the architecture of the building is unique, the gardens are beautiful and the history makes the whole thing so unique. Donna and Katherine helped us plan every detail and coordinated all our day-of deliveries. They truly are professionals and they know how to make the day go smoothly. We really felt through the entire process that they personally cared about all the details. It felt like our good friends were planning the wedding and there with us to make it go smoothly. I cannot stress enough how well the entire evening went. It's worth mentioning the great value of having a wedding here as well. Not only did we get a beautifully decorated venue, but the ceremony was here too and they handled parking, chairs, the sound system, music, coordinated catering, they provided linens for the table, the silverware, the cleanup and so much more. You really get a complete full service package and there isn't much else to worry about. The smaller venue size meant we got to interact with each guest and for anyone discounting this venue based on size I would strongly urge you to consider the benefits of having a smaller wedding and getting to personalize things a bit more. We will forever remember the night at Wiedemann Mansion and the people that made it happen. It was beyond perfect.

We just got married last Friday night and are still buzzing about how great everything was at WHM. When renting this venue, you are not just getting a mansion....you are also getting a wedding planner (Katherine and her staff were great), a place that decorates itself (which means you can save $$ on flowers), all plates and linens, oh and how about that killer view with free fireworks on a Friday night of a Reds home game? The inside of this mansion is both stunning and historical. Your guests will find all kinds of conversation pieces both inside, and on the giant porch that overlooks the city of Cincinnati. We had several of our guests approach us throughout the night telling us that this was the best wedding they've ever been to. We aren't just tooting our own horn, but this place is that absolute best if you are having a wedding/reception for 60 people or less. You also must go with Funky's Catering, which was the most customer friendly of the 3 preferred caterers at WHM. Seriously, if you're looking to separate your wedding from all the other church, beach, park, and backyard weddings....go with this place! You and your guests will be talking about it for a long time.

If you are looking for a stress free, never forget evening, look no further. The Wiedemann Hill Mansion overlooks the Cincinnati skyline making for breathtaking photos not only on the outside but the inside is even better. Stain glass windows, wood inlaid floors, hand carved mantels and the list goes on. Beautiful bride and groom rooms to get your evening started in style. \rAlso included was an event planner that made being a bride a stress free job. The event planner took care of contacting the caterer , music, timeline, place cards, top of the line linens and flatware etc... \rI was even able to drop everything off the evening prior for a stress free wedding day. All I had to do was simply show up. \rIf you are looking for a one of a kind elegant and intimate occasion, this is certainly the venue for you. I generally don't write reviews but was so impressed, especially after the photos returned, that I wanted to give back a small token of my appreciation. I even try to think what next event I could host at the Wiedemann House. Happy shopping. \rDeborah.

I absolutely LOVED my wedding at the mansion. We got married in December and it was decorated beautifully..best part is, I didn't have to do a single thing, and we received a discount for getting married in the winter. The ceremony for indoor weddings takes place on the staircase with all the guests standing around, and it makes for a super intimate, romantic and unique setting. \r\rSomething for other brides to keep in mind is that they can host a maximum of 60 guests, so that may be difficult for some; however, if you can manage to cut down your guest list, it is definitely worth it. \r\rThe one downside was the new wedding coordinator that they hired. While she is experienced and helpful, neither me nor my family members liked working with her (and I typically get along with everyone). If she had been working there when I first visited the mansion, I would've had second thoughts about booking the venue. \r\rAll in all though, I am very pleased with the services we received at the mansion, and the wedding could not have been more beautiful!

We visited a couple of places with a view of downtown Cincinnati, but the second we walked in the door of Wiedemann we knew that had to be our venue. The view of downtown is incredible, the Mansion is beautiful and the owners Donna and Roger are great. Donna was always very responsive to any questions we had planning along the way. We had a few meetings to check in over the course of the year of planning. Our day of coordinator, Katherine, kept everything moving, made sure everyone was where they needed to be, and helpful in anything that we asked for. We got so many comments on how gorgeous our venue was, and one of my guests said it was legitimately the nicest wedding she had been to. During our last dance, there ended up being fireworks downtown which everyone loved. The timing was perfect! Our photographer made a comment that wedding parties travel all day to get the photos that we were able to get in one location with the garden and the views etc. We are so glad we booked Wiedemann Hill Mansion and thankful that we got to work with Donna, Katherine and Roger!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy we were with Donna at Wiedemann Hill Mansion. She is so organized and professional, and made sure our wedding day went as planned. Everything was so beautiful and perfect! Roger, her assistant, was also wonderful! We could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out! They are a great team and were able to give us the wedding of our dreams! I HIGHLY recommend them if you are wanting to have a small, elegant wedding.

This was the first and only venue my husband and I visited. We fell in love at first sight from the view on the front porch of downtown Cincinnati to the ornate, vintage decor of the mansion and its many rooms. Donna and Roger are amazing and have thought of everything imaginable to make your day a one-of-a-kind celebration. We received many compliments from our guests, and continue to receive compliments from those who have seen our pics. this place is just absolutely the perfect place for smaller weddings and the service you receive is warm, friendly, outstanding. (One last thing...b/c of the beautiful decor and setting, there are endless amounts of photo opps at this place. Absolutely gorgeous lighting and romantic backdrops here).

I had the wedding of my dreams at Wiedemann Hill Mansion May 19 2012! Not only was the venue absolutely stunning, Roger and Donna really helped to make the whole wedding expirience extra special. From the moment I stepped into the front doors of the Mansion I knew I must have my wedding there! The grounds, view and mansion were breathtaking. I didnt even consider looking at any other venues. The quality of service far surpassed my expectations. Donna was there every step of the way, she is truly an expirienced professional and very easy to work with. I planned my wedding from out of town and she was very flexible with meetings and always answered my emails promtly! It was such a stressfree expirience. Donna made sure every aspect of the wedding was covered, she was very organized which really helped to ease my mind on the big day. Everything ran smooth on the day of. An amazing place to get mairried with an even more amazing staff! Thank you so much Roger, Donna & Roger for everything!!!

My husband and I could not have been happier with choosing Widemann Hill Mansion as the venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. We wanted a small, outdoor wedding, and WHM was perfect. Donna makes the planning so easy and straightforward. This was a fantastic venue! They are very friendly and easy to work with! The mansion is gorgeous and is the best bang for you buck in the Tri-state area! It offers a great intimate wedding and has the most amazing view of the city! I would recommend to anyone!!!!
