The venue was beautiful and it came with 14 rooms that we had some of our guests and wedding party stay the night in. Using walters weddings was amazing because I didn’t have to spin my wheels trying to find vendors or packages. I could just pick and choose what I want. Almost all of the vendors were super communicative. The only one I had a little trouble getting ahold of was the Florist. Our planner Madison was super awesome and went out of her way to help me achieve different things I wanted for the wedding. The day of coordinator Lindsay was absolutely amazing. She was so incredibly helpful, kept us on track, and was so sweet and understanding. Also super fun. The food was amazing, the tasting didn’t do it justice. We had a buffet and all of our guests loved it! Also the open bar and signature drinks were all very awesome and made the night fantastic. The wedding was outdoors and they had backup plans for rain (that we luckily didn’t have to use) and they even sprayed for mosquitos right before the ceremony because I was concerned.

This is a very difficult review to make as everything leading up to our wedding day seem to be going off without a hitch until it wasn't. To begin with the positive and what this venue is doing right: -Partner Vendors: Great people to work with! Went above our expectation's and offered to make up for any mishaps that occurred on the big day (Jenny Layne - we didn't even notice the missing parfaits until you brought it up, thank you for making it right). All our guests loved the catering and the portions were just right for our very hungry friends and family. Flowers and signs were beautiful and the vendor really worked with us to capture what was important to us and what was not. Photography and music were just the best! Both vendors saved the wedding in so many ways and made sure our day stayed special. -Venue: Gorgeous European inspired estate! It was a little snug with 80+ people, the place should really advertised that this location can fit more like 60 people comfortably. Hadn't known this, maybe we would have gone with another Walters estate location. (Not a big deal but wish the staff was more straightforward about this).Staff (Prep Work/Leading Up To The Wedding): Communication was a little slow and we felt that all of the due dates for venue selection was rushed. It was a little difficult to get a hold of the planner. This could just be the wedding pile up stress but it would have been nice to spread out the timeline a little to account for delays from the staffs end. Overall, we felt attended to and the price transparency right off the bat was appreciated. The only hiccup we had here was that we were told a breakfast buffet was included with our overnight stay but it was not. This threw off the morning after the wedding.Day of Wedding Venue Staff (Here's the not so great part): Leading up to the wedding day, we were constantly reminded that we would have a day of wedding coordinator. We even had discussions with our long term planning coordinator about additional touches that would be needed (e.g. tables, religious set up, etc.). Come our wedding day, its chaos. All our vendors set up everything spectacularly but everything that was supposed to be taken care of by the DOWC is not anywhere to be seen, much like here at this wedding. My bridesmaids, photographer, DJ had to help with setting up welcome tables, putting wedding favors on chairs, etc. (re-organizing people for sitting in the wrong seats, you name it and it didn't get done). My bridesmaid even found the wedding coordinator hiding out in the kitchen. While I understand wedding's can be chaotic, if there's an overwhelming amount of work for the day of the wedding, maybe the venue should hire two people or have more senior employees be the DOWC. One other thing I must mention and agree with other reviewers is the cake situation. So half a cake just disappears? While I'm more than happy share with all the hardworking staff, its disappointing to have hear staff taking a huge amount of leftover cake. Wedding cakes are not cheap and I would have like that my guests enjoyed an additional piece or taken leftovers. We opted for 4 tier cake that could easily feed 150 people and had a guest list half the size. My spouse and I really tried to enjoy our day but it was an ongoing battle with the DOWC to have everything pulled off. I'm so grateful to the amazing vendors that helped us get through it. 6 months later and happily married but the whole ordeal still bothers me.

Everyone we've spoken to has been incredibly helpful, professional, and overall lovely. Hallie has been our planning representative and she meets us with just as much excitement about planning our wedding as we do. Every meeting has been joyful, informative, and creative, exactly how a dream wedding should be. 11/10 recommend!

My daughter's reception at Wildwood Inn was a nightmare. It is a venue that is comfortable for maybe 40 people max. The menu items were unrecognizable and inedible. A chef was promised. Our \"chef\" was one guy, his first day on the job, who may have worked in a kitchen but was NOT a chef. The fruit plate was served outside in 90 degree temp, no ice tray, no forks, no toothpicks. I asked for utensils for guests to use and was informed they didn't provide those because the fruit plate that contained pineapple and melon among other fruits was \"finger food.\" Yes the guests were expected to eat with their hands. The florist who was wonderful, and a regular vendor at Wildwood from the time it opened did not recognize any of staff. She provided flowers for a wedding just the weekend before. The crostini's we ordered were finely diced pieces of ??? on melba toast. It only got worse from there. I was mortified. Being a native of South Louisiana, food is always plentiful and amazing. The \"food\" we were provided was neither.Our wedding coordinator was frantic and unorganized. The reception staff were unprofessional in their appearance and demeanor. One could not break away from his game to answer the question, \"What happened to the leftover wedding cake?\" When he did respond, he said \"I don't know, I wasn't here.\" I can give many more examples of the nightmare that was my daughter's reception. I would tell anyone considering an event at Wildwood to run away. What they promise is not what you get. I have hosted parties and dinners for up to 200 people and managed to have good food and servce. I never anticipated that the most important event, my daughter's wedding reception, would be the only one I'd like to forget.I gave one star because it was the lowest rating, not because they earned it.

We picked Wildwood Inn for our son's and his bride's rehearsal dinner. Communication, flexibility, willingness to help however needed, friendliness, beautiful venue, smoothly run from start to finish are some of the things that come immediately to mind. We used their food vendor and picked the Hawaiian menu and it was great. I did my own table decorations and Amanda jumped in to help before and Kate and her assistant jumped in afterwards to help. We brought in a portable microphone system for toasts and the accoustics worked out fine. Very happy customer.

I loved this venue from the moment I stepped in and they didn't disappoint on Wedding Day. Crystal and Geoffrey made our day extra special. From the venue, to the food and all the services we added it was more that I imagined it would be. Our guests raved about the food and enjoyed being able to have a great time and then spend the night. Bonus points of this venue!!! Even the planning process with Kate was great. She was always available to answer any question we had. Thank you all for making our day!!

I recently had my wedding here on 10/2 and it was everything I could have asked for! I was able to get inside at 12 and had full access to the venue for everyone to start setting up. My day of coordinator Crystal was absolutely wonderful and kept us on track the entire night. I was not stressed at all and had no problems the whole entire day. We used in house catering and bar services which definitely was a plus, we got tons of compliments on the food along with our signature drinks. We only had about 80 people at the wedding which was a great size for dinner inside and all the dancing on the patio. They also allowed us to bring our own corn hole boards for the night. I couldn't imagine a better night!!!

This venue was the perfect size and vibe for my intimate garden wedding! The vendors were very helpful and knowledgeable as long as you knew what questions you wanted answered. There were a few small hiccups on the big day, but they were quickly resolved.

Just had our wedding here on the 25th, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The day of our wedding, the staff would offer to help out in ways that were above and beyond our expectations, making our big day that much less stressful. We also rented the venue out for the night and the rooms were gorgeous and elegant. I highly encourage anyone stay here.

Once we downsized the wedding, this venue was so ideal! It says it can hold 150 people, but we had 95 and I think that was pushing it! It was a beautiful venue and wonderful ceremony area. Grooms room was awesome. I wish the bridal suite had a better set up. We rented the entire estate, which made for an awesome and convenient experience. Crystal, the manager, was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I learned the best way to communicate was via the Portal (not to respond to emails in your inbox!). Our day of coordinator was sweet- but not assertaive- and we had a bunch of drunk people! But she was also good. Compliments continue to come in on how good the food was! Over all, I am so thankful we went with the Wildwood Inn and had the all inclusive package- it really implied the wedding planning, that I was able to do in 3 months!~

We loved everything about the venue. It was almost exactly a year after our tour that we ended up finally having the wedding - and we loved the venue just as much as when we first saw it. That amount of time (plus COVID) resulted in a few staff changes but my final contact, Kristy, was phenomenal. She also ended up being my coordinator for the wedding day and was flawless. She was so friendly, eager to help, and quick to respond to my many emails. We did a buyout of all the rooms the night of our wedding and had an after party in one of them. All of our guests staying in the rooms were blown away by how lovely they were. Breakfast the next morning for the overnight guests was a wonderful touch (and much needed after the after party). I can't say enough good things about this venue and Kristy. Our wedding was absolutely perfect.

My daughter’s wedding at Wildwood Inn was an amazing experience. Cristy and Addison were such a wonderful addition. They took care of everything that I asked about. They were so accommodating and friendly. I couldn’t have done this wedding without them. The rooms at the Inn were beautiful and the whole family was able to stay there, which was so special to all of us.

My daughter’s wedding at Wildwood Inn was an amazing experience. Cristy and Addison were such a wonderful addition. They took care of everything that I asked about. They were so accommodating and friendly. I couldn’t have done this wedding without them. The rooms at the Inn were beautiful and the whole family was able to stay there, which was so special to all of us.

The staff working that day had a wedding later that day as well as other appointments but still gave us their attention. That is the only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one. We didn't end up booking them for reasons unrelated to their price or venue, but during the initial meeting we gave our standard contact info. Loved the coordinator they have for you day of, we had Amanda, and she was a life saver on timeline and keeping us in track! I would strongly recommend this venue if you want help with steps along the way! Also we upgraded to include the hotel rooms only a few months before and it was the best idea, have your wedding party stay there and the bridal suite is amazing for pictures and relaxing afterwards! They truly made all the personal touches come out, just ask them about an idea like we had private dining in our suite for dinner for a moment to ourselves and it's amazing how they can make things like that happen smoothly!

From the person who worked the front desk and handed out our welcome bags as guests arrived, to the server who worked breakfast solo and provided our overnight guests with great breakfast service, to the bartender who kept my new husband's and my beaks wet throughout the night and especially to our amazing coordinator Rachel that kept me calm through the whole ride, this team was attentive and flexible. Wildwood Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding day! We loved the backyard wedding feel while still having indoor space! It was intimate for our 95 guests, but never felt too crowded. The whole venue is kept up beautifully and the staff is super nice and helpful. We had Faith as our day-of wedding coordinator and she was great and helped our day run smoothly! The day-of coordinator included with our booking was one of the best parts of the venue, as she made sure everyone was where they needed to be and coordinated with the other vendors and I could just enjoy my day! I look forward to visiting again as a guest of the Inn for our anniversary!

The Wildwood Inn was great for our ceremony and reception venue. Rachel was our day of coordinator and she was fantastic. The other staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. Word to the wise, the 10am to 3pm time slot for a wedding is a super tight fit. We made it all work, but just be sure to comprehend how short 5 hours actually is for set up, wedding, photos, reception, and tear down. That said, that was on us and not the venue. They were great!

Wildwood Inn was the perfect wedding venue for us! I went back and forth regarding 4-star vs. 5-star so will provide very detailed reasons regarding my decision. Overall, Wildwood Inn was exceptional, beautiful, and everything ran very smoothly. We rented out the Inn for the night of the wedding, which was so convenient. Several of us stayed at the Inn the night before, as well, and they accommodated my family with their children gracefully. The only things that Wildwood Inn could improve are as follows. Despite renting out the entire Inn the night of the wedding, and utilizing several rooms the night before; we were not able to begin setting up decorations for the wedding until 1 hour before ceremony time. This is very limited time, especially if you are doing your own decor to keep costs down. I am lucky several friends and family were willing to show up early to get this done, but it was a race and was extremely tight. There is no legitimate reason for this, and more time should absolutely be provided, regardless of tours or meetings. Also, we were not able to host our rehearsal the night before at the same time as our ceremony due to another wedding already having scheduled their rehearsal at that time. I think that time slot the day before a wedding should be offered to that wedding party before scheduling someone else (whose wedding was the Sunday after mine). I would have preferred uniformed timing. When renting out the venue with all rooms, if you charge your guests for their room (to again reduce personal costs); you are responsible for gathering those charges. If they stay another night, they pay the Inn. This caused much confusion, and added day of stress on the bride that was unnecessary. They could have easily charged my account for the price of the rooms as a deposit, and gathered money from the guests to replace that as they checked-in to prevent this extra confusion. All that would require is an additional section on the room assignment document asking about who should be charged what amount for that evening. I split the rooms evenly and charged everyone the same amount. Our day-of coordinator (Faith) was very sweet and accommodating, and having a day-of coordinator with the venue was so helpful. Faith did an amazing job, but could have been a little more directive with family and guests regarding timeline and where everyone needed to be. Milestone catering, who partners with Wildwood Inn was delicious. The food was amazingly prepared and served. Faith even set up a table and chairs in our suite so my husband and I could eat uninterrupted after our ceremony. This was so special for us. I would get married here all over again and would not change a thing about our wedding, but wanted to be detailed, as this all would have been helpful to know going in. It is an absolutely beautiful venue.

The only reason I am giving WildWood 4 stars is that my wedding coordinator had some difficulty with staff attitudes on the day of the wedding. Everything else was wonderful! I would recommend to a friend!

The venue itself was absolutely perfect for our intimate wedding. Very beautiful with few decorations really needed. Our facilities coordinator, Rachel, was very sweet and helpful. This was the perfect venue for our special day. We rented the entire place out which includes 14 rooms. It was so wonderful to have one location for the ceremony, rehearsal, and then have your friends and family stay after to spend time together. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating for any special requests we had. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone and it is very affordable for everything you receive. We also used Milestone Catering and were very happy with that decision as well. All the guests raved about how beautiful the entire venue was and had a blast! This was the first venue we visited and immediately knew this was where we had to get married. The outdoor ceremony area is just breathtaking with tons of greenery, string lights, and a beautiful pergola. Seriously could not be happier with this decision!

My ceremony and reception was held at the Wildwood Inn on 10/8/17 and it was AMAZING! For one thing, the rental costs are VERY affordable and especially when you consider how beautiful the venue is. We barely had to add any decorations. This is definitely a venue for smaller sized weddings. The max capacity is technically 120 but you will be packed in if you actually go up to that guest count. We had a little less than 100 which I felt was the max amount of guests I would try to fit into that venue. Just to note, likely if you have a guest list over probably about 70, your guests will be split between the interior dining room and the covered patio. The day was beautiful for our wedding so I didn't mind, but just something to note if you are having your wedding during the summer.But you get a venue coordinator the day of the wedding and I didn't realize how much that would be needed but it was. Tiffany was our venue coordinator and she was great! I wish we could have had more time to set up everything beforehand (we had an hour and a half, but guests start arriving 30 minutes if not earlier before the ceremony, so it was even less time). The only real snaggle we ran into is that I wanted to add more time onto my rental and I was told that I could not do that when I booked because if someone booked the time after my wedding (we were a Sunday lunch wedding), the extra hour would not be available. By the time I was able to book the extra hour, the venue's prices had gone up and I was told that I would have to pay the price increase since I had not yet contracted for the additional time. Needless to say, I was kind of upset but I did speak with Walters Wedding Estates (who owns Wildwood) and they were able to accommodate me at the original price so it all worked out.Anyway, besides that, everything was great, everything ran smoothly, our guests had an AMAZING time, and we had the perfect day. We received so many compliments on the venue. We had a Sunday brunch wedding and I was worried that people wouldn't dance. Well, the DJ Wildwood recommended was INCREDIBLE and he kept a dance party going the entire afternoon! Luckily there was a pool on property where people could rest their tired feet :) Definitely recommend!

We are private people and wanted an intimate setting for our small wedding of mostly family and The Wildwood Inn was perfect for that. There were a few hiccups with explaining how the payments would be processed BUT the final outcome of our wedding outweighed those few issues. The staff was always very welcoming and helpful. We got a ton of compliments on the look, feel and food of the venue. I cannot express how much we were impressed with their catering service. We had about 50 guests and did not have any issues with the open bar. All of our guests were pleasantly satisfied with the bar service as well. We plan on coming back at least once a year for leisure.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! This place has predatory contracts to which they make exceptions to, based on race. We booked here and had a family circumstance that prevented us from using a certain date. The manager told me we could change it, then the regional manager stated that they NEVER change dates - but later changed it said that they do. The operations director said something different. The stories kept changing because they wanted to keep our deposit. This place does NOT CARE about your event - just money. They hold you to the contract, but go outside of them to accommodate whom they wish. And I honestly believe it is based on race. If you are not a certain race; they will not accommodate you. This place is ridiculous! They took our money and made a profit by doing absolutely NOTHING - even though they had no other future bookings for the month we needed in 2018. Lauren the regional director is southern bell trash. Unprofessional, cold, and ruthless. BEWARE. Go to another venue that actually cares about their clients. This place is overrated - but I guess that all these reviews are by the \"proper\" race. I am so disappointed by them. Racism is still alive and well in Texas. Such a sad commentary on where things are...

My husband and I were married at the Wildwood Inn in April and it was a dream. The venue was gorgeous, both inside and out. We rented the rooms out for our out-of-state guests and they received personalized pamphlets when they checked in. God blessed us with perfect weather and our wedding went off without a hitch. Tiffany, our venue coordinator, was exceptional. She ran our ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding, and made sure the actual ceremony went well. She also solved a minor crisis when the day-of coordinator I hired separately didn't know how to bustle my dress. The only reason this review is not 5 star is that I felt the venue had a really long list of rules that made some aspects very difficult on the brides. For example, the only nighttime grand exit a bride and groom can make (that will be visible in photos) is with glow sticks. You cannot use sparklers, LED balloons, lanterns or anything of that nature. Additionally, you can only remove 10 children from your BAR COUNT. I thought that was crazy. If a guest is under 21, the bride and groom should not be forced to include them in the bar count. Lastly, the venue does not allow vendors to set up the day of the wedding until 90 minutes before the ceremony begins. Once you get into planning and talk to vendors like the DJ or florist, you'll learn that's an extremely short amount of time. Similarly, we bought the hotel out for the night and were not authorized access to the rooms prior to 3 p.m. I needed time to get ready with my bridal party and asked if we could have any extra time; they allowed us in the room at 1 p.m. Two members of my bridal party had to get their makeup done at another location that morning because there simply was not enough time for five women to have hair and makeup done between 1 p.m. and 6, when the ceremony began. Aesthetically the Wildwood Inn is gorgeous and you really can't beat the convenience of having ceremony, reception and sleeping arrangements in the same location, but I feel the venue could do better when it comes to accommodating the reasonable needs of the bride and groom, as well as the vendors. Despite these issues, I would still recommend the Wildwood Inn. The price is fantastic and you will have a gorgeous, intimate wedding there. Ask for Tiffany!

It had everything we were looking for between my love of art and my husband’s love of historic-looking homes. The backyard was perfect for our garden-style wedding, and it was beautiful during our October ceremony. We wanted a homey small-medium sized wedding, and the Wildwood Inn was the perfect setting for this. We absolutely loved that we had the ability to rent out the entire inn for our wedding and for guests to stay the night. It allowed us to spend more time with our guests and enjoy our time together. Amanda was our coordinator, and she was amazing!! She was always so energetic and willing to work with us to make our day perfect. The entire staff was very responsive and helpful. I had to plan our wedding from out-of-state, and the WWI staff was very accommodating to my many questions, site visits, and coordination efforts. The venue offers preferred vendor recommendations but also allows outside vendors which really allowed flexibility in our planning. The venue also includes a day-of coordinator for vendors, preceremony set up, and help with line-up (not for décor or reception coordination), but this was really helpful for us to have since we opted not to have a wedding planner. Overall our day went perfectly, and we had the best time. Choosing WWI was one of our best decisions, and we would highly recommend this venue!

We held our reception at Wildwood too. The food was so delicious. Our guests loved it. The staff was there every step of the way to make sure our day was JUST what we pictured. Even when we left after the reception for a little while and returned at 2am, they even were able to bring me a piece of my wedding cake from the kitchen since I didn't get any during the reception. We were 2 very happy Brides that day. Wildwood was exactly the perfect place for our wedding.

The venue was gorgeous and my coordinator was extremely helpful and knew exactly what to do when I had no idea. If you want your dream wedding, this is the place to have it.

Best. Wedding Night. Ever! My husband and I stayed in Room 13, at the top of the stairs on our wedding night. We arrived pretty late, and he got us all checked in. It seemed like there wasn't another soul in the building all night. The robes. The tub. The balcony. Seriously, magical, make sure when you stay to leave a note in the book on the desk overlooking the window. We will be returning for our anniversary next June!

It was everything we ever could have imagined. I posted this on other sites, but I felt this review needed to go everywhere.If you're thinking about having your wedding here, do it — it was worth every penny (and make sure you work with Kristen — the best venue coordinator in the land)!My wife and I were married there June 11th, and we decided to rent out all the rooms. The rooms were incredible (particularly the groom's suite), and each room was unique. We had so much fun having the run of the place for the weekend (if you can afford it, I HIGHLY recommend you do this)! We NEVER had a problem with any of the staff — they were all very helpful and nice.We had a 1.5 year engagement, which gave us lots of time to plan. Wildwood Inn, and Kristen in particular, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They kept close contact with us, were VERY responsive, and always did their best to accommodate our needs (even when we were a little needy).I would be remiss if I didn't mention Amanda — she helped coordinate everything up to about a month before the wedding, and she was always incredibly responsive and helpful. I don't think we could have done this without Kristen and Amanda, honestly.In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we had to make a few changes, but the staff (and Kristen in especially) helped us (kindly, I might add) get exactly what we were looking for.I know we were needy — I know we were probably a pain in the ass. But they were understanding of our stress, kind in their words, and helpful in their actions. They made what could have been a really crappy situation into a smooth ride.There was a little mix up with the chairs (some new, nicer chairs had come in, but there was an issue finding storage at this cozy little venue), but Kristen was able to conjure up some storage and get us the chairs my wife had her heart set on (and we can't give her enough credit for that — Kristen is like a magician of wedding coordination)! We also needed to change a few other things that we had decided almost a year previous, but they accommodated those changes as well.Finally, and this was the big one, we had a little flower girl meltdown right before the ceremony. Everyone was FREAKING out — she was sobbing uncontrollably, and no one could console her. It really was looking bad, like the ceremony was going to be delayed or ruined.Then in steps Kristen.I swear, this woman is the child whisperer. Kristen swept up the flower girl, who INSTANTLY stopped crying (after easily an hour of her whole family trying to calm her down). It was like magic. The flower girl was shy through the whole ceremony (and had to stay close to mom, the matron of honor), BUT she didn't cry for the rest of the ceremony (and truly, she was screaming bloody murder before Kristen stepped in).Kristen really saved the day — she should get a raise just for that bit alone! But even after all that drama, she stuck with us throughout the entire wedding (3 hours) and made sure everything went smoothly.The wedding was gorgeous (some of our guests told us it was the most fun they'd EVER had at a wedding), the venue was incredible, the rooms were incredible, the staff was incredible... I just can't say enough good things about this place.Book your wedding here — do it now before someone else does. It was the fairytale wedding my wife dreamed of!

My husband and I were married at the Wildwood Inn in April. We had a wonderful experience! The entire process of planning the wedding was made very easy by the staff at Wildwood. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and we fell in love with it immediately. We especially loved the outdoor ceremony area, but also that there were 2 other ceremony areas in case it rained. Good thing, because it sure did rain! We were still able to have an outdoor ceremony under their beautiful covered patio. We also really enjoyed that so many things are covered when you rent the venue, normally chairs, tables, dinnerware, etc have to be rented but all of these things were included and so less things we had to worry about gathering ourselves. The entire staff was very helpful to me during the entire planning of the wedding. I was always greeted with a happy voice during the MANY times I called with questions. Tamra was also our day of coordinator and was just a joy to work with. I would highly recommend (and already have) Wildwood Inn to anyone I know getting married.

I've been to one wedding at Wildwood and had my own wedding at the Chapel at Ana Villa. Both venues are beautiful! As for my own wedding, the Chapel at Ana Villa was extremely easy to work with and our guests loved the chapel and ballroom. There are two hotels right across the parking lot, perfect for out of town guests or anyone who doesn't feel like driving home afterwards.

The Wildwood Inn was our perfect wedding venue. We had visited several wedding venues throughout the D/FW area and decided on this beautiful boutique hotel. We wanted an outdoor wedding; but wanted the option of moving it indoors if there was bad weather. The garden in the back of the hotel is full of trees with a stone walkway down to the pergola. After the wedding ceremony, we had our reception inside the gorgeous French-motif banquet room. The home-style buffet was prepared by the hotel chef and was exceptionally delicious. As an added bonus, we reserved a few rooms at the hotel for our family; which they all loved.\rWe want to extend a sincere thanks to our venue coordinator, Bailey, and the Wildwood Inn staff. They made sure that our wedding was a memorable event. Our guests have told us that the venue and ceremony was one of the best ones that they had ever seen!\rLisa and I look forward to visiting the venue again soon to celebrate our anniversary.\rSteve & Lisa M.\r

I was so happy with The Wildwood Inn for my wedding. The coordinator was amazing. She wasn't able to actually meet me until the day of the wedding because I lived out of town and worked with my sister to get everything set the way I wanted it. She was extremely helpful and very nice. The service there was amazing as well and the outdoor setting was perfect for my wedding. They have a absolutely beautiful library area that was perfect for my getting ready pictures and they made sure my now husband was to go no where near me until i was walking down the isle. I highly doubt i would have had any better of an experience if i had has my wedding anywhere else. I have been to many wedding in the Denton area and this was the best place i could have chosen for my own. So happy with how everything turned out. The food through their catering company was delicious as well. I definitely recommend using their caterers.

Worst of all, the day of my wedding, that beautiful blue pool you see in the yard was complete mud with clumps of dead leaves floating on top that I had to beg to be skimmed out as guests were arriving. Wedding Date 01-11-2013
My husband and I got married at the Wildwood Inn in early November. We also booked all 14 rooms as we had several out of town guests that needed accommodation. I can't say enough nice things about the Wildwood and our experience there. The staff (especially the coordinators Bailey and Myca) were incredible to work with - everyone commented about how beautiful the setting was (we chose to get married outside), and the rooms were gorgeous, and all had a different theme. The food was absolutely delicious, and they work with a local bakery so that you're able to choose your own Bride and Groom's cakes. And it's nice to know that we have somewhere to go every year to celebrate our anniversary :) They really cater to, and care about, you and all your needs. And the price for everything that's included is unbeatable. It's an extremely romantic, classic venue and we'd recommend them many times over.

We knew when we walked into the Wildwood's open house in 2012 that this would be our venue. It felt like home. The staff is very courteous and they respond quickly to any questions you have (even if your wedding is over a year away). Myca was our coordinator and I couldn't have asked for a better go-to girl. She is very organized and suggests great ideas for layouts with seating and photobooths. We chose one of the buffet menu options and absolutely LOVED the Caprese Skewers... but all the food was excellent and our guests really enjoyed the food as well. I love that they bundle their services with Candy Haven Bakery in Denton as well, and when our guest list went over our quoted amount, they updated Candy Haven themselves... it was greatly appreciated the week before the wedding. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the Inn is very quiet. We would definitely recommend The Wildwood Inn to anyone looking for a beautiful yet affordable venue for their wedding.

It's affordable and the Inn is such a cute place for a day time wedding. The wedding coordinators were so easy going and allowed me to have my dream wedding - balloons and all. The catering package included a grooms and a bides cake. (at least when we signed a year and half ago). It's seriously cute with the perfect outdoor wedding.

We hosted our daughters wedding at the Wildwood Inn are beyond thrilled with how the event turned out. From our first tour of the venue to the day of the wedding, each person that we came in contact with was very professional and courteous. The settings for the ceremony and reception were bueatiful and the food was delicious. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting us on a gorgeous wedding. I highly recommend this venue.

My wedding day at the Wildwood Inn was the most wonderful day of my life. Everything about the service I received from Wildwood Inn and my coordinator, Kendra, was absolutely perfect. Getting to stay the night before the wedding made the wedding day so much easier, and the room where my husband and I stayed at the inn after the wedding was truly a dream! Kendra and the entire staff made everything seamless and stress free. Wildwood Inn in Denton provided the ideal venue for our wedding! They were attentive to our wants and needs, and they were thorough and well-organized with the details. We were able to keep within our budget at the same time as getting everything we wanted for our wedding! They were also flexible; it was raining the morning of our wedding day, and I wanted to wait and see if we could still pull off the outside ceremony (i.e., see if the rain would go away and the sun would come out). They were willing to wait it out and re-adjust their set-up. In the end, the rain DID go away, the sun DID come out, and we were able to have our outdoor wedding like we wanted....all the while, remaining on our time schedule. In addition, they took care of setting up all the specific requests we had (e.g., candy bar, table settings, favors, etc.), so I didn't need to worry about those details the morning of the wedding. They provided the tables, chairs, food, catering, hostess, and even the glass jars and some decorations we used for our table settings. Wildwood Inn gave us everything we could have asked for on our wedding day!

From the first appointment to the last appointment everything was great. The girls at the wedding chapel are truly the sweetest people I have ever met. They are so bubbly and so much help. They answered all my questions and they are there for you any time you have a question and I had a bunch.\rMy special day was absolutely perfect. Having had my reception at the Wild Wood as well as an open house out of state, the Wild Wood's service was exceptional. Everything flowed so smoothly making the conclusion to a wonderful (long) day, enjoyably relaxing and stress-free. The food was exceptional and the goodie bag for us newlyweds was very appreciated later that night. Beautiful location that made things feel very elegant while at the same time cozy. We were able to dance outside on the porch with a small group and our saxophonist - probably one of my favorite parts of the night. Overall, the venue was excellent, the coordinator listened to what we wanted and had things well prepared when we got there, and the food was excellent.

My husband and I were married at Wildwood Inn this past November. It is the one and only venue we looked at for our wedding. As soon as we pulled up we knew this was where we wanted to get married. We are so happy to have found such a beautiful place with great staff, food, drinks, etc. Our wedding could not have gone any better!
