In addition, the full-service staff works throughout your event to help ensure that your guests can enjoy high standards of customer service. There are multiple packages to choose from depending on what a couple envisions for their big day. Services can include catering and bar, free parking, chair covers, linens, and more. In the Grand Dinner package, couples and their guests can sit down to a multi-course meal, complete with a salad, entree, and side dishes. The other bundles feature a chef-attended carving station, hors d'oeuvres, and more. Additional services can include a chocolate fountain, chair bows, dippers like fresh fruit or pretzel rods, a visual system, and more.

Loved having my wedding and reception at this venue. Everything was so easy. Venue, food, and minor decorations all included. The ladies were super easy to work with. The venue was clean and easy to access. I am so glad I had my wedding at this venue.

The venue was beautiful, and the food and bar service were excellent. The coordinators were kind and helpful for the most part. On the day of the wedding, one of our coordinators was not there on time, creating some problems with set up. They are also not as familiar with their sound system as they should be, causing a technical problem with playing our first dance song over the speaker system. Despite these somewhat minor hiccups - we loved the venue and were happy with everything overall.

We are so happy we had our wedding here! It was perfect and so pretty! We had so many people complimenting the venue, and the food was great! My coordinator was Ben, and him and Allie were both extremely helpful every step of the way!

Will Rogers Theatre is the perfect venue for a wedding. They will provide all the tables, chairs, chair covers, catering, bar services and staff. \rSo very convenient and made the planning process so much easier. \rThe Dance floor is the perfect size to ensure everyone has enough room to bust a move! \rThe staff is very relaxed and experienced to handle all events!

Will Rogers staff was so helpful! They set up clean up get you whatever you need! Ben was awesome! He played the right video and right music at the right time and he got us anything we needed! No problems! you can change the lighting to your wedding colors.. Only downfall is there is no room for the wedding party to get ready unless you pay to rent out their tasting room.. Overall made my wedding dreams come true!

I loved having my reception here. The food and space were great. The only problem I had was that the event coordinator was not very professional. We had a problem the day of and he was extremely rude about it, when he could have been professional and understanding. It ended up getting fixed but not without him threatening to charge us $800 more to change it. I would recommend this place but just try to make sure that you are on the same page as teh event coordinator, so you don't have any problems the day of.

The venue is great! They have amazing lighting and a stage for a band or DJ as well as a dance floor and bar. The reception was beautiful and perfect for what I wanted. The food was good and the staff very accommodating. They provide tables chairs and linens as well as other amenities, and you can have lit candles!

We had our reception here but tossed around the idea of having our ceremony here as well. They recently added a wine bar onto the location and therefore expanded and built new restrooms that are large enough to accommodate a bride and her voluminous dress and party. The food was fantastic. We had an open bar, I was a little hesitant about the wine as it is their house wine. My cousins raved about the Merlot and said it was perfect. We had plenty of space for all of our guests. They were able to accommodate our photo booth and DJ without any issues. They had security on site to help with any rowdiness and plenty of parking. They had several different packages. You do not pay to rent the site, that is incorporated into the cost per person. They had several buffet options and several sit down dinner options. With plenty of appetizers and main courses to choose from. They had just redone the menu after we signed our contract, so I think the pricing and arrangement of packages had changed up a little.
