Our newest expansion is the Willow Acres Wedding Wall. This is a unique feature which we believe will provide a "one of a kind experience" for couples to add their names and wedding date to the Wedding Wall, to be a permanent part of the Willow Acres Venue. From the rustic tables, hand-hewn fences, deck, pergola, dance floor and custom-made accent pieces throughout, to the carefully thought out experience in the Bridal Suite, Groomsmen Quarters and timeless photo landscapes - all are a reflection of the vision and creativity of owners, Doug and Pam Frank. Willow Acres, I cannot say enough about this venue. I have been to a lot of weddings in my life and never have I ever been to a wedding as magical as this one, this is where fairytales are made!!!! Whether it be the drive lined with giant willow trees, the magnificent white tent with crystal chandeliers, the pergola surrounded by trees and flowers, what seems like a million twinkling lights across the sky over the open meadow, or any other number of features, this truly is the most magnificent venue I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The physical features make this venue a magnificent place to have a fairytale wedding but what makes this venue exceed any other I have ever been to is the owners, Pam & Doug Frank. They truly treat that special day as if weâre their own daughter being married. PamâŠ. Pam is an angel!!! The lengths she goes to, the warmth she exudes, the way she makes you feel like familyâŠ. This gal exceeds customer service in a way I havenât experienced in the last decade ANYWHERE!!! Our DJ announced over the speaker that heâs been in that business for 25+ years and never felt the amount of love that was under that tent. The ambience of Willow Acres is nothing short of MAGICAL. As I stated in the beginning, I truly cannot say enough good about the owners, their venue, how they exceed oneâs expectations,âŠ. If youâre planning a wedding consider Willow Acres, anywhere else is a distant second!!!! I will share pictures after the photographer shares them with Mr & Mrs KeeverâŠ. Itâs breathtaking.

Willow Acres is such a stunning venue out in the heart of Indiana. The lights and landscaping gave the venue such a romantic and personal feel. We were married at Willow Acres in September 2023 and couldnât have asked for a better experience! Pam and Doug have poured a lot of love into perfecting their venue and truly care about each of their couples. Pam, Doug and Sydney are the best of the best when it comes to hospitality and attention to detail! From the moment we started our appointment, they were so attentive to what our vision was and how to get us there. They were eager to give us table examples, tours of every part of the venue, and accommodate anything we needed! Initially I never dreamed of having an outdoor wedding but once we saw the venue, we immediately changed our minds! From the gardens, lights & fire pits, we knew that this venue would make our wedding so magical! We definitely will be recommending Willow Acres to all of our friends!

Pam and her family are truly wonderful hosts. I currently work outside of the country and trying to plan a wedding abroad is not easy. We knew we loved the venue the moment we walked on the property! The drive welcomed you with stunning weeping willows. The land is covered in lights, greenery and beautiful landscaping. Itâs the literal definition of a fairy tale wedding venue. The pergola and reception area are planned with you in mind. They are 100% customizable to you. And no matter what you choose for decor, you cannot go wrong. The wedding wall is so magical and so creative. We loved having our names on the handmade wooden plaque. Itâs such a beautiful reminder of all the couples to have had the pleasure of getting married there. At the end of the day though, itâs Pam who really sold us. She is AMAZING! Top notch, hands down everything you want in a venue owner. She is bubbly and sweet and was the most excellent host. She was prompt with all my questions, always available and flexible to our needs and wants. We will always remember our wedding as perfect. And we whole heartedly agree that we would not have loved our wedding as much if it had been somewhere else. Pam and her crew genuinely care about you, and it is truly their passion to make all your wedding dreams come true. We will continue to recommend Willow Acres to everyone!

Pam, Doug, and Sydney - we don't have words for how much we appreciate this family. From the moment we first met them, we knew we'd be booking. Willow Acres was the only venue we toured, and we paid in full up front. You only have to see this space once to know it's the one! :) Their family was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process - always responded quickly to questions, set up meetings to discuss every SINGLE detail, and on our wedding day, Pam was hands on for anything we needed. At no point in working with them did I feel anxious, or not sure how something would be handled. They just went above and beyond for us and our vision. Willow Acres was the most perfect venue for my husband and Iâs wedding! The venue is GORGEOUS, with twinkle lights and willow trees and incredible flowers making it all very magical. Pam was such a great person to have running everything, she made sure we had absolutely everything we need, checked off boxes I didnât even know existed, and is just a sweetheart! Willow Acres has super cool real-wood tables, optional special chairs for the happy couples, multi-color glasses for you to choose, and so much more! I wouldnât have wanted to get married anywhere else, and Iâm so grateful that Pam made sure the day of was not stressful at all! They are very accommodating, with GREAT staff, and incredible owners. Being a bride is probably one of the most stressful things Iâve ever taken on. Pam and Sydney were absolute life savers in their planning support. They were incredibly responsive and flexible with questions I had and ideas I wanted to try to incorporate. Day before and day of the two of them and Doug were unbelievable with making sure any request we had or details we wanted was remembered. Every. Single. Guest came up to me the day of and praised how gorgeous the venue was and how incredibly kind and available the owners were. Literally have no complaints.

The venue is absolutely beautiful and a great location for me, but Pam and Doug were ultimately the reason I sealed the deal with them. I havenât had my wedding with them yet, but based on our conversations, they are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the wedding day goes as smoothly as possible (very important as itâs an outdoor venue). They host vendor fairs and other events for the couples to help with the wedding planning process and show their appreciation. Pam is very easy to get ahold of for whatever you need. It doesnât feel like working with a random vendor but more like a friend. As I mentioned, the venue is outdoors. There are string lights everywhere which makes the whole area look amazing in the evening! Pam has hydrangeas everywhere. Doug built practically everything and did so with wood from their land. Theyâve thought of everything. The venue feels relaxing and enchanting. Pam and Doug are constantly improving, so youâll never have to worry about anything being out-of-date.Everything about Willow Acres is awesome, and I canât wait to have my wedding there!

I love everything about this place. It is gorgeous and Pam and her husband are very welcoming. They have made everything so much easier. They are very understanding of time and they are very helpful when it comes to having questions about anything. If we ask a question they almost always have an answer for us. The owners are so sweet and have been there every step of the way to help and answer any questions we had during the wedding process! Pam is also very quick to respond to emails and texts which is super convenient! The venue is dreamy and absolutely perfect if you are wanting the picture perfect fairytale wedding! Pam is also very quick to respond to emails and texts which is super convenient! The venue is dreamy and absolutely perfect if you are wanting the picture perfect fairytale wedding! Willow Acres gives off a romantic and magical vibe especially when the sun goes down. I loved how we could have an outdoor wedding that wasn't in a barn like every other venue. The staff are all wonderful and took great care of the bridal party, guests, and vendors. They have contingency plans if the weather doesn't cooperate which is great! I loved that they had suggested vendors that they worked with before and had success with, but did not require us to use any specific vendors which really helped with our overall budgeting. The venue itself was well priced and give its natural beauty we only needed to decorate the tables and even that was minimal because they have goregous hand-crafted tables! Overall we were so happy to have had the chance to have our wedding here and cannot recommend this venue enough, 100/5 stars!!!!!!!

It truly is the perfect \"blank slate\" outdoor space with a whimsical, romantic, ethereal feel, and they offer many add-ons (light fixtures, props, doors, tables, etc.) to make it unique and customizable. The owners are involved, great with communication, and go out of their way to help in all areas, even during the event. They truly make you feel like part of their family. I had so much trouble finding the âperfectâ venue for my wedding. So, for the longest time I planned on doing my wedding in our friends backyard. Thereâs so much planning into making it how I envisioned it, and then finding everything needed to make that happen. Overwhelming. When we pulled into their property and saw their venue, it was breathtaking. Pam and Doug took us on a tour of their gorgeous venue, and I knew this was the place I wanted my wedding to be. The lighting is perfect, chandeliers, bridal suite, groom room and so many perfect spots for photos. Theyâve been so helpful and patient with us as weâve never been through this before. Weâre so ecstatic to have our wedding here in October. Once we found them, everything else fell into place. â€ïž

Amazing,excellent,extraordinary,terrific,fantastic,helpful,caring, and BEAUTIFUL. These are just a few words that come to mind when I think of Willow Acres, and Pam and Doug. After talking to a few other venues I was so happy to meet Pam and her husband! They were honest about price and seemed to actually care about giving us the info and flexibility to have our perfect wedding. As soon as I turned onto the property I was blown away by the trees lining the driveway and the venue that looked like it was straight out of a fairy tail. The pictures online didnât do the space justice! My fiancĂ© and I are so excited for our big day and know that the crew at willow acres will help us have an amazing wedding!

My parents started Willow Acres after my wedding on their property and I wanted to give my unbiased review about my experience. I have always loved my parents property and wanted to get married there ever since they moved to this location. It was amazing to have the open space with the simple rustic fence as a backdrop for the ceremony. All the evergreen trees made beautiful backgrounds for pictures and the weeping willows gave a stunning feel to the pictures as well. I loved having all the trees as a covering for our reception and the lights created a magical environment. Even though it was 54 degrees the day of our wedding we compensated with fire pits and blankets. I loved every second of my wedding and the venue was my dream come true!

I just booked my wedding for Summer 2020 with Willow Acres and am BEYOND excited for this venue! Over a one day period I reached out to request a quote, dates that were available, and what was included...by the end of the night I had my reception booked. The booking staff was extremely helpful and clearly answered any questions I had. With that said, I went to a wedding at this venue in October of 2019 and was blown away with how gorgeous it was. From the handmade tables, to the whimsical lights strung throughout the canopy, the place was almost like an outdoor venue youâd see straight out of a romcom. The ceremony area was hand built with a beautiful tree panel background. The reception is what truly sold me... The tables were arranged perfectly around the dance floor, each table could easily see the bridal party. Being able to see the bridal party is an aspect some brides seem to forget... Iâve been to plenty of weddings where there were two rooms and or too many tables and the people in the back could hardly hear, let alone see what was going on. I want every single one of my guests to be a part of my special day, so this is a HUGE plus. This venue is the perfect size for EVERY guest to feel included. As day turned into night the venue seemed to transform... the lights that were strung up through the trees and strung above the dance floor really gave it a beautiful ambiance. There were also fire pits on the outskirts of the reception area, which was super helpful when it got a little chilly at night! All in all this venue is absolutely perfect for any bride who is looking for a whimsical, intimate, and one of a kind wedding venue.

Meet the Willow Acres Team
Pam and Doug Frank (Owner) Growing up with a family owned floral business and event planning, Pam has wanted to start a wedding venue for quite some time. With her eldest daughter getting engaged in May of 2019 and wanting an outdoor wedding on her parent's property , Willow Acres wedding venue was created. With Doug's creative vision; he designed hand made rustic hardwood tables, fences , deck and pergola in the Ceremony Park, with lumber from our property. We have many future expansions already in the works for 2020, which will offer a beautifully landscaped and fairytale setting for your special day.
