Exclusive Wedding Retreat
Willow and Oak Estate is a wedding venue in Creston, CA, featuring a well-stocked pond, charming orchards, and mature oak trees. Initially built at the start of the century, the family home has become a welcoming place filled with romance and good memories. To-be-weds are sure to fall in love with the Spanish-styled buildings and sprawling views as they say ‘I Do'. Spanning over 65 acres of rustic ranch land and elegantly maintained gardens, Willow and Oak Estate is an ideal wedding weekend retreat. Infused with Mediterranean accents, the house transports couples to another world for the duration of their weddings with details like wrought-iron, wooden beams, and pathways. With exclusive access to the whole property, engaged couples can design their dream wedding from the rehearsal party to the after-party. To-be-weds can choose between two ceremony locations, both offering views of the wonderful landscape, before moving on to the reception area of their choice. The estate caters to various activities such as fishing, billiards, and foosball at the Cort’s Cantina barn venue. Couples can also unwind by the swimming pool or picnic in the gardens before and after the main celebrations. Willow and Oak Estate offers exclusive and private access to the buildings and grounds for full weekend-long wedding events. Packages include overnight accommodations in the main house, the little house, and barn venue, a chef's kitchen, and full-service amenities to ensure a comfortable visit. Services such as additional nights, guided tours, and a personal venue manager to liaise between couples and vendors are available.

From the moment we stepped onto Willow & Oak's property we knew it was the venue for our June 2023 wedding. Owner Emily did an amazing job turning her childhood home into a top notch wedding venue. Not only did we love everything about it but so did all of our vendors. Emily created vendor friendly spaces including areas for large vehicles to unload easily, plenty of catering space (shielded by the elements), and a secluded glam/beauty room. We had access to all 3 houses which was great to host our wedding party and out of town guests! We never had to leave the property. We used the property for the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception which were all so gorgeous and lush. There wasn't a need to have excess florals since the property provided beauty. Our guests couldn't believe how stunning the property was, especially the weeping willows in the ceremony area, the views of the golden hills, and pond! Thank you to Emily, Jamie and Carlos for allowing us to share our special day on your beautiful property!! Highly recommend making Willow & Oak your wedding venue!

Emily created vendor friendly spaces including areas for large vehicles to unload easily, plenty of catering space (shielded by the elements), and a secluded glam/beauty room. We had access to all 3 houses which was great to host our wedding party and out of town guests! We never had to leave the property. We used the property for the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception which were all so gorgeous and lush. There wasn't a need to have excess florals since the property provided beauty. Willow and Oak made every dream come true. The whole weekend we were surrounded by greenery, flowers, and so, so much love. This estate is more than just a venue, but a place we will cherish in our heart forever. I couldn’t imagine anywhere else to marry my best friend surrounded by our friends and family. We didn’t only get married here, but engaged. We can’t wait to tell our kids one day all about Willow and Oak and the beautiful property and amazing owners who made this place our favorite place. Emily, we couldn’t have asked for more. You exceeded every expectation we had and more. We love Willow and Oak!

This place is magical. Everywhere you turn is picture perfect. The event space flows very well. I felt like a princess when we pulled into the venue for our wedding weekend. The venue hosts have planned every detail and Willow and Oak Estate is an incredible place to hold a party. When you see it in person you’ll feel the same way. The venue staff were available by phone the entire weekend and very easy to reach. During the planning process they were responsive to my emails and answered all my random questions. One of my favorite details is the giant window in the main house that overlooks the pond site. From the window I was able to watch all my guests arrive and get situated. I’m telling you, it was magic. We got married in May. The hills were a little green from a recent rain. All the oak trees had their leaves back from winter and the willows were green and dreamy. It ended up being a hot 92 degrees during our ceremony but all the interior spaces are air conditioned and I didn’t feel overheated as the bride.

Everything about the Willow and Oak venue is perfect! The accommodations were amazing, the location was breathtaking and Emily. the owner was great to work with. She added personal touches and really went above and beyond to make out special day perfect. You can see the amount of love and care that went into this place. We loved the fact that we could have our friends and family stay with us for the weekend and we could have all our wedding events like the welcome party and rehearsal dinner on location. This place has a special place in my heart and it truly was the wedding of my dreams

Willow and Oak is a dream venue if you're looking for an intimate, relaxed, retreat-style, GORGEOUS (the perfect backdrop for so many photo opps) full-wedding-weekend experience. My husband and I got married at Willow and Oak in May 2022 and couldn't have dreamt up a better place. We were looking for a private venue where our families could stay overnight on property and that allowed the space to host several events, family dinners, pool hangouts, etc, so our families could get to know each other and bond (we even booked an extra two nights to fully enjoy a long weekend). Willow and Oak delivered beyond our expectations. The property is absolutely breathtaking (we got so many compliments from our guests!) and we loved being able to host different events (rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) at different onsite locations and take full advantage of the large property. Emily and Steven, the venue owners/managers, are SO kind and wonderful. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and really went above and beyond to make the whole wedding weekend so special for us. They also own All About Events so they are experts in the events industry and know what they're doing!! Emily even delivered a bridal box surprise gift to me on the wedding day as I was getting ready in the glam room! - Oh, they have a glam room on property which was the perfect place for all my ladies and me to get our hair and makeup done. They also have a large \"mancave\" for the men to get ready which has a pool table, foosball, a bar area... a perfect hangout space. Emily grew up on the property and got married there too, which made it extra special as there's a loving, family energy throughout the place. Booking Willow and Oak was the best decision we made for our wedding, hands down. I wish I could go back and relive the wedding weekend over and over again. If you're looking for a wedding venue, don't look anymore, just book Willow and Oak and I promise you won't regret it!

We visited the venue where Emily and Steven (owners) personally showed us around. We fell in love with their vision and how important the property was for them and I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else in the world. The venue is beautiful, every angle is perfect for the most amazing photos. Our guests were in awe with the beauty of the property. It was a dream day and the most amazing experience. This property is a must to see if you are looking in the Central Coast area.

This venue was nothing short of a dream for us. Aside from the ability to host our family and members of the wedding party on site, Willow & Oak offers a getaway experience that is as close to a destination wedding as you can get. Your guests will be amazed at the natural beauty of the estate and surrounding landscape, and a crystal clear view of the stars (milky way) you will never forget. With multiple sites available for use, the flow of our wedding weekend was perfection. The pond site provided a water front and landscape friendly rehearsal dinner location; the deck made for an unforgettable alter; the hilltop site provided spacious areas for cocktail hour, dinner and dancing; and the barn made a perfect last call stop for guests who wanted to continue the party. Emily and the crew are spectacular and made us feel welcome throughout our stay, provided assistance on the day of, and were flexible with our overall accommodations. A huge factor when choosing this venue was paying for a weekend experience, as opposed to paying for 6-hours at a venue for a wedding that is over in the blink of an eye. We highly recommend Willow & Oak, and look forward to watching this venue continue to shine!

I will start by saying that Steven and Emily are reason enough to book this venue. They worked extremely hard leading up to and during our weekend to make it special. Outside of being great people, they both have extensive knowledge of the wedding industry and logistics involved which was a huge help. Emily literally stopped at Target for us to grab table cloths that were missing. They both continued to surprise us with things that you cannot expect from most/all other venues. The property is unbelievable. We didn't find a single direction that wasn't great as a backdrop for pictures. The trees, lake, and rolling hills all add to the magic. Brides, you can ignore this, but MULTIPLE GRILLS AND A TRAEGER SMOKER ON SITE!The main house was perfect for the bridal party to get ready and have space. The 'Glam Room' had just been completed and was amazing. Sleeping and waking up at the wedding venue was great for us - not only for getting extra time together with your parties, but it allowed us to set up the rentals, flowers, and everything in between from early in the morning and choose where everything ended up. The Barn and little house fit me and my eight groomsmen with a couple of people sharing beds. We wouldn't recommend any more people than that. The little house was great for what we needed and had all the necessities for us to cook breakfast, make coffee, and store things in the full-sized fridge.Both sides of the family stayed in Paso Robles which is 20-25 minutes away. Lots of hotels available, but they all filled up for Labor Day weekend so we would suggest getting people in a couple of months out if possible (Courtyard Marriot was a great deal for the price). We had shuttles so I am not sure how the uber/taxi situation is. SLO is also relatively close for people to stay and there are Airbnbs around. We can't recommend this place enough. Steven and Emily went above and beyond in every aspect to ensure we had the perfect weekend. Willow and Oak will forever have a special place in our hearts.

Appreciation review for Emily, Steven, their team, and the beautiful Willow and Oak Estate. We (Brooke Nicole Events, event design and planning company) kicked off our first wedding of the year out here and I was BLOWN AWAY. Team Willow and Oak Estate put so much hard work into making this place the best ever for our couple and their families. They built fences, improved landscape, installed electrical lighting, added outdoor lounges, added a deck, created a full blown walkway to fit our guest entry vision, CREATED A BRIDAL SUITE, etc. etc. etc. in weeks time! Our clients had decided to move venues in the midst of the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic and we are so so happy they did. Over the course of the wedding weekend, the Willow and Oak Estate team were so available and communicative. They had a bridal gift waiting for our client, provided sparkling for the morning of, assisted vendors with valeting their vehicles, were present first thing in the morning to the very end of the night — the list goes on. The husband/wife duo and owners, Emily and Steven, are so truly invested in the success of their client’s wedding day and are willing to put in the work for it. They are equally as committed to the success of the hired vendors brought on site. They bought a limo golf cart for our team to transport people and items, loaded in vendor items upon arrival, even drove other vendor trucks and trailers into the venue who didn’t feel as comfortable navigating the terrain - it’s rare to find a venue owner/manager THIS invested in the success of the entire wedding weekend with their kind of grit, energy, flexibility, and passion. I’m so happy that they have decided to share this wonderful estate that holds so much meaning and so many memories for their family with couples looking to be married on the Central Coast.
