Amazing new wedding venue in Northwest Arkansas
Willow Brooke Farm is a new wedding venue in Northwest Arkansas. Located just off Hwy 412 in Hindsville, a short drive from Springdale or Fayetteville. This beautiful climate controlled barn sits on 45 private acres overlooking a pond with rolling hills and pastures. At more than 7000 sq ft the interior of the barn features white ship lap walls, high ceilings with exposed rafters, sliding barn doors, and iron chandeliers. Six double french doors lead out to the large covered patio overlooking the lawn and pond. Our luxurious bridal suite is breath taking with beautiful modern furnishings, makeup vanities, chandeliers, and a private bathroom. We fell in love with this venue from the very beginning! I love that they have a whole room of decor that you can use at no extra expense. I worked with Brooke for the most part leading up to and including event days, she's amazing! We loved that this venue had one large big open room, a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, and both a bridal and groom's suite! If we were to do it all over again I'd still pick this venue!

The staff is so generous. They don’t nickel and dime you on every little thing. They work with your schedule and make sure you have access to the venue as soon as possible. The venue is clean, and the wedding suites are so so cute. You can truly customize the venue to fit your style and color scheme. Highly recommend.

We were SO HAPPY to be at Willow Brooke Farm celebrating the ADORABLE #weresmithen Sarah& Ryan with their friends and fam on Saturday. Willow Brook Farm has the loveliest classic or rustic chic vibe---and its giant reception area ( 4800 square feet!) , with a breezy and HUGE covered patio and the prettiest view, was the perfect (and roomy!) solution for Sarah & Ryan when their original wedding plans set for Napa CA. couldn't happen because of that state's current pandemic directives. We’re so glad Sarah found Willow Brooke as their perfect Arkansas Plan B venue, and even on their original date! Carmella, Randy, (and Brooke too!) We originally did not know if we could get married here due to the cost. However, it includes many extras such as speakers, chairs, tables, and a kitchen, so Willow Brooke is well worth it! The owners were very helpful throughout the process and our wedding was beautiful thanks to the venue.

Our son and daughter-in-law had the perfect wedding at Willow Brooke Farm. Randy found an elderly couple trying to find the venue and brought them in. Then, when this couple was ready to leave, he took them to the turn off to go home. This is just one example of the personal service and kindness that we were shown.

Absolutely the best people around! You will not regret having your wedding here! The owners are amazing and the most helpful people. They can even recommend other vendors (DJ, caterer, etc.) who have been there before if you don't have those picked yet.This beautiful venue cannot be matched in the Fayetteville area. I am so glad we chose Willow Brooke Farm as our wedding venue. It was a special day. Having the on-site bridal and groom suites was amazing. It was wonderful to get ready there. I got several complements on the beauty of the venue.I can't say enough good things about the wonderful people of Willow Brooke Farm! Go check it out!Tip: There is a closet full of items available for use! Check it out before you go buying a ton of stuff. We did our centerpieces and most of the decor using things from their closet of stuff.

The venue was affordable and without a doubt the most amazing place we could have asked for to have our wedding at. They Randy, Carmella, Brooke, and Nick made the place feel like home, in the sense that everyone was welcome, and they would do whatever they could to make us and our guests feel comfortable. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. They offered decor, table cloths, chairs, tables, and a low clean up fee that took the pressure and stress of cleaning up afterwards a breeze. If we had to do our wedding over again, we wouldn’t change one thing about it. I completely understand why they have become such a popular venue so quickly! They are amazing!!
