TOURS ARE AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Willow Brooke Farm is a gorgeous year-round wedding and event venue complete with a vineyard set on 80 acres in Red Wing, Minnesota. Just an hour south of the Twin Cities and forty minutes from Rochester, our idyllic property is set in the rolling hills of Flower Valley. Invite up to 300 guests to your ceremony held by our romantic vineyard, refined courtyard, or in the original 1873 Historic Barn. Enjoy cocktail hour in the outdoor pavilion or deck overlooking the scenic hills of the property. Then our stunning new White Willow Barn welcomes you to dinner and dancing with its expansive walls of glass doors that welcome plenty of natural light and breathtaking sunset views. We had our wedding here on 10-13-23. Even with the rain the venue exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, especially the week of and during the day itself. Everyone was so kind and happy to be apart of our day. This truly is a beautiful venue inside and out!

We cannot stop talking about how perfect our wedding day was. We have been complimented countless times on our beautiful, perfect venue, and we couldn't agree more! From start to finish, we are so pleased with the entire process with Willow Brooke Farm. Both Karna and Eva were extremely responsive to all of our questions via email and helped us plan our day in ways that were unique and special to us. The venue itself is beyond gorgeous, and that really came out in our picturesl We were married 10/21 and the fall colors at the venue, but also around the venue in the background, were so gorgeous. The getting ready spaces were large and even spacious for our large wedding parties and the getting ready crew. The reception space, White Willow Barn, is large and the perfect place for dinner and dancing. We had around 215 guests + vendors and the set up felt plenty big, but not too big and our dance floor was full at all times. We can't say enough good things about our day and our experience. We would recommend WBF a million times!

My wife and I just had our wedding at Willow Brooke Farm in early June of 2023, and we cannot speak highly enough of our experience with them. From our first moment touring the property, the planning process, and to the wedding day itself, they impressed us and far exceeded our expectations at every turn. For the sake of being specific, we’ve created a short list of highlights that made our experience the true dream of what a wedding day should be. 1. The WBF staff was absolutely incredible to work with. Paula was perfectly on top of invoicing (that’s a big one!). Eva was great to work with to coordinate beverage service. Karna was amazing to answer every little detailed question that we had. Even if she didn’t know the answer, she quickly found out and got back to us. Becca also frequently checked on the girls in the farmhouse during the wedding day to make sure everyone was taken care of. All around, the WBF staff was HIGHLY communicative, approachable, and easy to work with at every turn. Becca has assembled the dream team of venue staff and it shows! Nothing was forgotten, slipped their minds, or fell through the cracks. They worked hard to make sure everything was perfect.2. In addition to being excellent communicators, another thing we absolutely loved about WBF was their flexibility throughout the entire process. In a nutshell, their staff are “yes” people and are willing to make every reasonable request from the bride and groom happen. They aren’t inflexible and set in one way of doing things. They were very open to our ideas and requests to perfectly curate our wedding day to exactly what we wanted. 3. They also gave us early access to the venue the day before for no charge. Now, keep in mind we had our wedding on a Thursday, so that likely made Wednesday evening access much easier than a weekend wedding. But the fact they didn’t charge us anything to come in the night before to do table setup made both us and our mothers VERY happy. It allowed everyone enjoy the day without the extra step of table setup needing to be done.4. They had a bunch of caterers to choose from. One of the annoying things about venue hunting was the fact that most venues have a list of 1-2 caterers you’re required to choose from. As most couples know, this can lead to a serious chunk of the wedding budget going to food. While WBF requires you use a caterer from their list, they have an extensive list of approved caterers that work with all kinds of budgets, diet, and preference options. (They also have extensive lists of other vendors, but we only worked with a recommended caterer. We cannot speak to any other vendor on the list).5. Finally, the property itself is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I both work in the architectural and interior design fields, so having a well designed wedding venue was very important to us. Every place you look on the WBF property has been thoughtfully designed and made beautiful. The vineyard, the pavilion, the barns, etc. are all very well done. Even our photographer said this is a dream venue to shoot at. We could not be happier with how the property looked on the day of our wedding. All in all, Grace and I don’t have a single ounce of regret with choosing Willow Broke Farm to have our wedding at. From the property, to the staff, and even the weather, they didn’t fail to deliver. We HIGHLY recommend them to any future couple looking for the dream venue!

Willow Brooke Farm is a dream venue! It is absolutely gorgeous! We knew when we first toured Willow Brooke that we wanted it to be our venue. We knew we wanted a venue that offered both a ceremony and reception place onsite. We got married in a 150 year old beautiful historic barn and had our reception right next door in a bright, white incredible new barn. The reception area looked absolutely stunning with our decor. The Willow Brooke staff were also incredible. They allowed us to decorate the day before, quickly answered the many questions we had, and were accommodating to all of our requests. We really had the best day at Willow Brooke!

From the moment we toured Willow Brooke, we knew it was our wedding venue. Beccah and her staff are organized and communicative to make wedding planning easy. Everything the day of was executed perfectly. Their preferred vendors list are preferred for a reason---everyone we hired off their lists were fantastic. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Willow Brooke Farm. When we first toured the venue, I fell in love. Beccah sat us down after the tour and gave us a folder full of information. She was upfront with cost and what we could expect. She gave us vendor recommendations based on our budget, and the entire experience was customized to us. This was our experience throughout the entire wedding planning process. WBF truly cares about it's couples getting married and wants it to be tailored to you. On Wedding Day, everything was perfect. It is the most breathtaking venue. We rented the Farmhouse for the weekend and we were able to be onsite at the venue from Friday - Sunday. This allowed us to wake up in the morning and start getting ready right away. All of the different locations throughout the venue make it feel like you are at a resort - everyone has their own space but can be onsite to ensure everything runs smoothly. I can't wait to attend other events at Willow Brooke.

We first toured Willow Brooke Back in July of 2020 and fell in love with the space. I cannot say enough good things about Beccah, Paula and Tiffany. My only recommendation is changing the amount of seating in the vineyard closer to the guest count so guests will sit closer together and there won't be as many empty seats.

Planning a wedding from another state can come with its own challenges, but Paula and Beccah were incredibly helpful and with us every step of the way. The venue is absolutely stunning! Though it’s beautiful in the photos and videos on the website, it’s somehow even more beautiful in person. The Willow Brooke team is kind and professional and our wedding not only went smoothly, but everyone had a blast! Our guests especially loved the beauty of the venue, from the vineyards to the White Willow Barn. I feel so lucky to be married here! Willow Brooke Farm is a magical place to get married.

We had an amazing experience with Willow Brooke! We had our ceremony offsite and utilized the White Willow Barn for our reception on New Year's Eve, as well as the farmhouse and barrel lounge for getting ready the morning of. Paula, Nichole and the entire team were so responsive leading up to the day, and were incredibly accommodating with last minute questions and changes. We would highly recommend Willow Brooke to anyone, and can't wait to attend future events here!

We had an amazing experience with Willow Brooke! We had our ceremony offsite and utilized the White Willow Barn for our reception on New Year's Eve, as well as the farmhouse and barrel lounge for getting ready the morning of. Paula, Nichole and the entire team were so responsive leading up to the day, and were incredibly accommodating with last minute questions and changes. We would highly recommend Willow Brooke to anyone, and can't wait to attend future events here!

We found Willow Brooke because we wanted a venue out of the cities and more secluded. When you drive up to Willow Brooke, it is jaw dropping, no matter what season. Leading up to our wedding day, we had Paula as our main contact for questions and she is spectacular. She got back to us so quickly and was very helpful with all of our questions we had. We had both wedding parties get ready there, so much space for the girls to both relax and eat lunch, while girls are getting their hair and makeup done and changing. The guys space is huge and they were able to play pool and outdoor games, a few other guys we know that are married in our party made comments that this is the biggest guys space they have experienced! We had our ceremony in the field looking at the vineyard and it was literally beautiful, the horses were out and the whole backdrop looks like you are in another country. It is so romantic. There are so many details our guests enjoyed outside with the swings, the lounge space, yard games provided... The white bard for the reception space is beautiful. We had seating for 250 and it did feel cramped, we were not able to do a grand march from the main pretty doors which I was kind of bummed about but we made it work from the patio doors because it had more walking space, so if you had the full 300 it would feel very full. The barn though is so beautiful, the lighting is gorgeous, the ability to have an indoor and outdoor space was really important to us. We had the doors open all night. People enjoyed the bar being both inside and outside and the heaters were wonderful for a fall night. Bathrooms are indoors and beautiful made it easy is anyone has a wheelchair or older grandparents to get around inside. We loved our wedding at Willow Brooke and have recommended it to so many friends!

We had our Minne Wedding at Willow Brooke Farm and it was a dream come true!! Just a beautiful and peaceful outdoor ceremony and our reception in the new barn was gorgeous!! We’ve been back already for grape picking too. So fun that we can visit our venue after getting married.

Our wedding was 12/4/21 and we had an amazing experience with Willow Brooke! The venue is beautiful and everything came together perfectly. All the staff was easy to work with and answered emails promptly. Our wedding was on a Saturday and since the Friday prior wasn’t booked we were able to bring everything in and start setting up the day prior. We stayed at the farmhouse Friday-Sunday and it was super convenient being able to store decor and gifts there during clean up at the end of the night. It was also nice to have that space to hang out with our bridal party prior to our cocktail hour. We really can’t think of one poor thing to say about our experience. We are SO happy we went with Willow Brooke!

Our wedding was 12/4/21 and we had an amazing experience with Willow Brooke! The venue is beautiful and everything came together perfectly. All the staff was easy to work with and answered emails promptly. Our wedding was in August 2021, everything turned out so well! Beccah and her staff work their butt off to make sure everything is how you requested. Beautiful place!!! Highly recommend renting the farmhouse too!

We had our wedding reception at Willow Brooke a few weeks ago - and it was breathtaking! It's a perfect venue - from the vineyard, to the dressing areas, the beautiful white barn, all the amenities, the parking set up, all with the elegant rustic vibe, it's all just stunning! Beccah, Paula and their staff were so sweet and easy to work with. Highly recommend, you'll absolutely love it!

Unfortunately, our wedding date was booked so we were unable to book at Willow Brooke for that day. However, Paula offered us other days in the month and was very flexible! Would definitely recommend!
