To begin your big day right, the team will show you to your get-ready suite, where you and your glam squad can work together in a comfortable and relaxing space. The property features several indoor and outdoor locations to host your special events. For example, you can have your loving ceremony on the outside Balcony, which overlooks the grounds. After exchanging your vows, guests can enter one of the banquet halls, depending on your celebration size. For larger weddings, The Grand Ballroom would be perfect as it has 11,055 square feet of versatile space. It also features a bar, two gas fireplaces, six display screens, audio equipment, and a coat check. Smaller functions can take place in the Crystal Ballroom, which has a capacity of up to 189 guests. Each ballroom boasts a minimalistic yet elegant design that can fit a range of themes, so you can transform them to reflect your vision. When planning your wedding at Willows Event Center, the onsite event coordinator and passionate team will help you create an unforgettable celebration with loved ones. The venue has an in-house culinary team for evening meals, however, if you have a favorite catering company in mind, outside vendors can work at your event. The hotel also offers 26 stylish guest rooms to help turn your celebration into a successful wedding weekend. Each room boasts Ultrasoft bedding, a large flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a coffee maker, and much more. Our son and his bride rented the small ballroom at The Willows for their July 22, 2023 wedding. In addition to the ballroom, the contract included appetizers with mocktails and a brunch menu the bride and groom chose. The venue at The Willows is stunningly beautiful, and the food was good. However, there were many situations with the event coordinator that were unacceptable. For the sake of space, I only mention the most disturbing. The bride has specifically requested that two close family members assist her in getting ready, and accompany her to the ballroom. When they approached the elevator, the coordinator told the two women they were not allowed on with the bride. The mocktails that were to be served with the appetizers and for the toast were never offered, never served. A refund was promised, but never happened. While one of the guests was eating, literally food on her fork, the coordinator removed her plate from the table. Specific instructions were given that only the wedding cake, and not the sheet cake, was to be served to the guests. Just the opposite was done, with the wedding cake untouched except for a piece for the bride and groom. The coordinator began taking down the wedding decorations while the guest were still eating brunch. The rental contract specified the ballroom was rented until 4p.m. The coordinator began insisting at 1:30 that we clean up and leave. Although all the food items served for the brunch were in the contract price, an additional $450 was charged for one of the items. A refund was promised, but to date has not happened.The owner was contacted in hopes of a resolution. A letter was sent on August 4, 2023. To date (October 4, 2023), there has been no response.

The Willows Event Center is a one of a kind, state of the art facility, and an absolutely gorgeous venue for a wedding! It really is every bride’s dream venue! The management team, chef and the entire entire staff worked with me on every single detail of my big day, and brought my vision to life! The Willows has a space and bar area for cocktail hour downstairs, two grand staircases leading up to the main ballroom area, balconies inside and out with great views, and is the brightest and cleanest facility around. There are fireplaces and stunning Swarovski chandeliers throughout the venue. There are numerous hotel rooms on the property for guests to stay at and enough room and parking for 300+ guests. The Willows has spared no expense, and this event center is truly one of a kind. My wedding was everything I had dreamed of and more, and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone! Thank you to everyone at The Willows who made my big day so perfect!
