About This Vendor
Wind in the Willows is a wedding and event venue in Grantville, Pennsylvania. Located in the heart of central Pennsylvania on a 15-acre farm, this beautiful venue sits at the base of Blue Mountain and offers stunning views, including a three acre lake on the property. It is a space of country charm and modern elegance. The stone barn is heated and air conditioned to allow for use year-round, and provides beautiful views of the well-maintained grounds. The property also has a cottage and bridal suite for the wedding party to prepare before the wedding day begins. The gorgeous outdoor scenery provides the perfect backdrop for outdoor ceremonies. Indoor ceremonies can be held at the Wedding Chapel, a mid 19th century church - renovated and temperature controlled. The chapel is also available for receptions. Everything we do at Wind in the Willows revolves around our three core values, which guide and direct everything we do: 1. Value - Our goal is to provide our couples with as much as we possibly can in one place and with one price. We don't want our clients to feel nickle and dimed at every step in the process. Everything we offer at the venue (tables, chairs, barrels, arbors, decorations, etc.) is included with our base package pricing. 2. Flexibility - Weddings at Wind in the Willows are not cookie cutter. Each of our couples brings with them a unique vision for their wedding. We want to embrace and support that vision and help our couples see it come to life. We also want to make sure our couples have flexibility in the vendors they choose. We do not have exclusive vendors, so our couples are free to choose vendors that fit their style and budget. Ultimately, we know that the best way for our couples to realize their dream wedding and still stay within budget is to have the flexibility to be in control of their own destiny. 3. Family - Wind in the Willows has always been a family owned business. We want our couples and their guests to feel that when they walk through our doors. Our couples are treated as family, not transactions. It is our deep belief that creating and cultivating a family atmosphere plays a huge role in how our couples experience their special day here.

Wind in the Willows is a high-quality wedding venue with people who are down to earth. Andrew and Andrea are with you every step of the way. They offer suggestions during the planning process, offer different locations to host your ceremony, allow you to choose your own vendors (which is a big deal) and they have a decor shed to help make your wedding ceremony and reception everything you dreamed of! I personally think their price beats other venues based on how they treat their clients and everything they offer. It was the only place for us to be married at.

Aaron and Andrea are fantastic to work with and the venue is absoultely gorgeous, especially in the fall! We used the chapel for our ceremony and the way the sun hit the windows, it put us literally in the spotlight and shone down on us the entire time! The barn and the grounds were absolultely perfect for our wedding photos and the party afterwards! Plus they have a decor shed that you can utilize for your decorations! If you are in the market for looking at venues, consider touring this one! You won't regret it!

We searched high and low for the perfect venue for our day and finally stumbled upon Wind In the Willows. The price point was perfect, and we loved that it also included a lot of decor that fit the setting perfectly! Aaron and Andrea are both so welcoming and kind, they are super responsive to any questions that you might have, and they make everything about planning your special day feel easy. We searched high and low for the perfect venue for our day and finally stumbled upon Wind In the Willows. The price point was perfect, and we loved that it also included a lot of decor that fit the setting perfectly! Aaron and Andrea are both so welcoming and kind, they are super responsive to any questions that you might have, and they make everything about planning your special day feel easy. We have received never-ending compliments about how beautiful, fun and unique our wedding was, and we attribute it all to Wind In the Willows. We could not have picked a better venue for our day!

I absolutely loved Wind In The Willows. The venue itself was beautiful! We had our ceremony on the dock on the pond & it was the perfect spot. The barn looked absolutely stunning with all the lights & decorations! It all was just so perfect. Aaron & Andrea were very kind & responsive & always answered all of our questions. Their whole staff was very pleasant. It was a very wonderful experience & I’m very happy we went with this venue. They made our wedding day perfect!

The wedding was perfect. We were lucky to find a prime-time Saturday in September opening at a venue so close to our area. The weather cooperated for us and we ended up with a beautiful ceremony by the water. This provided a short walk up to happy hour and our reception. I was impressed with how efficient Aaron and his staff work. The venue was set up exactly how we wanted it. They have an online form of communication that makes it easy on both ends to explain exactly what we wanted. They are open to who you pick for your vendors which is what we enjoyed most. The Groomsmen suite was equipped with AC, which helped us stay cool and comfortable before the wedding. The Bridal suite was even more perfect. Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say about this venue. If you have more than 150 people, I would recommend looking elsewhere just because of the size of the barn. But everything else was just tremendous. Thank you Wind in the Willows!

Our overall experience at Wind in the Willows was amazing! Wind in the Willows definitely supported us with resources and asked the right questions to help us think through the planning process. Also, we appreciated how the Wind in the Willows staff and the way they present and maintain their venue made our experience feel comfortable and easy throughout the planning process and wedding day. We loved that the staff made us feel like family, as family was such an important part of our wedding day. We loved that the venue has the decoration shed and the yard games because it was a huge help in not having to make/buy things or having to bring all of those extra things along to the venue on our wedding day. We appreciated the open houses and the final walkthrough as both events allowed us to better think through the planning process by actually being at the venue to talk it out, and allowed us to feel more prepared for the wedding day. We loved the vendor page on the website and the Facebook page for booked couples, as it allowed us to get good references/resources in our vendor search and helped us to book vendors that fit our budget while getting great quality! Everything about our wedding day went smoothly and all of our guests loved their experience and the venue as well!

Aaron and Andrea helped create the wedding of our dream. They were amazing to work with and helped ease the stress of planning a wedding. Not to mention their immaculate grounds and barn for a wedding experience like no other. I have always dreamed of a laid back wedding with plenty of outdoor space and a beautiful barn-style indoor space. When I stepped foot in the Wind in the Willows barn, I knew this was it. Aaron and Andrea were so pleasant, helpful, and organized. They helped us through every step of the way. I truly appreciated that they had options to use some decor from their stock and did so much to help our day be perfect. We brought cornhole, giant jenga, and (plastic) axe throwing to be set up on the grounds. It was the best day ever.

We still are getting compliments on how pretty the venue is with the vintage barn and willow trees surrounding the big pond (made for GREAT wedding photos). The hosts were extremely accommodating and attentive and made our day even more special. We were very blessed to find a venue that fit our heart's desire and could afford. If you're looking to have flexibility on decorating and vendors then this place is perfect for you. The decoration shed was a huge bonus. We were allowed to use anything which was convenient since we lived out of state. Highly recommend Wind in the Willows!

Wind in the Willows is by far the best choice we could have made for our big day. Aaron and Andrea are the kindest, most helpful people, and will make your event an absolute breeze! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the time and craftsmanship that have been put into the barn, grounds, bridal suite, and chapel is evident from the moment you arrive. The decorations shed is absolutely stuffed with goodies, with more being added after every event, (although you don't need much to make the barn look amazing!) On top of everything else, WITW provides an online planner, event host, a great catalog of suggested vendors, and more to ensure you have a smooth and easy experience. You absolutely cannot go wrong!

They are also extremely accommodating, providing a huge amount of items in their catalog to use for the big day! Aaron and company are extremely nice as well!

I love the fact that they live on the property and raise their kids there-it brings a whole new meaning to being personally invested in their couples-and it truly shows! Their wedding package includes so much that a lot of other venues do not: access to the decoration shed, earlier access to the venue than other places we looked at, wedding hosts, and the cutest little chapel and truck rental. They do not nickel and dime their couples-they truly just want their couples to enjoy their property as much as they do! Also, Aaron drove me and my bridesmaids to the chapel right before getting married and he totally helped to keep my calm right before walking down the aisle. I told my husband that while he is THE man Aaron is also the man! Aaron & Andrea; you’ve got a great thing going and any future couples are lucky to have you be part of their special day!

We originally reached out to WITW online for more venue information. Aaron was so quick with responding for timeslots to tour the venue. Upon arrival to WITW, we were so impressed by the view and the overall care that is so obviously poured into the venue. Immediately we knew we were at the right place for our special day. The process was so easy with contracts, an online planner, even a catalog with photos of the decor barn made everything a breeze. The day of, staffing was everywhere making sure every last detail was addressed for us. In the end, we both would recommend this venue to everyone.

The absolute BEST wedding venue in the Central PA area! We just had our fall wedding here and it was PERFECTION! The reception hall has a beautiful rustic barn feel, the lighting is stunning, and the space is large perfect for 100-130 people. The cocktail area downstairs is also beautiful - you can have an indoor and/or outdoor cocktail hour so the weather is not a problem. We had our ceremony in their private chapel, which was a perfect touch to our day! There are many options for the ceremony location, which allows for reassurance in the case of bad weather. The venue's price is very reasonable, including a large decor shed that you can pull from to decorate on your big day. This decor shed keeps growing with each wedding, so there is always more to choose from. The owners, Aaron and Andrea, are a true blessing. Their communication, promptness, and professionalism are top-notch. They proved to be easily accessible and accommodating to our every need throughout the process. They are as hands-on as you would like, but always willing to provide more assistance as you need it. Overall, we had the PERFECT day here and would recommend this venue to anyone.

Wind in the Willows was a dream venue for our wedding. It is one of the most beautiful settings for a wedding and barn for the reception is so nice with the lights and they you really almost need no decorations. Aaron and Andrea were so helpful right from that start. They never hesitated to answer and questions we had or give ideas or recommendations. The decor she’d made it so easy for us to have almost everything there that we needed for center pieces and more. Their staff was also so helpful in helping us set some things up the day of and clean some stuff up as well. Our family and guests had so many good things to say about the beauty of the venue as well. I would recommend this venue to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

Andrea and Aaron are a fantastic couple who maintain and absolutely beautiful wedding venue. The decorations cabinet saved me so much money while still allowing me to have the look that I wanted at our reception and ceremony. Not that this venue needs much decoration as it is stunning as is. They both were great at answering my questions, assisting with planning out table set up and where the ceremony should be, and Aaron even helped us set up all the chairs for the ceremony space. I had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was from friends and family. It was just a fantastic day and the clean up process was so easy at the end of the night. Thank you so much Aaron and Andrea!

This was an amazing, and affordable venue, with lots of extras included. You wont be nickel-and-dimed here! The owners are incredibly responsive and helpful. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the chapel was perfect for our ceremony with just over 100 guests. We were lucky enough to have Aaron and Andrea as our day of coordinators, and can't believe their attention to detail and support with helping our day run smoothly, and even, dare I say, ahead of schedule! It was an overall wonderful experience, I know several others who have held their weddings here, I highly recommend as they did for me!

Our wedding day was everything we had hoped for, and more! Aaron and Andrea were an absolute pleasure to work with through the whole process. We got married on a very hot day in July of 2022, we were still able to have a short ceremony outside and our guests were relieved by the climate controlled barn for cocktail hour and the reception, which kept up with our 130 guests! They even provided a coordinator the day of the wedding to help with anything we needed! 5 star venue with 5 star staff!

This is the most beautiful venue - inside and out! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous with so many amazing spots for photos and outdoor ceremony site. The barn where your reception and cocktail hour is held is decorated so beautifully - we were able to do minimalist decorating because the charm and beauty of the barn are already so stunning! Also important to note, everything is clean, tidy, and wonderfully maintained. And not to mention, this venue is SO affordable! There is a decor shed that you can utilize (that's all included in the price!), a HUGE bridal suite, a groomsmen suite, and a back-up indoor ceremony spot. The owners are absolutely wonderful to work with; they are communicative, helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day. You will not be disappointed with this venue, especially if you are a bride on a budget (like I was) and just want your planning and wedding day to be simple, beautiful, and everything you ever dreamed of and more!

I don’t know where to begin – our experience with Wind in the Willows every single step of the way exceeded our expectations. When we began wedding planning, I researched about a million venues from Philadelphia to Lancaster, Hershey to New Hope – the mountains to the beach (I am Philly based by the way). Nothing caught my attention like Wind in the Willows (I wound up with a spreadsheet of around 150 venues – insane I know- but that tells you how particular I am).I sent them an email and super quickly, Aaron and Andrea, my husband and I were exchanging friendly emails and planning our visit. My husband and I drove out to Hershey and knew this was the place before we even finished pulling into the driveway (I canceled our next appointment on the drive home). We had a contract signed that week and wedding planning officially commenced! Throughout the entire wedding planning process, I had large handful of questions, mostly where I was asking Aaron and Andrea to help me accommodate disabled family and they couldn’t have been more understanding, compassionate and accommodating. They were also incredibly helpful while we were decorating – when we had a question, they were there ready to help. The day of was as perfect as I had imagined (maybe a little more 😊) The staff was so great, friendly, and very helpful. The bridal suite, grooms cottage, barn and chapel were all so beautiful (clean, great ambiance, great temp, etc.) and we are still receiving compliments from our family and friends (wedding was 12/4/21). Wind in the Willows is definitely doing something a little extra special. We were so excited to go back for the Wind in the Willows wedding alumni party. We both can’t wait to go back for anniversary and family pictures. You never know - maybe one day we will even book for an anniversary party! I would highly recommend them to anyone for any type of event.

Beautiful venue! Aaron & Andrea are so sweet and helpful! The barn is authentic and the views were gorgeous! It was affordable and we had the venue for both Friday & Saturday so we were able to get the decorating done on Friday for the wedding the following day! The forecast was a little unpredictable but thankfully we were able to have the ceremony outside as originally planned and since it was last minute Aaron helped set all the chairs up and helped make it happen! Highly recommend!

Beautiful venue! Aaron & Andrea are so sweet and helpful! The barn is authentic and the views were gorgeous! It was affordable and we had the venue for both Friday & Saturday so we were able to get the decorating done on Friday for the wedding the following day! It was a relief that they offered both an outdoor and optional indoor ceremony space (it rained the day of our wedding). We received an unsermountable amount of compliments on the beauty of the reception space. And as a bonus, they have a shed packed full of decor for you to use. The owners are some of the nicest people we have ever met and were very accomodating throughout the planning and execution of our big day. We couldn't have dreamed of getting married anywhere else. You definitely don't want to miss out on this venue!

And Aaron and Andrea are amazing!! The bridesmaids suite is perfection and my husband and the groomsmen loves the groomsmen cottage. We opted to use the Chapel for our ceremony and it’s spacious and has plenty of parking. The glass stained windows allowed for beautiful sunlight to fill the ceremony. The reception venue is huge and had plenty of space. Everything went so smoothly, looked stunning, and was a day we’ll never forget. Thank you so much to Aaron and Andrea for everything. There isn't enough room in this box for how my husband and I feel about this gorgeous venue. We had the absolute best experience with Wind in the Willows and Andrea and Aaron. They are the most helpful, accommodating and quick to respond to any email. We booked our wedding date in March of 2020 right before covid happened. Thankfully we never had to reschedule. During the time that the world was shut down, I did have some questions regarding our date on multiple occasions and like I mentioned above, they are so quick to respond and so beyond nice! The sweetest couple and family. Booking with them was also very easy! We made an appointment with them, saw the venue and immediately fell in love and booked our date that day. We had a Sunday wedding and with that, means you don't have the day prior to set up. Aaron was super helpful to my coordinator the morning of our wedding with set up. Anything my coordinator needed, he was there helping with tables and chairs and any of the big stuff. If you are thinking about booking with Aaron and Andrea, DO IT!! You will not regret it. They are truly the best and helped make our wedding day perfect!

Aaron and Andrea were the easiest to work with, any questions we had were answered and they provided us with so much information. We were able to make our wedding our own and it was and honest pleasure being able to work with and have our wedding at wind in the willows. Wind in the Willows is a beautiful venue. We got married there in August of 2021. The barn is spectacular inside with the lighting in the main area and the decor all around it. The outside by the lake was amazing for the ceremony. The documents and communication from them were very helpful not only to us but to all of our vendors! We thoroughly enjoyed the venue for our wedding and do recommend it to anyone looking to get married in this wonderful part of PA!-Logan and Austin

Not only was the venue beautiful but the owners were so lovely. They went above and beyond for us, they even helped our family members who couldn't walk as well ge tot the seating area in the lawn! Couldn't recommend them enough!

When you send them emails - they promptly respond back to you & have always been kind and helpful.As for the venue itself, it is beautiful inside & out. Rustic barn with hanging lights, well kept grounds, large pond with walking dock for pictures, beautiful willow trees, and perfect get ready room for the bride and her besties. We honestly can't say anything bad about this venue & hope more people are able to celebrate their special day here, just as we did. Our wedding was so magical and all because we had such an amazing venue. Aaron and Andrea are SUPER accommodating and will make sure they do whatever they can to ensure your day is perfect. There is no question that this venue has immense natural beauty. The elegant but rustic barn and the view of the water make it a dream come true. We barely had to do any decorating because it was so beautiful already. If you are even remotely considering this venue for your wedding, stop searching anywhere else. This is the one. We were absolutely in love with this venue and still getting feedback from our guests about being in total aw of it. The property was well kept and just so beautiful. The owners are a family based vibe and support supportive and friendly. When we had questions they responded between 5-20minutes and did everything they could to accommodate us. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and more caring family to support us being ready for the day! The day of they also assisted with transporting my father around the different locations as he struggles with severe walking issues. We actually found Wind in the Willows on The Knot, however, after visiting the venue, we were sold within minutes! The property was gorgeous and the owners were so caring. Aaron and Andrea were extremely helpful throughout the planning process, they were prompt with answering all my many questions. Not only were they helpful during the planning, they were helpful the day before and the day of! Andrea stopped by on Friday while we were setting up to make sure that everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. The day of, Shannon (my day of coordinator from Wind in the Willows) was extremely helpful, moving tables for cocktail hour, setting up the games, and making sure all our vendors arrived on time. Andrea and Aaron obviously care about the couples they serve because since booking them in 2019, they have updated bathrooms, built a storage shed for the decorations, bought a chapel, and started a catelog of all the decorations left from previous weddings. We took advantage of the decorations and saved a ton of money! The decoration shed is well organized and the decorations are in great shape. The few decorations that I did bring, I knew they were going to be stored well and that other couples could use them going forward. I highly recommend Wind in the Willows!

Wow! Where to begin?! We are still overwhelmed by our amazing experience with this venue! Shortly after getting engaged in 2019, we began researching local venues for our wedding. We came across Wind in the Willows on The Knot and immediately fell in love with it. We had a few other locations picked out that we wanted to take a look at, but Wind in the Willows was the first (and last) venue we went to see. It was even more gorgeous in person and we knew right away, this was the place! Between the beauty of the property and the genuine kindness of the owners (Aaron & Andrea), we just could not pass it up. The location was great for family and friends traveling in because it is only a few miles from the main highway and there are several surrounding hotels as well. During the planning process, Aaron was very responsive to any questions we had. Then, for our rehearsal dinner and on our wedding day, Andrea checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly. They also had a wedding day coordinator, Shannon, who was fantastic! She was there every step of the way to ensure everything went according to plan. In regards to the venue itself, there are so many options available for ceremony and reception space. Not only that, we feel the venue really lends itself to all décor styles. With the setup the venue has alone, you can keep it simple and leave it as is, or you can add as much décor as you’d like… it’s beautiful either way! In addition, there is easy access to the lower and upper levels for any individuals who have difficulties using stairs. The compliments from our friends and family did not stop! Something we were extremely appreciative of is the venue’s “Pay it Forward” program in which couples can donate decorations for future couples to use. There is very little we had to purchase since much of what we used for decorations came from what was donated. We were so grateful! It then felt really good to be able to contribute to the program as well! Lastly, the venue took care of all breakdown of the chairs and tables for both the ceremony and reception. Again, talk about stress free! That all being said, if you want a venue that is GORGEOUS, PROVIDES MANY OPTIONS, AND IS STRESS FREE… this is the place for you! It’s no wonder they have received The Knot’s Best of Weddings Award two years in a row! You will not be disappointed!

I think most people would say that their wedding venue was great, after all, they liked it enough to pick it as the place they get married! 2020 was a unique year for a lot of reasons, but especially for my husband and I with our wedding date in April. If you are looking for a wedding venue in Central PA, it does not get any better than Wind in the Willows! As so many of our guests stated, it looks like a place straight out of a Hallmark movie. From the bridal suite, to the pond, to the barn, everywhere you look is stunning. The owners, Andrea and Aaron, could not have been more helpful or accommodating. They were so easy to work with. We initially rescheduled from April, and as stressful as wedding planning and COVID have been, they have made it as easy as possible to reschedule. I am convinced that for all this venue offers, combined with the price, and the awesome owners, there is no better venue in central PA. My wedding coordinator told me this as soon as I told her our venue, and after having my wedding there, I now can confirm it as well.

We could not be more happy with choosing Wind in the Willows as our wedding venue. This is a gorgeous venue, both inside the barn and outside. There are multiple options for ceremony locations, including inside the barn, outside, and a chapel just a few minutes away (perfect for a backup plan if the weather is not ideal.) There is a beautiful pond and weeping willows trees that make for stunning wedding photos. There is a small cottage for the groomsmen to get ready and a large bridal suite that is fully equipped. Included in the wedding package are chairs and tables at no additional cost, as well a large collection of decorations available for all couples to use. Brides can choose to leave behind decorations that they purchased to add to the collection for future brides to use, which is really wonderful! There is a fire pit outside that you can light and corn hole available if you would like. Aside from all of this, the thing we loved most about the venue was our experience working with the owners Aaron and Andrea. We reached out to other venues in our initial search and this was by far the best experience. Aaron was the most professional, organized, and responsive out of all the venues. We met with Aaron to look at the venue and were immediately sold. The communication was excellent and they were extremely easy and flexible to work with. They care about the couples they work with and are willing to help in any way they can. Andrea and Aaron were always available for questions, responsive, accommodating, and supportive through all the planning. They even helped set up the chairs and tables on the day of the wedding. Andrea and Aaron are very genuine and invested in the business and the couples they work with. We are so grateful to have had our wedding at Wind in the Willows. I highly recommend this venue!

We could not be more happy with choosing Wind in the Willows as our wedding venue. This is a gorgeous venue, both inside the barn and outside. There are multiple options for ceremony locations, including inside the barn, outside, and a chapel just a few minutes away (perfect for a backup plan if the weather is not ideal.) There is a beautiful pond and weeping willows trees that make for stunning wedding photos. There is a small cottage for the groomsmen to get ready and a large bridal suite that is fully equipped. We heard about Wind in the Willows by word of mouth. We had been to several wedding venues and this place was our last stop and we were sold within 10 minutes of being there. It was perfect. Not only is the property beautiful but Aaron was so warm and friendly.. we were sold on him just as much as the venue itself. The venue is gorgeous and there are so many options as far as ceremony locations, photos, etc. The bridal suite and groomsmen's cottage were both wonderful (we got so many great pictures of the guys in and around the adorable cottage!) and the barn is simple and perfect. Our original wedding date was scheduled during the covid shutdowns which was very stressful, but Aaron was so flexible, supportive, and caring the entire way through rescheduling our date, working through restrictions, etc. He was extremely responsive to any questions we had. I have said it time and time again how glad I was to be working with Aaron through these tough times. Another thing we were impressed with is how they invest back into their business by always updating and improving, taking their couples' suggestions into account. Over the year and half that we worked with them, they added beautiful bathrooms in the barn, bought a chapel nearby for rainy days, and started a catalog of decorations that couples' can use and also contribute to after their weddings. This is huge! We took advantage of the decorations they had on hand and saved quite a bit of money this way. After our wedding, we also felt good leaving the things we did buy behind so that other couples can use going forward and they would not go to waste. All in all, choosing Wind in the Willows as our venue was hands down the best choice we made for our wedding.

Anything we needed both of them were there right away tending to us. They help set up and with anything you need. When we came across Wind in the Willows it was a breath of fresh air. The venue included tables, chairs, arbors & some decorations. There's a pond on the property surrounded by willow trees which was a beautiful touch for the ceremony. Cocktail hour was held in the lower half of the barn while the reception area was upstairs (both were beautiful & had the rustic charm we were looking for). The owners, Aaron & Andrea, are great people. They worked with every request we had & were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Wind in the Willows for anyone looking for that special place to tie the knot!

Wind in the Willows was absolutely AMAZING!!! Not only was the property gorgeous (and so well maintained), the owners and staff were fantastic to work with. Throughout the entire planning process, their team was so accommodating and eager to help. Having access to the entire property, it was the perfect layout for the perfect day. The Bridal Suite was beautiful and full of accommodations for the ladies to get ready in comfort and style. The Grooms Cabin by the pond couldn't have been more perfect for the guys to relax by the waterfront in preparation for the big day. The venue itself was stunning... having a lower level and patio for cocktail hour gave guests the opportunity to mingle and enjoy time inside and out prior to heading upstairs for the reception. Walking into the barn for the first time, it was breathtaking! There was so much attention to detail in the layout and aesthetics... from the strung lights over the entire room to the aerial DJ Booth over the dance floor to the separate food and bar location... the venue flow was perfect! With just under 150 guests, the venue was the PERFECT size. Your truly have to see the venue to appreciate how beautiful and photogenic the property is... it made for the perfect backdrop for our perfect day. We can't stress enough how much of a difference maker the staff was at Wind in the Willows... having a whole team dedicated to making your day perfect truly took the stress off our shoulders and allowed everything to flow seamlessly! HIGHLY recommend Wind in the Willows!

The Grooms Cabin by the pond couldn't have been more perfect for the guys to relax by the waterfront in preparation for the big day. The venue itself was stunning... having a lower level and patio for cocktail hour gave guests the opportunity to mingle and enjoy time inside and out prior to heading upstairs for the reception. Walking into the barn for the first time, it was breathtaking! There was so much attention to detail in the layout and aesthetics... from the strung lights over the entire room to the aerial DJ Booth over the dance floor to the separate food and bar location... the venue flow was perfect! With just under 150 guests, the venue was the PERFECT size. Your truly have to see the venue to appreciate how beautiful and photogenic the property is... it made for the perfect backdrop for our perfect day. We can't stress enough how much of a difference maker the staff was at Wind in the Willows... having a whole team dedicated to making your day perfect truly took the stress off our shoulders and allowed everything to flow seamlessly! HIGHLY recommend Wind in the Willows!

The first time we visited the Wind in the Willows it was dark outside but we knew instantly that it was perfect! The barn was gorgeous and lit beautifully with fairy lights and Aaron was amazing the entire time, and Andrea was so sweet and helpful as well! All my guests loved the venue and we were able to have everything all in one place from the rehearsal to getting ready, the ceremony and the reception, it could not have been a better experience. Aaron and Andrea are wonderful, I would highly recommend having your wedding at Wind in the Willows :)

Best customer service I have ever encountered! Very little decorations needed because the venue is already breathtaking. We loved the inside/outside option. The venue was very clean and well kept. Venue provided additional decorations that saved additional money. Every aspect from staff to venue couldn’t have been more perfect! The venue was very affordable and the value we received was priceless! If you want to get married at a venue that the staff treats you like family and not just another business transaction, then Wind in the Willows is the venue for you!

Wind in the Willows is such a gorgeous venue, and it was perfect for our fall wedding on 10/12/19! Aaron and Andrea were fantastic to work with. They are so easy going and very prompt with answering any questions that we had. They also ensured that we had everything that we needed for our day and always went above and beyond for everything. They really care about their couples and want you to have an amazing wedding! Our guests had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. The property is breathtaking with the barn, pond, and willow trees. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Wind in the Willows was a wonderful venue for our ceremony and reception. We received so many compliments from our guests on the venue. We were able to have our ceremony outside by the pond which made for a beautiful backdrop. Additionally, Aaron and Andrea were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. My emails and questions were always answered promptly. The venue also has some décor that can be borrowed which was an added bonus. We were so happy with the venue and how everything turned out.

Absolutely gorgeous and stellar venue! Our wedding was perfect. This venue had natural beauty with willow trees, a pond, and a two story barn with a rustic theme. There were lights in the trees outside as well as inside the barn which made for a truly beautiful ambiance. Aaron and Andrea, the owners, were awesome to work with. They were very accommodating, provided detailed answers to questions as well as helpful guidance and suggestions. They were also very easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Having the venue for the whole weekend allowed for flexibility and made the wedding craziness carefree. One thing about them that stood out is that they went above and beyond to help make our day special and stress free, for example there was a 10 minute surprise downpour minutes before the wedding ceremony. When the rain stopped, they went outside and used towels and a leaf blower to dry the chairs for our guests AND they used a leaf blower to dry off the 6 vintage cars which were to drive the bridesmaids to the ceremony. No water spots on the antique cars for pictures, the father of the bride was very happy! We are extremely grateful we were able to get married at this venue.

Meet the Wind in the Willows Team
Aaron and Andrea Buchman (Owner) In 2000, Wind in the Willows began with a family wedding in an old hay barn. 20 years and hundreds of weddings later, much has changed, but the approach remains the same. Andrea and I have always believed in running a family business where our clients are treated as family. We are continually seeking ways to improve the experience here, with annual improvements to accommodate you, our guest. Ultimately, your wedding day is just one part of your story, but we want the role we play in that to be perfect! We look forward to meeting and working with you!
