Winding Brooks is a stunning banquet hall located in Ennis, Texas. Located 40 miles south of Dallas, this privately owned and operated indoor and outdoor event space could make for the perfect backdrop for your dream wedding day celebration. WInding Brooks is home to two unique event spaces: the spacious banquet hall and the lush gardens. The gardens are a highlight of the event space, as they offer shade trees and water features with winding streams that gently cascade into large water ponds. This gorgeous landscape acts as a stunning backdrop for a 5,000-square-foot banquet hall that includes spacious bride and groom suites. Mrs. Suzanne and Mr. Ed at Winding Brooks are absolutely amazing. From the moment we reached out to her inquiring about the venue, I knew this place was something special. After meeting her and seeing their beautiful venue, she made it easy to say yes. Mr. Ed takes lots of pride in his venue and his landscaping. It is so well kept and absolutely beautiful for an oitdoor or indoor wedding. Mrs. Suzanne has great communication and truly wants your day to be how you want it and helps how she can to make it go smoothly. We are so beyond blessed to have found this beautiful place. Our guests had so many positive things to say about it and our night to remember wouldn't of been possible without them.

Mrs. Suzanne and Mr. Ed at Winding Brooks are absolutely amazing. From the moment we reached out to her inquiring about the venue, I knew this place was something special. Winding Brooks is the sweetest small town venue! The owners are so kind, helpful and personable. They worked hard to make sure we had the perfect setting for our special day. It was a beautiful day for our outdoor ceremony and the stone pergola could not have been more stunning! Communication from the venue prior to the big day helped all of our plans and visions for the ceremony & reception come together beautifully! Highly recommend getting married at Winding Brooks!

Winding Brooks is the sweetest small town venue! The owners are so kind, helpful and personable. They worked hard to make sure we had the perfect setting for our special day. It was a beautiful day for our outdoor ceremony and the stone pergola could not have been more stunning! Communication from the venue prior to the big day helped all of our plans and visions for the ceremony & reception come together beautifully! Highly recommend getting married at Winding Brooks!

Suzanne and Ed were a breeze to work with. They listened to my ideas and we were able to make them work! They made several upgrades since my brother got married there, and they are beautiful upgrades (beam color is gray, grooms suite addition, back patio. etc)! The back patio overlooking the land was a hot-spot during cocktail hour! I received nothing but compliments from our guests of the entire venue on how beautiful it was and \"how did you find this place?!\". The landscaping and greenery are absolutely breathtaking, especially the weekend we got married (Nov 7th). We had those beautiful fall colors on some trees already! FYI, there is not good service out there (I had several Snapchat filters for the venue location - they did not work in the bridal suite but yes to the reception hall thank goodness). Ed was amazing to work with, especially the day-of. He was able to hang a few signs for me willingly that my dad and brother had made. The also let my husband and I come in a day before to set up our Edison bulb lights to make sure they would work for the wedding day.Suzanne and Ed are amazing owners that take pride in what they have built together for a venue. It's absolutely beautiful. Thank you guys for making mine and Coleton's day so special and memorable!

Winding Brooks is an awesome venue! The venue itself is beautiful from the outdoor ceremony arches to the reception hall. They do a wonderful job keeping the grounds blooming and picture perfect! Suzanne (the owner) is amazing, she was able to answer all our questions and provided us with wonderful vendors in her area. We cant say enough about how amazing Winding Brooks is and how it will always be apart of our perfect day.

Suzanne & Ed are second to none! They were so accomodating, knowledgable and helpful from the first email until we drove off the property as bride and groom. From the moment you turn off the freeway the views are gorgeous. The property is a garden oasis. The venue is nothing short of breathtaking. Inside, the bride and groom each have separate dressing quarters, big enough for the whole entourage. The bridal suite is stunning. They coordinated vendors the day of and ensured our day went off without a hitch. They helped make our day perfect from beginning to end and we are forever grateful! We love Winding Brooks and you surely will too.

It was the best experience ever! The owners are phenomenal!!! They’re helpful, on site the whole wedding, very responsive and available to chat or answer any questions before the event. The venue itself is breathtaking and perfect. The gardens and ponds add an unbelievable touch. I loved the bridal and grooms suites that they have. There are 8 bathrooms on site, two outdoor ceremony areas and the gorgeous indoor venue. I have a million wonderful things to say but, my best advice, BOOK HERE!!!
