Winding Path Gardens Reviews

Got married here last August and it was an amazing experience. They set up meetings before hand so I could plan the set up. They also go through an incredible catering service which makes it so much easier for planning purposes. They offer rentals for extra decorations which we opted in for and they had a beautiful selection to make it easy to put our day together. They were communicative and helpful throughout everything from start to finish. Plus the venue is absolutely stunning with tons of photo opportunities throughout the property. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a way to make planning a wedding a little less stressful Reviewed on 18-07-2023

When I arrived I found the place enchanting. You have your own dressing rooms, bathrooms and parking. Meeting with Heidi and planning your special day she covers every special detail that you may have forgotten. The day of your event, she is right there making sure everything is perfect for you. The gardens are meticulously taken care of and there are surprises around every corner for picture events. I would highly recommend this place to everyone Reviewed on 01-07-2023
Amanda Tyler(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-09-2022 Heidi and Bob were both a pleasure to work with. Heidi made sure everything went smoothly during the big day! She supplied rentals, decor from the free shed and also the best moral support throughout the day to make sure the most important day of our lives was beautiful. This venue is everything you could ever ask for and more. A beautiful sunflower patch, a maze, a comfortable suite for both bride and groom and more beautiful views to get all your perfect wedding photos. All of our guest enjoyed the entire day. Jacquelynn Robinson(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-06-2021 Could not have found a better venue! Heidi and her husband were nothing but perfect. This venue provides so many different rentals and help no other venue offers. The location is perfect, the garden is well kept and beautiful, it made our wedding that much more everything i ever wished for in a garden. There is so much landscape/props for the photographer and guests to go crazy, its kid friendly and overall the best bang for your buck for venues. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and support through planning and assuring everything is set for the big day. Reviewed on 02-08-2021
Sydney Cooley(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 03-08-2019 My biggest regret of my wedding day was booking with Winding Path Gardens. I strongly recommend you do not select this venue for your special day. I'll try to keep this short - but sorry if I ramble. Heidi was the most unpleasant person I have ever worked with. I had an issue with my caterer less than a week before my wedding and when I had other vendors try to step in to help, Heidi refused to let them perform their job even with all the proper paperwork available - on the ground that I did not give her 30 days notice. That's literally not possible in my situation. I had a bean bag from cornhole get tossed on the roof by a kid and I asked my coordinator and other friends/family to have Heidi retrieve it and she refused until I had to deal with her myself. Then she laughed and rolled her eyes at me for wanting my property back. I told her how extremely displeased I was with her and she said she'd take legal action against me for slander in any review.... okay. I told her I didn't want my money back and she said \"you got your beanbag back.\" Okay... so not helpful. She was childish and rude and had every excuse possible lined up. She didn't help once but interfered with absolutely everything. We asked her to step away and let us handle our wedding day with the vendors we hired, but she intervened and then said she kept our deposit because she \"had\" to deal with people... If you don't like helicopter parents, then you will not like a helicopter venue owner. She harassed so many people on my wedding day that I received complaints from 9 of my vendors and almost every member of my family before I even walked down the aisle. She caused almost every issue of my day and then refuses to acknowledge it. Please do not try and work with such a miserable person for your happy day - she will not let that happen. Aleeza Alvarez(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-06-2016 The venue is just absolutely gorgeous. The owners are professional landscapers and have continued to add on new things to their property. They were wonderful to work with and had the right number of chairs and tables set up for us so that all we had to do was decorate. Other reviews talk about how the owners were really strict, etc., etc., but this is their business and how they make their living so of course they want to protect their business. We really enjoyed working with them and would recommend this venue. Reviewed on 06-07-2016

Winding Path Gardens is owned and operated by Bob and Heidi Lovins. They are professional install landscapers so they’re creative. They got into weddings after Bob was asked by his oldest of 5 daughters, to make her a place to get married. He and Heidi did just that. It was so stunning that they got asked by all sorts of people if they could use it. After much thought and more daughters getting engaged (lol), they decided to build another at their nursery location. This venue is conveniently located right off Highway 9. It has easy access, real bathrooms and lots of fun stuff to use. Who could
