Located in Chino Valley, AZ, The Windmill House is an upscale venue that hosts weddings and other special events. This exquisite property features Tuscan-style architecture, verdant lawns, and fabulous gardens, right on a private lake. The management of this facility invites couples that are seeking a truly remarkable setting to hold their wedding celebration. The Windmill House arose from the vision of Joe Cordovana, also known as JC. In the early 1970s, this Sicilian purchased the property that would later become the JC Ranch and the locale for the future venue. This site includes 160 acres of pastoral lands and 1900s windmills. In 2006, JC got to work on creating the private lake, the House, the cottage, and the lush landscaping. He continues to work on the property every day, proud to have founded a great North Arizona venue. The House’s location, reached by bridge, offers seclusion while at a convenient distance from all surrounding cities and towns. The Windmill House is available to host wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as parties and luncheons. This venue’s staff will work with you to create the celebration you desire, with affordability in mind. These experienced event professionals understand the details that go into making festivities great and will guide you through the process. This venue is absolutely perfect! We got so many compliments at our wedding on how beautiful it was. On top of that, Tony and Stephanie are incredible people to work with! Tony was able to be flexible with us on our budget and find a package that fit and he made sure we were happy throughout the whole process. Stephanie was immensely helpful on the day of the wedding! She’s so kind and you can tell she truly loves her job! She was there to help with anything we needed and made sure everything went smoothly on the day of the wedding! We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day, and The Windmill House is a major contributor to that! I have already recommended this venue with full confidence to friends who are getting engaged!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding! It was absolutely beautiful! And the staff was amazing!! They were on top of it! From the moment I got there until the end of the night! They took very good care of us! Would most definitely recommend this venue to anyone!

OUR GUESTS CAN'T STOP TALKING ABOUT HOW GREAT OUR WEDDING WAS!!!!We recently hosted our wedding at the Windmill House and couldn't be happier with the entire process leading up to and the day of. Tony is knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, and helped guide us. His professionalism also shined through his team's exceptional service. They prepared a wonderful meal for our guests and ensured we didn't need or want for anything day of. Compared to other venues we looked at in the area that are also very beautiful we felt like our dollar went further at the Windmill House. This venue has so much natural beauty, in both the grounds outside as well as the reception hall, that it does not require much additional decor. Thank you Windmill House for making our special day one we will always cherish and remember fondly. Here is to your continued success in making lasting memories for anyone who books your venue.

Absolutely beautiful, needed little to almost no decorations. Couldn’t find a bad place to take a picture, we only used the outside but I recommend buying the whole thing for the whole night! We would’ve if we could have afforded it, tony was helpful and helped me with planning and everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our small last minute wedding 💕

Just had our daughter and new son in law's wedding at WindmIll House! We had the best time! Food was great. Tony was flexible and helpful at every turn! The venue was beautiful! We have only heard positive comments from family and friends that attended.

If you are looking for a wedding venue or just a place to have a nice get together/family reunion you NEED to check out The Windmill House in Chino Valley Arizona. Tony is the manager and the one you would speak to about viewing this BEAUTIFUL place. He is more than accommodating, welcoming, caring and flexible. We had booked this venue for our vow renewal that was supposed to be this year in September. But when we bought our house last October we realized it may not be possible to build a home and plan a wedding. So we contacted Tony to move it to 2018, and he welcomed the change and was completely understanding of our needs. Then when my husband was reactivated into the military and the house posed to be more expensive when it came to upgrades and making the back yard more than just dirt I reached out to Tony again. I explained our situation and how we made the decision to move it a few years in the future and that we understood if our deposit would be lost as it was 4 years in the future. With the full expectation of losing the deposit which is better than being 11-20 grand in debt I sent the email. And to my surprise I was emailed back that our money is always going to be good at Windmill House. That we just needed to let him know when we are ready. That they will always be here for us. Because of the kind, caring, understanding and accommodating person Tony is I chose to write this review. I do not know any venue that would do this for a client. If you want to find a place that truly cares about you and what you want for your special day please check this venue out. I know this will always be my first choice for special occasions.

His extensive experience in hospitality, restaurant management and operations, bar, party planning and customer service excellence will oversee these events personally to create that one special memory of a lifetime. It all starts with a tour of the property where he will fill in all the details, show you exactly what could be, and explain just how amazing your event will be. He has more than 500 successful weddings and events to his credit and has great ideas to compliment your own.
