My wife and I had the best time and experience ever with this venue. Three key words to remember when booking this place: affordable, accommodating, and hospitable. We had an incredible experience with this place. They were so helpful, so honest and so professional. We had a beautiful ceremony on the lake and phenomenal reception in the rainbow room of windows. The staff there is out of this world. Our maitre-D Luis was a rockstar and our bridal attendant Vickie was literally our guardian angel. They never left our sides when we needed them. The food is incredible, the space is stunning and the whole atmosphere it brings just adds extra beauty and love to your wonderful night. I can’t recommend this place enough. Book it, book it, book it! Thank you Windows for our dream wedding!

The level of professionalism absolutely exceeded my expectations. I've been to a couple venues, however this has been the first time I've witnessed such a smooth cadence with all around communication and everyone staff member in sync. Having a gathering with friends family and loved ones creates a moment where you want all your attention to be driven on each other. This staff and venu provided a level of trust that you knew you had nothing to worry about but to enjoy one another. They created trust from the moment you walked in. Smiles as you were greeted, pulse checks to ensure you felt served appropriately and consistently and outstanding communication. The food was absolutely delicious and had a variety of choices. The bar tenders created a flow that had individuals served and moved on to the next to prevent traffic at the bar. Michael the matir'd had everything flowing the way you would expect. He absolutely showed experience with his level of professionalism and eagerness to make it a night to remember. When you see the joy from the Birthday girl light up you know the team behind making the night magical made it happen.

Thank you for giving my daughter the best sweet 16!! The elegance and beauty of the room got praises all night!! Special thanks to Matri’d Michael for all your hard work and you truly mad the event so special, all the attention to detail was chefs kiss and I’m so happy with everything! Matt the captain food set up and chocolate fountain was amazing! Everyone was raving about the food and dessert displays! Toni-Anne the bridal attendant went above and beyond for my daughter! No need or want was left unattended! The wait staff was great all around and was so efficient and friendly! I have no complaints whatsoever and the reviews I have been getting from my family and friends tells me I chose the right place when I chose Windows on the Lake!

I just attended a wedding here back in September, I wish I was able to give 0 stars to this place. The food was cold and over cooked. The staff were very over worked and overwhelmed. The cocktails were watered down and they only had 1 bartender. The waiter spilled a whole tray of red pasta sauce on the brides dress. They were very unprepared and it was a horrific experience.

Just had my wedding here and it was wonderful! Everyone on the staff was amazing! My guest all called me to tell me that it was the best wedding ever and the food was fantastic! Absolutely incredible day at Windows!!! Our wedding was absolutely perfect in every way possible. From the moment we arrived, our bridal attendant Vickie was out of this world amazing. She even fixed my moms dress when a strap broke. She ensured every decoration was placed according to plan and made sure we felt so cared for, even sending me HUNDREDS of photos after the wedding. Our Matri D Michael made out reception so extremely special. Every detail we planned out was exactly as we wanted and even more than we expected. Our food was endless and delicious. Our Captain Matt made sure everyone left full with empty plates. And to top it all off, our venician hour was the most gorgeous set up, especially with the surprise reveal to our guests that Bill created for us. We can go on and on about how perfect our day truly was. Huge thank you to Danielle as well. She was so attentive and would get back to me every day within a couple hours. We also had some special traditions, for me a cake that was important to my family’s culture. The in house baker created it! It was absolutely perfect! We were just smiling the entire day watching all of our plans come to life.We went with their vendor package, which made our planning SO much easier. The flowers from Rob Montano were exactly what I wanted, down to water bead details on roses. Mark of Elegance was awesome to work with and we upgraded to their Escalade, which was perfect for our HUGE wedding party. Our 4th Generation DJ had the task of a multi cultural wedding - they CRUSHED IT! Everyone was up dancing the whole time, our MC was amazing as well. Finally our videographer, Mike was so kind and payed attention to every detail. I can’t wait to see our video. We did not use ADA photos- we used our own photographer. Frank was our officiant, and he created the most incredible ceremony for us. He talked to us, really got to know us, and made our ceremony feel so personal. We even got to honor my late father in law, which definitely meant the world to my mother in law. Everything about this venue was just so perfect. My parents got married here 25 years ago, and for us to have the same amazing experience 25 years later just goes to show the true meaning of good business. Thank you so much Windows! We can’t wait to work again with you for other events in our future, and will be recommending you to everyone we know!

Fabulous venue, my husband and guests were in complete awe the whole night. The staff was awesome very knowledgeable, helpful and personable from venue management to bartenders, servers and waitstaff. This is an amazing venue for your perfect wedding ceremony and reception. We had a very comfortable bridal suite for the bridesmaids and myself to get ready in. It was an all day wonderful affair that lasted well into the night with a delectable buffet meal, bar, dancing, talking and laughing and most of all celebrating a new union with our loved ones ❤️

During one of the most nerve wrecking days of one’s life, Windows on the Lake made the whole process smooth and easy going. Their staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were highly attentive on when to serve and when to be behind the scenes (e.g. during speeches).Their display (linens, plates, silverware, etc.) were high quality, and they had a multitude of options to choose from when it comes to style and color.Taking advantage of their tasting at their headquarter location is a MUST as you will learn about the entire process, you'll be able to try several dishes, and meet their friendly and helpful team.

Where do I start!!! I had the best day of my life at Windows on the lake. I got to marry my best friend at a beautiful venue! I couldn’t be happier with the staff and there above and beyond professionalism and made us feel like we were family. Dana, Bill and Danielle were the most wonderful attentive good hearted people I had the pleasure of working with! The food was amazing. Our cocktail hour was simply awesome! The staff was kind and attentive as well. I recommend anyone whose looking to have the best day of there life in a beautiful venue that makes you feel loved and important…. Windows on the lake is it!

AMAZING DAY! We had our wedding there July 22nd 2022 and it could not have been better!! Our bridal assistant Vicky was amazing. She made sure we ALWAYS had a drink in our hands and never had to go to the bar. She helped bustle my dress and got us food at cocktail hour. Our bridal sweet was amazing, they brought us lots of food up there and champagne as we had a large wedding party. It was a very hot day so they let people take breaks and go inside when we did our pre pictures. The ceremony by the lake was breathtaking and they did a great job setting up the main room. Everyone raved about the food! I have never been to a wedding with more options to eat and better food. Our MatrieD was Robert and he made sure everything was in check and got every detail perfect. We did their vendor package and couldn’t have been happier with it. Every vendor we worked with was amazing and saved us so much time not having to plan. Their flowers were incredible. My bouquet was beyond my expectations. Our DJ was incredible and a great MC himself. The whole day was perfect. Could not have been happier!!

HORRIBLE WEDDING EXPERIENCE to say the least. A year of planning and was promised to have my ceremony in front of the lake ( which is the only reason I booked this venue) to only arrive at my wedding venue to be told in the parking lot that everything is moved indoors due to an executive decision of the staff. I was never informed of this ahead of time. Secondly, NONE of my wedding arch decorations were used nor was my wedding cake ribbon or cake topper. The cake topper was placed on while the DJ was announcing we would be cutting the cake in front of everyone. I wasn’t even provided with a fork- all this is on video footage. Thirdly, my place cards weren’t used and my guests sat anywhere to then be asked to move 30 min later. Things would have been worse if my sister-in- law and friend didn’t assist with all the guests. At cocktail hour, my guests were all on top of each other. It was wayyyy too small to hold everyone and I only had 130 guests. The incorrect menu was brought out and then they ran out of salmon and gave my guests tons of shrimp which isn’t what I paid for. This was brought up to Anthony and he said “salmon and shrimp are the same thing”. The guests placed their orders and received the wrong meals over and over. Our isle runner wasn’t taped down to the slippery dance floor which almost made myself and my father fall… also on camera footage. They were short staffed and conducted a staff meeting in front of all my guests on the dance floor while I was changing upstairs in the bridal suite that has a camera in it… which I didn’t know until after I was already undressed. At the end of the night my groom mentioned all these disgusting things that occurred to one of the employees and that employee tried to fight my husband! Outrageous. Anthony kept trying to find excuses for all the terrible things that were happening. His wife was also no better, she only covered for him. Anthony insulted my camera man and approached his face for no reason at all. The rest of the staff (waiters and waitresses) said they hate working there and that they always do this to couples getting married there. I was promised a captain, bridal attendant and maitre’d but received none! My bridesmaids were the only ones that made sure I was served food and helped with literally everything. I only placed one star because zero stars isn’t an option. My family is beyond upset and these memories will unfortunately last a lifetime and can’t be erased. I STRONGLY advise everyone to stay away from this place. The emotional and mental damage is unexplainable. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

Dana, Worst sales consultant ever! She promised me a dream then lied to me. She literally told me I needed to add 25 more people the day before she sent me the contract to sign. First of all I told her I had other venues and I only wanted 100 people she said 125 for a Saturday night I said we would do it and honestly it was a stretch for us not monetarily but we moved away so only family live close by. She was super rude to me and spoke to me very disrespectful. She also said she would work on a price for the fireworks and once I said yes to the venue she back tracked everything she promised me. All she did was blame her boss and the 7 day contract after I told her I was on my honeymoon and when I get back we would sit and talk. Unprofessional, rude, nasty and promised the world to get my business. Now I know why this establishment doesn’t accept credit cards- they go back on their word and people cancel their payments to them because they didn’t receive what was promised. Really sad . These are couples best times and most memorable experience and Dana made mine a nightmare! So upsetting! All for a commission check! Dana I hope you read this and I hope your manager reads this, you should be fired for lying to customers, treating them disrespectfully and having a nasty attitude. I will let everyone know not to ever book here you lost more than just my business! Future business as well!

So I am going to give you MY opinion on this place....IT WAS AMAZING!!! Ok so let's start off with that I was a covid bride like so many. We were to have our wedding 10.16.20. and obviously it didn't work out. We originally had Michael but due to Covid, he could no longer work. However that is when Anthony stepped in and saved the day (my sanity included) Danielle and Anthony were absolutely patient and kind. Helping us postpone and to ease our minds that everything will work out. Danielle was a Saint after all the emails I have sent to her. And her timing on getting back to me was quick. Anthony made sure everything we had asked was done. He worked well with us and his humor is great! He even threw in little surprises for us, which we and all of our guests enjoyed! Truly my dream wedding turned out to be a reality thanks to Windows. The staff was even more incredible. The baker for my cake did an absolutely amazing job. I showed them a photo and they recreated it perfect! and tasted so good! I honestly can't thank them enough for all the hard work and dedication they put in to make sure everything worked out after the crappy year we had. I still have guests saying how great everything was, from food, to booze, to music!!

STAY AWAY!!! FAR AWAY!!! Back in September 2019 we meet with Michael and I must say had a great experience ams booked our wedding for November 2020. But due to Covid-19 had to reschedule for November 2021. After not hearing a peep from this place we decided to contact them in April to discuss some questions we had for Michael and this disgusting establishment. We were told Michael no longer works there and their is no reason to speak with them till 3 months prior to our wedding. We demand a face to face meeting and that’s when we sat down with Ron. He listened to all our questions and his only answer to all of them was that he would have to speak to the owner Anthony. We did receive a phone call from this clown. He started off the conversation like he was my best friend and had no idea why he was calling me. So I got straight to the point and asked him the questions we had. He was condescending and rude to the point when I pointed out something about renovations his answer was “WOW I’m surprised you noticed that” then proceeded to tell me I can do work there to offset the price of the wedding. That’s the point when my fiancé and I decided to cancel. Knowing we would have to eat 25% of what we paid already. Then they have the nerve to say that are keeping everything we have paid up and above the 25% along with saying we owe them more. Now the lawyers, Suffolk County Consumer Affairs along with the Attorney Generals office & Anthony’s brother Bart will need to be involved. It will be a long drawn out process but I’m up for the fight and know WE ARE IN THE RIGHT!!!

What a disappointment! This venue was one of the first on our list. Not only because we thought it was an affordable price (ehh...), but the pictures made us believe it was worth booking (ehh...). My fiancé and I had out first meeting in June with Michael. I cannot lie, Michael was a friendly and a joy to meet . He did his best to persuade us Windows was the best venue for us, so my fiancé put down a deposit. Unfortunately, after our second meeting to discuss the services, we later decided to part ways because the cost was too high. In our first meeting we were promised a refund and since July we have been waiting. My fiancé and myself have repeatedly tried to get in contact with anyone from Windows. My fiancé was spoken to rudely over the phone. I have received late responses to my emails or just no response at all. We do not appreciate being jerked around. Think twice, three times before choosing this venue. When you're on the tour get a thorough look at everything. The bathrooms weren't great. I was never shown the Bridal suite.

Windows on the Lake was the first venue that my FH and I decided to tour. We had no idea what we were walking into or how this tour was going to be like but we had an amazing time. We loved Michael and he was so amazing. He help us really begin to envision not only what our wedding would be like but what our wedding at Windows on the Lake would be like. The venue is family owned and operated and they make sure their couples feel like family too which was so comforting. They even gave us the most delicious penne alla vodka ever! The whole experience definitely made my FH and I so excited to begin planning our wedding!

My fiance and I went for a tour and we were absolutely blown away by what Windows on the Lake had to offer. Michael was AMAZING and really worked with us to make sure we had the absolute best package that included everything we wanted. The ceremony space is beautiful and they have a beautiful newly floored ballroom that has an incredible view of the lake. We unfortunately did not choose this venue due to it being a little further away than we liked but we could not have more positive things to say. Michael really was incredible and we highly recommend him and the venue to anyone!

My fiancé and I recently sat down with Michael from Windows On the Lake/The Beach Club Estate to discuss our future wedding plans. We first looked at Windows on the Lake, but after discussing what we wanted, he suggested we look at The Beach Club Estate, as he felt we might be happier there. He made space in his schedule the next day for us to view the other venue. We found it a perfect fit for what we wanted. Michael was attentive to every detail and his foremost concern was that we find the perfect place to get married and have the celebration to follow. We couldn’t ask for a better banquet manager and look forward to having our wedding at The Beach Club Estate next year! Thanks again Michael and team for a wonderful experience!

Our wedding is coming up in January and we recently met with Michael. He is the best! From the start he treated us like a priority and helped us to customize our package to what fits best for us. He gave us delicious food samples on our very first visit and was a delight to speak with, offering plenty of great advice and support. The venue itself is stunning, with gorgeous views in both the ballroom and cocktail room, and an overall elegant and classy feel. The packages offered by the venue were extremely helpful, especially as a couple planning a wedding over a several month time span. It was a huge stress relief to find such a valuable yet affordable package for our big day that allows us to communicate with all our vendors through one company. Truly a great experience in the two meetings we have had so far. Every staff member we encountered has been so friendly and willing to help. Would definitely recommend checking out this venue to anyone. Looking forward to our big day thanks to the great staff at Windows on the Lake!

PICTURES CAN BE DECEIVING !!! I chose to get a “tour” of this venue because of the beautiful pictures & videos i saw online. I thought “omg this is perfect!” The minute I walked in there was a weird smell. The bathrooms were ones I used to use in elementary school; doors didn’t lock all the way & smelled weird. When i finally was approached by one of the salesmen, he asked me extra details about my wedding date. He proceeded to do a whole 10 minute tour giving little information about the place. I spent longer driving to the place than the “tour”. He took us into the main ballroom which was set up for about 300 people; the set up looked completely squished! Also the cheap “sky” painting on the ceiling looking like the color was fading & the paint in the room was chipping. After sitting down to talk numbers he explained to me that he couldn’t go into further details because I would need to book with them first. Wtf is that! Also after asking him several questions about the venue or if he can accommodate certain things, he seemed clueless. I asked if I would be able to see the ceremony area because instead if taking me outside to see it he pointed out the window to show us where it was. Because I was so eager to see the ceremony area he asked another gentleman to walk me over, instead of himself (don’t know why since he was the one giving “the tour”) because he “didn’t want me stepping in goose poop” (not like I can’t walk around it). The whole experience felt rushed & did not like the venue at all. Again, the pictures were super deceiving. Horrible experience.

We checked out one other venue before WOTL, and the difference between the two couldn't be more dramatic. We spoke with Michael to set up a visit, and were able to be seen within the week. \"Uncle Frank\" welcomed us and gave us plenty of time to look around the venue inside and out, and the WOTL staff even treated us to amazing penne a la vodka for lunch while we went through the presentation. The outside set-up by the lake was everything we imagined, and we're looking forward to finding a way to make it our own for our wedding next year. Another thing that really left an impression was the accessibility throughout the venue. It was very well done and it didn't seem like any of the ramps were built as a hasty afterthought.TL;DR - Lovely venue, variety of spaces, delicious food, the friendliest staff and owner

Had my wedding here in 5/18 and I still am receiving compliments every day from my guests on how great it was! When we first met Michael we felt at ease and knew it was the right place. They were very accommodating to us being 6hrs away thru the planning process and made everything easy. The food was AMAZING! Our guests didn’t want cocktail hour to end. From the moment we arrived my bridal attendant gave us everything we needed without ever having to ask. The ceremony outside was breathtaking and gave me my wish of being in the water at an affordable price. The whole staff went above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.

I can't say enough good things about Windows on the Lake. I got married here February 16th, 2019 & it truly was everything I had imagined and more. Frank, Michael & Danielle are a incredible to work with. From answering all our questions to helping design our invitations, they were there for us every step of the way. Our Maitre D Matt & bridal attendant Emily were fantastic! The food was amazing and atmosphere was even better. If you haven't checked them out already, I absolutely recommend that you do!

Although I have not had my wedding at this venue yet, I can guarantee that it will be no less than PERFECT. Uncle Frank has already made my special day feel magical. My fiance and I did not need to look at any other venues after visiting WOTL. The professionalism and rapport that has already been established is reassuring. I would, hands down, recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to plan a wedding.

FAIRY TALES DO COME TRUE! My husband Dennis & I recently married at WOTL this past September. First off, the management & staff of a wedding venue are the heart & soul of your wedding...and the family at WOTL are no exception. They will do everything within their power to make your special day the best day of your life. The management team (Michael, Danielle & \"Uncle\" Frank) worked with us for over a year to accommodate every request we had to make this day the day we envisioned. THEY ARE FABULOUS! We had some pretty unique ideas in the execution of our wedding - they worked with us on every aspect. A big deal breaker for us was the participation of our dog, Max, in the ceremony. When other venues said we could bring our dog for an outside ceremony, but if it rains, he's not allowed inside; and as luck would have it, the weather was horrible on our wedding day, but WOTL stepped up and moved the whole event inside and our pup/son Max made a grand entrance during the indoor ceremony. While on the topic of the big day, we can't forget to mention the staff, including Charles & Chelsea, who literally saved me from having a mental breakdown 20 minutes before the ceremony. I am a bit of a control freak and was formerly an event planner and decided to be groom & wedding planner. Despite the lack of a wedding planner, Charles stepped up as maitre'd and took the reigns when I needed him to make the day go off without a hitch. And Chelsea, our attendant, was literally waiting in the wings every time we needed something. It was utterly amazing how FABULOUS they made our day! A couple of things for couples looking at WOTL to consider:- Single Event Venue: We were the only event happening and that makes a huge difference when the staff (who did I mention are FABULOUS?) are strictly focused on your event.- FOOD, FOOD & MORE FOOD: Seriously, our guests are still talking about how much food we had (this was the basic menu w/ no additional packages) and the quality of the food is utterly FABULOUS!- Price Points: The rates are very competitive with Long Island wedding venues; we believe we actually got a larger and higher quality wedding for less money versus what we would have paid at some of the other venues we toured where we would have gotten less and been one of many events happening at the same time.- Vendor Package: We absolutely loved the photographer & videographer that came as part of the WOTL vendor package. The quality of their work is FABULOUS! In regard to the DJ/Entertainment company, we worked with a music director to create the soundtrack to our big day versus the DJ choosing the music to play. We provided pre-mixed music sets & protocol to follow throughout the reception. Not only did they agree to use our music protocol, but they did it with zero flaws! FABULOUS! We did have a slight issue with the limo service, however, and this is not a reflection on WOTL as you work directly with the limo company in the planning. Be aware there is a mandatory gratuity for the car service that takes the happy couple home after the wedding and an extra \"overtime\" fee for the shuttle bus service to take all your guests back to the hotels if you run even one minute over your contract expiration. Other than that, the drivers were great and on time for everything.All in all, we had a FABULOUS wedding and WOTL will always hold a special place in our heart as the ones who played a major role in this milestone event in our lives! My maid of honor made an appointment for us to see Beach Club Estate. I wanted to have a smaller intimate wedding of 100 people and the website claims to accommodate 60 to 150 guests. When we arrived on site, we were seen at Windows on the Lake. We were told that we cant see Beach Club Resort because there was a wedding happening at the time. We were greeted by friendly staff and \"uncle Frank\" was the friendliest. we were even served a delicious lunch and was able to confirm the food does taste good there. Although we wanted a date in Oct, I was also considering a winter wedding so my sister from out of town can be in NY all week during winter recess. Despite the folder and the website encouraging to ask about winter specials. I could not get any information on that. Uncle Frank gave me a package for Windows on the Lake that holds a minimum of 125 people. Told us i can hold the date for a monetary amount and i have 3 days to make up my mind. I spoke to my groom who is in Florida for the week for his grandmothers 50th wedding anniversary. He said it \"all sounds great but it is hard for me to commit without seeing it in person.\" I respected this because it is his day too. I called \"uncle Frank\" back to tell him, the grooms decision. I told him, he want to see the venue in person but is out of state, u don't have to hold the date for 2 more days. He informed me there was another couple he needs to call back because they want the day. I said thats ok, we also wanted to see the beach resort as initially planned to compare. He said you know its the same price right? i said nothing about price but it accommodates smaller parties which is what we wanted. Instead of saying let me pass you to some one who can see u when he's back in town on a day the beach club resort is available for viewing. \"Uncle Frank\" became dismissive, brushed me off, rushed me off the phone before i can even ask for a new date to come in with the groom or ask new questions i had regarding high chairs and other minor details. The venue is beautiful, the food taste great and i had every intention of coming back with my groom to compare both locations and make the decision thats best for us but unfortunately the night and day reaction i had with \"uncle Frank\" turned me off. Felt like he was being disingenuous the day before and the moment i temporarily removed my deposit, i got the cold shoulder. As a bride, if you want 100 people, u should not have to round up an extra 25. If you're considering a winter wedding, those qs should be answered. If a website promotes \"different packages\" and then someone tells you everything is the same price as if money was your issue, it is dishonest and rude. I thought i was building rapport with a friendly guy but really he was just a good salesman. Although I love the venue and wanted to return with the groom, the trust was broken. Cant do business there. the 3 stars are for the aesthetics and the food.

As the Minister who performs weddings I have never written a review for a venue that I officiate. This time it's different. I had to come and rate this venue that I was so impressed with! From the moment I arrived I was greeted in a very friendly and accommodating manner. It was a such a pleasure to work with everyone there. The food was delicious starting with the cocktail hour. The dinner was delicious as well! The servers were sweet, friendly and always wore a smile. The band played music that kept everyone dancing all night. The reception room was spacious and beautiful. The only one tiny little thing that is keeping me from giving all five stars is cars going by during the actual outdoor ceremony which of course they have no control over, but still disturbing as I was speaking. All in all I would highly recommend this venue to many future brides and grooms. Thank You Windows on The Lake for making my job even more of a pleasure than is already is.

I don’t have enough good things to say about Windows on the Lake. They were the first and only venue we looked at because we fell in love immediately. Our wedding last night genuinely could not have been more perfect, and I’m neurotic with planning- they assured me that I didn’t need to worry about anything and they really came through on that promise! I didn’t have to lift a finger the entire night. They treated us like family and genuinely just wanted to see us happy. Our guests have been texting me all day about how amazing the food was last night, and from what I got to eat I agree!! Everyone was on the dance floor ALL NIGHT (their house DJ is so worth it!), my bridal attendant Chelsea was INCREDIBLE, and everything was organized, ran smoothly and on time, and was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Windows on the Lake for the best wedding day we ever could have asked for. I was so sad when we came back to pick our decor up and it wasn’t to do the whole day again! We love you guys!

We got married at WOTL on 5/27/18 and for a last minute I mean LAST MINUTE (less than 3 months) they made it happen!!!! I was definitely nervous about it but everyone made everything happen so seamlessly. It was a total wash out downpouring and I was 30minutes late to my own ceremony and still not one ounce of pressure or stress was felt, they adjusted everything to make sure we still got all of our special moments. My bridal attendant was amazing she made me feel so comfortable and kept the drinks coming for my husband lol. Food was great which was very important to us. Thanks again for such great service!!

We recently got married here and oh my goodness... these people treated us like family and went ABOVE and BEYOND! I had a very unique situation in which we decided to plan a wedding in about three months, and Windows was so helpful throughout the whole experience. The people that work here are genuine and really care about you. When we hit any sort of bump in the road, Windows was right there to help us sort it out. The customer service was top notch with a very open attitude and were willing to accommodate any requests we had. All of our guests keep saying how it was such a great wedding, thanks to WOTL. Also the penne a la vodka is insanely good. You get an incredible amount of food and drinks are well made, your guests will be full and happy if you decide to have your wedding here!

We were extremely happy with the reception we chose for our wedding day. Windows on the Lake deserves a five star rating however I rated them with four stars because of their recommendation and affiliation with Mark of Elegance Limo service. Despite the stress we experiences with the limo service, as soon as we arrived at Windows, the staff made the stress melt away instantly. Family members still rave about the food and the amazing cocktail hour. When I provided the favors and personal guest book items to the staff, they displayed all the items beautifully, much better than I had pictured in my head. They also allowed us to keep the flower centerpieces in their walk-in fridge because I decided to do my own flowers and did not have a cool place to keep them. All the amenities were clean and well kept. The staff continued to ensure that we did not have to think about anything else but to have fun and enjoy the night.The only thing I could say to watch for is to not use the vendors that Windows suggests to use. We were not satisfied.

There is not enough nice things I can say about our wedding. Everything was more than perfect and better than we could imagine. Every little detail that I wanted was done and even more!!!! It really was unbelievable. Frank, Michael and Danielle were so helpful along the way and dealt with 100 calls a day and never made me feel like I was bothering them, they never said \"no\" either. They always figured out something and were extremely accommodating with last minute changes literally up until the time the ceremony started. I tried to find somethign to worry about or to do that day because I thought that's what brides are supposed to do and there was nothing everything was taken care of the only thing I had to do was get married. all of our guests had the best time and said the food was unbelievable and left completly stuffed! My mom wanted to me to also note that she never ever likes wedding cake and she has been craving our wedding cake baked by the on staff baker since our wedding. I also booked all the suggested vendors and that was also great! I just really had to deal with Windows and made it much easier on me. If you are looking for a beautiful stress free wedding with delicious food than Windows on the lake is the place for you.

My wedding was held this past Saturday 9/16/17 and I have to say, it was everything I could have wished for. The venue executed everything perfectly! From the moment I walked in 2 years ago and sat down with Frank, I knew I found my dream venue. Danielle was amazing to work with through the entire process. When I had a question or concern she would answer me timely and honestly. She assisted me with booking the trolley even though one wasn't actually available for my date. The entire staff at Windows was wonderful to me and my husband. Sabrina my bridal attendant was nothing short of amazing. She was always right there before I even knew I needed a drink or a sip of water. Honestly, she went above and beyond for me and I don't think I could ever repay her or thank her enough for playing such a big role in my day and making it that much more memorable. My Maitre D Scott was fantastic! He made sure everything went smoothly and I was able to enjoy every minute of my day with my guests. I didn't have a care in the world that day because I knew I was in such amazing hands. My last meeting with Anthony, was awesome! He is also such a sweet heart and he follows through with his promises! Michael was amazing at making sure I was relaxed through out the entire planning process and always kept me laughing! My guests have raved about the food and the staff as well as all of the details the team at windows assisted me in executing. They say your wedding day is the best day of your life and Windows on The Lake made that statement true. You are all amazing and I will forever owe you one! They helped me book the vendors and I couldn't be happier with their work either. IV generation DJ was FANTASTIC! ADA studios and Paragon Production for photography and video made my day even better. Mark of Elegance Limousine Company was also amazing and so great to work with. The drivers and vehicles were perfect and such a pleasure to have as a part of my wedding! Erica and Diego from ADA were a blast to work with and Mike from Paragon was hysterical. They all kept things smooth and light. Just what every bride needs on her big day! James Cress Florist executed everything I asked for to a T! Again, without windows, none of this would have been possible! From the setting itself, to the staff, the vendors and just being amazing people, I couldn't be a happier bride. I love everything!!! BOOK THIS VENUE!!

Words can NOT describe the poor experience we had here, and that was just to tour and view the location. When I contacted them for a tour, I included the vital information (date we were looking for, and ESPECIALLY our # of guests). I got a call setting our tour up for 6pm that Friday. We arrived a few minutes early, and filled out our paperwork. We then waited over 20 minutes before the tour started. The guy giving the tour rushed us through (\"Here's the ballroom; this is our cocktail hour room. Now let's talk menu and pricing\"). We were then told that our party was \"too small\" for the venue, and we were 'encouraged ' to visit their newest location (Beach Club Estate. We live just over an hour away from the venue, the guy even stated that he knew the town we were from, and still VERY LITTLE was done to try to get our business. We were never shown the ceremony space (even though we said it repeatedly - including in my initial discussion) and since there was a party scheduled for the location for that evening, the focus seemed to have been on that, as party-goers were arriving. It wasn't until we were pulling out of the parking lot that we spotted the ceremony space: across the street (that is very busy, and on a blind curve).

I'll begin by saying that I'm in no way naive to what your average wedding costs on Long Island. You're going to spend a lot, however if you value honesty in negotiations I would avoid wasting any time here. We were baited by advertising that mentioned a price that I knew was not true, but we decided to check it out anyway. Long story short, our contact there was incredibly \"salesy\" and even a little pushy during our visit/booking experience, despite constantly saying that he wasn't a salesman or \"like the rest of them\" at other venues. Oh, and they'll pressure you to book right then and there - he even drew a horse race track with us trying to beat out other couples for our date to drive this point home :/ The entire approach put a bad taste in my mouth, but we tried to focus on the venue and not the pitch. So putting this aside, along with all the unnecessary touching, we still decided to book because after literally sitting down at a table and asking for the price of everything we wanted, their salesperson sat there with a calculator, priced everything out for us, wrote that price on a sheet of paper along with the dates that this price was applicable to, and we agreed it was fair and worth the view of the lake (which is beautiful and the only reason for the 2 stars.) The next day, excited to have finally booked a venue, my fiance goes back (along with our mothers because they were excited and wanted to see the place) to drop off the remaining deposit. Their salesperson then decides to tell us that the price he had originally given us was a \"mistake\" and that it was actually much higher and he was sorry if we felt he was misleading. I thought back to when he said \"most other guys out there won't want to put a price on paper because then they can't shake you down for more money at the end.\" Pretty much everything they said was true of the \"other guys\" was true about them. My only advice? Instead of trying to come off as our friend and \"sell\" us, just be honest. Honestly matters and no one should have to deal with unscrupulous people who want to exploit you while you're trying to plan a joyful gathering. If they had told us the \"real\" price upfront, we may still have booked but to have them pull a switch in less than 24 hours after booking then say \"well what did you expect, getting married in September - it's expensive!\" (like we're wrong for believing the price THEY gave us - which was NOT cheap) was more than we were willing to put up with. Needless to say, we got our deposit back right away and will not be booking or recommending this venue to anyone else. The core of good business is honestly in negotiations and holding true to your word. If you're going to spend \"Long Island Wedding\" money, you should at least trust the people you're working with.

My husband and i got married May 2017, and i cant stop talking about how amazing the venue treated us. We had no worries or stress they made everything happen exactly how we envisioned it. I had ordered candles for the center pieces and one of the boxes came in with pink candles, and we noticed the night before. I told windows just to leave it like that because i didn't want to stress hours before the wedding. The next morning i walked into the venue, and there were not pink candles, they went out of their way to find us white candles. And then i cant express how good Sabrina was. An amazing young girl who makes you feel at peace, and makes it all happen for the bride. And our Maitre D ...WOW! We didn't have to worry about one thing.He was amazing!Windows on the lake made us feel like family. and treated us so good throughout the whole process up to the wedding day.I highly recommend them for a wedding or any other event.

Windows on the Lake was love at first sight. The outside was just as beautiful as the inside. The view of the Lake from inside the hall is breathtaking and a perfect setting for any wedding. Right from the first meeting, \"Uncle Frank\" was extremely friendly and inviting. He took his time showing us around and answering all of our questions. He served us lunch and the pene ala vodka was spectacular! The 3 month meeting and 2 week meetings with Michael were just as impressive. He knew what questions we were going to ask and answered them before we had the opportunity. We did a Star Wars themed wedding and everyone was fully on board with this and made it exactly as we envisioned. Sabrina, our Bridal attendant, went above and beyond even changing her hair style the day of the wedding to that of Princess Leia's from the movie! We did not ask this of her. She did it on her own to make our day that much more special. She never left our side and was very attentive to our needs. Matthew our Maitre d' was extremely organized and kept us all on schedule starting with the rehearsal and then again throughout the evening on the day of our wedding. He was extremely patient with all of us and made sure things ran smoothly.Our guests raved about the food both at the cocktail hour and at the reception itself. Our glasses(the bride and groom) were always full and we never even had to pick our heads up to look for someone to get us a drink. Sabrina helped us pack up and check the bridal suite to ensure we did not forget anything at the end of the night. \"Uncle Frank\" performed our ceremony and made our vows exactly what we wanted. He personalized our ceremony and paced it well for us as we asked. We requested short and sweet and he gave us EXACTLY that.

He gave us lunch which was excellent, and the food tasting event we and my mom fell in love with! Beautiful place and the price can't be beat which includes their off season inclusive package! Let me first off say that the reviews on this page are right, this venue is beautiful and I am sure they put on great weddings. But in my experience their business practices are incredibly questionable and borderline unethical. One of the things that I really hate is when business people try to be my friend. I am trying to sign a contract to pay a specified amount of money for your service, I have friends, I don't need you for that. Michael is the perfect example of this and is incredibly friendly and will feed you, but then pressure you to book the venue and be incredibly vague and unclear about the price. Recently, we signed a contract (and quickly voided it) with him in which he added over 2,000 dollars to a contract after we had signed it. Keep in mind, we are on a budget and were extremely clear that we feasibly could not book the venue unless we got X price or less (which we had from another venue and told him). He guaranteed it, then changed the contract after we had signed. He then proceeded to act friendly on the phone when I called to complain. So my complaint can be summed up pretty simply, don't be my friend, be a transparent business man as you so boisterously claim to be. If you are on a budget and want a clear outline of what this wedding will cost you, DO NOT go here.

If you are on any sort of a budget, RUN as far as you can! These people will actually try to con you and lie to you; they will say anything to get your business and misquote prices until you discover the errors yourself. I'm not gonna lie, they have a gorgeous venue, but when all was said and done, I am glad that we didn't go with it because the horror of dealing with these unprofessional people is not a stress I want in my life. Where do I even get started on Michael? What a piece of work. He likes to vocally brag about how transparent he is in comparison to other venues, which is the funniest part of this whole ordeal because of all the venue we looked at he was certifiably the LEAST transparent by quite a margin. We went to see him twice. The first time we hadn't seen any other venues, and he somehow talked us into putting down a holding deposit and we did cause the venue was great but the place was over our budget, as we were very clear about. A few weeks later we found a place we loved on your budget and went back to see Michael to basically say that we have to go with the other place unless he can match our price. He agreed, and immediately it seemed too good to be true. He wrote down a contract with X amount and we signed it and agreed upon it. A few days later I got a copy of the contract we had signed, and magically there was an additional 2000 charge! I called Michael and he acted so confused like he did't know what went wrong, and then said \"oh right, I forgot to add the service charge.\" Uh, okay? Except we came to say we were going to go with a different place, and you said you'd match our price to keep our business? Then to secretly add a sum to our contract and pretend it was a silly accident, act confused, and take back the original offer? It was unacceptable! I am so glad we figured out early on that these people were unreliable and a terrible business. The beauty of their venue simply does not make up for shady business!

Every venue should welcome people the way Michael and his family greet everyone- by first name basis, with water, a dish of warm, delicious penne a la vodka and garlic bread! After we toured the 1 floor facility (very important if you had seniors in your party that have trouble walking stairs), we went through the menu options and numbers. He provided very reasonable quotes for different dates, since we were more flexible. You can tell he really loved his job and that he really wanted to take care of us. I appreciated all the little extras (lechon, cotton candy machine, and more) and assurance was one of the reasons why WOTL was one of our top choices. The view of the lake was gorgeous + the beautiful main hall + best thing is that he shared that the carpet will be taken out and replaced with new all wooden floors + Michael's hospitality was a great combination and we placed our $1k deposit that day! We ultimately decided on another venue this weekend when I realized how important it was for me to have a more open-space concept/look. Thank you Michael for your time and generous offers!

Me and my fiancé have been searching high and low for a hall and we're starting to get discourage but This past weekend we had sat down and spoke to Michael and fell in love with not only the hall, but the people that work there! Michael greeted us with a big smile that just screamed friendly. We sat down and we're offered a plate of penne which was to die for! Michael made it so easy to sit and talk and not feel like we were being pressured into anything. Recently, my fiancé and I began our search for the perfect wedding venue. Today we sat down with Michael for our 1:00 appointment and didn't walk out the door until 3:00. My fiancé, my mother and myself didn't want to leave, it truly felt like home. Michael had us laughing, crying, dancing, and smiling all just sitting at a table discussing the venue and options for our big day. It was truly a unique and amazing experience. Their passion for their venue, guests, family and the joy that they provide for all of their couples was very clear from the second we met them. The venue was beautiful and the view is breathtaking. In the venue you get a beautiful view of the lake in both the ball room and the cocktail hour room. Mike was such a pleasure to work with. When we went to see the venue they provided us with a sample of the food as well. Which was very good!

Windows on the Lake was our first venue that we looked at. Although it wasn't quite what we were looking for, I'm so thankful we stopped here first. We met with Frank, who is just such a nice man. He was so helpful and honest. Knowing that was our first stop, he gave us advice and things to look for when we checked out other venues. My fiance and I absolutely loved him and his energy. By the end of the meeting, my fiance was even calling him Uncle Frank. The venue was beautiful, just not what we had in mind for our wedding. There are beautiful grounds that would make a beautiful background in pictures if you're choosing to get married in the Spring/Summer/Fall (we are looking to have a Winter wedding), and there's a beautiful outside area where your cocktail could be. If you're looking to get married in a warmer season, and want an array of options for food - I would definitely check this place out. Even if you just meet with Frank, it's worth it! Thank you again Frank for all of your help!

Our wedding here was absolutely beautiful. Overall we couldn't have asked for more. Jonathan, Sabrina and Frank were absolutely wonderful! I would recommend that you request to work directly with those 3 and everything will run flawlessly. Sabrina was like magic, everytime i turned around she was there to see if we needed something. Jonathan had his finger on the pulse all night and kept everything moving smoothly. We lost our original person who was supposed to handle our account and had issue in regards to their method of billing. Be careful to make sure you have everything on paper and signed by whoever gave you your deal. I was extremely disappointed about booking an appt specifically to discuss the itemized bill with Danielle and being pushed off on Frank and them leaving him to literally be a middle man running back and forth between us and the office. Aside from that it was absolutely wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better time.

We had the most perfect wedding day at Windows on the Lake! They catered to every need every step of the way. Everyone was so nice every time we called with a question. The view at sunset even from inside was beautiful. We loved that they only do one wedding at a time. Frank made us feel so special, like we were one of his children. Anthony and Thomas were always there to answer our questions as well. They never rushed us. Jonathan and Sabrina not only took care of us on our wedding day, but they catered to our families as well. There was a small snafu when we arrived, but they more than made up for it the entire night. Jonathan kept us informed as to what would happen next. The food was delicious. My husband and I added on the Ice Cream Bar and Flaming Volcano for the dessert hour. They brought us into a separate room so that we could see it. We could not get over the presentation. All of our guests could not stop talking about it. Jonathan packed up a lot of food for us and even had the staff pack up our belongings so that we wouldn't have to come back on a different day to pick it up. We used all of the house vendors. It was very simple to plan our wedding using them. Overall, all of the Windows staff did an exceptional job at making it the most perfect day for us.

My husband and I were married at Windows on the Lake on the 6th of November. They were phenomenal, they were so attentive to every detail and exceeded every expectation. My guests were well taken care of and the food was excellent. At one point it did become too warm but they were quick to adjust the temperature to ensure our comfort. Jonathan our Maitre D and Sabrina my Bridal attendant were the best! I would recommend them to everyone for their wedding or event..

Okay- so this is a tough review to write. It should be a 5 star review... Some hiccups along the way landed us at a 3 star review. Up to the wedding: Frank and Anthony made the process painless. They really sell the sizzle and the steak while doing a great job at being fair with us. They were very accommodating to our needs and requests (especially a few last minute ones). Frank was easily available by phone and text and always had answers. They hands down provided the best customer service out of every venue that we visited and made it a personalized experience. The day of the wedding: We had our ceremony at a church- guests arrived to the venue with their ceremony section all set up- their staff quickly disassembled the ceremony area after I texted Frank- We had an ice sculpture with our names craved into it that came out beautiful except for the fact they misspelled my name- to be fair they allowed us to stay an extra hour for the embarrassment. We also upgraded to their top shelve open bar- which turned out to be a mistake. Several guests (about 10) reported to us (that night and afterwards) that the bartenders weren't serving several requested drinks. On one occasion one of my groomsmen came up to me and said the bartender told him that a drink he requested wasn't being served. I went over to the bar and asked for the drink- the alcohol that I requested wasn't in sight. The bartender went below the bar into a closed cabinet, opened the sealed bottle, and poured me the requested drink. We did upgrade to the top shelve about two weeks prior to the wedding so I like to think it was a oversight- but this type of mistake shouldn't happen when you're paying tens of thousands of dollars. After our honeymoon I reached out to Frank to report this- he said he talked to the bartenders who all said this didn't happen. Tough Luck- I guess?I would definitely use their venue again- the food was amazing- and the guests loved the environment. They also did a fantastic job creating a custom 5 tier cake for us which tasted great. I'm not sure that I would get the top shelve open bar- as you can imagine- I still feel taken advantage of regarding that. Overall- great place with tasty food that your guests will really enjoy. This review could have easily been 5 stars if those 2 incidents didn't happen or if I got closure on the open bar.BTW, the pictures came out great there.

The minute we walked in we were greated kindly by Michael. His love for what he does showed as he took the time to get to know us before he began to share the beautiful venue. We sat down to look at pictures and discuss the menu options. Next we were pleasantly surprised with a taste of food that the venue can provide. Needless to say it was delicious and it gave us some insight of what to expect for the wedding. Michael continued to impress us with his hospitality and the banquet hall itself. We toured both venues and we were astonished with both views. We decided on their Beach Estate because it will fit our smaller sized wedding. We fell in love with the place!!! Both managers Michael and Frank made us feel like we are family the moment we stepped in. We are so excited to have our wedding at The Beach Estate on Lake Ronkonkoma! Thank you to everyone at Windows on the Lake for making the tour and wedding process stress free and exciting!

We are exhausted and sad about this place. I was mislead and misquoted pricing more than once in the calling in to this venue. Then the visit, aka THE TOUR. Neither salesmen, Michael then the older man, bothered to show us the bridal room nor the grounds. We wandered around alone being finger pointed from inside where to go to the lake and grounds for our ceremony. Really. You cannot make the trip down and outside to show us your property. Sad and lazy. Coming back in I noticed how worn the floors were. And then we were held hostage by the longest sales pitch in history a second time as we continued to tell them both, separately, we were still shopping. Walking out we were exhausted, not excited. Getting into our truck we realized neither one even bothered to shake our hand goodbye when we didn't leave the deposit. Again sad. We are just glad there are so many other places to keep seeing for our wedding.

We just got married here on October 15.. all I can say is: wow. It was amazing seeing all the planning come to life in the reception hall. The food was great, the weather was perfect, everything ran smoothly. My bridal attendant, Sabrina was AMAZING! She was there every step of the way to make sure my dress was ok, I had a drink, I had food. She didn't let anyone up to the bridal suite without my knowledge. She was just amazing. My dress got stepped on and a button popped off, the bustle came undone and she was there in a heartbeat with a safety pin. Life saver. The whole staff at Windows catered to our needs perfectly. They are well worth the money we spent.

I have been so overwhelmed trying to plan an affordable wedding on what is considered short notice in the world of weddings. Stress and anxiety aren’t even the words to describe it. However, once I spoke with Michael on the phone, I immediately felt better, like this was possible to do. From the moment we entered Windows- we felt that it was going to be the place for us. From the beautiful scenery to the amazing staff they have there, it was perfect. After just a few minutes I felt like I’ve known Michael all my life and like I was part of the Windows family. He made me feel so at ease and so confident that they were going to be able to provide me with the day that my fiancé and I were looking for. They truly went above and beyond to help us, I could go on forever about how different of an experience this was than any other venue. And Uncle Frankie- I felt like he was my grandpa. He greeted us right away, referring to us as “kids” and making jokes with us immediately. He even came and sat with us while we were talking with Michael, it was like he was there to hang out and get to know us. Honestly, do yourself a favor- call Windows on the Lake, go in, take a look around, meet these people- it could change everything for you. It did for me. I can’t wait until my wedding day, I’m sure I’ll be back to give more phenomenal reviews to this group.

Having my wedding in May 2017 and all I can say is Windows on the Lake is taking my fantasy wedding and turning it into reality!!! What more could you ask for in a Venue...breathtaking grounds and rooms...delicious food and the best part is...they are making it easy to plan!!! My fiancé and I have been enjoying our experience since the moment we booked Windows on the Lake. Everyone has been great...we love Uncle Frank, Anthony and Janet. We booked the Vendor package and have had such a positive experience. There was never any pressure and they respect our budget. I thought I would turn into Bridezilla but the opposite has happened I am planning a wedding for 150+ and the planning has been so much fun and drama free!!!

I got married here on June 5th. I cannot express how much I LOVED my wedding at Windows on the Lake. First off, let me say that this was a RAINY day. A STORM. But when my wedding was supposed to start (6:30), It stopped raining for a bit, and the weather channel said that rain was going to start back at 7. They knew how much I wanted to have the wedding outside, and they made it work. It was beautiful and as soon as we got back inside at 7, the rain STARTED POURING (blessings). I was a very easy going bride, and watching a lot of shows, I was prepared for things to go wrong. But it didn't. Everything was perfect. The staff was very attentive. The food was delicious. I was so busy taking pictures and talking to everyone that I didn't get to eat as much as I liked, but everything I did eat, I loved. They even gave food to go! The grounds are gorgeous. Everyone is friendly. The cake was beautiful and delicious. They were nice enough to give me an ice sculpture and chocolate fountain for free. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. Friends and family are still talking about it! I still smile when I think about it. You guys are amazing!

You really get the bang for your buck at Windows on the Lake! You're the only wedding, great service, great food and they cater to your specific needs. They have an outdoor patio for cocktail hour which is great. On the day of my wedding it started to rain a little before we got there so we weren't able to use the patio. What made me feel so at ease with WOTL is that I still had the fabulous room inside for cocktail hour. Your guests still overlook the water and it's beautiful. So you have that reassurance if it rains. Right before I got married they actually added some new touches - new chairs in the ballroom, flowers in the main entryway, flowers in other places; it looks really elegant. The main ballroom is spectacular. My SO and I loved the room. the high ceiling over the dance floor makes the room appear bigger and it's painted so beautifully. The guests said how the food was so good. Their penne ala vodka is so delicious! I am GLUTEN FREE and they were more than accommodating with that need. Almost everything at cocktail hour they were able to make GF and most of the main dishes they were able to make GF. Notice my statement before how the guests all commented the food was so good - they had no idea and couldn't even tell it was mostly GF. Job well done on that. As far as my cake, my husband and I don't really like cake so I was a little nontraditional and asked for individual berry parfaits which would be GF as well. They hadn't done berry parfaits before so that was new but their baker is gluten free so she was able to understand what I wanted and make it taste good - the berries tasted so fresh. She also made me a little GF cake so I could do the traditional cake cutting ceremony - a GF cake with cannoli filling tasted amazing. They surprised me and gave me GF cupcakes on my table the day of the wedding just for me - awesome and tasty!They also couldn't do enough for me the day of the wedding! As far as the bridal attendant - she was so accommodating, so nice and catered to our needs. The maitre'd was super helpful as well. My husband is very picky with his scotch/whiskey and they kept giving him different ones to try until he was satisfied - He couldn't believe it! Things like that really made a difference with how our wedding turned out. WOTL makes you feel like royalty!

From the moment we booked at Windows, we were impressed at not only the gorgeous scenery, but also professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. They treat you like family. Frank Amantia and Danielle Ayers made sure everything was to perfection. They go out of their way to make sure things are perfect. Anthony Pelligrino made sure our food selection was amazing - the guests were raving about the Food! Sabrina the bridal attendant and Jonathan the maitre' d were unbelievable - They made sure we were where we were suppose to be, well fed, and most importantly happy. Absolutely amazing! Ended up with 275 guests and didn't know if we could pull it off but Uncle Frank assured me it would be a great day, and it truely was! Our matradee Tommy was the best! Calmed me down before walking down the isle and kept me and my groom happy and worry free the entire night. Sabrina my bridal attendant was super sweet and professional and helped me with my dress. My guests loved the food and loved the ceremony given by Uncle Frank. The entire staff was amazing, oh especially Danielle having to deal with our crazy seating arrangements! Couldn't have asked for a better day and so happy we decided to get married at Windows On the Lake!

Wedding 10/03/15 Saturday Night 150-155 people\rMy husband and I have a mixed review. \rOur wedding was beautiful and the day of everything went perfectly. Even leading up to the wedding the staff was amazing. They helped us out even when we didn't make our guarantee. The venue was beautifully decorated and the layout was perfect for our size wedding. Cocktail hour had an abundance of food and everyone complimented the entree dinners. The Maitre'd (Frankie) and Bridal Attendant (Sabrina) went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were taken care of and having a great night.\rUnfortunately, despite all those wonderful things we still had a negative experience with the venue. It all had to do with one employee, Bill, we booked the venue with him. Bill promised a couple of things that he could not deliver and the venue did not honor it as well. 1) pastries and cookies were supposed to be included in the price per head but because it wasn't written on the contract the venue did not honor it and we had to pay extra per head for them 2) the outside cocktail area was going to be tented in case of bad weather, which we had, my husband called the morning of to check on it and they said they never have done that before and can't do it 3) we ended up paying the limo company extra money bc Bill said we could get to the venue 1 hour and half before cocktail hour to get pictures done. We weren't able to do that bc the venue informed us that there is a previous event before us letting out so we had to extend the limo time to cover the lull. \r\rBottom line, venue and staff (excluding one employee) were wonderful and my husband and I would recommend Windows on the Lake to everyone.

We had our wedding here last month. The venue is absolutely beautiful, both outdoors and indoors. The food was amazing. The management and staff were great and extremely accommodating. \rEveryone had an amazing time and we have no regrets about choosing this place for our wedding.

Me and my husband just got married here on 9/12/15 and everything from start to finish was great! We booked our wedding with Frank and he was awesome, treated us like family! I am a stressed person to begin with but every time we met with Frank and Anthony and everyone at Windows they always helped calm my nerves. The big day finally came and everything completely came together and even though it rained the wedding was absolutely perfect! Frank was also our officiant and he performed a great ceremony! Our maitre'd Frankie was awesome and our Bridal attendant Sabrina was amazingggg!!!!!! Our guests cannot stop talking about what a great time they had and about how great the food was and how much food there was! The alcoholic drinks were great, all our guests were so happy that the drinks were NOT watered down at all! The lighting for the reception was great as well! Everything was awesome, we are so glad we had our wedding at windows and we hope to attend a wedding here one day as well, as we def plan to go back! Great venue, great view of the lake, great food and GREAT STAFF!\rThank you Windows on the Lake for giving me and my husband an amazing wedding we will never forget!

We got married here on July 10, 2015. From the moment we booked with Windows, they were fantastic. We sat down with Frank and he was friendly and honest. Anytime I called with a question, they were patient and friendly. They updated us frequently with balance information. On the day of our wedding, the grounds were breathtaking. Our guest were raving about how beautiful it was and how delicious the food was. We used all of their recommended vendors and they were amazing as well. The staff was very accommodating on the big day. If you want great food, beautiful grounds, professional staff, and an affordable wedding.. Windows is the place to go!

My wedding at Windows was amazing! The view is breathtaking. The food is delicious. The bridal attendant, Stephanie was wonderful! I am so happy with how my wedding went. Best night of my life.\r\rThe only reason there wasn't 5 stars across the board, is because there were a few things promised to us at our original meeting that didn't go as planned. For example, we were promised that the street would be closed during the ceremony but it wasn't. We were told that if we did buffet, people would be dancing the whole time while tables were asked to come up and get food. Instead, the dancing stopped while tables were called. \r\rAll in all it was a phenomenal night aside from a few minor issues. I would definitely recommend having your wedding here!

I had an outdoor wedding on May 30th and everything was absolutely beautiful. The plant life was so stunning and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and plentiful. I would absolutely recommend Windows on the Lake to any couple looking to tie the knot without completely breaking the bank.
