Windsong did such a great job with the entire process! They were always communicating when we needed to have decisions made and always willing to answer questions and provide suggestions. They were so helpful in the months leading up to our wedding! The staff is super kind and genuine, always doing what was needed so we had the best day! The Windsong team was beyond amazing!! They made our day stress free, helped with all the little details and were amazing at knowing when to ask questions and when to let us enjoy the moment! They helped us set up and made our wedding perfect. Tear down was the best also, our families have told us that it was amazing to see how the girls helped make tear down a breeze! They communicate and are always willing to help you no matter what!! They even ordered us the liquor that we wanted when they didn't have it on hand. By far the best wedding venue EVER!!!

The Windsong team was beyond amazing!! They made our day stress free, helped with all the little details and were amazing at knowing when to ask questions and when to let us enjoy the moment! Windsong has been incredible to me and my husband and we are so thankful we chose them. The venue inside and outside is beautiful and a very convenient location for Northern Colorado. We had a small Covid wedding ceremony last June and they were so flexible with us that they allowed us to have a bigger reception this summer with no extra charge. Jackie, Julie, and Taylor are a joy and wonderful to work with. They really go the extra mile to make sure your wedding is exactly how you want it and are so flexible with everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I highly recommend Windsong Estate for any event. We used the venue for our wedding and they did an amazing job. They helped us through the process step-by-step. They had detailed guides that helped us think through the details of the day of our wedding (so we didn’t forget anything). The support staff was amazing on the day of our wedding, super supportive. They helped us keep on track and on schedule. Everyone was really helpful and so nice to work with. It was like having a wedding planner. Highly recommend!

My husband and I highly recommend Windsong Estate for any event. We used the venue for our wedding and they did an amazing job. They helped us through the process step-by-step. I don't even know where to start. From the first meeting we had with Jackie, I immediately felt comfortable working with the Windsong team. She was so personable and welcoming and I could truly tell she cared about our wedding, from day 1. Throughout the planning process, they were so easy to get in contact with, always sending planning emails to keep me up to date, and so willing to answer any questions. Planning a wedding is challenging in general, not to mention during a pandemic! The entire Windsong team reassured me that they would do all that they could to make our wedding happen, and communicated openly about changes as they arose. Each planning meeting was so helpful and they were always honest about what they thought would look good, work well for our guest count, and make our day the best it could be. Going into the wedding day, I was confident that the it would be perfect, because of the Windsong team.The day of, we were blown away at how flawlessly it all went. They greeted my bridesmaids and I with warmth (and champagne), which started our day off as fun and relaxing as it could be. They had beer and drinks ready for the groomsmen when they arrived. When we had a groomsmen shoe mishap, Triniti and Julie saved the day. Triniti drove to Target, sent Julie pictures of shoe options for me to choose, and made sure all of the groomsmen got their correct size. This is just a small example of the team's willingness in assuring our day went off without a hitch.They openly communicated with us the entire day, including during the reception. The team acted as coordinators throughout the day, making sure that everything was right on time. The entire facility was immaculately clean, from the gorgeous bridal suite (which has incredible lighting), to the groomsmen room, to the restrooms, and to the banquet and bar area.If you want to have a wedding at a beautiful setting, with stunning views, and staff that TRULY cares about your day, you will not be disappointed in choosing Windsong. I could truly write (even more of) a novel on how much I loved having our wedding there, and I am SO thrilled we will have the memories of our wedding at such a wonderful venue. I could not appreciate a team more.

I could go on and on about how great Windsong is!! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but the staff is amazing!! From the very beginning they were great with correspondence, answering questions, flexibility, everything! They took a time that is usually hectic, maybe sometimes stressful, and made it so easy for us. The planning staff, the wait staff, bar staff, everyone was so genuine and so great! I could go on and on about how great Windsong is!! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but the staff is amazing!! From the very beginning they were great with correspondence, answering questions, flexibility, everything! Everyone dreams of having the perfect wedding, though they rarely happen in real life, but that is exactly what we got with Windsong Estate Event Center. We had so many ideas and a large wishlist of things we dreamed of doing, hoping that maybe we'd be able to accomplish maybe half of that list. However, Windsong made it so we were able to bring our entire wishlist to life. They were game for anything and helped us every step along the way. Really, I don't think we could have asked for anything more. They thought of everything and the entire day went so smoothly. It really was nothing short of perfect, all thanks to Windsong.

Julie and Caroline made it easy to plan our wedding (and asked questions that hadn't even crossed our minds) and Jackie and Caroline did an excellent job of making sure everything went smoothly during the wedding and reception. The place itself is absolutely stunning, but even more than that the owners and wedding coordinators do everything in their power to make your day perfect. We were planning our wedding for over a year and Julie was willing to meet with us whenever I needed ANYTHING. When it got to the day Jackie was incredible. All we had to do was show up and get married. She made sure everything was set up, that we were all running on time, and all the other little details that you have to worry about day of were taken care of, I could not have imagined a more perfect day. All of my vendors were so impressed by Windsong and their staff. This is the BEST place to get married. I would recommend them to any bride, looking for any type of wedding, they can do it all!

My husband and I had the BEST experience working with Windsong Estate Event Center! The venue is gorgeous and their staff and coordinators are amazing! They think of everything and make planning your event SO easy. An amazing facility! From the initial contact to locking the doors after my daughter's wedding reception the staff was amazing. They seemed to anticipate our needs even before we did. When we thought there might be a snag on the way, our event staff was well on the way to implementing solutions so everything was flawless. Our guests also commented on the staff and beauty of the center and grounds. The list of vendors used as a resource hooked us up with only the most professional and high quality estabolishments. We can not recomend Windsong enough. It truly is a Fort Collins treasure.

We absolutely loved Windsong Estate Event Center! We got married July 14th 2018 and they made sure that everything ran smoothly throughout the entire night! It was so nice that I didn’t have to think about anything besides enjoying the night as a bride. It made a huge difference being able to meet every few months with Julie and Shannon to go over details and plan everything. They knew all the questions to ask and each time I left a meeting I felt more prepared and organized for our big day! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Our experience with Windsong was above and beyond what I ever could have expected!! The venue is so, so gorgeous! I love that all members of the Windsong family were so involved with our wedding from beginning to end! From the first day we walked in at the open house to all of our follow up meetings to the day of, they were so supportive and helpful. We planned for an outdoor wedding all day but due to severe wind at last minute, our ceremony was moved inside. And it turned out better than expected! We also had so many guests, family and bridal party would raved on about Julie and Jacquelyn's help and support day of! Even the during the rehearsal, they kept me so positive as I was stressing out. Our only complaint day of was the miscommunication of the placement of our slideshow. However, at the end of the day, I would pick Windsong a million times over and relive our day, everyday! Thank you for helping make our day better than we ever could have expected!

I cannot be more thankful for finding this venue, and having the help and support from Jackie and her team. It is beautiful, clean, open, and has phenomenal sunsets. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone.

Jackie was absolutely amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process!! She is so knowledgeable about all of the vendors that they recommend and knows each of them personally! Not only was Jackie amazing her staff that was there on my actually wedding day went above and beyond my expectations! I didn't worry or stress about a single thing with Jackie, Courtney and Alex! I can't thank them enough for making our wedding day so perfect!
