The entire Windsor Ballroom team was extremely nice and professional from the beginning. They were always so quick to respond to any question I had and always seemed so happy to help. The overall experience was amazing. My brother had his reception here over 5 years ago and since then I knew I wanted my reception here as well. The food was amazing then and now. The recent updates to the ballroom are beautiful and they really helped make my vision come to life. Everything was perfect! On my wedding day I wanted to take a menu as a keepsake and I forgot, I reached out to them and they printed an extra menu for me ready to be picked up that day. Definitely a team I would love to work with again! I would highly recommend the Windsor Ballroom!

I would have given a 4.5 if that was allowed because a whole point off feels harsh. Overall i loved our venue it was an incredibly stress free experience. Anjelica and Amanda were super responsive and supportive through the whole entire process. I have just a couple issues that disappointed me.1) I booked my MOH in the hotel room that has a connecting door to the bridal suite. I called and emailed several times confiriming this with the venue. the morning of check in they informed me that the room was occupied and they would have to move my MOH all the way down the hall. Now obviously not the hill im going to die on but still pretty annoying.2) at the end of my reception i told the maitre d that i wanted the cardbox and gifts brought up to my room that night as i wanted to know exactly where they were overnight instead of picking it up in the morning. he told me it would be brought up with a slice of our wedding cake and a bottle of champagne. none of the above was brought to our room and it took hours of banging on peoples doors for us to find out that he allowed our best man to bring it to his room without telling anybody. im of course grateful it was left with someone we trust but how did the maitre d know he was trustworthy? the cake and champagne was delivered to someone elses room so pretty upset we didn't get to have our cake and champagne on our wedding night. but again, not a hill to die on. 3) my only other complaint was from when i brought in my final deposit. i scheduled a day weeks in advance to come drop off the cash. When I showed up there was nobody there from the events department to accept my payment. this was only super annoying because i live almost 45 minutes away so i couldn't easily just come back another time. Besides my small annoyances, the venue was stunning and perfect and I would highly recommend it to another bride!

Our Wedding took place on July 21, 2023. Our experience with the Windsor Ballroom wedding coordinators and staff was superb. On our first consultation with Anjelica we loved it so much that we signed the contract right away. She was extremely caring and personable and so was Amanda. They kept communicating with us making the wedding planning process so smooth and stress-free with all the help. This venue offered so much that we basically only needed to book a few vendors on our own. I was really nervous when I started to look for venues and once I met Anjelica she gave me so much reassurance, I felt confident and that really made a difference.On our wedding day our guests were speechless with the amazing service and the amenities offered. We had our beautiful courtyard wedding ceremony, our cocktail hour a few steps away and our Reception in the ballroom area. My guests loved that everything was in the same place and that when they arrived there was ample parking and a beautiful lobby to welcome them. The food at this venue is excellent. Iāve been to countless weddings and the food is never impressive. My guests were raving about the variety of food and how good and tasty it was. They are still talking about it.Marvin was our banquet manager. He was outstanding to say the least. Marvin was on top of the schedule to make sure everything was running seamlessly on our wedding day. This guy secured my wedding dress bustle like a pro as I had put away my phone and couldnāt get my sister to do it. My Bridal suite was perfect. It was so big! My parents and sisters were able to go and spend some time with me before the ceremony began. They delivered some champagne to the bridal suite to celebrate before the ceremony began.We couldnāt believe everything we got for the value. My family called our wedding day a magical moment. This was such a positive experience for such an important event, we will forever treasure the memories.After our wedding was over they sent wedding cake to our bridal suite and more champagne to enjoy during our stay.Thank you to Anjelica, Amanda, Marvin, Steven and all of the Windsor Ballroom staff. We are happy and so grateful. Stellar service with a heart.

Windsor Ballroom is a great place, we just had our wedding in June, 2023, the ceremony area is really beautiful! And all of my guest told me the cocktail hour is amazing, I feel sorry I didn't get a chance to get a bite. And the meal was awesome! The two choice is popular and all of our guests finished it. And the cake is wonderful, some guests even had extra slides!Thanks to Anje and Amanda, they are so nice. Windsor Ballroom is not only a beautiful venue, with great food and service, but it also is budget friendly compared! The pricing is definitely reasonable. We also LOVED the fact that it is located inside a hotel which made things so much more easier on not only us but our guests.

Our guests stayed at the hotel but the wedding was at a different location. We had a brunch for 65 guests on Sunday Morning the 28th of August. Maria Alvarado and Angelica helped with the arrangements. The Brunch was amazing everything worked like clockwork the food was delicious. We were extremely pleased !!kudos to the team!!

My husband and I were treated with respect, patience and compassion. It was like they were planning their own wedding too. They understood if we changed our minds. They didn't make us feel bad. Specifically Maria, Anjelica and Amanda! Thank you ladies so much for everything you have done to help make our wedding day a huge success. Everyone is still talking about how beautiful everything was, they comment on how clean the venue was and THE FOOD!!!!! The food was a HIT!!! We could not have picked a better venue with better staff and better food! We truly appreciate everything, including the amazing staff who assisted the overnight guest in the Holiday Inn portion of the space, like Matt and even Mick for the reservations. Everyone became like family!!! Everyone contributed in some way to our day!!! Lastly, Maria and Anjelica were super amazing when it came to needed help that they did not have to provide as it was outside of their duties.. . They helped out when my \"Wedding planner\" dropped the ball numerous times, they were comforting when I informed them that I miscarried 3 months prior to our wedding. I am so grateful for being these beautiful women. Thank you again ladies!!!! If you need to book a venue, you won't regret your decision to go to The Windsor Ballroom!!! Our wedding was originally supposed to be in April of 2020, so through the multiple postponements, we couldn't help but be extra anxious finally going into the big day. Thanks to the helpfulness and professionalism of the entire staff of Windsor Ballroom and the Holiday Inn, the day went beautifully and smoothly. Our coordinator and servers were constantly checking in with us to keep things running seamlessly and to make sure we had everything we needed, including reminding us to eat! :) Those may seem like little details, but when you're running around all day trying to make sure you greet all your guests and that they're having a good time, knowing you can rely on and trust the staff to take care of event flow/food is SO valuable and a huge thing to not have to worry about when you're already stressed. The staff were all extremely courteous, sweet, and attentive, and our guests were all raving about how great the buffet stations were. We highly recommend the Windsor Ballroom for future events, and want to again extend our gratitude to the entire staff for helping make our special day so worth the wait!

Our wedding was originally supposed to be in April of 2020, so through the multiple postponements, we couldn't help but be extra anxious finally going into the big day. Thanks to the helpfulness and professionalism of the entire staff of Windsor Ballroom and the Holiday Inn, the day went beautifully and smoothly. From the moment we met Diana and toured the Windsor Ballroom, we knew it was where we wanted to get married.Ā From the second we met her, Diana made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Her genuine smile and bubbly personality matched so well with us as a couple. She listened to our needs and worked with us to create the best possible package.Ā The excitement we felt that day carried us through the year, as we continued the planning.Ā So many people told us the planning would be so stressful, but Diana took that away from us by being the best coordinator we could have possibly asked for.Ā I could go on and on about how amazing she is at what she does!Ā Yes, it is her job, but she excels at it!!Throughout the process, the entire team was there for us every time we had a question or concern.Ā Between Diana, Ty, Kelly and Andrea, they made wedding planning so easy.Ā Every time it was time for us to have an appointment, they were right on top of it. When they say no stress wedding, they mean it!Ā I was confident going into our big day that everything would be perfect.Ā Ā The day came and they did a fantasticĀ job making my vision come to life. I was blown away by how put together everything was for us.Ā Ā Ty and his assistant Yazmin did an excellent job, and our head wait Florie was on top of us all night making sure we were well fed and had what we needed.At the end of the night, everything was packaged up for us to pick up in the morning. The ease of everything from start to finish made for a seamless weekend and a very happy bride and groom.Ā Ā Our only complaint is the hotel; we hesitated to add this here because I don't want to take away from how amazing the ballroom is or how much we loved our wedding day.Ā That said, when you contract your wedding here, you get a hotel suite for bride and groom and a room block for your guests.Ā As amazing and organized as our ballroom team was, the same cannot be said for the hotel.Ā I went through four main contacts and had a lot of unnecessary back of forth to get things right.Ā On the day of, we had multiple issues with rooms- non-smoking rooms smelling like smoke and in two rooms, issues with mold.Ā Our friends didn't want to upset us so we didn't find out until the next morning when we found out that some of our guests left that night, instead of staying.Ā This just cannot be overlooked.Ā Ā Ultimately, the pros of booking here far outweighed any negatives.Ā We had considered a few other places, but I am so happy we went with the Windsor Ballroom. The only change we would make is staying at a different hotel, even if it meant paying out of pocket for the suite.Ā It is shame that they are connected because the quality of the ballroom far outshines the hotel.Ā Ā The Windsor Ballroom has a package for every budget and they really work hard to make sure you have the most perfect day.Ā Our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything looked, the amazing selection of food and huge dance floor!Ā One last note: our cake was included from Chocolate Carousel and it was honestly the most amazing cake I have ever had!Ā It was unique to us and tasted amazing!Ā Ā All in, we would not change having had our wedding there.Ā Our day was simply the best and I only wish I could do it ten more times!

The Windsor Ballroom was highly recommended through an email and I remembered attending there for a friends wedding in 2015 and I remember the food was amazing. When I got an email reply back of being interested in touring the place, my wife and I were so thrilled the venue was connected to the hotel making it very convenient for us by the end of the night. We also loved how close it was for our guests. The wedding packages were great and the food was still as amazing as I remembered it. Most importantly my wife loved the place. Honestly we spent maybe 3 weeks researching venues and The Windsor Ballroom was the only place we physically toured and we booked our wedding the same day. Ty, Diana, Kelly, Andrea and Sue (before she transferred) were amazing. They were on top of everything, very professional and fun to plan with. The Windsor Ballroom of East Windsor is the PERFECT place for your PERFECT day! From the moment Kelly came out to meet me, she was FABULOUS! Her energy and excitement for MY day was AMAZING!! She showed me everything and gave me ideas I might like. She took her time and made sure all my questions were answered. I am a BIG customer service person and they EXCEEDED my expectations! One of the biggest things for me was the fact that everyone that would be part of my wedding team took the time out to come introduce themselves to me!! THAT WAS HUGE!! It made me feel 200% confidant that they will handle EVERY aspect of our big day and I have no worries that they will!! Diana and her team were very communicative from the start, and we liked that they asked us a lot of questions ahead of time so that they could prepare for our visit. We were relieved that The Knot had listed them as LGBT friendly, and they certainly were! They had Mrs. and Mrs. glasses served with some cold cuts, which immediately put us at ease. Diana walked us through all the details and worked with our budget to make sure we could get everything we hoped for while still being affordable. Alisa then gave us a sneak peek of what the rooms in our wedding block would look like, which we were also very grateful for. So of course we booked with them and are really looking forward to rest of the planning, food tasting, and of course, the reception with the help of Diana and her team!

The Windsor Ballroom was beautiful, classy and elegant with a touch of modern ambiance. The food is excellent and there are a ton of fun stations to add to cocktail hour and dessert. Andrea, Diana and Ty were helpful and professional, from answering all of our questions to making sure every last detail was perfect. They took care of everything and were an integral part of our wedding day. The banquet Captain, Irma was also amazing. She was incredibly attentive and made sure we ate, drank and enjoyed ourselves! We cannot say enough great things about The Windsor Ballroom! Thank you guys for making this the most amazing and perfect day-it exceeded our expectations and will forever be one of the most amazing days of our lives.

All of the guests raved about how beautiful it was and how yummy all of the food was too. They enjoyed the open bar (I did too) and many are still talking about it to this day. We spoke with many members of their team, as of course team members can change in that length of time, but everyone was quick to pick up where someone else left off and was extremely accommodating. The staff were extremely patient and supportive throughout the planning process.On the day of our ceremony, Irma and Yasmin did a fantastic job with leading the flow of events throughout the ceremony and reception and effectively communicating with our vendors.Our guests gave rave reviews about the staffās superb customer service, the delicious food for the Cocktail Hour/Reception and the beautiful venue for the outdoor ceremony and the ballroom for the reception.Hands down, we would select Windsor Ballroom again to host our wedding ceremony and reception. It was literally the best day of our lives thus far!!!!

We were thrilled with our experience at the Windsor Ballroom! Andrea, Ty, and the team were always so responsive to any questions that we had. They helped us to feel confident that all arrangements would be made as we desired. They gave us a phenomenal package deal for the ceremony and reception, which included a wedding cake from Chocolate Carousel. Further, we were consistently notified of discount opportunities, and that allowed us to add enhancements to our ceremony and reception while remaining within our budget. They let us use the private courtyard for our pictures at no charge and made sure to have our ceremony room set up to allow for picture-taking well in advance of the ceremony. Setting up a room block was easy and we were not charged for any unused rooms. Amanda always kept us apprised of who had made reservations. While staying over at the hotel (Holiday Inn of East Windsor), we, our wedding party, and other guests got spectacular service from the front desk (especially Molly) and other staff. Ty and Irma gave us great attention and advice leading up to the ceremony and both made sure that our ceremony and reception went perfectly. Irma even helped to bustle the wedding dress! Our guests were so complimentary of the abundant and delicious food offered first at the cocktail hour and then at the reception. We highly recommend the Sundae Boardwalk enhancement as dessert for you and your guests! At the end of the night, Ty, Irma, and the team packed everything (gifts, our toasting flutes, leftover cake, etc.) quickly and transported it to our bridal suite. We could not have been more satisfied with the service and quality of the food and venue as at the Windsor Ballroom. It is a beautiful and elegant venue that offers very reasonable and comprehensive packages with a phenomenal staff dedicated to great service.

Everything was PERFECT from start to finish. We sat down and booked with Samantha who we fell in love with and who helped us to fall in love. Unfortunately, she took another job and left the ballroom. At first I was nervous because she was the only one I eve spoke with but boy was I wrong to be nervous. Andrea, Sidney and Rachel stepped up and were absolutely fabulous. As most brides, I was FILLED with questions (sometimes 3-4 emails a day with questions). They answered every single one with no hesitation and made me feel so comfortable walking into the big day. Our day started out looking like a wash out - but waking up that morning it looked like we would be safe to be outdoors. They had outdoor AND indoor ceremony set up for us just to be safe and that was such a calming factor. I would have been so scared it would downpour right as it was time to go down the aisle. Ty, the day of coordinator, was fabulous. He made sure everything was perfect and that I was comfortable the whole day. I can never say enough about EVERY person at this venue. Everyone keeps telling us how FANTASTIC the food was, and we totally agree! BEST venue, BEST dance floor, BEST food and BEST staff! Thank you all SO much for the BEST day.

Everything was PERFECT from start to finish. We sat down and booked with Samantha who we fell in love with and who helped us to fall in love. Unfortunately, she took another job and left the ballroom. At first I was nervous because she was the only one I eve spoke with but boy was I wrong to be nervous. Andrea, Sidney and Rachel stepped up and were absolutely fabulous. As most brides, I was FILLED with questions (sometimes 3-4 emails a day with questions). They answered every single one with no hesitation and made me feel so comfortable walking into the big day. Our day started out looking like a wash out - but waking up that morning it looked like we would be safe to be outdoors. They had outdoor AND indoor ceremony set up for us just to be safe and that was such a calming factor. I would have been so scared it would downpour right as it was time to go down the aisle. Ty, the day of coordinator, was fabulous. He made sure everything was perfect and that I was comfortable the whole day. I can never say enough about EVERY person at this venue. Everyone keeps telling us how FANTASTIC the food was, and we totally agree! BEST venue, BEST dance floor, BEST food and BEST staff! Thank you all SO much for the BEST day.

The Windsor Ballroom was an amazing wedding venue! The price was reasonable and everyone was so nice and accommodating all the time. They did a wonderful job setting up for us, were there helping us during the entire ceremony, and even packed stuff up for us (including the desserts!) at the end of the night. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The Windsor Ballroom was an amazing wedding venue! The price was reasonable and everyone was so nice and accommodating all the time. They did a wonderful job setting up for us, were there helping us during the entire ceremony, and even packed stuff up for us (including the desserts!) at the end of the night. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The best wedding decision I made. I must confess I was worried during the planning phase. The person I worked with was switched a couple of times and it all seemed like they didnāt care about my wedding. Boy was I wrong... nothing but compliments from every single guest on that day, the only complain was they had too much to eat and didnāt even have room for the cake ... lol.. they wish they could take some home ...Loool... My guest were extremely happy ... I was happy ... they were so accomodating on things I wanted included for my special day as an African. As regards their staff on the day. I donāt know where to start concerning Irma. Irma catered to me and my husband perfectly- she went above and beyond for us. She was unbelievably exceptional. Iām forever grateful to her. My bridesmaids zip ripped and she was ready with an emergency kit to save the day. I also stained my wedding dress while eating and she got the stain off with her magic touchš. My day went seamlessly thanks to her and of course Ty as well. Be sure to ask for Irma on your day. You wonāt regret it.

We chose Windsor Ballroom originally because of what was offered through their Winter Wonderland package but honestly they were so great. From the beginning, they were responsive and accommodating. Working with them to plan such a big day in our lives was super easy with zero stress. Leading up to the wedding they took some of the reigns which lessened the load on us. We worked with Andrea to finalize all the details and menu for the wedding. Then we coordinated with Ty who took inventory and instruction for all our added touches. It honestly felt like he shared our vision. The day of the wedding was perfect! Irma and Ty were in full control and made sure not only us but our closest family members were taken care for the entirety of the event. I would highly recommend but after our wedding all friends and family are already completely sold and looking for another occasion to plan!

Our wedding reception was held here on 12-2-2017. We booked this place on our first visit on July 31st, 2017. We simply fell in love with it as soon as we walked in. The dance floor was so spacious and the chandeliers added such elegance to this place . They beautifully decorated the tables with their centerpieces including candles which almost matched the chandelier/candle theme stage we had for our reception. We had outside vendor for our catering, this made it a little difficult for us to get the full experience as a newly married couple since we did not have the complimentary bridal suit or the breakfast they offer to their in-house client. However, I am not complaining as I had a great time at my wedding. :)

This is probably the latest review in the history of reviews. I had my wedding at the Windsor Ballroom in August of 2017. It was the absolute best night of my life. From the beginning Windsor Ballroom was an pleasure to work with. Every single one of their employees cares tremendously about the quality of everything they do. When I booked my wedding I booked it with Samantha, unfortunately she doesn't work there anymore, but she still showed up the night of my wedding just to show how much she cares about the couples she works with. The night went off without a hitch and every need I had was met. My Captain Urma made sure everything I wanted or needed I got, everytime I put down an empty glass of champagne I had a fresh full one within seconds. When I needed bobby pins , Urma had them. Ty was wonderful ! He made sure I had everything I needed and also made sure that I ate something at some point in the night. Also, when a guest spilled their drink on my dress Ty was on his hands and knees along with a server drying my dress. I cannot explain how much fun my guests had and how many compliments I got about my wonderful wedding. When my husband and I got back to our room we found 3 packaged meals ready for us to take home, along with several pieces of cake and cookies! I cannot explain how much I loved having my wedding here!

Everything looked absolutely perfect. The ballroom fit our style perfectly. The day of Irma was amazing. She was such a help and such a delight to have. The food was delicious. From the moment we walked in on our first tour the catering team bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted, for the price we were looking for. For finalizing the arrangements we worked with Sydney who is super bubbly and excited, and amazing at keeping everything in order. She made the meeting for picking out colors/menus/etc. enjoyable rather than stressful. The ballroom is gorgeous, and the courtyard for the ceremony is stunning and the perfect size to feel intimate even with 140 people. There's plenty of room to never feel cramped throughout, including the courtyard, cocktail hour, and reception.The food is phenomenal, the wait staff is extremely courteous and go above and beyond, and the maitre d, Ty is basically Superman. Ty runs a tight ship; the groom and I were able to meet with him a few days before the wedding, hand over literally EVERYTHING that was needed the day of, and he had it under control. There was even an accident with the pumpkins/table numbers on my part requiring 3 pumpkins to be re-done; Ty told me to just bring him the new card-holder and he'd take care of it. Sure enough, the day of the wedding the table numbers looked amazing! Ty also assured that absolutely no issues made it to my husband or I, he handled everything himself, making the day completely stress-free for us.The true hero of our tail, though, is Irma. Irma is one of the \"captains\" of the wait staff, and she's the most amazing woman ever. From the moment we got there for pictures, Irma was there for anything my husband or I needed. She actually bustled my dress (expertly, I might add), when the bridesmaid with a video of the bustle was not in the room yet. She's practically a magician, having anything we asked for within minutes of the request, including getting the child meals out early so the kids could be picked up. The entire team is incredible, with major kudos going to Sydney, Ty, and the amazing Irma.

AMAZING!! The entire staff made our wedding day more perfect then we imagined. Tyler was there every step of the way making sure I was good and anything I needed. Andrea, Sam, the entire staff answered any and every email that I sent to them! Even if it was one after another no matter what the question was. From the time we stepped in to the time we left, we felt showered with kindness and attentiveness from both Samantha and Kylie.They both brought excellence, excitement and joy to our first appointment and the wedding packages were AMAZING! We're huge fans!! It was clear to us that every little detail mattered to the staff at Windsor Ballroom. Everything was taken care of at this place AND THEN SOME! Not only is the venue itself gorgeous, but they are so willing to work with your budget. It would be an absolute mistake to not meet with the team at Windsor Ballroom. They KNOW what they're doing!!

The ballroom was beautiful; every detail that I requested with the additional decor was perfect! And my guests could not say enough about how awesome Ty and Irma were... Ty with his organization & charm, and Irma with her kindness and willingness to address any requests from our guests... just fabulous! They make quite the team!And ladies, my gazillion email questions weekly, thank you for being so patient and always answering with such detail to put my mind at ease... Sam- you took us from start to finish, mapping everything out...thank you so much! My husband and I got married on October 28 and my mom and in laws are STILL getting phone calls from guests about how beautiful and fun the wedding was! Sam and Andrea from the office are so caring and they make sure you're always happy and having a great time! The cocktail hour was INSANE. Guests could not believe how incredible the food was and the amount of food they had to offer!! We decided to go with the sushi, man cave and carving stations which were a huge hit!! Reception was beautiful and everything was exactly how I imagined it! I made my own centerpieces and favors, as well as goody bags for the kids, and they displayed everything exactly how I had asked. Seriously, the Windsor Ballroom is exceptional for an unbeatable price!! Go there, take a tour and book your wedding or event asap, you will not regret it!

The Windsor Ballroom and their staff are simply amazing. My husband and I got married on October 28 and my mom and in laws are STILL getting phone calls from guests about how beautiful and fun the wedding was! My wedding was last night and I can't stop singing their praises. Ty was absolutely amazing. He made sure my husband and I were attended to the whole night. There was a slight issue with seating arrangements but the staff responded immediately and had everything taken care of. My guests could not stop talking about the food, especially the gorgeous sushi station and the s'mores station. The ballroom was gorgeous. The staff was attentive and cheerful and made the whole thing run smoothly. I can not recommend this place enough to have a big event like a wedding.

Last weekend we celebrated my son's Bar Mitzvah at The Windsor Ballroom. I couldn't be happier that we selected this venue for our reception. My husband and I were married at the Windsor Ballroom on Saturday, June 25th, 2016 and there are no words to describe how the entire staff exceeded our expectations. From every detail of planning our wedding, taking the time to discuss, even the smallest, details with us- all the way up to the week before prep conversations leading to the actual event. The key people we were lucky enough to work with were Samantha and Ty-- Wow!! They both worked together to make sure our wedding was completely perfect! We had our ceremony on the patio and Samantha & Andrea were right there to make sure I made it down the aisle perfectly! From that point forward Ty and his team worked all evening to make sure every aspect of the Cocktail hour and dinner went seamlessly-- and they definitely did. Even with as much fun as my husband and I were having, I could see Ty was always there....on the fringe....watching and waiting for anything we could possibly need. Our Wedding was completely perfect!! Our guests could not say enough about the staff. As an example, my Aunt called me the next day to share a story about a guest at the wedding that was a vegetarian and how Ty and the staff went out of their way to come up with a vegetarian dinner which was served with the tables dinner without any advance warning.... even bringing fruit for dessert :-) Very well done! The room was also perfect- which was a significant consideration when booking our event. The chandeliers are beautiful, dance floor perfectly sized and the table linens and center pieces are very well appointed. I also need to give a shout out to Michael at Off the Chart Entertainment who did a fantastic job with the music as well as live streaming pictures from the event to the screens he provided and Galis Photography! We had the best time with our photographers prior to the ceremony at home and at the park where we took pictures. Once the ceremony started the photographers and the video team were present but never took a single moment away from our wedding or our guests enjoyment of the wedding. Once again! Thank you so much to the Windsor ballroom staff !! I had my wedding on 10/16/15 everything was perfect. The maitre d Sam was great we are still getting compliments on how great everything went. The service we received was phenomenal we weren't left without a drink throughout the night. I wish we could do it all over again. Thank you Windsor Ballroom!
