This setting is a glass-enclosed space, with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, stunning architecture to create a bright, airy atmosphere. You and up to 300 guests can enjoy a glorious view of downtown Pittsburgh as you dine and dance. With 8,000 square feet of versatile space, you will be free to create any seating arrangement and design setup that best matches your vision. Crisp white decor surrounds the space, holding large, flourishing plants to add a nature-themed touch to your event. The main event space features trendy concrete steps leading to an elevated stage with a contemporary mirror backdrop. This can be easily customized to be used for your ceremony altar, head table, or DJ setup. Private dressing suites are also available in-house, for you to prepare for your special day in comfort. The onsite team will take care of the set-up and tear-down of your event design, and ensure a smooth transition from your ceremony to your reception. Tables, linens, and Chiavari chairs will be provided for your guests to enjoy a sophisticated atmosphere. I truly cannot recommend Wintergarden enough. The venue is absolutely beautiful (and photographed amazingly) and the food was way beyond what we were expecting - we’re still getting compliments on it. Shauna, Emily and Tiffany are amazing. Shauna was one step ahead of me the entire wedding planning process and Emily and Tiffany made sure the entire day went off without a hitch. I didn’t have a wedding planner or day of coordinator, and I was still able to fully enjoy my day and not worry about anything because they managed to stay on top of everything the entire day. They were also just unbelievably nice and friendly, and really fun to work with. So grateful to the Wintergarden team!!

The perfect aesthetic + utmost professionalism and organization. When I walked into Wintergarden to tour the venue, I immediately fell in love and felt that it was \"the one\" based on looks alone. Now, post-wedding, I recognize that not only is it a beautiful venue, but the total package. The food is all in-house and was honestly incredible. I don't ever expect wedding food to be anything to write home about, but Wintergarden really commits to making exceptional meals and we heard this as feedback from guests as well. The team at Wintergarden, featuring the incredible Shauna, is incredibly responsive. In the two YEARS leading up to my wedding, there wasn't an email or message that Shauna didn't answer promptly, and quite honestly it was often within the same hour. It seemed that the notes from old conversations or planning meetings were always maintained and organized - I never had to send repeat requests or make corrections. We worked with Shauna and our planner, Madeline Kelly, to build our layout and wedding timeline, and Wintergarden was extremely amenable to accommodating our preferences and requests. I think the beauty of this venue really speaks for itself and is worth booking. But knowing the food, the team, and the all around experience is all equally as exceptional as the space makes Wintergarden truly a uniquely special find. I whole heartedly recommend it to all!

We recently had the pleasure of working with the excellent team at the Wintergarden for my daughter's wedding reception. Shauna, Emily, Tiffany and Chef Josh were absolutely incredible in every aspect. The venue setup is perfect. The food was amazing, with guests raving to me about the quality and how the staff was able to serve 175 guests so quickly and efficiently. The genuine care and warmth that the staff exhibited made the entire experience even more memorable. I can't say enough about the Wintergarden! Thank you all for turning Bailey and Jake's dream into reality and making it such a fantastic day.

Not only were the moments amazing, the food was the talk of the town after! When they recommend the short rib, go with it! We were fortunate to have the opportunity to host our wedding reception at The Wintergarden, and couldn’t be more thankful we did. Aesthetically, the venue was exactly what we pictured for an elegant wedding reception in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. The staff at The Wintergarden, led by Shauna, provided first class service from our first meeting through the final song at the reception, making concerted effort to deliver exactly what we had in mind. The food was the best we’ve had at any wedding reception and has been a frequent topic of discussion with our guests in the days since the wedding.Planning a wedding certainly brings stress, but choosing The Wintergarden was a major blessing in mitigating that stress and allowing us to have the perfect night with our friends and family. We could never imagine having our reception anywhere else and would strongly recommend anyone looking for a venue in the Pittsburgh area to choose The Wintergarden.

The Wintergarden is absolutely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. It’s absolutely beautiful and fit my husband and I’s style perfectly, but Shauna really is the icing on the cake. Her and her team are the BEST!! I have nothing but amazing things to say about them and they made wedding planning so much easier. Shauna is so quick to respond, organized, kind, helpful and truly made the process so easy for us. On the day of, I had absolutely no worries. Shauna and her team made us feel so special on our wedding day and executive everything perfectly. Our guests raved about the space and the food! We are so happy our wedding was at the Wintergarden and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a venue!

Wow... where to start! First of all, what an absolutely stunning venue. This place looks incredible any time of the year. Second, the service was top notch. Shauna, Tiffany, and Emily were responsive, hardworking, and dedicated to make our day perfect. Third, the FOOD. Our guests told us that it was the best wedding food they had ever had, and I would have to concur! The Vegetable Bolognese is under-rated, it was delicious. From start to finish, the planning process was seamless and easy. I cannot thank the staff at the Wintergarden enough for making our wedding dreams come true! If you are thinking of booking your wedding here, do it!

Our wedding at Wintergarden exceeded our expectations. Everything went so smoothly and it was just so absolutely beautiful. Shauna and her team were so wonderful to work with and we loved how easy they made the planning process for us! I also cannot say enough good things about Emily and Tiffany. We felt so taken care of and so stress-free the day of and through the entire wedding. They were so wonderful to us and I cannot thank them enough. Moving on to food. I remember the tasting being incredible but it’s like it was 1000 times better on wedding day. Everything was so delicious and the presentation was gorgeous. Everyone there raved about the food. I might be slightly biased but the food was the best wedding food I’ve ever had. All my compliments to Chef Josh. The service staff was amazing. The way the food came out and was taken to each table by a line of servers was so organized and honestly amazing to watch from our sweetheart table. No one waited long for their food and all the food came out warm and delicious. The bartenders were absolutely incredible. The drinks were amazing. My signature drink, the cucumber gimlet, was probably the best cucumber gimlet I’ve ever had. The bartenders were all so kind to our guests and everyone loved them and the drinks they served. All in all this experience was impeccable. I was so stress-free day of knowing that every little detail was covered by the team at Wintergarden and the vendors they recommended to me. They made our big day so special. The whole day was perfect and that is hugely due to Shauna, Emily, Tiffany, Chef Josh, and the service staff at Wintergarden. So, thank you!!

Everything about my wedding at Wintergarden was a literal dream! The stunning look & feel initially attracted me to the space, but after meeting with Shauna, Emily and team IRL, I knew it was the right choice. They are SO organized and attentive. They listened to what I wanted and answered my many questions ahead of time, allowing me to come in-person for three different meetings to ensure I was feeling good.Day-of, we could not have been more impressed. The food was incredible and all of the staff was very nice and made us feel so special. We received countless compliments from our guests and were extremely pleased with how everything came to life. I cannot recommend Wintergarden enough - thank you to Shauna, Emily and the whole team!

Where do I start with what a WONDERFUL venue and experience working with the Wintergarden was. Their staff was the definition of professional and they made our day as stress free and perfect as possible. The entire process from submitting the down payment to the day of the wedding was so well communicated and handled by their staff. Shauna, Emily, and Tiffany do everything they can to keep your stress levels low and your excitement levels high. The food was spectacular, and all of our guests were very pleased with the food. The atmosphere of the venue is breath taking and the visuals on your big day are everything you dreamed of. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. Thank you for making our big day one that we will never forget.

The Wintergarden is simply amazing. From the food, the team, the gorgeous space - the list could go on and on. Shauna was always so responsive and helpful when questions came up. She made the entire process feel so seamless. Tiffany, Emily, and Chef have the day of execution down to a system. People were raving about the apps/entrees, dinner was served so quickly, and we did an added on charcuterie which was a beautiful display and big hit with the guests. I especially enjoyed that as the bride and groom we had a designated server who made sure we had food and drinks at all times. The Wintergarden was the only venue that we toured, but we knew from the moment that we walked into the space and met with Shauna that it was the one. The space just speaks for itself - even with some rain on our wedding day it lit up so beautifully. I am so happy with our decision and we are so thankful to have worked with such a wonderful team! The Wintergarden is truly the best!

I cannot recommend PPG Wintergarden enough!!!The space itself is STUNNING and it was worth every penny to have our wedding here. We were able to save money on flowers because there’s so much natural beauty at Wintergarden. You can’t help but smile and be overjoyed when you walk into this space. The staff was SO friendly, professional, patient, and went above and beyond between the planning and the actual wedding night. They took care of all the little and big details, and we trusted them with everything! Communication throughout the process from scheduling a venue tour, to our tasting, and through the big night was always quick and clear (especially as we planned this wedding from out of town). We never had worries about anything while working with Shauna. We also worked with Tiffany and Emily who were incredible! Maggie was one of the servers working on our wedding night and she made sure we were always taken care of!!Chef Josh made the best wedding food ever and was very accommodating with our long list of allergies. At the end of the night they made sure we had everything we brought with us. We were having way too much fun all night to be responsible for packing everything, so we are forever grateful to the staff who took care of this.

If you are looking to get married in Pittsburgh, look no further, you have found the venue and team of your dreams. Not only is the Wintergarden a stunning venue in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, but Shauna is one of the most wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is organized, honest, kind, and full of amazing ideas and suggestions. She is so accommodating and made our wedding day absolutely flawless. The venue is so convenient, you do not need to think about and organize a million different vendors. Now to the food - Chef Josh is an absolute genius. I got married almost three weeks ago, and I still have friends and family texting me that they are thinking about the food from our wedding. From the passed hors d'oeuvres to the salad to dinner, every single aspect of the meal was delicious. Emily and Tiffany were the two who were on-site for the entire day of our wedding (and many meetings leading up to it), and these women are FABULOUS. Not only were they they best hype-women and made me feel like a princess all night, they helped every second of our wedding flow so perfectly. We cannot thank PPG Wintergarden, Shauna, Chef Josh, Emily and Tiffany enough. The wedding of my dreams came together perfectly without a single flaw. One thing I will note - I almost did not choose Wintergarden because I was not thrilled about guests sitting at their tables for the ceremony, but I actually ended up loving it that way. Every single one of my guests could see every moment of our ceremony because of it. We all know we have been to weddings where you cannot see the bride or the groom - not an issue at all here! And beyond that, Shauna ended up crafting a way for brides to set up the ceremony in a classic way if desired. Again - stop looking, this is where you need to have your wedding!

This venue is INCREDIBLE!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about Shauna and her team. We had so many guests go out of their way to tell us how amazing it was. The space is absolutely beautiful and the staff is amazing.All of the food including cocktail hour apps and dinner entrees were amazing and were served HOT (unlike many other weddings) which was a huge thing for me. There is nothing worse than lukewarm food.There are so many hotels close by that guests can easily walk to post-reception. Shauna is so helpful and extremely quick at responding via email. She gets back to you very quickly and is so on top of it throughout the whole process. I had no idea what I was doing, but she walked us through every step, created a timeline, etc. I had so much faith in her and her team and they absolutely delivered on our wedding day. You cannot go wrong with having your wedding reception at the Wintergarden. Our day was perfect in every way.

The Wintergarden was absolutely amazing! Aside from the breathtaking ambience and delicious food, every aspect of this venue and the staff that runs it is incredible. From our initial meeting to the big day, the staff and coordinators at the Wintergarden were professional and helpful. Their expertise helped to make every step seamless. The communication was great and there were many details that my husband and I weren't sure about, allowing the coordinators at the Wintergarden to take lead! We did not have a planner and did not need one thanks to their amazing expertise, communication, and organization. I would recommend this venue 10 times out of 10! Truly, our entire wedding planning process was amazing thanks to this venue and its amazing team.

We booked Wintergarden without touring any other facilities. It was the PERFECT choice for our wedding. It had the vibes we were looking for and had some many items for us to use towards our design (linens, chargers, silverware, chairs etc). We had both our ceremony and reception there and it was BEAUTIFUL. The team, Shauna, Emily, and Tiffany were so accommodating, listened to all of our ideas, and pointed us in the right direction with how to make the most of our event. Day of, Emily and Tiffany were so attentive, making sure not only we were taken care of, but our closest friends and family were pampered as well. Chef Josh made meals that people could not stop talking about. The meals were cooked perfectly and were delicious. The appetizers that he came up with were plentiful and the talk of the cocktail hour! Wintergarden is classic and modern, timeless but trendy. We loved having our wedding here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect venue!

We had our wedding reception at the Wintergarden PPG. I cannot begin to explain how amazing every person that works here is! Shauna helped us throughout the entire process and made everything so much easier on us. We seriously had NO wedding stress at all! Shauna was quick with responses to our emails and was so helpful with anything we asked. She assured me that we wouldn’t need a wedding planner and she was absolutely correct, she was beyond helpful! Emily and Tiffany were also wonderful on our wedding day. They made sure everything went smoothly and perfectly! All of my guests loved the food and mentioned how polite all of the staff members were. This venue is absolutely stunning and the amazing staff is just an added bonus. We cannot recommend the Wintergarden PPG enough!!!

We were recently married in Wintergarden and to say it blew my expectations out of the water would be an understatement. We looked through many venues in the early days of wedding planning but as soon as we toured wintergarden I knew it was the perfect choice for us. The inside is unique and absolutely gorgeous. The location and accessibility to downtown is perfect for local and out of town guests. The venue coordinator Shauna made the process seamless from the very beginning. She was incredibly helpful, answering questions and addressing our concerns every step of the way. Our guests raved about the food and drinks. I cannot recommend Wintergarden enough!

Wintergarden at PPG Place was my dream wedding venue that I didn't even know about until I laid eyes on it. The venue itself is beyond gorgeous and the perfect place for our wedding ceremony and reception. The venue is laid out, decorated and designed so perfectly that it does not need much additionally for decorations to make it perfect for your event. Shauna and her team were professional, organized, efficient, helpful and extremely detail orientated. They made everything come together beautifully and executed our wedding ceremony and reception flawlessly. We cannot recommend this venue and Shauna enough!!!

As a wedding planner and designer here in Pittsburgh, PA, I am always thrilled to say the least when clients of mine are interested in Wintergarden at PPG Place for their ceremony/reception or event venue, or potential clients of mine that already have the venue booked and are looking for a planning and design team. Shauna takes pride in EXTREMELY prompt communication, which truly makes the wedding planning experience as smooth as can be for all. Shauna has her clients best interest in mind and is always willing to go the extra mile and more to ensure that every single wedding and event hosted at Wintergarden at PPG Place is top notch, you can really tell how much she enjoys her role at the venue and takes pride in what she does. Food is always tasty and service couldn't be smoother or more efficient! If you decide to host your wedding or event at Wintergarden at PPG Place, trust me, you will be in the absolute best of hands with Shauna! WOW i cannot say enough good things about the team at Wintergarden! The venue itself is gorgeous and really does not need much decoration. The food is fantastic, with lots of abilities to accommodate dietary restrictions. The true stars, however, are the people who run the show. Shauna, Emily, and Tiffany are all amazing to work with, incredibly responsive and committed to making the big day the best possible. I did not have a wedding planner and honestly felt no need for one, as the Wintergarden team made the day of so seamless! You won't regret booking them!

The Wintergarden at PPG Place is a PHENOMENAL wedding venue. From the first site visit, through our wedding day, Shauna and her team exceeded expectations and made all our visions come to life. Shauna is incredible with communication and always responds to emails promptly, making suggestions and answering questions enthusiastically. I didn't hire an outside wedding planner or day of coordinator, but felt completely confident in all the Wintergarden team, who went above and beyond for us the wedding day to ensure everything was perfect. You can rest easy knowing that you are in good hands at the Wintergarden. Aside from incredible service from servers and bar tenders, the Wintergarden is stunning, and we got many compliments from guests that they've never been to a wedding venue like this before, and that the food was exceptional. Cannot recommend this venue enough- one of the best there is in PGH!

We can't begin to describe how amazing Wintergarden at PPG Place is for a wedding venue. From the very beginning, Shauna (venue coordinator) was so easy to communicate with and she would answer emails so quickly whenever we had questions. Our wedding in April 2023 went so smooth & was so perfect thanks to our vendors & this venue. Wintergarden had natural light come in through the glass for our ceremony & then the venue transformed as it got darker out. It was so nice having our ceremony & reception onsite at Wintergarden. The catering & bar service was phenomenal. Everyone was raving about the appetizers (specifically chickpea panisse!) & the entrees (pork tenderloin is to die for). The bar service was so great & they have such a variety for the alcohol selection. The cappuccino/espresso add on is a must for after dinner! The location is also perfect as we had an after party at City Works. Overall, our day could not have been any better. Wintergarden truly goes above & beyond and the service is top notch. We highly recommend this venue for your wedding!!

BEST VENUE! We had the best experience working with Shauna and her team. They made everything so easy with the planning. Any questions I had Shauna and her team always responded right away. The food was amazing. That was one comment from our wedding all the guest could not believe how much food they got and how good it was. The service was top notch! It is such a fun venue with the location in market square. When guest arrived to the cocktail hour they were greeted with signature drinks! I can’t say enough good things about this venue and staff!

I got married recently at the Wintergarden, and it was absolutely everything I could have dreamed of and more. The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful and has lots of internal decorations you hardly have to do anything! Shauna and her team were amazing to work with, Shauna was always very quick and responsive to all emails/inquiries which helped SO MUCH! The food was also sooo good the guests all raves about everything from cocktail hour to dinner! I wouldn’t have changed a thing about this venue or the team. They helped make my vision come to life! Best day ever and best team ever!

What a GORGEOUS PLACE. I can't even begin to thank the staff at the Wintergarden for helping with making out wedding perfect. From a tasting to make sure we got to try all of the foods (which by the way were incredible), to a meeting a few days before to go over where our decorations would go, to communicating with all of the other vendors to make the process so seamless. They really did make it seem like it was easy, when I absolutely know that there were so many moving parts. For food we had the steak, the salmon, and the vegetarian bolognese, and even though I'm not vegetarian I got that bolognese and it was EXCELLENT. Thank you times a million to everyone there; if you choose the Wintergarden you will not be disappointed. Especially in the wintertime, with the tree outside and some Christmas decorations, we could not have asked for a more elegant and beautiful venue.

There are no words that I have to even describe how beautiful this venue is. It was truly a dream come true. Working with Shauna, made the entire experience enjoyable. Her organization, quick responses, expertise, and flexibility were truly unmatched. The food was absolutely amazing (definitely the best food I've ever had at a wedding and multiple people told me this as well), and just all the help from everyone. Tiffany and Emily were amazing that day and I truly appreciate everything they did to make the day enjoyable and stress free. I'm not sure what event I can plan next, but if there is another event that requires a large venue, the Wintergarden will certainly be our choice.

Wintergarden was the most magical venue for our ceremony and reception. We got married at the end of October, so as the sun set the lights twinkled against the glass backdrop. The venue is absolutely stunning and has such an elegant aesthetic. What really makes this choice the BEST is the team we worked with on our special day. The coordinator Shauna is extremely organized, thoughtful, supportive and so experienced in ensuring our day flowed smoothly. She kept us on track throughout the entire planning process and is so easy to work with. The rest of the staff are exceptional - Emily made sure that everything was in the right place and we both felt great about the layout. She thinks very creatively and is open to making sure that you are happy with everything. Tiff is so kind - I was really nervous before my ceremony and she checked in on me several times and I felt that I could trust her as if we had been friends for a long time. It is rare that you get that with someone you have just met ! The culinary team under Chef Josh is excellent - everyone raves about our food and how nice the portions were. The staff at Wintergarden elevates the experience and I could not have picked a better team or venue ! Do yourself a favor and add this to your list of options for your wedding day.

She was super easy to communicate with and always very quick to respond with thorough information on any questions I had. As stressful as wedding planning can be, I never had to worry when it came to anything venue-related thanks to how helpful and detail-oriented Shauna was. Everything went perfectly on the day-of thanks to seamless planning from Shauna and her team. The space looked absolutely beautiful and everything was set up as I envisioned. The food was amazing as well with many of our guests praising the quality and quantity of their meals along with how quickly everything was served. Beyond the food, our guests were incredibly complimentary of the evening as a whole. I cannot speak highly enough of the Wintergarden and couldn't recommend it more! We recently had our reception at the Wintergarden on October 1, 2022. If you are looking for a venue there isn't a need to look any further. Seriously, book the Wintergarden you won't regret it. Shauna and her team are simply amazing. They are there for you for everything you need from months of planning, to pre-wedding tasting, to day of. Communication is top notch from the entire staff and their efforts to coordinate with other vendors made our planning seamless. Also the food is amazing. Our guests are still talking about it even a month later. We cannot speak more highly of the Wintergarden and hope that you book them for your wedding too! The location of this venue is ideal, especially for out-of-town guests. There are numerous hotels, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance, giving guests easy access to accommodations and other fun things to do in the city. The Wintergarden’s onsite team, Shauna, Emily, Tiffany, Maggie, & Chef Josh, deserve all the praise in the world. I can’t thank each of them enough for their role in hosting our special day. Shauna is so personable in all interactions with everyone. She is responsive in her communication and honest when providing information, offering recommendations, and answering questions. We are so thankful to have had such a reliable person coordinate our wedding day. Tiffany, Maggie, and Emily ensured our wedding day timeline and order of events ran smoothly. They were kind in coordinating with our wedding party and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the night. And lastly, we could give Chef Josh and the culinary team an endless number of compliments. Our guests were so impressed with the food and it is always talked about when we think back on our day. AMAZING! Wintergarden at PPG Place is better in real life than in photos. The space itself is the perfect backdrop for your wedding/event... it doesn't have a bad angle! Honestly, less is more as far as your décor goes. Let this place shine! Shauna and her staff are extremely easy to work with. So much is included in the price: beautiful chairs, linens, chargers, votive candles, a personal butler for the couple on the day of the wedding, plus day of coordinators. The staff keeps everything running so smoothly that you truly do not need a wedding planner if you can manage the planning up to the wedding day yourself! The food is AMAZING. Our guests raved about every appetizer and entrée. The bar staff can make basically any drink you can imagine and the lines never got long due to the butler passed wine and second bar. The greenery walls make perfect photo backgrounds and separate the space well without making it feel cramped. The staff is honest about what you need and don't based on your vision and budget. They don't try to upsell you, which is hard to find in the wedding industry. I can honestly say that this place is worth the money and then some. You can truly make your day as extravagant or as simple as you want it to be and either way it will be amazing here. Only Suggestion: I would recommend you tell your guests the time the doors open AND the actually ceremony start time to prevent them from having to wait for a long time in the lobby.

There is not one bad thing I can say about the Wintergarden at PPG Place. Shauna made the entire planning process as seamless and easy going as possible. We were not stressed at all while planning our wedding because Shauna kept us on track the entire time. She was quick to reply to our many emails and made us feel like her only client. We had a great time at the tasting and the food was just as great as the day of our wedding! For the day of the wedding, Caitlin, Maggie, Tiffany, Chef John and the servers were just as amazing! Every single one of our guests made a comment about how beautiful the space is and how amazing the food was. They couldn't believe how often the hors d'oeuvres came out and how great the options were. I still can't get over how stress free we all were, and no one had any doubts of a mishap throughout the day. Please consider the Wintergarden when looking at venues because you will not be disappointed!

I am a type A+++ bride which means I can be a little controlling and like to be involved in absolutely everything in the planning process, but I truly felt like I could trust everyone to execute and get the job done. Without Shuana the day really would not have been possible, she is so professional and ON TOP OF IT. PPG Wintergarden is extremely lucky to have her good talent is hard to come by and she is absolutely above and beyond!! To Chef Josh- the food was incredible. Here’s some feedback from the guests: 1. By far the best wedding meal they’ve ever had 2. The portion sizes were extremely generous - everyone was FULL which doesn't happen often at weddings 3. The people that got the veggie pasta were raving about how flavorful it was 4. Appetizers were 11/10 everything was cooked to perfection You seriously did one hell of a job! Thank you so much for all your hard work! Hats off to you and your team! Tiffany, Caitlin and Maggie- When I walked into that reception venue I was totally blown away. Everything looked absolutely perfect. As mentioned above I have such a hard time delegating tasks and trusting people to execute, but you all handled everything flawlessly. I’m SO glad you all were there to keep us on schedule and everything moving forward. Also, you all made the cleanup process SO easy. I was so worried about getting everything packed up and put away at the end of the night, but when I took a second to look around everything was already done. Thank you all for handling it and making my life so easy. So glad you all were there! Overall feedback 10/10 reception venue everyone was blown away by the space. I was worried I didn’t do enough in terms of decor and flowers, but the venue really speaks for itself there really aren’t a ton of extras needed. Im also so glad we didn’t do cake because I don’t think there was ever a moment when the dance floor wasn’t bumping. I don’t think anyone would’ve eaten it. Anyway, I had the freakin time of my life and all the guests were telling us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to (probably just being polite, but I’ll take it). Appreciate you all so much!!! Would’ve have been able to get through the day without everyone coordinating and working together. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! PPG Wintergarden blew it out of the water!! Oh my gosh where do I begin…we had the absolute best experience for our wedding at the Wintergarden. Right from the start, Shauna was the best coordinator I could’ve ever asked for!! She was SO timely, so kind, organized and helpful throughout the process. I was never waiting on emails, and never stressed about anything venue related because she was always so on top of it. She made the entire experience/day so flawless. Emily, Tiffany and Chef Josh also made the day of our wedding go so smoothly and we’re so attentive to us and so sweet throughout out the entire process. From the tasting, the meetings beforehand and the day of, they just made sure everything was perfect for the wedding day. Our guests RAVED about the service, the gorgeous venue and mostly the food. We had so many people tell us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, and that this venue would be “hard to beat.” We couldn’t agree more! It truly was a dream and if we could go back and do it all over again at the Wintergarden, we would! Book this place and you will have zero regrets. The space speaks for itself and you truly can’t even compare it to any other venue in Pittsburgh! They give you zero room for any complaints. I can not recommend the Wintergarden enough! Not only is the place absolutely beautiful but the staff is amazing. Shauna and her team were so accommodating, answered every question and made this process so easy. Shauna also is the worlds fastest answer of emails - as a bride that is so much appreciated. Wedding planning is stressful but honestly I think my “chill bride” attitude had a lot to do with the venue. It was nice to know that everything was under control and everyone was on the same page at all times. People loved the food, the staff & the atmosphere and I think they will talk about it for years to come, at least I know we will! Thank you does not even begin to cover it - but it’s a good start. It was our best day ever and everything was flawless! We cannot say enough good things about the Wintergarden at PPG Place! We had our reception here on July 2nd and I couldn’t wait to write a review and rave about this venue. Our experience was wonderful from the very first walk through. Shauna was helpful, professional, organized, and eager to help us with any and all questions we had leading up to our big day. She was so responsive throughout our entire planning process. HUGE compliments to the chef, we received SO many compliments from our guests about how delicious the food was and the portions were huge! We did have some issues with the acoustics, but that is to be expected due to the structure of the building and incredibly high ceilings. I would just tell future couples to be aware of that. Other than that small issue, our reception was truly perfect and we cannot thank the whole team at the Wintergarden enough for that. I would recommended them over and over again!!

My husband and I tied the knot on April 9, 2022 at the picture-perfect Wintergarden at PPG Place. We knew before even stepping foot into the space that this was thee spot and after connecting with Shauna and team, we locked in our date nearly a day or two after seeing it in person. From the signing of the contracts to the tasting, to all of the coordinating in between, Shauna was very detail-oriented and on top of everything related to our schedule!The day before and the day of also went super smooth. Emily and Tiffany took care of every little detail from setup to teardown. Maggie was also an absolute gem and had houre d'oeuvres and our “his & her cocktails” waiting in the back room right after the ceremony for us to enjoy together before we joined our guests for cocktail hour. Speaking of food, the chef and team at the Wintergarden deliver so much more than your typical wedding meal. We went with the short rib, chicken, bass, and had a few vegetarian guests who were blown away by the root vegetable bolognese. An amazing meal paired with bar service that delivered their A-game kept our crew filled with cheer and fuel for the dance floor.We’ll forever remember having our first look and reading our vows privately on the candle-lit platform (which we also used as a stage for dancing) as it rained, sleeted, snowed, hailed AND had a few moments of sunshine — another perk of having your wedding in the glass castle that is the Wintergarden!We could go on and on about our experience and encourage newly engaged lovebirds to look no further than this magical space!

We had our wedding at the PPG Wintergarden on March 12th and I am still at a loss for words at how incredible of an experience it was for my husband and I, our families, and all of our guests. First of all, Shauna and her team are absolutely exceptional. Not only are they incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and completely willing to jump in and help design our vision during the planning process, though out our wedding weekend they ensured that our entire day went off without a single hitch. St. Patrick's Day Parade? No worries for Shauna and team. 8 inches of snow on the ground? No problem at all. They coordinated our day perfectly and made us feel like royalty. The food at the Wintergarden is incredible, the wait staff is attentive and extremely professional. The space itself is magical, especially after the sun goes down. We had both our ceremony and our reception in the Wintergarden and our guests loved sitting at the tables for the ceremony, telling us that it made the space feel incredibly intimate. Despite the incredible, high glass ceilings, sound was perfect and the temperature was amazing (despite it being freezing outside). Having our wedding at the PPG Wintergarden was the best decision we could have ever made for our wedding. Thank you to Shauna and the entire team for making our dreams come true. I had my wedding reception at PPG Wintergarden in January 2022. As a bride navigating the wedding process through a pandemic, I found a picture of calm with Shauna and her team. They were fantastic and went above and beyond from the very minute we looked at the venue! The PPG building has been iconic for me since I was little girl. I fell in the love with the beauty of the building and the renovations that turned the space into a wedding venue have been truly amazing. I was able to host a cocktail hour in the lobby area with a live jazz band for guests. A huge movable greenery wall was a new addition that the Wintergarden provided to separate both areas when once the reception started. The bridal suite offered a separate space for me and the wedding party. Shauna and her team moved things around a million times to give me the exact vision I dream of when guests entered. They ensured everything was perfect and created a place for everything I wanted, including extending our cookie table, setting up an area to serve our favorite donuts and having Chick-fil-A deliver late night sandwiches. Shauna and the head chef worked with us to create a menu offering of Filet Mignon and Crab Cakes to serve to our guests. Every meal was cooked perfectly for the 240+ guests we hosted. I cannot emphasize enough the number of compliments we received and continue to receive on our wedding. It was extremely elegant and everything went so smoothly thanks to Shauna’s detailed timeline which she created down to the minute! Shauna is hands down the best coordinator. She was ALWAYS readily available, prompt, professional and just an absolute dream to work with. She met with our families multiple times prior to the wedding day and simply took care of every detail. I could not imagine going through this process with anyone else. Because of Shauna I was able to relax and enjoy every minute of my wedding. Thank you THANK YOU for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

I can't say enough wonderful things about PPG Wintergarden. This iconic Pittsburgh venue is unique, absolutely stunning, and in a prime location in the heart of Pittsburgh. The food is the best wedding food I have ever had and the bar/alcohol options are awesome too. You can't beat the set-up with how open and \"airy\" the venue is, and I loved having a large stage for our head table and band (and a huge dance floor)! The beautiful, newly remodeled bathrooms and bridal suite were an added bonuses that made this venue even more perfect for our guests and bridal party! PPG's coordinator, Shauna, was the BEST to work with. We couldn't have made it through 2.5 years of covid wedding postponements and 3 different wedding dates without her patience, expertise, organization, flexibility and overall sweet personality! Her and her team are truly best-in-class and made our day perfect and stress-free. If you are lucky enough to secure a date for your wedding at the the best wedding venue in Pittsburgh, I recommend ending your search immediately and booking PPG Wintergarden immediately! :-)

We have so many good things to say about our Wedding at the Wintergarden on 1/29. From start to finish, our experience was great. The venue itself is beautiful and was spacious for our wedding guests - we had 185 and had cocktail hour & a sit down dinner and there was plenty of room for dancing! Shauna, venue coordinator, was prompt in her communication, clear and went over every detail multiple times throughout the planning process which increased my confidence in her attention to detail and her team! She had great suggestions for the timeline, layout options and other advice that I appreciated! Shauna and team coordinated with vendors and ensured that the day ran smoothly. The food was AMAZING. We offered the rosemary chicken, filet and salmon and guests are still commenting on how good the food was & how it surpassed all expectations for \"wedding food\". Emily & Tiffany were there at the final meeting and day of to get to know the plans & ensure the day went smoothly. They brought food into the bridal room for the bridal party and were able to get us (bride & groom) drinks which was so helpful when we were trying to make rounds! The wait staff during the wedding was professional, friendly and helped bring the day together. Outside of the fact that the venue is gorgeous (for any size or time of year wedding), the team really brought the experience to the next level. If you have a chance to host your wedding reception here, you should!

Pretty sure I was one of the first people to book this venue back in February 2019, when it was a blank slate. Well Covid happened, and we just FINALLY had our wedding there on 3/19. To say everything was perfect is an understatement. Shauna, Emily, and Tiffany made my day a breeze!!! I can't believe how organized they were, from every little detail. We were blown away. The food was absolutely amazing! The salad, the lobster bisque, the filet, best I've ever had. This was not your standard wedding food, this was 5 star restaurant quality. Not only were the coordinators wonderful and attentive, the support staff was phenomenal! Every time I turned around someone was waiting on you, and they were QUICK! I've never seen such a well-oiled event in my life. I think every bride goes into their wedding day expecting something to go wrong, big or small, but that did not happen. It was honestly the most amazing day, and I can owe that to the coordinators, the venue itself, the staff, and the food. Everyone said how wonderful everything was, and how much fun they had. Two people on crutches from the amount of dancing and hamstring pulling that happened from the good time. 100% I'd recommend this venue again and again.

Shauna, Tiffany, Emily, and Chef Josh......words can't begin to describe how amazing these people are! We first met Shauna when we toured and booked Wintergarden. We love how honest and up front she is. Her opinions helped make our decisions easier. I emailed her often with questions and she was prompt and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Chef Josh is a genius. We received rave reviews of the food. This is not your typical wedding food. We truly felt like we were eating at a 5 star restaurant. Emily and Tiffany were wonderful during the rehearsal and the day of. They were so easy to work with and made sure the day went off without a hitch. The venue itself is like none other in the Pittsburgh area. It is so stunning day and night, that minimal decor was needed. Thank you Wintergarden and the staff for making my wedding dreams come true!

The Wintergarden has everything going for it. From a spectacular downtown location to a top tier food service. Everything was perfect for our wedding reception. All of the waitstaff were wonderful to all of our guests, the food was over the top in quality and presentation, \"try the Short Rib\" it was delicious as was everything else. Cocktail hour, dining, dancing, it just all fit together perfectly. Thanks so much to Shauna and her staff of wonderful people.

Honestly, I wish I could give the Wintergarden 6 stars!! Everything about our wedding was absolutely PERFECT. Shauna and Tiff made the whole process easy and enjoyable. From the planning, to the decor, to the service- everything exceeded our expectations! I don't know why anyone would get married anywhere else. This is THE PLACE!! Not to mention how magical the space feels. It was a dream come true! The Wintergarden made our big day possible, beautiful, easy, and SO MUCH FUN!! We are so thankful!!

WHAT CAN WE SAY?! It was amazing. We had our wedding reception at Wintergarden at PPG Place in early November and it was EVERYTHING we could have asked for. It’s a gorgeous venue, with delicious food, and a great team! Shauna was absolutely amazing, very accommodating, and so great to work with throughout the whole process. Emily, Tiffany, and all of the day-of-event staff were so nice, and fun to be around, too! We couldn’t be happier with how the day played out.

We could go on and on about GREAT things to say about the Wintergarden. The staff is amazing, extremely responsive, and so helpful. They make everything so easy from the minute you contact them to inquire about the venue to the minute the event is over. They are so cooperative and help to make your day exactly how you pictured it. The team was extremely accommodating to our ideas and helped us to come up with ways to make them a reality. Not to mention the venue is absolutely beautiful and is a big space that you can make your own. People are still calling us weeks later to compliment the food - the portions are amazing and the food was extremely fresh. The serving staff from the servers to the bartenders were so friendly and so helpful!! Again - the list of amazing things we could say about this venue is endless and we are so sad that our wedding is over!!!

The Wintergarden was the first and only venue we toured for our November 2021 wedding. We instantly fell in love with this gorgeous space and knew this was where we were going to get married! As a couple who felt overwhelmed at the idea of bringing a wedding venue to life with our own decorative vision, we were thrilled at the venue’s natural beauty on its own, and our décor really complimented the venue rather than dominating it. Our venue coordinator, Shauna, provided us excellent service from start to finish and was always extremely responsive. She is highly experienced and knowledgeable about the industry and what logistical details work best within the specific layout of the Wintergarden. With her guidance, suggestions, and leadership, our wedding ceremony and reception was everything we imagined it to be. The team and staff around her – including Emily and Tiffany – deserve a huge shoutout as well for their excellent service on our wedding day. Last but not least, we cannot praise the chefs enough, as the dinner was exceptional! We are still receiving glowing reviews from family and friends about the food and service a month later! We would HIGHLY recommend holding both your wedding ceremony and reception at the Wintergarden!

Our wedding at the Wintergarden was absolutely perfect. I cannot thank Shauna and her team for making our wedding dreams come true. My husband and I were looking for a lux and unique event space that was quintessentially Pittsburgh, while also offering a high-end, modern, urban aesthetic. Wintergarden was perfect. Our guests cannot stop raving about the food, the space and the location. The planning process with Shauna was a breeze, despite having postponed our wedding due to Covid. Shauna and her team were helpful and gracious throughout the entire year+ planning. My husband and I stopped by a few months after our wedding and the team remembered us. I can't imagine a better wedding venue in Pittsburgh. Thank you, Shauna and team, for making our dreams come true!

Shauna Bodamer and the entire PPG wintergarden staff were the absolute best to work with. I was a 'COVID' bride and felt like a forever fiancé, planning my wedding for nearly two years. Shauna upheld professionalism and a good demeaner throughout all the issues stemming from the pandemic and having to reschedule the most important day of a bride's life. I was able to call her last minute with my any and all of my concerns and her response time was prompt, while she also felt like a friend who would go to bat for me to ensure everything worked out as planned and as I had dreamed. Working with the PPG wintergarden for my wedding venue was seamless - most possibly the least stressful part of wedding planning for me. They scheduled to meet with me when needed, the Chef and the food were incredible (I still have family and friends raving about the food), the bar staff was quick and friendly, the venue came equipped with linens, chairs, chargers, greenery walls and a beautiful bridal room for the bridal party! On the day of my wedding, I couldn't believe how beautifully everything came together and literally screamed 'I can't believe this is my wedding!' Nothing could have made it anymore perfect and I owe a lot of that to the PPG wintergarden and their incredible staff. I truly felt that the team shared in my joy that day and were so happy to watch me enjoy my celebration to the fullest! I can only hope that all my other family and friends choose the wintergarden so I can go back again and again to enjoy this special venue! If you choose the PPG wintergarden for your venue, you will not regret it! My husband and I had the absolute BEST time at our wedding. Every single detail/request was attended to and the staff was AMAZING! We highly recommend that anyone and everyone consider having their wedding at The Wintergarden. We had both our ceremony and reception at this venue - the transition was effortless! We worked with Shauna who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Our \"day of\" girls, Emily and Tiffany, were equally as helpful - any issues that day went completely unnoticed. Our guests (and especially ourselves) loved the food - compliments to Chef Josh!!

We had an Indian wedding at Wintergarden, I believe their first, and the staff was really accommodating to us and a pleasure to work with! Shauna was very organized and responsive leading up to the day with any questions we had. Our ceremony went longer than scheduled and the staff (Tiffany and Emily) worked hard to seamlessly bring us back on track for the reception. We also appreciated them allowing ethnic desserts and snacks for cocktail hour and reception. The chef-prepared food was also really well done and executed. And of course, the venue is beautiful as well. We received a lot of compliments and we were really happy with how the day went - many thanks to the Wintergarden staff. Would highly recommend!

The Wintergarden at PPG Place exceeded all of our expectations! In addition to the exquisite contemporary ambiance of this venue, Shauna and her team were a true pleasure to work with. The overall attention to detail is what makes this venue so unique. They provide an all inclusive interior design as well as the staff to execute an event that your guests are sure to enjoy and remember. I would highly recommend considering a tour of this most impressive spot in Pittsburgh to host your wedding. From the in house amenities, including outstanding food and service, to the some of the nicest people you could work with, this is hands down the “it” place!

I don't even know where to begin... our day was absolutely perfect and even more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. Shauna and her team did the world's most incredible job. From answering my never-ending deluge of questions so promptly, to coordinating with each of our vendors to navigate deliveries around the **September** Saint Patrick's Day parade, to the room flip and setting up our flowers and decorations, to the food, bar, cookie table, and cake service... so many of our guests raved about how flawless the execution was, and how each and every detail was exquisite. My husband and I agreed. We could not be more pleased and amazed with how it all went. It really was the best day of our lives, and that is in enormous part to Shauna and the entire Wintergarden team.

I may be biased but I had the BEST WEDDING EVER at the Wintergarden! Shauna, Emily, Tiffany and Chef Josh were all 5 stars in our eyes! The venue itself is breathtaking. Shauna and her coordinators are highly organized and got everything perfect! Chef Josh's food is beyond delicious. Our guest still comment that they have never had a better meal at a wedding. We had a Sunday afternoon wedding, during a Steeler game and there was no traffic and ample parking. I would highly recommend!!

As the MOB, I just want to say that the Wintergarden at PPG Place is a beautiful place to host a wedding. Our Saturday evening event was flawless. The food (salad, short ribs, fish and chicken) was delicious. The short ribs were so tender! Tiffany orchestrated her fellow servers to each table in perfect harmony. The bartenders were attentive and professional. The venue itself is spacious and beautiful. The bridal party had a private separate room. Bathroom was large (with numerous stalls) and always clean! If you parked in the PPG Place parking garage (down 3rd avenue on the left) there are specific elevators named \"Wintergarden at PPG Place\" which take you into the lobby. Special thanks to Shauna for assisting my daughter and son-in-law in planning their special day. She spoke kindly of you often!

Shauna in particular relieved so much anxiety and was so quick to answer our million questions and helped navigate so many things!! The venue itself was absolutely jaw dropping GORGEOUS!! Especially at night!! If you're questioning getting married here, I recommend going for it!! It was the most perfect night ever! And the photos in and around market square are beautiful, and you don't need to travel far for the perfect shots!

We held our wedding reception at the Wintergarden on 08/28/21. We were originally supposed to get married the year prior, but changed our plans due to Covid. However, even with the stress of moving the wedding, we had the most AMAZING experience planning and celebrating at the Wintergarden. First of all, Shauna is an absolute rock star -- so personable, friendly, organized, and attentive. Every question, concern, or idea I had, she was quick to respond to. For our actual wedding day, we worked with Mike and Emily to help coordinate the day. They were also fantastic and made sure everything ran smoothly. The venue itself is stunning, and so different from anywhere else in the city. From the checkered floor, to the surrounding glass walls, backlit with city lights, the space is elegant, clean, and exactly what I had envisioned for my wedding reception. Let me also mention the food is DELICIOUS. Our guests went on and on about how much they enjoyed their meals. Choosing the Wintergarden for our wedding reception was one of the best decisions we made, and I cannot recommend it enough.

Best venue in and around the Pittsburgh area, and it honestly isn't really close. The elegance and beauty of the space is unmatched. You walk in and you know this is the nicest spot in Pittsburgh. My wife and I looked at over 300 venues and Wintergarden is in a different league of its own. If you truly want to have the wedding of your dreams, pick this venue. The staff is great! Shauna, the wedding coordinator, is outstanding. Very organized, very communicative, and willing to work you. You would not know this is relatively a new wedding venue for how professional the staff is. My groomsmen broke a button 30 minutes before the ceremony. I went over to Emily, the day of coordinator, and she got it fixed within minutes. Chef Josh was awesome. The food was so good all around. They allowed us to be creative with the space and allowed me to have my good friend, Cole Bradley, who is a country music star in Nashville, to sing a song me and him co-wrote. If you go to the Wintergarden in your search, you won't even want to look at anything else because it is that much better then the rest!

She promptly responded to emails at all hours of the day and was so efficient in making out day an absolute dream. We were fortunate to have Emily and Mike work with us the day of the wedding and they helped in SO many ways, even helping where other vendors fell short. Multiple guests commented on how good the food and apps were & the quickness of the bar, saying they were never waiting. Several guests also complimented the day of staff saying they were knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. Thank you all around for an absolutely outstanding experience!!!

We're biased, but there isn't a better wedding venue in downtown Pittsburgh. The venue coordinator, Shauna, was the absolute best to work with and was incredibly helpful throughout our entire planning process (we were a postponed pandemic wedding so there was quite a lot of planning and replanning). The food catered through the venue is top-notch - Chef even created a vegan option for myself and others with dietary restrictions. The space is spectacular and only increases in beauty as the evening goes on. Seriously, when the sun goes down and the lights and candlelight reflect off the glass, it's something else. It was the absolute perfect venue for our perfect day <3

We hosted our wedding ceremony & reception at the Wintergarden. Shauna & the whole Wintergarden team were amazing to work with, from the start (back before COVID!) all the way through multiple reschedules and changes. It was so comforting to know the venue was willing to work with us, and was the one stable part of our wedding planning!The venue was beautiful - during the daylight for our ceremony, and as the night progressed the space transformed into a beautiful setting with the lighted trees & ceiling lighting. The food was AMAZING - so many of our guests commented on it, which is not typical for a wedding! Shauna & Emily stayed close to the details as we planned (and re-planned) our day, and I could rest assured everything would go as planned on the day of, with no stress. Would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, iconic Pittsburgh setting for a ceremony & reception.

Where do I even begin? From the very beginning, Shauna made us feel like an old friend. We toured a few venues afterwards, and always compared them to Shauna. From there- the entire team who ended up working our wedding- Mike, Emily, the entire wait staff, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Accommodating, kind, patient, and professional for the entire night. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making our day such a PERFECT occasion for us and our family/friends.Before I go any further-- what we all care about: FOOD. Holy cow. I legitimately feel like I ate a dinner at Casbah or some other fancy restaurant. It was not your typical wedding food. I mean, our guests raved about it the entire night. I am honestly curious if the chef there would start doing takeout because I am going to dream about the sea bass and short rib for the rest of my life. I could have eaten the appetizers for the entire night. Mike if you read this- Shauna probably has my address somewhere, please send me the meatballs for Christmas.Leading up to the event, we communicated mainly with Shauna. Every question, concerned, inquiry was answered within 10 minutes via email. If she didn't know the answer she got back to you within the day. I didn't even really consider hiring a day of coordinator because Shauna was so reassuring.Our setup was impeccable- gorgeous. Honestly breathtaking. Emily and her staff was able to lead the tear down and had everything boxed up and packed away within 20 minutes of the reception ending. There was no stress on my end. They let me enjoy the entire time and had everything coordinated for my family to pack it up from there. The coordination with our other vendors (DJ, florist and photobooth) was taken care of completely. I was not bothered with anything- Shauna or Emily handled it all. Our DJ ended up asking to come in and see the place beforehand because he had never played there before and they were fine with it. All handled between the Wintergarden and vendors. As for the vibe- if you are looking for a downtown vibe, this, in my opinion, cannot be beat. We toured the typical ones (Pennsylvanian, Heinz History) and nothing against them they are beautiful-- this was just the whole package. Again, no other coordinator made us feel like real friends like Shauna. More than that, though, the venue fee includes linens, gorgeous glass charger plates, tables, chairs, glassware, silverware. You don't have to worry about any extra rentals/vendors/tedious stuff. It all comes with the venue fee (which compared to other downtown venues, was way more affordable). We were a Friday wedding, and they let us drop everything off the day before which was so helpful for my stress level to just have that checked off the list. I don't know that this could be done for a Saturday, but something to think about! There are multiple hotels within walking distance which makes it easy for your guests. We also couldn't find hotels with bars open late night because of Covid hours, so we ended up walking over to City Works and they accommodated a LOT of people who came until like 2am. The only thing I would change about the night is not asking Emily if we could throw down our credit card to extend the bar another 3 hours. It was the best night of our lives in the most breathtaking venue in the city.

Where to start!! I got married here on Saturday and I have absolutely nothing but fabulous things to say. From start to finish, our experience has been 10/10. For starters, the venue is (obviously) so STUNNING. It didn’t need a lot as far as decorations go. The food was phenomenal at the tasting and even better on our actual wedding day. Not sure how that is possible but it was! All of our guests have been raving saying it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had + portions were so generous!! We chose the short ribs, striped bass, and chicken. Bar service was also great! Shauna, the venue’s coordinator, was friendly, prompt, organized, and thorough with all forms of communication and planning. Which, I will say…. was not always the case in some organizations during the pandemic but she did not fall short!! She went above and beyond for us and helped with so many things even outside of her job title! Shauna: you are THE BEST! The other staff members (Mike + so many others) who helped on our actual wedding day made the evening run seamlessly. It was truly the perfect reception and we are over the moon about how everything played out!

Our Wintergarden wedding was more than we could have ever dreamed of! The staff was so wonderful, and Shauna and Emily, the wedding coordinators, were fantastic. I truly believe this is the best wedding venue in Pittsburgh. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was, and the food was to die for. We would recommend ANYONE to choose this venue for their big day. We did not have to worry about a day of coordinator because they took care of everything. 5 million stars for the PPG Wintergarden.

We cannot thank them enough for all of their help in making our day a true dream come true (especially during a pandemic!). Our guests raved about the food & said the venue was one of the most stunning ones they’ve ever seen. Every detail was executed perfectly, and we could never thank their team enough!! They are true rockstars! We could not have asked for a better venue or experience in Pittsburgh. 💛

PPG Place was the first and only venue I looked at for my wedding. Once I saw the space I feel in love with it and knew this was where I wanted to get married. We did our ceremony and reception here, which was amazing so your guests did not have to change locations and could immediately go into cocktail hour. We worked with Shauna who was so helpful through the entire process and always made sure to check in, especially when Covid was an issue. Her and her team did amazing work decorating the venue and service was spectacular. The venue also has a bridal suite which was a nice feature so you can keep you and your wedding parties items in the room. This venue is so unique and beautiful you can make any wedding vision come true. The venue also has an in house chef for plated dinners (which I highly recommend) the food was delicious, our guests raved about their meals. Our wedding day was perfect and again could not have happened without the help of Shauna and her team. You need to get married here!

Wow! We finally got to have our COVID-postponed wedding this past Friday and could not have asked for more from this DREAM venue! Shauna, the venue coordinator, kept us updated and upbeat throughout all of the Covid craziness, and we were so lucky to have our wedding after most restrictions were lifted. Wintergarden made everything we wanted happen, from letting us drink champagne throughout our ceremony, to letting us bring in late-night primantis (and they fully planned on letting us bring in a slurpee machine for alcoholic slurpees for our first wedding which was planned for 7/11/20 ;) ). We, along with our guests, raved all night about the amazing food (not all wedding food is created equal and this is top notch! Hint to all future couples: everything’s so amazing, but the risotto stole the show!), the beautiful all-glass venue, and the attendants’ amazing attitudes and helpfulness. Every single person on staff stopped me throughout to tell me nice things about the wedding, my dress, the guests, etc. The alcohol offerings are sooo much more plentiful than every other venue we looked at and the guests loved that as well. With all of our frustrations about COVID, we are so happy we postponed and we’re still able to have the wedding and reception of our dreams :) Thank you so much, Wintergarden at PPG! Book this place!

Planning a bigger wedding is a lot of work. Add a global pandemic on top of that and it's absolute chaos. Fortunately, we had the good favor of working with Shauna throughout the process. We saw 3 other venues and both my wife and I felt impressed with the venue but also Shauna, who was like our Quarterback, guiding us throughout the process and helping us make decisions that were best for us. Whenever we had a question, she made herself available and was incredibly flexible and understanding. Thank you for everything Shauna and Wintergarden!

This venue is amazing! Unfortunately I had to cancel due to covid, but they were an amazing venue to work with. Shuana was always super responsive and on top of keeping us in the loop with everything. 110% would recommend to others when looking for a venue!

I can not say enough good things about not only the Wintergarden venue and its obvious beauty, but the team members as well. Specifically, Shauna who went above and beyond for us to make sure our wedding details were perfect. She coordinated everything, worked with all of the specific dietary restrictions we needed, and made every detail customized to fit our vision perfectly. We, unfortunately, were negatively impacted by COVID-19 and just recently had to make the tough decision to postpone and Shauna made a terrible situation so much easier to handle. Can't express my gratitude and how impressed we are by everything. We can't wait to have our reception there once we get back to normal in Allegheny County! Thank you again!!

I am a seasoned event planning professional with over 17 years of experience in planning weddings and special events. One of my favorite things about being a wedding planner is the relationships that I build with my couples. I consider myself to be very upfront, honest, detail oriented and fun to work with!
