Historic Venue with an Aesthetic Unlike any Other!
Woodbine Mansion is a beautiful estate located in Round Rock, TX. Just 19 miles from downtown Austin, this stately home offers a stunning setting for wedding occasions. The family-owned venue comes prepared with a vibrant outdoor setting and luxurious rooms. Designed by two renowned Swedish architects, the historic home began its construction in 1895. Using repurposed materials from renovated Austin homes, the house was completed in 1900. The finished look was an astounding mansion with towering slanted roofs and a rounded turret. The regal specimen served as a family home for years to come. In 1931, the house was redesigned to boast a classical and elegant Greek-revival style. Among the revamp, a symmetrical entrance fashioned with large ornate pillars was installed. This added an eye-catching element to the large home. Today, the finely crafted additions help claim the reputation for being the most well-known historic home in Round Rock. The picturesque locale offers just over one acres of land with private gardens and enchanting gazebos. The outdoor areas also provide two spacious courtyards for hosting lively events. Dazzling patio lights strung from majestic trees help illuminate the space during the evening. Inside the house are numerous ornately decorated rooms including five private changing rooms. The classic venue also comes equipped with a ballroom flaunting its original mirrors imported from Europe in the 19th century. Woodbine Mansion’s property conveniently provides a venue that can accommodate wedding needs from start to finish. Couples may use one of the house’s many rooms to do hair, make-up, and get dressed before wedding ceremonies. Vows can also be exchanged either on the lawn with fresh open-air or inside the comforts of the Ballroom. The mansion is also a great place to host dynamic reception celebrations between its balcony views and many cozy rooms. Julie and Maddy are there every step of the way and even though I felt like I was asking too many questions sometimes, they always assured me that they are there to help. From the groomsmen suite to the bridal suite, you are surrounded by beauty and the parlor rooms with the original chandeliers will leave you in awe. Woodbine Mansion was the perfect venue for my wedding last Saturday. The bridal suite is gorgeous and spacious, and we were able to easily get all hair and make-up done on site. Before the ceremony, we had a lovely champagne cart to greet all the guests as they entered the property. The ceremony was in the rose garden and all the roses are in bloom and fragrant and very spacious for the 170 guests. All moved inside the mansion for the cocktail hour and there were several rooms for the guests to see - including the \"cake room\". All the rooms are so elegantly decorated. We then moved to the back garden for the dinner and reception. The farm tables added so much to the look and again, there was plenty of room for all the guest tables and a dance floor in the middle. We used the gazebo for bar #2. Beautiful soft lights were strewn through the old oaks trees to create a very romantic environment. We finished the night at the front of the mansion with cold sparks. So festive and fun for all. Woodbine staff, thank you so much for enabling us to create a magical event!

We absolutely loved our wedding. Woodbine mansion was our dream venue. We loved being able to get ready at the same location of our ceremony and reception. It made the day less stressful and the bridal suite/groom suite is absolutely stunning.We got so many complements on our venue. We fell in love with this venue the moment we stepped foot on the property. We had looked at venues all day but none blew us away like The Woodbine. Not only did it fit our wedding aesthetic, it was also very fitting for us as a couple. We loved how much space there was for both the bride AND groom to get ready in and it's so beautifully renovated. There are plenty of large mirrors in the get-ready rooms and lockers to store things like bags and backpacks. We had the ceremony indoors because we got married in August and our smaller guest count could be accommodated. Cocktail hour took place outside on the trellis side underneath the mature trees which provided shade, and then back inside for the reception. Communication with the team at Woodbine was incredible. They answered all the questions we had and often got back to me within the day. They were flexible during the day of the wedding and overall very pleasant to work with. The Woodbine Mansion is so special to us and I would recommend it to anyone!

Y’ALL. The Woodbine Mansion was the venue of my dreams. I knew that they didn’t have a Saturday in April available, but my mom convinced me to take a tour anyways. We called Julie and she made accommodations for us to tour that day! I loved ended up booking for a Sunday, which was honestly the best decision I made throughout the whole planning process. The mansion itself is so breathtaking and we are still getting compliments on it. Julie at the mansion went above and beyond in every single way. 10000/10 recommend the Woodbine Mansion.

Oh my goodness, where to even begin!? We recently had the privilege of hosting our wedding at the historic Woodbine Mansion and we simply cannot express our gratitude enough!! From the moment we set foot on the lush grounds we knew we had found the perfect venue for our special day. It was like stepping into a fairytale! We visited Woodbine so often during our wedding planning period because we simply couldn't stay away! The house itself just has a magical aura - you can feel it - and the staff there is quite literally the kindest people you will meet during your wedding planning / venue search (I guarantee it!). Woodbine stole our hearts with its timeless elegance and charm. The property is exquisite and offers *so* many different spaces for weddings. We did our ceremony under the trellis (which was bursting with beautiful foliage), our cocktail hour inside the stately mansion itself, and our reception on the expansive lawn (the mansion's exterior is so grand and dignified; it served as a magnificent backdrop for the reception!). Every single beat of our wedding just felt so special and I'd like to think that it is because this grand old house was preserved and brought back to life with so much love and care by the owners. Every room you're in makes you feel like you're home; we felt so at peace, so happy, and so grounded on our wedding day. I think this is one of the most unique things about Woodbine - if feels completely personal and cozy...while at the same time being incredibly dazzling, luxurious and breathtaking. Countless guests approached us to express their adoration for the mansion!We also want to acknowledge the *exceptional* team at Woodbine Mansion, especially Julie. Having our wedding at Woodbine Mansion was the best decision we made. First of all, the staff is super responsive and helpful despite all my never ending questions! The grounds were absolutely stunning for our wedding and our guests LOVED the venue. We had our ceremony on the lawn, cocktail hour inside the mansion followed by a reception under the clear top tent. With it being April and 85 degrees, we left the walls of the tent off of the tent which allowed for a wonderful breeze and temperature under the tent! It was honestly perfect… there’s no other way to describe it. You will have to work with a certain vendor list, but they are the top rated vendors in Austin so you’ll be in great hands. I’m so glad the woodbine staff allowed us to do a tent share with the brides from the other days on our wedding weekend. That really helped us save budget in one area which is always appreciated. I could seriously go on and on about Woodbine… getting ready with my girls in the stunning bridal suite and the fact that they allowed my dog to be part of the ceremony were a few of the highlights for me. If you’re able to, book your wedding at Woodbine! It is a hidden gem in ATX.

Our wedding at Woodbine Mansion was incredible! The staff was communicative throughout the whole planning process and made having a beautiful wedding easy at their venue. First off, the property is private and intimate even with a large guest count. The property is beautiful and well cared for so the trees and grass seems green throughout most of the year. I was planning from out of town and Julie and her team were accommodating to my multiple visits and phone calls with questions or concerns. On our wedding day, the staff on-site came and introduced themselves which was lovely. I didn't see much behind the scenes but from what I saw, everything went as planned and was coordinated brilliantly. After, I had guests commenting on how beautiful the venue was for weeks and months! Thank you Woodbine and I recommend this venue for anyone looking for an intimate venue with its own personality, that doesn't feel like a typical event venue!

Woodbine Mansion was an absolute dream. We held our cocktail hour and reception at the mansion after our ceremony at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, which is also an incredible space. The team at Woodbine was responsive, knowledgeable and worked very well with us from touring the space through finalizing things after our wedding day. The venue itself is stunning and had plenty of space available for our bridal party and family throughout the day. There were some limbs that fell due to the week's ice storm and the team at Woodbine was quick to get a crew to clean things up and replace the tent top - all the day of our ceremony! It was incredible and we just had the absolute best night :)

What a dream of a venue! All of our guests couldn't stop gushing about how much they loved it. All the beautiful landscaping of the venue gave such a pretty touch to our wedding. We got married by the terrace, cocktail hour in the mansion itself and tented reception on the other side. This flow was perfect and it truly felt like we were in a movie. We can't imagine to have been married anywhere else and strongly recommend it.

Woodbine Mansion was the venue of my dreams. From the day that my fiance and I toured the mansion, Julie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is patient, quick to respond, and truly cares about the brides that she works with. On the day of the wedding, she made everything such a breeze. There is so much love and history at the mansion, and it really resonates with all of the couples that have celebrations there. My husband and I are lucky to have been a Woodbine Couple!

Woodbine Mansion was the venue of my dreams. From the day that my fiance and I toured the mansion, Julie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is patient, quick to respond, and truly cares about the brides that she works with. On the day of the wedding, she made everything such a breeze. Got so many compliments from my family on the gorgeous Mansion! The staff was great and communicated well, the day went by really smooth. The only reason for 4 stars was they have a preferred vendors list and the options for catering aren't exactly cheap. Just a heads up if you really want someone specific for the food, I'd recommend another spot. I would say to look closely at the prices of the vendors from the list before you book.

The beautiful magnolia trees around the property reminded us so much of LSU's campus (where we both graduated), we took it as one of many signs that this was the place for us. When we started dating 9 years ago, we used to frequent downtown round rock and the Brass Tap specifically. We would go grab a drink and then walk around the square. We would always pass by Woodbine (not knowing what it would become or what it would mean to us) and say “WOW THAT HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL!!” When we finally started looking at venues we looked at roughly 14 venues and we had two left to look at. I was getting incredibly frustrated because there was nothing that we both agreed on and I was to the point where I said “IF WE CAN’T FIND IT! WE ARE GOING TO VEGAS!” We walked into Woodbine and that was it! We knew we had to get married there! Julie and her staff were incredibly helpful and on day of when my stomach was sick from nerves she even went to the store to grab me a mixture of things to make my stomach feel better! Seriously, they were amazing and outdid themselves!

Woodbine Mansion is the most stunning venue! The details in every room are incredible and make for a photographer's dream. My fiance and I knew as soon as we stepped onto the grounds at their open house back in 2020 that we wanted to get married here. The staff was always very helpful when I had questions especially when it came to their preferred vendors. Another perk was how much onsite parking there was!I also did my bridal shoot here and we got use out of every single room - they are all seriously gorgeous! And so are the grounds outside, but it was raining that day so we stayed inside.Fast forward to our wedding day 2/24/22 - we had the most unfortunate weather. We had to make day-of changes like moving our ceremony indoors, which was easily accommodated since there are so many options! We didn't find out until the evening before that the winter tent we were using for our reception was not climate controlled. The tent only allows a certain kind of heater and every rental company was out of stock for that day so we just had to make the best of it. If you are considering using the winter tent I'd recommend securing heating or cooling units approved by Woodbine far in advance and canceling if you end up not needing them. You never know with Texas weather! Our guests got really cold towards the end of the night but we were able to move everything indoors. Our dj even packed up and continued the music inside. We received tons of compliments about how beautiful the venue was!

I have dreamt of my little girl's wedding for the past 25 years and Woodbine Mansion helped make that dream come true. I will never forget the image of her walking through the rose garden as sunshine hit her face. She looked so beautiful as she walked under the large Magnolia trees towards the love of her life. Woodbine worked so very hard to make this a day that surpassed all that I ever dreamed of for her. The \"getting ready\" suites were perfect for some girl time and a beautiful bridesmaid lunch. The wedding on their grounds was perfection and the tent for the reception (Dec. wedding) was over the top wonderful. Thank you to all the staff for making this mama's heart burst with joy!

This venue was the ideal backdrop to our wedding day! With so much versatility between the spaces, we were able to create our special day both in and outside of the mansion. If this choice is within your budget, I highly recommend it. At the time of booking and planning, I worked with the venue representative Maddie who always made herself readily available for calls and questions both before and after booking. I really loved the experience of working with her. We had a beautiful, full day at Woodbine. We truly used every inch of this venue (both intentionally and unintentionally). The bridal suite was perfect for myself and the bridal party to get ready together. Plenty of room with great lighting, mirrors, and outlets. There was also a few rooms for the groom and his party which was perfect for them. For the ceremony, we used the trellis lawn which was a stunning area of the venue. We hosted cocktail hour inside the house where we also had the cake on display. We had a rented lounge area set up in addition to some cocktail tables. While cocktail hour was happening, the immediate family and wedding party took photos all around the outside of the mansion. Based on the lighting, you will have no shortage of options for stunning photos. Right before our reception entrance, my groom and I had a private dinner in the upstairs sun room overlooking our beautiful reception tent. It was the perfect touch of privacy to a busy day! As mentioned, the reception took place under the tent that we rented. We were able to have our first dance, dinner, and toasts under the tent, but the weather did take a turn and a thunderstorm was approaching our area. Before the rain started, we moved everyone into the venue for cake cutting and dancing. Thank goodness we had a great backup option inside the venue. The venue staff and my planner made the transition seamless. We celebrated the rest of the evening inside and made our couple's exit out front with our getaway car parked in the circle drive.This venue truly offered everything we could need. In full transparency, the only thing I would be mindful of is the pricing. Although the venue itself was affordable for our budget, the price quickly added up as we were creating our space. If you're wanting to use the space inside, you may need to consider rentals for a lounge area or additional seating. If you're renting the tent, you will need to consider lighting, draping, chandeliers, doors, etc. All of those details add up very quickly, so keep this in mind before booking the venue.We truly loved this venue and received so many compliments about the space. We highly recommend that you book a visit!

We started on our venue shopping journey post-engagement. My wife and I looked through 100+ venues online, looking through pictures, reviews, Instagram pages, you name it, and finally settled on about 6 venues to actually set up a tour with. After looking at each venue, on our drive home or to the next venue, my wife and I would rate the location on a 1-10 scale and discuss whether we could see having our wedding there. All trips left us a little underwhelmed, until we visited Woodbine.While driving up to Woodbine, with the mansion coming into view from Main Street, we were already impressed with the grounds. We had Maddie meet with us in the mansion, and take us on a tour while we grilled her with questions, which she was able to answer with ease. Walking away from the grand tour, and getting into our car, there was no rating needed. My wife and I both said, “This is it. This is where we are going to get married.” Throughout our year and a half of planning, from setting the date to the actual wedding date, Maddie was able to answer all of our questions, and add suggestions for the wedding in areas we may have missed. It was an absolute pleasure working with her, and we knew we were in good hands the whole way through.The combination of Woodbine Mansion being the perfect venue, and the service that the Woodbine Team (Again, shout out Maddie!) is able to provide made this decision a no-brainer. We would pick Woodbine again if we had to do it over. The wedding itself went off without a hitch, and so many of our guests commented to ourselves and our family that the venue was fantastic. We couldn’t recommend Woodbine Mansion enough as a wedding venue!

After a full day of wedding venue tours (back in the fall of 2019), it took my husband and I all of two minutes to decide we wanted to get married at Woodbine after seeing it. We fell in love with it instantly! This place is GORGEOUS inside and out. The grounds are incredible and allowed us to have the outdoor ceremony and reception of our dreams. The versatility of the venue is worth noting as well – so many different options for your ceremony/reception flow! The other thing that really sets Woodbine apart is the beautifully designed and spacious onsite getting ready areas for BOTH the bride and groom. This saves so much time on your wedding day (more time to relax and enjoy!), allows for the best pre-wedding pictures and it's so much fun to watch your wedding come together from upstairs. I felt like I was in a movie :) Maddie, Woodbine’s coordinator EXTRAORDINAIRE was an absolute dream to work with. She was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire wedding process. COVID certainly through a wrench in the middle of our planning process, but Maddie was right there with us helping us work through details and provide alternative solutions wherever needed. We really felt taken care of and she was a ray of sunshine during an uncertain time :) We cannot recommend this venue enough. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Woodbine and Maddie for making our wedding dreams a reality!

I can’t rave enough about Woodbine Mansion and Maddie! Terrific location with excellent parking just north of Austin with Starbucks and the cute Ruby Hotel close by. The mansion is meticulously restored with gorgeous high ceilinged rooms full of light and classic decor. The get ready rooms are very spacious with enormous mirrors. There was a little parlor off the bride’s room that worked perfectly for a private “first look”. The grounds are also gorgeous which allowed for lots of unique photo ops. To top it all off Maddie is a dream to work with-cheerful, helpful and efficient. Woodbine is everything you’d want for a perfect celebration which is what we had-LOVED IT!

We were beyond fortunate to get married at the beautiful Woodbine Mansion in February of this year. I have been a wedding planner in the Austin industry for almost 8 years and knew that when I got married I wanted it to be at a venue I had not worked at before so it could be a special and new/special experience for me. Woodbine completely exceeded my expectations and was the perfect spot for our wedding. We had almost 200 people in attendance and had the clear tent up which as a wedding planner, I knew the weather was not something I ever wanted to worry about, and to top it off- Woodbine has such a beautiful tent that they have available to rent. Being able to get ready all day with my friends and family was so much fun since we had the venue for the full day. There was more than enough space for 14+ people to do hair and makeup over the course of the day and we even had Live Love Relax come in and give chair massages in the morning! When planning the wedding, we found so many hotel options close by and didn’t need to have any buses/transportation other than Uber codes for guests and valet and it was perfect. We rented out the entire Ruby hotel for our guests to stay and it couldn’t have been more convenient for everyone! Everything was so close to Woodbine and downtown Round Rock is really a cute place to stay for the weekend and is still so close to the Domain/downtown that our guests were able to check out more of the city really easily. We had a lot of kids invited so we were able to rent the house across the street from Woodbine as well for our “babysitting” space and the parents and kids LOVED it! Woodbine is just such an incredibly beautiful space and you can tell it was updated by a wedding planner because it covers ALL the bases you need in a venue! Not only are the getting ready spaces picture perfect, but the landscaping/grounds are pristine- so really, all of your photos are going to be amazing no matter what spaces you utilize. From a coordinator perspective- they have thought of everything so your vendors are all going to be so happy being at Woodbine as well! We had the perfect wedding and I wouldn't have changed a thing! I am looking forward to having our 10 year anniversary party there to relive our wedding day!

We were beyond fortunate to get married at the beautiful Woodbine Mansion in February of this year. I have been a wedding planner in the Austin industry for almost 8 years and knew that when I got married I wanted it to be at a venue I had not worked at before so it could be a special and new/special experience for me. Woodbine completely exceeded my expectations and was the perfect spot for our wedding. We had almost 200 people in attendance and had the clear tent up which as a wedding planner, I knew the weather was not something I ever wanted to worry about, and to top it off- Woodbine has such a beautiful tent that they have available to rent. Being able to get ready all day with my friends and family was so much fun since we had the venue for the full day. There was more than enough space for 14+ people to do hair and makeup over the course of the day and we even had Live Love Relax come in and give chair massages in the morning! When planning the wedding, we found so many hotel options close by and didn’t need to have any buses/transportation other than Uber codes for guests and valet and it was perfect. If I could do 0 stars I would. We were excited to host our wedding at Woodbine Mansion and heard great things from our wedding planner... then COVID hit. We were informed by Woodbine that if we were to move our wedding our only options were 1. Lose the $6,800 deposit we put down and move it (repaying the first deposit) 2. Pay $500 PER MONTH to push it back. Meaning, if we rescheduled it for a year out (which was the plan) we would be forced to pay an additional $6,000!!! I have many friends going through the exact same thing, 2 of them at different venues in Austin and they are blown away by this. They do not put the bridge and groom first.

Our wedding planner Lahoma, of Events Unleashed, suggested that we look at this venue before making a decision and she was right! We originally wanted a small wedding in Austin and thought that Round Rock was a bit too far, but we were absolutely stunned by the beauty of the venue. The mansion is absolutely gorgeous and is so beautifully decorated. There are bits of historical pieces around the house, which brings such cool character, and the grounds are just wonderful. The upstairs has awesome bridal and groom's suites that have wonderful pieces so that people can lounge in different rooms or together, and feel comfortable. This venue is perfect for bringing beautiful flowers and furniture to bring your wedding vision to life. It was really easy for our catering company to bring the necessary equipment to execute a 5-course meal on site. There is space for a DJ or band, and if you feel like it, they also have Sonos speakers. Another really cool tidbit is that there is a great hotel, newly built with great design, just down the street that our wedding party stayed at to really create a weekend experience. We worked with Maddie and she was very responsive and coordinated with Lahoma.

Being from Michigan, we had one whirlwind weekend to pick our wedding venue in the Austin area and even though Woodbine Mansion was under a complete renovation when we toured it (I'm talking just studs) we knew this was the place for us. We could see Becky's vision very clearly and were still blown away when we finally saw the finished mansion almost a year later. They did a fantastic job keeping the classic historic integrity of the house while adding little modern touches, allowing it to fit any wedding vision you have in mind. Maddie was our go-to lady at Woodbine for our walk through and any questions/correspondence we had through the whole planning process. She was an excellent communicator (which was essential since we were planning from Michigan) and a joy to work with. We were one of the many weddings that had to reschedule due to Covid and Maddie and the whole team at Woodbine were great to work with during that stressful transition. I would say that last week leading up to the wedding is when Maddie's help was truly crucial - I had many last minute questions that she helped me navigate and was always willing to go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. For the day of the wedding - other than the rain that forced us to use our plan b ceremony set up - everything at Woodbine was exceptional - as expected. We did have our hearts set on getting married outside in front of the Wisteria trellis (it is gorgeous - even when not in bloom), but we had to move the wedding inside at the last minute to avoid the rain. We had roughly 60 people attend our wedding and I will say the inside ballroom area where we ended up having the ceremony was a little tight for my liking. In hindsight, I probably would have adjusted our rain plan to be under our tent (where the reception was held). Rain aside, the day was perfect and Woodbine was the perfect backdrop. There are endless ways to design your dream day at this venue - you won't be disappointed!

I was initially drawn to Woodbine for my wedding venue after seeing the photos online. Clearly it's GORGEOUS and as these other reviews suggest, it's perfectly designed to handle wedding related details, like having tons of bathrooms, lots of getting ready rooms, a turf lawn reception area so your heels don't sink in, etc etc. When I visited in person my obsession with the venue was solidified, but what really clinched the deal for me was the quality service. Maddie, the venue coordinator is incredible. I contacted upwards of 50 venues in multiple states during the process of trying to plan my wedding. When I first called Woodbine's number it went to voicemail so I hung up without leaving a message and planned to call back a little later. To my surprise, I got a call back about 3 minutes later from Maddie who proceeded to answer all my initial questions and provide me with tons of great information. Woodbine/Maddie was the ONLY venue/venue coordinator I encountered that actively reached out to me; and I hadn't even left a voicemail! This blew me away. And it didn't stop after we booked either. Maddie answered calls and texts at all hours and was incredibly sweet the entire time. She was flexible with us as our plans changed with covid and even worked a military clause into the contract since my husband and I are both active duty and could be deployed or sent to mandatory training on short notice. Woodbine is a glorious venue with superb service and on top of that, the price is right. My guests are still raving about the venue and we all had a blast! I fell in love with Woodbine Mansion the moment I walked in last summer and knew it would be where we would get married. Becky and her family did an amazing job with the renovation of the property and kept the integrity of the history behind the home, but brightened it up with modern touches. Everything was so well thought out throughout the entire property - from the garden grounds, the beautiful staircases, mirrors, lighting and interior decor. I cannot say enough good things about Woodbine. Definitely go check it out. Unfortunately, we were hit by COVID less than two weeks before our big day in March 2020. As one can imagine, this was devastating, but Maddie was so helpful in finding new fall dates for us to host our reception and celebration. Since we were within days of our wedding, we decided to get married, just the two of us, and Woodbine allowed us to use the property on our originally planned date in March. It was a beautiful backdrop and very kind of them to allow us to do. While we would have never chosen to get married that way, we wouldn't change it for the world - and so very happy we were able to do it in the same location we had planned. Maddie was super accommodating with us and helpful throughout the entirety of that day, as well as planning pre-COVID. Unfortunately, again, we have made the hard decision to cancel our wedding in Round Rock due to COVID. Becky was very reasonable in working with us on the cancellations and understanding. It's a heartbreaking time for everyone involved in the event industry and Becky and her team really showed us compassion and kindness. It was not an easy decision and we are devastated to make it. All that to say, this is a beautiful venue. Absolutely stunning. The team is very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. While we aren't able to host our special day here anymore, I definitely encourage anyone to check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Maddie was amazing and made our wedding day the most special day of our lives..Even though it was the most stressful leading up to it thanks to Covid. My husband had to change our venue last minute due to COVID restrictions, and were so delighted to find Woodbine Mansion. We booked it just a few weeks before our wedding and were so grateful that they were able to accommodate us. Maddie, the event coordinator, was laid back and friendly, while also being organized and on top of things. She answered our many questions and was so helpful to us. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. The outdoor space is large and very pretty with trees overhanging the lawn. The mansion in the background gives the venue a very elegant appearance. We liked that the outdoor space provided room for lawn games as well as dancing, which gave everyone something to do. If your guests get too hot outside, they can go inside to cool off. There are many rooms for your guests to explore in the mansion. They have updated the mansion, but kept the original layout, so it still has a historic feel. Both the outdoor and indoor spaces have tons of spots for great pictures. Thank you so much to everyone at Woodbine for helping us to have an amazing wedding!

Brides and Grooms out there looking for a venue in Texas, STOP HERE and BOOK!!! As a vendor myself I have seen quite a few venues from Dripping Springs all the way to Houston and back—I really feel like I’ve seen them all. When I came to tour this venue, my mind was blown!! It’s GORGEOUS, it’s HUGE, it’s in a perfect location right off of I-35, super easy access!! It’s in quaint downtown Round Rock, which means even the surrounding area is adorable!! Sometimes you see those venues and they’re surrounded by...not the most attractive scenery. But the whole area here is just cute!! They have literally the best and most easy access parking, something that’s super hard to find these days while also being in an accessible area!! This house used to be a mansion lived in way back at least 100yrs ago and Becky Navarro and her husband took the canvas of this building and literally made it magic!! You should see the before and after images! She already works in the wedding planning industry, so she seriously knows exactly what a bride and bridal party need to have in a venue!! There’s outlets everywhere, SO many rooms, the bridal suite is so so adorable, with gorgeous aesthetic, huge areas to get ready, a mirrored beauty set up, the comfiest gorgeous lounge couch, even lockers to store all of your things!! The grooms rooms are seriously the coolest rooms you will ever see in your life. It’s like Art Deco and manly and fabulous, my fiancé and I are so obsessed with how cool it is we want to decorate a room in our own house that way. They have a tent for eating during the winter that is perfectly set for any temperature and it is so beautiful!! I seriously could go on and on about the aesthetic, every room so detailed and gorgeous, a perfect dance floor, a gorgeous rose garden, and omg the chandeliers there!! All of my guests were dying over this venue! Not only that, but the customer service they provide is so personal and attentive!! Becky the owner is fantastic!! And Maddie who we spoke with and met with so many times is so sweet and adorable and professional and there for your every venue need!! Her energy is amazing and she is literally there for any little detail!! It’s so lucky because some venue owners don’t seem to be passionate about weddings, or really care too much about the bride on a personal level. Here at Woodbine Mansion that is 100% not the case!!:) If I could get married again there wouldn’t be a shadow of a doubt that I would pick Woodbine Mansion. I am over the moon with my wedding, and I am so lucky to have gotten married at the most gorgeous venue I know!! Plus, their prices are the BOMB. Just truly a stellar place to book for any wedding, event, even a super cool historic themed party!! Thank you Woodbine Mansion!!❤️
