I recently got married at this venue on June 4th. I was looking to find a rustic, barn venue and this was the perfect place for that and more with their beautiful vineyard. They even had an arbor for our ceremony when we were going to rent one before. I loved that they have their own insurance so we didn't have to buy any. This venue was amazing and I highly recommend! The owners and staff were extremely helpful and personable in their help and answering questions while planning the wedding, along with on the wedding day. They worked with our changes before and on our wedding day without extra charge. They made themselves available to us and were present during our setting up and wedding day. You can't beat what you get for the price and it's an amazing deal for their beautiful venue. Our family, guests, and Facebook friends who saw pictures made many compliments about the venue. This was the perfect venue, as it is so beautiful, spacious, and accommodating inside the building and on the property. My family and I are so appreciative for the opportunity to have our beautiful wedding here! I would do it all over again if I could. Thank you for helping me have my dream wedding and for giving my family, guests, bridal party, and I such an enjoyable experience!

I recently had my wedding at Wooden Wheel Vineyards, and it is a beautiful venue. Everything looked beautiful on my wedding day. However, I would not give it 5 stars. Mostly because we paid to set up the day before, but the owners weren’t available to help us/answer our questions. When my husband tried to ask for help, he told that she was helping “paying customers.” He was told this twice before he finally said that he was paying a lot more than the other customers, and she finally figured out that he was the groom and apologized. Not only should you not treat the groom this way, especially when we’re paying to set up, you shouldn’t treat anybody this way who was here for our wedding. If we are paying to use the venue then I expect everyone with us to be treated kindly. Nobody treated me that way, because they knew I was the bride, but I heard that other people were. The day of our wedding, the groomsman went into the tasting room for a few minutes because my bridesmaids and I were taking pictures and we didn’t want to see each other before the ceremony. Apparently, the groomsmen and my husband were again told it was for paying customers only (as if we aren’t paying customers). Another reason why I wouldn’t give this venue 5 stars is because the owners simply didn’t go above and beyond. Usually a venue with alcohol provides complimentary champagne to the bride and groom. When I asked, I was told they wouldn’t provide it. This is fine, I guess, but if you want to receive a 5 star review I feel like you have to go above and beyond. Not only did Wooden Wheel not go above and beyond; they didn’t meet my expectations for how people a part of the wedding should be treated. I would not recommend to other brides if you are looking for a venue that treats your friends and family nicely.

This Venue is incredibly beautiful and a perfect space for our wedding. The vines made for a perfect area to take photos and helped make this memorable. Mike and Connie were absolutely wonderful people. They were very accommodating to our needs and to the needs of our guests. They had everything we needed ready to go when we got there they were always near by inc case we needed anything else. It is a bit of a drive but a wonderful venue all the same.

I attended a wedding there and the staff was incredibly rude to the guests. One guest was even kicked off the property for parking in the wrong space. The power went out and they had no backup generator, so the bride and groom were out hundreds of dollars for a DJ, and they never apologized or gave any money back, and even pushed back about the deposit (but finally returned it). If you're going to offer your space as a venue, have a backup plan or do the right thing and offer a discount on the space if something happens and you don't have a backup plan. The bride and groom and their family did everything right, but they were treated very disrespectfully, as were the guests during the wedding. This has left such a sour taste in my mouth about this venue, I will be sharing this story with anyone planning an event and telling them to stay away, because they seem to dislike hosting events and should probably stop doing it.

Everything about the Wooden Wheel Winery was perfect. There was no need for a lot of decorating because it was already so beautiful. The owners were helpful with everything. They suggested our caterer and we ended up getting rave reviews about the food. They helped set up, take down, and were willing to do any little things we may have forgotten about. If I were to do it all over again, I would definitely still go with this venue.
