Worthington Hills Country Club was an incredible reception venue! Christy was fantastic to work with and made the process so smooth. We enjoyed getting a tour before booking and loved the experience we had at the tasting. Everything was beautiful, and Christy was very attentive to us and our guests!

We were SO happy with Worthington Hills for our November Wedding!!! Christy was so responsive, so helpful, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. She has tons of experience and went with everything on the actual day including helping us set up our cake display which was absolutely beautiful! The food was SO delicious. All of our guests had great reviews about dinner! :) We didn't feel rushed at the end of the night and we had plenty of time to set up the day before. The venue and grounds are gorgeous. We are SO glad we chose Worthington Hills Country Club!

We were SO happy with Worthington Hills for our November Wedding!!! Christy was so responsive, so helpful, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. She has tons of experience and went with everything on the actual day including helping us set up our cake display which was absolutely beautiful! The food was SO delicious. All of our guests had great reviews about dinner! :) We didn't feel rushed at the end of the night and we had plenty of time to set up the day before. The venue and grounds are gorgeous. We are SO glad we chose Worthington Hills Country Club!

Better late than never! I have meant to do this review months ago as my daughters wedding was 08/28/2021 ! We probably had the hottest day of the summer for an outside ceremony, and although we did supply bottled water, I wish I would have had an open bar for our quests on the patio for that hour! but it all went so smooth and was the best day ever! As the mother of the bride I wanted to be worry free on the wedding day and Christy assured me that it would all be fine , and I am happy to say the day ran like a well-oiled machine. I was so pleased that we didnt have to do anything and enjoyed the day with family and friends. Tara and Jeff were so happy and pleased with their celebration. The wedding, cocktail hour, dinner, cake serving, and dancing was absolutely perfect. Hats off to the Chef and team, the food and service was outstanding. Bartenders nailed it! We received so many compliments that the wedding was fabulous! Worthington Hills is a hidden gem and I highly recommend their venue.

Worthington Hills Country Club was an absolutely perfect place to host our wedding reception, and Christy could not have been more helpful in guiding us through the planning process and taking care of us on our wedding day. She happily helped us navigate two delays to our wedding date, worked to make sure we could achieve the aesthetic and the party that we wanted with an ever-changing guest headcount, and even honored out of date meal prices and off-menu selections as a result of our prolonged planning and COVID-related delays. The food and the service were impeccable once we reached our ceremony, and their staff was extremely helpful when it came to finding extra chairs or tables or decorating supplies, rounding up decorations, and keeping things running smoothly during the event itself. Their space is beautiful, and although we originally booked it hoping to have a spring wedding amidst the blooming flowers in the garden surrounding the clubhouse, it surpassed our expectations as the venue for a fall wedding amidst the changing leaves. The indoor space was perfect for our 115 person event, but could have easily accommodated 150. We could not have asked for more out of our reception venue!

We were originally scheduled for our wedding on 8/1/20. Due to Covid, we ended up getting married on our day but in my parents’ back yard. We then had our reception on 7/31/21 at WHCC. Christy Baker was there for me every step of the way! Countless calls during the pandemic, endless support as the reception drew closer, and so much help on the actual day! She even took the time to bring drink orders out to my bridal party during our photo session! I cannot say enough good things about WHCC! We ended up doing a heavy appetizer reception with a mashed potato bar, candied bacon, the southwest chicken egg rolls, mini sliders, fruit and veggies! I think people loved the food and had a great time! I know I did!

Our wedding was on 5/11/2019 and it was AMAZING! We worked with Christy Baker and she was very kind and helpful during our planning process. Our menu was the following:-Fruit Tray- delicious!-Meatballs- yummy!-Bruschetta- SO GOOD-Pecan Crusted Chicken- SO SO SO SO SO GOOD-Lasagna- average but delicious-Mashed Potatoes- best I have had-Green Beans- yum!The guests loved the food and went back for seconds and thirds. Our wedding was on 5/11/2019 and it was AMAZING! We worked with Christy Baker and she was very kind and helpful during our planning process. The Worthington Hills Country Club allows you to pay the remaining balance of your bill when you get back from your honeymoon which is pretty amazing considering you can use wedding money to pay it off if you are in a pinch. The venue also allows you to pick up all of your wedding decorations the next day which is AMAZING since you don’t want to deal with it night of. Most venues don’t allow that. Definitely recommend this venue and Christy!

The Worthington Hills Country Club allows you to pay the remaining balance of your bill when you get back from your honeymoon which is pretty amazing considering you can use wedding money to pay it off if you are in a pinch. The venue also allows you to pick up all of your wedding decorations the next day which is AMAZING since you don’t want to deal with it night of. Most venues don’t allow that. Definitely recommend this venue and Christy!

This venue was perfect for us! It was within our budget, beautiful, and flexible. Our ceremony was supposed to be held outside on the patio, but it ended up storming so we moved it indoors without an issue at all! We were able to set up for the ceremony/reception the night before the wedding which was very helpful. Christy was great to work with. She made sure everything was how we wanted! The only reason we gave this venue a 4/5 stars was because the food was not the best...it did not taste nearly as good as when we had our tasting and the presentation was not as nice as what we were shown during our tasting either. We were a bit disappointed considering what we paid for per guest when it came to the food.

We had our wedding reception here a few weeks ago and it was perfect! Rian was the biggest help from start to finish, always keeping in touch with us to finalize the smallest of details. Our guests loved the food and the drinks were cold! We couldn't have asked for more, the venue is beautiful especially this time of year when the trees are starting to bloom. The ballroom has such amazing natural light from all of the windows that overlooks the golf course. I would recommend WHCC to anyone looking for a gorgeous, and still affordable venue!

Rian and her staff went beyond our expectations to ensure that our wedding day was perfect. The venue looks even nicer than it does in the online photos. They've done some renovations recently, and when we toured the venue we didn't expect it to look as nice as it does. We compared a lot of venues (price, offerings, location, looks, etc.), and Worthington Hills Country Club came out on top. The food is priced fairly, and was really good. We got many compliments from our guests on how good the food was (we did salmon, pork tenderloin, and the Vegetable Risotto as our entrees). The bartenders also provided quality service to our guests. We had around 140 people attend, and the space was perfect. We are very happy that we chose WHCC! THANK YOU!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Worthington Hills last week and I do not have enough amazing things to say about this venue. Rian, the event manager at the club, is absolutely the best. She truly went above and beyond and helped out with everything we needed from decor, timeline, vendor recommendations, and everything in between. Service, entertainment, and food were the 3 focus areas of our wedding and our guests are still raving about their time at Worthington Hills. The main courses and appetizers looked beautiful and were absolutely delicious, the service was top notch, and we were able to accommodate a band in the venue. Thank you so much to everyone involved, the whole wedding was an absolute dream!

Rian and the team at WHCC exceeded our expectations. Rian was an absolutely joy to work with and her personality and professionalism kept us at ease. There were various menu options and Chef definitely delivered on our wedding day. The ballroom was recently remodeled with great taste and the venue as a whole is very appealing. Rian was so helpful in organizing everything from the high-level logistics to the small details of the room decor. WHCC is one of the best all-around wedding venues in central Ohio.

We held our wedding reception at Worthington Hills Country Club this past August. We were blown away by the attentiveness of Rian Hassan and her staff to every detail. She responded to emails promptly and communicated very well so everyone was on the same page. They made special arrangements for guests with food allergies so everyone could enjoy a delicious meal. Our guests are still raving about the food and service they experienced that evening! The recent renovations of the clubhouse are beautiful and the view of the golf course is amazing! Our photographer captured so many wonderful photographs as we explored the golf course. We could not be more pleased with our choice to work with Worthington Hills Country Club!

I could have not asked for a more beautiful wedding!! We got married outside on the lawn, had cocktail hour outside at the bar and then reception inside in their beautiful, updated ballroom. Everything was absolutely perfect and that I owe in part to Rian. She is absolutely amazing, answered every email very fast, no matter what the question was. I do not have enough words to tell you how perfect this place is! If you are looking at the Worthington Hills Country Club just book it now, you will not be disappointed!

I could have not asked for a more beautiful wedding!! We got married outside on the lawn, had cocktail hour outside at the bar and then reception inside in their beautiful, updated ballroom. Everything was absolutely perfect and that I owe in part to Rian. She is absolutely amazing, answered every email very fast, no matter what the question was. I do not have enough words to tell you how perfect this place is! If you are looking at the Worthington Hills Country Club just book it now, you will not be disappointed!

We worked with Rian for almost 2 years to plan our wedding, she was very patient with us and our requests; however, day of, we were checked on quite a bit while getting ready in the morning which was great! But day of, the venue did not set up our place cards for guests at their tables even though they agreed to do so literally the day prior to our wedding. This happened with various things we had expected the country club to do, which luckily my Decorator and husband (who had to stop taking pictures with his family and groomsman) to do since they decided they weren't going to. Once our event was getting closer to start, there wasn't much sight of Rian or our evening coordinator- she literally only spoke to me once during the whole event. And even if I needed her, I would have had no idea how to find her or get ahold of her. We were supposed to get a golf cart for us to go out onto the greens to take pictures- that was never provided for us. We got a ton of complements on food-but it was obvious it had been cooked and sat for quite awhile. The venue is beautiful and the staff is okay, except for their receptionist who was rude to a few of my guests who needed a locker room for medical reasons-it didn't seem like there was clear communication between staff members. So I personally had to go locate a staff member and get it taken care of while I was supposed to be getting ready. I would choose this venue again; however, make sure you have a day of coordinator or someone to be sure things are getting done and keep things running smoothly. I'm slightly disappointed with the execution of our wedding- I had such high expectations after meeting with Rian for so many months. My husband and I had to be a lot more hands on than I had anticipated, especially after spending so much money. I was asked a lot of the same questions multiple times (which is absolutely fine- I know there was a lot going on) but then things still weren't done correctly. We told the staff to place a table by our wedding arbor for our unity ceremony along with a box- that never happened. So our unity ceremony during our wedding had to be basically non-existent and improvised last minute by our pastor. So once again, the venue is nice and recently renovated , food is good, but make sure you have good vendors working with you closely day of to be sure things are getting done correctly or to help out with MISC. things.

I was asked a lot of the same questions multiple times (which is absolutely fine- I know there was a lot going on) but then things still weren't done correctly. We told the staff to place a table by our wedding arbor for our unity ceremony along with a box- that never happened. So our unity ceremony during our wedding had to be basically non-existent and improvised last minute by our pastor. So once again, the venue is nice and recently renovated , food is good, but make sure you have good vendors working with you closely day of to be sure things are getting done correctly or to help out with MISC. things.

If you are considering Worthington Hills Country Club, you should definitely pick this place...trust me, you will not be disappointed! From the very beginning, Rian was such a huge help! If I e-mailed her a question, she would always respond quickly and was always so willing to help. She made the wedding planning process so much easier and was just so pleasant to work with. I don't know that we would have received that kind of help from someone at any other venue. Rian and the WHCC staff were so awesome on our wedding day. They made sure everything ran smoothly and checked on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious and our guests made many comments on that! Our guests also complimented how nice and classy the venue was. The whole day was absolutely perfect and we could not be happier with how everything turned out. Like I said, our wedding day was perfect thanks to WHCC! I told my husband everyone should get married there. It was everything we dreamed our wedding would be!

We cannot begin to express how amazing and easy the process was from the first phone call with Rian Hassan their events coordinator to the very helpful staff that was cleaning up as we left. Everything went off just perfectly. They provide not only a reception venue indoors, but we also had our wedding on the patio overlooking the golf course. We then had a cocktail hour at the outside patio area while photos were being taken. We had multiple compliments that they had the best food that many of our guests had ever had at a wedding! Not that I had a doubt that we wouldn't have a great wedding reception based on how our experience was from the day we first met to plan it there, but it's a little nerve racking to wait and see if all of your idea's and your vendors come together. WHCC truly made it easy. Catering Sales Manager, Rian, was very responsive via email which was my preferred method of communication. I was constantly emailing her with different questions from the vendors or about moving tables around for flowers or lighting. \r\rWhen we first met she gave us a packet that contained all of the pricing. I also liked the fact that the pricing could always be found on their website. That was nice for me as I was always working on the wedding budget and often times it was outside of business hours. \r\rRian setup a food tasting for us that was incredible and answered all of our questions about what would work best for our group of 200 with an outdoor cocktail hour and indoor reception. We had many compliments on the dinners; filet, pecan crusted chicken, and vegetable ravioli. The\rhors D’oeuvres were a big hit as well. Caramelized bacon being the crowd favorite! We went with a per person bar package versus paying per drink. We felt that would work best for our group.\r\rIn addition to the many compliments on the food, we also had many compliments on the staff and how friendly they were and how a bartender went out of their way to find a non-alcoholic beer for a guest. The guest said the bartender found him about 10 minutes after he thought they didn’t have any. We just couldn’t be happier with how the entire evening turned out.\r

I can't say enough about how amazing Rian was during our whole process. She promptly answered any questions that we had, even if we sent her 4-5 e-mails in a day. Rian (the coordinator) was nice and helpful throughout the planning and took care of every detail on the day of our wedding. The food was outstanding (many people commented that this was the best meal they had had at a wedding) and the room itself had a very elegant feel. Every staff member was gracious and helpful. The grounds outside are also beautifully landscaped. I'm very excited to see how our pictures turned out. The outdoor patio also worked great for our cocktail hour. We are so glad that we had our reception at Worthington Hills Country Club.

We held both our wedding ceremony and reception at Worthington Hills this past April. Rian Hassan and the entire staff were wonderful. They were great in answering all my questions and very organized the entire time. When we ended up having more guests than anticipated, they were extremely accommodating and it was Rian's suggestion to hold our wedding \"California style' with the guests seated at the tables during our short ceremony. This was a huge success. Our guests really liked it and by making the change we were able to have 4 buffet lines (vs. 2) and had much more room for our photo booth. \r\rWe had use of the women's locker room and lounge to get ready and it was perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out, get our makeup done and get dressed. \rThe food was fantastic, everyone loved it. Its been six months since our wedding and we're still hearing that our guests enjoyed the food. \r\rThey also have reasonable prices. No wedding is cheap, but I didn't feel like they were charging too much. Additionally, they didn't charge for every function, cake cutting, chair set up, etc. Everything was included.\r\rI would highly recommend Worthington Hills for your wedding/reception. I've had nothing but positive comments from my guests about the venue/food and Rian and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Our day went perfectly and they were a big part of that.

We've received rave reviews from our wedding guests about the food (Sauteed Supreme of Chicken with Chive Mashed Potatoes and Vegetable Medley). Even more frequently, we hear what a great atmosphere our reception was - while we'd like to think this was due to our meticulous planning, we know that it really came down to the ambient lighting, panoramic views, and helpful staff. Rian, the coordinator, was extremely helpful, honest, and flexible. While we couldn't afford an open bar for the whole evening, Rian worked within our budget so we could offer our guests complimentary beer and wine for the 90 minute cocktail hour. The bar later turned into a cash bar, with all proceeds counting towards our food and beverage minimum - an unexpected surprise. The grounds of the facility are beautiful, with several great photo-worthy spots. Adequate parking and easy to find, which our guests appreciated. White table linens and a napkin color of your choice are included in the service charge, as are small white votive candles and vases. The chairs were absolutely beautiful and comfortable for those wanting to watch the dance floor from the sidelines. While WHCC does have a food and beverage minimum for Saturday night events, it was just about the lowest we've found in Columbus. I would highly recommend WHCC for any engaged couple seeking understated sophistication for a surprisingly attractive price.

It was like having a built-in wedding planner.\rThe room looked absolutly beautiful, the service was outstanding any my guests raved over the delicious food and hors d'oeurves.\rHighly recommend!

Everything WHCC did for our wedding was absolutley perfect. The events coordinator Rian is amazing. She took care of everything and didn't even blink when I was emailing her the night before the wedding changing tables assignments. The room looked gorgeous and we have received numerous comments that the food was the best wedding food our guests had ever had. We are memebers of the club so the exceptional service was no surprise to us but if you have never been there before you should check it out!
