Start this new chapter in your life at Wrights Mill Farm, a wedding venue in Canterbury, CT. Nestled in an expansive estate with breathtaking views, this venue is perfect to host your festivities. The intimate atmosphere is available for to-be-weds to experience all year round and welcomes ceremonies and receptions. Make most of the open air pavilion that can accommodate 150 of your nearest and dearest for a reception afterwards. It also features a bonfire pit and two horseshoe pits to keep the fun going. Alternatively, you can opt for the barn which has a larger capacity of 210 guests. The barn comes with a bridal suite, a fully covered deck, and a patio. Wright’s Mill Farm will provide chairs, tables, linens, flatware, glassware, and audio-visual equipment to eliminate overwhelm. The resident team can also take care of the planning and setup so that you are able to enjoy the day to the fullest. They provide several all-inclusive packages that offer an array of services committed to making your event an unforgettable one. Some of them are an in-house DJ, a horse-drawn carriage, and a wedding cake. The culinary team can also work with you closely to provide bartending solutions and a tailored menu. You can select your preferred serving style as well. From cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres to buffets, plated dinners, you can trust in their team to help make your event a success.

Wow - truly, where do I begin? From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we knew that Wright's Mill would be the place we'd want to get married. We had been looking for the best of both worlds - a beautiful, secluded/woodsy outdoor space for our ceremony, but wanted the security of knowing that if it rained (which it did), that the indoor space would be beautiful as well. Brie, Curt, and the whole Wright's mill team blew our socks off with their kindness, responsiveness, and flexibility. They were so attentive, willing to work with us on special requests, and the price for everything is incredibly reasonable considering what you get (and when you compare it to other venues!). I could not recommend Wright's Mill Farm enough - truly, do not miss out on this venue!

Dear Brie, Curt, Cheryl, Patrick, Mark and the rest of the amazing crew at Wrights Mill,Matt and I got married on November 25, 2023 and everyday all I can think about is how absolutely wonderful our wedding was. I, Kara, recently had a close friend ask me how the wedding went and I responded with “It was absolutely magical and everything was so flawless”. Her response was, “That is amazing to hear because normally something goes wrong”. Which got me thinking, did anything go wrong? And my honest answer is absolutely not and if it did, I wasn’t aware of it. \tMatt and I booked Wrights Mill Farm 2.5 years ago when we got engaged, sight unseen! We went off of facebook and instagram pictures and feedback from our close friends who live in Canterbury. Curt and Brie were an absolute dream to work with from day 1. When we did get to see the venue in person, it was an absolute dream, perfectly the view Matt and I had in mind. \tThe actual wedding day was amazing in itself. It was a very chilly Saturday, but no one complained about the weather. My Dream was to get married by the waterfall so when I saw the weather was going to be in the high 30s I was hopeful that would still happen and it did! Our Pictures by the pond were incredible as were the set up of the outside ceremony and inside exception. \tCheryl and her staff were so attentive to Matt and I and told us we didn’t have to worry or think about anything. If they needed us they came and found us and that was such a wonderful feeling of not having to think about staying on time. Patrick and Mark kept the dance floor going for hours. \tMatt and I couldn’t be more thankful for how loving and friendly everyone was towards our family and friends. We wish we could replay the wedding over and over. Thank you all so much for making our dream wedding come to life.

We got married at Wright's Mill Farm on 11/04/2023! We booked our wedding date in July of 2021 after only visiting one other venue we knew immediately Wright's Mill Farm was the perfect fit for us. With over 800 days of waiting and planning I can 1000% say that it was SO worth it! Every single aspect of wedding planning was seamless thanks to the amazingly talented staff at Wright's. From the very first visit, to the many, many emails that were always answered quickly and effectively by Bri & Curt, to meetings, the rehearsal, the big day and even a follow up phone call the day after- everything truly was perfect. Many people think their wedding day is perfect, but it was reciprocated by the overwhelming amount of compliments from family and friends about the venue, the very friendly and attentive staff, the food, the music- shoutout to Mark Sullivan & UpBeatDJ for keeping the vibes going and the dance floor full right up until the end! We even had one guest tell us she wants her daughter (who is currently 16) to get married there one day! We are officially one month married and are still obsessing over our experience at Wright's Mill Farm. The attention to detail and the effort put in by all the staff truly made us feel so special. We wish we could relive that day over and over again! We highly recommend Wright's to literally everyone and anyone who is getting married! Our wedding at Wrights Mill Farm was absolutely incredible! To start the venue is absolutely gorgeous both inside and out. The outside areas are stunning for photos rain or shine! It rained on our wedding day and even with that the 360 views around the property from every angle are beautiful. The staff are incredible. Curt and Briana were so helpful and respond quickly to every question throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding Briana is your go to girl helping with everything and making sure it all goes off without a hitch which took so much stress off of me! The rest of the staff are so helpful, kind, and were on top of everything! The food was delicious which all our guests attested to and Upbeat DJ had everyone dancing all night long! You will not be disappointed with this stunning venue :)

The day was perfect due to the help of all the amazing staff. From the food server workers, bar staff, wedding coordinator and owner they were beyond amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and I had some many people come up to me and comment how well everything came out. The grounds at Wright’s Mill are stunning if you are looking for a New England Barn venue. Overall the experience was everything I could have asked for yet better.

Our wedding at Wrights Mill Farm was an absolute dream. The second we stepped onto the property, we felt like family. Brie and Curt were amazing during the whole wedding process - they were responsive, timely and always so excited for us. The staff on the day of the wedding was unmatched - not only did they make sure that my husband and I had everything we needed at all times but they were so attentive to our guests and families, making everyone feel right at home. They were even dancing and having fun with the guests. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the food was phenomenal - all of our guests were raving about it. Most importantly, everyone at Wrights Mill Farm went above and beyond to make sure we had our dream wedding day and we are forever grateful. If you are considering Wrights Mill Farm, BOOK IT! We will never get over how perfect our day was thanks to the amazing people that work there. Thank you Wrights Mill Farm - you are truly the best of the best!!!

You are making the best decision to choose Wrights Mill Farm as your venue! Not only is it the most beautiful venue but the attention to detail is evident at this venue. There are so many places on sight to take breathtaking pictures. The outdoor ceremony location is magical and unique- our guests loved it and so did we! Bri and Curt along with all of the staff are experts and professional. They stay on top of your dates for your year out meeting, 6 month, month before, etc. During these meetings, they help along the way think of any details that may have been looked over. They are quick to respond and get back to you with any questions you may have. Make sure to check out their FAQ/informational packet - super helpful! The day of the wedding Bri will be your own day of coordinator and makes sure everything is flowing smoothly. She has an eye for decor and sees the vision that your are looking for. Curt is an incredible chef and the meal was enjoyed by all. My guests and I can’t stop talking about the staff and their hospitality the day of the wedding. Cheryl is incredibly helpful and checks in on the bride and groom frequently. The staff make the best out of every moment of your wedding (even if that means dancing while cleaning up a broken glass)! Anything you need or want they are on top of and are able to make happen. We would not change anything about our perfect wedding day and it is all thanks to this beautiful venue and incredible staff! This is a true family business and they love their job. Their admiration is evident in the work they do!

The entire Wrights Mill Farm team was absolutely amazing to work with. They made sure our wedding day was perfect for us. We were originally drawn to Wrights Mill because the venue and the grounds are beautiful and secluded, and we are so happy that we were able to get married here! Not only is the venue beautiful, but everyone we interacted with was kind and professional.Throughout the planning process, Brie and Curt were always so responsive and kind, even when I asked a million questions! We met with Brie multiple times prior to our wedding via phone, and she helped make sure that we were on track with everything prior to the big day. We were able to have a ceremony rehearsal the day prior to our wedding, and it definitely helped ease our nerves. Brie made sure that everybody knew the gist of everything! On our wedding day, we truly never had a thing to worry about. Brie placed the decor beautifully, she made sure that things were running on time, she drove us around to different photo locations, and she even bustled my dress (so quickly too!). When we got back from taking photos, we had a plate of apps and our signature drinks waiting for us. Cheryl made sure that we had drinks in our hands and were fed (all the food was delicious). Also, Pat and Mark from Upbeat DJ are amazing! They kept the party and dance floor going all night long and crafted the perfect playlist for us. It really was a day that I will treasure forever, thanks to the wonderful Wrights Mill Farm team. I highly recommend them! They will help bring your vision to life, and they are wonderful people!

Words cannot describe how INCREDIBLE our experience was. This is not your average venue. Curt, Bri, and the entire staff are the most kindhearted people you will ever meet. They treat you like family and take the stress out of wedding planning. Give them your vision and they handle every last detail. Our day was absolutely flawless and stress free thanks to them. I felt so calm throughout the entire day because I knew we had some amazing people working diligently behind the scenes to make our day special. They had everything covered.Our guests are still raving about how phenomenal the food was and how much fun they had. UpBeat DJ kept everyone engaged and dancing all night long. The entire waitstaff was very attentive and friendly, especially Cheryl who was constantly checking in and bringing us refills. Hands down 10/10 for Wright’s Mill Farm!

I am so grateful for the team at Wrights Mill--our wedding day was one of the best days of my life (I'm still riding that joy wave nearly a month later). I can't thank Bri and Curt at Wrights enough for all of the clear communication and planning leading up to the wedding, the hospitality they provided, and how stress-free they made the entire day.We picked this venue because of the ceremony site and the beautiful new barn space--I was hoping for a woodland wedding and one visit to the waterfall area sold me. I didn't bother checking out any other venues. I knew Wrights was the one!It turns out that not only was the venue incredible and exactly what I hoped for, but the staff there and the service was even better than I had hoped. The food was delicious (perfectly cooked and beautifully presented), the entire team was warm and kind, and we felt so taken care of the whole night.We decided to get the horse drawn wagon (shout out to Doc and Shorty--two of the most beautiful horses I've ever met!) and our guests really enjoyed taking that down and back to the ceremony site. The couple who manned the wagon were so kind and accommodating as well!Honestly the team at Wrights made it all so easy. I truly enjoyed my wedding, danced the night away, and didn't stress at all thanks to them. It was a beautiful, original venue with beautiful, incredibly kind people.

My husband and I got married at Wrights Mill Farm on March 17. Every single thing was perfect, that’s not an exaggeration. From our first meeting when we were looking at venues down to the last second of my reception, amazing. We had our viewing with Curt, the owner, and he was what sold us on the place. He was so easy going and just down to the earth and it made us fall in love with the place even more. The venue obviously speaks for itself and Curt just made the decision easier for us. He answered all of our emails and phone calls so quickly, I don’t know when he takes a break! Him and Brea definitely know how to make an anxious bride feel listened to! The day of our ceremony, Brea, the wedding coordinator, was amazing. She made everything so much easier for us and kept telling me that she would take care of it and just to tell her my idea. She set up all of my tables and backdrop better than I could have dreamed of, the tables and decor looked absolutely stunning. Now for the food, the food was the most amazing wedding venue food that I have ever had. So as the bride and groom, our food came out hot, like steam coming off it, hot. I expected that, what I didn’t expect was all of my guests saying the same exact thing! I don’t even know how the kitchen did that, I’m simply amazed and blown away! I have to also mention Cheryl, she checked on both my husband and me all night long. Making sure we ate enough, drank enough water, seeing if we needed a moment to ourselves and making sure we had a drink if we needed one. I was never without a drink for long, she was amazing and honestly made the day go just that much smoother. The bartenders were phenomenal, we had 160 people at our wedding and there was never once a line at the bar. And my friends and family are big drinkers, so I know it was not because of a lack of drinking, it was because they are exceptional at what they do. The staff that were helping with serving and cleaning up were also exceptional, they helped me pack up all of our stuff at the end of night, neatly by the way, not just throwing it wherever. Everything was packed back in the boxes for us, all we had to do was load it into our cars.

Curt, Bri and the Wrights Mill team truly made our special day the best wedding any of our guests had ever been to! We were stationed out in Wyoming for the military and wanted a venue back home, but COVID and time/distance made finding the perfect venue so daunting...until Bri took us through a complete virtual tour of the venue and answered our tons of questions with ease and patience! She and Curt helped us feel comfortable and offered everything we could need for the event; from day-of coordinator duties, to making sure all the food and drinks were just right, to providing us with a list of some of the most incredible vendors we could have imagined working with! We are forever grateful for the experience we had working with Wrights Mill Farm, and wouldn't change a thing about our wedding there; it truly was magical. Thank you Curt/Bri/team!!

Bri is incredible at what she does, and bonus points for her funny personality! She helped me feel at ease the whole day. Curt and Cheryl were also super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.

My husband and I fell in love with Wrights Mill Farm the second we walked through the door. We had toured over 20 venues across New England and none of them felt right until we visited Wrights. It was Bri (the event coordinator) who really sold us on the place. We felt instantly comfortable with her upon meeting her and knew she was an expert when it came to weddings. Our first impressions of her were spot on - she answered all of our (many) questions along the way and helped us create the most beautiful day exactly how we wanted it. I can’t say enough great things about this venue. The food is incredible, the staff is kind, helpful, and always looking to go above and beyond, the grounds were breathtaking, I could go on and on. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing that went awry or that I would go back and change. We highly recommend this venue and encourage you to take a tour; we know you will fall in love with everything like we did. Wrights Mill Farm. Honestly, we cannot thank you enough for giving us the best wedding we could EVER ask for. Everything was perfect. There is not one thing that I would change about our experience. The ceremony site was an absolute dream and everyone that is part of your staff is incredibly attentive and caring. Everyone made you feel special and catered to. Everything ran so smoothly and guests had a blast. Curt and Bri are super accommodating and let us bring in our own signature drinks which were special to us! They answered emails so quickly and professionally and helped every step of the way. Also Bri is an absolute beast at bustling a dress! The food was amazing and I have had many guests comment on how good their meals were. Everyone loved the fire pit and s’mores. The DJs were super involved, excited, and entertaining. We cannot say enough good things. Thank you so so so much. You made this a day we and our guests will never forget.

We absolutely fell in love with the venue the moment we arrived and loved the flexibility of the different meal packages, etc. The staff was fantastic - always answering emails quickly and with the utmost professionalism, and showing almost as much excitement about our big day as we were! We can't recommend Wright's Mill Farm enough for any couples in search of the perfect venue with a beautiful mix of rustic elegance and beauty!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Wrights Mill Farm! From the moment we stepped foot on the property to visit we knew this was the place we had to get married. The ceremony space is canopied under trees, with rock walls and beautiful waterfalls. It is straight out of a fairy tale with it's horse drawn carriage rides, s'mores pit and beautiful views. The reception hall is a brand new beautiful barn with gorgeous bridal suite. In addition to being absolutely stunning they do it all - the food was amazing, the cake was not only the best wedding cake we've ever had but beautifully displayed, the bar was fast and drinks were delicious. We have been to many weddings and this was by far the absolute best service and stunning venue we have ever seen. Curt, Brie, Cheryl, Mark and everyone else at Wrights were nothing short of INCREDIBLE. They treat you like family - from setting everything up, meeting our every need, Brie driving us around in her air conditioned jeep because our wedding day was sweltering hot, fanning me while we waited for pictures, bustling my dress, bringing us drinks, making sure everyone was where they needed to be, coordinating our sparkler send off.... I could truly go on and on... every step of the day was absolutely perfect and I know it was because of the venue we chose.

Words cannot describe how amazing and absolutely breathtaking this venue is. It is truly out of a fairytale and the ceremony site is MAGICAL. Everyone tells you that your wedding day will be the best day of your life and will be perfect- Wright's Mill Farm definitely made sure our day was perfect and exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived to the venue, I was able to relax and enjoy my day because everything was taken care of. I loved being able to get ready in the bridal suite and also being able to see how the ceremony site and reception looked prior to the event happening. Brie did an AMAZING job making my vision come true. I could not trust anyone else. The entire staff including Brie, Curt, Cheryl and all the others were wonderful. They made sure our wedding was flawless. They checked on us throughout the night and Cheryl made sure we always had drinks, food and were doing ok. The food and drinks are unmatched- my friends continue to rave about one of our signature drinks and of course all of the food. I continue to get compliments about every aspect of the wedding from the food to how beautiful the ceremony and reception were, the DJ (UpBeat DJ) and of course how much fun the guests had. I cannot recommend Wright's Mill Farm enough and I truly hope that I can come back for future friend's weddings to enjoy and experience this beautiful venue again. I've sat here trying to find the right words for this review but honestly, there just are not enough words to express how PERFECT our day was thanks to Wright's! Brie and Curt were with me every step of the way willing to answer any questions I threw at them and were so hands on throughout the entire process/day. The food was delicious, the staff was fun and interactive the entire night with us and all of our guests, and not to mention, the new lodge is GORGEOUS and is exactly what the farm needed to complete the already all around AMAZING venue. I wish we could re-live our entire day over and over again! I for sure, would not have trusted anyone else to make our day as special as it was!!

Wright's Mill Farm is an absolutely STUNNING venue- from the ceremony site (with waterfall backdrop), large onsite bridal suite, and modern-rustic reception hall. Our wedding was truly breathtaking and we received many compliments from our guests on the venue, food, and service! Brie was a fantastic coordinator and did a phenomenal job setting up our decor before the wedding. She was also very flexible in allowing us to wait until the last minute to decide whether to have the ceremony inside or outside due to threat of rain, and she drove us between sites on the grounds to take wedding pictures. Thank you, Brie!However, some aspects of communication could be improved. Curt (the owner) was terse and abrasive in his e-mail exchanges. For instance, he told us to reference Instagram when we asked how many rows of benches were at the ceremony site (we couldn't tell by the photos, which is why we asked...). At our rehearsal, he told us that we would not be able to access the bridal suite the next day until 2h after the originally-agreed upon start time, and was inflexible when we asked for 30m of wiggle room. Additionally, we were told during the rehearsal that we would need to pack up our decor and have all cars off the grounds by 10A the morning after our wedding because he had brunch plans. We ended up packing everything the night of our wedding to avoid any inconvenience for either party... Finally, the groom asked for a beer 20m before the ceremony and was told \"no\" because the wedding had not begun yet. All in all, these aggravations were not enough to ruin a truly wonderful day, and with some patience and flexibility on behalf of the bride and groom (and their families), we had a great time!

I can’t say enough good things about choosing Wright’s Mill Farm as our wedding venue. The entire day was a dream, from getting ready in the bridal suite, to the horse and carriage, the stunning ceremony site and lodge, to the amazing food, and wonderful staff. Curt and Bri were the best to work with throughout the planning process and day of. They were both quick to respond to any question I had and made everything easy about planning a wedding. The wait and bar staff were kind, professional, and absolutely wonderful. Cheryl provided excellent service and we all thought she was fabulous. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true. We used the in house DJ for the music and Mark was awesome. He executed all of our requests with precision and his mix was perfect for us. We’ve had many compliments from all our guests, we can’t recommend this place highly enough.

From the moment I got engaged I knew I wanted to get married at a unique venue, one that’s rustic yet modern. My husband and I visited over 12 venues, quoted a bunch more, but none felt right. I didn’t want to settle just based on location or price. After hunting down nearly every possible barn in CT, Wright’s Mill Farm checked off our venue box. Maybe it was because I was exhausted from the venue searching, or maybe it was the sheer bare-bones beauty of the barn, but when I walked inside I literally had tears in my eyes. I could picture getting married here and celebrating with all our family and friends. Briana, Curt, Cheryl, and all the other workers at the farm were so incredible to work with! They truly always made me feel good and I never was pressured or stressed about the details, planning, and days leading up to the big day. The experience I received was a dream and I couldn’t recommend this venue or working with these people more!! My vision came to LIFE with just some minor details added in. The grounds alone were beautiful and the waterfall made the most gorgeous and timeless backdrop for our ceremony. The bar service and food was great and all our friends and family are still raving about it! I wish I could go back and relive the day again. It was everything we could have pictured and more. The in-house DJ, Mark, was amazing!! We met him for a 1x1 a few months out to make sure he passed our “vibe check”… he definitely did. Wrights Mill Farm provided me with the wedding of my dreams. I truly have no words to express the gratitude I have for both Curt and Bri. I have received so many compliments about the wedding I can't even count. The food was unbelievable, top quality appetizers, salads, soups, and entree's. The venue itself was one you would find in a magazine. The ceremony location allowed for you to have a wedding that is not your typical outdoor wedding, the outdoor ceremony space is magical. The venue provided you with full parking as well as horse and carriage transportation for guests. The reception area and patio were beautiful, we were able to have games, a fire pit, and smores. Inside felt like a dream, everything is new and updated. Bri was extremely attentive to all of my needs the day of and she listened to ME, which was so important. It was also EXTREMELY helpful to have such a beautiful bridal suite right in the venue, all of my stuff was able to be stored safely and I was able to have my own private bathroom. I really do not have anything bad to say about this place, I had the most beautiful wedding and a lot of that is because of Bri and Curt.

Beautiful location, the outside ceremony area with the waterfall was absolutely perfect! It was my dream venue and I will forever be in love with it . Curt, Cheryl, and Bri were amazing and so helpful the entire way through. The hard work they put into everything to make sure our day was perfect, didn't go unnoticed.

This venue is a 10 out of 10! The scenery is breathtaking and the barn was perfect for our rustic theme. It is so stunning that you don't actually need very many decorations at all. The best part about our wedding at Wright's Mill was the AMAZING staff who put us at ease and made the day so much fun. It's because of them that we were able to let loose and have an absolute blast. The wedding day far exceeded our expectations. I'm trying to convince my friends to have a wedding here just so we can go back!

When we stepped on the property for the first time, my then fiancé turned to me and whispered in my ear: \"this seems like the perfect place for you\". We had spent long months looking for an outdoor venue, barn/farm feel, etc. Most places were either \"bring it all in yourself\" or outside of our price range. But Wrights Mill had it all. Bri was an amazing tour guide and her energy and excitement about the venue only fueled our desire. As the wedding drew closer, Bri knew all the right questions to ask us, and helped us envision our day just the way we wanted it. On the day of, Curt and Bri handled LITERALLY everything; we had NOTHING to worry about. They thought of everything, even down to offering us hors d' vours in the bridal suite prior to our entrance to the reception (I know my husband's stomach especially appreciated that!!). We learned at the reception that Wrights Mill is certainly a family affair-- Curt, his daughter Bri, his sister Cheryl are an amazing team and know how to throw a perfect wedding. We received so many compliments from our guests on the food, the scenery, the new barn--some said it was the best wedding they had ever been too! We certainly hope someone else we know gets married here so we can enjoy it all over again!!

Let me start by saying that we did not get an ordinary wedding planning experience due to, well... a pandemic. We booked the lovely Pavilion at Wright's Mill Farm in September of 2019 for roughly 150 guests. Unfortunately due to COVID, we could not meet with Bree regularly nor did we have a food tasting. We actually didn't step foot at the venue once from Sept of 2019 until 3 weeks before our wedding (Sept of 2021). However, everything about this day went perfectly. I can say with full honesty that Bree, Curt, the DJs, the staff, EVERYONE made our day wonderful. Our guests commented all day long on how beautiful the venue was, how great the food was, and how nice the staff was. I had even prepared my mother to clean up the decorations and pack them up when it was over and the staff took charge and did it all for us!!! If you are planning on going with Wright's, I highly suggest using everything they offer on site, like UpBeat DJ and food and cake. They made planning fun, exciting, and put us at ease with the hundreds of questions we had. The fact that catering, cupcakes, and the bar were on site and available to be included in our package made everything so much less stressful than I thought imaginable, and it all went off on schedule without a hitch. The staff really knows what they’re doing and the attention to detail made a huge impact on our guests. They couldn’t stop raving about the food and how gorgeous everything was.The ceremony site is just magical, the lodge is to die for, and the grounds are simply stunning. If you are looking for a romantic and rustic venue, this is IT. From the bridal suite in the afternoon, the balcony views during dinner, and the fire pit at night… there’s almost no words to explain how amazing it all was. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I’m just sad it was all over so fast and now need an excuse to go back!!THANK YOU to all at Wrights Mill who took part in our wedding. Our wedding was absolutely amazing thanks to Wright’s. Our guests were raving about the staff, venue, food….everything for weeks! The new lodge is absolutely stunning. The size, patio, suite, even the bathrooms are fabulous. The grounds are gorgeous for photos. There are so many possibilities for photo locations. Briana and Curt were so easy to work with. They respond incredibly fast to all emails and are always available for a quick question. They helped me create the vision I wanted and were even open to new ideas. The staff of Wright’s are also A++. They know exactly what they’re doing and how to do it. They perfectly incorporated themselves in with our guests. They even have a great dance for when there is clean up needed on the dance floor (whoops). Very cool staff. The food was also great. The fish was incredible, everyone raved about it. Highly recommend it as an option if you do a buffet. You can’t go wrong booking Wright’s as your wedding venue. I wish I could do it all over again.

Our wedding at Wright's Mill Farm was heaven on earth! We booked shortly after getting engaged in December 2018, when the venue was just a slab of concrete! We trusted Curt and Bri's vision so much that we knew there'd be no other place that compared, and none did. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is no easy task, but Curt and Bri were always honest and positive. The safety of guests and staff was clearly their top priority. They were readily available and responded immediately to all my questions and concerns. I loved how they were willing and able to work with me on creating the wedding of my dreams including allowing an outside vendor to add drapery! I trusted Bri to work her magic and set up my decorations and I was not disappointed. The room looked like it was ripped from the pages of a fairytale. Not only was the room magical, but so was the food. My guests could not stop talking about the delicious hors d'oeuvres, buffet and late night snacks (hello burger sliders- I'm talking about you!). The s'mores by the fire was a hit! And if you are contemplating cutting photos short to attend cocktail hour, take the photos! The grounds are extensive (don't worry Bri is happy to drive you to the various locations) and offer some beautiful backdrops! It was a relief to know that I did not need to worry in the slightest- they had taken care of everything from set-up to break-down. I just can't say enough about Wright's Mill Farm!

My husband and I got married at Wrights Mill Farm on 6/26/2021. We have been waiting until we found the right words to write our review, but have realized that there will never be enough words or enough stars to describe our experience. We booked WMF for our wedding just prior to the beginning of covid and when the new barn was just a cement slab. After spending 5 minutes with Curt and Brie during the tour, we knew that their new barn was going to be nothing short of amazing. The completed venue is beyond breathtaking and more than we could have ever imagined. We planned our wedding from 700 miles away. I would imagine that planning a wedding from a distance is much more stressful for most couples, but having Curt and Brie in our corner made planning our wedding an absolute breeze. The food was delicious, the staff was absolutely amazing. Pat and Mark with Upbeat DJ are masterminds - their energy and choice of music kept the dance floor full all night long! I will forever recommend this amazing venue and it’s staff. I only wish that we could go back and relive this magical day at Wrights Mill over and over! -The Zuccos

I CANNOT stress enough how much Wright’s Mill and their team were the perfect wedding venue for my husband and I. From understanding all our wants and needs to coordinating specific details that we wanted. And don’t get me started on Upbeat DJ… Pat and Mark were AMAZING! They are the life of the party and catered to all our requests whether it be to songs or just being there for my groom and I. Along with the wait staff… the ABSOLUTE best. My husband and I were catered to and they made sure we were doing good the whole wedding. Also, the Chocolate Rose Bakeshop was amazing! Our cake vision came to life and it tasted amazing. 20 out of 10 experience, Curt and Brie were so helpful throughout the process since we had to reschedule twice due to covid. I wouldn’t change this experience and this was the best night of my husband and I’s lives. We will be recommending this wedding venue for the rest of our lives and probably attending events in the future. Thank you so so much Wright’s Mill Farm and their team!!! ❤️

I truly could not have asked for anything better!! Curt and Briana were absolutely phenomenal! Curt kept us as informed as possible every step of the way: with Covid changing the amount of people and us being unsure if we would even be able to have our wedding. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond with their lively personalities and some provided additional entertainment, which we all enjoyed very much!! The food was delicious and tender, you could cut the steak and chicken with a fork. They took all of our food allergies very seriously and that was a sigh of relief for us. They made sure the venue was clean and 100% Covid compliant.Briana made sure our ceremony went off with out a hitch! She made sure everything was placed in the correct spot and she welcomed us with open arms. All of our questions were answered openly and honestly and if something wasn't known for sure, she made sure to find out to give us 100% correct information, and that made the wedding planning and process so much easier and more relaxed. Curt and Briana respond so quickly to emails and voicemails, if they miss the call. Our wedding was on 4/3/21 so not only did they come in on Good Friday for the rehearsal, but they stayed late Saturday the day before Easter to host our wedding 5:00-11:00pm. They even came in early so we had enough time to have all my girls hair and make up done. We truly cannot thank Curt and Briana enough, they made sure our day was so special, and went above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined! Absolutely recommend 10/10.I made sure to get a picture with them so we can not only remember their hard work and how openly accepting they were, but also so we can send a picture to them to thank them, because we are truly grateful.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Planning a wedding during a global pandemic was stressful to say the least, there were so many things we had to change or scrap completely but throughout the entire process Bri and Curt were communicative about what was going on, and what was projected to happen and helped walk us through every step of this very scary planning process. It is a truly rare gift to encounter such wonderful, family friendly people. We felt taken care of the entire time and any concerns we had were always wiped away quickly as soon as we talked to them. We got married on October 10 and truly it was the best day of my life. I was able to fully relax knowing I was in the hands of people who cared about seeing our vision for our wedding come into reality. I cannot more highly recommend this venue, as well as Mark and Patrick wth Upbeat DJ. Between the food, the music and the atmosphere (I mean, have you seen that view?) I had guests coming up to me all night saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to and so much of that were these amazing people.

There are not enough words to describe our amazing experience with the team at Wrights Mill Farm. As a bride from Long Island, I was able to get in touch with Curt and Briana any moment I needed to. Monthly meetings with Bri, our wedding coordinator, was beyond helpful and efficient. Briana had a way of taking my stress away any moment I was with her. Curt was always willing and able to do whatever I needed or requested to make sure that my day was beyond perfect. The venue is beyond beautiful- the ceremony site is one that leaves you speechless and the pavilion is the perfect place to take a rustic vision and bring elegance and comfort all at once. Food was incredible and service was even better! Curt, Briana and the rest of the Wrights Mill Team made sure that our guests were taken care of, but more importantly us as the bride and groom. I knew that wedding planning would be stressful but working with this family was the easiest and most enjoyable part of it. I am blessed to have found Wrights Mill Farm during our venue search two years ago and will forever be grateful to our Wrights Mill Family for making our dream day come true.

Everything that goes into planning a wedding, from the facility, food, decorating, a place for photos... Wright's has it all on site. This made it incredibly simple for us and for our guests. It was by far one of the best days and the staff made sure of that from start to finish. I have been to a number of weddings, not to be bias, but this place is THE BEST! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone is CT, RI or MA. My wife wanted a woodland themed wedding. When we saw the ceremony area, tree covered, next to the waterfall, we made the decision then and there. It was breathtaking, and we did not need to add decor!

We had my son's wedding here in August. It was a small wedding (roughly 60 including several children), but challenging to plan since the bride and groom live in North Carolina. With many phone calls, emails, and text messages, Bri and the rest of the staff kept them on task and it resulted in a beautiful wedding. The buffet food was amazing (we even had a kid's menu) and the DJs were AWESOME! I cannot express just how beautiful the venue itself is. There are multiple photo op locations. The only downside to the night was that we weren't able to do the bonfire because of the wind. But everyone took home some s'mores packages and who is going to complain about a breeze on an August night? We just spent more time dancing!

The venue is beautiful. We cared a lot about finding a venue that would allow us to have a variety of different photo spots, and this one has that.The owner is also very prompt about returning emails, and was helpful and easy going with payment schedules. As we were planning our wedding from LA. The prices per plate were some of the best we could find, and we were very pleased with what was included with that. Initially..They include chairs with their price, but later I realized they are very basic folding plastic chairs. It was just way too casual a look, so I chose to rent from Arrow Paper (a vendor Curt, the owner suggested) to upgrade. I noticed the next morning, the wedding directly after mine had the same chairs.I’ve been keeping track, and it seems either that bride got the chairs I paid for for free, or a low rate.They also tell you the tablecloths are included, yet I found that includes a mid-length square tablecloths on round folding tables.Therefore, I also ended up spending extra per table to add a floor length round one for each. It rained nonstop the day of my wedding. It’s ok, rain happens. My husband and I are easy going, and get its a possibly. What we didn’t like is the venue staff not wanting to talk about it. The day of my wedding the owner wouldn’t stop pretending it wasn’t raining. He kept insisting the weather patterns would change, and that left me feeling flustered Plan B wasn’t firmly discussed. I understand being optimistic, but as the owner of the venue, it’s important to be realistic, and let your bride and groom know exactly how the wedding will be adjusted. I believe that’s what lead to my bridal party getting much wetter than needed. We had purchased both carriage options. The boys went up in the open wagon. My mom bought umbrellas which helped, but she also bought towels for the seats that the venue never used. My groomsmen were absolutely drenched. Bri, the owner’s daughter/coordinator, was kind enough to drive some of the bridal party in her car for post-ceremony photos, but had I known that was an option pre-ceremony, we could have just had them all do that. It’s silly looking back that I didn’t think of it myself, but honestly I don’t think I should have had to.As a bride you’ve got so much going on at once, it’s hard to tackle it all. The venue however, does this for a living. Last, I asked Curt about heaters a number of times a year before. He assured me I don’t need them. I have no idea. Does it get hot in there with all the guests dancing? I’ve never attended a party in this space before, he owns it. He also told me he had two patio heaters I could use. As the date got closer I asked again. He still suggested heaters are needless, but told me Arrow had them. Arrow’s heaters are much more powerful, and therefore more expensive.A week before my wedding I found that I’d have to pay for Curt’s, and one wasn’t working.The night before the wedding we rented the heaters from Arrow. My guests were still freezing. Even with all the window flaps down over the windows, there’s no cover for the doorways. My father and uncle ended up getting a tarp from his truck and hanging it at the bonfire opening. (Which we had to cancel). I purchased blankets for bonfire, and am so happy I did.They were all wrapped around my guests during dinner. My husband and I had an amazing wedding. But, it’s mostly because of the friends and family we surrounded ourselves with. It’s a beautiful place, but could be managed better.

My guests are still talking about how beautiful our venue was!!!! From the time I first met with Bre up until the wedding she made everything so easy! The day of the wedding Bre, Curt & Mark (my JP & DJ) we’re in constant communication. Everything ran so smooth from the ceremony through the reception. We couldn’t have asked for a better day! Mark and Pat (Upbeat DJ) kept everything flowing and we’re amazing! The food was to die for and Bre did awesome at setting everything up! I can’t thank the staff enough for a beautiful day!!! Thanks for putting on one of the best days of our lives!!!

I can’t begin to express the how Wright’s Mill Farm made the perfect wedding venue for us! It was everything we were looking for. The ceremony over looking a water fall, the horse and wagon, the outdoor pavilion with a bon fire. The staff was completely on point. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, everything was perfect. Best part was we didn’t have to worry about anything! Curt, Bri and Mark took our decorations at the rehearsal and set everything up better than we imagined! We would do it again without changing a thing!

Wright's is the BEST!!!! Curt, Bri and Mark were amazing, any questions we had were answered right away, they made planning a wedding extremely easy!! The meetings we had leading up to the wedding made us feel so comfortable with the entire process, they really put out minds at ease and kept us well informed on everything. The food was unbelievably good (we are still getting people saying how awesome the food was!), the Pavilion was beautiful, the Ceremony site was gorgeous and the staff are fun and wonderful! We set up yard games and had a bonfire with a s'mores bar to keep our (non-dancing) guests entertained all night. Upbeat DJ (which I highly recommend) kept our dancers on the dance floor all night, Upbeat DJ was amazing! The day of the wedding was extremely organized and well planned out, we did not have to worry about a thing! The grounds for taking pictures are gorgeous and there are so many options to choose from, the covered bridge, the barn, the pond and the area around the ceremony site, you really can't go wrong with any of them! Having our wedding at Wright's was the best decision we made, it was exactly what we were looking for, rustic, laid-back, and fun! The day was perfect! If you are considering booking Wright's...stop considering and just do it! Thank you so much to everyone at Wright's Mill Farm for making our wedding everything we hoped it would be and it is because of all of you! We are forever grateful for giving us such a wonderful day!

Oh my goodness, we can't say enough great things about Wrights Mill! After our initial tour, we knew we didn't need to look anywhere else. We absolutely love Brie, Curt, and Mark and attribute part of our love to the venue because of their friendliness and dedication. They are all so organized and personable and truly want to help make your day as special as possible. They were so accommodating after the fire, and we were just as willing to work with them because of our love for the venue! Both the ceremony site and the pavilion for our reception exceeded our expectations and what we hoped for our wedding. It gave the perfect rustic chic vibe we were hoping for. Brie has the most calming presence and makes sure the day is truly everything you want it to be. Mark is professional, hilarious and able to meet all your music needs. (If you decide to go with Upbeat DJ, which we also recommend!) The food was so good that we made a point to make sure we ate, which can be difficult at a wedding! All our friends and family could not stop commenting on the beauty of the venue and how the environment mixed with the ceremony we created was truly the \"most beautiful wedding they had ever been to.\" I attribute that mostly to the dedicated staff of Wrights Mill. I adore them and recommend them to all my engaged friends! Thank you so much Wrights Mill!

We had always wanted to get married outside surrounded by our loved ones and nature. Wrights Mill Farm had the perfect venue for the ceremony and the reception. So much greenery, rustic barns and covered bridges for picture opportunities. Up until the day of our wedding our meetings with the staff were always comfortable, flexible and really just a good time. They are open minded to so many ideas, and it never mattered how crazy they might be, they are willing to make your day the most special. On the afternoon of my wedding, we all agreed to wait until the last minute possible due to the weather to decide what to do. The rain was a bummer, but the crew brought everything in and decorated the venue for me to make the ceremony magical. I never had to lift a finger or even worry, and that alone is the most important part of planning. I never had a doubt that things wouldn't get done or that it would be a mess. The designer took my ideas and made it all perfect. The rain broke with just enough time for pictures! The food is the best I have ever had at a wedding, and was repeatedly told that by my guests. I couldn't have asked for a better staff to help me, and I am beyond blessed that my husband and I have found true life long friends. We love you Curt, Trish, Brie and Mark. Love Matt & Tina Barry

From the very beginning of my wedding planning, the staff at Wright's made everything a breeze. The staff is SUPER communicative, very detail oriented, and were genuinely just as excited for my special day as I was. The love and passion for what they do is evident in every conversation and meeting leading up to my wedding. They were so light hearted and funny and so in tune with what we really wanted. Pat and Mark were SO in tune with my husband and my music tastes we were getting rave reviews from our guests the whole night. They were also hilarious and kept everyone entertained. The food and service was phenomenal and I'm still hearing about it almost two weeks later. Everything down to the last detail was perfect. For any bride considering Wright's, I couldn't recommend them more. They obviously take pride in ensuring that the bride and groom enjoy their day and the process fully and completely. That can be so rare, and for that alone Wright's should get 5 stars.

I have to start by saying that our day was absolutely incredible. More beautiful than either of us could have ever imagined. I am not a bride that overly enjoyed the wedding planning process but knowing we had Brie, Curt and the rest of their amazing team on our side made everything easier. Curt kept the bridal suite laughing despite some iffy weather. Brie made sure we were always on time so we could have the best day possible. I didn't worry one bit that day. And Mark needed very few suggestions from us to completely knock the music out of the park. I have heard over and over again how amazing all the food was too. If the grounds don't convince you immediately know that you will have the best team of people to make every part of your day perfect.

I wasn't particular about how I wanted things arranged/decorated and they arranged everything to look stunning. The food was excellent, the bonfire was perfect, the staff was accommodating and friendly. If I did it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing!!

We had our fairy tale wedding at Wright's Mill Farm last weekend. Everything was absolutely PERFECT from start to finish. The staff was more than helpful throughout the whole process, answering all of my emails and phone calls quickly. The venue is so beautiful that we knew it was the one the second we drove onto the property-waterfall ceremony, rustic pavilion, barns, a covered bridge, acres of land, and breathtaking scenery in every direction. Our guests were in awe! Planning was a piece of cake because we were able to add just about everything to our package-a coordinator (BRE IS AMAZING), open bar for the cocktail hour plus a bar tab, a buffet with top notch food, cake/cupcakes, a bonfire, horse & wagon, DJ (I highly recommend adding Upbeat DJ's services to your package), and so much more. It really was a fairy tale. Our guests can't stop talking about the delicious food and the amazing venue. We really can't thank the staff enough for making our dream wedding become a reality!!!!! It could not have been any more perfect.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the Wright's Mill Farmily. They are amazingly friendly and organized down to every single detail! I'm pretty sure they use magic to create the perfect and unique Wedding day for their couples. From day one of our tour of the lodge, to relocating to the pavilion after the fire, to driving us around on the big day for our pictures, there is not a single thing I'd change about the experience. They are the best solution finders you'll ever work with, quick on communication with emails/calls. We live about 2 hours away and everything was so easy going and laid back, just like me and my husband, but you really felt that trust and responsibility.The food was amazing! All delicious, hot, replenished! Wait staff was super nice and fun, they joined in on the fun on a very professional level and our guests raved about the whole day.I could talk for hours about how special WMF is, but I won't make you sit here and read for that longWe can't thank you enough for making us feel so special, like we were your only couple you had! The staff at Wrights Mill Farm provided me with the most stress-free experience imaginable. Every question was answered before I could even ask. Every detail was covered in advance and executed perfectly. Curt keeps everything organized, Brie brings everything to life, and Mark makes it fun. All staff members were not only complete professionals, but on the same page throughout. No one skipped a beat.The scenery is magical. Our ceremony was unique to our wants and needs. The food was incredible! Our cake was gorgeous! Upbeat DJ fulfilled all of our music requests while keeping the dance floor full all night! And most importantly, my husband and I, along with all of our guests had an amazing and memorable night!

If you're considering selecting Wright's as your wedding venue - do it! I fell in love with the charming setting including the barn, pond, pavilion, grand lodge, and bountiful greenery. There are so many scenic areas for wedding photos that will make your wedding truly unique. The staff at Wright's is a pleasure to work with, I mainly interacted with Curt and Brie. They make you feel like family and are extremely friendly, responsive, and genuinely care for making your dream wedding come true. I worked with Curt and Brie from initial venue tour up to the menu tasting. We were scheduled to get married at Wright's on 8/20/2016, however due to the fire that occurred in the grand lodge, we decided to relocate our wedding because it was important for us to have A.C. since we were getting married in the middle of the summer. Even though we didn't get married at Wright's I have nothing but positive things to say about the service we received from the day we met Curt and Brie to today. Curt and Brie continued to check in on us until after our wedding took place, sending congratulatory messages. Wright's is a wonderful family operated business that cares about their clients and really strives to exceed all expectations. I have received absolutely wonderful customer service from everyone at Wright's and would highly recommend them for all future brides! I am so excited to see the new and even more beautiful grand lodge after renovations.

Thank you so much for giving me the perfect wedding that I always have dreamed of! My day was absolutely perfect and I cannot thank you enough! Tim, our parents and I cannot express how truely thankful we are. The whole entire property was beautiful. I loved how you setup the barn with all my decorations. It was truly an amazing moment when I walked into the room and saw it all complete. Getting married in the woods at the waterfall was so beautiful, and magical. The food was absolutely delicious and the workers were so friendly and helpful. The wedding cake/cupcakes was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Upbeat DJ was amazing! We were so lucky to get Patrick and Greg! They definitely kept the party going! The uplighting looked amazing mixed with the barn lighting. The photo booth was a hit! Our families traveled from all over to be at our wedding (Long Island, NYC, New Hampshire, DC, Phoenix, Boston, Florida and Belgium). Our families cannot stop talking and raving about how awesome a venue Wright's Mill Farm is. They keep telling us that they have never been to such an awesome beautiful venue! And Wright's Mill Farm is by far a different wedding experience and that they will never forget our wedding! We cannot thank you enough for the perfect Wedding! My husband and I were married here in October of 2014 and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Curt made the whole planning process so easy - recommending different vendors, answering countless emails, and working with us on specific requests to make our day awesome. When the day of rehearsal came, the weather was not looking good for the actual day of our wedding. Curt had a plan A, plan B, and plan C all ready to go in case the weather was not on our side. While we did end up moving the ceremony inside, the rain stopped and we were able to get our pictures out on the amazing grounds at Wright's Mill Farm (which is absolutely breathtaking in the fall). The food was absolutely amazing. My husband and our guests keep raving about it. The whole day was just perfect. I did not have to worry about a single thing. The wait staff, bar tender, Cheryl, Curt, and Bri are all absolutely amazing to work with. Thank you!

Curt, Brianna and Cheryl,\r\rWe would like to thank you for making our dreams come true with an amazing wedding! Every couple dreams of the perfect day spent with family and friends, great weather, and a wedding without incident. On October 18th 2014 we woke to sunny skies and warm temperatures, the weather you always dream about for your wedding day. We started the afternoon with pictures at a local bed and breakfast. We arrived at Wright’s Mill Farm afterward for more pictures on your beautiful property before our ceremony was to begin. Interestingly enough we quickly found out you are not only a wedding venue, but also amateur meteorologists. You informed us of inclement weather approaching, which could possibly put a damper on our day. Despite the less than positive news you advised us to go on taking pictures down by the pond where we planned to have our ceremony and then report back to get an update on the weather. Needless to say the weather radar was showing every wedding couple's worst case scenario for their special day. However, the news did not stop you from trying to make our vision of an outdoor wedding ceremony come true. You were prepared with two options, moving our ceremony to the waterfall site and starting a little earlier or choosing to stay on schedule and hold the ceremony inside, thus allowing all of our expected guests the opportunity to participate. Needless to say this was a very hard decision for us to make. We had been planning this day for two years and we wanted everyone we invited present to witness our ceremony. With enough confidence in the options you were giving us regarding the weather we decided to move our ceremony to the waterfall site to try and beat Mother Nature. It was at that moment we saw just how dedicated you and your staff were in making our dreams come true and making the day come together as we planned, with a slight twist of course. Your staff ran to gather our flowers and other accessories from the other site to move them to the new location, you gathered our guests and ushered them to the new location in record time, and you drove the bride in your own personal car to the new location. It was just amazing to see everything come together in the short time we had. You made us feel as though you wanted our day to be as perfect as we imagined it to be. After narrowly missing the showers we went on to celebrate with our family and friends who raved about how great your food was and how unique and amazing everything was. We can’t thank you enough for helping us to have the wedding of our dreams and for making us feel like the most important people in the world that day. We had our fall wedding at Wrights mill farm and it was the best decision we made. The venue is incredible and the grounds for pictures is breathtaking. The staff was great too, they made sure we were happy the entire time. I cannot wait to see our professional photos to see just how amazing the setting and foliage was. I am still receiving compliments on this venue and have been told many times it is the best they have ever seen.

The food there is always great no matter what event i have been too. So if you were going to just use them for food it's good. My day was ruined they do not pay attention to details at all When we were doing planning we had two different people doing the planning details and things were not written down. many things were wrong with my day. The color of my horse and carriage. DO NOT get the flowers they are not pretty at all. Your better going to a florist or stop and shop. you do not even get to see your flowers till you get there so i couldnt do picture a head of time and i would of went and got some from somewhere else if i knew what they looked like a head of time. The flowers about 500$ for 5 tiny BM bouquets, a handful of flowers for my flowers girl like i could put all the flowers in one of my hands and a small Bridal bouquet which did not even look like any pictures i gave them.were very small.after i said not a lot of white my whole bouquet was white. i had an outside wedding which they did not even bother to mention that they do not take care of bugs so we had to figure out how to keep bugs away. The people putting together my wedding rushed us through pictures cause there was another wedding. The girl who was suppose to be helping with the wedding was rude and did not seem to care that this was my day. After i was at my spot for the wedding the main people went right over to the other wedding and i did not have anyone who was responsible for running my event. They failed to follow any instructions i gave and did not even put up my decorations. they left my smores for the guest under my cake table on the ground and never put them out. When it came to the main events of the wedding we were rushed through those as well(like cake cutting, toasts, ex..)some of the stuff tried to refuss some of our guest to coming to our wedding ceremony. We had a horse and wagon for our guest which did not come back and forth for all our guest as the place had stated it would. Our cake came out pretty good with color and design but the frosting was gritty and gross. we had to push to talk about cake designs with the baker They also did not cut up my top cake as asked so i could eat it at my wedding so i had to throw it away cause we went to our honeymoon. They have no way of cooling or heating in the pavilion, ceiling fan would of been nice for a hot july wedding.If everything was not going horrible already by the end of my night my bridal party and my family helped me get my wedding things together and clean up cause the staff was too busy getting the venue stuff back down to the main building and getting out of work. Even my DJ said they were rude to him. I know how things should of went cause event management is my major and i would of not of run any event like this. I would be ashamed. After that i still did not get all my wedding stuff back from them or any type or refund. Way too expensive for all the things i paid for and did not get. I would of picked a different place if i knew i was not going to get my wedding day but the day from hell.

I knew when I started planning my wedding that I wanted horses to be involved, and that was what led me to look at Wright's Mill. I loved everything about it immediately; the horse-drawn carriage and the pony cart that would bring snacks to the bridal party during post-ceremony pictures, the little waterfall at the outdoor ceremony site, and the wedding packages that were mostly all-inclusive. The package we chose included an hour for the ceremony, the horse and carriage, pony cart, and horse and wagon to transport guests to and from the waterfall, flowers, the cake, five hours for the reception, and the food. Linda, one of the owners, was very organized and good about communicating with me, and she made everything go very smoothly. Our flowers were beautiful and the cake was exactly what we wanted. Our guests loved the food, the waterfall, and the room our reception was held in, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer day (though there was a Plan B that would move us inside in case of rain).
