Jillian Anderson(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-11-2022 The Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill was extremely easy to work with and they helped make our wedding amazing! Although our on-site contact changed a couple times while we were working with them, they were very communicative and willing to work with us on whatever we needed. There were definitely some miscommunications here and there, but overall, working with them was super easy and they were very accommodating. They were also priced super reasonably for the area - we looked at several venues in Boston requiring 25-30K+ minimums and prices at more than $250/guest, and I believe the Wyndham's minimum was less than 10K and the price per guest was just about $110/guest - which for a venue in Boston (with a gorgeous view) is simply spectacular. Overall, they were perfect for our wedding! Reviewed on 02-12-2022
Stephanie Shiflett(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-07-2021 The Wyndham Beacon Hill is an exceptional wedding venue! We looked at dozens before picking the Wyndham. The people were attentive, accommodating, and fun, Lisa and Lauren really shined in organizing everything, and were there on the day as well to ensure it all went smoothly from ceremony to reception to fireworks! We also asked for a completely gluten free and vegetarian menu and Rich, in charge of food, developed a divine menu that everyone enjoyed. It truly was a gluten-free/vegetarian menu first instead of a collection of sides from meat plates. The views from the rooms are spectacular. We have gorgeous photos with the backdrop of the Boston Skyline and Charles river. From the venue to the views to the people the Wyndham will be a special place in our hearts. Reviewed on 24-07-2021

The venue space is absolutely stunning, with beautiful floor to ceiling windows and a city backdrop that can't be beat. Our wedding coordinator Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was so nice and so attentive and really helped us so much throughout the entire process. Most importantly he was able to put up with my crazy parents! 10/10 would recommend to anyone to get married here with Paul. He is the best!!! Thank you for making our big day so special. Andrea Themistos(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-12-2018 We had our wedding at the Wyndham Hotel Beacon Hill on December 1, 2018. This was the first AND LAST venue I looked at before we booked. The reason I didn't look further was because of Paul, the wedding coordinator. Being your atypical bride, (I didn't have a childhood dream of being a bride so I had nothing \"in mind\") I was nervous that I would be judged and eventually persuaded into doing things I didn't truly want. Paul was awesome. I felt like we had known each other for years after only a few minutes of chatting. He was patient, non-judgmental and most importantly he listened to my ideas even if he might have thought I was crazy...he just let me be me, and didn't flinch when I told him \"no cake, no first dance, no sweetheart table\"... he was the best. We booked in February and the experience throughout was seamless and easy. Our wedding day was hands down the best day of our lives to date. The ballroom is on the 15th floor of the hotel and the views are spectacular! Floor to ceiling windows made it feel like we were right in the midst of the beautiful Beacon Hill lights. An added bonus being it was Christmas time and several of the buildings in the distance had sparkling holiday lights to add to the beauty of the view. The hotel itself also was decorated for Christmas, which worked well for us seeing that we both love Christmas decorations! Paul lent us his homemade altar to use for our ceremony, which really put a fancy touch on our very simple ceremony. He was so patient and kind to my niece and nephew, a 9 year old flower girl and a 7 year old ring bearer. He was right there for everything...helping the vendors, guiding guests, straightening bow ties, making sure the music was right and ensuring the ceremony went off without a hitch!Paul did an amazing job bringing our \"vision\" to life. The ballroom was set up exactly how we discussed. Centerpieces were perfect, lighting was just right and the our guests were comfortable from start to finish. As a wedding venue we couldn't fault anything. The food was out of this world and all our guests commented on how delicious everything tasted. From the passed crab cakes and sesame chicken skewers during cocktail hour, to the amazing Filet Mignon, everything was perfect. We danced the night away, with the Boston skyline behind us. We are still getting phone calls and notes from guests saying it was \"the best wedding they had ever been to!\" It truly was a perfect evening, thanks to Paul and the rest of the staff at the Wyndham. We couldn't have asked for a better venue, and feel so blessed to have had Paul running the show! Reviewed on 04-01-2019
Michelle Ramponi(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 15-12-2018 Our wedding was at the Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill on December 15th,and we were thrilled with our experience! From the time we first toured the venue with Paul Saltalamacchia, the wedding coordinator, we knew it was the perfect fit. Over the year of our engagement, Paulspent hours with us on the phone, via e-mail, and with various visits (tour, tasting, rehearsal, final meetings) and always took the time to answer our questions and get to know us and all of the things wewanted. By the time December 15th rolled around, he felt like family. Paul really made the night perfect, and knows exactly what he's doing when it comes to weddings. The view and location at this venue can not be beat (Beacon Hill and rooftop skyline photos!), especially at theprice point, which is MUCH more reasonable than many of the otherBoston venues we were initially interested in. Also, the whole hotel has recently been remodeled and looks gorgeous! The food was amazing and the hotel employees were all very accommodating of us and our guests! I highly recommend! Najwa Ali Hassan(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-09-2018 We recently had our wedding at the Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill and we could not have imagined a better place to have it. The view is incredible and our guests were blown away. The venue recently underwent renovations and is modern, elegant, and neutral in color scheme. Paul, the event planner, made the whole process smooth and as stress-free as possible. We planned the whole event in about a month and half. We were able to leave most of the smaller details to Paul and focus on the things that were more important to us and our guests. Paul is very flexible and accommodating, and helped us incorporate some of our cultural traditions and foods. He is also attentive and was there on the day of to take of everything. For example, there was a miscommunication with the florist and they delivered flowers in a vase to put on the cake table instead of a garland. Paul took the flowers out of the vase and arranged them beautifully around the cake. It made all the difference and the pictures came out wonderfully. If you're considering the Wyndham for your event, do not pass this place up. It is a hidden gem and worth every penny. Reviewed on 28-09-2018

Your wedding party will have a private cocktail hour with views overlooking the State House as well. Paul the wedding coordinator is more than accomating and will help you the entire way even through the wedding. He’s more than friendly and personable and well help you have the best day possible. He’s just like a member of the family by the time the wedding comes around. The staff at the hotel is also just as incredible. He has been extremely accommodating and informative through the whole process. The Wyndham facilities cannot be beat. The entire 15th floor is dedicated to your wedding and your wedding alone. Erin Gibbons(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 30-09-2017 The Wyndham Beacon Hill is the hidden gem of Boston wedding venues. The location and view it offers are unparalleled for the price. My wife and I wanted to have a downtown, wedding and Wyndham fit our needs perfectly while being within our budget. Our guests were thoroughly impressed. Again, the views from the 15th floor were simply outstanding. They have to be seen to be believed. The floorplan also allowed us to create different spaces from the reception ballroom to side rooms where we able to create a lounge-type atmosphere. We were thrilled with our coordinator Paul and his staff. We found him very easy to work with. He brought a relaxed attitude to the entire process that helped put us at ease. It was easy to tell how experienced he is. He was also open to changes and responsive to questions when we had them. He also did a good job of keeping us on on task the day of. I can’t emphasize how important it is to have someone you enjoy working with throughout the process of wedding planning but most especially on the wedding day. My wife and I put in a lot of time organizing and planning but once the day comes your mind is in a million different places. We were grateful to have Paul and his guiding hand there. The Wyndham’s banquet and events staff were also excellent. The bartenders and wait staff were very attentive to us and our guests. They took time to remember our drink orders and made sure we were well-looked after. The service was prompt and professional. Ben Korn(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 31-12-2016 Is there anything better than a 15th floor hotel on New Year's Eve in downtown Boston? I guess it would be the staff at Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill. It starts with the wedding planner, Paul S. He is the biggest reason why you should choose to have your event at the Wyndham. Whether it's a question 3 months out or having to build floral arrangements day of, Paul can do it all. The best part is he does it with a smile. Lauren the events manager helped the day of the event and didn't miss a beat. She was delightful and had answers to all my questions day of the event. Our lead server/right hand, Patricia, was unbelievable. She was standing by the dance floor waiting to get us whatever we needed throughout the night. Even the bell people and front desk treated us like we were kings in their castle. It all starts with Paul and everyone else understands the importance of the event. Reviewed on 05-01-2017
Kaela Chevalier(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-08-2014 We immediately fell in love with the view at the Wyndham. The city skyline provided the perfect backdrop and setting for our reception. We were so lucky to work with Tara, who helped us through every step. She was so responsive and helpful and willing to do anything to make our wedding personal. Our guests could not get over the views, and everyone raved about the food (we had a cocktail hour, plated dinner, late night snacks and brunch the next morning). The staff and servers were extremely professional and helpful and made sure our bridal party was taken care of throughout the night. \r\rWe did experience a few problems with the block of hotel rooms and the management at the front desk was not entirely professional, but that was the only sour spot in our experience. \r\rThe Wyndham is a secret gem among Boston wedding venues and we would highly recommend the space to other couples looking for a great city view and high quality, attentive service at a great value. \r Reviewed on 29-08-2014
Stephanie Cahill(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-11-2013 The Wyndham team was fantastic to work with during our wedding\rprocess!! After one look of the view from the ballroom, we chose to go\rwith the Wyndham. Floor to ceiling windows offer a breath taking view\rof Boston, the Charles, and Cambridge. We wanted to keep things local\rand marry in our beloved town of Boston. The price was right, the view\rwas spectacular, and you could feel the pulse of the city and that's\rexactly what we wanted. To make things even more memorable, the Red\rSox championship parade was on our wedding day. Our trolley to the\rchurch was literally unable to get to the hotel due to road closures.\rManagement coordinated with the trolley company and police to ensure\rwe would get to the church on time. The chef even stayed over the\rnight before to make sure he was able to be there incase staff was not\rable to get to work on time. That is dedication! Tara, the events\rplanner, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with with all\rdecisions. Mike from Sales made sure we had what we needed. Michelle,\rhelped us with our reservations and room block. The wedding suite is\rAMAZING! We found everyone extremely helpful and nice to work with. I\rwould go again with them in a heartbeat. The location is perfect. The\ron-site bar/restaurant is a great bonus too. The food at our cocktail\rhour and reception was excellent. We were able to fully customize our\revent however we wanted. Its nice that you are the only event at any\rgiven time so the complete 15th floor is yours. We used one room for\rour \"first look\" and another for the bridal party cocktail hour which\roffered a beautiful view of Beacon Hills gaslights and brownstones. Jessica Taverni(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-06-2011 This truly is the hidden gem of Boston wedding venues. The venue is on the top floor of the hotel and the views of the city are amazing. You are given the entire floor which consists of three separate (large) rooms no matter the size of your wedding, all with floor to ceiling windows. They only do one event that day which is a huge advantage because you have access to the floor all day to be sure everything gets set up perfectly and on time. The bridal suite is fantastic too – huge and perfect for getting ready with your wedding party. However, the greatest asset (and who I owe our amazing experience to) is Paul, is the wedding/event coordinator for the hotel. He was an absolute pleasure to work with starting with the moment we met. Paul is so thorough and detailed with everything that is involved in planning a wedding. He thought of details I never would have considered and made wonderful suggestions without being pushy or judgmental of your preferences to enhance the atmosphere or experience based upon previous weddings - of which I’m sure he’s done hundreds! He really thought of everything. On the day of the wedding I knew I was in good hands and didn’t need to worry about a thing. Sure enough, everything went flawlessly and actually exceeded our expectations! A big thank you to Paul and all the staff at the Holiday Inn Beacon Hill for making it the perfect day!
