Manager Matthew Davis has an extensive background in event planning, and he and his team would be thrilled to make your wedding of dreams a reality. Wyndham Visalia is one of over 150 hotels in the Wyndham collection, meaning you can host your wedding day in one location and honeymoon in another. This location, in particular, is great for ceremonies, dinners, and receptions. Our wedding was beautiful! We had our ceremony on their indoor terrace, appetizers in the outdoor terrace and our reception in the grand ballroom. The food and apps were delicious and the staff was so helpful and professional. I definitely recommend this venue for your wedding.

Joey Gonzalez is amazing! He was very professional, punctual and has a great personality. It was always a pleasure meeting with him. He knows how to get stuff done and still have fun. We always left feeling as though he got so much accomplished for us. We also felt we were not as nervous as when we walked in. Joey also worked well with all our outside vendors and was always available if they needed him. The day of our reception, he definitely took care of a very \"happy bride\" upon her arrival. We can not say enough about Joey and would definitely recommend him and the Wyndham to all.

Joey at the Wyndham went above and beyond for my daughter’s wedding reception. Due to my SIL being in the army the event had to be rescheduled numerous times which was upsetting to all involved, but Joey stayed positive and always supportive and reassured the bride things would eventually work out. He was so right! Everything went smoothly when the day finally arrived! All the staff at the Wyndham were also great. Begonia in the food service and her staff were very helpful and accommodating as well! We would definitely recommend this venue!

Shelly S. NicholasJoey was a great person to work with. He worked with us even when he was on vacation. He help through everything making sure all of our needs were met. Joey is a nice person and we can see how much he loves what he does. He is great with what he does and I would work with him again. Jeremiah O. NicholasJoey was a great communicator, planner, event coordinator, and very friendly. He and his team were all great and sharp. Everything turned out the way we wanted. (*if I were to knit pick, only 2 items on the checklist wasn’t fulfilled. #1 = the led voties candles weren’t on the tables. #2 = the bridesmaids & groomsmen's tables didn’t have the proper amount of vases/bouquets) but overall it is a minor detailed missed but Joey and his team exceeded expectations. Joey worked with us really well on pricing on numerous items. This really helped our budget. It was nice of him and his team to add the draping on the entrance door & the christmas lightings that we’re attached to the main tables to surround the dance floor. Lastly, I would work with Joey and his team again, and most definitely host other events there as well. I would give Joey and his team a 5/5, 10/10, 100/100. (A++ service)

This was the 2nd time we celebrated a quinceanera at the Wyndham and we were even more satisfied with the service than the 1st time. Joey Gonzalez is wonderful and always accommodating. The food was great, the ballroom was set up perfectly and the servers were very nice. We had a wonderful time . Cannot wait to celebrate my next daughters' quinceaneras in the years to come.

He surprised my daughter with some extra touches and she absolutely loved it . All my guests had an awesome time, they loved the food, staff was awesome and very professional. Everything just had a great flow throughout the night. We could not be more happier with the way It all turned out. It was an amazing day/night and I will definitely be picking the Wyndham for our next daughters Quinceanera. Booking the Wyndham was the absolute best decision I made for my daughters Quinceanera. We just love Joey. I can just go on and on with great stuff about Joey. Thank you so much Joey for everything and the rest of Wyndham staff. Hailey and I will never forget you.

I would pick the Wyndham again every time for my wedding reception! From the beginning, an entire year in advance, Joey helped us plan and feel good about our day. I have anxiety, and my day was virtually stress-free with the Joey and the Wyndham staff setting up and taking down decorations for us. This was the best day of my life and I am truly grateful!

My husband and I were very fortunate to find the Wyndham hotel on the Knot. We were almost going to decide on another place to have our reception party, but when we compared the other place and Wyndham, Wyndham was obviously the better choice. We’re so glad we went with this hotel, not only that, but we loved Joey Gonzalez. Joey Gonzalez is the wedding coordinador and we were so content with him. He is very kind, super bubbly, very approachable, and gets things done. He made us feel more at ease, and relaxed about the wedding planning when it seemed stressful. Even though Joey has quite a lot of events to plan at the hotel, he stayed in contact with us throughout the whole time and he took care of everything. The wedding reception went very well, and thanks to Joey we couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator to help plan this event. The Visalia Wyndham hotel has a very nice look to it, and the prices for a wedding are not bad. To top it off, I don’t think you can find a better coordinator than Joey to plan your special day!! I recommend this place to anyone looking to get married, we’re so happy I’ve already been recommending it to people if they’re thinking about getting married!

We had our son’s indoor wedding reception at the Visalia Wyndham. With it being too hot outdoors in July, and the bride wanting chocolate cake, it was the perfect indoor venue. The Wyndham was able to accommodate many of the out of town guests. The staff was great to work with and helped us find a great local florist/decorator. We served our guests filet minion. The food was fantastic!

I just had my wedding there last week and my guests have all made a point to tell me #1) how delicious the food was, and #2) how great their accommodations were. They don’t even know the half of it. Our coordinator Joey Gonzalez was the most helpful and friendly coordinator we could have asked for. The night before the wedding we weren’t able to set up the ballrooms for the ceremony and reception so Joey stepped up and said “tell me how you want it and it’s done.” It was a huge relief to have someone there to follow through with my plans. It was certainly the best money we ever spent and you will not regret it either. Thank you so much Joey and the rest of the Wyndham staff!

Though I didn't use this vendor, it was one of my options explored. Their hotel is recently remodeled and is very nice! The interior is quite different from the exterior! The only issue I had was that the reception area was a long rectangle with a permanent dance floor on one side meaning there was only one way to set up your tables and if you had a large number of guests as we were planning to, some of them may not get to enjoy all the special moments of your reception.

They were very acomidating with anything. They let me come in and do the BIG things the thursday before my reception. Then they gave us the whole day to set up on sat. They also wanted to keep my snowflakes and fabric I had hanging from the ceiling!! The staff was great :) Food is AWESOME!!!
